A great overall experience.  I first reached out to Beck's Floor to get a quote, Misty took the time to explain their pricing, was completely upfront and I was able to quote the job myself (within a couple hundred of the actual quote).  Since our job required stairs and baseboards, etc... I asked if they could come out to quote the upstairs job along with downstairs, and they came out and did a very complete examination of the job and talked about the "hidden" cost that may come up once the carpet is removed and the subfloor is revealed.  We appreciated their honesty and thoroughness.  They arrived on Tuesday, Dave and Troy, and they literally busted their asses everyday they were here, removing the nasty and stained carpet that was original to the house we bought.  The new look is amazing, we couldn't be more pleased with how everything came out, the professionalism of the crew when they were here, and the fact that they didn't have any issues with us using our own flooring we purchased separately.

I made a mistake and went to the address listed on the internet. I walked in the open door and was looked at like I was trespassing. Then they raised the voice and ask if I had an appointment. I said no and they said why are you here because nobody is supposed to come here. If they don't want anyone to come to there place of business they should remove their address from their websites.

I had my laminate floor installed in February 2014.  There were a couple of areas which needed replaced and the owner Tom came out personally to inspect the floor.  Everything that was promised was completed in a timely and professional manner. I am very happy with the results and will use Floor Source in the future when I have my carpets replaced.  Tom went above and beyond my expectations.

Mike was AMAZING. Our project took a couple days and Mike was always on time and followed through with everything. He was very precise with his cuts and did the job properly. Our patio came out amazing and we will be using him in the future when we retile our entire house.

The process was easy, good selection of products and worked with me to get the right price. The installation team was great and were able to finish quickly especially if you hold up their end of the bargain. They stayed late to help make sure my son was happy as it was his birthday and he was upser that his room was moved and he had no flooring. Great experience.

Seamus did an amazing job repairing a granite desktop that was broken by our movers during a recent move.   He came recommended from the moving company but we will definitely use him again in the future.   He was on time and his work was meticulous.   We ended up with a seam in the granite which is better than what the original installers had provided.   Highly recommend.

We hired Dust sharkz to remove our tiles in the bathroom for a renovation project.
The crew was expedient, did the work with professionalism with no mess.  This particular type of tile removal  using dust free technology, is quick clean and easy. Very competitively priced also.
It was a fantastic job &  we would highly recommend them to anybody that has a tile project that they want to tackle.

Seriously, Matt and his team did a phenomenal job removing old ceramic tile (1200 sq ft ). Not only did he give a great quote but as honest to tell me the sq footage was less than the original estimate ( 1260 ) and adjusted the final price. This company is in high demand and I can see why. Our installer even said how impressed he was with the demo. We were also impressed with the work ethic and their professionalism.

We had a great experience with Gainey, and Bruce.  The quote was accurate with nothing hidden and Bruce under promised and over delivered on time frame, which is rare. We knew our demo was going to be rough and he warned us the whole process could be up to ten days so the 5 days it actually took, minus a morning if finishing touches, was an awesome surprise. His guys were so meticulous which totally helped keep the dust to a  minimum and I can't find one flaw with their work. They weren't the lowest cost but far from the highest. And I really feel there is no way the job could have been done better. The communication was also great and that's super important. We would for sure use Gainey for anything we need, floor wise

We needed flooring installed in our bedrooms. Eduardo was able to schedule us on short notice and get the work done quickly. They did a great job and left the place clean. Very good service and quality.

Our experience with J & B carpets was fantastic! Vikki is so cheerful and helpful. She assisted us in picking out our carpet then set up the installation for the next business day. Installation crew showed up on time and had everything done (two rooms) in about 1.5 hours. They cleaned up after themselves and everything looks great. Great customer service and products! Highly recommended.

I definitely will recommend Alex he's very detailed and he really puts the effort so the work can come out perfect. We had tile in the past but the cement from the prior work was bad and he took the time to fix those errors instead of rushing to get the job done. He really made the image I had in mind come to life.
