We decided that it was time to finish off our bedrooms with laminate flooring to match the rest of our house, so our first stop was actually a Home Depot in Mesa.  Home Depot had offered a $1.00 per SF installation deal, which sounded fantastic.  However, it turned out to be a bait and switch scam, and their price came in outrageously high after they overbuilt the estimate by approximately 100%!!!  
Then I found Royal Wood Flooring on backpage.com, and spoke to Vinny the owner.  He visited our house within a day or two to measure the floors, and his price came in super reasonable.   We purchased all of the materials for the project at The Floor Store in Mesa, and had them delivered to our house.  A week later, Vinny and his crew arrived to install the new flooring, and all I can say is "WOW",  they simply did a fantastic job.  Vinny's crew arrived on time, and finished the flooring install the same day!  Vinny is a very honest and dependable contractor, and his knowledge and integrity were evident from the start.  The total cost of our project ended up being less than half of what Home Depot had originally estimated!!  I would not hesitate to use this company again, and will highly recommend Vinny and his friendly crew to my family and friends!!

I hired Barry to assist with a major project for my employer, U-Haul International Inc.  There is not enough positive feedback that I can provide regarding Barry's professionalism and Barry's work.  Barry did a fantastic job and only uses quality products.  I will continue to refer Barry and RNB Flooring on a regular basis.  If you need flooring for your home or business, I highly recommend that you contact Barry at RNB Flooring.  As Barry constantly states, "Friends don't let friends have ugly floors!"

We had our shower done by these guys and it came out beautifully! They were all so friendly and put up with our nosey kid and dog, we would absolutely recommend going with them! Any hiccups that came up Ali addressed immediately and we appreciated that!

I went there to find Mexican pavers for a patio extension. They have a very nice selection of them, and the salesperson, Jefferey Bennett, was extremely helpful and pleasant. The delivery guy was also super nice, and brought a forklift on the back of his flatbed truck so he could bring the palette of tiles through the alley to the back of our house. I would recommend this place if you're looking for interesting tile and helpful people.

First off I want to say that I am not getting or receiving any discounts or freebies for writing this review. My wife and i purchased a new home and wanted to replace the carpet in the home. Our real estate agent had recommended a wholesale contractor carpet and tile place and we did get a quote from them, however, we decided to go to Uptight Carpet because it was local and had very good reviews and boy are we glad we did. We worked with Frank at the show room and he was awesome. Their product and customer service is terrific and their prices are competitive and probably better than what you can get from the big box stores.It's one stop shopping and their own employees do all the work. We replaced carpet in all the bedrooms and decided to tile our den versus carpet. The installation of both the carpet and tile went flawlessly and they did a fantastic job. i am very particular and would give the entire team from start to finish, sales, scheduler, carpet and tile men a total 10 if I could.  This company is the best and there's a reason they have been around all these years!

I did buy some tile here, but would only do it again if I was in a hurry.  There are other tile stores in town that carry much of the same merchandise, and their staff was much more helpful at helping me find items in their stores that they thought would meet what I was looking for.  I had to aggressively engage the sales girl here twice during my visit just to get some attention.  If I had a couple weeks to wait for the other stores to order my tile, I would have saved about half and been treated better.  Mexican Tile & Stone had what I wanted in stock, so I paid full retail prices to get it.  Paying such a premium I mistakenly thought I'd get a premium product, but much of it had serious paint and/or glazing defects requiring me to rifle through the supply in their warehouse to get tiles that didn't look significantly different from each other.  Before this last step, the sales girl had made sure to have me sign TWO waivers about these being hand-made tiles and that I should expect variations.  Variation is one thing, and in the QC world variation has an acceptable tolerance range. Many of the tiles they tried to send home with me were downright defective and unquestionably outside any range of acceptable variation.  There weren't enough of the "good" tiles for my project, so I took a few of the best of the bad and had my tile installer mix them in the project so they weren't so visible.  However, I notice them every time I look at it and it really bugs me I spent full retail for these tiles.  Definitely a lesson learned by me - build enough time in a project to pick out materials from a different tile store and have them ordered.

Sean is a knowledgeable, friendly, and very experienced floor installer.   Whereas sitting in front of the Home depot salesperson was exhausting and i felt like i was being told everything i was going to have to SPEND on, calling Sean was a welcome relief.  He was telling me everything I could SAVE on and educating me much more at the same time.  But don't get me wrong, the only corners he cuts are the floors themselves.  In fact i got much better quality flooring and a better clearly experienced install, yet saved hundreds of dollars overall.

In the end the install (laminate) was flawless, and he estimated the overage perfectly (much less than HD quoted), again saving me some serious money.  One more point here: he is someone you can trust in your house.  i left him a key to do the work since I was going to be out of town during the install, and had no qualms about doing so.

I will be hiring him again once i save up to do the next part of the house.

I found these guys as they were doing a job across the street from my house. I trust my neighbors and if they chose someone for their home I feel comfortable giving them a shot. The owner of the company came over to take a look at our hardwood floor (kitchen, dining area) which was probably 30 years old and may have been recoated once in that time. Needless to say, it was not looking very good. He quoted me a price which I accepted and he came to work two weeks later. It took him two full days and upon completion it was like we had brand new floors put in. My wife stays at home with our babies and they took great care to keep everything clean and enclosed as to not impact the rest of the home in any way. There was one minor item that when I flagged the guys came right back over and fixed it completely without any questions whatsoever. I would highly recommend these guys as their pricing is good and the work is great. Only issue is they are busy so don't expect them to be able to come out the next week. I have an after picture, but unfortunately I forgot to take a before picture which showed a very dramatic transition.

Had an awesome experience with ER Grout. They were fast and efficient . Had no issues. They show up on time and got the work done. I highly recommend them .

We had a problem with our travertine floor.  After taking 24 hours to return  They advertise 'Get a free quote on natural stone maintenance or repair' on their website.  That advertisement is totally FALSE!  I would never call this company again.

This is our second time using Flooring America and will not be our last,  competitive pricing, great quality of products, employees are friendly, professional, and courteous.  Dale is fair, friendly and professional. We generally get 3 quotes prior to work being completed, each time we have selected Dale and his team, next time we will just go with Flooring America and save our time.  With both of our jobs there were challenges with sub-flooring, and unevenness with the concrete slab due the age of the house.  The additional work needed to have the job done right was reasonable, when others would have seized the opportunity to gouge the customer. Jake and his crew did both of our installations and I cannot say enough about the quality of his/their work.  He does a great job of checking with you along the way if there are choices to be made during the  installation, he also makes recommendations based on his experience that gives his work a clean look.  This is not an easy task when blending new materials with existing flooring.  I 100% agree with all the other reviews except the 1 negative review.  If there is ever an error or a problem Dale will make it right. If you decide to go with Flooring America for your flooring need you will not be disappointed!

Regina was awesome to work with! She was super patient, knew just what to recommend, gave her honest opinions, didn't try to sell us on pricier product, and answered about 100 of our questions without complaint. We were able to check out a couple of samples to take home and make sure we like the coloring, etc. We were absolutely thrilled with our experience at Floor Depot and look forward to working with them.

We decided to update our kitchen countertops so we started the process of finding the right company for us. After 3 or 4 estimates/sales pitches we decided to go with ARG. Veny was the "man" for us. He got us with his knowledge and how easy he was to work with. He had great ideas to expand our countertop space and helped us find the right granite. When the day came for install they were right on time n promptly changed our kitchen. We love it! Do yourself a favor and call and talk with Veny. This place rocks!!

Great experience from start to finish! Russ was not only the most economical bid, he was fast, courteous and skilled! He got our job done in a day and we are super thrilled with the results! Also, Russ wore a mask for our protection the entire time he was in our house. Great guy and great work!

If I could give less than one star I would.  PLEASE SELECT A DIFFERENT CONTRACTOR as Maxum does shottie work and demands to be paid before the job is done correctly. We were displaced from our house for almost 5 months due to water damage and Maxum's delays in getting started and then not finishing the job.  They would leave the AC cranked on low and leave the house empty overnight and lights on. They also would leave windows open overnight (after saying it would never happen again, they still did it again).  The day we came back to the house to pick out the grout color we wanted, they had a guy ALREADY INSTALLING A COLOR WE NEVER APPROVED!  When I demanded the grout be immediately removed, the worker told me NO.  I physically had to begin removing it myself  before it dried while the worker  just stood by and watched me.  I called the company to try to get immediate action from their worker before the grout set but got no immediate action.  It wasn't until I had scraped out over 90% of the grout myself before their worker began to help me.  (That was also after his 2nd call with the company and my ignored and repeated requests for help.) We now have 2 colors of grout because they still used the bags of wrong color after we left the house. They installed our washer/dryer on the wrong sides and NEVER FIXED IT.  They also didnt leave access to the hookups.  They put our wood blind in our jacuzzi bathtub and got it wet, ruining it...and NEVER REPLACED IT. They cracked the marble shower and then tried to tell me it was that way when they started the project.  When I showed them photo proof  they were wrong, THEY STILL REFUSED TO FIX IT. They threw away the baseboards to our bathroom  vanities, and instead of ordering replacements from the manufacturer (we told them who to go to to get the the replacement parts), they slapped some stain on some wood and told us that was what we were getting.  Paint began peeling 2 weeks after we moved back into the house and they NEVER FIXED IT. They got paint on out ceiling fans and NEVER FIXED IT. Our roof began leaking LESS THAN A YEAR AFTER THEY SUPPOSEDLY FIXED IT!  There is so much more bad work than I can write about!  They should NEVER NEVER NEVER EVER be hired! They say they will fix their mistakes, but NEVER DO and then put a lien on your property!! We had to hire an attorney to deal with them to get the lien removed and they still NEVER FINISHED the job or corrected their bad work. Their workers complained they weren't getting paid.  David tells people we didnt pay them, it's not true.  We did pay them He also tells people we were unreasonable.  Also not true. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

Mosqueda renovation is great,  there response time was fast and Oscar was quick with the consolation. We got our bathroom remodeled and him and his team did a great job and it only took 10 days  total! Definitely recommend

No show, no call and when called, indicated he arranged an hour window to arrive, which is not true.  This appointment was made with him not through a service or other staff.  Total disregard for your time and your work schedule and with something as simple as arriving on time for a meeting in which he set the time, take note people.
