I just completed a three-car garage renovation with T.W. Garage Pros.   Tyler and Wyatt, two brothers, are very experienced craftsman who recently started their own business.  Their customer service was outstanding and they were very responsive.  In addition, they werevery cost competitive.  I liked that I didn't have to wait months to get the remodel started and completed.  They completed the polyaspartic epoxy floor in two days.  It should have been completed in one day, except that the Scottdale black beetle invasion created a one-day delay in applying the final clear coat (YUK).  They started the cabinets on Monday, after the floor cured over the weekend, and finished on Tuesday.  My goal was to touch everything I packed into a rental box truck only twice, once in and once to put away in the cabinets.  Tyler and Wyatt made this possible!  
The saddle tan floor looks perfect. They took the time to properly prep it and the way they applied the coating was truly an art form.  I chose to do a full wall, and one corner, of floor to ceiling (10 ft tall) light oak cabinets, which matched the floor nicely.  The cabinets were pre-cut, brough on site and installed with no issue.  They look beautiful and clean!   Overall, these guys did a great job on my garage remodel!  I'd definitely recommend them.  

My only recommendation for TW Garage is to provide another service, i.e. pack, store and unpack the garage treasures (junk) while the garage remodels are going on

If you are looking for an Iron Door come to Eric! This couldn't be better! The quality is amazing and Eric was very experienced and professional! Communication was perfect and He actually showed up and finished on time. We couldn't be happier. Did I mention he was about half the price of any local Iron Door Company!

Customer service during sale ok, but they made up for it during install. My job was 11x14.  With carpet removal and install all in the same day it took about 5 hours. We love our new floor !  Installer was prompt and cleaned up the area before he left. We are very satisfied with the final job. Thanks Enmar.

I don't usually write reviews but I absolutely have to make an exception when it comes to the folks from Arizona Home Floors Dust Free Tile Removal. Their service is awesome! I had the pleasure of speaking to Nick who actually made arrangements for his crew to come that same day! Nick explained the Dust Free process that they use and I have to say I was a bit skeptical. However when his crew showed up 2 hours later I was amazed. They resurfaced my entire kitchen and bathroom floor and there was NO DUST! The did an amazing job for a very very reasonable price, and left my entire home broom clean like they were never there! I highly recommend this company to anyone who is considering tile removal. They truly do superb work! Thanks again guys!

Smallish job: repairing garage drywall after we had a water-softener loop installed, and also fixing our side gate. Three men did it in less than a day. Garage drywall looks great now, and the gate is now working smoothly, has new sealed wooden slats, and we're very happy campers.

Just finished having wood-look tile installed by Kennedy Tile and Flooring.  Marion, who handled my estimate, is very knowledgeable about flooring, answered my question honestly and never tried to "up-sell" me.  He provided me my choices, according to what I was prepared to pay.  Luis, who did the demolition, and laid the tile, did an outstanding job, as did Dave, who installed my baseboards after the tile was installed.

Was my Kennedy tile job expensive?  Well, yes...if you compare what you can get from a slap-dash Mexican crew...and buy your tile directly from a retailer.  However, I wanted folks who could do a great job and Kennedy did that.  

Having said all that, I have to offer a few suggestions that might enhance their business.  My project took exactly two weeks (21 May to 3 June).  Primarily only one guy did the tile install (one other guy shows up for brief periods to help with the demolition of my old flooring).  Having one guy on the job makes for an extended job.  My project was for only a bit over 700 square feet and took two weeks to complete, making it a tiring and tedious affair.  (I slept on a futon in my Arizona room....can't imagine what the expense would be had I paid for a motel for nearly two weeks).  The baseboard job was also a one-man deal.  My suggestion to Kennedy is to put two men on each job, do not pull them away for periods of time to help on other jobs, and you'll end up with happier customers.  Note:  During that two weeks there were also a few disconnects between the workers on site and whoever was supervising the job.

Would I choose Kennedy Tile and Flooring again?  Certainly would, if they'll still have me after this critique.  I was quite happy with the quality of the work and the kindness and courteousness of Luis and Dave.

Marcus remodeled an old guest bathroom for us. His quote was reasonable and workman ship was outstanding.  Marcus is the best contractor we have worked with. Always punctual to work, he goes above and beyond what is needed to get the work done. His friendly nature is the icing on the cake.

I would recommend Marcus without any hesitation for any Bathroom remodeling project.

I needed someone who could do a variety of tasks at my house to get it ready for sale. I've had good luck with people/services I've found through Yelp and Kent was no different.

He came to my house at least 3 times. He installed closet doors, fixed drywall, tiled a vanity, hung mirrors & more. He showed up on time, got things done quickly, was reasonably priced, couldn't ask for more than that. Great to find someone who's licensed and can get multiple things done fast.

Removal Tech had the best price for a really dirty job - 2500sf of Travertine tile demo & 750sf of carpeting removal. It was a big job but they were confident they could get it done in one day. I was so impressed by their efficiency and thoroughness. They covered and taped off important areas and all the workers were busy the whole time doing various jobs. The final price was as estimated. I saved money by going direct with Removal Tech and highly recommend them for your job.

Had a busted pipe in between my bathrooms right after Thanksgiving 2022 which was a disaster to get back home to. After water damage repairs I had a few different contractors quote for repairs. Mario was quick to respond and eager to get started even though the insurance haven't gave me funds yet. We went over the job in detail and what would need to be done along with materials. He helped pick up items that were needed from flooring stores or Lowe's without an issue and completed the job within 2 weeks time. Very happy with his work ethic and attitude so I would recommend Navas Remodeling.

I was referred to Danny Pehrson, owner of Solid Home Renovations, by a neighbor who had
used him several times in the past.  Danny came over to look at some plumbing that the former owner had done himself, and done poorly because he was not a plumber.  Danny looked at the work, told me what needed to be done to correct it and what the cost would be.  We set up an appointment - he was here on time, had to crawl around in an attic when it was 106 outside -
finished the job and cleaned up after himself.  

A few weeks later I called to ask him about a leaky toilet and installing an electrical outlet in
the guest bath.  Again, he looked at the problem areas, gave me a quote - we set up a date for
him to do the work.  He was here, had an electrician do the electrical outlet, he did the plumbing
and they both cleaned up after themselves.

I love contractors who 1. show up when they say they will 2. give you a quote that doesn't give you a heart attack 3 and clean up after themselves.  

I would recommend this company to anyone.  Great work, courteous and professional men.

We had a small kitchen redo. Doug did a great job remodeling out 1962 condo kitchen and was great at offering helpful suggests. We would highly recommend him. We are very pleased with our new kitchen.

Strangely, my wife's review was in the non-recommended area.  In any case, I've posted our bathroom photos, the workmanship speaks for itself.  

Mike and his partner did all the tile work, plumbing, electrical and some touchup painting themselves, no subcontractors - with the exception of the glass shower wall/doors, which everyone subcontracts.  Overall, we are VERY pleased with the outcome.

They were on time every single day and completed the project in just under the estimated time of two weeks.  Would have finished even sooner, had the shower door people not needed about a week and a half after measuring (pretty standard - we had a different contractor do our other bathroom and it was a two week wait as well).  
As said, a great job and we plan to call him about our kitchen, hopefully late this year, finances permitting.

Jean has done several project for us including poo repair, pavers installation, faux grass installation, and concrete repair. Jean does excellent work. He listens to the needs that you have and then offers a variety of solutions to meet those needs. His prices are competitive and the quality is very high. I highly recommend home for all home improvement needs.

Joey did an EXCELLENT job resurfacing our driveway!!! The oil stains are gone and It looks even better than brand new!! We also had Joey redo our garage floor and it is absolutely beautiful, our home is over 40 years old and the garage floor was old, worn and cracked now it is honestly stunning. My husband and I highly recommend Joey for any concrete work that needs to be done. Joey is very experienced, always professional and highly experienced with epoxy coatings for garage floors or whatever. My husband and I both highly recommend Hales Concrete Epoxy Coatings. One of the first things you'll notice if you use them is their attention to detail and almost OCD like self-imposed dedication to ensuring everything looks perfect.  These guys were real professionals.  I like to think of myself as a Jack of all trades (but master of none)... after seeing them work It was clear I was indeed a Jack and they were the masters.

Encore Floors did an exceptional job for us! From help in the showroom, to the home visit discussing the scope of work, and finally to the install and follow up, the job was perfect. Rich is great at customer service, and communicated well throughout the process. The carpet shipped when he said it would, the installers were on time (and Rich called ahead to let us know they were on the way) and Rich stopped by after the work was complete to ensure we were satisfied. The price was fair and the whole job from our visit in the showroom to a finished product took only 8 days! Makes me wish we had more floors for him to do! We highly recommend this company!
