We were in San Diego for the summer when a sprinkler line broke under the driveway of our home in central Phoenix during July.  On receiving a call from my maintenance man, I contacted USAA who carries our homeowners insurance and was referred to Paul Bailey of DriRite CMG3... they are a preferred contractor for USAA.  As a 52 year member of USAA I was not disappointed by their referral.  They found the problem and repaired it quickly.  Everything was handled by DriRite professionally and over the phone.  I didn't have to fly back to Phoenix to get the job completed.  That part of the driveway looks better than the original installed in 2001.  Paul and DriRite did the best restoration job we have had done in our 52 years with USAA.  I would refer them to anyone needing restoration work.

We've hired Derek for multiple projects in the last two years - ceiling retexturing and finish from water damage 10/18, resurfacing of ceiling/wall and flooring replacement 7/20, full shower remodel 8/20. All his teams were very professional, polite and mindful of our pets not getting loose. Derek is a pleasure to work with and very competitive with his pricing. We're very happy with the quality of the work and the timeliness of the completion. We'll definitely be hiring him again in the future when we're ready for our next project.

Bobby and team completely remodeled two showers and a bath. They were terrific - customer-focused, detail-oriented, reliable, punctual, and excellent communicators. Bobby checked-in frequently and made sure I was happy with the outcome. Overall, they made the entire process easy and I am delighted with the outcome. I would hire them again and have also recommended them to other family members doing a kitchen remodel.

As total neophytes to remodeling, but with hours of DIY, HGTV, etc... watching :), my wife and I thought we knew what we were doing. We drove to every stone place in the valley (I think) and after nearly giving up we went in to AZ Tile and happened to get the pleasure of working with their slab manager, Curtis Simon, and what a relief. We explained that we really liked a material called Titanium but more than one fabricator mentioned they did not like to work with it due to the difficulty with the Mica in the stone. Mr. Simon calmly smiled and said he had something he thought we might like and showed us a granite called "Blizzard" which we loved. He was such a pro and we cannot be happier with the result. I honestly think that the kitchen remodel went from a "nice" refresh to a completely amazing, knock your socks off, WOW kitchen. The granite is absolutely the focal point and added so much appeal. We still get compliments and I tell all my friends about the experience.

I called Steve to replace a fence that burned in a fire. I explained my desire to have the work done quickly due to HOA pressure. He was there the next morning to assess the damage and came back that same afternoon to complete the job.  It is sturdy and everything was as promised.  He was my hero that saved the day.

Vlad came right on time for our (free) consultation. Gave a fair price and his crew showed up right on time the next week when I was available. They worked fast and efficient and consulted with me about design challenges for my older home guest bathroom. They did not leave w/o checking with me that work was done, and cleaned up after themselves. Hard to find someone to take a small half-finished job from previous contractor, but they delivered. 10/10 would recommend.

Used this company to clean, stain and seal our tile floors and change grout color on our kitchen backsplash. First, when you call and they say they will return your call within an hour, they actually do; every call I made to them!! Second, the owner, Dan, is on time, answered our many questions and gave us a reasonable and competitive estimate before he left our home........and with no high pressure tactics. The three person crew was on time, did a great job, unbelievably clean, checked that we were happy with all their work before they left our home. We will only use Desert Tile and Grout Care in the future.

We wanted to upgrade our kitchen with a larger fridge and are lucky to have found Skyler/Lux Remodeling. Skyler assessed and matched our cabinets and executed a clean design seamlessly blending into the space. In addition, he communicated clearly with us on timelines and delivered awesome results.  

The best part of the Lux team was the vibe and communication felt like a friend in the house helping us, and you can't beat that.

I found Five40 on Yelp, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the job they did! I live in a house built in 1964, and I was dying to update my "out of date" kitchen.
Shannon responded promptly and came out to give me an estimate. I got several estimates but I felt the most comfortable with their vision and having them in my home. The crew showed up on time every day and kept me up to date on changes as they arose. I hear so many horror stories about home renovation projects and i am so happy to that i didn't have to deal with that! The guys did an amazing job! They were professional, courteous and understanding of all my concerns! My new kitchen looks amazing! Thank you FIVE40 and thank you Shannon for understanding my vision and helping me to bring it to life! I love my new kitchen!

This place needs some help in the customer service department. Apparently kids are running this place with a bad attitude and no knowledge whatsoever. I will take my business elsewhere.

Have never worked with a construction company that was this thorough every step of the way.  From that first phone call I knew Everardo was a pro.  I slept through the night not worrying about how I was going to pay for the kitchen.  Prices are very fair and these guys don't track mud in your house and blame it on someone else.  Good value for sure.  Will attach photos later.  My kitchen cabinets look awesome!!
