Kris is very professional and friendly, I had a really small job (30SQFT) no other company would touch it because it's so small of an area, kris had no issues coming out and giving me a quote and completing the job, I am extremely happy with the outcome and I would highly recommend others to use Kris, not only to support a veteran but to also get the job done right. We had carpet pulled out  of our  entire upstairs and replaced with luxury vinyl plank. On my first visit, Dave showed me some different options and let me take samples home. He then came out and did an estimate and answered questions. They were responsive over  email and text. They were accurate on how long installation would take and worked with  me so I could paint the baseboards before they were installed. Here's the key: what happens when something isn't right? There were two places where the baseboards weren't flush against the walk. They set up an appointment quickly and the installer came back out and fixed it. Definitely recommend!

Floor Source is the way to go.  I embarked on a new floor installation which was my first time spearheading a renovation project.  I went the Costco route after seeing the promo in the store.  Once contacting Costco, the friendliest salesperson in the world, Jarod Alexander, contacted me from Floor Source.  Jarod came to the house and patiently worked with me while taking measurements, reviewing the several flooring options, making a final selection, discussing the install timing and schedule, reviewing all promotional items and  making sure all my questions were answered.  Jarod was TRULY PERFECT in providing customer service to me, especially for my first-time floor install.

Within two weeks after the sale was made, the Floor Source  office contacted me when the flooring materials were delivered to schedule the install which was estimated to take 5 days.  Luis and Luis performed the install. THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!  These gentlemen arrived smiling and were timely, friendly, collaborative with the install and overall just wonderful.  The new floors were installed within 4.5 days, shorter than the original estimate, and look phenomenal  - base boards and all!  

The house is now gorgeous and has a whole new energy.  Thank you, Costco and Floor Source, for this wonderful installation.

I recently noticed a growing crack in my granite countertop, and after trying to unsuccessfully contact one particularly high-rated granite repair company, I eventually connected with Seamus King. When I contacted Seamus initially, he was quick to respond and was out the next day to take a look at the crack. He gave me a quote and got me scheduled right away. They finished today and it took less than 2 hours to complete. The crack is gone, the sink has a new seal and the counter is conditioned very nicely. Seamus also educated me on the best care of the granite. The experience was pleasant, painless and I couldn't be happier! I will contact him again to condition the rest of my kitchen countertops! Would highly recommend!!

Seriously, Matt and his team did a phenomenal job removing old ceramic tile (1200 sq ft ). Not only did he give a great quote but as honest to tell me the sq footage was less than the original estimate ( 1260 ) and adjusted the final price. This company is in high demand and I can see why. Our installer even said how impressed he was with the demo. We were also impressed with the work ethic and their professionalism.

Excellent job done on our kitchen backsplash. Bruce was very professional and responsive during the process. I'm very happy with his installer's work and I highly recommend!

Choosing J&B Carpets for the installation of flooring for my entire house was one of the best decisions I have ever made. The owner, Vickie is extremely knowledgeable about the products she sells and she truly is a hands on manager who makes at least 2 onsite visits each day to monitor the progress of the installation. Additionally, she uses the same crew for each project and they are also knowledgeable, curtious and efficient. The project was completed on time as promised!

Fantastic flooring company. I had five companies bid on our project and not only were they very competitive, they did not "nickel and dime" you. They removed the tile with minimal dust and installed the high quality plank flooring in no time. We will go back to Adriatic flooring when we do the rest of the house.

First Class Coating did a beautiful job on my garage and workshop.  Eric, the owner, has been doing this since 1990 and his experience shows in his recognition and handling of issues.  Eric is totally hands-on not just a salesman who just schedules a crew later.  He inspects everything and often works shoulder to shoulder with his crew.  His staff is very clean dressed, easy to speak with and they communicate easily and work efficiently.

In our attached 3-car garage we had decorative chip epoxy.  It came out beautiful & I love how classy our garage looks now.  The coating is very nicely done with all details included including the stem walls hand sanded and the joints so they are smooth and easy to clean.  We elected for the high film build for that extra shine in the garage floor.  

Our workshop is a 30 x 40 metal building that my husband does auto restoration in.  Eric recommended an epoxy primer, then a colored urethane coat & a clear urethane top coat for a solid color ultra protective coating system. This system resists fading and is easier to find dropped nuts and bolts on. His workshop looks like a professional shop now!

We had high winds the day of our final coat in the workshop which caused the urethane to set up too quickly and not develop a nice sheen.  Eric saw this happening and stopped the coating in process as they were half way into coating the garage.  He rang my door bell to explain what was happening, apologized and said he wanted it to be "Perfect".  I did not see exactly what he was speaking of at first, but later I learned to trust in an experienced installer.  They came back 5 am the next day when conditions were better, sanded the floor and applied the final coat.  My husband was out of town and I would not have known better if they had just gone with the first application and left it as it was.  Thanks Eric for doing the right thing!

Alex and his crew are extremely professional and were always on time. Alex is beyond talented and has an eye for interior design and went above and beyond. During the bathroom demo we found a builder error, actually builder errors all over the house and he fixed everything beyond my expectations. He picked up tile in the morning and would manage to still be earlier for the job.  The tile work in the downstairs living room is gorgeous. He came up with a reverse herringbone in the dining room that looks like it could be featured in architectural digest magazine. If you are looking for a contractor who doesn't flake and will make sure that the work is perfect PLEASE book with desert custom flooring! You will not regret it!

We couldn't be happier with our experience with Brilliant Epoxy Floors! Within hours of calling the office, Dan came to our house to measure our garage and explain the entire process start to finish. He was very professional and knowledgeable, and patient with any questions we had. Juan and his crew did a fantastic job with our remodeling project! We couldn't be happier! G & C are true professionals. Very consciousnesses while doing their work. They always made sure to prep each area extensively like it was their own home. They were careful about not letting my dog out and keeping things locked up. Very courteous. They are detailed oriented and are so very knowledgeable. When the project started and as it moved along Juan had great remodeling suggestions and brought up things that  would have never crossed my mind. It was great to have him do the thinking for me. Overall, the project was very stress free and reasonably priced. Additionally, the communication between G&C was phenomenal. Juan is super responsive 7 days a week and always kept me updated on the daily schedule, so I knew what to expect which was helpful in planning my day. I never experienced any "no shows" and G&C was very flexible with scheduling and with last minute project changes that were made by me. We worked well together. Everything went smooth throughout my month-long remodel and Juan and his crew are so accommodating and great to work with. I highly recommend them. Additionally, they stand behind their work.

We (pre-Vetsbuilt) made an innocent mistake of hiring a design builder whom we found out after they walked off the job that they were also not licensed  to be doing any of the work performed. Lesson learned.

Vetsbuilt stepped up, making everything a breeze from filing the correct permits to making sure all the existing work has been brought up to code and removing work that was just way to wrong to even correct. DJ and Bob are even making sure to keep the inspectors informed about regulations that have saved us a lot of money.

Another big advantage is they are willing join you in off site meetings with suppliers and this keeps you from having unanswered questions and surprises. No more of that oh I thought we talked about that kindest of B/S on the job site.

Vetsbuilt, always seems ready to tackle your junk and their subcontractors are on standby ready to tackle the job the next day! I am amazed about the speed at witch these guys work, they show up on site ready to work at 6 am and are busy all day. They aren't the kind that claim they been at Home DEPO all morning getting supply's and show at at 11 to unpack and take a lunch break.

These guys are straight forward, you get a real detailed contract that clearly states costs and when the payments are due. They are also a company that you can trust and this is hard to find. When you pay your invoice you know they will be there to fulfill it and not just take your money and run!

We are proud to be supporting this crew and I wouldn't be afraid to use this guys on any project big or small.
