Can't say enough about the team at Big T Electric.  Troy and another colleague were friendly clean, efficient, and they took the time to explain everything in detail.  Quality work done by quality people.  I'm very appreciative and highly recommend them.

I have been a customer of Fx It Floyd for many years. Recently I bought a ceiling fan and I was quoted $195 to install it.  When they arrived we found that the fan was damaged so I arranged for a new fan to be delivered
I paid the full amount $195 for a 15 minute visit with the agreement that FIF would come back when the fan arrived. They agreed to do so and cashed my check for the original visit.  
We set a new date and FIF was here for 30 minutes and installed the ceiling fan.
About an hour later I received an email for $130 so now the total to install ONE fan was $332! The problem is FIF hit me with a surprise invoice and NEVER bothered to quote or inform me that there would be another fee.
It is their responsibility to quote a fee PRIOR to the service provided.
I paid $195 in advance and before completing the job.  Never were additional fees discussed or quoted !
I've dealt with many contractors over the years and they all provide estimates or quotes IN ADVANCE!!!

My wife and I had been looking at putting solar on our west valley home since we purchased it in 2017. We are seasonal residents who will likely move here full time in the future. In early 2018 I began looking at companies to take on our project. We had proposals for 5 kw to 12 kw systems. We had proposals from 4 different companies but never felt right about any of them.

December 30, 2018 I started researching other companies since we wanted to get this project done this year. I ran across Black Platinum Solar on the internet and started digging in deeper to learn more. They had very good reviews but I am always skeptical about what I read. My first contact with the company was Jan 2 via email. I got a very quick reply - good sign. I learned they are a smaller firm; family owned and operated. I had several email exchanges and then phone conversations. I learned what products they use and why. My main phone contact was John. He spent a significant amount of time explaining what they do and why. He encouraged as many questions as I could think of on our first call. At that time I told him I needed to digest the data he provided and we would talk again the next day.

We did talk the next day and for the next couple of days with John patiently answering all my questions while asking me more to learn about what we were looking for in a system. We discussed my interest in having someone look at our roof for suitability of the coating on our flat roof. John sent one of his sub contractors who specializes in roofing to look it over. The roof was ok but he offered some suggestions and options I really liked and we added a coating for the roof to the project.

We were also interested in adding a pool heater for our pool. Again John had a source for us. We received a proposal and decided to add that as well. The proposal was less than one we had received in December and the proposed equipment was first class. Needless to say we added that to the project. After discussing our complete project in detail we settled on a 13.2 kw system. John and his team prepared the proposal Jan 8 which we read over and signed that day.

John and the team got to work obtaining all permits and working with the various regulatory bodies. They coordinated all the work - roofing, pool heater and solar installation. They have the process down extremely well. After a bit of rain, the project kicked off in earnest Jan 14. The roofing company worked side by side with the Black Platinum team getting the roof ready and the mounts installed. Permits were obtained, hardware installed, systems connected and inspections completed. Our project was commissioned Jan 28 and we began producing energy at 1:30 pm that day.

All the people at Black Platinum were great to work with. Our thanks to John, Toni, Johnny, Joann, Dan and the rest of the crew. This was one of the best and easiest projects I have ever been involved for residential or commercial.

For those who read this far, I can only say from our experience, it would be hard to go wrong using Black Platinum Solar. I would be happy to converse privately with anyone interested in learning more about our project.

This is an excellent family business that provides individualized high quality service. The owner Jaime and his son JJ performed two large jobs for us involving many different tasks in a newly purchased home that we were updating in Sun Lakes. They work quickly and efficiently. Jaime had years of experience and knows a lot about electrical contracting but also about many other aspects of home repair. I got many good tips from him. He is great at diagnosing problems and coming up with practical solutions. It's obvious that he wants the work to be high quality, yet he's also mindful of controlling costs. He's a very pleasant and respectful guy who cares a lot about customer service. I feel like I've made a friend.  If you work with a bigger corporate company, it's always possible that you'll get some guy who just started a year ago. Wouldn't you prefer to hire someone with years of expertise?  If you call Rabago, you won't regret it!

Okay, so our house LITERALLY got struck by lightening! I was panicked and called after 8pm looking for someone to come out, and to my surprise Arden answered the phone! He made me an appointment for the next morning at 8am. A guy named Louie showed up, GREAT GUY! He gave us a bid and we excepted! They immediately applied for permits and got a brand new beautiful panel in the next day! It was literally a one and done! All I can say is thanks  from the bottom of our hearts! Our dogs and fish thank you and we thank you! We now have an electrician for life! First time dealing with this company and extremely pleased! The Liko's

I've always known exercise isn't all it's cracked up to be! When my treadmill stopped (while I was on it) I took that as a sign to have coffee instead. When the guilt kicked in and I got back on, I heard a pop, the machine shut off and the fan above me was shooting sparks. I called Jenco because the owner lives in the neighborhood and Nextdoor residents had positive comments. Wes arrived on time, fixed the issue, noticed an additional wiring problem and corrected it,  then cleaned up after himself. Prices were reasonable and I now feel safe that i don't have to worry about a potential fire.. I haven't decided if I will go back on the treadmill yet or continue using it as a clothing depository.

As A Commercial Electrician Eco Electric LLC I was shocked to find that they could rewire and entire house in short time.  Less than 10 hours in fact.  The respect that they showed to my dog and household made me a lifetime customer.  Todays market and work renders us intimidated by ever considering hiring an electrician.  Not Eco Electric.  They didnt conjure up issues either with my home.  The issues were solved and thats it.They have mastered the art of one man doing to job of 4.  Call them and have them come out and take a look at your place.  You wont be spending money right off until you actually speak in person with Dan the owner.  One thing I didnt think of was covers on the shoes.  That is until I saw the covers on on dans feet before he even began working.  Chekc them out.  What do you have to lose when you only have something to gain

Triton Electric LLC came as a referral.  They say word of mouth is is the most dependable advertisement.  Is that ever accurate!  Kent and Mike actually answer the phone themselves or get back to you immediately. They have showed up every time, on time.  Their prices are more than fair; their work is quality, accurate and concise.  They ask questions, discover your needs and quality check their work.  We have had zero issues from their initial complete rewiring of our 1979 home, to the addition of a tankless water heater, 220 addition for an electric vehicle in the garage, addition of multiple outlets throughout the home including: garage, attic, front and back porches, multiple yard outlets and Holiday eve outlets. They wired the grill island, hard wired low voltage landscaping, replaced low voltage house lighting, and upgraded breakers in our electric panel, as well as added an additional outdoor garage light through a brick wall
When needed, we reach out to them and they work us into their schedule.  Their demeanor is professional yet easy going.  They actually clean up after themselves; who does that anymore?  They are deeply caring, quality electricians who care about the quality of work they perform.  They have performed every electric issue asked of them.

Said he was going to stop by at 3:30.  Texted me 20 mins before said he couldn't make it.   I asked him when can he come by and he said call someone else!  I told him I am flexible but still would like him to come look at the issue.   He never responded.

Had an issue where outlets died for no obvious reason.  Matt came out same day and troubleshot the issue and had us up and running.  Price very fair.  The problem was quite odd and convoluted but they figured it out! Very Please!

I've had to call dependable sparky on two different occasions, two separate issues and both times he was awesome. Get the job done and gets it done perfect. Will definitely recommend to anyone.
