I read all the reviews and looked forward to working with Royal Wood Flooring company.  I called and was told to call another person for a quote.  Once I called the other person no answered saying Royal Wood Flooring.  And when we set a day for them to come out for a consult  I  was told to text my address to the CELL PHONE number that I called.  The day before the meeting I got a text saying he will try and make it!  Which I questioned!  The next day an hour before meeting time I got another text saying that he could not make it he is sick.

This has been one of the most unprofessional experiences that I have ever had.  No one answered the phone in a professional way.  It may just be that I am old school (in my 30's) and expect that when doing business that we make contact by phone calls not text messages like teenagers.

M2 did a great job for us.  Mark responded very quickly and got his team on the job very fast.  The team wasted no time, did an outstanding job,worked very quickly with minimal disruption, and cleaned up the site as if they had never been here.
We have been complemented by many people on the floor.
I would call M2 again without hesitation for future work and I certainly recommend M2.

I hired Barry to assist with a major project for my employer, U-Haul International Inc.  There is not enough positive feedback that I can provide regarding Barry's professionalism and Barry's work.  Barry did a fantastic job and only uses quality products.  I will continue to refer Barry and RNB Flooring on a regular basis.  If you need flooring for your home or business, I highly recommend that you contact Barry at RNB Flooring.  As Barry constantly states, "Friends don't let friends have ugly floors!"

We had our shower done by these guys and it came out beautifully! They were all so friendly and put up with our nosey kid and dog, we would absolutely recommend going with them! Any hiccups that came up Ali addressed immediately and we appreciated that!

We have used them for numerous homes over the years, both professionally and personally. Every time is a great experience and if any problems arise, they're always resolved. Reasonable prices for better quality products. We'll be seeing you again shortly for our latest home!

Very professional. Honesty and ethics are very much alive with this company.  Get your three estimates like you should, but include this company; they weren't the lowest bid, but their materials are a higher grade and better product.  The carpet install was clean and the installers were meticulous.  I recommend you talk to Frank; he makes things happen and he follows up with you throughout the process.

I will not spend a penny here. We walked through several times without acknowledgment. A simple hello? NOPE!

Sean did a fantastic job putting new flooring in our home. He was reasonably priced, had a fast turnaround and was helpful throughout the process.

His work is outstanding. Finds the problem and fixes it. Would recommend him to anyone needing some home repair. I would not use anyone else. He installed a new engineered wood floor in our home after removing outdated tile flooring. Excellent job and well done. He also replaced rotted facia boards. A great person to fix your homeowner problems.

Ruined my Hardwood Hickory Floor had to sue him & filed a complaint with the Registar of Contractors . Does not know what he is doing & his equipment is faulty . DO NOT hire this guy

Had an awesome experience with ER Grout. They were fast and efficient . Had no issues. They show up on time and got the work done. I highly recommend them .

Our house is 20 years old, and it's been that long since the our travertine (limestone?) tiles and grout have been cleaned or polished, so it's been way overdue!  We met with three different vendors offering polishing services, and went with Scottsdale Travertine based on additional grout services they and price.  Duane and his crew of family members showed up on time Wednesday morning, and after he explained the game plan, they started work, first moving the heavier objects and taping carpets and appliances for protection, then completing the cleaning and polishing by Thursday noon (FYI, we have about 1,200 square feet of tile).  When they were done the tile shine had been completely restored, and the grout is now several shades lighter; it looks 100% better!  Duane also left us with information on how to best maintain our floor going forward.  All in all, this couldn't have gone better.  Thanks Duane, McKenzie and Andrew!

Last month we finally took the time to update our kitchen, pantry and family room flooring with new tile and carpet.  We are so pleased with Flooring America of Chandler and HIGHLY recommend this company for your flooring needs!  Dale and his staff--Carlos and Steve--are perfectionists and very comfortable to work with to achieve the results you want.  They arrived on time, worked quickly and even the manager, Dale, stopped by a few times to see how pleased we were with the project.  We are planning to use my husband's sabbatical time soon to renovate both bathroom floors and already know we will be using Flooring America of Chandler to do the work.

Friend turned me on to the place. Great service and excellent product line, and way cheaper then floor Decor, lumber liquidators,  or home depot.

This place is absolutely amazing. I had a terrible experience with Lowe's and Home Depot when looking to renovate my kitchen. I did some shopping around at other local countertop places but Veny was simply the best. Veny helped us out the entire way and was there for EVERY STEP of the process, sharing his expertise but never pressuring a sale. He shows up on the job site to make sure things are running smoothly and his employees are top notch people. We even asked if he could install a backsplash and new flooring for our kitchen as well even though we had already bought the materials and he graciously agreed. If you're looking for ANY COUNTERTOP or home remodeling needs, do yourself a favor and come here FIRST, these guys are the Real Deal.

We had a leaky shower and a blown out plug. Randy was on time, respectful, and went way above and beyond for us. He drove out to Cave Creek just to get a different shower cartridge for the job, installed it in a flash, and came back for the electrical work. Super nice guy, great service, would recommend him and for sure hire again. Thanks Russ!!

They changed workers on a bath remodel every couple of days
They put wrong edges on my walls and had to redo them
Measures mirrors incorrectly and refuse to fix
I had to have them fix the shelving in the closet as they put what they thought I should have instead of what I asked for and could not rip it all out
They were friendly this was a 3-4 week job and took them more than 5 to complete because of all the mess ups
Was told on Friday some one would be here on Monday to fix a couple of problems and I had to call them at noon to find out they were not sure where to person was that was to show up and so they called me back at 4 to say they would have to call again tomorrow to get an appointment scheduled

Set up time for estimate visit--- he texted saying he was running late---2 hours later he was still 20 mins away. No thanks.

I just wrapped up my 3rd job with JM Contracting and we couldn't be happier!!! The first job Josh (owner) did for me was our back patio roof. We discussed a drainage issue and out of all of the other bids I obtained and telling them all the same issue, Josh was the ONLY one that suggested we get an architect/engineer to address the problem. He naturally got my bid! Josh got on top of the drainage issue and once the engineer/architect (Quincy) did his calculations, pictures, etc. we came up with a solution. Josh was able to do the entire job, also addressing an issue with my sagging roof that was putting all its weight on my french door lintels which required shoring it up and stabilizing it, he stayed just outside of our original budget.
We have had NO problems with drainage since and that has saved my master bedroom floor!

Josh remodeled my master bathroom and my father's bathroom within the past 4 months as well. The outcome is stellar!!! Our bathrooms now look like they came right off of HGTV! No kidding! I highly recommend JM Contracting for all your contracting jobs. Josh is great to work with, his team (including his subs) are spot on too. Josh oversees everything and he is a total prefectionist...a keen eye for detail and making sure it looks 110% perfect!  Thanks Josh for such great work! We will be using him for our next remodel of our kitchen and our pool decking too!
