What a great company, Christopher Barber Project Manager, He came out and did a full inspection of our roof outside and inside.
He was great and very honest, respectful, and very truthful. The inspection was free.
The company was awesome, and I would totally recommend them if you're looking to get a quote. Contact them. The company can also assist you if your roof was damaged by the weather with them  inspecting for storm damage.

1. Forgot about the initial appointment. 2. Sent out a replacement person when I notified them of #1 about a half hour past the appointment 3.  This guy was polite but I never heard a word back and it has been two weeks.

I had a tree fall on my new roof and called Multi Pro again due to my previous good experience. Totally different one this time. I called multiple times and no one called back. Finally found a text number to the owner. The office called me back the next day and set appointment time. I told them I would be paying of coarse since it was a tree that caused the issue.  They came out in a couple days, and the guys found 6 cracked tiles. They called their boss and he said to tell me about their $350 minimum and I would need to pay it for the 6 tiles, which by the way I was providing the replacement tiles. I told them no thanks.  I have since called another contractor and the charge is $60. Guess customer service and loyalty left with Charlie.

Multi-Pro Roof Solutions recently helped me to get a new roof.  They were very helpful and professional throughout the entire process. Multi-Pro Roof Solutions helped me with the insurance claim and the process was very smooth. My new roof looks great and it was installed within days after we started the process. I highly recommend Multi-Pro Roof Solutions, they provide great and quality service.

Multi-Pro is currently helping me complete my roof. They took a look and helped me with the entire insurance process. My insurance company is covering the entire roof for me, I'm very please. Zach has been super professional and helped me with everything that I need.

Zach and his team did a fantastic job with my roof. They helped me work through it with my insurance and were responsive during the process. Once we scheduled they showed up on time, finished our roof in one day, and didn't leave a trace after. Highly recommend.

I originally posted a 2-star review, but,, that was out of my frustration of poor communication my being caught in the middle.  Lutting aside my knee-jerk reaction, this company is actually one of the best that Ibhave worked with in my 35+ yrs in construction.  As I mentioned before, Zach, the PM (Project Manager) is very responsive & professional.  He took care of gpong to bat for us to get the entire roof replaced which was absolutely needed to be done.  He did a fantastic job documenting the damaged & failing shingles.  They did the cleanest tear-off by not leaving any debris.  Other roofers on our houses have left debris & nails all over which my feet always seem to find.  The issues we had are being resolved.  Zach has submitted a couple of other proposals on another property we own which were in the proper format that I'm accustomed of reviewing on large commercial projects.  We will hire them again.

IF you need or know someone that needs a new roof, we HIGHLY recommend MultiPro Roofing. Why you say? Here's a partial list. 

A: They were/are very patient in dealing with Insurance companies if you are filing a claim for damages. 

B: They ALWAYS answer their phone(s) and return texts and emails

C: They showed up on time

D: The Roof and new wind turbines look great!

Ok, big deal other roofers probably do that as well. Here's just a few things they did to set them apart.

1. They asked permission to go on our neighbors property a little to put down tarps and pick up any debris. Wasn't in the contract, they just did it. Neighbors impressed. 

2. They walked around the property and picked up ALL of the trash and debris from the removal.

3. They cleaned off the patio roof/cover. Didn't ask them to, wasn't in the contract - they just did it. 

4. One more biggie, we had dry rot on a portion of the fascia above the driveway. They DID NOT ask, nor even comment on it but they removed the old rotted fascia and patched in a new section. Was not in the contract. This was/is a tremendous blessing for us.

our project manager was Zach. He kept me in the loop from the start by phone and text.  He also assured me the work would be done in one day so that was convenient.
It's the middle of summer and we have a newborn, so we left the house and waited for Zach to let us know when the work was completed so we could return home.
They had to get a crane to remove our AC on the roof during the process. Once the work was completed we came home, but AC wasn't working so we were extremely frustrated due to the heat in the home and concern for my newborn. I called Zach and he was very sincere and told me he would get the HVAC company back out asap. He also spoke to the owner Patrick, who offered to buy us dinner while we waited for the house to cool down after the HVAC company got the AC running again.
We went to dinner but didn't take them up on their offer. We understand things happen but appreciated them for offering! Thank you!  

Overall, the roof looks amazing, the previous owners had a sloppy job done, shingles weren't secured properly, so when the storm happened it pretty much ripped off the roof. Zach made sure the plywood was added and shingles were secured properly. We also got to choose the color of the new shingles and all the edges/trim to match. Just want to thank Zach for all your help! You've been amazing & so helpful during these stressful times!

Big fan! A crazy storm caused my roof to leak. Kris came by the same day to triage the damage and put a temporary fix in place, then worked with my insurance to get the damage evaluated and repaired. I ended up with a beautiful new roof. They even installed the roof in one day - these guys have a really fast and organized crew! Kris did all the back and fourth with my homeowner's insurance for me and really reduced my homework. Highly recommend multi-pro for fast response, excellent service, and quality work.

Awful!
Only one guy could barely speak english. Had to supervise from start to finish. Contract was to tear off old shingles and replace.
They only tore off to tar paper and instead of pulling out old staples, even loose staples in with one leg. they hammered them down. Didn't know how to properly replace rotted 1 1/2 drip edge board straight.
I to instruct them how to install tar paper according to mfg. instructions on the shingle package. Had to furnish roof flashing because they had wrong size, and show them how cut flash to properly seal around vent pipes.
Six month later had exposed nails pushing thru shingles that were not hammered in properly.

Daniel and his team are amazing to work with! I have been using them for years now and couldn't be happier. I have used them on extremely large and difficult jobs and they have always come through. It's very refreshing in this day and age to have a company that always does what they say they are going to do!

I sent out a request for roof repair to several companies on Yelp. They all have 100% response rates but all of the other companies just responded saying send us your phone number and email and we'll reach out.  Not a single company actually followed through with reaching out except Multi-Pro Roof Solutions. In fact, they responded to my project request on Yelp the same night I submitted it (a Sunday) and had scheduled an inspection with me within the same week.

They came out and inspected what needed to be done and due to the size of the job, offered to complete it the same day. I didn't have them complete the work same day because I thought I had other companies I could get quotes from. When I didn't hear from any of the others, I reached back out and had the work scheduled and completed within a few days. If I would have known it would be this easy to get my roof fixed, I would have done it a long time ago!

Chet Carroll with Multi-Pro Roof Solutions was able to take care of our needs quickly and efficiently. He/they assisted with putting together a claim that was effective and eventually lead to the replacement of the shingles and drip line. Chet was extremely accommodating regarding every question I had, both technically and logistically. I would recommend Chet Carroll and Multi-Roof solutions to anyone seeking roof repair/replacement. They were completely professional from the first knock at the door by the project managers,  Zach and Hayden, until the crew drove away after cleaning up!  Zach and Hayden contacted and coordinated with our insurance company, taking care of all of the paperwork and details!  It was completed in a day and a half.  They were absolutely wonderful so my husband and I gave them a five star rating!  Highly recommend!

Awesome company just had some shingles falling on the ground they came out and inspected it and they put a whole new roof on in one day polite friendly fast and courteous I will definitely recommend them to anybody else that comes my way if you want to have a roof put on and you want to have a no nonsense experience call this company up they are very professional I will never go to another roofing company again. Fixed and resealed our foam roof after storm damage. Also repaired some damage left unintentionally by another contractor. Very responsive and did quick, quality work, especially when it needed to be done to prevent water getting in our house. Highly recommend!

These guys are THE BEST! Paul and Roger did all the work with USAA. They were here when the claims adjuster came out and made sure that all the wind damage did not go unnoticed by the adjuster. Their attention to detail resulted in USAA paying for a whole new roof!
On the roof replacement day, 29 April 2020, Sergio's Team got here at 5:30 and were able to complete the entire roof replacement in ONE DAY!  They got it done at 6:15 that night and did an Outstanding Job!

I am so disappointed in this company without even hiring them. For few weeks we are having roof leaks. Quite few of them. Our house sustained major damages due to the rain as well. We hired a professional service to come and tarp the roof and put sandbags as well. The employee from Multi Pro came on Friday to give us an estimate. He moved all the tarps and sandbags and never put them back. I called him on Friday and asked him to come back and fix the tarps. He told me he will. He came on Saturday, got on the roof but never put them back as they were. It is extremely disappointing, especially after I told him our walls and ceiling in multiple areas in the house have been destroyed by rain. It would be nice if people who are in roofing business had integrity and respect. But this morning I called the company which laid tarps in the first time, paid service call fee and had them relay the tarps again.

Lucas and team were incredibly helpful in educating me throughout the process. I can guarantee I'm not the easiest customer when it comes to larger purchases like my roof because I want to make sure that I'm getting the best for the proper pricing. They explained the insurance process to me, helped me pick out what was best for my home, and were incredibly quick with getting things completed. I really couldn't recommend another company out there!! Thanks so much for helping me out and making this process easy for me. Recommend!

I thought I had a few shingles come off the roof as there were multiple shingles in my yard. With all the monsoons, everyone's roof is taking a beating. I called around and roofing companies were 4-6 weeks out.  Which shows how busy it was.

But we keep getting monsoons and I was getting nervous that I would get a leak from missing shingles.

Multi-pro had great reviews on nextdoor app, so I decided to call. Chris just happened to be in the neighborhood and was at my house within 10 minutes! What a relief!

It was hot but he went up to the roof and the good news for me (bad for the neighbor) was the missing shingles were my neighbor's in the back. Chris said my roof was perfect and well made. He didn't even charge me!

Very friendly, professional, and very honest. Someone could have told me I was missing shingles and I would have not know. I easily would have paid for someone to climb on the roof with this heat, but he didn't charge. Great company and service!

Multi pro was professional and efficient both in dealing with my insurance and our schedule for completing the roof.

The most dishonest and unprofessional company...  Don't even think about working with them.  They ruined our roof, we had to hire experts to file a complaint.  They are thieves.  We had to rip out everything they did and redo the entire roof, it cost us double.   Do yourselves a huge favor.. run a way.

Kris, Patrick and the Multi-Pro team are as professional as they come.  They helped me out when I was in a bind after hiring a bad roofing company.  They were understanding to the situation and the time line the project needed to be completed by.  They kept me posted as to what needed to be done, what they were doing and how things were progressing. We purchased a new home in Glendale, AZ and the roof was a mess, We called Multipro Roof out to quote and they were very reasonable. We worked with Charlie, he was great! They were efficient and protected our pool while working. Our roof was so bad we had to get this re-roofing done immediately or we would have insurance issues, they jumped right on it, what a lifesaver - I highly recommend this company to anyone!

Hayden contacted us right away (per our request) and showed up the same day. He is very knowledgeable about the entire process and laid everything out perfectly for us. We've never had to go through this process before so it was a relief to have someone so tenured and professional.

Had wind damage to entire roof after winter storms. HAYDEN worked with the Insurance company to get a full roof replacement. The work was done efficiently and quickly. I can't say enough about what a great experience it was working with Hayden. He is very personable, polite, and knowledgeable about his trade. He responds quickly to texts/phone calls, and he was respectful of my time. It is nice to see a young man with such a good work ethic. Thanks Hayden and Multi-Pro Roofing.

I've used this company in the past and they did a good job for me but this time I had another repair and instead of sending a person to repair five tiles of mine that come undone at the peak of my roof they sent One of the owners.  He didn't even fix the tiles and told me that you can't walk on them or you'll break them and tried to sell me a new roof.  So I just went down to Home Depot got the supplies went on my roof and fixed it myself and didn't break any tiles walking on them.

We chose Multi-Pro for our new roof after talking  to a couple of other contractors. They didn't tell us what they were going to do, rather listened to what we wanted and we agreed on the type of shingles, attic ventilation etc. They coordinated work with our HVAC Contractor as we were having a new heat pump installed as well. The roof was completed in one day and is beautiful.

Multi-Pro Roof Solutions found the leak in my roof and performed the work quickly and efficiently. Will definitely use in the future.

Highly recommend this outfit !! Needed a new roof and luckily couple of young men from Multi-Pro drove by asked me if they could look at my roof they did and long story short I have a new roof they did excellent work, roof was put on in approximately 6 hours mess was cleaned up and we are extremely pleased with the new roofing looks fantastic - thanks Ben Slack .

It's really not fair for me to give a star rating here.  I contacted Multi-Pro through Yelp & they asked for my number to arrange a meeting to look at my roof. That's where all conversations ended.  I never heard from them & they never looked at my roof.  Unfortunately, from my experience this tends to be the norm across all contractors, not just roofers.  By no means was Multi-Pro the only roofer who did not call & it's understandable that contractors are busy with work sites spread out throughout the valley that an occasional customer slips through.  However, telling me you'll call & don't has delayed my project (leaky roof) by waiting for them (I would've liked to entertain as many estimates as possible).  I'm not angry at Multi-Pro & am sure they do quality work but I'm not going to chase any company to give them my business.

Multipro was able to perform my roof repair with good quality at a reasonable price.  I was pleasantly surprised they'd be able to perform the repair the day they assessed the problematic area of the roof.  They also fixed a minor leak elsewhere...thanks to Multipro my roof leak problems were resolved in a timely manner before more rains came...

A few tiles fell off of my roof. This is the second time in the same spot.  Perhaps the prior company *cough*Lyons*cough* didn't ensure proper attachment to prevent future occurrences? Regardless, Multi-Pro Roof Solutions was superb. Quick responses. Reasonable quote. Professional. And the attention to detail that Hayden provided went above and beyond what was anticipated. Would definitely recommend.

We had a leak in our roof, we called Multi-Pro and they sent their contractor, Kris Chavez, out within a day to look at the damage and he was so wonderful and attentive! I wouldn't recommend any other roofing company! We had a new roof within a month(had to wait on insurance stuff) and it took them less than a day to put it on! They dropped off the supplies the day before and then next day started work at 8am and finished by 3. The roof looks amazing and so does my yard! There was ZERO debris left, even swept off my back patio! Can't thank or recommend Multi-Pro Roof Solutions or Kris enough!

They did an excellent job.  Tim is the owner, and he personally provided the estimate, which engendered trust.  The team was punctual and clean.  It wasn't the cheapest option but I feel the quality is high.

Multi-pro worked with our insurance company quickly to replace roof from weather damage. Work was completed in one day! The crew was efficient. Jacob was responsive and good at communicating. We had some minor details that we had to work out but overall we are happy with their service!

Muti-pro roofing solutions did an outstanding job. We had a leak in our roof and after doing our research and getting estimates, we choose Multi-pro to do a complete roof and repair. They were efficient and thorough from start to finish. Tim was very experienced, and professional providing accurate quote, warranty,  quality materials, and followed through with pictures and continued communication. Very impressed with organized crew and clean up after each day ( Important to us for our pets). We are ready for the monsoon!

Patrick and James were great to work with.  I called the company late one night and the next morning Patrick called and scheduled James to check my roof where I previously had a leak.  James checked the area, took pictures and showed me the area that needed repaired.  James checked with Patrick who immediately gave me a reasonable quote to repair it 'on the spot'.  Within and hours or so, James finished the job, again showing me pictures of the area before and after the repair job.  I'll always call Multi-Pro for any roofing issues.

When my roof was done it looked good, but they had to come back and fix some leaks in the roof. Multi-Pro left my skylights filthy with old roofing debris. I feel for the money, we should have had a more complete job

I contacted this company Friday morning, as I had a leak in my roof.  Not only did they come out that afternoon, but he was able to fix my problem in a matter of minutes and told me what the issue was and what would be needed to fix it.  I was floored as I already had two other companies come out and tell me I needed my roof repaired in the amount of 3-5K dollars, and Multi Pro, said that the repairs were not what I was being quoted and estimated the repairs at around $500!! Wow, here I was thinking I was going to have to replace my roof and then nope, not even as bad as I was told.  As a single woman, I always feel like I am being ripped off, thank you Patrick, I really appreciate your honesty and willingness to help.  I will definitely be using this company for all my future roofing needs!!
