I witnessed an employee of this company threaten my neighbor after she asked him if he was dumping commercial waste into our private residential dumpster. His work van had not been seen at the complex previously, doing any sort of work. He began screaming at her and then yelled that he was going to "get her". He then threatened her vehicle and property. She tried to explain to the man that there has been a lot of illegal dumping and residents were told to keep an eye out, so she was just asking. He replied with a stream of obscenities and said "just wait, you will find out."

My neighbor seemed unfazed by his actions, but I am concerned. I contacted the office number on the van and was told that he would be called into the office and it would be taken care of. I was later contacted by Royal Wood and told that the man had been suspended for a week. Three days later, the same man in the same company van was back at the condo complex. Clearly the representative/manager I spoke to lied in an attempt to placate me.

Royal Wood Flooring lacks integrity in their hiring practices and in dealing with the public. Any business that would knowingly employ a man that threatens women with physical violence, while driving their vehicle and representing their brand, is not a business to be trusted. You have been warned.

We couldn't be happier with out master bathroom! We had an old outdated countertop too low for us, as well as unflattering linoleum flooring in a house we had just bought. We contacted M2 enterprises in hopes of an affordable renovation. Mark was able to put down new flooring, add a brand new vanity, adjust the baseboards, and adjust the plumbing to make our new bathroom look amazing. We really appreciated that he did not cut any corners and that he was personable and affordable as well. Any home project we plan on doing in the future we plan on using M2 Enterprise.

After a flood, RNB worked with our general contractor to remove the warped wood floors and install the new wood floors throughout the house.  After being hired, there were a few hiccups and bumps that arose along the way; however, when the problems came up, Barry stepped up and made it right.  Immediately.  

That is what makes him a great contractor. He was there and able to troubleshoot for us when we had a problem.  

Prior to moving forward with our selected wood, Barry also did an excellent job of showing us the tile and carpet flooring options so we could make an informed decision.  Ultimately, the wood selection worked out great.  

Based on my experience, I've recommended RNB Flooring to others.

We had our shower done by these guys and it came out beautifully! They were all so friendly and put up with our nosey kid and dog, we would absolutely recommend going with them! Any hiccups that came up Ali addressed immediately and we appreciated that!

Today was my second experience with MTC-- and both experiences were great.  First, the disclaimer:  because of their slick TV ads, I thought their prices wouldn't be competitive. I was wrong.

The first trip was last month when I shopped their Parking Lot sale at the Ray Rd store. I was looking for shower tile, but didn't really know what type I wanted.  The sales rep was patient and kind; I gave him a general idea of what I wanted and he showed me options at several price points.  In less than 20 minutes, I found beautiful tile, accents, and grout at fantastic prices.  

Today, DH and I were shopping for patio pavers.  He had gone to the orange big box store and found some run-of-the-mill red brick pavers at just under $2 a sq ft.  With the success I had  last month, I asked him to hold off on purchasing those bricks until we could go to MTC  Fortunately, they were open today (Memorial Day) for a few hours.  

The sales rep, Jeffrey, helped us find the perfect pavers: they have a variation of colors and came in varied sizes for more interesting pattern options.  And for $1.49 a sq ft!  They even gave us a pattern sheet to help with the paver designs. With their prices on not only the pavers, but the sand and gravel, we estimate that we saved over $500 by not buying from the big box store.  

Friendly, helpful staff and great products/prices.  We'll be back!

Uptight just finished our tile demo and laminate install. I could not be happier!  All work crews were on time, worked full days and were polite and informative if I had questions.
In the showroom, Matt and Sara were very helpful and friendly. Matt was honest about how messy tile demo was so we were prepared for the mess, but we were pleasantly surprised at how great the crew cleaned up after tearing out 1100sq. feet of tile. Our job was finished ahead of schedule, another nice bonus.  I will not hesitate to contact them for all our future flooring needs.

I hired Mexican Tile and Stone Company to design and install a new kitchen and dining room floor, and backsplash, to go with the new kitchen I was putting in.  They did a wonderful job - creative and artistic, and their craftsmen were outstanding.  The end result is beyond beautiful.  They were timely and fast, clean and organized, and collaborated with, and were considerate of, the other workmen (and their schedules) who were simultaneously installing cabinets, lighting and plumbing.  I can't say enough nice things.
Their owner and creative designer was on the job site regularly, and went above and beyond not only in making sure this project proceeded according to plan, but in helping with a lot of the details related to the kitchen installation generally, when my kitchen contractor fell down on the job (as he did regularly).  The owner, the creative designer and all of the workmen were friendly, respectful and a pleasure to work with.
I am planning on hiring this company for several other projects, and strongly recommend them.

Sean did a fantastic job putting new flooring in our home. He was reasonably priced, had a fast turnaround and was helpful throughout the process.

Larry is a consummate professional.  He shows up on time, is courteous, clean and polite.  His prices are more than fair and --most importantly-- he does fantastic work. He just redid the floors in my kitchen and they look fantastic. He uses Bona products which are the best in the industry.  He had his team come and move furniture at no extra charge.  After the job was done, he came back on a Saturday and put all the furniture back.  

He is a rare breed.  I highly recommend him and would definitely use him again.

I needed my tile cleaned and restored so i asked around and my neighbor recommended ER Grout and Tile. Emil answered right away and was able to give me a free estimate the next day. I am so thankful they were able to get the job done the same week. Not only were they fast they even moved furniture and placed them back. Highly recommended!

I have wanted new flooring for 18 years (basically since purchasing our home!) I had soo many thoughts and ideas and different directions my mind was going in, but Amber was so patient and knowledgeable. She helped us find the absolute perfect tile and carpet solutions for our home.That was jus the beginning of our experience! Dale came out several times and brought samples and options and ran through exact pricing for each part of the bid. We felt completely comfortable knowing what to expect. Then, I could not have been more pleased with the crew! They were polite, courteous and their attention to detail was phenomenal.
I had been worried about the mess and dust that removing our old tile would create and I was shocked at how comparatively minimal it was! Dale even came by most days just to pop in and check the progress! They took great pains to cover things in plastic to ensure they stayed clean. Our home feels new and fresh and I absolutely love it again!! They are coming to replace all our old tired carpeting in a week and I cannot wait!! I will recommend them to anyone and everyone who needs flooring (actually we are the 3rd family in our culdesac to use them and I just referred another neighbor to them!) Honestly I cannot say enough about the company and the experience. Just incredible!

We purchased through Floor Depot at the recommendation of my son and cautiously recommend this business.  

Travis is awesome and great to work with, very knowledgeable and helpful in our purchase.  Their merchandise selection is great and we are very happy with what we ordered.

The reason for a 4 star rating is they are not a full service floor company so we had to hire two other companies, recommended by Travis, to complete our job demo and install.  So while the price may be lower because you must pay check/cash, the frustration of dealing with and scheduling multiple contractors was a no fun at all.  If you go with a Full Service company, you'll pay more but stress less.  So it's really a personal choice of how much work you're willing to have to do and/or put up with.

Overall, the Floor Depot is a great store and we do recommend them.  We do not however recommend their recommended contractor which we used, Kodiak Tile and Stone.

I have worked with Alex and Veny several times over the last year on several different projects.  They do amazing work.  AZ Royal Granite is the only fabricator that I recommend for miter cuts and waterfall edges.

Hired Russ to do an accent wall with laminate in our master bedroom. He did a fantastic job and even helped us put back the shutters on the windows and helped put back king size bed frame and mattress! Being retired senior citizens, that little extra help was greatly appreciated. Thank you for a job well done!

David Taylor did a renovation for us not quite a year ago. Recently, we noticed problems with two electrical outlets. When I told him about the problem, he contacted me right away and sent someone to fix the problem the next day!

I'm so happy to see that David is now part owner of Maxum Construction. It's nice to see that he brought his professionalism and awesome customer service to his new company. We will definitely be doing business with them in the future.

Set up time for estimate visit--- he texted saying he was running late---2 hours later he was still 20 mins away. No thanks.

No show, no call and when called, indicated he arranged an hour window to arrive, which is not true.  This appointment was made with him not through a service or other staff.  Total disregard for your time and your work schedule and with something as simple as arriving on time for a meeting in which he set the time, take note people.
