If the option was there I would be giving Beck's flooring a 6* rating.   They may not be the cheapest but they have definitely proven to be the best.  Misty and Dave are kind honest people with professional installers that care about your home.   We are very happy with the product.  Installation was done on time exactly as scheduled.   Tile, carpet and vinyl plank flooring installers were very professional and left our home spotless when they were done.   I would highly recommend Beck's Flooring to a friend.

Recently discovered that our 2nd story terrace was badly rotted in the floor. Called a few contractors but many did not want to tackle this job involving installing a new subfloor.
Well Sammy from Floor Coverings Intl, did, and they did a great job! Put in 3/4" exterior plywood screwed & glued to the framework, then screwed and glued 1/2" backboard to that, then 2 coats of RedGuard, then thinset cement & beautiful tiles. We like the border tiles too!

This is a quality operation. Everything they did was high quality.
We are very happy now!

She had a warm presence from the moment she entered my home, and when you can tell she cares about her clients and the quality of her work. And if she can't help you she will direct you to someone who will. She saved me a lot of time and money, and is my new go to for flooring.

I can't say enough nice things about Tom and the folks at Floor Source.  I had received a quote from a big box home improvement store (which shall remain nameless) and was shocked at how expensive they were for cheap-looking carpeting.  I went to Floor Source and not only was their carpet much nicer, their price was nearly half of what the other quote was, and they install the very next day!  The carpet looks beautiful and the workers were fast and professional, caused no disruption or damage to the walls (which the other company couldn't promise wouldn't happen).  These guys know customer service and I'll refer anyone who asks to Floor Source!

Seamus rescued a marble sculpture, as he was originally trained to address art, not countertops.  Soooo grateful to have discovered this Phoenix miracle.

We tore up our tile and discovered cracks in the slab. A 'handyman' filled them in and poured a not-so-levelling compound, which was a disaster. For months I could not find anyone to just repair the floor- we got the tiling covered.
A general contractor recommended DustSharkz. They came out and fixed the floor in LESS THAN A HOUR. 10 points.
Really- they did a great job- no mess to clean up and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has a floor problem that needs attention.
The only downside is that I no longer have an excuse to put off the tiling.

Was referred to Gainey Flooring from my friend Ron, who swore Gainey was the best. His praise was spot on. We had a full-scale remodel of a golf condo near the Biltmore and was pretty nervous because we were in L.A. and couldn't oversee the project on a day-to-day basis. Bruce put us at ease the first time we met. His rates were competitive, his knowledge superb, and the quality was top notch. He kept us apprised of the progress each day, texting us pictures of the floor.

We had a house full of tile removed as well as carpet in three bedrooms and had vinyl plank flooring installed. Eduardo, Miguel, Juan and the crew are awesome!! They are excellent communicators, trustworthy, kind, and our floors look amazing! We will definitely be using them when we get ready to remodel our master bathroom. Highly recommend.

We worked with Vikki after we moved into our new home and decided we wanted to replace all our carpeting with vinyl, tile or laminate.  

We didn't know the pros or cons of each option, nor did we know what color might go well with our existing walkway tile.  Vikki was genuinely interested in our best interests, asking for photos of our home, and she helped us find the right product for our needs.  She saved us from making a bad decision we almost made where we were about to mix two clashing styles of tile with one another.

In the end, we wound up going with wood laminate, and her team of installers got the job done in about 4 days for about 1500 sq. ft. of flooring.  We had one room that was particularly tricky because it has a Murphy bed/desk combo and they had to work around it and cut the laminate so it would be flush around it.

The important thing is what happens after the installation is done.   We found that Vikki stands by her work.  Some of the wood laminate had more bounce to it than we expected in the office and the living room.  Some of this is just the nature of a "floating floor" like wood laminate, some if it is due to imperfections in the foundation, but Vikki stands by her work and she had her team come back to our place very quickly to address our concerns to our satisfaction.

First Class Coating did a great job coating our garage.  The work is excellent.  Eric made sure that the job was going to be done on timely manner.  He also provided information on how to care for the epoxy coatings and answer all the questions professionally.  His crew was hard working and friendly!  Highly recommended.

Alex and his crew tiled our large shower and garden tub area. The job was a very challenging task of 250 sq ft of porcelain tile, marble shower floor tile and decorative stone. Great communication and very informative and valued input. Reasonable price and quality work. Highly recommend.

The five star ratings that Brilliant Epoxy Floors has are real and they have earned every bit of it. If I could give more, I'd happily do so.

I needed food grade epoxy floor coating at my warehouse. The existing floor was in horrible condition, stains, cracks, uneven surfaces etc etc.

Erik showed up dot on time as promised, explained to me everything clearly, the process, material and the cost.
His crew carried out the process very well, the job was done on time and cleanliness and attention to detail was always cared for. I was very happy for how the floor looked

Fast forward a month, the food inspector noticed that the floor grittiness was not satisfactory and suggested that it be smoothened out. I called Erik and mentioned it, and guess what? The crew was at the warehouse the next morning to fix the issue!!
Such level of professionalism and concern for customers is hard to find, and Erik and his team work very hard for it.

Juan and the entire G&C construction team were some of the best contractors I have ever worked with! When searching for a company to remodel our kitchen I reached out to multiple  vendors, and G&C was by far the lowest, while also taking the most time to work with us on our design and plan out everything we needed. The remodel included a total demo of the old kitchen, installation of new cabinets, electrical, granite countertops, and a back splash. The quality of their work was second to none, and they finished the project on time and on budget. We love out new kitchen and will be reaching back out to G&C every time we have any other home improvement needs!

Same experience as Mr. X.  Left a message two days ago and never received a return call.  No BS here.  Must not need the business.  I'm moving on to the next contractor.
