I had them do my garage floor before the summer heat came and couldn't be more thankful. Andrew (the lead) showed up  at the times they agreed upon and gave me a clear schedule to when the job would be complete. Great customer service, I would definitely recommend them, getting my cabinets from them soon !!

We had a minor leak and needed some drywall, baseboard, and door trim work done. Taylor gave a very good quote, and his work was impeccable. I highly recommend him for any project, including drywall, painting, texturing, and flooring. When it's time for my roofing, he'll be my first call.

I had Eric replace some fascia and he quoted a fair price, completed the job quickly, and cleaned up completely!
We are happy with his performance and I highly recommend him!

BUYER BEWARE:  They are trying to charge for install of materials they never install.

I visited the show room and was helped by a man named Patrick.  He was very nice and together we picked out wood for my home.  He told me the cost of the materials ($4.40/sq ft) and the install price of $3.18 a sq ft which was to include: tear out of existing floor and baseboard, the glue for the new wood floors, and re-installation of the baseboard.  He indicated he would have it written up and a contract would be send over to sign via email shortly.  Tricia did so, but the contract was not as agreed.  It added $100 for tear out and re-installation of baseboard.  I called and spoke with Patrick and he indicated he would speak with Tricia and correct it.  They phoned two days later and said he was wrong and they needed to charge the extra $100.  I indicated that I would pull off and reinstall the baseboard myself and to adjust and resend the contract accordingly.  They did so, but then added extra cost in the way of trying to charge me for the install of waste materials (6%).  This is the extra wood cuts that I have already paid for and do not actually get installed, but thrown away.  I called Patrick and he said that is a mistake, and they do not charge for that and he indicated he would have Tricia correct and resend the contract that day.  3 days past and nothing was sent so I called and spoke with Tricia.  She was extremely rude and hostile and indicated that they normally do not charge for this, but since I was using a promotion they were having, they were adding it on.  I said that sounded unreasonable and a little like discrimination.  She hung up the phone.The problem to all this lays in the fact that I came into the store and agreed to Patrick's terms and then paid $500 to enter their promotion.  So now I am stuck in the promotion and work has still not been done.

I have filed this complaint against them to the BBB.org and will also file a complaint with ROC should it not be addressed properly. People deserve to know about their dishonesty.

We had about 250 square feet of tile left to remove in our home remodeling project, and Arizona Home Floors did an amazing job removing the tile. It truly is a dustless system (I was skeptical!). The crew showed up early and was done in about three hours. While not the cheapest option, you really do get what you pay for and it was worth every penny in my mind.

I have used Jeremy for two jobs now, and both have been done at a high quality level, promptly, and at a reasonable price. The first job involved drywall repair and outdoor electrical lighting; the second, removal of crown molding, repair to the drywall and painting.

We recently had Kennedy Tile install new tile on our floors and they also  retiled our master bathroom shower. We were very impressed .They brought out their mobile showroom to our home for a free consultation. The mobile showroom had dozens , maybe even a few hundred tile  choices.  We ended up choosing a beautiful 6x36  wood look porcelain tile for the floors and 12x24 tile with a glass inlay for the showers . We received a few other quotes from other  flooring contractors and the big box stores. Kennedy tile was much less expensive and had a larger selection of products. They  provided exceptional service from the intial consultation to the final walkthru. We have received many compliments  on our new tile. We are very happy and will be hiring them again in a few months to replace our bedroom carpet.

Marcus is the type of professional who takes pride in his work. He framed, tiled, and electrically wired the entire bathroom of our older Phoenix home, no easy task. For someone like me who has little to no experience remodeling- Marcus went through step by step the process and answered any questions we had. He's a great listener and definitely knowledgeable. When we even had a question after the job was complete, he came back immediately. Would trust him again with another project.

We have an older house and called Kent to help us update our kitchen and the downstairs bathroom. Kent is very knowledgeable, efficient, and hard-working. We are so pleased with how everything turned out and will use Kent for all of our future renovations or repairs. He is honest and does very good work, and does a meticulous job cleaning up after the job is done. You'll be very happy if you call Details Remodeling. Thanks Kent!

These guys are the real deal. Everyone told me there was no way my floors would be removed in one day. My floors were removed in 4 hours! Other companies wouldn't even quote the job because removing hardwood and glue is a pain. Hopefully,  I never have to remove floors again, but if I do I know who to call. They were reasonable, friendly, professional and very careful to protect my home and not leave a dusty mess. Thank you Ross and your crew.

Danny recently completed  two projects for me. One was a laminate flooring and subway tile backsplash installation. The other job was replacing two toilets.  Both jobs were completed above expectations. People have even commented  how great the flooring and backsplash  look. Both were completed on time and within the budget. The jobs were left clean every day that his crew was working on them. He finished the plumbing job in a couple hours. Having worked  with construction trades people in the past, Danny is a true professional. He knows how to price a job and get it done within the time frame he quotes.  I will call him first for all my renovation needs. He will probably be busy, but I will wait for the quality work.

Don't look any farther in your search for a general contractor! Can't say enough about the professionalism of Golden Bear Contracting. He does all the work himself, no subcontractors. We remodeled our home in Gilbert that our son and daughter-in-law live in: full bathroom remodels in the master and guest bath, and installation of a new tile floor in the laundry room. Mike was there promptly every morning, worked hard and finished the job in the timeframe promised. He cleaned up as he went and we couldn't be happier with the result!

One of the best things about this company is that he came out and gave us ways to save money as he was measuring for the estimate. (We had one company that didn't even want to come out and instead requested that we send pics and do all the measuring ourselves...and they came in much higher in their estimate!). Mike put together an estimate that was very reasonable, including averages for ALL materials. It was perfect because we then had the option to purchase all our materials, with no pressure and managed to come in under budget. Some items we chose were higher in price than his included materials budget, and many were lower. This made the whole process much easier and we got exactly what we wanted.

Since we are out of town, Mike kept us informed every step of the way, with new revisions to the invoice as we chose materials.

He is very honest, dependable, and we will definitely hire him again should we decide to do further work on the house. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Jean has done several project for us including poo repair, pavers installation, faux grass installation, and concrete repair. Jean does excellent work. He listens to the needs that you have and then offers a variety of solutions to meet those needs. His prices are competitive and the quality is very high. I highly recommend home for all home improvement needs.

Joey Hale, hands down, the BEST.  We could not be happier with his professionalism, communications, commitment, dedication to perfection and attention to detail.  If I could give 10 stars I would.  It is so nice to come across a contractor that goes above and beyond, which is not easy to find these days.  Joey did 3 large garage floors for us, all in different colors.  He was on schedule and on budget.  If I was tech savvy I could post pictures of his work.  But you'll have to trust me, my floors are beautiful.  Go with Joey, you won't be disappointed.

Mark made a effort to meet us on a Sunday and was quite thorough with his estimate, and held to the estimate during the job.  However, they never re-installed the closet guides on our 4 closets.  After calling several times and being assured that they would finish that day, we finally had to install ourselves.  Promises made, but not kept; not good professional business behavior.

The man came out to measure my home for carpeting and tile and was supposed to send me estimates. He never sent them or called.

So excited to find such a great selection of quality products and amazing prices for remodeling my home.  (Way better than big box stores.) I found everything I needed to make my home beautiful. I was like a kid in a candy store!  Now, I have even more ideas for my next projects and will be back soon.
