Recently discovered that our 2nd story terrace was badly rotted in the floor. Called a few contractors but many did not want to tackle this job involving installing a new subfloor.
Well Sammy from Floor Coverings Intl, did, and they did a great job! Put in 3/4" exterior plywood screwed & glued to the framework, then screwed and glued 1/2" backboard to that, then 2 coats of RedGuard, then thinset cement & beautiful tiles. We like the border tiles too!

This is a quality operation. Everything they did was high quality.
We are very happy now!

He installed porcelain tile on our front porch AND installed a tile backsplash in our kitchen. He is easy to work with, is very knowledgeable, and his prices are good. Workmanship is wonderful.  Yes, we would hire him again!

Jarod and all the staff and work people are courteous and do exception work.  We use them again and again for carpet and flooring.  They are the best!

Shamus and Travis are magicians at working on repairing anything stone. We have limestone floors that need a lot of attention and they perform miracles on the floor as well as our quartz countertops.

I put off having our tile removed because I just couldn't deal with the mess it would leave. Then I heard about dust free tile removal so I immediately started doing the research. DustSharkz was referred to me and now I know why. They were great! Arrived on the day they scheduled and two days later, all the tile in my home was removed. They did a great job!! Even though it wasn't 100% dust free, it was 97% dust free and that was good enough for me. And we didn't have to cover everything or move all of our clothes out of the closet, only the ones that were hanging just above the floor. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend DustSharkz!!

We had Gainey Flooring come out for wood flooring install in three bedrooms, our living room and stairs. Once meeting Bruce, we also decided to have Gainey Flooring tackle our small bathroom. Everything was on time. They do not disappoint!

We had a house full of tile removed as well as carpet in three bedrooms and had vinyl plank flooring installed. Eduardo, Miguel, Juan and the crew are awesome!! They are excellent communicators, trustworthy, kind, and our floors look amazing! We will definitely be using them when we get ready to remodel our master bathroom. Highly recommend.

We re-carpeted our entire house this August with J&B Carpets.  We initially wanted to speak to them due to the positive reviews online and once we visited the store and talked to Vicki we were even more impressed.  She helped with our selection and told us what the installation process would be like.  She is very hands on and her and her mother visited our house several times for both the measurement and installation process.  This is a great family business and there were no hassles, no surprises and everything went perfect.  We were extremely happy and would recommend them to anyone.

The long details of how awesome you are and that you absolutely did bad mouth every single other business in town. Then trying to say it was on Thanksgiving is beyond tragic sir. Actually, I was unpacking that day, by myself because I have responsibilities, and so did my husband.  He was working entertaining very rich clientele at the ranch.  I was moving forward with my very strict timeline, as I told you months ago. You can't explain away my well documented horrible experience and all of the facts I have.  How would it benefit me to just make up some story?  Exactly.  I've got much better things to do with my precious time. I will not embarrass you any further and will not stoop to your level of lying.  I feel sorry for you. By the way, BEWARE.  This guy will let you select whatever colors you want, for a pushed out date (which I wanted months ago yet he NEVER got back to me), then he tried to change my mind on what I wanted because it would've inconvenienced him, and then only doing a certain percentage may cause an unwanted look, etc.  This man will try to steer you into his lane from what you really want....BEWARE.  Do not ever hire someone like this guy who refuses to see the job first hand.  He's a bad business man.  Big ego, and zero class.  Merry Christmas to you and God bless.  I will pray for you sir, because you are not headed in the right direction spiritually, which is the ultimate. I will be praying my father is doing a little better after doctors failed to listen to him 10 months ago when he said his cancer was back.  The tumor grew to the size of a small grapefruit on his jaw and they removed his jaw and he can't speak.  All this while I was trying to mark things off my list so I could move into my new home. Yet, you drug your feet and I kept waiting for something on the calendar from you. I wanted to see my dad after I tried to call and text etc etc and also had to work with other vendors, but no Eric showed up or anything.  Of course you don't have all of the conversations I had with you on the phone or the dozen or so calls I made trying to get on your precious calendar.  You robbed my precious time and my family's precious time before my father's surgery because you thought I was no big deal to get back to.  Go ahead, once again, your excuse for not calling or communicating for three days in a row right when you were supposed to do things?  You were sick.  Well, then communicate that you were sick and you refuse to help me.  It's rude.  Horrible business practices.  BTW, I asked him "where do I sign" so I can get on the schedule for over a month!  Rude.  I pray that your ego and your crummy attitude get a reality check.  Eric, you're not worth any more of my time. Outstanding Service - Sales Consultant Morgan helped me sort through the many available options at their design center.  Joseph and his team arrived on time, were very professional and did a great job.

I created a small problem by parking my motorcycles in the garage after the recommended curing time - I should have given the coating another day - but the company sent the team back out to fix the spots with absolutely no quibble.

I reached out to Juan at G&C Construction to get a quote for replacing the floors, countertops, and backsplash in my house. Juan responded quickly and came out the next day to walk through the house, get measurements and discuss the plan and provide me a quote. The next day I received a detailed quote with a breakdown of all the costs. He and his crew were able to start as soon as I needed them to. Once I was ready Juan came out again with the crew to introduce me and once again confirm the plan (flooring direction, countertops, etc). Juan quoted 2 weeks to finish the job and they finished in exactly 2 weeks and I could not be happier with the outcome. I have dealt with many contractors in the past, so I was waiting for some sort of hiccup or delay, but that never happened. Juan has been the most reliable and communicative contractor I have ever worked with. I highly recommend him for any work you need done in your home.

Bob does amazing work, we have had him do 3 different home remodel projects over the years. The first was a huge one, converting our open living room into a den for my husband. The second was a HISA shower conversion with the VA, and 3rd was tiling the bedrooms. We receive so many compliments on the den, most people assume it was built this way when the home was built. The floor to ceiling shower in our master is beautiful, and reminds us of a resort. The tile work is perfection, and you will be more than pleased any time you use VetsBuilt contracting and their contractors!
