We love Royal! If you are looking for a professional company to install your hardwood, engineered, or laminate flooring, you really should give "Royal Wood Flooring" a call - (602) 446-2613. My wife and I spent several weeks interviewing various flooring companies, researching, getting quotes, advice, etc., and really we had no complaints with any of the companies we talked to. That said, we had two important factors to consider: this would be a small job (one bedroom) and we were on a strict budget. A lot of the bigger name companies (BTW, all had great reviews) just didn't want to spend much time with us because ours was such a small job. While I do understand that they have to make money, we also had to stay within our limits, and after several weeks that was turning out to be difficult, to say the least.  We finally contacted Royal and once I talked to Vinny I knew immediately he was our guy. Vinny understood exactly what we were wanting and we were able to come to an agreement on price that was significantly less than any of the other quotes we had received (and best of all within our budget!).

The day the Royal crew arrived, I spoke with John (lead foreman) about what we could expect. John was courteous and very knowledgeable and listened carefully to all of our concerns. Even when we ran into problems with the floor (the concrete had a large crack and couldn't be leveled as we had hoped) he offered us several options and took the time to clearly explain his reasoning. As it turned out there were multiple problems with the floor we hadn't anticipated and we ultimately had to change our original plans and go to a plan B... But the bottom line is that when the job was finished we had the most beautiful, professionally installed floor we could have hoped for. They literally exceeded all our expectations. Every detail was perfect and even their cleanup was immaculate.

Royal does business the "old school" way - that is to say, you can trust Vinny to stand behind his work and his people. We have a couple of other rooms we want to install new flooring in and I am going to use Royal for both of them. After you're done looking around and getting bids from other companies, I highly recommend talking to Vinny at Royal before making your final decision, whether it's one room or an entire house!

Mark and team from M2 are a cut above.  Highly skilled, attention to detail, prompt, professional, courteous and more.  Their team did a full remodel of our master shower and we could not be more pleased with their work.  Everyone that has visited has given compliment after compliment.  On our next bathroom remodel or tile/stone project, there is no one else we would call.  Not the cheapest bid, but beyond worth it due to their expertise and upscale quality.  Thank you so much for your hard work.

We have worked with Barry at RNB Flooring for years! They have installed carpet, tile, and vinyl plank flooring. We have also referred them to clients and will do so again, as they do an exceptional job!

We had our shower done by these guys and it came out beautifully! They were all so friendly and put up with our nosey kid and dog, we would absolutely recommend going with them! Any hiccups that came up Ali addressed immediately and we appreciated that!

Very good selection of tile. I would say that their selection is awesome and some are unique.

Now, they never have samples and they even asked me if I would pay for shipping to have a sample piece. You have to pay for shipping for most of the items you order here. Which shipping on 4 different quotes I had was over $150. There are plenty of stores that won't charge you shipping. Some of their tile is unique though.

The staff is friendly, the space is crowded but good selection of tile, they could do with a bigger store or at least more samples in hand as it's hard to make decisions sometimes without taking pieces home. I'm always happy to pay for sample and get a refund when returning them.

We have purchased from them 3 times over the years. I like to come here for ideas and for a larger variety.

Their shipping time is always pretty long, at least with my experience so plan accordingly.

100% recommend this store they met all of our needs! My girlfriend and I ran into some carpet trouble and had called all over the valley before finding this wonderful place. We called ahead inquiring about the material we needed and had a great conversation with the lady who answered. After explaining our situation she gave her advice which was more helpful than most of the other carpet sellers we had contacted. The location on Apple Maps led to their warehouse but the pictures on their page allowed us to find the store. Walked in and a pleasant man by the name of Frank offered his help. Frank was amazing and fulfilled all of our needs with a tremendous attitude. He was very knowledgeable about the products we needed and even found us a better option. I could not have asked for a better service! I went in feeling stressed about the situation and Frank's expertise and customer service helped put me at ease.

I did buy some tile here, but would only do it again if I was in a hurry.  There are other tile stores in town that carry much of the same merchandise, and their staff was much more helpful at helping me find items in their stores that they thought would meet what I was looking for.  I had to aggressively engage the sales girl here twice during my visit just to get some attention.  If I had a couple weeks to wait for the other stores to order my tile, I would have saved about half and been treated better.  Mexican Tile & Stone had what I wanted in stock, so I paid full retail prices to get it.  Paying such a premium I mistakenly thought I'd get a premium product, but much of it had serious paint and/or glazing defects requiring me to rifle through the supply in their warehouse to get tiles that didn't look significantly different from each other.  Before this last step, the sales girl had made sure to have me sign TWO waivers about these being hand-made tiles and that I should expect variations.  Variation is one thing, and in the QC world variation has an acceptable tolerance range. Many of the tiles they tried to send home with me were downright defective and unquestionably outside any range of acceptable variation.  There weren't enough of the "good" tiles for my project, so I took a few of the best of the bad and had my tile installer mix them in the project so they weren't so visible.  However, I notice them every time I look at it and it really bugs me I spent full retail for these tiles.  Definitely a lesson learned by me - build enough time in a project to pick out materials from a different tile store and have them ordered.

Excellent, helpful, fair, honest, thorough, and friendly. What more can you ask for? I had vinyl laid in my living/dining and bedroom. It looks gorgeous. They had to really level out some of the base, and it was a lot of hard, hot work. Sean was very fair about the extra work and time. I look forward to when I can have the two additional rooms done!

I found these guys as they were doing a job across the street from my house. I trust my neighbors and if they chose someone for their home I feel comfortable giving them a shot. The owner of the company came over to take a look at our hardwood floor (kitchen, dining area) which was probably 30 years old and may have been recoated once in that time. Needless to say, it was not looking very good. He quoted me a price which I accepted and he came to work two weeks later. It took him two full days and upon completion it was like we had brand new floors put in. My wife stays at home with our babies and they took great care to keep everything clean and enclosed as to not impact the rest of the home in any way. There was one minor item that when I flagged the guys came right back over and fixed it completely without any questions whatsoever. I would highly recommend these guys as their pricing is good and the work is great. Only issue is they are busy so don't expect them to be able to come out the next week. I have an after picture, but unfortunately I forgot to take a before picture which showed a very dramatic transition.

Professionalism, honesty, and quality are the three words that come to mind with this company. From the first phone call to final steps the entire process was top notch. Not a shady company like the rest. If you are in need of real service with quality customer service look no further. Best tile and grout company in the business.

Shannon, Wayne and team did an outstanding job on our travertine floors! We recently bought a home where the travertine floors had been neglected for a decade. They were dull, scratched, dirty, cracked and had a few holes/pits in them. We were ready to rip them out and start over, but Shannon came over and took a look. She promised to clean, polish, fill and seal to get them looking like new. Boy was she right. After their services, the floors looked immaculate! Everyone that comes in to our home comments on them. We are very happy that we spent a fraction of the cost to have STP come in and do their thing vs. spending $10K+ on new floors. Shannon's communication is upfront and timely. They showed up right on time and got the job done ahead of schedule. We will be recommending them to all family and friends. We appreciate the job they did and look forward to using them again when needed.

I needed two shower remodels in a rental property.  John D. at Flooring America in Chandler helped me find tile that blended nicely with the rest of the surfaces that I was not replacing.  The tile looks expensive but the price was very reasonable.   John has a lot of experience and far better intuition about design than I do. Both showers look fabulous.  The installer was also very experienced with an eye for detail and quality.  I also replaced carpet in two rooms.   Again, John helped me find a great product at a great price.   Working with John and his team was super easy with great communication. I have this team on speed dial now, for any future work. Oh, and the showroom is huge with so many great options at all different price ranges!

Travis knows his stuff!  After visiting several other carpet stores, we were drawn to giving Floor Depot our business due to Travis' honesty, knowledge and trustworthiness. You will see what I mean if/when you meet him.  
We were carpeting a spare bedroom that was in immediate need.  With the Covid crowd having all the contractors backed up for several weeks, Travis was able to influence one of his go-to contractors to carpet our bedroom within 2 days of our carpet being delivered (8 days from when we first walked into his store!)  We actually selected our carpet from a different store. Not only was Travis able to get it for us in half the time....his price was almost $1.50 sq.ft. less then his competitor. Can't promise he will be able do that for everyone. But, wow!  For us...we now have a carpet/floor company that is going to get 100% of our business going forward.
Again, it's worth your time just to go in and talk to Travis. You will understand straight-away that this guy is incapable of deception, and he will do whatever he can to keep your project on schedule.

Russ installed a stair railing that had been removed during a flooring project.  It was the type of small job that many contractors don't want to tackle.  Russ's estimate was in line with others and I chose him largely based on other Yelp reviews.  I was not disappointed.  Rather than purchasing or building new railings, Russ examined the original and said that I could save money by reusing what I had.  He worked over 2 days and was very detailed.  There were a couple of decisions to be made and he shared different options for me to consider (without changing he estimate).  It's obvious that he stands by his work which drives him to do a quality job the first time.  I've got a couple of other home projects on the horizon and he will be my first call.  Highly recommend him.

I hired Maxum Construction to do a $136,000 home remodel. I would never do that again. We are now 10 weeks into an 8 week job with another 4 weeks to go.

Set up time for estimate visit--- he texted saying he was running late---2 hours later he was still 20 mins away. No thanks.

No show, no call and when called, indicated he arranged an hour window to arrive, which is not true.  This appointment was made with him not through a service or other staff.  Total disregard for your time and your work schedule and with something as simple as arriving on time for a meeting in which he set the time, take note people.
