I had these guys install my floors about a year ago. The wood started warping. The supplier said it was the installer, not enough space for and expansion gap. I contacted Vinny but he didn't show up. Poor customer service.

I had a backsplash nightmare- install done terribly. I reached out to see if this company could help me fix itA although they are too booked out to help, the owner was very kind in walking me through what went wrong and advice on what to do. Very appreciative of his time to have a discussion with me! Will definitely use them for future projects!

I hired Barry to assist with a major project for my employer, U-Haul International Inc.  There is not enough positive feedback that I can provide regarding Barry's professionalism and Barry's work.  Barry did a fantastic job and only uses quality products.  I will continue to refer Barry and RNB Flooring on a regular basis.  If you need flooring for your home or business, I highly recommend that you contact Barry at RNB Flooring.  As Barry constantly states, "Friends don't let friends have ugly floors!"

We had our shower done by these guys and it came out beautifully! They were all so friendly and put up with our nosey kid and dog, we would absolutely recommend going with them! Any hiccups that came up Ali addressed immediately and we appreciated that!

These people are ROCK STARS of customer service.  I was referred by a local, expert tiler who told me to consult with Monterrey Tile for info on cleaning and sealing some marble in my bathroom.  I came in and Ed and crew over in the Pro shop spent a long time with me asking me tons of questions about the tile, the space the shape and the residue I wanted to clean up.  My purchase was only about $30, and yet they spent TONS of time with me to make sure I was buying the right combo of products.  Then... they spent even more time with me to give me step-by-step instructions on how to clean the tile and seal it.  I'm serious.  They went through it step by step.  And, because they were so extremely nice and cool with me (no good deed goes unpunished) I asked them about a bigger problem I had in my home that covered about 1/3 of the square footage - some potential bad grout.

What did Ed do?  He took out a business card and promised he'd have the grout manufacturer rep call me to come out and look at my home.  Really?  You've got to be kidding me.  Nobody does this!  I just came in to buy a bottle of cleaner and you're pulling a huge favor like this for me -- calling a favor in so I can solve a problem that won't net you any additional income?  Yup.  That's exactly what he did.  And, not only that?  Ed called a few days later to make sure the grout rep had gotten back to me.

Insanely excellent, unheard of service.  Next time I need to do any tile work, you betcha Monterrey Tile is where I'm going to go.  Thank you so much Ed & Company!

His work is outstanding. Finds the problem and fixes it. Would recommend him to anyone needing some home repair. I would not use anyone else. He installed a new engineered wood floor in our home after removing outdated tile flooring. Excellent job and well done. He also replaced rotted facia boards. A great person to fix your homeowner problems.

Ruined my Hardwood Hickory Floor had to sue him & filed a complaint with the Registar of Contractors . Does not know what he is doing & his equipment is faulty . DO NOT hire this guy

I needed my tile cleaned and restored so i asked around and my neighbor recommended ER Grout and Tile. Emil answered right away and was able to give me a free estimate the next day. I am so thankful they were able to get the job done the same week. Not only were they fast they even moved furniture and placed them back. Highly recommended!

Our house is 20 years old, and it's been that long since the our travertine (limestone?) tiles and grout have been cleaned or polished, so it's been way overdue!  We met with three different vendors offering polishing services, and went with Scottsdale Travertine based on additional grout services they and price.  Duane and his crew of family members showed up on time Wednesday morning, and after he explained the game plan, they started work, first moving the heavier objects and taping carpets and appliances for protection, then completing the cleaning and polishing by Thursday noon (FYI, we have about 1,200 square feet of tile).  When they were done the tile shine had been completely restored, and the grout is now several shades lighter; it looks 100% better!  Duane also left us with information on how to best maintain our floor going forward.  All in all, this couldn't have gone better.  Thanks Duane, McKenzie and Andrew!

After researching and going to all sorts of flooring stores, we chose Flooring America and are very happy we did.  We had 3 companies come to our house and give us an estimate.  Flooring America was the best price AND the best service.  Our flooring specialist, Greg Streeter, was knowledgeable and helpful, we didn't have to make too many decisions just pick out what we liked, then he and his fantastic team made our boring beige house beautiful (it took only 3 days).  I loved the laminate installers, they were super friendly, moved all of my heavy furniture, and did a fantastic job.  The carpet installer came in very professional and just got to work and finished in record time.  I wish we had done this sooner!!  Thank you Greg, I have and will continue to recommend you and your fabulous company to everyone.

The contractor we are working with recommended Travis and Nichole at Floor Depot. My wife and I met with Travis on a Saturday and he was incredibly patient and helpful and also very personal. We still shopped to find the right tile and when we did came back to Floor Depot. Nichole worked with us on getting the best price and also came through on suggestions for bathroom tile. Being in sales for over 30 years I can't recall a more helpful and professional group of people to deal with. Nichole was exceptionally sweet and personal and a huge help to us! We will definitely recommend them to anyone we know. If your looking for any flooring or tile materials on bathroom, kitchen and flooring renovation projects, you'll be doing yourself and disservice if you don't go to Floor Depot! They also let us take tile samples home and didn't charge us.  We'll be using them again I'm sure for our next project!

I met Veny when AZ Royal Granite installed new counter tops at a neighbors.  When it was time to remodel our kitchen we worked with Veny on the selection of the granite and backsplash.  He made several suggestions to the design which we are very happy with. Our remodel also included the reducing the height of a pony wall from bar height to counter height, rerouting electrical at both the pony wall and the wall behind the stove, and installation of under counter lights.  Veny and Alex were onsite each day they had a team working in our kitchen.  AZ teams are neat, professional, arrive on time and clean up after they have completed a task.  We will be using them this fall to replace our counter tops in our bath rooms.

Russ did a room addition to my house, this included interior and exterior doors, foundation, windows and interior finish carpentry work.  He worked hard to get the job done within my time frame.

Mosqueda renovation is great,  there response time was fast and Oscar was quick with the consolation. We got our bathroom remodeled and him and his team did a great job and it only took 10 days  total! Definitely recommend

I just wrapped up my 3rd job with JM Contracting and we couldn't be happier!!! The first job Josh (owner) did for me was our back patio roof. We discussed a drainage issue and out of all of the other bids I obtained and telling them all the same issue, Josh was the ONLY one that suggested we get an architect/engineer to address the problem. He naturally got my bid! Josh got on top of the drainage issue and once the engineer/architect (Quincy) did his calculations, pictures, etc. we came up with a solution. Josh was able to do the entire job, also addressing an issue with my sagging roof that was putting all its weight on my french door lintels which required shoring it up and stabilizing it, he stayed just outside of our original budget.
We have had NO problems with drainage since and that has saved my master bedroom floor!

Josh remodeled my master bathroom and my father's bathroom within the past 4 months as well. The outcome is stellar!!! Our bathrooms now look like they came right off of HGTV! No kidding! I highly recommend JM Contracting for all your contracting jobs. Josh is great to work with, his team (including his subs) are spot on too. Josh oversees everything and he is a total prefectionist...a keen eye for detail and making sure it looks 110% perfect!  Thanks Josh for such great work! We will be using him for our next remodel of our kitchen and our pool decking too!
