Updating my review. I have tried calling VM Stoneworks several time, called and left messages, and even directly text Victor himself to get more countertops made and no one will respond to me. Not a professional comapny.

Mark, Jack, and the team at Lifetime remodeling did an amazing job replacing our floors. They were not only quick, but did quality work!

Javier did an amazing job.on our flooring project.  He is prompt, communicative and definitely pays attention to detail!! He did such a great job! We are going to call him for any future flooring needs.

We trusted the Legend Flooring team to help convert our home into a rental property and they did an excellent job! New upgraded tile flooring through the first floor, and fresh new carpeting in the bedroom upstairs.

Searching through Yelp listings, we felt called to scope out Legend Flooring. We'd driven by their showroom so many times in passing, so we finally stopped in to ask questions and look at samples. We talked to Mike, who quickly understood our situation and was ready with great recommendations for how to tackle our project without breaking the bank. He gave us ideas and a range of ways we could replace old worn out tile and carpet, and give it that "new house" look.

At the time, supply chains were sluggish, but we were still able to get onto the installation schedule relatively quickly. All said and done, the work was completed in about a month. The Legend Flooring team was even helpful with adjusting their timeline to accommodate us having the interior house painted. I appreciated the open communication from the team, who were responsive by emails, calls, and we always knew we could swing by the store location. They also have a financing available, and options when you pay with cash/check.

When our neighbors came by to check out the house, they thought it looked so good and wondered why we didn't do it sooner! Oh well, our tenants will get to enjoy the nice new flooring, and we'll start saving up to work on our next home project!

Rob and his crew are fantastic! They just did dust free tile removal for us today and we're thrilled! Truly dustless! And true to what he says: they left our house cleaner than how they found it! Communication was excellent, price is fair and the quote was easy to understand. while the work was being done they found some issues and Rob made sure to understand the problem, figure out what was wrong and offered solutions. We've been blessed to work with some amazing people during our project and Rob and his crew are truly an answer to our prayers! Thanks for everything Rob!

They did an AMAZING job with our SECOND remodel on our home!  Our first remodel was our master and guest bathrooms and our complete flooring on our second level. This time they did a complete remodel on our family room wall/TV niche.

After reading Kami's T-L flooring's reviews I contacted them to give me an estimate to install vinyl planks for my entire upstairs. Not only did he respond quickly he was prompt to come to my home and he gave me an estimate before leaving my house. I was impressed that Kami itemized everything on his estimate...removing my carpet, old baseboards, 2 toilets, washer/dryer...Kami did a phenomenal job! Urban Floors did an absolute stunning job in flooring our entire home. Amir provided consultation on floor selection to meet the needs of our home. The installation of our hardwood floors was meticulously done from the beginning of the job to the very end. The installers were very dedicated to detail and took a great deal of pride in their work and always communicated the progress of the job.

The tile and plumbing job for a remodeled bathroom was completed with precise attention to detail. The prep, and installation of both floor and wall tile were professionally completed. The project remodel looks like the way it should be, Brand New. Wonderful service, and came to work in a timely manner as promised.

Cardinal Floor Covering has been one of the best contractors I have worked with in Arizona. I own Hawaiian Experience Spa, a day spa with locations in the Phoenix, AZ area, and have had lots of construction work done at the spas. In most cases I have been disappointed with the contractors we hired to build out or renovate the spas. In this case, Cardinal Floor Covering was my replacement contractor after the first contractor, Fred Kromm Tile in Phoenix, went crazy and left the job!

Anyway, we were in the middle of building out a high end shower and steam room. The rough plumbing and electrical was done and it was time for the tile work. We started with Fred Kromm Tile (see his review for details) and after he left mid job we had to scramble to find a replacement. We had two new contractors come in to give us a bid. One never got back to us (typical) but the other, Cardinal Floor Covering, got back to us promptly with a reasonable bid.

Chris from Cardinal told us no payment was due until the job was fully completed and we were 100% satisfied. We hired them and they came in as scheduled and got started. Chris met us the first day at the job with two workers, both of whom were very professional. Each day after that the team showed up on time, worked quietly, and respected the fact that they were in an operating day spa with clients present. There was unanticipated additional work needed because the first contractor had done something wrong (what a shock) and they simply did it without even mentioning more money. That is exactly what I wanted to see in a contractor - give me a price, honor it, and get the job done!

The steam shower ended up exactly the way we wanted it. Customers always comment about the quality of the tile work. We are building a new day spa in the Glendale, Arizona area and are specifying Cardinal Floor Covering as the contractor for all of our flooring needs. They do a lot more than just tile, and we are looking forward to having them on the job as we build out the next day spa.

Carpets of Arizona did a wonderful job carpeting our investment property. I read reviews online and the salesperson Josh was highly recommended online in a few places. He provided a competitive bid for the carpet, installation and takeaway of old carpet. Jose the installer did a fantastic job installing the carpet and he called me personally when he arrived and before he left he provided pictures of each area he carpeted. We were concerned with the old carpet that was in bad shape that it would cause a mess throughout the house, but it appears they cleaned up any debris on the way out. Super impressed, and will definitely recommend their services to anyone in need of carpet.

Excellent excellent work. I cannot say how pleased we are with our new flooring. So now thats out of the way, lets get down to the nitty gritty

1- Price. - Beat the estimate given to me by Lumber Liquidators by a 100-75%. Now that alone saved us quiet a bit. Thats on labor alone. Scott even helped us source the wood from one of his proffered retailer whom we had visited earlier unknowingly and that dropped the price per sq ft by about 50%. It all adds up to quiet a bit. (We got engineered hardwood from the dealer, if that helps in anyway. )

2-Time. Lumber Liquidators wanted 4-5 days, these guys were in and out in 2. He promised he would have it done in 3 days at the worst case, but the fact is he delivered on time that was very important to us.

3-Flexibility - Was very flexible to work with as far as times and schedules go. We found it easy to accommodate them with the numerous options we were given

4-Personable - Wonderful people to work with. The whole crew was just nice wonderful people. I dont know how you may make your decisions but that is a big big  deal maker/breaker for me.

I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. In fact one of our neighbors is on his way to hiring them toe work on his house !  

5 star service thru and thru

My garage is no longer boring but with its new IronDrive coating. In fact, it feels like any other room in the house.

As I was checking various providers of garage floor coatings, Shane from sales did an excellent job explaining IronDrive's process, showing me samples of their work and answering all my questions.

On the day of the install, Shannon (the owner) and Dave did a very thorough job laying down the garage floor coating, making sure to first grind the surface so the IronDrive coating would have a good bond. The whole process took about 8 hours and my cars were back in the garage 48 hours later.

I love my new garage as well as the fact that they offer a Lifetime Warranty on their product..

They did an Amazing job installing my vinyl plank flooring. Workers were professional and very nice. Would refer them to anyone needing flooring.

We recently had Mission Hardwood sand and refinish our our engineered Oak wood floors.  We had such a great experience!  They were very professional and top notch all the way around.   From speaking with Danka, the bid with with Greg, to scheduling and and getting the work done, you cannot ask for a more thorough company.  Danny took care of our sanding and refinish and his meticulous attention to detail was amazing.  The Mission  Hardwood team is 100% professional and I highly recommend them.

My husband and I had slate installed in our bathroom last month and we love it!! The installers arrived on time covered everything in plastic and went to work. Within a few hrs the install was done and the bathroom looks amazing. Needless to say we will be contacting them again next year to install slate through the rest of the house!!! Optimum Home Services recently installed tile in my home. They were professional, efficient and provided quality work! I shopped around quite a bit before I found OHS online, I was blown away by their competitive rates for installation and could not be more pleased with the quality, price and timeline of the work completed. The owner Joe, is extremely responsive and always stopped by to check in on the work being completed, he was great to work with. I highly reccomend Optimum Home Services and will absolutely use them in the future for additional services.

Contacted Adis to level the floors in 3 bedrooms I want to lay vinyl plank in.  Levels floors for vinyl are very important, even more so because I'm using rigid vinyl planks. I considered doing it myself but Adis pointed out the floors have high and low spots so some of areas needed to be ground down while others needed to be filled in. He showed up on a Friday and him and two of his crew spent the morning working on my floors. They finished up early afternoon and I'm incredibly pleased with the outcome. We jags just cleaned the house so I was Concerned about dust but when you hire this company you get professional-grade service and equipment. Dust control was exceptional. Adis spent some extra time after completing the job pouring out like things to think about around my newly purchased home. I would not hesitate at all to hire Adis and his team for future work.
