We had luxury vinyl installed over 2 different tiles in our kitchen, living and dining rooms. Jon made sure the application was perfect before considering the job complete. He was easy to work with, accommodating and always very upbeat. We were so happy with his work that we  changed from a previous countertop contractor and had Jon's crew install our quartz. We were even happier as his team suggested some different additions that we really liked.

Juan re-caulked a shower enclosure for me. The work looks good and they even accommodated a request to wear shoe covers while in the house. Thanks Brian and Juan!

Metro Concrete installed a complete front patio and overlay on my front driveway.  They were on time and on schedule for every appointment, and the job was done in a timely manner.   I am so happy with the finished product.  Thank you for all your help, making my front yard look amazing.  I will recommend them to everyone.

Can't say anything bad about them. Prices are competitive, work is done professionally, owner is responsive and doesn't make you feel like a thorn in his side if you point out changes you'd like to make. I'm an unreasonably picky customer but Flavius went above and beyond to work with me. Kitchen and dining floors look fantastic now

We contacted Kyle to install hardwood flooring in the formal living room and on the steps leading upto the second floor. Kyle was upfront on what the job entailed when he came to give us the estimate. The whole process from initial contact to install was less than a month. We have installed hardwood floors through the big box stores at our previous home, compared to that process this was a breeze. We are completely satisfied with the final product, believe it or not, there is not a single strip of wood that creaks!! Kyle will be our preferred contractor for any flooring projects in the future. I would have given him a star rating of 10 if I could.

Quick summary: Very competitive pricing, excellent customer service and great product.

We were in the market for some new LVP in the house.  We shopped local based on the best reviews we saw in Yelp/Google/FB/etc. Narrowed it down to about 5 vendors.  The product pricing across the board was fairly similar, but the installation costs were what varied quite a bit.  Due to supply chain constraints, finding a product that we loved that wouldn't show up 6 months from now was difficult, and where we could find product that was in stock, either the price or the install wasn't a match.  With European Design, we got it all and within the budget we intended.

Not everything in life goes your way, and most of the time it's how you react to it that defines your experience.  The same could be said here. We set the schedule... ended up getting the product and availability early! The install was awesome - the gentlemen who did the install were so gracious and sweet to my 3 year old daughter who was curious as to what they were doing, along with our French Bulldog who was equally as interested.  The finished job was exactly as expected within the scope.

Getting to things not going our way, the transition pieces had a longer delay than we had hoped but as soon as they arrived, they were out to install.  Here's where how we react defines an experience..

We have 1 transition piece that's a little finicky, not wanting to stay planted.  Even after coming out to re-install, the little bugger just doesn't want to stay put.  Rather than make excuses, EDF re-asserted their commitment to make sure it's right and replace the transition till it's perfect like the rest.

I'm writing this just before they come back out to address it - now a lot of people would probably wait till everything is sorted to write a review but I'm so confident in these guys, I've got no problem putting it down now.

So hopefully this review is helpful for you as you make decisions.  We get compliments all the time on our LVP (even from other contractors and builders!!!!).  Again, it was the product we loved, at a fair price with install.

Sunset Tile improved our master vanity area and did a big remodel of our guest bath. Audra helped with the design process, taking pictures and measurements and preparing a timely presentation.  Sunset Tile was one of three quotes and in the middle price-wise.  Paul supervised the projects.  Their team was awesome!  They showed up on time every day and finished ahead of schedule. It was a great experience.

From the moment we walked in the store til after installation we've had nothing but great service. Roy is an excellent design consultant and takes great pride in helping you every step of the way. Roy Bracamonte deserves a raise and or promotion for how excellent he is! Again we truly thank you in helping us finish up our nursery and excited to welcome our first baby into the room with the extra plush carpet!

I resesarched several companies to epoxy my garage floor and Armor Kote was one of the first to respond to my inquiry. Shane texted and called me back immediately, went over my options and pricing and sent me an email with the information we just discussed. He was able to get me on the schedule a few weeks after our conversation and the work was done in less than a day. The floors look amazing and we couldn't be happier. We will definitely refer Armor Kote to any of our friends, family and clients. In fact, I just gave their information to my friends yesterday! Thanks again guys. Job well done!

From initial phone call for a free estimate to a really fast completion of a rather large job, Abel was a great company to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone. We had different subcontractors for tile and laminate, and both teams were friendly, courteous, fast, tidy, and did expert installation. Mike is a very hands-on guy, and was at the house every day to check on quality and progress. A job I thought might take up to two weeks was completed in just five days. We're very to give five stars.

Andrew is super knowledgeable and dependable. He communicated well and kept me informed of the process. I highly recommend his service.

Anthony is amazing. We remodeled our 1957 home and really wanted finished concrete floors. We moved some walls around, pulled up the tile and realized there was terrazzo tile underneath, imbedded in the slab! We decided to fill and patch the space ourselves and asked Anthony if he could epoxy over the fill. He walked us through the possible issues and his approach and was very positive. We were working around a lot of schedules with our cabinets and counters and he was able to devote time to our project even with the holidays looming and his regular job. We asked for a platinum gray with a matte finish and I could not be happier with our floors. It has been nearly five months now and they are holding up so well with our 3 kids, 3 dogs, and 3 cats! Exactly what we wanted and even better than we hoped.

I'm an out of state owner of some property and had some horrible experiences with Scott (owner).    Very slow to reply to updates/quotes...that's when they decide to even reply.

I would save the headaches and find another vendor who provides better service

Daniel and his brother just finished installing a new Black stair railing with horizontal stainless steel balusters.  It was done in 3 days.  If I could give them a 10 star review, I would.  They started the job by making sure that my Living and Dining room as well as Kitchen area were all covered in a wall of plastic so that nothing would get dirty.  The plastic went all the way to the ceiling, by the time the job was done, the rooms were still clean.  They are very professional and courteous.  We love the new staircase!   I will be using them again for sure!

This is the one and only flooring company that I will allow in my home. These guys are the definition of Customer Service! Not only have they done work at my home, but as a General Contractor that relies heavily on good sub-contractors, they take care of ALL of my customers! Flooring, showers, granite-tile countertops etc... I always ask for Marty, but I'm extremely confident that everyone there has the same type of positive attitude...
Customer Service is priority #1 for them!!!

Spoke with Rosa and scheduled an appointment time to come out and give us an estimate for our bathroom remodel.  She was scheduled to be at my home today between 1-3.  NO SHOW, NO CALL.  This is time we could have had someone else out.  Very unprofessional!

Wow!  Great work on a small project in a bathroom.  Most tile companies won't give you the time of day for small projects, but Calvary was super!  Flexible around my schedule and done wonderfully!  It looked like the other tiles, like there was never replacement tiles and new grout matched perfectly!  Very reasonable and responsive.  Highly recommend!

Unlike the other reviewer, I did opt to visit the store when I got the voicemail full.  When I arrived a FOR LEASE sign was in the window.  We got such great pricing and and a LIFETIME guarantee on installation.  However 3 months later and the seams are showing really badly.  These professional installers were a joke. Now that they are not in business I am stuck with a crappy job.  BEWARE OF THE BBB rating.  This company was rated well and look what happened.
