We started off by hiring them to redo our roof and they did such a fantastic job! We talked about a few other projects in the house as far as remodeling and those jobs went smooth as can be taylor Blankenship is very communicative and understands the thoughts and puts them into action, thank you taylor i have many more projects for you in the future!

I needed a repair for a door that wouldn't close or lock. I received a quick initial response, and the repair was completed within 24 hrs. The technician, Kaelen, was courteous and professional, and the charge was reasonable. I was very pleased with the service.

Recently, we had wood floors installed in three rooms in our home.  After visiting several local businesses and agonizing over which company to select, we found Enmar and owner Brian Flynn.  Brian answered all of our questions, alleviated our anxieties and gave us a very competitive price.  Brian gave us the experience of his vast knowledge of the flooring business, provided endless samples from which to make our selection and made good on every single promise in the contract.  We can't say enough about  his dedicated, in house,  installation team. True tradesmen, willing to go above and beyond to meet our every need. Carlos and Johan met our time table, moved our furniture with extreme care, completed the job professionally,  and left the job site as clean as when they started.  During the 3 day process, Brian visited our home and checked on the job, his crew, and asked if we had any issues.  Honestly, we have never had a better experience, with home remodeling and contractor work. I definitely will use Enmar again for flooring needs and will recommend Enmar and Brian Flynn and his staff to our friends and neighbors.

I am remiss in not posting this very favorable review much sooner. I have been distracted by a ridiculously complicated remodeling project and forgot to do so.

After my former contractor, who promised to provide a "reasonably dust free" tile removal, failed to keep his word, I called Arizona Dust Free.

The conversations that I had with the representative before I decided to move forward were very professional. The contract is thorough and clearly explains what will occur. Although I'm impressed with the precision and detail oriented approach, my frustration was a bit high with the amount of paperwork involved- - I've signed less paperwork to buy a house!

And although the cost is pretty darn steep, there's no other way to go if you are living in your home. Period. The organized manner in which they work is impressive. The care that they take in your home is impressive. The way that each team member knows their role is impressive. The way that they pack up their equipment is even impressive.

If your home is vacant, you might be able to get away with old-school tile removal. However, if you are living in your home, this is absolutely worth every penny. The time and aggravation saved makes this well worth the extra money. You might have a fine sheen of dust when they are done- easily wiped up- but nothing like what you would be left with if you were having tile removed the old-fashioned way.

And PS- - This company takes their reputation pretty seriously. After I left my initial review- with VERY mild criticism about the amount of paperwork (and the tiny bit of dust remaining in the home), I got an e-mail from the owner AND a call from the service rep! I have left one star reviews without anyone ever responding, and these guys are worried about the smallest of issues.  :)

Smallish job: repairing garage drywall after we had a water-softener loop installed, and also fixing our side gate. Three men did it in less than a day. Garage drywall looks great now, and the gate is now working smoothly, has new sealed wooden slats, and we're very happy campers.

We used Kennedy Tile to replace the flooring in our home. Upon meeting Brian and his team we were instantly impressed. Not only are they honest and hardworking, they went above and beyond for us. They were very accommodating and worked to put the tile in while we were on vacation. They left our home clean, as if they treated it as their own. I will continually recommend Kennedy tile to anyone who needs flooring done. Best in the business!

Marcus did an amazing job on our tile and showers. His work is impeccable, he does exactly what he says and always is prompt with his time. I would highly recommend him for any type of bath, shower and tile work!!

We had a not very complicated job to be done, which consisted basically in filling in a sunken tub and install a jetted tub, along with 12" x 24" travertine tiles.

Kent gave me the estimate based on a few pics and all the measurements and we agreed on the time to start about (1 month before the service started, as I had to wait for the tub to arrive).

In the meantime Ken came to check on the price for doing something completely different, but we ended up going with the initial idea.

The job started and finished on schedule and both my wife and I were really pleased with the result.

His price was also about 20% cheaper than the what contractors had estimated me, so I was really pleased with that.

JT you and your crew were amazing. You are in and out of here no fooling around got the job done. I explained to you what a clean freak I am you covered everything, when you were done you rolled up everything appropriately you vacuum the floors just amazing. I would refer you to anyone. You guys are the real deal. Thank you for being so considerate of my home.

We just moved here to Prescott Valley from Massachusetts and don't know anyone. Using Yelp I found Mario of Navas Remodeling. I needed a very old kitchen sink replaced and Mario did the job for us. He gave us a fair price and he did an excellent job. We are very pleased with the result and we will contact Navas Remodeling for future work at our new home. Thank you Mario.

Danny and his team are amazing.  Most importantly, they do great work.  They are also on time, customer friendly, and always cleans up after themselves daily.  We couldn't be happier with our bathroom reno and our experience with Solid Home Renovations!

Strangely, my wife's review was in the non-recommended area.  In any case, I've posted our bathroom photos, the workmanship speaks for itself.  

Mike and his partner did all the tile work, plumbing, electrical and some touchup painting themselves, no subcontractors - with the exception of the glass shower wall/doors, which everyone subcontracts.  Overall, we are VERY pleased with the outcome.

They were on time every single day and completed the project in just under the estimated time of two weeks.  Would have finished even sooner, had the shower door people not needed about a week and a half after measuring (pretty standard - we had a different contractor do our other bathroom and it was a two week wait as well).  
As said, a great job and we plan to call him about our kitchen, hopefully late this year, finances permitting.

Jean has done several project for us including poo repair, pavers installation, faux grass installation, and concrete repair. Jean does excellent work. He listens to the needs that you have and then offers a variety of solutions to meet those needs. His prices are competitive and the quality is very high. I highly recommend home for all home improvement needs.

I can't say enough about Hales.  First contractor I have found in years that is reliable, trust worthy and reasonable, all while doing a great job.  My shop floor came out great.  They showed up on time, worked hard, and we're done on time.  Working with them (watching them work actually) restored my faith in contractors in the Prescott area.

Phoenix Hardwood Floors does great work and they're very professional to work with. I had them install a floating floor for one of my projects. They were responsive, friendly and knowledgeable.

Daniel got my project done quickly even though they discovered some moisture an insurance company missed. They had the equipment and know-how to take care of it, and came back the next day to finish the job.

We searched and searched for luxury vinyl, took home samples from several big stores. Nothing seemed right. Went to ENCORE and not only were we treated better they had a great selection and were very helpful. You have no worries when shopping here you deal with the actual owners. They are very easy to work with and provide the attention to your project as if it was their own. We can't say enough good about the product we picked or the service we received. Do yourself a favor , skip the national, huge companies, where after they sell it they don't care if it is done right, Encore was the best decision we could have made. Still remodeling or I would have posted pictures.

BEWARE!! I bought a fan from this place and it didn't work!! I try returning it or exchanging it and they wont work with you. They just take your money and don't respond. Don't waste your money just spend the extra money a buy it new.
