We found this business through home advisor and the reviews were decent so we arranged for an appointment for their salesman to come out. Glen Copper showed up. A nice British man. Is it just me, or do British accents seem inherently more trustworthy? If you agreed, the focus on the word "seem" is appropriate. We told Glen that we were on fixed incomes, wanted all carpeted areas in our 2 bedroom home covered in laminate wood flooring, and wanted flooring that didn't show marks. That was our most important thing- to not show marks. Glen said he had the perfect product for us. It looked nice and matched our furniture but I questioned if it should have some sheen to it and Glen said no. The price was within our budget, so we agreed to a deal. Glen promised he'd be the only person we'd speak to during the installation as he was "our go to man"and it was "his" crew who'd do the installation and that he'd check in daily. We never saw Glen again. The installation was a nightmare- the team was one worker, he was always late and frequently a no show. Glen forgot to figure in our carpeted master closet. This project took 8 long days. I could go on, but the story doesn't end there. It goes on to this day.

The laminate sucks, it shows absolutely every mark. Even cleaning it with Glen's recommended products and method, you can see every swipe of a mop or the towels we have to use to get it dried. Towel swipes, foot prints and paw prints. This flooring never looks clean even when just cleaned. We had to hire a cleaning service and they clean it 3 times each time they're here and hand dry it and it still looks like crap. A realtor came over after the cleaning people had been here and said that we'd never sell our house with theses floors. We can't afford to replace them, so we'll have to end up knocking thousands off our asking price. Thanks Glen and Floor Coverings international of Chandler, who hired him and doesn't stand behind their product.

Save your money, your aggravation and never use this third rate flooring company. I had to give it one star to get the review to post. There's not a no star option!

Fantastic.  I'll never consider anyone else for a flooring job.  Highest quality products and very competitive prices.  I had them put mostly laminate boards and some tile throughout my remodeled home.  They took the time to make sure the laminate was laid exactly right (ie. no bouncing, no clacking).  They even pulled up a large section and re-laid it when they realized it wasn't perfect.  There was one minor issue, but the owner came right out and fixed it when I pointed it out.  I wish dealing with all contractors went like this.  I highly recommend Custom Floor Covering.  Ask for Mike Thompson.

Scheduled an appointment on Tuesday to have someone out to my house Friday for a quote. I was super excited to have them out because of how friendly and helpful Mike was at the initial scheduling time.

But that's where it ended. I took time off of work to be home to have GPS out to the house... that's a personal day I will never get back. No show, with no courtesy call. Around 4:00 I finally got a call. I get people are busy,  but please understand that an appointment is an appointment.

Joshua gave the project personal attention from beginning to end and was agile enough to jump in to take care of any detail that needed to be addressed. His crew was the best of the best. They were not hurried and had no desire to do anything short of the best job they could do, even at what seemed to be personal expense. Everyone's dedication to the job was inspiring.

That person has no relation to this company whats so ever he hasnt been employed with this company since december of 2018. These comments have no relation to the owner or this company what that person does on his own has no relation to the people employed with Royalty Empire Inc. I would recommend Prevail Concrete & Coatings to anyone looking to improve their driveway, garages, or any type of concrete flooring! They are efficient and professional. I am impressed with my experience and will definitely be using them for future projects.

We did our tile work with them before we moved into this house. We found the tile we liked at AZ Tile, and they negotiated a better price for us and purchased it, transported to the site for us for no additional charge.

We measured 1700 Sq Ft and they completed the job in about 5 days. They started it and finished it with no break in schedule and the quality of work was neat.

The owner, Lee gave us some design ideas which ended up working out perfect for our almost white tile, merge with the existing tile in the house seamlessly. Saved us a ton on Teardown and additional tile.

We were quite surprised when we picked up our bathroom vanity to discover that it was not assembled. It's three separate pieces, so I could see if they were not attached. But we had to assemble the doors, mounting hardware and drawers! The guy at the store said to my husband "you don't have a cabinet installer"? NO! We're DIYers, so we ARE the installers, but as it turned out, we were the assemblers, too. Fortunately, my husband has the skills to complete this project. But were totally blindsided. Three sales people in the store when we ordered, we interacted with all of them, nobody said anything about this.
I would give a lower rating, but the quality of the product is very good. Just Beware, you need an installer, or the skills to do it yourself.

I said all right after reading a couple of the better reviews... I don't need hand holding and I am not high maintenance.  I called for a small tile job in a low end rental property.  The first call went great.  After that, completely and utterly downhill.  Unprofessional, unethical, and disorganized.  Scheduled for measurements (which I paid $50.00 for), guy didn't show up.  Called, Marie said she forgot to tell him about it.  Re-scheduled.  Guy went and took measurements.  Was supposed to get a bid the next day, in the morning.  Called, Marie was behind.  No bid.  Called later in the day.  No answer.  Texted Marie.  Said she would have it soon.   Evening, no bid.  Called.  Marie said she was working on it, gave me a deal on my tile.  Um, wrong tile.  Marie texted me a bid.  Measurements were over 100 sq. ft higher than what I had measured, not including the extra 10% of tile needing to be ordered.  The next day, I finally got the bid.  Called several times throughout the day, no answer.  Next day, called again.  Finally someone answers.  Marie is out of the country, she has no idea what is going on, has to find my paperwork and will call me back.  At this point, I threw in the towel and decided I didn't trust them to actually put in the tile and do a decent job.  I called someone else to install, figured at minimum I could still get the tile from them, the prices were good.  The new installer told me to go to Floor and Decor, prices were better.  Service was better.  Done and Done.  Went to Floor and Decor, picked out tile at $.16 cheaper per sq. ft, bigger selection, better tile.  New installer at the house now laying new floor.  Done and done.  You are welcome AZ Discount Flooring for my $50.00.   Lesson learned.  What a headache.

Went on the website last week and filled out a form saying please contact me as I would like to set up appt to get a quote.  Email says allow 2 business days.  That has passed.  Called this morning at 830am 6/5.  Person who answered phone said will give message to sales reps who come in at 900am.   I guess Puckett's has so much business they don't need new customers.  If you aren't going to respond to requests via your website - don't offer that option.  Not sure if the breakdown for today is due to person answering phone or sales reps.  Definitely an interesting business model.

Update:  three strikes and you are out.  I decided to go by the store in person since I had no response to my yelp email request and no response to my call.   Got there approx 1030 am on a Wednesday (6/6).  There was no one in the showroom.  I stood around for about five minutes then followed the voices to the "office area" toward the far side of the store.  A woman asked me "have you been helped"?  To which I responded "no, not yet".  She said she would be right with me.  Ten minutes later she still did not appear.   So I have decided that they really do not need my business - right.  How many chances can I give them!!
Sadly a friend referred them as she had such a good experience.   I could not refer this store based upon my personal experience.  My search is still on for my new flooring.  It is now 6/8.

Hard Rock Tile and Stone did truly impressive work for me recently when they installed the tiles in my walk-in shower. I was pleased with the honesty and caring attitude of the owner, Blake Jolley.  He frequently checked in with me to be sure that I was satisfied at each step of the process.
Not only that, but I found their price to be reasonable,  their customer service excellent,  and their work to be professional. They were always responsive to my questions and concerns, and the installers did an excellent job.
They also were very willing to take back unused materials and deduct the cost from my bill, which is a testament to their honesty.   I highly recommend this business to anyone who needs tile or stone work, and I will not hesitate to call them if I need this type of work again.

I was very impressed with the quality of the product and service we received. There were a couple of issues with the installation, but the company was quick to correct the issues, took full ownership and stood behind both the work and the product. We could have found a cheaper vendor, but I doubt they would have stood behind their work like Arizona floors. We made the right choice!

If you are looking at a major home design project, two words... call Sam!

We moved into a new home in Phoenix with old, outdated cabinets, and a profound lack of pantry space. Since we were just in the process of purchasing our home, of course, we were on a pretty strict budget. We met with several contractors and most told us that a design project in the scope we were looking for started at DOUBLE what our budget was. To even make it close, we'd have to be responsible for purchasing all of our own cabinets and countertops and as much labor as possible, then call them to show up for the install.

When Sam came over to our house, he walked right in and immediately started giving us re-design ideas (we badly wanted some advice on renovating the look of our kitchen). He said he could do it within our budget; he would provide the cabinets and countertops from his warehouse, and he'd arrange all of the labor (he has some of his own crew, plus he used some contractors).

He knew exactly what kind of cabinets we wanted; at his store, he helped us pick out a nice matching countertop, backsplash, and sink that worked with the overall color schemes of the kitchen.

First off, every worker that came to my house (whether it was a Pelleco employee or contractor) was a total professional both in attitude and competence. Everyone communicated extremely well and there were no surprises.

They installed a beautiful kitchen, which makes it look brand new. In addition, we had a large pantry cabinet installed PLUS laundry room cabinets all for within our price range. Sam knocked it out of the park.

Lastly, Sam could not be more available or attentive to his clients. Call/text him and you get a response immediately; always doing anything he can to satisfy a client's question or complaint. He came over to check out the final product. I was so happy with it that he was actually looking for flaws so he could fix it for us. But there weren't any!

You will not be disappointed when you choose Pelleco for your project. We have another design project next year and you can bet we'll be using them again.

Going through a fire is a frightening, devastating and long process - and you have to trust the person(s) that are repairing your home. I can say after a year long restoration, the quality Zona has provided is superb. Our home looks and feels beautiful again. It takes a lot of patience dealing with insurance and contractors, but at the end, we couldn't be happier with the outcome. Thank you Zona for everything you did for our family and making our house a home again!!

Caulking work in shower was sloppy. I had to call them out to complete areas missed and fix areas where caulking had collapsed. I realized later that the workman had just caulked over the old caulk in some areas rather than removing the old material first.
I paid a high price for fixing a crack in the cement in the cabana. Helmut told me the high price was because of the special material they would use. Within a month the repair was cracking. I called Helmut to ask if they would come fix the job -- no response.

Fraud, criminals, liars, theft, are the words that come to mind when writing about this company.  Do not use this company, they still have not performed the work that was pre-paid days ago and now have yet again scheduled the work to be done for the 3rd time and yet again a no show.  I will be suing this company and I am sure I will win.  I hope whoever reads this post is smart enough to adhere to my advice.  Save yourself the TROUBLE!!!
