We are so thoroughly impressed with "Crafted" company, Mike Abbate and his entire crew! With all the nightmares you hear about or have experienced with contractors, this was quite the opposite. Literally from the very first phone call to the end of the remodel was an immeasurable experience. These guys are honest, fair, knowledgeable, helpful and masters at what they do! They definitely take pride in their work and go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and taken care of. We couldn't be happier with the entire process. We had a few smaller jobs they took care of immediately and then a large remodel including floors, 2 bathrooms partial, baseboards and trim throughout, light fixtures, medicine cabinets removed and walls repaired as the bulk of the project. 3 weeks to complete, we actually moved everything out of our house and left the state and turned our home over to them. Mike put us at ease by staying in close contact frequently with pictures and updates! Wow wow wow, best experience! And our home looks AMAZING! TOP NOTCH COMPANY!

We were in San Diego for the summer when a sprinkler line broke under the driveway of our home in central Phoenix during July.  On receiving a call from my maintenance man, I contacted USAA who carries our homeowners insurance and was referred to Paul Bailey of DriRite CMG3... they are a preferred contractor for USAA.  As a 52 year member of USAA I was not disappointed by their referral.  They found the problem and repaired it quickly.  Everything was handled by DriRite professionally and over the phone.  I didn't have to fly back to Phoenix to get the job completed.  That part of the driveway looks better than the original installed in 2001.  Paul and DriRite did the best restoration job we have had done in our 52 years with USAA.  I would refer them to anyone needing restoration work.

We've hired Derek for multiple projects in the last two years - ceiling retexturing and finish from water damage 10/18, resurfacing of ceiling/wall and flooring replacement 7/20, full shower remodel 8/20. All his teams were very professional, polite and mindful of our pets not getting loose. Derek is a pleasure to work with and very competitive with his pricing. We're very happy with the quality of the work and the timeliness of the completion. We'll definitely be hiring him again in the future when we're ready for our next project.

Sergio came to replace some broken tiles. He was prompt and the work looked perfect. PDG is the one to call for the small projects that you have been putting off.

Bobby is absolutely fantastic to work with. From the second we met, you could see the level of passion and detail he had. He made remodeling painless and easy, wouldn't recommend using anyone else in Phoenix!

This morning, my contractor suggested I purchase pencil to trim the limestone for the fireplace hearth I'd hired him to refinish.  I went to f&d, but they did not have the quality/aesthetic match I was seeking, so I made my way to Arizona Tile with sample limestone in tow to achieve the perfect look for my new fireplace.  I was pleasantly greeted at the front door by a most knowledgeable Arizona Tile specialist Cyndee Smalley.  She patiently listened as I described my project and goals and then -- Boom! -- she presented the best solution possible.  Rather than use pencil, I decided to take Cyndee up on her brilliant suggestion involving my contractor cutting the tile on an angle and using sealant to bring out the natural color of the stone.  Simply brilliant and just the look I had hoped for!  I know where I will head when I'm ready to remodel my kitchen.  Thank you, Cyndee and Arizona Tile for a wonderful shopping experience!

Quality, Honest, Hard-Working, Dedicated, Conscientious, Efficient....

I could go on and on. He's all of the above and more. I had him do our guest bathroom that I had started, but didn't have the time to complete anymore. He completed it within a week and did an amazing job. He also fixed a couple doors that weren't shutting/latching correctly.

He answered all my questions and explained exactly what he was doing and why.

I've had the pleasure of working with this team extensively through and office and clubroom renovation in 2019. They've been exceedingly responsive, honest and transparent. Vladimir brings a cool, collected and calm energy to the projects he's managing. I'm a very type "A" client and he handled my questions concerns and ideas with tact, poise and professionalism. I'd highly recommend this team for any of your renovation projects.

Was super interested in this, until I learned how much they wanted to charge. I wanted to spend around $500 bucks to clean 1500 SQ FT of 20 inch tile and grout. If they polished tiles , cleaned grout, sealed their tile - I would have paid more. But I don't see any reason to spend around $3,000 on getting my tile polished.

Technically, it's correct that we never spoke. But, factually it's incorrect. I had Maria W call for me - based on a few good online Yelp reviews, and she was quoted absurd dollar amounts to clean some tile, on a house our client is selling.

Are you stating you only clean grout, and don't leave the tile floor shiny? That strikes me as half a job

Seemed very nice and responsive at first.  Came to the house to see the job and write up a quote - never heard from him again.

Edit: Response to my review is misleading.  It was a project much larger than just countertops, and I found someone that was willing to do just the countertop if that's what made the most sense.  Skyler did not respond to this inquiry/suggestion.  It wasn't as if I waited 4 days, got impatient, and wrote a review.  I waited 13 days and not a peep.  Skyler did reach out to me with apologies after seeing the review, which I appreciate.

We started as a remodel to our master bathroom and removing the soffits in the hallway and bedroom entries. Unfortunately the soffits in the bedroom entries were not included in the original quote. We did come to a mutual understanding for the additional work.
Additionally  they discovered that the drain system in the entire house needed to be replaced due to age of the pipes.  This placed the project  another week out from completion.  It has been a long process with additional expenses and we have learned a lot about details.
Overall very happy with end results.  We will be using them in the future for additional projects.

This is the second project Lon has done for us.  First was our master bathroom that we still LOVE today.  This year, we decided to renovate the entire house!  After emptying the house of all our belongings, Lon and crew took down two walls, opened up our living room, kitchen and dining room.  We redesigned the kitchen and the dining room.  New flooring throughout the entire house and new doors.  The house has been transformed with the help of Lon's vision.  We can't stop telling ourselves how much we love our new space.  Lon and crew did a fantastic job and we honestly could not be happier.

I have had the privilege of working with Adrienne on several occasions. Not only is she the best at what she does, but she also is incredibly responsive, communicates well, and has the client's best interest at heart. I highly recommend ModaScapes Interior Design.

Shout-out to Bill, Benny and the all the terrific Tintas Crew! They just finished our new laminate flooring in two bedrooms, and we are very pleased.
