I needed to change the locks in a new house and called Old Glory. They did a fantastic job with the service and also provided some very helpful guidance for the old lock hardware that is unique to Sun City. Top notch, friendly, and very helpful.
Cory was very professional and responsive! I reached out to him to change a couple locks. He immediately responded. He continued to respond to me with answers to questions I had prior to our appointment. We scheduled a time and the day of the appointment he let me know he would be a little early and asked if that would be convenient!! The quality of his work was exceptional and fairly priced! I would highly recommend Cory and will definitely use him in the future!
Great service! We had 5 locks to be changed and one of them was an old type no longer made and missing a part. Cory was able to find a part for it and fixed it. He also fixed the lock on our gate. We're very impressed and pleased with his professionalism and competence. Highly recommended!!

After having a house key disappear under suspicious circumstances, we spent an uneasy night guarding our doors and researching locksmiths. Old Glory has excellent reviews, an A+ Better Business Bureau rating and many years of operation. Cory answered my early morning call, figured the cost and scheduled to arrive that same morning. He's a complete professional, did a superb job cleaning and rekeying 22 locks and explained clearly any details required. We could not be more pleased with speed, quality, price and his professionalism. You can't go wrong!
Words cannot express how grateful I am for Cory! First off, losing your apartment keys the night before a holiday is nerve wracking as it is, but Cory was the only one who got back to me out of all the companies I attempted to call. He was communicative and gave me updates on his arrival time!
Upon arrival, he was very professional and didn't waste any time! He didn't just help me get back into my apartment, but cut me a new key right then and there. He did it fast too!! What a phenomenal guy. My only regret is not being able to give Cory and his company more than 5 stars.

I am so pleased with their service. Cory was super nice and had a great vibe. He politely dealt with opening the safe in a less than pleasant place/conditions with no complaints. His pricing was great. He was available quickly. They are listed under localfirstaz.org so you are supporting a local business. You are also supporting a veteran owned business. Great Great Great Service!!! Not only was Cory very professional, he went above and beyond changing 8 locks in our rental property. I was about 40 minutes away from the property at my daughters first kindergarten class party and I mistakenly took the keys he needed before he showed up. I felt terrible having to pull my daughter away from her party after she was extremely excited, however Cory was VERY kind and worked with what he could. Great news: my daughter was able to enjoy her party and we were able to catch him before he left the property. Allowing my 5 year old to yell out a BIG thank you from our car window :)

Upon contacting this company, they responded right away and we set up an appointment for just a few days later. Corey was on time and professional. He changed all our locks and reprogrammed our garage code and opener. He was very friendly and made the whole process easy. They make new copies of your keys for you, which was great.
Cory is a dedicated professional who will go the any effort regardless of the commitment and effort required to get a job done. Upon the passing of my father, I had an old safe for which I no longer had the combination. As it turned out there were problems with the locking mechanism. Because of the problems with the dial, this project took Cory longer to solve than a standard safe combination retrieval would have taken. Cory persevered. He opened the safe! I had hired another locksmith who ended up having a dental emergency. He gave me the name of Cory at Old Glory. I texted the business and received a quick response and within an hour my locks were being re-keyed. Friendly, fast and reasonably priced professional service. I would definitely use again if ever the need arose. In the meantime, I definitely recommend this business!

Cory is amazing. He warned me on a potential locksmith scammed and I got out of it last minute. He offered to come help and he came here within 10 minutes. Cory was able to open my locked door within minutes unlike the other scammer guy who took 40 min and couldn't get it to open at all. He also supports veterans and offers 50% off on services and gave us $20 off and on top of that fully covered the service fee the other scammer guy charged. 100% recommended!
Cory saved me from being a victim of scammers charging me anywhere from $110-$300 to unlock my car door after leaving my keys inside. He was on time & very professional. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and use him again, although hopefully I won't lock my keys in the car again haha thank you so much for being honest and trustworthy!
Getting to this review a few months late, but Old Glory came to the rescue again. After accidentally locking ourselves out of the house in the middle of the night old glory came and was able to get us back into our home. Drop everything... you're done reading reviews. Pick up the phone and call Cory with Old Glory Locksmith. With every ounce of my being, I wholeheartedly recommend him. My backstory - I was in a bind and needed an emergency locksmith. I made a few phone calls and ultimately choose some off name locksmith. Hours later, I only opted to change a few locks cause the invoice was growing increasingly out of my budget very quickly. Fast forward a month and one of the keys to those newly replaced locks was extremely hard to turn. Imagine my surprise when my "receipt" had NO BUSINESS NAME on it. Who in the world did I have at my house?!?? Well, I called Cory and he literally saved the day. He fixed the other guys mistakes and changed ALL my locks for a fraction of what that fly-by-night company charged me. I will NEVER use or trust any other locksmith. I called Corey at 9p on a Sunday night. My roommate just moved out. He gave me an hour window and was on time, very professional, and would tell anyone to use him anytime they needed a locksmith. If there was a way to give a 5+, I surely would. Cory and Old Glory Locksmith demonstrate client appreciation and beyond in every way. From his initial response to my inquiry, setting up an appointment and completing (fixing) our lock and making sure everything was 100% in order.
Having a lock problem can be more than stressful but that situation immediately changed with the knowledge and commitment to taking care of our project efficiently and in a timely fashion.

I feel bad that I could only give 5 stars. Yesterday, I met Cory at my mom's house to re-key her exterior door locks and assess whether we needed to change any existing locks. Surprisingly, Cory was able to accomplish the job without any additional expenses.
I took bids from several other area locksmiths and found Old Glory Locksmith had the best bid. More important than that, Cory was on time, he completed his work with no additional surprises or upcharges. Before he left, he double checked each of the doors to insure that there were working properly. I would recommend Old Glory Locksmith, and one day later, already have, as the go to company for Locks in the Phoenix area.

Had a bit of an emergency today. I locked my dog in the car, luckily the A/C was on in this hot Arizona heat. I called Old Glory (Cory) and he was here in 10 minutes. Got the door unlocked very quickly and my dog was finally safe again. I can't thank you enough Cory, that dog is my best friend! And, the price was definitely doable. Thanks again, Cory! If I need a locksmith, you'll be the one I call!
Couple nights ago. Boyfriend and I went for a walk and took the wrong key and got locked out. After spending like 2 hours trying to break in we gave Cory a call. He was at our house within 25 mins and we we in the house 5 mins after. He is quick, professional and price is good. I highly recommend calling him for your locked out situations. Corey went above and beyond his work to fix our front door lock that had been broken before we moved in and our realtor decided to tell us the door lock was simply "stuck" and that we should spray WD-40 to help it! Complete BS beware of Arizona premier! We didn't mind paying Corey for his services and thank him for being honest and fixing our garage door opener as well since that stoped working too!

Cory was great. He was available right away and re-keyed my new house. He even took the time to service an older deadbolt, and helped unstick a door that required extra weight to close. He was super fast and friendly, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a locksmith.
