I would highly recommend this locksmith to anyone! The quote was direct and all inclusive with no funny business. John came out within a reasonable time and was quick (and I got two new keys).  

Other companies I was calling were charging a "service" fee to just drive out, then I would get a quote once they got here.  No thank you to hidden fees and charges!

Today was the 2nd day in the last few weeks i was at work and my 17yo daughter called and said the lock was falling apart and she couldn't get in. Well JOHN the owner/serviceman came to the house within 30 min both times.  He was super nice, did an amazing job, and didn't overcharge or rip us off. I've had that happen years ago with a locksmith knowing I was at his mercy charge me an absurd amount. Well NOT John. I was dealing with my fathers untimely passing and coming in from out of town. It was early in the morning when I arrived at my father home and could not find a key. I made a phone call to Bell Lock & Safe, too early for them to pick up the phone. To my surprise, I spoke to someone who assured me that he would be there is less than one hour. Forty minutes later, he arrived and rekeyed the locks within thirty minutes. The gentlemen even provided me with a name and number of who may be able to assist me with some of the junk my father had collected. All in all, they exceeded my expectations.

From the time I called John until I was driving away was maybe a total of 25min. He had the best price and was extremely fast at helping me get the keys that I had locked in my trunk. Definitely go with him and you won't be disappointed!

John is the best! He answered all of my questions when I called and immediately came out to make some duplicate keys for me. Very quick and professional with reasonable prices. I would use this company again.

John came out today from Bell Lock & Safe and we could not be happier with his work. He replaced two entry locks/door handles including re-keying, fixed a stand alone sliding lock that was already on the door, and fixed the issues we'd had with one door not lining up so it didn't close properly. He came out in less than an hour and finished all the work just as quickly. He was personable, professional, and knew his stuff. And the price was great, too. We will definitely be saving Bell Lock & Safe for any future needs.

He was professional, nice and went above and beyond, making sure my door was working correctly before he left. He also wore a mask which I appreciate. We have been using this business for over 20 years. They are always very prompt and professional. They are very knowledgeable in just about every locking mechanism known and their prices can not be beat.

Timely, experienced and fairly priced.  In the past Bell Lock and Safe have helped me out of more then one jam due to lost keys or having to change locks at my rental properties.  I also use them for my personal residence as the work is always done quick and right the first time.

I was locked out of my house and I made the mistake of calling one of those 1-800 locksmith companies. I had been waiting in the heat for hours and no one showed up. I called John at Bell lock and he was there in 15 minutes to let me in. The other company never showed up or called me back. Thank God for John. He was fast and professional. Also the price he quoted over the phone was the same price I paid when he arrived. I would definitely use Bell Lock and Safe again and recommend them to anyone that needs a locksmith.

I can't say enough about this company!  Today I called and needed my front gate lock repaired. He came out to the house within an hour and probably spent an hour trying to fix my outdated lock, finally he said that there were no parts for it and it couldn't be fixed.  When I asked how much the charge was for coming out he said "no charge, I couldn't fix it." I have never had a company tell me that, there is always a trip charge.  Of course I gave him a tip for his time but he didn't even want to take that.  I will call them in the future for all my business and personal locksmith needs, can't recommend them enough.

John is phenomenal and reliable! He worked quickly to rescue a dog my client had locked in her car accidentally last summer, and is always fast to come help on the numerous times I have locked myself out of my car. Bell Lock and Safe is the greatest!
