Let me start out by saying that I don't know anything about anything when it comes to home anything. I'm not a homeowner myself, so I've never dealt with any house projects, large or small. My aunt & uncle have a place in AZ that I've been staying in as I go in and out of the area for work (my boss lives there), and they asked me to help with some remodeling they were doing. Then they went off on their cruise halfway thru the project. Nice of them. :-D
I got really great care and service from Debra, who was my main point of contact. Maybe she took pity on me because I was totally clueless, but she was so sweet and helpful! She communicated with me constantly and helped manage things down to the last detail. My family is absolutely frugal but still wanted high quality work... this is their home, after all. And this place is older with its share of minor damages and general wear/tear, plus they have 2 big doggies, which means everything takes a beating over time. The new carpet and tile turned out beautifully and the project finished on time (critical for me as I had to get back home to LA) and within budget (critical for my dear homeowners).
After living thru a fairly straightforward project, I got a glimpse into the potential headaches of fixing up your home - even a small project is a lot TBH. But working with Debra was a relief as she eased a lot of the pain and panic that both my aunt and I are prone to (sad but true, love u auntie). I don't think they're the cheapest, but their pricing was still competitive and you do get what you pay for. Thumbs up from me and my fam!

We recently had all our floors redone with tile and carpeting and the experience was above our expectations. We had really good customer service and assistance in choices for our tile and carpet. We needed it completed before Thanksgiving and they worked through the weekend to get the job done in time. It all turned out really nice and I was so impressed at the job they did cleaning every surface and all the shelves. I expected to have to do some myself to get ready for the holiday but they did an excellent job and I was ready to start cooking and have company!

Josh came over to help me with a few projects around the house. I needed some drywall work and painting done. He gave me a great price and was very professional throughout the job. I had him come back to do some travertine flooring in my children's bathroom and replace the wall tile around the bath tub. He was very thorough and cleaned up after the project was done so we would have never known he was even there doing work. I would definitely recommend Josh and Bare Renovation for any home improvement projects you have.

A friend asked for recommendations for flooring companies and I realized I have not reviewed Shiloh Floors even though they did extensive work at my place in 2015! So here it is:
Lee is absolutely super great! His guys installed my floors after the flood from the alcoholic ditz upstairs! He came with a truck FULL of samples, and that's after I gave him a detailed description of what I liked! Within those constraints he brought a boat load of samples. Spent better part of one day while I was making a short list. Then he gave me five that made a short list to put on the floor and see them in different light over the next few days! His workers were courteous, efficient, so darn precise, I can't say enough about how amazing their job is!!!!! Also, since I'm on the ground floor, it's cement slab. So, he suggested an industrial type underlay both for insulation and comfort, like what you would put in a ballet studio so you have floors that "give." it's a floating engineered wood flooring, dark, wide planks, GORGEOUS!!!!
Three years later, and it looks absolutely the same as it did when it was installed. No movement, no gaps, precise and wonderful. I highly recommend Lee and his Shiloh Floors to everyone.

We were quite surprised when we picked up our bathroom vanity to discover that it was not assembled. It's three separate pieces, so I could see if they were not attached. But we had to assemble the doors, mounting hardware and drawers! The guy at the store said to my husband "you don't have a cabinet installer"? NO! We're DIYers, so we ARE the installers, but as it turned out, we were the assemblers, too. Fortunately, my husband has the skills to complete this project. But were totally blindsided. Three sales people in the store when we ordered, we interacted with all of them, nobody said anything about this.
I would give a lower rating, but the quality of the product is very good. Just Beware, you need an installer, or the skills to do it yourself.

If you are looking to save money this is definitely the place to go! We just had 18x18 Travertine installed on out entire first floor. You might be able to find the stone for the same pricing other places, but you will not be able to beat the cost on installation! The guys that installed the tile did an awesome job. They had 15 years experience and it shows. Our floors look absolutely perfect and we could not be more pleased.

I worked with Puckett's three weeks ago and they did a great job. Installers were on time and service was great. Scott sold me carpet for two bedrooms. Price was good. I looked around so I know I got a great deal.

The owner Greg was so awesome to deal with! We've had so many issues with contractors lacking integrity - Greg was the opposite! Returned all our calls, his crews showed up when they were supposed to and work performed was excellent! Jesus and Milton (tilers) were incredible!!! They made suggestions, asked proactively how we wanted to handle the inevitable challenges that arise in a project of this scale and their attention to detail/resultant work was of the highest quality. Greg and team rebuilt our shower, did the floor tiling and our granite for our vanity.

Our spare bedroom was the only room in the house without tile or hardwood. My husband had hardwood installed in most of the house 6 yrs ago so I wanted to have the same wood in that room. I called many, many local companies and even out of state suppliers to try to find the wood at the lowest price. Turns out it had been discontinued. AZ Floors found a supplier that had what we needed. It was more expensive (of course) than what it was 6 yrs ago. I had 4 different companies come out and do estimates. The other local companies didn't have set prices for labor nor did they respond to me same day or even next day for some. I called AZ Floors and spoke to Leisa W. She gave me an on the phone estimate, called me back within a couple of hours and had found the wood with an estimate and then had it all e-mailed to me by day's end. We were surprised that not only did they give us the best service so far, but we got much more with the purchase than the other guys. Although the wood per sq. ft. was a little more than the other places the overall cost was less AND we got more for our money. For anywhere from $70-250 less we got the wood, installation, glue, new base boards, T square and a 2 year warranty (included) and most importantly in the least amount of time. Other places only offered wood, glue and installation. Let's just say the wood got ordered, delivered, is acclimating under our pool table and will be installed in 2 days. I am still getting call backs and just got a quote e-mailed to me from other local companies who I called on the SAME DAY as Arizona Floors. They are also going to be done with the project in less than a day. I an anxious and excited to see what it looks like after the weekend. Same yourself the stress and time and just call them first.

My experience with Pelleco Home Design was exceptional. My project included installing new kitchen and bathroom quartz countertops. Sam was great to work with and provided a great product with a team of vendors who did quality work. I am very happy with the results and highly recommend Pelleco for your next home project. A highlight of my experience was working with Belem at Pelleco. Belem was outstanding in her project support keeping me up to date on schedules and contractor arrivals. Thank you Belem!

Nothing but good vibes and positive things for all of the Zona Restoration team members I have met on my water damage repair job! I met so many members of the Zona family and every single one of them was professional, courteous, timely and hyper efficient! Kudos to the ones I can recall of the many that I met, number one Shane, Thomas Gilardi, Brian M, Ryan, Spencer, Debbie, Tammy, Santana and Shane number two lol, Eric, Joshua and Mary via text. It goes without saying to have such a large crew work together harmoniously and efficiently, even tackling problems with insurance adjusters, relieves the burden on homeowners. I would definitely recommend and definitely use this family again!!! Zona Restoration ROCKS!

Just had my grout cleaned by Alex and Luis. They came on time and explained everything they were going to do. They were professional and did a teriffic job. After finishing they put everything back in place. After seeing the before and after pictures I was sorry I didn't use The Grout Doctor sooner. My floors look like new! I would definitely recommend them!

my wife bought a laminated from this company and left a deposit of $6200 , after i read some of the review that " i think it was phony " told the wife may be we should go with another company , she assure me that the bad review is not right , as far i see they are good people and very plied and they will deliver the material on time and that is exact happen, first of all they been in floor covering over 30 years and they have very good installers , and as far as I know (from the same installer ) they install over 20 to 30 homes daily . I highly recommend this company to every house hold .
