I asked her to match existing tile. She said she found it and placed the order. She came out and installed it. We noticed it was dull and lacked the shine of our existing tile.  She said it was grout haze and it would clean up.  It never did after 5 through cleanings.  You can't even mop it because its so porous. Nothing like the original tile.  She said it was the tile companies fault and that they would replace it.  They came out and said it was what she ordered. What she ordered was more of an exterior tile.  SO now I have tile floors that can't be mopped, look dirty because of the finish, and she wont do anything or return my calls...She'll post excuses, but they are just excuses, she won't try and make this right...

We have recently replaced tile in our living room, dining room, lounge, kitchen and hallway with luxury vinyl plank. We received superb service from Floor Source right from the estimate, choosing the color, to tearing out the tile and installing the plank.

Jared was extremely helpful and made a number of trips to our house to bring different samples for us to choose from. The tearing out of tile was done as scheduled in the most professional way (with the least amount of dust). The installation of the vinyl plank was completed ahead of schedule and again was done in a very professional manner with the head of project making a visit each day.

I'm currently remodeling the interior of my house, so I've been searching for different businesses in Arizona. Mike was the first one that returned my call, so I'm glad I hired him. He and his father replaced the tiles in my shower, and they exceeded my expectations.  To my surprise. He was able to squeeze me in within the week! It's my first time hiring him, and I will continue to use him. He works with his dad, and they do a fantastic job!. I'm getting my kitchen, and family room remodeled soon, so I plan on hiring them again when they return from their vacation

We have used floor source on 2 separate occasions.  Both times we were very satisfied.  Everyone from start to finish was helpful and professional.  They made everything easy and the project was done in a timely manner.  We are so pleased with the finished product!

Our granite was badly cracked near the faucet. The surface was raised and starting to separate. Seamus responded promptly and came out to do an estimate within a few hours of our call. He and Travis arrived within a few days to fix the damage. They are very competent. They covered cabinets with plastic and the floor with drop cloths. Everything was clean when they were finished. After repairing the crack, they polished all of the granite. The work was done quickly and professionally. Our granite looks better than it did when it was new! See before and after photos.

We didn't believe that tile removal could be dust free! We are 100% satisfied, would recommend to anyone wanting to remove their old tile flooring.  Rich was great and Enrique and his crew were courteous, clean and very hard working.  Super happy with our choice to use DustSharkz!

I cannot tell you how honest and professional Matt and his crew are!!!!! These guys are what other contractors should look up to!!! I just wished they did other things besides floor removal because I would hire them in a heartbeat!  Three guys who are best friends and kin to each other. I recently purchased a condo out of state, and needed the floors done before I arrived. Talk about stressful not even being in the same state! I took a huge risk giving a company that I've never met in person, keys to my condo and access to picking up my flooring. But it was the best decision I made with this new place! Denis, the owner, was so helpful. He dealt with all my text messages and phone calls and requests.

Can't forget to mention how reasonably priced Denis is. He doesn't price gouge. My floors were installed on-time as promised and he sent me text updates all along the way. And when I arrived to actually see the quality of work for myself, I was blown away! My dad was with me and he has been in construction for years and he is so picky...and he didn't say one bad thing about the install of my floors. I have attached pictures for reference and you can see before the after.

Eric, the owner, and company are great. I would strongly suggest that you talk to him if you are in the market for epoxy flooring. He actually made the process enjoyable from start to finish. His crew was on time, very skilled, and left a clean job site. The finished product is amazing. With several options to choose from Eric help me decide what the best product was for me and my needs. And far from the most expensive I might add. I wouldn't go anywhere else. My neighbors have garage floor envy.

Desert Custom Flooring! Alex and his team did a shower remodel for me in my house recently and man! It's look so amazing and beautiful. Highly recommend these professional guys. Their craftsmanship and getting the job done is just 5 stars all around.

We couldn't be happier with our experience with Brilliant Epoxy Floors! Within hours of calling the office, Dan came to our house to measure our garage and explain the entire process start to finish. He was very professional and knowledgeable, and patient with any questions we had. It's clear that this company truly cares about their customers, because they provide a high quality product (at transparent easy-to-understand prices) and then stands behind the work they do. We won't hesitate to refer them to all of our family and friends, and use them for any future projects we might have!

Good work and fair price (got multiple quotes). There were some delays in completing the project but Juan kept in communication so it didn't bother me. He actually did a little extra free of charge because he felt bad.   Would use again.  For reference, the job included replacing a wood fence, Installing a new gate and replacing some siding.

DJ is awesome! They did a lot of miscellaneous work including drywall, tile backsplash, pantry construction, and painting. Highly recommended.
