We had our power go out early Thursday morning. Called all around the valley to get answers or some help and got nowhere. Finally called Troy, and after about a 30 minute call and texts of showing him the problem, he sent two guys out less than a half hour later. All the supply stores were closing so they went to Home Depot and immediately started fixing our problem. Great and fast service, great people.

I was impressed with this company beginning with my initial call to schedule services. Michelle was pleasant helpful and made this process easy. I simply sent her my wish list and she scheduled the appropriate people for my job. Dan was professional, knowledgeable and efficient working through my list.

John and his team installed an 18Kw system on our home in June 2018.  We did our typical research and got 5 estimates from top rated solar installers.  A lot of companies wanted to push leases which we felt were not in our best interest and don't make financial sense. John didn't even bring up a lease option and doesn't offer them for the same reasons.  The difference which pushed us to go with Black Platinum was the quality of the equipment they use as well as John's personal attention.  His price was competitive with the other companies we were considering, however, his equipment choices (LG Panels & Enphase micro inverters) were of a much higher quality than any other quote for the same price. Basically, more bang for your buck.

John worked with us throughout the entire process to ensure that we got the system that we needed.  Having just moved into the home, we did not have any usage history to work with.  John was patient and was able to accurately size the system based on very limited information.  There was no sales pitch or any pressure from his end.  He was the consummate professional and was more concerned with accuracy and honesty than making sure we went with his company.  

The installation was fast and respectful.  We have two young kids in the house and they were mindful to keep any areas inside clean and safe.  The install took 4 days and John and his son (John) were present throughout.  His crew is extremely professional, courteous and highly skilled at what they do.  They have all been with John a long time and it showed.  All of the wiring was run in the attic and walls so that nothing showed from the outside.  His drywall repair guy was nothing short of amazing.  You would never know that there was a patch except for our own lousy paint job (they used a closet so it doesn't really matter anyway).  Overall, the install looks great and is functioning as designed thus far.

When APS delayed because of a panel question, John was the one who handled it and got the system live as quickly as possible.  He was even going to absorb the cost of an upgraded panel if APS required it, since it was not part of his initial estimate.  Luckily, he was able to avoid further delays and found a work around with APS.

We are so happy with our choice to go with John and his team at Black Platinum.  We would highly recommend them to anyone looking at solar power.

Rabago Electric has always been amazing to work with. Jaime has worked on a number of projects around our home and he has always come through and saved the day. He is honest and dependable and will do everything he can to fix your electrical problem.  I have recommended him to many others and they say the same. Cobb to the rescue! The electrician we identified to wire our hot tub disappeared a week before delivery of the spa. We contacted Cobb on Monday, Steve came out on Wed and he completed the work on Friday. Amazing!  Steve and crew were exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, competent and easy to work with. They were also quite cost competitive. When you find a quality, reasonably priced tradesman with terrific follow though - well, it's a huge stress relief. We've already recommended Cobb to neighbors and will absolutely use them in the future.

I contacted Jenco after I saw some good reviews on Nextdoor.com. My daughter's bedroom ceiling fan stopped working, and I also wanted a new outlet installed. When I contacted Dave, he promptly sent me an email with a good quote, and we set a time and date for someone to come out. This morning, Nick arrived timely. He was courteous and professional, and he did a great job on both items I needed. The price Dave quoted is exactly what I paid and I think I got a really good deal on work well done. Thanks, Jenco! You're definitely my first call next time we need an electrician.

We had a couple damaged baseboards that needed to be repaired in a timely manner due to selling our home. Andrew responded immediately and was able to get the job done as soon as the next day. Andrew did a great job, was professional, and cleaned up after the job. I highly recommend Nichols Handyman Bros!

Tiffany was so incredibly nice to deal with over the phone!  I sold my property and needed work done while I was in California.  Tiffany looked at my inspection report and had an estimate to me in less than 2 hours.  They performed the work and it was less than the estimate!  Can you believe these guys!  Nothing like a licensed contractor folks, look  no further for help.

These guys are great. We have used them for a number of very complicated electrica problems yet they seem to make it very simple. Honest with integrity. You will not regret working with these guys. Kent and Michael operate as owners and they are an amazing team.

I recently needed an electrician to swap out 3 or 4 dimmer switches in my home. To my surprise, they provided a quote of $1,000 for the labor alone, while three other licensed electricians estimated the job at a range of $250 to $300.

I'm uncertain if this company is legitimate or if someone is posing as a business. I had noticed that there were no reviews on Yelp until I brought it up to them. Strangely enough, a generic review appeared on the same day.

Very Disappointed! Mike was recommended by a RE agent. The contract estimate was written on a word processor without even a letter head to describe the scope of work and exclusions. The one sentence exclusion stated no liability or responsibility to any damage caused by the contractor during the electrical installation. That written statement should of been my first  WARNING SIGN regarding the disaster of what was ahead of me.

The scope of work was to install outdoor lighting, along with the wireless switches. The contractor took no care in digging the trenches by placing the landscape rock and dirt on my manicured lawn, putting green, walkway and any area that was easy for him to do the job quickly. To make it worse. the removed landscape rock was never separated from the dirt, which creates a difficult job to replace. That was the second WARNING SIGN.

During the performance of work, the contractor's vocal attitude displayed no care to the owners questions, concerns and or expectation.

At the end of the 2nd day, the contractor announced he was finished and needed a payment to complete the agreement. My wife and I clearly witness, the contractor (owner Mike) had no intentions to return the landscape rock and dirt back to the trench area. In addition, residual cuts of wire inside and outside the house remained on the ground disregarding any cleanup. All the garbage and material packaging from the contractor was disposed in my own garbage bin that consumed an incredible amount of space.

in summary, the rude unprofessional contractor never completed the electrical work and left the work area, including the landscape, a mess for the homeowners to restore the conditions back to normal. I highly not recommend this contractor unless you're looking to finish the job yourself.
