I can't express how grateful I am to Vinny and his crew - they did an amazing job helping rehab the wooden floors in my historic home!! They were super flexible, worked with me to understand my needs and budget and went above and beyond what I expected. There were parts of my closet that were also hardwood floor that I didn't know I had due to a previous owner painting over it - and the crew took care of that for me too! Overall, super impressed and happily recommending them to all my friends and family.

I had a backsplash nightmare- install done terribly. I reached out to see if this company could help me fix itA although they are too booked out to help, the owner was very kind in walking me through what went wrong and advice on what to do. Very appreciative of his time to have a discussion with me! Will definitely use them for future projects!

Had a great experience!  Not the usual contractors that work half day and go missing at times (at least that has been my experience).  They showed up and knocked out my kitchen, hallway and bathroom quickly.  Everything looks amazing.  I would highly recommend these guys.

We had our shower done by these guys and it came out beautifully! They were all so friendly and put up with our nosey kid and dog, we would absolutely recommend going with them! Any hiccups that came up Ali addressed immediately and we appreciated that!

I went in search of some tile for my "Cantina" we are building. Jack helped me figure it all out and I did the work myself. Was a great experience and the tile looks great. Wonderful family run business. We are building a home out of state and stopped in to compare some carpet samples and prices and Sarah was extremely helpful - even though we are not buying any materials from them. She was happy to talk pros and cons and even help us price match for our floor space to see if we were getting a good deal. She never rushed us and was very pleasant. My only regret is we won't be here to work with them directly as she was fantastic!

Unique tile ! Nice customer service! My mom needed 16 linear feet of tiles for shower decor! Would def recommend id you want unique designs.

I cannot say enough about Sean Ryan! We started in on a second round of renovations on our home a few months back. Of course I had a million people come out and bid me on all different things. It's tough trying to weed through who is going to do the best job, but the first time I spoke to Sean, I knew, this guy's the real deal! He was so patient and informative, not to mention his pricing is competitive. And when the job started, he was professionalism at it's best, start to finish. He and his team were always on time, always cleaned up after themselves and were very friendly. The job was done on time, and my floors look AMAZING!
This is the second home I have renovated. I have dealt with many different contractors and workers. There is no doubt that not all are created equal. We all know that renovating is not only financially taxing but also emotionally. It is so refreshing hiring someone who treats you and your home with kindness and respect. I have been looking for someone to come and clean my floors. Remember, it's the holiday season. Everyone is booked including Emil. He made time to squeeze me in at the very end of a long day. They were efficient and he really went the extra mile for me. Now that's service!! I couldn't be happier that my floors are done for the holidays and I'm ready to move into my new home!! Our 20 year old travertine floors look BRAND NEW! I was so impressed with this company. Not only did they do a fantastic job, much better result than I ever imagined, they were so kind and professional.I tried a different company in the past, they were a lot cheaper but the floor didn't look any different- The grout still looked grungy, which Doesn't cut it when you go to sell your home. A different company I interviewed had a similar price, but the owner was kind of scammy and creepy. I'm so glad I went with Scottsdale Travertine polish/PV interiors. I'm writing this review because I like to help other women find awesome quality companies that are also friendly and safe and don't try to take advantage.

We recently started shopping around for tile to replace the existing carpet and laminate on the 1st floor of our home in Gilbert. After a bad experience with a salesperson from Express Flooring, my wife and I walked into Flooring America in Chandler. The salesperson was nice and listened as we explained what we were looking for. He showed us a good variety of tiles that fit our needs. We picked out our three favorite options and set up an appointment for Dale, the owner, to come take some measurements and give an estimate for the job.

Dale was nice enough to come to the house at the end of the evening. I worked late and my son had cub scouts so Dale agreed to come over at 730 PM so that I could take care of what I needed to. He brought the 3 pieces of tile that we selected in the store and we were able to see how they would look. It made it easy to choose our favorite. He took his measurements and explained all options for the installation. We ended up choosing to have them installed diagonally which would cost more due to the fact that more tiles needed to be cut and there would be more materials wasted. The price we agreed upon was cheaper (diagonal install) than the price we were quoted from Express Flooring (horizontal install). Dale left and told me that he would contact me the next day with an estimate on a start date. The next day, he informed me that the installers would begin the job on Monday (4 business days). This was fine with me as I had a lot of stuff to move off the first floor.

As scheduled, the contractors showed up on Monday bright and early. They helped me move a few pieces of furniture that I could not move myself and then got started ripping out the old floor. The boss told me the job should be finished on Friday and then left his installer to complete the job. "The worker", as my six year old son referred to him, worked very hard and put in 12 hour days. He was very nice and didn't seem at all bothered by all the questions the boy was asking or the instructions the boy gave him like..."don't  break those tiles Mister" HAHAHA.  The installer really took his time to make sure all cut pieces of tile looked right. I'll just say it... They are "perfect" and his attention to detail was first rate.  

The only knock I have on the whole job,from beginning to end is that the install took a full six days instead of the estimated five. But, at this point, I don't care because the floor looks freakin fabulous.  Dale and his family run an excellent business and I will definitely be going back to them when I do my upstairs flooring and bathroom upgrades. Oh yeah... And they do kitchen countertops also. If your looking for some work done in your home... Look no further than Flooring America in Chandler.

Let me start by saying that I did not purchase my flooring from Floor Depot. Rather, after working with me for about 2 weeks; providing me sample boards to take home, ordering a sample board for me that he didn't have, and helping me carry countless heavy sample boards to my car, Travis recommended I purchase the flooring I wanted elsewhere as he thought I could get a better price at another store. Talk about honesty! Talk about exceptional customer service! The price he did quote me for my 2nd choice flooring (Provenza) was unbeatable. I absolutely recommend Floor Depot. I doubt you'll find a better price elsewhere and if there is a better price elsewhere, you can trust Travis to steer you in the right direction. Support local business and honest sales- it's a rarity these days!

These guys are awesome..We have a new build up in New River (kitchen/island/bathrooms/bar). Alex came out to measure on his way home from a job up in Flagstaff and had our cabinets done and installed 13 days later (other companies I called were 6 months out).  They had exactly the granite that we wanted.  His prices were great.  His salesman Veny - best customer service/sales guy I have seen in a long time.  The installers were awesome, fast, clean, respectful and AWESOME at what they do.  We had one problem with a counter, came up with a solution and BAM it was in and done.  If you want granite counters - these are they guys.  And Alex has a great eye - they way the lined up veining is amazing. Nice to work with a company that takes great pride in their work and their customer service.  We will use them and refer them for sure.

If you're looking for skilled, trustworthy, reliable professional who takes pride in his work, and goes the extra mile for his clients, you want Russ as your handyman.

The wall mounted a/c in our rental had been leaking behind the wall and some mold had started to grow before we realized. Russ came over - ON A SUNDAY - and proceeded to spend the rest of the day doing custom drywall patching, baseboard replacement, repainting the wall, waterproofing the area, and installing the new unit. It looks brand spankin' new. Russ did top notch work all day, on a weekend. Good luck finding that kind of service.

I was impressed, and brought him out for more work on a different property. He SAVED ME THOUSANDS of dollars in floor prep work that other handymen were trying to get me to do. Russ gave me honest, forthright feedback, rather than take the job and the quick money, because he cares for his clients and understands partnership. I'll be calling him again. And again. You probably should, too.

***UPDATE****
Seven weeks after the remodel, Maxum did the right thing and replaced the granite with the cracked countertop with the exact granite that was installed. I am now satisfied.

We had our master bathroom remodeled. One week after completion of bathroom remodel, we noticed the granite countertop was cracked the entire width. They sent someone out to repair, but we weren't satisfied with how it looked as it was still very noticeable.  They agreed to replace the counter but said they would not replace with the same granite as the only piece available was larger and more expensive. We thought that would be okay. I received an email a few days later stating "the guys have found a piece to match what you have. They are going to pick it up and start fabrication again."  I waited 2 weeks before contacting again to see where we were with progress. I received a call later that day and was told they wanted me to look at the granite to make sure I was satisfied.  Apparently the piece was not in fabrication as I was told.  Won't go into details regarding the meeting not happening as scheduled. We saw the slab, and it was darker, and thinner than our original granite.  At first we said okay. And when asked when we could expect it to be done, we were not given a clear answer. But as my husband and I thought about it, we contacted them and canceled the replacement, as we did not think we would be happy with the replacement and felt that since the crack was discovered so soon after completion, it should have been replaced with the same granite we had chosen, and we would just have to live with the crack.

Our big mistake was handing over the final payment before looking over everything with a fine tooth comb. This was our first remodel.  It took three weeks and they finished late on the final day.  We were all tired. But it seems once that final payment was made, we no longer mattered and they were pretty much done with us and on to the next project.

Mosqueda renovation is great,  there response time was fast and Oscar was quick with the consolation. We got our bathroom remodeled and him and his team did a great job and it only took 10 days  total! Definitely recommend

I just wrapped up my 3rd job with JM Contracting and we couldn't be happier!!! The first job Josh (owner) did for me was our back patio roof. We discussed a drainage issue and out of all of the other bids I obtained and telling them all the same issue, Josh was the ONLY one that suggested we get an architect/engineer to address the problem. He naturally got my bid! Josh got on top of the drainage issue and once the engineer/architect (Quincy) did his calculations, pictures, etc. we came up with a solution. Josh was able to do the entire job, also addressing an issue with my sagging roof that was putting all its weight on my french door lintels which required shoring it up and stabilizing it, he stayed just outside of our original budget.
We have had NO problems with drainage since and that has saved my master bedroom floor!

Josh remodeled my master bathroom and my father's bathroom within the past 4 months as well. The outcome is stellar!!! Our bathrooms now look like they came right off of HGTV! No kidding! I highly recommend JM Contracting for all your contracting jobs. Josh is great to work with, his team (including his subs) are spot on too. Josh oversees everything and he is a total prefectionist...a keen eye for detail and making sure it looks 110% perfect!  Thanks Josh for such great work! We will be using him for our next remodel of our kitchen and our pool decking too!
