Desert Foothills Air Conditioning and Heating founded in 2002, is a family owned full service heating and air conditioning company. Desert Foothills Air Conditioning & Heating has been with the Carrier label for more than 10 years and has also been a Factory Authorized Dealer for the past 10 years. We employee some of the BEST people in the HVAC industry with a combined experience of over 60 years. Our employees are highly trained, educated and well skilled in all makes and models of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. We provide respectful, dependable, honest and reliable customer service for any job, no matter how large or small. All of our services are quoted before the work begins, so you never need to worry about hidden costs The technician will explain and document any needed repairs. Even though we are a Carrier Factory Authorized dealer we service and repair all makes and models of Air Conditioning and Heating systems.

Hired this company to check out my AC units for preventive maintenance. Jason came out and proceeded to perform test on air flow and temperature. He directed my attention to the upstairs unit, which had air blowing out from the cabinet instead of through the duct. He said there was a gap in the back of the unit which do to the tight space he couldn't completely fix but could attach a piece of sheet metal to help reduce this loss of airflow.
Having done this you could tell that it did help and made a difference in the other rooms.
Now to the price. I was pleasantly surprised that the charges were very reasonable. Although I did not require refrigerant. That can be costly.
Jason was knowledgeable answered any questions I had and I appreciated that he treated my questions with respect. He was great and I would highly recommend this company and will keep their contact info handy for the next seasons service.

We have used these guys a number of times. They always do their best to schedule you the same day and are always on time. Their work is always the best with no surprises and prices are never exorbitant.

We sought out a company that we thought we could trust and we were not disappointed . The communication was prompt and seemingly honest, all work was done on schedule and they were very responsive to our questions. After installation we were concerned about the amount of cooling in our bedroom and they were great in adding a new direct duct at very reasonable cost to us. They wore masks and were both personable and very professional. I give them very high ratings and have no qualms in recommending them.

Look elsewhere for help with your AC or heating ! These people are scam artists. They are over priced and looking to make an extra buck! The service guys had horrible body odor, very unprofessional and looked very grungy. I should have looked around more for help!

DESERT FOOTHILLS AIR CONDITIONING & HEATING is the absolute BEST! I had a rental that suddenly had the air conditioning STOP WORKING when it was 120 degrees out. They were referred to me by another air conditioning company (which is amazing) and I ended up dealing with the owner of the company who personally drove and got the unit and COMPLETED THE installation in less than 20 hrs. of getting my call. They are EXCEPTIONAL and THEIR PRICING IS AWESOME! I compared their pricing to another company, who was giving me preferred pricing and this company was only $50 more than the other company AND THEY DID MORE AND PUT A BETTER UNIT IN the home.
