We had a truly fantastic experience with Royal Wood Flooring. Vinny may be the most customer-oriented person I've ever hired for a home improvement project. His team installed about 1000 square feet of engineered hardwood flooring at our 1940's house and the finished product looks amazing. He charged much less than some of the other bids we got and his team finished twice as fast. After about two weeks, the wood planks warped in one part of the house and Vinny sent a team back to shore it up for us - free of charge. Can't recommend them highly enough!

There is nobody better than M2 Enterprise, I am so happy with my completed tub to shower conversion and will have Mark and his team out again for my guest bathroom remodel! I will never use any other contractor after my wonderful experience with Mark. He was able to complete my whole remodel conversion start to finish in 4 days! Mark is honest and highly skilled.... his work is impeccable! I was nervous taking on my homes first remodel project but Mark put my mind at ease, let me know every step of what to expect, and I wish I would have contacted him sooner. I cannot recommend M2 Enterprises highly enough!

I hired Barry to assist with a major project for my employer, U-Haul International Inc.  There is not enough positive feedback that I can provide regarding Barry's professionalism and Barry's work.  Barry did a fantastic job and only uses quality products.  I will continue to refer Barry and RNB Flooring on a regular basis.  If you need flooring for your home or business, I highly recommend that you contact Barry at RNB Flooring.  As Barry constantly states, "Friends don't let friends have ugly floors!"

We had our shower done by these guys and it came out beautifully! They were all so friendly and put up with our nosey kid and dog, we would absolutely recommend going with them! Any hiccups that came up Ali addressed immediately and we appreciated that!

We fell in love with a backsplash tile that had unfortunately been discontinued here in Ontario, Canada. Lucky for us, I discovered  Monterrey Tile Company had our Palais Blue tile in stock! Lori was so easy to deal with and  so patient answering my many questions as I arranged shipping from Arizona to Canada. Nick and the others in the warehouse packaged the tiles so well that we received the entire shipment without any broken tiles. Thank you Monterrey Tile Company ! You rock!

My husband and I were putting all new floors into our 2400 sqft home. We stopped into Uptight and was exretmely impressed with their showroom. There was so much selection and the staff was extremely helpful. So we had them come and do some measurments to get a quote. This is were our expereince went downhill. I had done a lot of research on how much the flooring should cost before they came for a quote and the quote the gave me was astronomical. I really really liked the floors we had picked out so we tried to negotiate. Originally my husband gave a price that we would be willing to work with (still far above what I thought it should cost) and the sales woman said "done". The following Monday we get a call and they said that they could do that price (the one they already agreed to). But could not really give us a reason. Nor would they give a detailed quote showing part, labor, etc. For a week we tried to negatiate more, including asking if we did part of the labor of removing the old floors if it would bring down cost. I began getting really suspious when they said that we could take $150 off our bill per toilet if we remove and reinstall them oursleves. I COULD GO BUY NEW ONES FOR THAT PRICE. Also they mentioned labor cost for removing our bathtub....ummm why are you taking my bathtub out? there is not tile under there??? .... So finally we went to get a quote from another local business and we actually got a better quality laminate and tile and the same exact carpet for about $4000 less than what UpTight wanted (and right in the ballpark all my research said to expect) .... and they only charged for $75 to remove  and reintall all three toilets... and they didnt remove my bathtub lol ...

So many types of decorative and functional tiles in stock and they offer great specials! Also the showroom has very creative ideas for using tile throughout the home, definitely stop in for some inspiration!

I cannot say enough about Sean Ryan! We started in on a second round of renovations on our home a few months back. Of course I had a million people come out and bid me on all different things. It's tough trying to weed through who is going to do the best job, but the first time I spoke to Sean, I knew, this guy's the real deal! He was so patient and informative, not to mention his pricing is competitive. And when the job started, he was professionalism at it's best, start to finish. He and his team were always on time, always cleaned up after themselves and were very friendly. The job was done on time, and my floors look AMAZING!
This is the second home I have renovated. I have dealt with many different contractors and workers. There is no doubt that not all are created equal. We all know that renovating is not only financially taxing but also emotionally. It is so refreshing hiring someone who treats you and your home with kindness and respect. Ruined my Hardwood Hickory Floor had to sue him & filed a complaint with the Registar of Contractors . Does not know what he is doing & his equipment is faulty . DO NOT hire this guy

We had an awesome experience with ER Grout and Tile!  We had our grout cleaned, sealed and some areas recaulked as well as having our granite counter cleaned and resealed.  Our shower and kitchen counter look brand new!!! Emil was extremely knowledgeable, professional and thorough!  I highly recommend ER Grout and Tile!!  Couldn't be happier with the results!

What an awesome job these kids did today for me.
The parents used to run this service and they always did a great job.  But then, they turned it over to their kids.  OMG.  They run circles around their parents.  They patched, honed, polished my travertine and in 13 years of having it, it has never looked better.  I was very excited to come home. Fair price, on time, cleaned up and really cared.  Singing their praises and will hire them again for sure.  Best of luck to you kids!

What a wonderful business to work with!  Flooring America is family-operated and you are treated like one of the family.  They helped make the best choices for our home, installed the carpet and hardwood flooring beautifully, and followed up to see that the installation was to our satisfaction.  We were reminded that we were customers for life - that the service didn't end once the job was done.  We had our whole house done, and it looks great!  We couldn't have chosen anyone better to do this job.

Floor Depot provides excellent customer service and the best prices. Recently, I needed to find an exact match to existing tile in my home. I worked with Travis, the owner of Floor Depot, and he was extremely helpful. He knew the tile I was looking for by name and after getting a bit more info said he would look for a local supplier. He called me back the same day to let me know he had found the tile I needed. He even arranged for us to down to the supplier so that we could double check to make sure the tile they had would be a match by comparing it to an extra we had. Once we knew how many square feet we needed, he double checked to make sure we everything, including the dyelot, was correct.

My husband and I called almost a dozen tile distributors in the valley looking for this tile. While a few did have the tile we needed, no one provided the same level of customer service that Floor Depot did. Additionally, No one else came even close to matching the great deal he gave us on the price and delivery cost. So, if you need flooring definitely call Floor Depot.

We had a small built in wine fridge project at our house and were having trouble sourcing the granite to match our existing kitchen counters, let alone the small slab. I was referred to Royal Granite from a family friend and they were terrific. Veny made some great suggestions for the space and we are extremely happy!

I was so lucky to find Russ through Yelp. I tried reaching out to few other Handyman for quotes but did not hear back from some and others over priced. Does not sound like much but to me it was something important that needed to be done same day, chirping smoke detectors at home. They were driving me crazy.  Thank God that I was so gifted that he responded so quickly with a reasonable estimate AND available to come out the same day!! He arrived on-time, professional, friendly and can do attitude with confidence. He was able to answer my questions, confirmed estimate and  immediately got started. Within no time he had all 5 smoke detectors replaced, they look great and no more chirping! OMG... Russ is an amazing hard worker, very brilliant and fully equipped for any job. Definitely from here on out, he will be my go to Handyman, without a doubt.!!! As well, I will be recommending him to all of my family, friends and co-workers!! Thank you again Russ, keep up the great work that you do!!!

***UPDATE****
Seven weeks after the remodel, Maxum did the right thing and replaced the granite with the cracked countertop with the exact granite that was installed. I am now satisfied.

We had our master bathroom remodeled. One week after completion of bathroom remodel, we noticed the granite countertop was cracked the entire width. They sent someone out to repair, but we weren't satisfied with how it looked as it was still very noticeable.  They agreed to replace the counter but said they would not replace with the same granite as the only piece available was larger and more expensive. We thought that would be okay. I received an email a few days later stating "the guys have found a piece to match what you have. They are going to pick it up and start fabrication again."  I waited 2 weeks before contacting again to see where we were with progress. I received a call later that day and was told they wanted me to look at the granite to make sure I was satisfied.  Apparently the piece was not in fabrication as I was told.  Won't go into details regarding the meeting not happening as scheduled. We saw the slab, and it was darker, and thinner than our original granite.  At first we said okay. And when asked when we could expect it to be done, we were not given a clear answer. But as my husband and I thought about it, we contacted them and canceled the replacement, as we did not think we would be happy with the replacement and felt that since the crack was discovered so soon after completion, it should have been replaced with the same granite we had chosen, and we would just have to live with the crack.

Our big mistake was handing over the final payment before looking over everything with a fine tooth comb. This was our first remodel.  It took three weeks and they finished late on the final day.  We were all tired. But it seems once that final payment was made, we no longer mattered and they were pretty much done with us and on to the next project.

Set up time for estimate visit--- he texted saying he was running late---2 hours later he was still 20 mins away. No thanks.

No show, no call and when called, indicated he arranged an hour window to arrive, which is not true.  This appointment was made with him not through a service or other staff.  Total disregard for your time and your work schedule and with something as simple as arriving on time for a meeting in which he set the time, take note people.
