Vinny and his team were excellent to work with.  They refinished about 4000ft of original flooring from the 1920's and put in about 600ft of new flooring that blends in perfectly.  The team were all friendly and worked very cleanly and nicely in conduction with the other crews on site for our renovation.  Pricing was very fair and the overall experience was great.

Mark and team from M2 are a cut above.  Highly skilled, attention to detail, prompt, professional, courteous and more.  Their team did a full remodel of our master shower and we could not be more pleased with their work.  Everyone that has visited has given compliment after compliment.  On our next bathroom remodel or tile/stone project, there is no one else we would call.  Not the cheapest bid, but beyond worth it due to their expertise and upscale quality.  Thank you so much for your hard work.

If you are looking for Mexican or southwest style tile this is the place to go. They have a product range for all budgets.   They have samples throughout the house that give great ideas for application.  Not all products are available to view but thier website is more comprehensive.

I found these guys as they were doing a job across the street from my house. I trust my neighbors and if they chose someone for their home I feel comfortable giving them a shot. The owner of the company came over to take a look at our hardwood floor (kitchen, dining area) which was probably 30 years old and may have been recoated once in that time. Needless to say, it was not looking very good. He quoted me a price which I accepted and he came to work two weeks later. It took him two full days and upon completion it was like we had brand new floors put in. My wife stays at home with our babies and they took great care to keep everything clean and enclosed as to not impact the rest of the home in any way. There was one minor item that when I flagged the guys came right back over and fixed it completely without any questions whatsoever. I would highly recommend these guys as their pricing is good and the work is great. Only issue is they are busy so don't expect them to be able to come out the next week. I have an after picture, but unfortunately I forgot to take a before picture which showed a very dramatic transition.

I had them clean, color, and seal the floors throughout my entire single story house of about 1850 square feet. It was supposed to take four hours. The work was performed by two workers, in about half the time, apparently as they rush through the work to get done.

Pro:  
They showed up at the exact date and time.
Good communication and explanation of the various options and methods.

Con:
They did not clean, color or seal underneath the stove or refrigerator.  The owner stated they couldn't move the appliances due to "insurance" reasons.  I would have moved them myself, of course, if that was true.  But he did not advise me ahead of time, didn't ask when he showed up at the beginning of the job and didn't care even after I pointed it out at the end of the job.

They did not clean in the corners very well.  

There was a film left on the tile that I was told I need to mop off myself "in a couple of days."

There is some missing grout in the hallway on about 3 or so tiles that was left because I didn't pay $400 extra for the  "caulking" of all the baseboards.

Overall, I would not recommend.

After having an estimate last year, I contacted them in order to have them come out again and was even willing to pay $30 for an estimate. I was surprised to hear they were not even interested in doing the job of repairing the travertine.  Perhaps they don't need the business after all, I thought this was very poor costumer service. Will go with another company that needs the business.

The first time we worked with Dale at Flooring America of Chandler was in November 2012 when we had new carpet and pad installed in our home in two bedrooms, loft, stairs and family room.  Absolutely gorgeous and we could not believe the price and quality of the product.  There was absolutely no pressure on Dale's behalf.  

In July of 2013 we decided to sell our home and buy a new build and asked Dale to meet us at the model home so he could quote carpet for the bedrooms and possibly wood for our home office and master bedroom.   When he asked what we were doing about the tile and baseboards, we let him know we were going to let the builder install those.  He asked for the opportunity to quote the entire home, which we thought was crazy as ALL the flooring and baseboards would have to be removed.  He said no problem, they do this sort of thing  all the time even in brand new homes.   Dale quoted the job and most definitely came in lower than the builder and offered a lifetime warranty on their workmanship as long as we own our home.  

Six months later, we sit in our new home with the most amazing flooring ever!   We have gorgeous 12x24 tile, 5" plank hardwood floors, upgraded carpet and pad and 5 1/4" baseboards that sit properly on top of the tile and wood, unlike what the builder would have done.  

No one could believe that the day after we closed escrow everything was being torn out and it seems we may have started a trend in our new neighborhood.  

We cannot thank Dale, Efren, Jake and all the installers enough for the beautiful workmanship.  High quality work at its best!    We will continue to refer you for years to come and will be calling hopefully this year to have our custom shower done as well.

Floor Depot provides excellent customer service and the best prices. Recently, I needed to find an exact match to existing tile in my home. I worked with Travis, the owner of Floor Depot, and he was extremely helpful. He knew the tile I was looking for by name and after getting a bit more info said he would look for a local supplier. He called me back the same day to let me know he had found the tile I needed. He even arranged for us to down to the supplier so that we could double check to make sure the tile they had would be a match by comparing it to an extra we had. Once we knew how many square feet we needed, he double checked to make sure we everything, including the dyelot, was correct.

My husband and I called almost a dozen tile distributors in the valley looking for this tile. While a few did have the tile we needed, no one provided the same level of customer service that Floor Depot did. Additionally, No one else came even close to matching the great deal he gave us on the price and delivery cost. So, if you need flooring definitely call Floor Depot.

This place is absolutely amazing. I had a terrible experience with Lowe's and Home Depot when looking to renovate my kitchen. I did some shopping around at other local countertop places but Veny was simply the best. Veny helped us out the entire way and was there for EVERY STEP of the process, sharing his expertise but never pressuring a sale. He shows up on the job site to make sure things are running smoothly and his employees are top notch people. We even asked if he could install a backsplash and new flooring for our kitchen as well even though we had already bought the materials and he graciously agreed. If you're looking for ANY COUNTERTOP or home remodeling needs, do yourself a favor and come here FIRST, these guys are the Real Deal.

Russ is a great handyman we just moved into a new house he helped us hanging pictures and tvs along with a gigantic stuffed marlin. He does quality work at a reasonable price I highly recommend.

Met with this company at the Home & Garden show on a Sunday and scheduled a consultation/estimate for Thursday that same week. Received a call on Wednesday saying they wouldn't be able to make it for Thursday and then rescheduled for the following Monday at 9am. They ended-up no-showing. No call. No email. No follow up. Never heard back from these people, which is a good thing because if there work is anything like their communication, it would have been a waste of time and money with the end result. I would never trust this company to do anything with my home considering how unprofessional they are.

Mosqueda renovation is great,  there response time was fast and Oscar was quick with the consolation. We got our bathroom remodeled and him and his team did a great job and it only took 10 days  total! Definitely recommend

I just wrapped up my 3rd job with JM Contracting and we couldn't be happier!!! The first job Josh (owner) did for me was our back patio roof. We discussed a drainage issue and out of all of the other bids I obtained and telling them all the same issue, Josh was the ONLY one that suggested we get an architect/engineer to address the problem. He naturally got my bid! Josh got on top of the drainage issue and once the engineer/architect (Quincy) did his calculations, pictures, etc. we came up with a solution. Josh was able to do the entire job, also addressing an issue with my sagging roof that was putting all its weight on my french door lintels which required shoring it up and stabilizing it, he stayed just outside of our original budget.
We have had NO problems with drainage since and that has saved my master bedroom floor!

Josh remodeled my master bathroom and my father's bathroom within the past 4 months as well. The outcome is stellar!!! Our bathrooms now look like they came right off of HGTV! No kidding! I highly recommend JM Contracting for all your contracting jobs. Josh is great to work with, his team (including his subs) are spot on too. Josh oversees everything and he is a total prefectionist...a keen eye for detail and making sure it looks 110% perfect!  Thanks Josh for such great work! We will be using him for our next remodel of our kitchen and our pool decking too!
