Brandi Carpet Flooring Contractor
There is probably not enough space to detail our horrible experience. I've waited almost a year to leave a review because I wanted time to pass so I could calm down and gather my thoughts. I almost decided not to leave a review in fear of what the owner may do in retaliation but one needs to be left.

We visited Brandi Carpet at the end of May 2020 after our upstairs had a flood. After going to multiple other flooring companies we chose to go with Chris and Brandi carpet as he said he was having ZERO issues getting products like other companies kept telling us. (We were in middle of a pandemic) after asking Chris multiple times he assured us it would be no problem. We picked out our flooring, scheduled install date and paid our deposit promptly.

Fast forward to a few days before the scheduled install date. Chris contacts us to let us know he would need to push us out a week or two as the product had not arrived yet. I was annoyed but also knew it was something he could not control. Even though he told us over and over that there would
Be no issues getting the material. As annoyed as I was I said ok. We scheduled again for the only week we had available before summer travels. .We were told the installer would be at our house around 7:30am. My husband took the day off work. Around 10am he finally shows up. Starts to unload and let's us know he has the floor material but the wood for our stairs was not ready. First off, why are we first heating this the day of the install??? Why was material not confirmed days before?? The installer knew how upset we were and called his boss who then called us with nothing but excuses. The installer stood around And waited then told us he would be back because he didn't have any of his tools with him to get started. Who comes to install flooring with no tools??? He leaves and finally shows back up around 12:30pm. Talks again for 30 minutes then finally gets started. Tells us he will be done by Wednesday. I'm already so upset and just want him to get to work. Half a day was completely wasted. To make a long story short the job dragged on until that Friday and we still had no ETA  on when our wood for the stairs would arrive. Fast forward a few weeks abs that finally shows up. Same installer shows up and again does not have all the tools and stuff he needs so he leaves and comes back . Works for about an hour, hurts himself and leaves to go to urgent care. Returns again later that afternoon and apologizes and says he will work until whenever he has to to get the job done as he knew how angry we were abs just wanted it done. Well, he calls it a day at 4:30. Day 2 of stair installation we had some gals that my husband said were unacceptable. Calls Chris the owner who then comes to my house with nothing but an attitude. No apologies for what a mess this has been. Was rude and pompous and speaking down to me. I'm sure there is a lot I left out but if I can remember this all a year later it was for sure an awful experience that I could never forget. In the end all we wanted was an apology and then to make this bad situation right which was never done. Chris treated us horribly and has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. He will tell you everything you want to here to get your business then after that he does not give a crap about how he treats his customers. I recommend staying far away from this place.

Floors n More Flooring Contractor
We asked Floors n More to review a complete master bedroom/bath remodel project.  After discussing our plans, Matt, with his insight and experience suggested something completely different than our plans.  Thank you very much for your suggestions.  The completed job came in ahead of schedule, thanks to his dedicated craftsmen and far exceeds our vision.  Working with Matt and his great staff (showroom and installers) was an easy and stress free experience. They will be asked to return to do several other jobs we have planned. If you are looking for a "TOP NOTCH" COMPANY to work with you on almost any tiling/flooring project, this is the one. Sy & Bob

Proline Flooring Flooring Contractor
Can't say anything bad about them. Prices are competitive, work is done professionally, owner is responsive and doesn't make you feel like a thorn in his side if you point out changes you'd like to make. I'm an unreasonably picky customer but Flavius went above and beyond to work with me. Kitchen and dining floors look fantastic now

Illustrious Hardwoods Flooring Contractor
We contacted Kyle to install hardwood flooring in the formal living room and on the steps leading upto the second floor. Kyle was upfront on what the job entailed when he came to give us the estimate. The whole process from initial contact to install was less than a month. We have installed hardwood floors through the big box stores at our previous home, compared to that process this was a breeze. We are completely satisfied with the final product, believe it or not, there is not a single strip of wood that creaks!! Kyle will be our preferred contractor for any flooring projects in the future. I would have given him a star rating of 10 if I could.

European Design Flooring Flooring Contractor
I highly recommend European Design Flooring. If I could give them a ten I would! Installed luxury Vinyl flooring in three bedrooms, took less than two days. The crew never stopped working except for lunch. Very professional, did outstanding job. Cleaned up and treated me and my house with respect.

Great experience from visiting the store and installation. This is a family owned business and it's very obvious they really care about the customer. We need to be supporting our family owned businesses. I am very very satisfied.

And I must add the floors are beautiful!

Sunset Tile & Bath Flooring Contractor
Outstanding job and extremely impressed with this company. What I really liked is they have their own company workers that do the work and not subcontracting or picking up extra help as the job requires. They are very busy and had to wait a few months before they came out the the entire bathroom shower renovation was superb. They were professional, efficient, and respectful to include cleaning up well afterwards. My definite go-to renovation company and you won't go wrong hiring them. Thank you.

Baker Bros Area Rugs & Flooring Flooring Contractor
Dear :

I recently had occasion to use the Coldwell Banker Concierge Service to find an electrician and get an area of our home carpeted. I'll share my impressions:

CARPETING. We wanted to install carpeting in the raised entrance area of our new home because the cork flooring made it difficult to distinguish the step down into the living room, guest bath, and master bedroom.

First we contacted a well-known big box store. We chose the carpet and upgraded pad and they sent a guy to do measurements a couple days later. After that, it was like talking to a post. The quote was wrong (figures didn't add up and carpet layout ensured maximum waste), communication nonexistent, and--while we said we had our big boy pants on and if the job were too small we'd understand--they insisted they were on the case. Then they wanted several hundred more dollars to remove the cork tile and haul it off; an estimate based on gross carpet size rather than the area of tile to be removed!

Then we looked on the Coldwell Banker concierge service site and found Baker Brothers Floor Covering, Inc. Chris Rosewell contacted us immediately, came over to look at the job, confirmed with his installers that the carpet could be glued directly to the cork, and set up an installation date. He emailed the contract, we signed it, and last Friday set up an install for yesterday, Tuesday, February 6.  His crew was here yesterday right when they said they'd be here, installed the carpet, and we couldn't be more pleased.

And the installation was less than half the big box's quoted price. Please let Chris Rosewell know that we'd highly recommend Baker Brothers.

Baker Brothers Floor Covering, Inc. is local, professional, understands customer service, and they're competitively priced.

We just had John and his crew complete our floor in Chandler and we couldnt  be happier with the results. The tuxedo finish matched our garage walls perfectly. John and his crew were on time, worked through the terrible heat and completed earlier than expected. I would recommend Armor-Kote to anyone wanting a first class job from a first class company.

Abel Carpet Tile And Wood Flooring Contractor
My husband and I were wanting to replace carpeting and tile in our home, I contacted Abel Carpet Tile and Wood via the internet, Mike promptly called and scheduled an appointment right away, he was very friendly and informative, answered all our questions and gave us a great quote, we never even followed up with 2 other companies as we were very happy and comfortable with his attention.
My husband wanted ceramic tile, wouldn't even look at laminate but after I insisted that we look at it, with Mike's great attention to detail & information, he ended up agreeing to look at it and that is what we got.
Both the laminate & carpet installers were very professional and friendly and I felt totally at ease with them and saw they were careful with our stuff and did a great job.
I would call again and recommend Abel Carpet Tile and Wood to anyone who asks.

Valley Tile Removal Dust Free Flooring Contractor
I contacted Valley Tile Removal Dust Free via Yelp. Andrew replied quickly to my questions regarding removal of kitchen ceramic tile. My husband and he discussed additional removal of carpeting and pad. An appointment was set. He and a coworker showed up on time. They worked quickly and efficiently to remove all the flooring discussed. In addition, once the flooring was removed, we discovered the concrete was uneven in a couple of areas so we had him take care of that too. His pricing is fair, he is also courteous, professional and clean! Highly recommended!!

Bentley Carpet Installation and Sales Flooring Contractor
Excellent customer service!  It was time to replace the carpet, so I asked my handyman if he knew of a good company.  He referred me to Gary at Bentley flooring, and ai can say they were so easy to deal with.  He came out to measure, and I picked out the carpet I wanted. A couple days later, I received a proposal.  Within the week, he sent out a couple of workers.  We really got lucky!  Gary sent out a father and son team.  They were prompt and so very nice.  They completed the entire job in just about three hours.  Yes, furniture moved in and out.  Carpet and pad removed, and freshly vacuumed carpet so quickly.  They were very professional.  Will definitely refer this company to anyone looking to have flooring work done.
Thanks for a seemingly easy and flawless job!

Dynamic Floors Flooring Contractor
Jeff, who is the owner, felt it was ok to leave a nasty message on my voicemail after I called him out on some pretty bad behavior regarding how poorly the job was being handled by him and his crew. It was almost like he could not take the truth, but whatever the problem, he didn't handled it well and I wouldn't hire him EVER!!!

Arizona Flooring Solutions Flooring Contractor
After spending nearly a year shopping around, looking at reviews of companies with the BBB and ROC, going back and forth to get tile samples, carpet samples, walking on the tile samples, the carpet samples, etc., I finally hired Arizona Flooring Solutions to remove and install new tile, do the grout work (for which I paid extra because I wound up buying the tile elsewhere) and also to install new carpet padding and Stainmaster Xtra-Life carpet I bought from them. That was in mid-January. I hired them because I was told again and again that the guys doing the work in my home would be employees of Arizona Flooring Solutions rather than subcontractors. In fact, I clarified this over and over again with one of the owners, Brian, who apparently outright lied to me by insisting that these guys were and are employees of Arizona Flooring Solutions.

So here it is just six months later and tthere are definitely hard spots I feel when I walk on the carpet barefoot, and I have been thinking I'm overly sensitive or have weird feet, but now other people can feel these hard spots too when they're barefoot.

Also,  I find that while wiping up a spill on the part of the tile that is abutting the carpet, if the 100 percent cotton rag gently touches an edge of the carpet, some of the fibers and the lamination on the back of the carpet comes out.

Stupidly, I trusted that one of the tile installers knew what he was doing and had experience with all aspects of tile install (like I stupidly trusted the carpet installers, Victor and Maurice) who told me that I did not need to seal the grout. All over the Internet and everyone I've spoken with tells me that the guy had no clue what he was talking about. The grout needs to be sealed. So I will have to re-grout and then have the grout sealed since the grout is white. But again, the guy, Corey, apparently lied to me too. I, as the customer ... er, contractor, should have insisted that they seal the grout and that the grout must be sealed; then I should have shown them how to do it.

Apparently, they also don't know how to properly remove a toilet from the flange, to bolt it in properly or to keep the valve at the wall from leaking. They didn't even know how to break off the screw of the bolt that keeps the toilet seated in the flange and correctly fit toilet bolt caps over the top of the screw. So the toilet flange is bent and I will have to hire a plumber to correct all their shoddy "work". I guess I should have asked whether they knew what they were doing. I also should have asked Brian whether I was to be the contractor on the job because that is not addressed anywhere in any of the contracts or forms nor did Brian tell me I needed to ride those guys and constantly question them as to their skill, knowledge and experience, along with showing them videos and providing them with written how-tos on doing the job for which I hired the subs and paid Arizona Flooring Solutions.

When I call Arizona Flooring Solutions, which is advertising weekly, I get a message that their "voice mailbox is full". I don't want to go in person and fight and argue with them, so I contact Stainmaster.

Stainmaster can't reach the owners of the company either, so they give me the phone number for the mill that actually attaches the lamination (backing) to Stainmaster's fibers, a company called Gulistan. They also give me the name of the local sales rep for Gulistan ... who supposedly deals with Arizona Flooring Solutions.

I now know that at least one of the owners of AZ Flooring Solutions, Brian, lied about almost everything I asked him (which is "lucky" for me because it means that the company's contract is null and void). But I didn't find this out until the other owner, Jason, who had shown up with the guys to do the work at my house, left and I asked the guys straight out, "Are you subcontractors or are you employees of Arizona Flooring Solutions?" They told me they were, as I had suspected from the start, subcontractors, not "employees of the company", as Brian insisted at least a dozen times.

But they had already started the work, and it was/is good. Except for the non-sealing of the tile. The carpet installers/subs didn't do anything right, and I actually am still finding nails sticking up from the tackstrip coming through the padding and the carpet. That's not how this should be.

I would advise everyone never to use Arizona Flooring Solutions. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I will never deal with them again, no matter what their prices are. They are the worst.
