We used Enmar a year or so ago.  Loved the job they did.  My floor was lifting a bit on one panel, I called for a warranty repair.  They were great.  They fixed my floor and it looks beautiful once again.  They did an exceptional job of cleaning up after themselves when they were finished.  Highly recommend.

I don't usually write reviews but I absolutely have to make an exception when it comes to the folks from Arizona Home Floors Dust Free Tile Removal. Their service is awesome! I had the pleasure of speaking to Nick who actually made arrangements for his crew to come that same day! Nick explained the Dust Free process that they use and I have to say I was a bit skeptical. However when his crew showed up 2 hours later I was amazed. They resurfaced my entire kitchen and bathroom floor and there was NO DUST! The did an amazing job for a very very reasonable price, and left my entire home broom clean like they were never there! I highly recommend this company to anyone who is considering tile removal. They truly do superb work! Thanks again guys!

Does great work in a timely fashion. Knowledgeable and willing to fix work that you may not be entirely satisfied with. Had him do a couple of electrical projects and did a great job.

We hired Kennedy Tile to remodel our master bath shower. They were on time and the work that was done is satisfactory. However, several full boxes of tile disappeared from our garage. When I asked the installer what happened  to the tile he told me his boss came by and picked it up. When I contacted our project manager, "his boss", he stated he had not picked up the tile and that he would look into the matter. In the end nobody seems to know anything about what happened to our extra tile. No offers were made to compensate us for our loss. I need to be able to trust the workers that are coming into my home so based on this I would not recommend Kennedy Tile or use them for my future projects.

Update: shortly after posting this review Kennedy Tile contacted me letting me know they had found our tile and delivered it promptly.

We had a not very complicated job to be done, which consisted basically in filling in a sunken tub and install a jetted tub, along with 12" x 24" travertine tiles.

Kent gave me the estimate based on a few pics and all the measurements and we agreed on the time to start about (1 month before the service started, as I had to wait for the tub to arrive).

In the meantime Ken came to check on the price for doing something completely different, but we ended up going with the initial idea.

The job started and finished on schedule and both my wife and I were really pleased with the result.

His price was also about 20% cheaper than the what contractors had estimated me, so I was really pleased with that.

Absolutely loved everything about our experience with these guys.  First of all, they got back to me right away when I contacted them & were so nice & helpful. Which was wonderful as this was my first experience with a demo company and I really had no idea what I needed or what to expect. They set up a time to come look at the job the very next day & then schedule the actual demo the following day.  Which was the perfect amount of time for us to get everything ready for them to come.  They showed up on time & wasted no time getting to work.  They removed about 1000ft of wood before lunch.  It was awesome!
After all was said and done they cleaned up everything & left the area immaculate & ready for install. Warren & his crew were all so nice & I felt completely comfortable with them in my home.  I would recommend these guys to anyone & will definitely be using them again in the future.  Thanks so much for all your hard work guys!

Had a busted pipe in between my bathrooms right after Thanksgiving 2022 which was a disaster to get back home to. After water damage repairs I had a few different contractors quote for repairs. Mario was quick to respond and eager to get started even though the insurance haven't gave me funds yet. We went over the job in detail and what would need to be done along with materials. He helped pick up items that were needed from flooring stores or Lowe's without an issue and completed the job within 2 weeks time. Very happy with his work ethic and attitude so I would recommend Navas Remodeling.

Solid Home Renovations (SHR) - 5 stars doesn't do this company justice, there needs to be another level for outstanding businesses that consistently exceed their customer's expectations. If extremely high quality and unwavering integrity at a very reasonable rate are your top criteria for hiring a general contractor to perform your next home improvement project, you need look no further than Solid Home Renovations.

Thinking back on any other past experiences that my family and I have ever had in hiring someone to have something in our home installed, fixed, remodeled, etc., no other company, team or person for that matter, has even come close to providing the level of quality and service that I've received from Danny and his team. Not only does Danny seem to be a "jack of all trades", but in rare fashion he's also proven to be a master of them all as well - he and his team know and perform their work with passion and precision.

I initially asked Danny if he could perform needed repairs on 1) a shower valve in our master shower (not being fully secured to the wall) and 2) re-flushing our main entrance door as well as a pair of outside-leading bedroom French doors to correct significant gaps due to being unevenly mounted to the frames (beyond a simple weather stripping fix) - this was allowing for heat to enter, conditioned air to escape and basically laid out a welcome mat for all sorts of insects, spiders, etc. While assessing the guest shower (sharing a common wall with the master shower), Danny noticed that the valve there was missing a sleeve/backing which prevents water from collecting behind the shower wall - he took care of that for us as well. Also, in the interim between contacting SHR to schedule the appointment and the date of service, I discovered a leak stemming from the kitchen sink (water leaking out of the exterior wall). I gave Danny a quick call and asked if he could take a look at it when coming out to perform the other work (assuming he would diagnose the problem and schedule a separate appointment to perform the fix at a later date). Danny and his team arrived early the scheduled morning and not only performed all the repairs discussed on the initial quote, but also repaired the leak. As if that weren't enough, Danny went over and beyond to address several additional details - which included making adjustments to our water pressure and temperature (water heater) to achieve comfortable settings.

Sort of like a mechanic, it's difficult to nearly impossible to find someone you can trust, that will perform quality work, without the fear of being monetarily taken advantage of. Solid Home Renovations hits on all cylinders - high quality, trustworthy and integrity - all at an extremely reasonable rate. Danny and his team are now my "go to" for any home improvement needs I may have in the future. Now, if I could only find a good mechanic...

During monsoon season, Doug promptly came out to repair our water damaged outdoor (front porch area) ceiling.  Outstanding job. Professional. Friendly.  Thank you Doug and his helper, Bob!

After researching a few contractors, I chose Golden Bear contracting to do our 3 bathroom remodels. I could not have been happier with my choice. Mike did an outstanding job. He put in new countertops, sinks, faucets, flooring, mirrors, tile, reconfigured our shower, enclosed our tub, painted, etc. He was so easy to talk to, was always available to answer my many questions, such a hard worker, very responsible, and reliable. I am thrilled with my new bathrooms. If you have any doubts, read his reviews and hire him. You'll be so happy that you did!!

Jean has done several project for us including poo repair, pavers installation, faux grass installation, and concrete repair. Jean does excellent work. He listens to the needs that you have and then offers a variety of solutions to meet those needs. His prices are competitive and the quality is very high. I highly recommend home for all home improvement needs.

Another FINE JOB, Joey!  This year Joey Hale epoxied our back patio and front porch.  In 2021 he did our garage and we were so impressed with his work (see previous review), that we asked for another estimate on the patio and porch in 2022.  We selected our colors but weren't ready to proceed until fall of 2022  Well, that didn't work out because Joey got so busy with other jobs.  This spring I reached out to him once again, and again he had a full schedule with only a couple of options for the month of April.  We grabbed one of those options.  This week Joey did the job and as in 2021, it looks amazing.   The photos show the work before the final polyurethane coat was added.  As in 2021, Joey did not disappoint.  As is his custom, he was on time, prep the job, and did all the work himself, in 3 days.  On the last day, he asked if I had exterior trim touch-up paint as there were spots along different areas of the stem wall where the products had gotten, due to high winds.  My first response was, "Don't worry Joey, I'll touch it up over the summer."  He's such a perfectionist, that wasn't what he wanted.  Fortunately, I had a can of touch-up paint and Joey went around the entire job, front and back and painted the stem wall.  It all looks amazing!  I know this young man is getting busier and busier because his work is second to none.  If you're looking to get your garage or outdoor living space epoxied, I recommend you get your bid from Joey now because there will be a longer wait time then in the past.  That is actually a good thing for Joey and it speaks to his exceptional work and customer satisfaction.   It also means he is so sought after because of his fantastic skill and his exemplary work ethic.  Did I mention that he's very professional and pleasant as well.  Don't hesitate to call Joey.  For the record, I was never asked to write a review.  Not now or in 2021.  I just feel it is so important to get the word out when there are young folks trying to build a business and especially when they do a SUPERB job every time!

Wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone , they have issues they offer services they can't come through on and they just overall aren't quality at all !!! Stay away and do not have them refinish your wood floors ; hair , marker , ugh

We are in the process of moving to Buckeye AZ  Sun City Festival . We wanted to get a new master bedroom carpeted really quickly before our furniture arrived . ( So much easier ! ) Rich Corona and his installer Noah were an absolute delight to deal with. Communication with Rich was exceptional . He responded to my questions quickly and promptly. His price quote was on point . Noah did a great job. I would really recommend Rich's small business . We always try and support locally wherever we can, and it's very difficult when you move to a new area to choose wisely .
