First Response Roofing AZ

I contacted First Response because a tenant advised that there was a leak in theur roof. Out of the 3 companies I called First Response was the only to answer as well as follow up with me.

From the customer service from the office staff to the service and knowledge of the crew that fixed the roof were amazing! They explained everything in great detail as well as sent me a full report of everything written down and broken down by cost of each item used to fix the repair. I know this is normal but I have never seen such a detailed report from a company!

They also make paying online easy by emailing you the invoice and using a payment portal!

They completed the job in only a few hours and now no more leaks through the roof! I will be using First Reaponse for all my roofing needs on all my properties!

They came to check my roof which needed absolutely nothing and they were honest about it. Really grateful for their honestly.

I called and they called back.  We're off to a good start and it only got better from here.  Geoff shows up when he said, he was easy to talk with and trust.   He gave me a great description of what was happening followed-up with photos showing me what he was telling me about the roof.  I had 5 broken tiles, missing half the tile basically and a couple cracked that they fixed.   Erica in the office handled the majority of my communication and she was clear and thorough; very easy to work with and understand.  Garrett handled the roof and while I did not meet him as First Response handled it while I was at work without me having to be there--how awesome! but anyway, he did take pictures of the things he fixed and they were included in the report.  Overall--excellent service, superb follow through and I would highly recommend doing business if repairs are needed for your roofing.  I will be telling any of my neighbors.

Geoff was the upmost professional when we requested to see if there was a leak in our roof. He throughly assessed our roof and found no leak. He could've easily taken us down a path to fix something but insisted there was nothing wrong. We were concerned because our house is nearly 20 years old and all of our neighbors are getting new roofs. He even went into detail of the type of roofing we have and let us know our roof had an additional 10 years of life on it. Geoff is honest and we appreciate that these days. He also showed up on time and called to confirm when he was coming. If your looking for a company that is reliable and honest, you've come to the right place!

They were very quick to respond to my request to have somebody come out and look at my roof as well as very quick and responsive to get me my quote. It was a difficult decision for me to make but unfortunately I didn't get to use them due to the cost, but highly recommend them even though I didn't have the opportunity to use them.

I recently had my roof replaced in 2020 by a different company due to multiple water leaks. Earlier this year I noticed there were still leaks and asked for a warranty inspection/repair. The repair person arrived and claimed the leak was not coming from my roof, but from very small cracks in the wall. I sealed up the cracks and thought that was that.

Well, earlier this week, during a fairly mild rain storm, the leak returned and that's when I contacted First Response Roofing.

Geoff came out and did a VERY thorough investigation, and we determined that it was, in fact, the roof that was leaking. Geoff even isolated it to a specific section. He also provided pics and video of where the leak was most likely originating. I'm now in the process of getting a warranty repair from the original roofing company.

I've spent months trying to track down this pesky leak, and I'm very glad I contacted First Response. Geoff was very thorough and professional.

We had first response complete an overhaul of our large patio awning that was leaking and they did an excellent job! The quote process was efficient, clear and multiple options for repair/replacement were provided. The team was prompt and quick with their work and everything was explained me to both before and after the job was done. The price was excellent, a very low pressure, no nonsense process that was welcomed. We will be using first response for any roofing needs moving forward!

Really happy with my decision to go with first response roofing for my partial roof replacement. I received quite a few quotes for the job and was initially very impressed with the time spent on my roof assessing not only what was causing my leak but also the entire health of the roof. There were several other companies that didn't even look and just talked to me at the front door about their recommendations. First Response gave me many options and felt 0 pressure to choose a particular one - I felt as if I was just given the knowledge to make the right decision for me. Price was right in the middle of the quotes I got for the work performed. Kudos to Jake for the quote process, that's what sold me honestly. The work itself was of  high quality, efficient and they did a good job cleaning up after. Highly recommend this company and will 100% use them for any future needs!

Needed a quick quote and subsequent repairs done as we were selling our home. Evelyn- the owner- sent out Jake for the estimate. They were quick to respond, polite, and prompt! Just waiting now to get the work done- busy monsoon season and all !!

I had a leak in roof above my garage and I called 3 roofing companies to come inspect and give me quotes. True to their name, First Response was the first to respond and had someone, Geoff, at my house within 2 hours. He was knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issue and location. As it turned out, there was a small gap between the flashing and the roof that just needed a bead of caulk to seal it. Geoff went and got some seal, in a couple different colors to suit my preference, and then fixed the gap.  The best part, he did it FREE. He said they don't charge for service quotes and their minimum is $500 but that involves replacing tiles and whatnot. For something so small and easy to fix as my issue, he said he was happy to care of it at no charge. It's so nice to find an honest and reliable roofer and I'll be using First Response for all of my future roofing needs

We got three bids to have our roof repaired. First response was the only one who actually got  ON the roof, took pictures and showed us what they said we needed. They arrived on time, worked hard, cleaned everything up when,they finished. We highly recommend them.
