HISTORY
My hvac industry background began in 1992 first in Michigan and continued in 1998 when I first re located to Arizona. I began working for several small air conditioning companies with hands on experience while I continued my education at Gateway Community College in Phoenix. As my skills knowledge within the hvac industry grew I worked at large companies also in the installation department and worked my way into service repairs also. In 1999 I opened up my 1st air conditioning company.

We returned from a vacation (in June) to find our AC out. I reached out late that evening and by first thing the next morning (maybe overnight) Scott had replied and he had time set aside for us that day to evaluate. He diagnosed the problem and had us up and running before we had even heard from some of the other companies.
Scott considered our goals and plans (including a speedy resolution) and gave us reasonable options and a recommendation. He kept us informed and met his commitments (budget and schedule).

At first didn't share report directly with me, and requested I speak to home warranty, then after coaxing he finally shared information with me
Cannot say enough great things about turn key mechanical! They were responsive, polite and answered all of my many questions. I will use them again and refer them to anyone looking. They gave me an accurate quote and faster service than any of the other dozen companies I contacted. Best service ever.
This company gave me a reasonable estimate compared to other companies. They gave me a great deal when I needed two air conditioners.
When they came to install they were always 15 minutes early. They went right to work and finished in time stated. I am extremely happy with our new air conditioners. Scott, the owner knows his business and would recommend him highly.
Scott was very thorough answered all of my questions was patient with me. He was out here for hours took care of my AC needs. Looked at both of my units for me. Very educated in his field and educated me on the proper maintenance of my machine. Thank you so much Scott you're awesome!
Scott was awesome he came to my house the next day after contacting him via yelp looked at my AC and gave me an honest review of it answered any questions I had and gave me a fair and reasonable quote on a new AC as I will need one this year. Thanks again Scott for your help it is greatly appreciated. He was so great I told my dad about him and he went and checked out my dad's Acs and all my dad could do was rave about how great Scott was and how thorough he is.
Needed to have a New A/C Unit and after checking with several other companies and doing some research I choose to go with Turn-Key on account of their promptness, professional standards & On Time. They showed up with everything and told me it would take around 2-3 hours which it was 2 1/2 hours. I was impressed with the American Standard Unit and how quite it was. Scott Masterson treats you like you are family. The Job was left Clean (Spotless) and I feel I got the Best Deal & Workmanship Possible.
