Andrew (the lead) showed up  at the times they agreed upon and gave me a clear schedule to when the job would be complete. Customer service during sale ok, but they made up for it during install. My job was 11x14.  With carpet removal and install all in the same day it took about 5 hours. We love our new floor !  Installer was prompt and cleaned up the area before he left. We are very satisfied with the final job. Thanks Enmar.

I used them in 2018 and had a wonderful experience. I am glad I held on to their number and called them again! This time the men came to remove tile from my kitchen, bedroom, and two bathrooms at my new home.

They did every bit of a great job as they did last time. I really appreciate how nice everyone was and how respectful of my home the workmen were. Showed up on time (just like when I used them 3 years ago) and it truly was a dust free removal with perfectly smooth floors. The consistency this company has is really impressive! Customer service is top notch from the office to the crew, very communicative, and all at a reasonable price.

I recently completed my second flooring job with Kennedy Tile and Flooring.  My first job was performed about three years ago where they replaced all the tile and carpet within my previous home.  After purchasing a new home, I asked Kennedy Tile to replace the carpet and bathroom tile in my current home.  They did a wonderful job on both!

The team within the store provided a great level of expertise on the type of carpet and tile I wanted to go with.  They were quick to come out and measure and within 2 weeks of selecting the flooring the job was scheduled and completed.  I would highly recommend Kennedy Tile for expertise and pricing.

Wanted to surprise a family member who is very detail oriented by completing a bathroom while they were away. Needed someone who knew exactly what to do. Marcus responded immediately, gave an estimate with detailed verbal explanation. It was clear he didn't need guidance other than to know our preferences. He took charge and worked straight through until the job was done. This bathroom was bare bones by the way. He had to demo, reframe, do light electrical work, drywall and tile from floor to ceiling. He got it done and it looks clean and sharp. When the family member saw it, they were stunned and could tell it was professional. On top of the great work, Marcus is just a really great guy and really cares about his work. Marcus, if you see this, my family thanks you!

Kent helped us out with a remodel project that included new flooring throughout and complete bathroom renovations and took about a month to complete.  

Kent was referred to us by friend who had experience.  He was extremely professional in every aspect from the time of estimate to completion of the job.  He was very clear in cost and estimation.  He was on time, courteous and very neat.  His staff was excellent and meticulous.  He was kind in referring us to other contractors for work outside his scope who proved to be excellent as well.

I find it interesting that the only negative reviews are from folks who never even worked with him.  We tend to know what we want, but are willing to leave the technical decisions to the experts.  I found him to be knowledgable and detailed, giving sound experienced advice and will continue to utilize him for future projects.

I called Solid Home Renovation for the second time to have my addition master bathroom remodeled. Danny and team are the best and never disappoint. They are professional and efficient. The work is stunning. Every day they left they would clean up the area and put tools away. Danny provided his ideas and advise which helped put the entire idea into reality. Even when the glass company came they complimented how squared and even the work was which made installing the glass nice and easy. Danny and team do amazing work every time. Next up will be my entire kitchen!

We had a small kitchen redo. Doug did a great job remodeling out 1962 condo kitchen and was great at offering helpful suggests. We would highly recommend him. We are very pleased with our new kitchen.

He listens to the needs that you have and then offers a variety of solutions to meet those needs. His prices are competitive and the quality is very high. Joey did an EXCELLENT job resurfacing our driveway!!! The oil stains are gone and It looks even better than brand new!! We also had Joey redo our garage floor and it is absolutely beautiful, our home is over 40 years old and the garage floor was old, worn and cracked now it is honestly stunning. My husband and I highly recommend Joey for any concrete work that needs to be done. The man came out to measure my home for carpeting and tile and was supposed to send me estimates. He never sent them or called.

BEWARE!! I bought a fan from this place and it didn't work!! I try returning it or exchanging it and they wont work with you. They just take your money and don't respond. Don't waste your money just spend the extra money a buy it new.
