I couldn't be happier with my decision to have Brandi Carpet install new carpet in our new home purchase. They were able to get the carpet I wanted within a few days and install it quickly. We settled on a high tier polyester carpet that is quite plush and soft and their are no visible imperfections at all in any of the rooms (about 3500 square feet). The price was excellent and well below what we paid for an inferior install from a different company in a different area of our home. Don't hesitate to have this business come do work in your home.

I just had Zack and Juan in my home cleaning my kitchen floors. They did an excellent job!!  Some areas needed extra TLC and they provided that. They also went over what I was doing wrong cleaning my floors and what I should be using.  Will use this company again and would not hesitate to suggest them to anyone.

Metro Concrete installed a complete front patio and overlay on my front driveway.  They were on time and on schedule for every appointment, and the job was done in a timely manner.   I am so happy with the finished product.  Thank you for all your help, making my front yard look amazing.  I will recommend them to everyone.

Martine, you and your brother were so wonderful to me and my family.  Thank you for being so accommodating when we needed to take the dogs outside or leave the house, all while showing us where to step :).  Thank you, Patty, for continuously checking in on the job to check the progress and my general well-being.  You are truly a gem.  This company uses in-house tile installers and they showed up every day when they said they would.  Our job was just over 1,000 square feet (the entire downstairs of our 2-story home) and they completed it in just 4 days.  Thank you Floors n More for an overall great experience.  We are in still in awe every time we come home and look at the transformation from carpet to tile! (I will post before/after pics soon)

I have to say these guys did an amazing job. The price was very fair and the craftsmanship was great. I purchased the flooring before even calling them and they didn't have a problem with it at all. They did demo and installed the flooring in less than three days. I wasn't even home while they worked and they did everything I asked of them and nothing was disturbed. I would definitely use them again. They even lined me up with a tile person to do another job in my home and he did an amazing job as well. These guys are amazing. Give them a call.

Outstanding job and extremely impressed with this company. What I really liked is they have their own company workers that do the work and not subcontracting or picking up extra help as the job requires. They are very busy and had to wait a few months before they came out the the entire bathroom shower renovation was superb. They were professional, efficient, and respectful to include cleaning up well afterwards. My definite go-to renovation company and you won't go wrong hiring them. Thank you.

We stopped in the store to order carpet.  I couldn't recommend Roy more! I told him exactly what I was looking for, he pulled samples, explained what he recommended about the selections, and wrote up our order efficiently.

Overall the job came out well. However the excess chips were blown about the front yard. Also, was suprised that a request for a small amount of touch up material was denied as I had a small repair to complete at the bottom of a cabinet.
Communication during the sales process was excellent.

We used Abel Carpet Tile and Wood and have only great things to say about them!  We had selected a carpet and hardwood floor from another company and reached out to Mike at Abel for a quote so we could compare it to the other company's quote.  I called Mike on a Sunday afternoon, not expecting to hear from him until Monday.  He not only called me back, but he scheduled a consult for the next morning.  

Mike was prompt for the appointment, got down on his hands and knees to check out the floors and baseboards, took all measurements, answered all questions, and was nothing but courteous, knowledgeable and professional.  We had a professional and detailed quote within a few hours.  Mike's pricing was competitive and we made the decision immediately that we wanted to give him our business, as it was obvious he cares about his customers and doesn't settle for anything less than a great job.

Mike kept us informed while we waited for the materials to come in and he scheduled the installations around our schedules.  His crews were friendly and hard-working, and Mike came out to the house several times during the installation.  In addition, the crews do quality work.  He made sure we were 100% satisfied before asking for our final payment.  Not only were we extremely satisfied with the installation, but when I contacted him a month or so later as I noticed a creaking sound when walking on 2 areas, he immediately scheduled his wood installer to come out for the repairs - no questions asked and no charge.

I absolutely recommend Mike and his team for all of your flooring needs!

I highly recommend Andrew from Valley Tile Removal! After long hours of trying to remove tile and thin set ourselves, we called Andrew for help! He arrived on time and ready to work. He was honest, competitively priced, and did fantastic work! He left our concrete clean and ready for new flooring, I will recommend Andrew to all of our family and friends!

Small locally owned and operated business.  The owner/operator, Anthony, is a firefighter and is extremely knowledgable and experienced.  I removed all the tile and carpet in my house and had Anthony grind, polish, stain and seal the concrete sub floor.  Simply put, I could not be happier with the job as a whole, and of course the final product (check the pics)!

Pricing is cheap, well below local and national averages, and for the amount of time, effort, focus, and detailed work he administers, you soon realize you're getting nothing short of a freakin steal!

The other nice thing about this company, (and I shopped around a lot) is that Anthony is always available via phone or email, very patient, and just really customer satisfaction focused.  This is something rarely found in companies anymore, let alone contractors.  

Anthony takes a diary of pictures throughout the process too and emails you them with updates for your records.  That was a fun bonus!  

Couldn't be happier, I highly recommend!  It's obvious Anthony loves what he does, and truly cares about the results, and your happiness with the job.

My wife and I worked with Scott on installing wood floor tiles and they did a fantastic job.  Their installer showed up on time, cleaned up when he was done, and delivered a top notch installation.  My home was built in 1956 and the floor had major leveling issues.  They leveled the floor to the point you couldn't tell that there was ever an issue! If you're doing any kind of flooring, I highly recommend going with Bentley.  We will be using them again in the future.

Absolute focus on two main things; quality and customer care. This business understands what you need and they focus on delivering the results you are looking for! They go above and beyond what you ask for!

The labor was well done. However I was not impressed with Jeff they say no price changes on their contract. And then they messed up on my estimate and didn't measure and notice a certain amount of Tile and wanted to charge me an extra $1200 last minute for a mistake he made during the estimate. So my tile was completed about 85% of the way. I had to get someone else to finish the job. So when you get an estimate be aware that you may not change the price but they sure can charge an extra amount to install the entire tile! He was a nice guy but messed up and didn't bother to make things right.

Just opened my second spa! And of course I had to call the Spice Girls!! They help my salon look super cute super girly and super friendly I am so happy with the work they do!

Martin and his team are some of the best in the Valley!! They are so kind, thoughtful, respectful, and genuinely kind people. We are so pleased with all the work they helped us with, including a new fireplace and surround, wainscoting, whole home painting, lighting, shiplap, and many other projects! Outstanding communication and even better people! It's been a pleasure to meet Martin and Calvary Tile & Stone will be my first and only contact when we need any construction, electrical, and/or any other help!

After spending nearly a year shopping around, looking at reviews of companies with the BBB and ROC, going back and forth to get tile samples, carpet samples, walking on the tile samples, the carpet samples, etc., I finally hired Arizona Flooring Solutions to remove and install new tile, do the grout work (for which I paid extra because I wound up buying the tile elsewhere) and also to install new carpet padding and Stainmaster Xtra-Life carpet I bought from them. That was in mid-January. I hired them because I was told again and again that the guys doing the work in my home would be employees of Arizona Flooring Solutions rather than subcontractors. In fact, I clarified this over and over again with one of the owners, Brian, who apparently outright lied to me by insisting that these guys were and are employees of Arizona Flooring Solutions.

So here it is just six months later and tthere are definitely hard spots I feel when I walk on the carpet barefoot, and I have been thinking I'm overly sensitive or have weird feet, but now other people can feel these hard spots too when they're barefoot.

Also,  I find that while wiping up a spill on the part of the tile that is abutting the carpet, if the 100 percent cotton rag gently touches an edge of the carpet, some of the fibers and the lamination on the back of the carpet comes out.

Stupidly, I trusted that one of the tile installers knew what he was doing and had experience with all aspects of tile install (like I stupidly trusted the carpet installers, Victor and Maurice) who told me that I did not need to seal the grout. All over the Internet and everyone I've spoken with tells me that the guy had no clue what he was talking about. The grout needs to be sealed. So I will have to re-grout and then have the grout sealed since the grout is white. But again, the guy, Corey, apparently lied to me too. I, as the customer ... er, contractor, should have insisted that they seal the grout and that the grout must be sealed; then I should have shown them how to do it.

Apparently, they also don't know how to properly remove a toilet from the flange, to bolt it in properly or to keep the valve at the wall from leaking. They didn't even know how to break off the screw of the bolt that keeps the toilet seated in the flange and correctly fit toilet bolt caps over the top of the screw. So the toilet flange is bent and I will have to hire a plumber to correct all their shoddy "work". I guess I should have asked whether they knew what they were doing. I also should have asked Brian whether I was to be the contractor on the job because that is not addressed anywhere in any of the contracts or forms nor did Brian tell me I needed to ride those guys and constantly question them as to their skill, knowledge and experience, along with showing them videos and providing them with written how-tos on doing the job for which I hired the subs and paid Arizona Flooring Solutions.

When I call Arizona Flooring Solutions, which is advertising weekly, I get a message that their "voice mailbox is full". I don't want to go in person and fight and argue with them, so I contact Stainmaster.

Stainmaster can't reach the owners of the company either, so they give me the phone number for the mill that actually attaches the lamination (backing) to Stainmaster's fibers, a company called Gulistan. They also give me the name of the local sales rep for Gulistan ... who supposedly deals with Arizona Flooring Solutions.

I now know that at least one of the owners of AZ Flooring Solutions, Brian, lied about almost everything I asked him (which is "lucky" for me because it means that the company's contract is null and void). But I didn't find this out until the other owner, Jason, who had shown up with the guys to do the work at my house, left and I asked the guys straight out, "Are you subcontractors or are you employees of Arizona Flooring Solutions?" They told me they were, as I had suspected from the start, subcontractors, not "employees of the company", as Brian insisted at least a dozen times.

But they had already started the work, and it was/is good. Except for the non-sealing of the tile. The carpet installers/subs didn't do anything right, and I actually am still finding nails sticking up from the tackstrip coming through the padding and the carpet. That's not how this should be.

I would advise everyone never to use Arizona Flooring Solutions. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I will never deal with them again, no matter what their prices are. They are the worst.
