This is the team you want for wood floors in your house. We recently moved to Phoenix and needed wood floors installed.  I searched around and found Royal Wood Flooring through Yelp reviews. Thank you to all who have written a review because you helped me find an A+ team.  Vinny came on time and emailed me an estimate within a day.  We got put on their work schedule.  Vinny kept in regular communication about their schedule and we needed to move our time out a couple of times.  I was good with that because I recognize that construction work doesn't always follow a set schedule.  Once the team started on my house, they finished on time, within 2 days for one job and in one day on another job.  Overall, a great experience.
I've installed wood floors in two other houses and can tell you, this is the company you want!

I reached out to see if this company could help me fix itA although they are too booked out to help, the owner was very kind in walking me through what went wrong and advice on what to do. Very appreciative of his time to have a discussion with me! Will definitely use them for future projects!

Had them carpet a large room and a large closet. Fast and affordable. They beat Home Depot and Home Depot says they install for free. Barry was great and in contact after the job was done. Thank You.

We had our shower done by these guys and it came out beautifully! They were all so friendly and put up with our nosey kid and dog, we would absolutely recommend going with them! Any hiccups that came up Ali addressed immediately and we appreciated that!

Started at a box store thinking they would be cheaper due to just volume and as you might have guessed.......ended up at Uptight Carpet. Best customer service, family owned, and professional in every manner. I could not have asked for better service. Found the exact same carpet Lowe's had-- Matt was great to deal with. Customer service is still alive and well.

A lovely SeIection of oh, so many Mexican tiles. There's literally something for every decor. Yes, of course, Spanish style, but so much more! You can go bold and beautiful or soft and demure. A bit more spendy than the big box stores, but maybe worth having that statement....and the people there are very helpful, letting you browse to your hearts content or helping you along with suggestions. It's a great little place!

Sean and his associate were fantastic. They surpassed my expectations.  They were polite, punctual and did a wonderful installation.  The finish work was by far the best I've seen.  I had a similar job done last year before we sold that house to move here and I wish I had known about Sean.  I would have flown him to Nebraska.  You just really can't find a better team.

His work is outstanding. Finds the problem and fixes it. Would recommend him to anyone needing some home repair. I would not use anyone else. He installed a new engineered wood floor in our home after removing outdated tile flooring. Excellent job and well done. He also replaced rotted facia boards. A great person to fix your homeowner problems.

Ruined my Hardwood Hickory Floor had to sue him & filed a complaint with the Registar of Contractors . Does not know what he is doing & his equipment is faulty . DO NOT hire this guy

I have been looking for someone to come and clean my floors. Remember, it's the holiday season. Everyone is booked including Emil. He made time to squeeze me in at the very end of a long day. They were efficient and he really went the extra mile for me. Now that's service!! I couldn't be happier that my floors are done for the holidays and I'm ready to move into my new home!! This is a well run family business.  Very professional, kind workers, and always attentive.  The floors look better than new when polished.  Spend your money here.

I had my floors done 2 years ago, to the week, by Flooring America.  I had a wonderful experience from my first phone call with Dale, to my first  meeting with him when he came to give me a free estimate, to the second and third time I needed to meet with him because I am slow and hesitant when making big decisions, to the installation of my floors, to the second estimate for the upstairs, to two days ago when I asked him yet another question about my floors!  

I had some questions about some places that I was worried were ruined (from dog pee and toilet bowl cleaner), as well as 4 places were the planks "weren't perfect" in my opinion.  Dale came out to look at them (2 years after installation) and answered every question I had about the floors.  He told me that he would have his installer/repair guy call me the next week, after the holiday, in order to fix the 4 spots that the floor had moved, as it is a moving floor.  I asked about the two places that the dog had "ruined", but in fact, he said they were fine and I could save my money (awesome!)  I appreciated his honesty as well as his customer support and service.  Dale then checked out the toilet cleaner problem - I thought the floor was bleached forever.  He asked me if I had any cooking oil and then proceeded to get behind the toilet, scrub the floor for a few minutes and fix the problem.  Instead of charging me for his own good, he did what a family member would do for me!  Dale has answered every question I have ever asked, even ones about plumbing and electrical work, that had nothing to do with flooring!  He has answered every question I have had quickly, no matter how many I have asked!  Dale has been very helpful and kind, and I really have appreciated his help!

I would recommend Flooring America at Ray and 56th not only because of my beautiful laminate floors, because of the wonderful customer service I have received and continue to receive two years later!

The contractor we are working with recommended Travis and Nichole at Floor Depot. My wife and I met with Travis on a Saturday and he was incredibly patient and helpful and also very personal. We still shopped to find the right tile and when we did came back to Floor Depot. Nichole worked with us on getting the best price and also came through on suggestions for bathroom tile. Being in sales for over 30 years I can't recall a more helpful and professional group of people to deal with. Nichole was exceptionally sweet and personal and a huge help to us! We will definitely recommend them to anyone we know. If your looking for any flooring or tile materials on bathroom, kitchen and flooring renovation projects, you'll be doing yourself and disservice if you don't go to Floor Depot! They also let us take tile samples home and didn't charge us.  We'll be using them again I'm sure for our next project!

This is a fantastic company. Every member of their team, from the sales to the install, were responsive, professional, and accommodating. From selection to install, they completed a large kitchen project in under four weeks... Unheard of in today's climate.

Reached out for a quote on a wall removal.  We received a reply same day via yelp.  He was out and bid the job within 48 hours.  Very knowledgeable,  very personable.  Will definitely be calling again.

Set up time for estimate visit--- he texted saying he was running late---2 hours later he was still 20 mins away. No thanks.

No show, no call and when called, indicated he arranged an hour window to arrive, which is not true.  This appointment was made with him not through a service or other staff.  Total disregard for your time and your work schedule and with something as simple as arriving on time for a meeting in which he set the time, take note people.
