Recently my washer displayed the middle finger icon in the display and died. I called Laron at Loe's Appliance to check things out. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate for the repair. He had to order a part from Whirlpool, but returned in two days once the parts supplier got the part in. He promptly completed the repairs and gave me a complete explanation of what was done.

Bottom line is that he was prompt, polite, and professional He got me back in business without leaving a mess behind. I am very satisfied and will definitely call again if I have other appliance problems.

Laurel helped over the phone.  He took the time to talk to me and figure out the problem to our washer gave me an estimate over the phone gave me his recommendations. He took the time to find out my location and give me referrals to appliance parts companies that would provide quality parts at good prices.  I asked him for his expert opinions, and he pleasantly share them.  He was so kind to take so much time out of his day to talk to me about my washing machine issue.  I have saved his name and number for any future repairs solely based on his honesty and genuine reliability and kindness.

I called Laron after reading so many positive reviews. He advised me that replacing my washing machine hoses would most likely solve the problem and that I could do the repair much cheaper myself!  Already, he stood out from the competition. I elected to have him do the repair. His phone diagnosis was correct and he not only did a good job and tested the machine but also gave me tips on how to run my washer more effectively. Ordered up service via my father's friend Joy and I'm so happy with the service. Top loader washing machine stopped spinning. I left a message and got quick call back to schedule an estimate. He overlooked the situation and figured out the part that needed replacement. Ordered it up and service was completed the following day.  This is a owner operator company and Laron gives a discount for cash pay. Very professional and priced right. I would use his services again.

Laron is awesome!  He is professional and friendly and knowledgable, just what one wants in a repairman.  Not only did he communicate well, he estimated his arrival time and kept it!  He quickly analyzed the issue we were having with our fancy, 3-year old refrigerator and the fix was completed in no time.  Though we offered it, he did not need to look at our original appliance booklet, rather he just got to work and fixed the problem.  The quoted minimum service charge and overall price were very reasonable.  We highly recommend Laron for your appliance repair needs.

I sent in a request for a quote on a microwave to 4 different companies. Three of them told me that they were going to charge me a fee just to come look and if they couldn't figure it out then I still have to pay them.

Laron the owner of Loe's messaged me that based on my request a description he knew what the problem was and that it would be better to just buy a new one. I have never had a repair person be so upfront and honest. If you want someone knowledgeable to be honest with you then use Loe's.

Loe's Appliance was very friendly, super helpful, and very affordable.  He came to my house and fixed my oven and my washing machine in the course of one week.  He even took several phone calls to answer my questions and see if he could help me figure out what the problem was or whether I could fix it myself.

Quick response and even came out on a Sunday morning! Was able to diagnose what was wrong with our fridge and was very honest with the repair and cost. Unfortunately, the repair would be more than what we paid for the refrigerator but he gave us great places and recommendations on where to purchase a new one and what brand(s) were good!

Our Whirlpool refrigerator quit working sometime Saturday night and we of course discovered it Sunday morning. I reached out to Loe's on Yelp Sunday morning and quickly got a response. Laron was able to come out the same day and diagnose our problem. He returned Monday morning with the part and got us all fixed up. He also took the time to listen to the issues we have had with refrigerators and helped us identify a potential cause. He is willing to go the extra mile, professional, timely, friendly and his price was more than fair. I hope we won't need repairs anytime soon, but we will definitely call Loe's if we do!

so i provided details and Loe's informs that he has stopped taking calls from the warranty company I have.  Apparently he did not tell the company he quit them because they did assign my job to Loe's. I realize there are issues between warranty companies and vendors probably over what they pay;  but it would have been appropriate for Loe's to tell us they had quit the warranty co because we kept being told by them that Loe's was assigned and would come out.  This resulted in long delays, many phone calls and frustration all of which could have been avoided had Loe's simply responded to one of our many calls and emails to them.

Laron is awesome! He definitely knows his stuff! We  got in touch right away and set up a time for him to stop by to look at the non-working burner on our cooktop. He knew exactly what was needed. He found the part, picked it up and scheduled a repair time. He came a few days later and was even early! Laron took no time to change out the broken part and the burner works great. He was also very polite and courteous! We will be calling Laron again for any future appliance repairs.

Laron was extremely responsive to my original request to fix my leaking freezer. He ended up troubleshooting the issue very quickly and talked me through the entire process so I knew what to look for going forward. Loes will be my go to business for any appliance needs in the future.

I was lucky enough to get a company dedicated to their craft through my home warranty company. We've had to call him three times throughout the past year for a defective part in our fridge and he's always gotten our part as fast as possible even through the warranties red tape. He is always friendly and informative and even came out on a holiday! Even after our warranty runs out, we'll continue to call on him for all our appliance repairs!

These guys were great, sent a message through Yelp and had a response that same evening (it was after hours on holiday weekend).  I sent a picture of my model and serial number of my GE profile refrigerator that was not making ice any longer.  He was able to message me the cost and scheduled the work to be done on Sunday afternoon for a new ice maker (I messaged him Friday evening).  I told him it was not a rush if he wanted to to it during the week but he said it was no problem and showed up on time and did the work quickly.  He even confirmed that my ice maker was bad before replacing the unit in case it was something else that was broken.  Super impressed with these guys and highly recommend them.

Laron is a class act.  Super nice guy.  Stellar customer service.  His response time is beyond fantastic.  He came out the same day, and within hours of my initial request.  I have a 1994 GE Monogram fridge.  He tells me, what ever it is, it can be fixed... but that he doesn't want to just install parts.  He want's to make sure it really needs it.  That's exactly what I want to hear... honesty.  He's upfront with this pricing, which I think was very fair... and he knows his stuff.  Really impressed!

Loren is great. He is informative, helpful, friendly, and willing to do everything he can to help you, even if it's a holiday, a weekend, or late in the day. When asked, he also gave me some advice on our dishwasher, even though he was repairing our clothes washer. Prices are definitely affordable and reasonable. Loren is polite and I never felt uncomfortable around him. He is my go to guy for appliance repair now.

So thoroughly impressed with this guy!  Our fridge went out Saturday night and Sunday we were frantically trying to find someone open to help. Loe's appliance answered on Sunday and although we were outside his service area he walked us through our problem and offered a simple solution where we could get the part and easily completed ourselves. Not a good review...came home early to make sure that I was here for an around 6 appointment.  I sent an email at 6:30 to see if we were still on and wasn't called until after to say that it would be at least 1/2 hour more.

He came out and made sure the problem was what he thought it was after me telling him what was happening, burned out motor in my stacked dryer.  Said he'd have to order the part and it would be in Monday night and that's when he came. Also talked to him about how I didn't think the dryer would always heat the way it should, but it still got hot. I decided to have him also order the thermostats so they could be replaced with no extra charge for more work. He ended up coming a little later than he thought he would because the job before me took longer than expected, but he came out anyway, even though he didn't get here until after 8 at night and didn't finish until about 10:30. Did a great job, made sure everything worked properly and got a 90 day warranty of his work and parts. HIGHLY recommend!

I have a front load washer machine that wouldn't drain or advance into the rinse cycle..this had happened before a year or so ago and I had called a different place that charged me almost what the machine cost to fix it! I'm not sure if I got ripped off or not but when it happened again I called Loe's Appliance and spoke with the owner directly. We made a appointment for the next day and although he was running a bit late he kept in touch with me the whole time so I knew what was going on..When he arrived he seemed totally professional and not one of those talkers that go on and on. He got right to business and solved the problem quickly..and the price was way less than what I thought it would be...completely satisfied!

Very positive experience!  Washer broke around noon on Sunday, Laron had it fixed that same day at a very reasonable charge.  He went out of his way to fit me in to his long day, and still arrived with a smile and was very pleasant.  I would recommend him to any of my good friends or family and will be keeping his number handy!

Came home from work on a Friday evening to our refrigerator/freezer not working .... being new to the area and not knowing who to contact I went on Yelp and began to research. The reviews I read convinced me to reach out to Loe's appliance which I did over the site. Within 15 minutes I had a response.... we then spoke over the phone I told Laron what was happening with our GE Monarch built in refrigerator. He had me take a picture of the model# and text it to him. He advised me that he couldn't come out on Saturday, but he would pick up the part and come on Sunday. I was amazed that based on what I told him he could diagnose the problem. True to his word he came Sunday afternoon, replaced the part and within 30 min had our refrigerator working!!!

My Refrigerator blew out a relay and I was losing food in the freezer and fridge overnight.  I called six (6) Appliance Repair shops that advertised Same Day Service, the earliest one wanted to schedule out 5 days later, the latest two weeks.  I called Laron Loe and he was there within a couple of hours.  Assessed the problem, had the part on hand, rolled up his sleeves and additionally cleaned up the compressor coil.  End result-the unit works like new.

Fast fast fast response with quick turnaround on the part needed for our freezers ice maker.  He saved us the amount of a new fridge.  The ice maker has been without issue.  Highly recommended.

My quest for an appliance repair person started with a call to HomeAdvisor--a service I used to use (via the internet--never by calling) with great confidence under their prior name (Service Magic). I wasn't actually trying to call HomeAdvisor; rather, I was calling an appliance repair company I found online and somehow, the appliance repair guy's # was really just the Home Advisor #. Apparently, calling Home Advisor is a cluster-_ _ _ _. I wanted to talk to a guy who knew what I was talking about with respect to the dead fridge at my sister's house. I did not want to deal with some goof in a call center who was just going to refer me to some on call technician. After a couple of transfers and a hangup, I hit re-dial on my cell phone and was ready to spit venom, Somehow through fate, Laron at Loe's answered the phone. By this time, I had a full head of steam after being jacked around by the HomeAdvisor operators and thinking Laron was with HomeAdvisor, I probably didn't start out very nice. Within about 10 seconds, I realized I was talking to a guy who knew what I was saying and who knew what he was doing. I told him the problem, the fridge make/model and he told me what the problem most likely was--some sort of relay as I recall. He also told me that if the problem was anything else (i.e., a compressor), I should save my repair money and buy a new fridge instead of paying him to fix the old one. He got out to my sister's house within a couple of hours, confirmed that his phone diagnosis was right, fixed the problem for the price quoted (a little less, actually), and was on his way.

This is the guy you want for appliance repairs. He's honest, hard-working and a straight-shooter. And, he takes his 5-star reputation seriously. I have a leaky ice-maker on my own fridge as I type this. In the morning, I'm calling Laron.
