Royal Wood Flooring just refinished the wood floors in my entire house. They did a fantastic job. Vinny Is so kind and Dedicated to making old worn floors look new and beautiful. His work crew Is highly experienced. Even when the rain threatened to interrupt the job they we're willing to reschedule to protect our floors. After several estimates from other wood flooring companies Vinny's was economical and a great value for the work they did.

How often can you say what an awesome experience remodeling a master bath was?
M2 just finished our master bath and it could not have gone smoother or turned out better. Mark really has his act together. He is on top of each job, communicating schedules and the work that will be done each day. His trades people are all excellent and have been with him for years in most cases. Check out his Facebook page for the beautiful examples of his work.  Mark is an excellent communicator , listens well and also has great ideas.

Had a great experience!  Not the usual contractors that work half day and go missing at times (at least that has been my experience).  They showed up and knocked out my kitchen, hallway and bathroom quickly.  Everything looks amazing.  I would highly recommend these guys.

We had our shower done by these guys and it came out beautifully! They were all so friendly and put up with our nosey kid and dog, we would absolutely recommend going with them! Any hiccups that came up Ali addressed immediately and we appreciated that!

Came to look at countertop ideas and found slabs we liked.  The staff was great and very helpful prices were not too bad at all.  We are not experienced at all in buying granite or solid surfaces but we enjoyed our experience and plan on coming back. Also recommending to others.

100% recommend this store they met all of our needs! My girlfriend and I ran into some carpet trouble and had called all over the valley before finding this wonderful place. We called ahead inquiring about the material we needed and had a great conversation with the lady who answered. After explaining our situation she gave her advice which was more helpful than most of the other carpet sellers we had contacted. The location on Apple Maps led to their warehouse but the pictures on their page allowed us to find the store. Walked in and a pleasant man by the name of Frank offered his help. Frank was amazing and fulfilled all of our needs with a tremendous attitude. He was very knowledgeable about the products we needed and even found us a better option. I could not have asked for a better service! I went in feeling stressed about the situation and Frank's expertise and customer service helped put me at ease.

A lovely SeIection of oh, so many Mexican tiles. There's literally something for every decor. Yes, of course, Spanish style, but so much more! You can go bold and beautiful or soft and demure. A bit more spendy than the big box stores, but maybe worth having that statement....and the people there are very helpful, letting you browse to your hearts content or helping you along with suggestions. It's a great little place!

We completed a major remodel on our house in 2012 and I hired more than fifteen contractors to do work. Sean's work installing our floors tied for first place. I cannot recommend him highly enough! If you know a lot about construction, you'll appreciate his attention to detail and his willingness to customize/accommodate any situation. If you don't care much about the details of the work, you might have to tell him that from the get-go, as he's very detail-oriented and can take quite some time in going over things with you. I'd definitely rather have someone who is overly thorough than the alternative, right? For me, a perfectionist, Sean is just the ticket.

He and his assistant are very professional and courteous, and also friendly and personable. I had no worries having them in my home. They even helped me roll our 350lb commercial range across the new floors. He moved his truck willingly when I was coming or going. And when our floor contracted (shrunk) more than expected after 6 months of installation, Sean returned to make complimentary adjustments.

I highly recommend hiring Sean. I would do it again in a heartbeat.

[The only other thing I learned from hiring so many contractors is that I need to ask them all to smoke in their car or in the street. I'm a little sensitive about cigarettes, and most contractors smoke these days, so that's just a tip from me to you (if you're interested). Just say it at the beginning when you hire them and get it over with! No more cigarette butts in your driveway or your landscaping!]

His work is outstanding. Finds the problem and fixes it. Would recommend him to anyone needing some home repair. I would not use anyone else. He installed a new engineered wood floor in our home after removing outdated tile flooring. Excellent job and well done. He also replaced rotted facia boards. A great person to fix your homeowner problems.

I found these guys as they were doing a job across the street from my house. I trust my neighbors and if they chose someone for their home I feel comfortable giving them a shot. The owner of the company came over to take a look at our hardwood floor (kitchen, dining area) which was probably 30 years old and may have been recoated once in that time. Needless to say, it was not looking very good. He quoted me a price which I accepted and he came to work two weeks later. It took him two full days and upon completion it was like we had brand new floors put in. My wife stays at home with our babies and they took great care to keep everything clean and enclosed as to not impact the rest of the home in any way. There was one minor item that when I flagged the guys came right back over and fixed it completely without any questions whatsoever. I would highly recommend these guys as their pricing is good and the work is great. Only issue is they are busy so don't expect them to be able to come out the next week. I have an after picture, but unfortunately I forgot to take a before picture which showed a very dramatic transition.

I wanted to update this to 3 stars. I think that after more research I was a bit rough on the original review, if not still honest. I realized to do one star wasn't fair. Cheers!

These people are GREAT ... I had them out to my house here in Scottsdale on 10-14-2019 ... They did an incredible job on my travertine flooring and believe it or not, for HALF the price of the lowest quote I could get anywhere else.  I put off doing my floors for years, because I couldn't find anyone I could trust.  I will be having my floors done every 18 months now that I have found them ... Legit review ... 5 Stars, don't even bother with anyone else.

Honestly, these are great people to do business with.

Read my other reviews ... I can be brutal if I get screwed.  I can also give 5 stars with the best of them when I luck into finding people that are great.  Rare in Arizona to find folks this good.

Everything from picking our flooring to installation went very smoothly. Mark did a great job, and Dale brought the color / pattern we went with and *didn't* pick at the store...I think he knew better than us. ;)

Highly recommended, and will use them again on our next job for sure.

Floor Depot provides excellent customer service and the best prices. Recently, I needed to find an exact match to existing tile in my home. I worked with Travis, the owner of Floor Depot, and he was extremely helpful. He knew the tile I was looking for by name and after getting a bit more info said he would look for a local supplier. He called me back the same day to let me know he had found the tile I needed. He even arranged for us to down to the supplier so that we could double check to make sure the tile they had would be a match by comparing it to an extra we had. Once we knew how many square feet we needed, he double checked to make sure we everything, including the dyelot, was correct.

My husband and I called almost a dozen tile distributors in the valley looking for this tile. While a few did have the tile we needed, no one provided the same level of customer service that Floor Depot did. Additionally, No one else came even close to matching the great deal he gave us on the price and delivery cost. So, if you need flooring definitely call Floor Depot.

I met Veny when AZ Royal Granite installed new counter tops at a neighbors.  When it was time to remodel our kitchen we worked with Veny on the selection of the granite and backsplash.  He made several suggestions to the design which we are very happy with. Our remodel also included the reducing the height of a pony wall from bar height to counter height, rerouting electrical at both the pony wall and the wall behind the stove, and installation of under counter lights.  Veny and Alex were onsite each day they had a team working in our kitchen.  AZ teams are neat, professional, arrive on time and clean up after they have completed a task.  We will be using them this fall to replace our counter tops in our bath rooms.

He's the best around. Here are some pics of the before and after of my place. Cabinets. Painting. He put together ikea furniture for me which I loathe doing. Also he was a general nice man and very trustworthy. I would let him babysit my 3 year old son. That's how much I trust him.

Met with this company at the Home & Garden show on a Sunday and scheduled a consultation/estimate for Thursday that same week. Received a call on Wednesday saying they wouldn't be able to make it for Thursday and then rescheduled for the following Monday at 9am. They ended-up no-showing. No call. No email. No follow up. Never heard back from these people, which is a good thing because if there work is anything like their communication, it would have been a waste of time and money with the end result. I would never trust this company to do anything with my home considering how unprofessional they are.

Set up time for estimate visit--- he texted saying he was running late---2 hours later he was still 20 mins away. No thanks.

No show, no call and when called, indicated he arranged an hour window to arrive, which is not true.  This appointment was made with him not through a service or other staff.  Total disregard for your time and your work schedule and with something as simple as arriving on time for a meeting in which he set the time, take note people.
