I contacted Vinny about repairing and refinishing the original wood floors in our 1930's office.  The floors hadn't had anything done for at least 13 years and suffered some termite damage.  He responded immediately and was able to get me a quote within 2 days of initial contact.  He was able to schedule the work around our schedule and do the work on a 3 day weekend so we wouldn't have to close our business.  The repairs are flawless and the refinishing work is so beautiful that I'm having a hard time letting anyone walk on it!  I would absolutely recommend Vinny and his team for any wood floor needs you may have!

M2 just finished our master bath and it could not have gone smoother or turned out better. Mark really has his act together. He is on top of each job, communicating schedules and the work that will be done each day. His trades people are all excellent and have been with him for years in most cases. Finally after seven month, today our wood floor repairs are finished.  It took 2-1/2 days and $1,175, for two guys to do the job.  It took it for granted that Tumbleweed Flooring was licensed and insure.  We won't make that mistake again.  :(

His work is outstanding. Finds the problem and fixes it. Would recommend him to anyone needing some home repair. I would not use anyone else. He installed a new engineered wood floor in our home after removing outdated tile flooring. Excellent job and well done. He also replaced rotted facia boards. A great person to fix your homeowner problems.

I found these guys as they were doing a job across the street from my house. I trust my neighbors and if they chose someone for their home I feel comfortable giving them a shot. The owner of the company came over to take a look at our hardwood floor (kitchen, dining area) which was probably 30 years old and may have been recoated once in that time. Needless to say, it was not looking very good. He quoted me a price which I accepted and he came to work two weeks later. It took him two full days and upon completion it was like we had brand new floors put in. My wife stays at home with our babies and they took great care to keep everything clean and enclosed as to not impact the rest of the home in any way. There was one minor item that when I flagged the guys came right back over and fixed it completely without any questions whatsoever. I would highly recommend these guys as their pricing is good and the work is great. Only issue is they are busy so don't expect them to be able to come out the next week. I have an after picture, but unfortunately I forgot to take a before picture which showed a very dramatic transition.

We had ER Grout clean and grout our tile today.  They did a fantastic job. The two young men were very respectful of our home and worked very hard.  They made sure we were happy with the job.  This was way beyond my expectations.  My floor maybe looked this good the day we moved in.

MacKenzie, Griffith and Brian polished our floors like they were in their own house, they taped cabinets and appliances to off to avoid overspray, moved furniture with a smile, and paid meticulous attention to detail during the entire process. As for the floors....WOW!! We can't stop talking about how our floors look better than new, they brought out a shine that I would never believe was possible without seeing it first hand! We opted to have the grout hand painted to compliment the shine, despite not being planned MacKenzie made a few calls and flipped her schedule to accommodate us! If you are looking for the best Flooring Company in Arizona, this is the place! I am absolutely thrilled to have found Flooring America and my new floors are beyond my expectations. I spent a few months doing my research of the type of flooring I wanted, the estimated cost of product and the costs involved with DIY or hiring a contractor. For myself, I knew that I would need to hire someone to do the work. I looked around, made calls and set up some in-home consultations. Flooring America had put all other contractors to shame ... by far! One jingle-singing salesman was pushy, misinformed, unprepared and unfriendly, plus the prices were way, WAY above what I had estimated.
Flooring America was so easy, so nice, very helpful and extremely reasonable. My wonderful Salesman, Brian Calderon, brought large samples of what I wanted to choose from and even let me hold on to them for a few days of decision making. Brian was extremely knowledgeable and straight-forward. A salesman that you can trust. I was given an estimate with no surprises or hidden fees, easy payment options and quick delivery. My experience was 100% hassle free. The contractors were friendly, hard-working and did an incredible job. And my Salesman was there the whole time to check on the progress and answer questions or concerns.

Let me start by saying that I did not purchase my flooring from Floor Depot. Rather, after working with me for about 2 weeks; providing me sample boards to take home, ordering a sample board for me that he didn't have, and helping me carry countless heavy sample boards to my car, Travis recommended I purchase the flooring I wanted elsewhere as he thought I could get a better price at another store. Talk about honesty! Talk about exceptional customer service! The price he did quote me for my 2nd choice flooring (Provenza) was unbeatable. I absolutely recommend Floor Depot. I doubt you'll find a better price elsewhere and if there is a better price elsewhere, you can trust Travis to steer you in the right direction. Support local business and honest sales- it's a rarity these days!

This place is absolutely amazing. I had a terrible experience with Lowe's and Home Depot when looking to renovate my kitchen. I did some shopping around at other local countertop places but Veny was simply the best. Veny helped us out the entire way and was there for EVERY STEP of the process, sharing his expertise but never pressuring a sale. He shows up on the job site to make sure things are running smoothly and his employees are top notch people. We even asked if he could install a backsplash and new flooring for our kitchen as well even though we had already bought the materials and he graciously agreed. If you're looking for ANY COUNTERTOP or home remodeling needs, do yourself a favor and come here FIRST, these guys are the Real Deal.

Russ was a bit difficult to contact, but in person was very pleasant. Alas, in the end his estimate was 3x that of another equally qualified handyman so I have no direct experience with his work.

Update: Despite his assertions otherwise, Russ did come to my home to review the project, took notes, and told me that I would receive the quote from someone else via email. Several days later I received the quote. Included in the email was a note that the email address from which the quote was sent was not monitored by Russ and that I would need to contact him directly.

It is important to highlight that this review is of the communication with Russ and his price, not of his work. As I mentioned in the above review, because Russ' quote was 3x that of another handyman our business relationship went no further. I would think it in Russ' best interests to (a) accept this review in the positive spirit in which it has been provided, and (b) stop sending me cellular text messages about the review.

We hired Maxum after interviewing several other contractors to remodel our kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Now that's it's completed, we are happy with the results. There were lots of challenges and issues along the way and we had to prod them quite a bit to get the work done and to get it done correctly, but they did make things right eventually. The project went 4 weeks over the 8 week promise which of course cost us more money since we were living in a hotel while the work was done, but some of that was supply delays and the labor issues that everyone is experiencing right now. I would recommend them but be sure to read the contract and make sure the details of your project are listed correctly or you may not get what you thought (and were assured) were included.

Set up time for estimate visit--- he texted saying he was running late---2 hours later he was still 20 mins away. No thanks.

No show, no call and when called, indicated he arranged an hour window to arrive, which is not true.  This appointment was made with him not through a service or other staff.  Total disregard for your time and your work schedule and with something as simple as arriving on time for a meeting in which he set the time, take note people.
