We had a need for a repair of some flooring we installed and we called Floor Coverings International - Mesa.  Kris came over provided the expertise on the best way to fix our flooring problem.  A couple days later she returned with a couple pros who did a great job!  They made our flooring look much better than it did before we called them.  Kris and team were very professional and insured we were completely happy with the work.  We will be calling them again!

Despite our home being a little off the beaten trail, Danny Lain was able to visit us quickly and assess the job. Tiles and supplies were ordered and the work was scheduled quickly. The install team was efficient, respectful and friendly. The new tile floor looks BEAUTIFUL !   Additionally the price was great and we were happy to get Floor Source who has a great reputation to do our job.
Also thanks to the helpful folks at the Emser Tile outlet who helped us pick out the tiles.

Mike's Tile and Backsplash did an amazing job on our kitchen backsplash from start to finish. They were punctual showing up to the initial appointment. He sent the quote to my email when he said he would. The price was reasonable. He said it would take 2 days and it took exactly that. They showed up right when they said they would both mornings. We got a herringbone style done, which is apparently one of the harder tiling styles to do and it looks absolutely amazing. We will definitely use them again on future projects!

I can't say enough great things about Joe, the salesman I worked with for Prime waterproof flooring for the bathrooms and laundry room in our home. While supply continues to be a challenge, Joe delivered and went above and beyond to help me obtain the flooring similar to what I was looking for to keep my home floor project moving forward. He worked with me to have it delivered so our contractors could keep to the schedule. Joe Dabill is terrific and I would highly recommend giving him a call for your next flooring project! Where do I begin to recommend this miracle worker named, Seamus. Aside from being professional, he is beyond a miracle worker. He took his time making it right (please see photos attached). He is worth every penny for sure. I am so glad to have found him here at Yelp! He comes in with all his tools and cleans up after it's all said and done. No dust left behind. I am one very satisfied customer. Thanks Seamus! You rock!

DustSharkz did an AMAZING job removing our old Travertine Tiles.  They were Prompt, Courteous, Got it Done in No Time and left Everything Super Clean!! I would highly recommend this company!! Thank you

Matt came out and was very professional and gave a quality service at an amazing price. I had been quoted almost twice what we ended up paying Matt, and found it to be a bit extreme. Matt on the other hand was very reasonable and came in at the best price. The job was very well done I was very happy with his services he even did it in less time that was quoted and came in less than what was quoted because my concrete was soft and it didn't take too long. Which I found to be very honest. The job was very clean with no dust at all. After finding a crack when wanting to install tile this was a huge headache and such a stress for us. I contacted around 5 people that all gave me quotes, I am very happy we went with Matt on this one. Good communication through quotes here on yelp, should up on time for quote and job and was accommodating.

Do not pass this review!!! Crooked tiles on my floor CRACKED. Horrendous. I finally had a real tile co. Replace them. Not a floor salesman do the job. Very indecisive business owner. Lied, never showed up for the first three days of the contract, work not completed and imperfections with tile and baseboards.
We signed a contract with Bruce the owner, who we thought to be a bit pretentious in his business attitude speaking down to us but his reviews were good and the work was what's important. Having given him 50% down payment, we went and purchased all of the product to do the jobs. 900sf if floor tile  and our master bathroom. He over estimated by 75sf so I have so much tile grout and schluter in my garage taking up space. We  were to start on a Tues. Bruce told us what we needed to have done for the "crews" to move in, HE ONLY HAD ONE GUY WORKING ALONE THE ENTIRE TIME.
He NEVER SHOWED up that Tuesday morning and NEVER PHONED US to let us know he wasn't coming.
I finally got ahold of him and he said, "I decided we are going to start on Friday morning instead." Keep in mind he never called to let us know we had other contractors lined up that now were needing to be rescheduled as well. Causing our job to fall behind. WAY BEHIND
I was extremely disappointed to say the least and he again speaking down to me provoked a very confrontational conversation to say the least. He said, he doesn't yell blah blah. I said, you don't show up either. I said, give me my money back and I'll move on. We talked it over and discussed a new plan of action. He then had another lie of crews working through Memorial Day weekend. He has one worker that showed up on time, worked very diligently but there are imperfections in our tile, crooked tile, grout that was not filled enough, pockets of grout missing. Bruce NEVER wrote notes down and everyday he had to go over the simple layout of the horizontal 12x24 tile over and over again. The same conversation daily. As though he forgot everything.
It took 3 weeks to complete work, working daily for 9 hrs.
I had lost two contractors to other jobs because he lied about having crews, time line and started later than he said. He went AGAINST his own contract.
The base board was delivered and painted by us before installed. One guy installed the corners one way another did it another way and they NEVER completed the work. Bruce said, i think you'll need to find someone else to do the kitchen backsplash because he was off to Spain on vacation. Leaving without follow up, completing the work and not fixing a thing. I would NEVER work with someone so unprofessional. Beware I have no idea how people give good reviews. He argued with me telling me my own zip code at my Scottsdale home was not correct. Are you kidding me??

Good work. Very reasonably priced. Eduardo has done multiple jobs for us, excellent work.

We could not be happier than our experience with J & B Carpets! We met Vikki the minute we walked into the store. It was clear from the start that she LOVES what she does and she really knows carpet and people!!! She felt like a family friend almost immediately. We wanted to replace our old carpet and Vikki directed us to the perfect choice for our house and us. The spiral staircase and entire upstairs was a good size job.
She and Nola came over to our house twice with samples and were so patient and helpful! Once we chose the carpet, setting up the installation was easy. Vikki told us it would be a two day deal and it was. The movers came first thing in the morning and were very efficient. The carpet guys worked all day over the two days. Vikki had the movers back at the end of that second day to finish the job and put all the furniture back. Done--two weeks after walking into the store!
We would do it all again with Vikki and Nola, their excellent service and quality carpet at J and B Carpets!!!

Dennis at Adriatic Flooring was the first person I called after reading reviews. I didn't have to call anyone else. We were able to get our flooring scheduled for install and he showed up first thing in the morning day that he said he would be there and finished on time! His work was seamless and prices very reasonableness. I was able to contact him via phone/text and he was always responsive. Would definitely recommend him!

Eric with First Class Coatings has done more then 4 projects for me over the past 3 years.  Each project was self managed.  Even though I managed the construction daily, I never had to ask him the next steps. He always informed me to detail, on where the project stood in schedule and every project was completed on-time or before.  Some projects were large and were 5 day installations.  Never missed a day, including weekends to finish ahead of schedule!  Had a client damage the floor on accident, Eric was promptly out for a   - Fee Repair -    ....  Amazing customer service... Couldn't say enough about his dedication to quality and details in the installation.. The job sites were cleaned up daily and his firm left strong impressions with my clients..  If you want some of the best service and fantastic finished work with epoxy floor coatings and concrete surface preparation.  Call Eric, he has my endorsements.

Super responsible, great job, love the end result. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will be using him again soon.

Did my homework and researched several companies in this space.  Checked reviews on Yelp, the BBB, Registrar of Contractors and their websites to check for complaints, feedback and professionalism. Narrowed my list down and started making phone calls.  Kevin (owner) answered the phone and answered all my questions with patience, even though I could tell he was in the field working.  Didn't try to upsell me and even recommended NOT spending more money on a product that he felt wasn't worth the money.  He was willing to meet me to go over color samples in person and was very personable and friendly.  Scheduled a time to have my floors done and even had to reschedule due to issues on my end. Kevin was accommodating.  Floors were done quickly and the crew friendly.  Floors came out "brilliantly".  Will definitely call Kevin next time I need floors done and have no hesitation recommending him to friends.

Juan and his crew did a fantastic job with our remodeling project! We couldn't be happier! G & C are true professionals. Very consciousnesses while doing their work. They always made sure to prep each area extensively like it was their own home. They were careful about not letting my dog out and keeping things locked up. Very courteous. They are detailed oriented and are so very knowledgeable. When the project started and as it moved along Juan had great remodeling suggestions and brought up things that  would have never crossed my mind. It was great to have him do the thinking for me. Overall, the project was very stress free and reasonably priced. Additionally, the communication between G&C was phenomenal. Juan is super responsive 7 days a week and always kept me updated on the daily schedule, so I knew what to expect which was helpful in planning my day. I never experienced any "no shows" and G&C was very flexible with scheduling and with last minute project changes that were made by me. We worked well together. Everything went smooth throughout my month-long remodel and Juan and his crew are so accommodating and great to work with. I highly recommend them. Additionally, they stand behind their work.

I contacted this company after reading all the rave reviews and left a message last Wednesday and expecting a call back the next day
To date still no call back!
Sorry we moved on with another contractor. Disappointed!
