The Repair Guys

The Repair Guys did an amazing job on my roof. I had roof leaks that had been difficult to get a clear determination if the issue. They explained everything that they saw, had videos and pictures, and made sure they were educating along the way about my roof and the status of the repair. My roof hasn't leaked since the repair work. I 100% would use then again and recommend their work.

I had an amazing experience with The Repair Guys. I put in an inquiry for a small roof repair on my house. Ryan gave me a call very shortly after to get some more details. Long story short, they were not able to work on my specific roof-type, but Ryan offered me great information about my roof, and how I could fix it myself (once again, relatively small issue here). He also gave me a referral to their competitor since they weren't able to work on my roof-type, in case i needed help after attempting to fix it myself.

Ryan saved me a couple hundred dollars, for free, and even referred me to his competitor. When i find companies that put the company first, I stick with them and refer. When i do need roof help, or to replace my roof, i will be calling Ryan at The Repair Guys.

I hired The Repair Guys to resurface my entire flat roof after calling them to help with a leak. Ryan responded within a few hours of my call and came out the next day to repair my original leak in mid-February. No other company responded quickly, nor could come within 2 weeks, and some never called me back. Ryan and Gino took time to take pictures (LOTS!) and explain in detail to me what needed to be done.

After learning my roof needed some serious help (bought house less than 2 years prior) I looked for additional quotes. Again, responsiveness was poor from most companies. Only one other company actually took pictures so I could see what they thought needed to be done. Of those that offered quotes, no one knew what to do with the patch performed by The Repair Guys. One company wanted to rip it out, another wanted to paint over it with the standard cheap stuff most companies use. Pricing ranged from $5K to $27K with 3 to 10 year warranties.

I ultimately hired the Repair Guys even though their price was higher and knowing I had to wait about 6 weeks for them to start my job. Meanwhile another leak occurred on the opposite side of the house from the initial leak. The Repair guys came out almost immediately to fix it. Ultimately, the entire roof was done with some added work done to fix scuppers, trim intruding tree branches, and they even capped my dryer vent that the last vent cleaner left uncapped. Gino seemed to work tirelessly and clocked some very long days. I was always keep in the loop and the job was done early. They also worked around our Easter party plans, and even helped me set-up by moving some furniture. So nice!

Ryan and Gino are dedicated workers who could not be more responsive, polite and helpful. I never felt pressured and always felt they appreciated my business. With their product, I am trusting that I wont ever have to worry about my roof or interior repairs again, and I can transfer the warranty to the next home owner. Look no further for a superior roof experience!

Had some stucco repair done by them. Everything went smoothly and they finished up in less than a day. Reasonable price too. Would recommend them to anyone.

With this latest monsoon I discovered leak on my tile roof patio section. Kyle immediately responded and provided great  information to help me assess my situation. I would highly recommend the repair guys for any issues/ questions and plan to use them in the future!

Ryan responded immediately to a new roof leak, and identified the problem. He sent Gino out within two days, and he was wonderful. Gino went above and beyond to ensure the problem was resolved and to prevent other potential issues. The Repair Guys are reputable and reliable - the best!

I, like too many of us, have had contractors seem so sweet before the job and become a nightmare when things go south.

Ryan is wholesome, caring, and true. A gem of a person and company. Before the job, during the job, and after the job.

I'm thinking the only downside is once they are finished, you won't ever get to see them again, because the work is solid and you won't need to.

Let me start by saying I didn't use the Repair guys to do my roof. They came highly recommended by a friend who used them. They were very responsive even though they are very busy. Ryan came out to look at my roof, after taking photos of everything and after discussing what needed to be done he told me that they probably weren't the right company for me, which I appreciated.  Ryan took as much time as I needed to answer all my questions -and I picked his brain on quite a few things. I can tell he takes pride in their process and is very knowledgable in what to do [and not to do].  I'll be having these guys do my roof inspections in the future. I am very glad I called and think you should too!

I didn't get to use The Repair Guy because I'm out of their service area range, but they did talk me through my roof issue and what to look for in a roofing company that could fix my problem. They were so helpful.

Kyle returned my phone call very quickly.  Even though The Repair Guys couldn't come out he took the time to explain what a homeowner should look for when getting quotes for a tile roof that has leaked.  He was knowledgeable and also answered my questions.  He looked the property up (aerial view)  and pointed out other things in addition to my initial issue.  What great customer service!!  He should be given a raise!

I just spoke with Kyle about some work needed on my father-in-laws home.  Because of the nature of the work (which included a lot of interior work) The Repair Guys weren't the right fit, which Kyle was very honest to explain.  He then spent the next 10 minutes with me on the phone giving me excellent advice on how to ensure the repairs are done correctly with whatever company we ultimately work with.

That Kyle was so generous with his time and knowledge even though his company won't be doing the repair speaks volumes for The Repair Guys and we will be sure to reach out to them again in the future.

Although I did not use this company to replace my old plastic skylights with the Low-E glass skylights....I appreciated the quick response to let me know skylight replacement was something they did not do. I need some tile replacement for my roof and I'm definitely going to reach out to The Repair Guys when I'm ready for the repairs.

I called and spoke with Kyle. The next day an inspection was done and I received detailed information and choices for my repair.

We used The Repair Guys a few years ago for a roof repair and they were solid, stellar and ethical back then so we reached out again when our roof needed some assistance and THEY STILL ARE EXCEPTIONAL! From the assessment to job completion... communication was great both with pictures and calls, the work done was above and beyond high caliber. We just had our roof done by The Repair Guys. Ryan and his entire crew were excellent from estimate to completion.  They explained the entire process and answered all our questions. They worked the entire week
on the roof and gave a courtesy call every morning before arriving. Upon completion they provided us with a disc showing all the before and after photos of the work. We are very satisfied with their work and recommend them highly.

We finally had our roof sealed by The Repair Guys. I can not express my appreciation enough to these guys.
JD worked on our roof. He was so nice and gave us play by play information on what he was doing. My husband went up there and even did a little labor. JD would text me to keep me posted.

5 Stars is simply not good enough.  They are WAY BETTER THAN ANY 5 STAR COMPANY out there!!!  The owner of this company (Ryan) and his workers (William, Kyle, and Westin) are incredible!  I have never encountered a company more knowledgeable, professional, caring, and easy to communicate with.  Ryan really truly cares about his company, his workers, and MOST OF ALL his clients!  I can easily say they went above and beyond.  The first time he came to my home to give me an estimate, he explained in great detail what would be done.  He even asked me to record it on my phone because he was giving me a ton of information.  That way I would able to listen to it again and remember everything he told me.  I quickly received my estimate along with an extensive amount of detailed pictures/video and explanations.   Each day they arrived on time and Will (the main guy for my job besides the owner)  would give me an update on what was done and what the next step was.  Ryan inspected the work along the way and again took extensive pictures on the finished product.  They did a beautiful job on my new roof.  These guys become family and are some of the best people I've ever had the pleasure to know.  Thank you so much Repair Guys for taking care of my home!

The Repair Guys who came out i.e Ryan to evaluate the job and prepare a quote followed by William who specifically did the roof repairs were great folks to deal with. They took the time to explain what needed to be done and more importantly, why. They answered all questions asked and also provided the before and after photos that made it easier for me to verify the actual repairs done versus guessing.

William who came out to do the repairs was dedicated to a fault! He wanted to ensure that everything was done right the first time around. He took me to the roof to show what needed to be done and how he was going to do it and even redid parts of his work that did not look great when viewed from ground level to ensure that it was perfect for the customer.

Overall, the Repairs Guys did a great job that should stand the test of time. They were not the cheapest nor the most expensive so check them out should you need any quality roof repairs done.

I have a leak in the roof in the bathroom & called The Repair Guys..Kyle returned my call the following day. He was able to pull up a picture of my address and we could see & talk about where the issue was. It was in the flat part of the roof and with knowing the age of the house he suggested that I replace the roof vs. having them come out to just patch something & have to replace it shortly after that. He took a lot of time with me on the phone answering & explaining everything in detail.
Since I didn't have any work done I can't write a review on that but the time, personal attention & information that Kyle gave me was very valuable. I wouldn't hesitate to call them for any repair service.

Kyle is awesome. The job that needed to be done was not their specialty but he did everything in his power to point us in the right direction to get the stuff we needed done. We will definitely be using them for any repairs etc for our flat roof

Review for roofing: I decided to go with a different company due to the minor nature of the work I needed done and price. However I really liked this company, they were helpful, I believe honest, and very responsive/good communication. The man that came to my home and did a very thorough inspection and the people I spoke with on the phone were great.  If I ever need a bigger job I will call them again.

Dealing with roofing companies requires a leap of faith because you can only tell if the repairs look nice. The real test comes when it rains which isn't often in Arizona.

Since it has rained a lot since we had our roof repaired, with no leaks, I can give this review with confidence.

The Repair Guys were on time and within their promised schedule, and this during a very busy time for the industry.

It was nice that they took and emailed a lot of pictures of their work as the project proceeded, and even invited me onto the roof so they could explain what they were doing and why.

And I can say that they went above and beyond to make sure the roof was water tight.

Fixed some minor issues on my tile roof quickly and professionally without trying to sell me a new roof.  Great attention to detail - fixed other minor cracks on some of the tiles since they were already at the house and sent me lots of photos to pass on to my real estate agent (I had recently moved for work).

They were at my house to do the repairs less than two hours after I called - great customer service!

I am a new house owner and taking this time to write this review after waiting for few months to really see how the work by Repair Guys would hold up. And I can now say they came out with flying colors !!  
It was back in Feb 2018 when the interior of my home wall was leaking water badly during rains and I had no idea where the source of leak was. I called The Repair guys and setup an appointment. Huge thanks to Steve Mitchem to identify the leak in the roof and patiently walking me through entire process and making this easy for a first timer like me.  He made sure the entire process right from scheduling all the way to completion of work to sharing pictures of the roof work was just a breeze.
The repair has now gone through few heavy rains and my roof is perfect with no issues at all. Big thanks to Steve and also Swan again at The Repair Guys for all their work.

I don't know where to start ... scheduling was a breeze, and the guys showed up right on time!      I really felt like the project was in good hands, and they found issues that weren't found on previous inspections of the roof.

I will definitely keep The Repair Guys in mind should I need future roofing needs - you should too!!

I grew up around construction and am used to the expected runaround you get when you're getting quotes and estimates from contractors. When I first talked to Ryan, I assumed he was a phone person because he was so nice and responsive. Little did I know he was the owner of the company! He came out and gave me an honest bid, in fact they gave several options and after talking with them I went with the option I felt was the best for my situation. They came out and worked on my roof, fixing the issues and even going above and beyond what I expected. I have to say, the materials they use , aka their membrane material, looks brand new after two years and I expect to last 2-3 times longer than the typical elastomeric material most roofers use.

Ryan and his crew exemplify what it means to have great customer service, quick response and a company that 100% stands by their work and personnel. I had questions a year and a half later and Ryan called me back and personally answered my questions. You would be doing yourself a huge disservice if you do not call them first.

Ryan and Kyle obviously know how to run a successful company! I have been looking for a chimney repair company for over a year! Constantly being let down or completely ignored! But not by The Repair Guys! Even though they are a roof repair company, they were nice enough to at least come take a look at the chimney. All the repairs were stucco related on the outside of the chimney so they could fix it! They bring their own supplies and equipment (which never seems to happen anymore with the rest of the handymen/contractors I've hired)! They even took before and after pics! Also like that they do paper invoices for me to file! Another very impressive quality is that they actually LISTEN!!! They didn't treat me like I didn't know what I was talking about just because I am a female! Their work is clean, detail oriented, and extra careful of surrounding area. Good work ethic, reasonably priced, honest, and definitely not lazy! So glad I found them!!!!

The Repair Guys were great! I got a few quotes for my roof due to some wind damage over the years. The other companies didn't even compare to the Repair Guys. Roofing or not.....I've never worked with a company that was so thorough. They explained everything before and after in so much detail. I truly appreciated how much I learned from them about my roof. These guys have their act together! Ryan and Kyle are prompt and professional, they take the time to explain options and offer the best products in the industry! So refreshing to find a company where integrity outweighs profits! I would recommend this company to all my friends in the Phoenix area!!!

If you are looking for quality repair for roofing, check these guys out. They are perhaps the most service oriented team I have ever encountered.  When I called, Kyle answered and set a date/time for the estimate while explaining the entire process with options. He called the day before the estimate and left a message and called the day of. They arrived exactly at the time he stated and they went to work. After almost an hour on my roof, they came down and provided me pictures and in depth analysis on recommendations and costs. I was blown away by the effort and diligence and how much time they spent with me. And in the end, although they stated they would do the repair work if I wanted it, Kyle recommended that I just get the roof replaced to which is a service they do not do. After all that time spent and work working up a estimated quote, and yet they recommended a new roof instead?  Honesty goes a log way with me, and I appreciate the fact these guys went beyond expectations. They do not advertise so word of mouth is what puts food on their tables. No, I was not paid for this review, but I appreciate and value having a company that  goes beyond without trying to push their agenda and service. The $29 estimate fee is grossly underpriced and more than fair for a piece of mind.  Call these guys, you won't be disappointed!

I can't praise all the employees at The repair guys enough!! My experience with The repair guys from start to finish has been exceptional. They were very polite and helpful over the phone. They came out and inspected my roof and shortly after emailed me pictures from their inspection along with a detailed email of what they inspected and recommended repair wise. We were able to work out which items I wanted addressed and agreed on a plan. Their quote did NOT change after the work was completed... no surprises or additional funds requested!  
When they showed up the next day they were ready to work & ON TIME!!  They were clean, efficient, polite and EASY TO WORK WITH!  I wish they did ALL types of home repairs as I would use them over and over again because they make it easy to work with them and keep to their word.. which in a labor related environment companies like the repair guys are far and few in between. Definitely go with these guys over the rest!  :)

Nov 2019, keep in mind not monsoon season.  It took 10 days for them to show up.  They showed up on Thursday morning on Nov 7.  I did not hear back from them until Monday 11/11 late evening at which time they indicated the quote was still not ready but they supposedly were working on it.  The work was very minor and I did not expect to wait this long for a quote!!!!

I don't feel like they are properly staffed, and don't have the necessary resources to get the job done on a timely fashion.

I am selling my home in a shortened time frame due to buyer restraints.  The BINSR came back with requests to repair 4 broken concrete roof tiles and mud balls that were never installed by the builder (Pulte).  The roof tile color is no longer made and would have to be special ordered.  Ryan sent Steve to my home same as a filler on his route.  Steve under promised and over delivered.  He fixed EVERYTHING for less than quoted.  These guys took so much stress off my shoulders, I couldn't believe it.  

All of the other roof repair companies had no empathy to my situation and said they were 2-3 weeks out on appointments.  Ryan understood my issue and sent in his ringer Steve to save the day.  THANKS GUYS!!  I'll never use another company.

Fast, professional service from the Repair Guys!  We had a great experience working with Steve and Swan today.  Called late in the day and they were out early the next morning.  They were able to diagnose and fix a leak in our roof as well as several other items that needed repair.  They kept the job site clean and were a pleasure to work with.  We highly recommend them.

It TRULY is as good as it gets, when it comes to a roofing company!  From the very first phone conversation with Ryan, the owner, to Steve and Justin who came out to estimate and complete our roofing project, we couldn't be happier!  They were all very professional, kind, and honest!  Steve kept me well informed with the scope of the work with pictures and they completed the work for the amount they quoted, even though it turned out to be a bigger project than first anticipated.  Again, we couldn't be happier customers and would highly recommend them for your roofing repairs!

We moved into our house this fall and knew we needed a repair guy to check out the roof since the previous owners did not maintain the property as needed.  Found the repair guys on yelp but also by recommendation.  Scheduled an appointment on a Tuesday afternoon and the repair guys came out the following morning.
Steve and his assistant were extremely professional and pleasant explaining the roof details and what needed to be done. Coming from the north east where roofs are very different, his explanations and pictures were very helpful to us.
He even told us the repairs will outlast the remaining life of the roof... Good news for us!  We were happy to get an honest roofer and not a typical salesman trying to sell us on needing a new roof!  Will definitely recommend to others!

Our roof leaked after the big storm in October.  We called several companies but all were too busy. Ryan returned our call and we got lucky with a cancellation for the next morning.  Two workers came at 7:15 am.  They gave us a good estimate with pics to see what was causing the leak.  They worked for several hours to complete the job (pics after) and hopefully we won't be calling them back.  They  claim to have a 97-100% no return call after doing a thorough job!  We did have some rain the day after the job...so far, so good!

This is just for their customer service.  

I asked for an inspection and estimate and I I got a quick, professional, polite and apologetic response.  This is what we all should expect from people that own a business of any kind.  This is only part of the reply as there was more explanation.

Don't waste your time calling anyone else!! Seriously! I needed some repairs done on my clay tile roof as well as a flat roof so I called the Repair Guys  because of the outstanding reviews. From the first point of contact, Ryan and his team were one of the most professional contractors I've come across in any trade. They came when they said they would, called when they said they would, did exactly what I needed without trying to sell me a new roof, cleaned up everything, and really educated me about my roof and how to manage future repairs. Their cost was more than reasonable. Seriously.  I will recommend them to anyone, any chance I get.  In an industry filled with sketchy organizations, don't be fooled. This company is the real deal. Just call them for yourself and find out.

I called The Repair Guys because I needed to replace my roof. I left a voicemail and they got back to me about an hour later. It turns out my home is out of their service area so they wouldn't be able to do the work. Despite that, they talked to me for 15 minutes to give me advice and answer any questions that I had. I spoke to Kyle and he was very friendly and professional. He gave me advice as to how many estimates to get, what estimates to ask for, the life expectancy between flat and pitched roofs, etc. He also said that I can call back for unbiased options once I had the quotes or if I had any more questions. I was very impressed by the quality of customer service, even though I wasn't a customer. I definitely will keep them in mind for the future in case they expand their service area.

The repair guys were very competitive and provided the most detailed explanation of the work to be performed to address the roofing issues.  I was extremely impressed by Wade and Devin.  Great communication, and was willing to work Saturday to get the job done.

I had some tiles fall off the corner of my house roof and called the repair guys to come fix it.  They did a thorough inspection of my roof while they were here and found several other minor issues that needed addressed.  I liked the fact that they took pictures of every issue they found on the roof so they could show me on the iPad so I knew exactly why it needed to be fixed. They did a great job and even did some touch up paint on areas that needed patched up.  I felt like they were honest because not only could I could see the pictures of what needed fixed but also because they informed me of all the great attributes of my roof and why I ONLY needed minor fixes.  I then hired them to apply a premium membrane to my foam roof which was in dire need of repair several weeks later after doing my due diligence and research. I got quotes from several other respected roofing companies and none of them came close to the 20yr warranty that the repair guys offered.   It wasn't cheap but when you compare it to the max of 5 yr warranty the other companies offered it was worth it, especially since we plan to remain in our house for the long term. Every one of their workers was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and well spoken. Their customer service skills far exceeded my expectations. I can tell they take pride in what they do.  Ryan took as much time as I needed to answer all my questions (and I picked his brain on quite a few things). I'll be having these guys do my roof inspections in the future.

Had a roof leak during the January downpour, while it was not a major leak, they promptly came out and inspected the entire roof. Repositioned the loose tile causing the issue right there on the spot.  The complete inspection discovered several other unknon issues, and had pictures of everything.

Mind you, I have done construction and rooding in the past, but well, it is not my thing anylonger, and they did not try to up sell anything.

Showed up on time for everything, and left it spotless.

Another roofing repair company told my wife she needed an entire roof. I knew that was NOT the case.

Will get these guys out for inspections more often for the just incase.

If you do need services, the inspection fee applies to the repair bill.

We had a roof leak and some stucco repaired by The Repair Guys and are thrilled we found a company that we feel we can trust.  Prior to contacting them I had three other companies come to provide estimates, which just ended in a list of itemized costs via email with very little explanation of the work that actually needed to be done.

Not only were The Repair Guys helpful over the phone while making the appointment, but after their inspection, they took the time to explain their findings, showed us pictures of the areas that required repair, and gave us the best deal. Once they finished repairs, they sent us pictures of the work they'd completed, and the area has not had any leaks since (work was completed in March 2019). Very happy that we found The Repair Guys!

I had my roof damaged by storms a couple of times. Another company had repaired the roof and tiles kept coming off. I called the repair guys and Ryan took the time to explain why my roof was getting damaged and offered a possible solution to it. They were quick to respond, took time to answer questions and fast to come out and do the repair. There has not been another storm to test the new room tiles but I am confident they had done a great job and they stand behind their work. They even took the time to inspect the roof for any other problem areas. The prices are more reasonable. I appreciate the time taken to talk to us and repair the roof appropriately. I would highly recommend this group!!

We just had The Repair Guys come out to do some more work on our roof. Again, excellent service and Steve and his coworker were diligent-even on such a hot summer day, to do their job well and efficiently and timely. We were very happy. I had an amazing experience with The Repair Guys, the best I've had with any contractor in general to be honest.

Devin walked through an incredibly thorough and detailed run-down of the state of our very tired patio roof and all of the options for fixing it up. He gave an honest account of different solutions, their pros/cons, and relative costs (even so far as suggesting less expensive options that would be with other companies) so that we could make a low-pressure, informed decision.

Great attention to detail was given to ensuring a quality transition from our main roof to the patio roof, and they went the extra mile to ensure any future work on the main roof would be easy to do without compromising the patio roof work.

Above all, I was incredibly impressed with communication. I received calls or emails each step of the way from quoting, to scheduling, to each day of the project. Devin and Rubin checked in on-site each morning to update us on how things were going. At the end of each day, we received a set of pictures of the days progress, and the final invoice included an incredibly thorough account of everything they did to accompany their fantastic warranty.

There are plenty of descriptions here about how great these Guys are so I won't be redundant.  Suffice it to say that I have added them to my go-to list of local small businesses I turn to when I have a project in their wheelhouse.

I recently used The Repair Guys for some roofing repair to my house. I have dealt with roofers in the past and its been a so-so experience. I have to give these guys credit, they were reasonable, showed pictures of the areas that needed work and concise. Their people were extremely polite and they cam in, did the work and finished up and made sure the areas were clean and to our satisfaction. Kyle was so prompt and responsive when we reached out for a consultation for roof leak. He called me and was very knowledgeable on the product and what we should do. Even though the project wasn't a good fit because we needed to go a different route, Kyle still took the time to educate me on roofs and make a recommendation. This is very helpful as home repairs are overwhelming. I would definitely hire them if I needed repair!

Cannot speak highly enough of Ryan and the Repair Guys. My clients home has had a slow leak happening due to a bad roof... Its been going on for years. Ryan and the guys came out to inspect on very short notice. Like 4 hour notice, lol, can't thank them enough for that! Anyways, everywhere they looked there was a problem. Facia were rotted, cracked tiles, water resistant paper torn up (elephant skin), and obvious signs of leakage everywhere.   Keep in mind 'the repair guys' only repair roofs, they don't install. So he could have charged us $10,000 for repairs and walked away. But he said that he wouldn't be able to sleep at night. knowing he repaired a roof that will probably need replaced in 2 years. Saving the homeowner loads of money (just replacing the whole thing through another company).

Basically repairing the roof was only putting a band aide on a gunshot wound.

If you are looking for honest roofers that won't take advantage of your 'lack of knowledge' these are the guys!

Got a call back withing 24 hours - the guy sounded very humble and friendly. The home was outside their work area but  i still appreciate their prompt response - others would have totally ignored the email and would have kept me waiting. 4 star is totally for their good behavior and promptness.

These guys just repaired my roof (May 23, 2019).  I had to wait a month, but it was totally worth it.  They did a fantastic job.  Devin and Rubin were unbelievable.  They gave me an estimate, and repaired the roof at that price.  They communicated with my by phone and email throughout the entire process.  I cannot say enough positive things about my entire experience with them.  I went on my roof to look at their work, and it was flawless.  These guys are way good!!  I was so impressed with everything, I asked them to perform an annual inspection on my roof.  I absolutely trust them.  Don't waste your time with anyone else.  Call these guys.

Was servicing the pool at the house these guys were workin on. Had a small issue with one of the crews but the owner Ryan personally called me and went above and beyond to make it right.

I didn't get any work done from this company because I am out of the service area but Ryan, the owner gave me a tremendous amount of helpful information that would help me to be able to do the work on my own. I have to give him 5 stars for the fact that he went way out of his way and sacrificed his time to help me and give me advice.

I have called so many roofing companies to try and get them to come out and give me estimates or any helpful information. Unfortunately, the Repair Guys are unable to complete repair on my roof because I am out of the service area. However, after being told I am out of the service area (at the beginning of my call), Kyle took the time to provide me with some very useful information. In fact, he spent 25 minutes of his time providing me with very valuable information. So even though from the start of our conversation, this company knew my call would not be a money call for them, I was given more information and help than all the other roofing companies I've called and had come over to provide me with estimates. Hands down, the best experience I have had with ANY home services provider. They are passionate and meticulous about their work. They communicated before, during and after the job exceptionally well. That included sending pictures on what they were doing when we were out of town. They fixed some things that were not part of the roofing job because they saw them and were able to address them and then didn't charge us for them. They called to say when they would be here, asked if that was convenient for us, then showed up on time. They are not the cheapest, but they convinced me their product was far superior and worth it. And that was before I witnessed the quality of their work. Someone here wrote 'you're nuts if you use anyone else.' I now know what they mean and fully agree. Keep up the great work guys.

Ryan was easily the most genuine/trustworthy contractors I have worked with. Ryan gave me an extremely detailed breakdown about our roof that helped us make an educated decision on what to do. Ryan actually sent us to Stell roofing for an entire new roof and practically turned down our business, which showcases his honesty and desire to do solely what's best for the client.

Hands down the best experience I've ever had with any work on my house.  I had a leak on my roof that upon inspection was a much bigger project than I expected.  The customer service is as good as their work.  These guys are the most respectful men I've ever met.  You will experience timely, detailed response from the start when Kyle calls you to schedule, Ryan will come by to look at the job and gives you all the information you need to know to the guys doing the work.  William did the work on my house and I can't say enough good things about this man.  He explained what he was doing, called ahead everyday and finished the work on the timelines that were explained to me.  In fact, they had someone else cancel so they moved me up.  It has now been pouring for days here and my roof leak is completely fixed and I've never felt better about spending the money on my house as I do with this repair work.  Don't go with anyone else.  These guys are amazing!

We had water coming in our house in two areas, one badly enough that it was filling our lighting fixture and smoking. Not good! The Repair Guys responded within 24 hours (other companies said, Sorry, with all the rain, we're swamped and can't get to you for three weeks), came to inspect, gave us an estimate, and arrived promptly both days to do the work. They cautioned me that our roof was 18 years old and might have some other problem areas, but they did not try to sell me a new roof. They took 40+ photographs, which they shared with us, of before and after, explaining the problems and how they fixed them. Replaced more tiles than they planned and did not charge me more. I waited through two heavy rainstorms to write this review so I would be sure the repairs worked. They did! Totally happy with their service, price, results!

The Repair Guys did a re-coat on my flat patio roof and Justin and Steve did a great job.  They used a proprietary coating which is superior and will last longer than the material recommended by several other roofing companies.  Both of the guys were very professional, friendly and polite.  They also inspected my tile roof and did several minor repairs.  The re-coating job was done on time and the cost was very competitive.  Highly recommended.

My fiance and I moved into a new house recently and upon the first rain, realized we had a leak in our kitchen. We got on yelp to find a reputable roofing company; and this company came up. Ryan was very professional, came out on time and assessed our roof. He told us that the leak was most likely the skylight in our kitchen. When his team came to fix our roof, my fiance noticed that they were actually fixing the wrong skylight (one in our living room). They fixed the wrong skylight for no additional charge and moved out to the correct one

They patched the roof and sealed around the skylight, and sent us a bill for $997 along with pictures of the work done.  They also wrote my full credit card details on the invoice and sent it through email to me, which I am very upset with because it could of easily be stolen.  The next time it rained, on Christmas eve, our roof continued to leak,  spreading all the way into the cabinets. My fiance immediately called Ryan, who was on vacation, and Ryan finally called back the next week (more than 10 days later). He made it a priority to come out the next day to check out our roof. His team went back up to fix the roof, and surprisingly, found more cracks around a cable that they had not seen before. They then patched those cracks as well and moved on.

The next time it rained, SURPRISE, the roof leaked again in the same area as the initial diagnoses. I called Ryan the next day (January 23rd) and spoke with him for over 45 minutes about a partial refund for the damage and discussed my frustrations.  He refused to refund and here we sit with a leaky roof and $997 gone.  

In my opinion his company does very poor work and cannot be trusted.  We hired him to fix a leak in our roof and he didn't fix the problem.

I can't say enough about the courtesy and professionalism Ryan and his guys showed. The estimate took awhile because they paid attention to every little detail to ensure I understood what was going on, abd they didn't leave me blind as they took extensive pictures to show. They were out promptly abd did the work at a reasonable price. Even took pics to show me what they did.  

I question their business model because they do such great work, they will probably never need to come back. So I must do what I can to help and tell everyone I know, that the repair guys are awesome.

Discovered our roof was missing tiles in a few spots.  Based on reviews on Yelp, I contacted The Repair Guys as well as another company to come give estimates on the repair.  The other company gave me an estimate strictly for the repair.  Ryan came out, looked at our roof, gave me an estimate for the repair as well as a few other issues he noticed that he thought would be useful for us to know and address, and his estimate was lower than the other guys, even for more work!  Went with Ryan and The Repair Guys and could NOT be happier.  I would recommend them to any friend or family member.

Steve was the guy that I dealt with. He was very responsive, knowledgeable, and pleasant to do business with. All work was completed on time and they were great at cleaning up the site when done. I will use them again.

Received fantastic service from The Repair Guys. I was able to make an appointment the same week I called and given an hour window for arrival. Received a call about fifteen minutes before my appointment to provide a more specific estimated arrival time.The team arrived on time and went up on the roof to inspect.

They came back down with pictures of the cause of the leak, as well as some other issues they found on my roof. They gave me different options with prices for either repairing the leak, repairing the extra issues they found, and/or re-surfacing the entire roof. Based on their excellent price (estimate came in well below other estimates I had received), I elected to re-surface the entire roof.

They were able to complete the work that same day. They sent me pictures of the whole process, which included repairing the leak, repairing blisters on the roof, and then re-surfacing the roof. They also cleaned out my gutters and other parts of the roof as a courtesy. Would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking to have roof repairs done.

Professional, responsive, great communicators! When people climb up on your roof, it's pretty impossible to know a) whether the problems they claim to see are real or not, and b) if they've really effectively addressed them. These guy spent loads of time showing me real pictures of the problems they found, discussing the solutions that were right for us, and then showing us the photographic evidence of the fixes they did. That really made us feel like we got value for money, and made it well worth the significant wait for them to come out (they got slammed after the fall 2018 storms, but communicated clearly and well about the expected wait times and kept or exceeded all their promises!).  I heartily recommend them to anyone! These guys are awesome!!! They provide extremely quick contact, even during the long holiday. Ryan came to view the issue at our convenience in a very reasonable time, provided prompt follow up with an assessment and quote, and scheduled the work the next day. Our roof needed a little work. One other company came out to look at it. Between being a small job and not really wanting to work on a tile roof, we got the distinct feeling that the other company didn't want the job. When we called the Repair Guys, they were most responsive, had a guy out to estimate it the next day and we were on the schedule. The work was done on time, quickly and our roof looks great. They earned a five star rating from us.

I couldn't be happier with the service and work completed by Steve and his team at The Repair Guys.  I contacted them for a few roof tiles that had fallen off, and discovered that they could also repair several holes in my house from a woodpecker problem.  Steve came out the next day and did an inspection, then called with a detailed quote and scheduled a time to come out later in the week.  They were very professional and courteous when they arrived, and best of all they did a great job with the repairs.  I have already referred them to two co-workers!  Don't worry about looking for another repair company, you've found it with The Repair Guys.

I'll just cut to the chase...Ryan, Steve, and the crew did a great job with my roof repair.  They took the time to explain each detail of the job and to show me pictures of everything that needed to be fixed.   When it came time for the actual repairs, they showed up on time, did the work in the time they expected, and even ended up repairing a few more things than what I was looking for - such as some woodpecker stucco damage around the chimney.  They did all of this at a very reasonable price.  I would highly recommend The Repair Guys to anyone needing a roof repair.

I recently worked with the Repair Guys. After speaking with Ryan, he agreed to have his team look at our roofing issue. He said his team would fit us into their very busy schedule. We were out of town. They agreed to work on our roof without us being there. They talked with us along their process & sent us before/after pictures. They were very polite on each call with explicit instructions on their progress. We came home & found our property exactly as we left it. We found a hand written Thank You note in our mailbox. We bought a house in November of last year and after some rain we saw two leaks. One in our living room corner and the other between the patio and the house in the backyard. I went up and put down some sealant in the patio to hold off the leak until I could find someone. I called The Repair Guys after searching all over for someone. Ryan came out, we went around the house and I explained what was happening. He went up, took pictures and went over everything with my wife and I. We went ahead with the work and both leaks over the living room and the patio had stopped. After some rain we started to see water in one of our windows, again we called Ryan. They came out to take a look and because it's coming down the inside of the walls, it's a hard thing to detect on a 2 story house. They did what they could but the leak is still there. NOW even though that leak is still there, I don't blame them at all for not finding it as I know it can be coming from one of the windows above that window as well. They took off the tiles on the roof and looked all over for the leak or signs of a leak but couldn't find it. I'm going to spend some time sealing up the windows myself and see if that helps because the only time the water comes in that 1st story window that is covered by the patio is when the rain is coming sideways and hitting the windows above. I did see a little water make it's way between the patio and house at a later time and called up Ryan, they were out right away, put down a very nice new almost plastic coating and the water hasn't been back since in the patio.

Anyway work that has been done, they have been exceptional, professional and courteous of my family and my time. We all knew the downstairs window was a long shot and going to be a tough find going into it and I wish they had a clear sign of where it was coming. If the water hits the roof, no water in the window, if it hits from the side I'll see water. Again, the roof is perfect, I'm sure it's either an issue with a window or a crack int he wall. No fault of Ryan's or his team at all.

If you need a good roof repair company, call them up. It won't be a waste of time or money.

I can highly recommend the repair guys for roof repair.  After recent rains my roof developed a leak in one location.  I had two large local roofing companies come out.  Basically, they won't do anything other than replace a very large section of my roof.  Neither company made any attempt to actually diagnose the problem.  I knew the repair was more localized based on what I could see from my attic space.  I then called the repair guys.  Wade came out and in 10 minutes found the leak - showed me pictures.  Due to a cancellation, they were able to come out 10 days later and they repaired about 90sq ft of roof at a fraction of the cost these other companies required.  We had very heavy rains (3/12) shortly thereafter absolutely no leaks.  From my standpoint they're the best!

I hired The Repair Guys (due to a previous awesome experience) to resolve some roofing issues that appeared in a home inspection report.  Steve called me back quickly with an estimate and was able to accommodate a quick turn-around on the work.  I appreciate the before and after pics that are provided.  I can't praise these guys enough for their excellent communication and follow-through.  This is a company that you can trust!

They were out of my service area but were very prompt in letting me know that they would have loved to help me with my problem but they only serve North Phoenix and not Central Phoenix.

These Guys are awesome! They repaired our gutter system at Lucky Paws and after few days the system was no good because of weather, water, whatever...they came back and they re did it. These guys are very responsive and detailed in their communication (maybe a little too detailed...I received a few 2 minute voicemails...ha) The work was fairly priced and done well, so I received great value. Would recommend in the future.

I had some repairs and maintenance work done after I had some leaks during monsoon season. Most of my home has an asphalt shingle roof, but an addition has a foam roof. The Repair guys re-sealed my foam roof and did an excellent job.

They did our roof repair quickly and competently.  The men who showed up were very nice and professional. Took a wee bit of hounding to get the final email with the photos of the job, but other than that, they were great. I would hire them again.

I bought a house that had some old interior wall staining on ispection.  I used these guys to open up some sections of my concrete tile roof over the stained area.  They removed tiles, cleaned the debris out of the valleys, replaced underlayment, and put everything back into place.  They took lots of pictures to show me some future potential problem areas.  Their work was done well, they know what they are doing.  After this monsoon season, no leaks-all is good.

The Repair Guys provide superior service and a superior product. Our flat roof was in desperate need of repair and we had water intrusion into the house. Ryan responded promptly even though they were inundated with work from the heavy rains in the area. Wade and Devin showed up promptly on the scheduled day and provided a detailed explanation of the proposed work with before photos. The work was completed that day and they walked us through what was done with photos of the work. They went the extra mile and fixed some additional things that were discovered all within the original estimate. We highly recommend The Repair Guys!

We had a temporary leak from possibly wind blowing water up an exhaust vent but I needed it looked at.  A second storm passed and there was no further leak.  I didn't want to use a roofing company because they always say you need a whole new roof.  When the  Repair Guys came out they did a thorough inspection, pulled tiles and showed me pictures of  the area for $29.00.  They could not find any obvious damage but the roof itself showed some pretty bad areas that they uncovered.  Ryan said they could do the necessary repairs but due to the fact the whole roof would need to be done fairly soon I would be wasting money.  I think that says a lot about the integrity of this company!  Thank you Repair Guys.

I don't often write Yelp reviews, but these guys are deserving of me taking the time to do it.  You don't find service like this much in today's world.  Everything you read about these guys is true.  They take before and after pics to show you what was done.  They are incredibly professional and honest.  Some other companies wouldn't work on my roof due to the age, the owner of this company came out to look at my roof and said it was in great shape and he wouldn't even put on a new roof if it was his own house.

The Repair Guys is the best roofing company ever. From the owner, Ryan, to the roofing techs to the receptionist. Everyone is all about serving the customer and treating each one with respect and courtesy. Their work is excellent! This is the 2nd time we've had them work on our roof, because the recent storm had dislodged an end tile. Since it had been a year since they had worked on our roof, they gave it an inspection, and except for some minor maintenance, it was in great shape. Even though our roof is almost 25 years old, it's still in great shape, and I believe we have the best company in town who will help keep it that way. It was also a plus that we are a customer-on-record, because they came out to our home sooner than they could to a new customer. It's nice to know how much they value their customers!

Let me start by saying I use YELP exclusively to find services after moving to Phoenix two years ago and I have never posted a bad review until now.  The Repair Guys showed up within their two hour window and I showed them the work I would like completed which was pretty straight forward.  The first repair was to a piece of uplifted flashing on the roof from the storms this Summer.  I was told that repair might be a lot more complex and good thing I called them instead of a Contacted Roofer because the charge would be three to four times times the amount.  The second repair was replacing a light fixture in the garage and I was told the person who probably installed the light fixture hadn't done it correctly.  How he could tell that from just looking up at a light that was mounted correctly; I have no idea!  He started pointing and talking about a light switch in the garage that wasn't even there which was really strange. The third repair was in the kitchen and had to do with putting two lights on the same switch to their own independent switches.  I was immediately told this was probably way more complicated than just fixing the wiring behind the plates.  I figured whoever had installed the lighting just did a jump and new wiring would need to ran in the attic to the switch.  When we talked about pricing I was told he would need a day and a half to complete a bid.  Have you ever had that feeling that things weren't right about the person you were dealing with.  I don't know if it was because I was a single female or what but I felt like I was being prepped for a really high bid!  What The Repair Guys didn't know is that I actually work in the mortgage industry, so I'm not inexperienced with home repairs and what work actually needs to be done.

I immediately called another Handyman service on YELP and he provided a bid before leaving my home.  He came the next day and fixed the items in less than three hours for a fair price and I'm very happy YELP user once again.

Great tile roof repairer and exceptional customer service from quote through repair.  I am new to AZ and my home had a leak in roof, they completed a thorough inspection with photos/details, and most importantly were honest.  Completed on-time and no mess afterwards, i would recommend at least a quote for your needs.  I found them as the #1 yelp recommendation and understand why.

The under $1000 repair price vice the 2 you need a whole new roof for $14,000-$15000 I received from other companies made the decision easier.  However showing me the pictures of the roof damage before and during the work and after repair were priceless and reassured me that these Guys are the right folks to call.  Knowing too, that they would not offer to make a quick buck and quick fix, when a new roof would be necessary was very reassuring as well.  I totally trust Ryan, Steve and the entire team.

Excellent customer service and repair work, did everything as promised with within the estimate, and were very conscientious about my two dogs and two cats while the work was performed. I used them for roof leak repair, electrical work, and replacement of copper lines under the sinks. Outstanding!

I only wish I could give these guys 10 stars. They fixed a roof repair on second story of my house. They are courteous, professional, timely, thorough.  Don't bother with anyone else. I called another company on Yelp that had 5 stars and the guy went up on the roof and then came down and showed me pictures of someone else's roof. Wanted to repair 1/3 of the whole roof when I had only a small leak. It was the first quote I got and it just seemed wrong. Then the repair guys came out the next day and checked the roof. They said, it's in pretty good condition and needs small repair.  They showed me totally different pictures of what my roof really looked like. Unbelievable! Than you guys.

I used Ryan and his team for some interior water damage at my house that was a result of a recent storm we had.  They made the repair process painless, and the trustworthiness of his team allowed me to leave for work and come home to a completed project.  They did the job quickly and accurately and I will definitely be using them again for future projects around the house!

The Repair Guys just completed a repair on a house we were selling. I'd made an appt with a different company originally. After waiting more than a week for my appt, the repairman called and said he was on his way and, oh, by the way, we're 4 weeks out on completing repairs and we have a minimum of $1000. I was running out of time. I called Repair Guys. They were so accommodating and incredibly nice. I spoke to Ryan on the phone and Justin completed the repair. They explain exactly what they're doing and what the cost will be and they got everything done in a week. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend The Repair Guys.  I used them for a number of services within a short time frame and they were great.  They were very communicative, easy to schedule appointments with, they showed up on time and were very friendly, not to mention they did great work.  Services we hired them for: bird abatement (we had a pigeon issue near our front door), rewiring outlets inside, drywall and fixing our RV gate.  All of these services were done well. Amazing customer service, follow up and they also don't nickle and dime.  I thought I needed a much bigger repair on one of our projects and they didn't take advantage of the fact that I didn't know exactly what the job would require.  Instead, they made a recommendation which would save both time and money and get the job done.  I would recommend them to anyone I know.

Ryan came out to fix a drip in my sink just an 1 1/2 after I called! He was very sweet and made me aware of another problem I had with the valves and fixed that too! He was very efficient and was so courteous! ! I even had a follow up call to make sure everything was done correctly and cleaned up etc!! I would highly recommend this company!

I dealt with the repair guys to get an estimate for some repair work around my house. They were quick to respond to my initial call, they showed up on time despite the torrential rain that morning. They were thorough, polite, spoke in terms I could understand, and very friendly to my dogs, and they got the estimate to me in the timeframe they promised. I will definitely call them again!

I can't say enough about the service that Steve provided.  We had a horrible leak in our roof, he came out to take a look and provided an honest quote and scope of work.  Steve completed the work that was to be done plus he took care of a few additional issues that he noticed when he was fixing the original repair.  Steve was nothing but professional, I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Although they didn't do the work on my house, I wanted to write this review on how professional and customer service oriented this company is. Ryan called me and left me a 2 minute message explaining how sorry he was that he didn't service my area in Goodyear. All i can say is WOW! I wish more people cared about customers like they do. He didn't have to go to the extreme that he did, but did anyway. Just wanted to write a quick review acknowledging MY experience.

Cannot recommend this company enough!!!  We called The Repair Guys to come out and repair a tile that had fallen from the edge of our roof right before the holidays in early December.  Ryan answered our call and Steve came out the same afternoon to take a look.  Steve took photos to show us exactly what was going on and what needed repairing on both our tile roof and flat patio roof.  Knowing the roof was nearly 20 years old, we expected we'd have to get some work done.  We were given a very fair estimate the next day and decided to go ahead with all of the work recommended to us. We never once felt pressured or like we were being up-sold, but given a fair assessment as to what truly needed to be done to repair and extend the life of both the tile and patio roof.  The guys came out right away the following week (it was SO nice not to have to wait until after the Holiday season was over), and they did an excellent job!  Both Ryan and Steve were extremely professional, prompt and very considerate of our time.  The repairs themselves were excellent and Steve took the time to email us the before and after photos the same day the work was finished.  We have already recommended The Repair Guys to some friends and will definitely use them again!

While I can't attest to their actual work, I am giving this rating based on the service I received over the phone.  I called a few companies to ask about a having a project done.  Unlike the other companies who simply told me that my project is beyond their scope (mainly due to licensing), Ryan spent about 10 minutes discussing my plans and gave me very specific requirements/suggestions for getting bids on the project.  He then called me back 30 minutes later because he forgot to mention another idea.  I was quite impressed that he took so much time with me, knowing that he wasn't able to actually get me business.

It is rare these days to have a company exceed expectations. Ryan and Steve did that and more. First rate communication and service from folks who show care and concern for their customers and craft. Highly recommended!!

TRULY A SUPERIOR COMPANY IN EVERY ASPECT!!!

I can not say enough for Ryan and the Repair Guys.

Last year in the summer, we sustained some interior water damage due to what another roofing company said was only a poorly sealed scupper. We took them at their word and repaired the problem.

Well less that a year later, after the recent spring rains we had in Scottsdale, we discovered  an apparent roof leak that gave us some interior water damage near the same area of the home. I called several roofing companies and contractors to access the damage and give us estimates to rectify the problem. Several said they would call us back in a couple days, but never did. Some refused to come out saying the job was too small for their company to consider. Some said they were just too busy, while others were simply no-call-no-shows when they were scheduled to come out. Most of the ones that did come out were only interested in trying to sell us into completely stripping everything down and putting on a complete new roof (flat roof with a full parapet, scuppers and drains). Most wanted a crazy high price. The lowest bidders only wanted to slap on 1 or 2 coats of roof coat and call it good. AND... the BEST any of them would do was a 1 year warranty. One company said they only give a 90 day warranty, and all of them also stated that it could cost more if they found any other hidden problems. I've had friends burned by this lowest bidder tactic before and wanted to find someone with enough expertise and experience to quote this accurately.

I know this is hot, hard work in the direct sun. Although I am not a contractor myself, I don't mind paying for quality materials and workmanship and I have had some training and experience in many of the building trades. One of my brothers has been a licensed Residential and Commercial Electrician in Arizona for over 30 years and has no complaints. I'm pretty handy in and around the house and can handle most of the work myself. But I also know when a job is too large for me to handle on my own and have a pretty good idea of what to look for and recognizing poor quality work.

When we had Ryan come out, he was prompt and on time. He called a day or two prior to the appointment to confirm, and gave is heads up courtesy call when he was on the way. He was totally professional and performed a complete, detailed inspection, and was able to correctly identify several problem areas and gave us a quote to correct all of the issues which included an improperly installed patio door overhang that had not been correctly installed, flashed and sealed, improper and incorrect roof coatings applied over an improperly prepped roofing base structure. He even re-routed and sealed all of the communications cables and A/C condenser drain pipe. Ryan was able to find and replace several cracked, broken, and incorrect tiles and caps that matched PERFECTLY. That's quite a feat since the tiles were from the 80's!!!

For the actual roof, Ryan and his team use a premium roof coating material that is much more costly that the normal Elastomeric coatings that everyone else uses because they cut into the profit margins. I can truly say that this roof only resembles others in that it is white. Beyond that, It has a very glossy appearance that looks and feels like more of a membrane than a paint. When I poured a glass of water on the roof, it repelled like water off a duck's back. It seems the Repair Guys are the only ones that do their method of installing, and that is what makes it proprietary. Their preparation, installation methods, and premium products all together with the same quality mortar, tile repair, stucco repair etc. is specific to them. I've found no one who does what they do, the way they do it.

He then performed extensive water testing to ensure there we absolutely no more water leaks, and backed this up with a 10 year warranty, and, to my knowledge, he is the only one who will offer a lifetime warranty on an Arizona roof with his best proprietary roofing process.

THE REPAIR GUYS WORKMANSHIP, MATERIALS AND APPLICATION PROCESS IS SUPERIOR TO ANYTHING I'VE EVER SEEN. I WISH I COULD GIVE THESE GUYS MORE STARS - THEY TRULY EARNED IT. They went above and beyond in several aspects without charging any extra for it. I recommend them without reservation or hesitation.

Unfortunately we don't live within the service area of this company and cannot discuss their roofing expertise (which we believe is truly deserving of their #1 status).  However, we can write about their A+ communication and customer care. The Repair Guys return phone calls! The Repair Guys care about their customers and even their want-to-be customers like us. They totally understand that not only do they need to provide roofing expertise, but they also need to provide customer service. They returned our initial telephone call requesting service.  The call was polite and caring.  They nicely explained they could not help us because of our location.  They then provided referrals.  When the referral stood us up, we left a message for The Repair Guys about our experience with the referral.  Totally unexpectedly, we received a telephone call apologizing for our experience with their referral!  Amazing!  Who takes the time to do that when it is something they did not cause and they can not control?  Answer: The Repair Guys. The Repair Guys did an excellent job on some roof tile & fascia work. Showed up on time, completed everything as expected, even fixed a few extra things they found. A true pleasure to deal with and highly recommended.

They performed multiple jobs at my investment property I manage from out of state and were very patient working with my tenants schedule and my needs. Communications were excellent. All work was thorough and completed at estimates given.

I've used Ryan and The Repair Guys for a few needed projects over the last year. They are always extremely professional and prompt. Their attention to detail and what I believe is genuine concern for the condition of my home are what keep me coming back to them. I am only reviewing their pricing as I did not have this company do any work. I called Repair Guys for drywall pricing after some recent damage due to a leaky roof. They sent two guys out the following day to take a look and give me a price. They wanted to charge a ridiculous price to use a special camera to look behind the drywall which I had to keep telling them I didn't want them to do. I also had a hard time getting them to understand exactly what I wanted them to do. I got prices from 3 other companies and none of them had a problem understanding. It took Repair guys a couple days to put together pricing. When they finally called to go over their pricing they were 3 to 4 TIMES MORE than the other prices. When I told them how much more they were, they tried to justify their prices and even offered to take off $200. I dont know if they thought I didn't know better but there is NO way this job could've cost half of what they priced it at. I ended up going with a company called Accurate Drywall and they did an amazing job even doing more work than I originally planned for 1/4 of the price Repair Guys quoted me.

If those words are important to you in hiring a roofing contractor to inspect, maintain, and repair your home's roof then I would highly recommend Ryan and his team.  In my experience, it is increasingly rare to find business owners that back up what they say in deeds and work performed, but The Repair Guys are among those select few.  I contacted Ryan to address a relatively minor issue with some of my roof tiles.  Ryan promptly arranged a service call to assess the issue and provided a thorough and reasonable recommendation for corrective action.  They quickly addressed the original issue, corrected an active leak (went above and beyond to fix), and performed some preventative maintenance to avoid future problems.  During the preventative maintenance work Swan (awesome guy) found some additional damage to the roof and brought it to my attention and showed me lots of pictures.  I decided I wanted to have the team do the additional work, but Ryan cautioned me that might not be the best course of action due to the age of the roof (20 years).  He suggested the team take a look at the couple trouble areas and then determine next steps.  Steve and Swan examined the roof and found additional damage and Ryan shared with me he would love to do the work but felt like that would not be best thing for me over the long term.  He suggested having the entire roof redone (which his company does not do).  Many businesses would have just done the work and taken the money, but Ryan and his crew made a recommendation based on what was best for my home and saving me money over the long term. He not only gave up potential business, but he also discounted the preventative maintenance so that my dollars could go into the new roof.  When have you had a business do that for you!?  I found the Repair Guys on Yelp and I hope my review will encourage a few other prospective customers to give them a try.  You will be glad you did...well managed, honest small businesses should be rewarded for their ethics and service commitments to customers.  Thank you Ryan, Steve, and Swan.  :)

very simple--they say what they mean and mean what they say.   Ryan was very thorough looking at several little jobs around my house.   He called me back when he said he was going to and they showed up on time.   Everything was completed in a timely manner for the quoted price.  Will use The Repair Guys again in the future.

I had several cracked tiles that I needed repaired. Justin and Steve were right on time and conducted a thorough examination of the roof. They took pictures of all of the issues which included tiles that have moved, cracked, clogged eaves, cracked grout, etc. They showed me all of the issues on their laptop. The roof is 23 years old so I had no doubt of what they were showing me. It wound up they replaced about 40 tiles. Because they no longer make my color roof tile, they had to find off color tiles. However, instead of placing them willy nilly so my roof would look checkered, they place all of the off color tiles under a two story eave so you can't really notice them unless you're looking for them. They then used those old tiles in good condition to replace the broken tiles throughout the roof. They also inspected the roof lining and did some minor patching on my patio roof. Price was reasonable for the labor and materials.

I wanted to wait until the end of the rainy season before I wrote my review. Just in case there were issues during heavy rain.   There were none.  These folks do outstanding work.   During the first real big rain back in July I notice water leaking into the house from around an air conditioning vent. I called the repair guys and they were able to come by the following work day.  They were very professional and after inspecting the area advised me were they suspected water was making it way through the roof.   (I know from experience that just because water is leaking though your ceiling in one point does not mean it's leaking through the roof anywhere near that spot). They pulled back tiles, replace a membrane, and fix a previous patch job that had failed.   I've called The Repair Guys back a couple more times over the,last 5 months.  To fix some tiles and some preventative maintenance.   Fair prices, hard work, great results.

I highly recommend this company and was very impressed with the customer service and the professionalism shown.  I recently had a garbage disposal go out and needed a replacement.  I called The Repair Guys and was unable to reach anyone so left a message.  Kyle returned my call promptly and we discussed the problem and options available.  He was able to  get someone out to fix the problem the same day.  I was out of state so Kyle sent me a video explaining the problem and showing me the faulty unit.  I am very pleased with the results.

We had a leak in our bathroom ceiling, very minor, but still we needed someone to come out and look at it. After some research, we found The Repair Guys and decided to have them come out. Ryan was very accommodating, and when he went through the quote, he took pictures from the roof to show us. I thought this was fantastic! Anyway, Ryan was very thorough in his inspection of both the problem spot and the entire roof.We had several cracked/broken tiles as well as some major gaps in the the roof where the wood beams were exposed. Ryan broke down all of our options, and was very straight forward. He gave us a quote, and guaranteed the work would be at that cost or lower. We ended up going with them for the work. The crew came out on time, and was very professional and friendly. They found some small additional tile issues that needed repair, which were completed, and not added to the quote as Ryan had stated the quote was still valid. They answered all of our questions, and walked us through everything. We will definitely use this company again if anything should come up.
