I was born and raised here in Arizona. One of my first Jobs was with Tonto National Forest service as a fire fighter. It is seasonal work so in the off seasons, I worked in several different industries until I started working in the heating and cooling world. I quickly saw the need to have a owner that truly cared about his customers and employees even after they made it big. And that is why I started Rescue One Air. I know each and every one of our employees and assure you when they come to your door, I know them. No matter how big we get I will never loose sight of who knocks on your door. I have to say I'm really impressed with the degree to which this company turned a bad experience around. I had posted a review previously sharing concerns I had and the owner of the company reached out immediately and made it clear getting to the bottom of what happened and making it right was a priority.

I understand that hiccups can occur in any company, but it's how a company responds and does next that makes the difference.

Alex spent several hours at our house fixing our AC . It's 97 degrees outside and probably 115 in the attic. Poor guy. He is a hard worker, very friendly and got the job done!

Wow!  These guys are awesome. 14 year old AC stopped working. They gave me choices to consider, went over pros and cons of each. In the end I replaced both the AC and attic furnace. They came the next day to install.  Took about 5 hours. Great team. Neat, clean and professional. After they cleaned up and left, there was zero sign they were here inside or out. Had the post install inspection 1 day later. All good. Fantastic service. Great warranty.

Rescue One Air is always quick to respond and arrive within 24 hrs or less to provide service.  We purchased their 7 year support agreement and we get yearly cleanings and discounts on parts and service. This has definitely come in handy to keep us cool in the AZ sun.

We highly recommend Hector. He has done an excellent job servicing our AC units, answering our questions, and ensuring they are in great working condition.

Our Heat Pump system went out on Tuesday before Christmas Day 12-25-22. We checked with several AC companies immediately-Rescue
One Air gave us the best price price for for what I consider to be a better unit-Trane. They did next day install and the work was done as promised in  a timely and clean  manner. Attic install was a problem as ceiling  had to be cut out to allow the air handler to be placed in place-extremely tight fit. Tuan amd Wayne did a difficult job getting the air handle in place with making it look as if the unit had been installed before any sheet rock had been put in place during construction.  Antionio came out later to do repair on ceiling and one has to look closely to see repair, Alex came out to check  a few days later to double check to see if install was done correctly. After spending nearly 24 years in apartment maintenance I was impressed in how this company performed in service,.   Bernard K.

I just moved into my house and wanted my ducts cleaned.  They gave me a good price and were super good at setting up the appointment, communicating the window and even called again when the tech was 60 minutes out.

Jesse was my tech, he was very professional and saw i had cats and worked accordingly, minimizing the feline freak out. My cats are not fans of vacuums or compressors.

Jesse was neat and i would definitely recommend. Rescue One Air.

Followup to my 6/18/21 review. I knew I needed a complete new HVAC system but held on until fall to allow temps to drop in the attic. Called Darren and he came by and reviewed all options, I learned a bit about these systems in the process.

Simon and Abel came by a few days later and installed the new Furnace and AC Unit. These guys were great. Professional, polite, clean, and did a great job. Five-Stars just for having these two guys on their team.

Bottom line is I'm happy with the process and would advise anyone to give Rescue One a shout.

I have been using Rescue One Air since 2013, I find them polite, on time. Today, they had sent 2 of their technicians to instal a central air and heater for my house. The technicians, Ernie and Anibal came out to install my unit. They did a great job, they cleaned up leaving no mess. They were  Very Friendly and explained different steps in the process .

Got a call about an AC tune-up for $19.95. Figured they just wanted to come out and tell me everything was messed up with my system! Wasn't going to do it but with all the heat waves lately I figured $20 wasn't bad. I was pleasantly surprised. The tech explained everything he found so even I could understand. Told me what needed to be done immediately versus what could wait to fit in the budget. Turned out just needed a little bit of freon. No Major leaks found and is now running very nice. Thank you. You really Rescued One here!!!

This company is a 5-star experience.  We have regular maintenance with them which has been great.  But, we had an emergency after coming home from a 10-day trip.  One of our 2 units was down and it was 100 degrees.  Darren came out that very day and delivered the bad news that we needed a new unit.  We ended up replacing both because it made sense. Darren walked us through our options honestly and without pressure. We love him!

It was an excellent experience from the 1st phone call to the final inspection.  Jose, Twan, Casey, and two other techs were amazing!  (oh and DJ said hi from the office also!) They installed everything in one day and were pleasant, super clean and friendly.  The folks in the office on the phone were also friendly and accommodating and timely. We had a gentleman come to fix the drywall as well.  He was great!  The respect for us as customers and for our house was clear and we really appreciated that.  The integrity is 100% with this company.

We LOVE our new units and also purchased the scrubbers.  I recommend them for all of your needs.

Recue One Air is the best air conditioning business I have ever dealt with.  Joe and John were the technicians assigned to come, and not only are they experts, but very professional. They provided excellent work, and took the time to explain everything to me as well as answer any questions.  Joe gave me an amazing deal on a new AC unit, and I am thrilled at the savings I received.  I also got a ten year warranty, and if there are ever any issues they send someone out immediately.  No more worries during these hot Arizona summer months for me.  I highly recommend Rescue One Air, and Joe and John are the technicians I recommend.

Rescue 1 Air came out to install two AC units at our home today. They arrived early, were very professional and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves and answered any questions we had. The whole crew was great. Jose and Nate stayed after the install to help us get our thermostats linked to our phones and were very patient. We would definitely recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

After using another AC company that i became very dissatisfied with i changed to Rescue One Air they inspected my AC and told me i would need a new HVAC before long, Hector explained my options and told me he could patch me up and keep me going for awhile. That did work for awhile but eventually i had to give in and buy a new HVAC which took a little bit of time because they were really in demand and low on supply so Hector had to bring me a couple of portable units to keep me from burning up. He called me about a week later that they moved my delivery date up so i had the new HVAC installed and everything working well now. Hector doesn't try to sell you something you don't need he explains all the options and does a very professional job.

It was a sultry & miserable night.....thankfully Rescue One works on Sundays. Their man-on-call came to the rescue , no pun intended and put a temporary fix on our old-exhausted unit.
The temporary fix needed another temporary fix and our service man came out again to hold us over until our brand new unit was to be installed, and it was his day off. Thanks Ryan!

We did buy our unit through this company and are very happy with our whisper-quiet Carrier unit in the garage and back yard. It was a big investment but the whole house seems be running much more efficient.

The service men that installed everything did a pretty quick job and cleaned up after themselves.

My only complaint would be that there wasn't any follow-up and the service men that did the installation didn't take the care to wear booties.

Now that we have made this investment with them they will be our air service company for life.

We had three quotes and Rescue One was the best overall value. Joe Gabriel really worked with us and we are extremely satisfied with it all. We replaced the entire unit and had more insulation blown in the attic to include over the garage and had the air ducts cleaned. Joe made it super easy, one stop shop. Rosarita from Rescue One reached me via phone, and was likely the sweetest person I've talked to in years. I needed to get my AC checked up, and her top notch customer service made me give Rescue One Air a chance. I was impressed that they called the day before to confirm, then called 30 minutes before their tech showed up... love the communication! Mike was the tech who came out, fully masked, and was awesome. Quick, efficient, and walked me through everything to ensure I fully understood all of his recommendations. I will absolutely use Rescue One again in the future.

PS: I had my AC checked up last year, and was told my AC was old and likely needed to be replaced within a year. Mike showed me that the coil was replaced 7 years ago, and that the rest of the AC (while inefficient), was still perfectly fine for years. Love the honesty here!

We have extremely old AC unit and an equally old furnace. We get Rescue One to come out a couple of times a year to inspect our equipment and service them as necessary. It would be entirely plausible for them to tell us that we need to pack the AC and furnace in and to purchase new equipment, but instead, they keep them running in tip top condition.
It is nice to deal with a company that has integrity and polite and capable employees.

Darren from Rescue One Air did a great job inspecting/explaining the needs of my AC unit. He sold me on the 5 year plan without being pushy or coming off as disingenuous. He took the time to explain what he was doing to ensure I myself had a clear understanding. I hope we get him every time for our semi annual check ups.
I put 5 stars because of Darren. I am hoping the 5 year plan is worth the up front cost and they keep their word in regards to all the added benefits of said plan.
In all if they send Darren to your home, rest assured you're in good hands.

After an initial hiccup with a brand new on-call servicemen and a sales rep, Rescue One Air has fully convinced me that they are a stand-up company and care about the customer.  The owner himself, (Jason), called me about my concerns and has proven his dedication to customer care.  He immediately sent his best guy (Alex) out and installed parts and tuned up my system all for free. They have shown great business integrity. I totally recommend using Rescue One Air!!

I've been a customer for several years on a maintenance plan. The first visit they provided a list of pricy upgrades that they recommended for my system to prevent several potential disasters.  After declining most of them, I spent several years on a maintenance plan with them telling me each time my system was fine and didn't need any major work. Then on the last visit of the plan, they told me that my system had marginal parts that could cause a cascade of very expensive repairs if not dealt with urgently, and offered a renewal of the plan. Every option they presented was in the many hundreds of dollars. I found this very suspicious and ended my relationship with them.

Scott M was sent for our summer checkup, and he did a outstanding job checking our AC  He was knowledgeable, explained in understandable terms  Scott seemed to be one of those persons that keep businesses going. With all the fly by night out there trying to sell you something you don't need, just out for all they can squeeze out of you, it was refreshing to see someone like Scott that seemed to really care and do a beyond expected job. I will ask Rescue One to send him out for the next checkup in the fall.

I just got a phone call on my cell phone from Rescue One Air with the number marked as potential spam via my cell phone carrier. I decided to answer to see who it was and to let them know to remove me from their mailing list, as I did not give them permission to call my private cell phone #. The salesman immediately hung up. No further courtesy comment or anything to make me feel better. The only thing I could think to do was to report him on yelp. (I hate giving negative stars unless it's well-deserved.)

Rescue One Air delivers outstanding customer service, integrity, and expert knowledge. I recently had Rescue One Air install a new Carrier two stage AC/Furnace for my 3 zone system because of Darren and Chris' ability to troubleshoot all my past AC problems and custom fit the correct units for my needs. In early March, I tested out the heat and it was the first time in 10 years (new home 10 years ago) that my daughter's north facing bedroom was warm!! The installers, Tuan and Casey, were so hardworking, patient in explaining everything, and went above all to satisfy my expectations. That night Scott made a special after hours trip to make my owner's manuals accessible. Jesse did a fantastic job cleaning my ducts and was so respectful working around my family's special needs and handicaps. Jessica has been terrific at setting up and following through with all my appointments and any questions or special concerns right away. Most of all, I want to thank Alex, the Service Manager, for following up one week after the install to make sure that my system's installation was perfect and ready for extreme heat. Alex is incredibly skilled, efficient, and kind in understanding my 88 year old mother's medical need for reliable air conditioning. Thank you with all my heart, Rescue One Air!!!

10 March Update to my 7 March  review below. I'm changing my one star rating to 4 stars.
After speaking with the owner Jason, they were able to resolve my issue and replaced my Thermostat with a new one. They also sent one of their most experienced technicians to try and troubleshoot my air handler that has been short cycling only at night for over a year now. Well he was able to replace my circuit board and now it is working normal again. Thank you Rescue One for resolving all our issues promptly!

A year and a half ago I purchased the 5 year maintenance plan to save money on parts/service. On 2 March 2021, I had an appointment for my semiannual check up and to get a duct cleaning quote and to also change our my existing Thermostat. The technician gave me a surprising $1200 duct cleaning quote for our 2 story 2400sqft home. I thought it would be cheaper since I have the 5 year plan. But that's not even the issue. When the technician changed my Thermostat, he took home my old one without our permission. Who does that?? It was a Nest E Thermostat. When I noticed that it was missing that same day at 720pm,  I called the Rescue One office and they said they would contact the technician and ask him to return it. Well the next day the technician left me a message saying that he couldn't return it because he had already thrown it away. How can you trust a company that just takes things without permission??

On a sweltering hot 110 degree summer day, our AC stopped working upstairs! The Nest was reading No Power to RC wire detected. I promptly called Rescue One Air because we had bought a service plan with them and I've always been pleased with their 24/7 services. Within one hour, Hector came by and was very friendly and professional. He was very thorough and checked out our Nest system, the AC wirings located in the attic, and our breakers. He figured out the issue quickly. It turned out that our breaker was tripped from likely running our pool system earlier in the day. Even though the problem wasn't super complex, Hector took care of the issue and I was so appreciative of the time and effort he took to diagnose the problem. Thanks Hector! We have used Rescue One Air numerous times and will continue to do so because they've always been 100% reliable!

This is our second visit by Rescue One, just for checking out at season change. I find them to be extremely professional, on time, good communications. Darren detailed exactly what I may need going forward, as our system is getting old, but he is very specific about what must be done and what can wait. By far, this is the most thorough and professional service call we have had regarding our air/heat, and I will always call them in the future.

this was my first AC replacement so I did not know what to expect. however, the installation team was kind and knowledgeable. this company definitely puts customer experience first. i experienced a slight delay, but the owner and tech manager was prompt in reaching out to ensure that i was 100% satisfied as a rescue one customer. I received my initial units from this company back in 2019.  While I was initially hesitant at such a large unplanned purchase I couldn't be happier I made the decision over a year later.  The install took all day and was pretty messy BUT the crew left my house and you couldn't even tell that major construction had occurred.  What I especially love is the maintenance package that came along with my purchase.  Shane is our regular technician and he is AWESOME!  He patiently answers all of my questions and even gives us good suggestions on ways to make sure our systems are operating at their best.  I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who asks.

Today we had Ivan from Rescue One Air do our annual air conditioning inspection. We couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Ivan, our tech, was amazingly meticulous and thorough. He's a really personable guy who explained everything in detail along the way. Answered all our questions. He inspected our A-coil in the attic as well as the heating unit, and then proceeded to inspect the outside unit (condenser) on the ground. He checked the freon pressures, electrical tolerances, and then measured the temperature of the cooled air coming from the vents inside the house. I know a little about air conditioning, just enough to be dangerous, and he covered everything. We had him clean the condenser coils which was priced very reasonably, and they looked like night and day after he was finished. They do from inspections to repairs to installations. We were so impressed with what Rescue One has to offer, along with their honesty, that we signed up on the spot for a 5-yr service agreement. We really recommend them for all your AC needs.

The dust & Dirt taken out of these vent
Was shocking that much was in there

Use Rescue One if you want to feel like a second class citizen. Have given them a few chances (i.e, technician did not know what an air cycler was so I would have to use someone else. This time I set up an appointment, got a reminder call the day of, returned the call a few hours later but still a few hours from the appointment and was told they have to reschedule because their technician was working another issue. Jessica didn't miss a beat and said we would have to reschedule. No apology, no comment about sorry for the inconvenience, just we will have to reschedule. Would really appreciate a company with good customer service and one who kept their word. I'm done.
Since the date of this post Rescue One has committed to rectifying their service. I have upgraded from one to three stars and will re-evaluate at a later date.

We've been using Rescue One for ~2 years. Although we had somewhat of a rocky start, the owner, Jason, did more than make up for it!  We have regular maintenance and each technician has been thorough and knowledgeable. This week Alex serviced our unit and again, he was not only thorough, but gave us recommendations on ensuring longer life for the unit.
I know that if we have any problems, Rescue One Air will be the one I call.

This is a very fine company.  I am not sure how we found them probably from our local realtor when we moved to Sun City West last year. My husband wisely signed up for their service plan.  So, when the 13 year old Carrier unit Stopped cooling at 5:15 pm yesterday, I called and they came out first thing today.

David and Matt worked for 3 hours trying to fix the old unit.  Only then did we decide to purchase a new air conditioner/heater.  They tried to cool the place down, but the old unit is really dead.  Still, tomorrow they have someone coming out to save us from this miserable July heat and install a new more efficient unit. After, we received a sheet of recommendations/options and pricing, my fiancé and I were able to make the best decision for our family that would leave us both financially comfortable and cool.  We will definitely call Rescue One again and we will of course request, David! BUYER BEWARE! DON'T BE PRESSURED INTO SIGNING UP FOR FINANCING ON THE SPOT! GET A 2nd OPINION! We came home one night to our AC started just blowing air - Warm air! Things were heating up fast inside with 105+ degrees outside and even Hotter days coming. The rep came out and replaced some parts and then spent time telling us how the repairs were temporary and could fail at any time. He said we really needed to replace our AC Now. When we asked if we could let him know the next day, he said no. He told us we would have to pay the $550 service call right then if we Didn't sign up for the install. We were convinced and signed up - for a $9400 unit! FORTUNATELY, we had time before the actual install, to do some research. The unit he wanted to sell us was too big for our 960 sq foot home. He told us we had to have a 4-ton, since that was what we currently have. And we would have probably believed him - after all, you tend to trust experts, especially from big companies, right? Except - years ago, another company had told us our unit was really Too big for our single-wide mobile home. Industry-standard is 1 ton per 400 sq ft (we found out when we researched). When questioned, the rep just said mobile homes are different. But he Also mis-stated the size of our home on the estimate - saying it was 1600 sq ft - a good 700 sq ft Larger than it is! Probably so it would Look like he was selling us the right size. Fortunately, we got a 2nd opinion from an Honest company - Arizona Cold Air, who saved us the cost of a replacement and also told us if we did replace it would probably be more like $5000 or $6000, NOT almost $10K! We canceled the install with Rescue One - and they gave us a year of free check-ups! Which we won't use because we would Never use them Again!

I have used them multiple times, and after many memorable experiences, I will never use anyone else. They deliver quality work, and are up front and fair with their rates. Moved into a new home and this company began calling me to have my ac/furnace inspected and tuned up. This company is very persistent but well worth your time. Hector came out and was very straight forward on what was needed,what could wait, and what I should not waist my money on. I made another appointment to have my coils cleaned and Hector was very professional and courteous. If you are looking for a reputable company then I would highly recommend Rescue One.

Had a great experience with them today.  Scott was the technition.  Went through two units on the ground and two in the attic very meticulously. He repaired a leak in the attic before agreeing to any payment.  The service call was free from a home show.  I ended up going with a 3 year maintenance agreement which included 3 new capacitors and cleared a clogged drain line as a toss in.  Cost was $1000.  The compressors are much quieter now.  Money well spent.  Units are 18 years old and running great.  Another company was out a few years ago and tried to sell me on new everything.

We have two air conditioning units, one of them as old as the home (18 years), so while we had a service contract, we had some trepidation about our service call and what the technician might find.

David came out yesterday afternoon. He inspected both units, and to our pleasant surprise he found everything was working fine, no work needed, no parts, no freon. He did a thorough check of our attic,  of our vents, of our entire air/heating systems, replaced our air filters and was extremely professional, extremely courteous and quite knowledgeable (I now know why we have hot spots in our home - never explained to us before). We were very impressed and very pleased.

Not only will we be asking for David to come out again for our next 6 month service, but we heartily recommend Rescue One Air as a company you can trust for your air conditioning needs. Honest, fair, no gimmicks, and no hidden costs or unnecessary parts. (In fact our previous technician from Rescue One Air was just as great as David was).

Just reporting on technician scott and beware of him as he isnt always the proffesional buisness guy but instead is a carrier for the Covid-19 and one good liar which i got to experience his thieving side! This company really needs to investigate much better on who they can trust with representing their company along with their customers, since we put our trust in the company the company should have better knowledge on their employees so the customer isnt having to worry about that as well, not to mention this technician has a recent assult charge, community beware.

So my wife got the phone call for the special $49. A/C Check-Up. Thank goodness I was home and fielded the Technician(which I us the term loosely). Thomas seemed like a nice guy and sure is interested in talking but when it comes to Up Selling he truly shines. In a matter of minutes the check-up went from $49. up to a pitch for a 10yr $2560. service contract!!!

Now in the interest of saving you the hours of details Thomas did find an issue with one capacitor that I have now repaired. $241. to loosen one screw and install a $34. part! Since I sent Rescue One Air on their way I'm laughing to the bank with $2526.

Please avoid this company especially if you're vulnerable to buying swamp land in Florida.

At one of the Arizona Home shows, we won a year of free preventative maintenance for our cooling and heating system with Rescue One Air.  James came out today and he  was fantastic!  He was very personable, friendly and answered all my questions.  You can tell he enjoys his job and meeting people.  We are very happy with Rescue One Air and highly recommend them.

Yesterday our Ac unit had stopped running (brand new unit) so I gave Rescue One Air a call and the lady who answered told us a technician would get to us soon as available. Technician Silas arrived, looked at the unit and noticed that there were two wires touching that connected into the main Ac unit outside that could have caused a fuse to go out. He separated the two wires and replaced fuse and just like that the Ac was up and running. He had mentioned that if the problem recurs that it could be an electrical issue and recommended to get it checked by an electrician. Sure enough later that night Ac had gone out again, so I gave another call early the next morning. This time I had Hector come out and inspect the Ac unit. The fuse had blown out again and he had noticed that the wires running into the main Ac unit outside were in bad condition some of which were bare, so he replaced the old wires and the fuse and had the Ac back up in running in no time. Thank you Hector for the good thorough inspection and quick fix of my Ac unit. Will definitely be asking for you if I ever need any future repairs!

Myself, like so many reviewers below have not had service from Rescue One Air, nor did I sign up for them in any way, or give them my information (especially my work information), but somehow they got it. I have received several calls from them, and each time I politely ask them to remove the number they have from their call list. First lady said ok or something then hung up. The second lady to call, I asked extremely politely to be removed and explained it is my work number, she just hung up on me instantly. The third call which was today. The guy was very polite and not verbally rude. Explained my AC & Heating is covered under my home warranty and he was cool about it. I caught him right before he hung up asked him if I could ask him a quick question, which was to have my number removed from the call list as it was my work line and explained to him I've asked the previous callers from ROA to remove me. He said okay not a problem and hung up. I always find its easier to politely ask to be removed instead of being snotty about it, most people are nice about it and its done the first time with no re-occurrences. Not sure the disconnect with this company. The owner does seem to respond to the negative reviews so to save some time, here is the number I have been called from. Advice to the owner of ROA, I understand family businesses. They are tough and sometimes frustrating. I worked in my family business and family friends business for years and watched the bad members ruin the companies good name. If this is family specifically costing you money and ruining your reputation just from a phone call, not even an actual service, its time to issue the excommunicado order and break the clear historical trend that is happening.

I have however been called 8 times AFTER asking to have my jimber removed from there call list.

When I said they keep calling me the get rude on the phone and side if I had asked I would of been taken off. I guess my phones call log lies to me.

For that reason I can say customer service with the phone rep is poor at best.

I recently bought a new house. I was planning on having the AC serviced when a third party company called me saying they set up an appointment for an AC service so I scheduled my appointment and the morning of I called rescue one air to confirm the appointment and make sure this other company wasn't shady. I have a home warranty also there is nothing wrong with the unit. Ryan G arrives to my house, we go through everything, he tries to sell me a $15,000 unit, I say well there is nothing wrong with the unit and I would discuss this with my boyfriend. He didn't tell me any price break down of things that needed to be fixed, I get it's an old system and would be expensive but it would have been nice to know.
Ryan leaves my house. I hear that my fan is still running so I go upstairs thinking the thermostat got changed. I try everything and the fan won't turn off. I call their office and let them know. They say Ryan can come back between like 1-5pm to take a look. So Ryan arrives at my house says the fan was on and running, it was already like that. I say it's not in your report, and it is always on auto because I like to know when my AC or heat is on. We go back and forth and he says it's your motherboard which would cost $700. I'm super frustrated at this point. I say do you see my problem, everything worked fine and you come over to do a check, now something is broken and it's $700. Ryan became extremely rude, I have never had an employee of a company make me feel like this and especially in my own house. I wasn't trying to scam anyone and I wasn't saying he was scamming me I was just asking for a solution. There was absolutely no reason for him to treat me the way he did. I called the office in tears, they were extremely nice. My fan was running all night and it's was 82 degrees in the house. The manager came the next day and said it was a relay that got stuck when they put it on defrost mode, he offered to fix and and take $100, I declined but thanked him for fixing it. So a faulty part, no big deal. The manager was pleasant. So two stars for the office staff and the manager.

I've not had services from Rescue One yet BUT they been constantly calling me to get scheduled with them. ONE time I scheduled with them and they didn't even show because their person scheduled it on the wrong day. I get a call at least twice a week and I've asked many times to get taken off the list and I'll call when I need their services BUT no they don't listen. They continue to call and I'm over it!!!

With the heating and cooling plan we got, Rescue one was on top of contacting us and scheduling our first heater inspection for the winter, months after our A/C servicing. It was very nice because its not something that I had been thinking about with the Holidays, and family in town.

My wife amd i had purchased a home 3 years ago and had some issues with the ac unit. We called rescue one and they came out to diagnos the problem. We had them repair and purchased the recomended  maintenance program.
   Rescue one always calls to make appointments for the check up which is helpful with life being busy. All the tech's have been good. However Hector was the tech that came out this service date. He services most of the east valley.  Hector was on time,  professional and  courtious. Hector really took the time to explain everything. I would recomend if you live in the east valley to request Hector if possible.

I want to update my review based on the the owners exemplary followup and over the top way of remedying my troubles.  He immediately contacted me about my issue and seemed very sincere about wanting to make certain that I recognized that they have no desire to leave a customer feeling taken advantage of.  And I DID feel his sincerity.  He wanted to have his GM come out to look at the repairs done by his competitor but when I didn't take him up on that, he had his assistant call me and INSIST on sending me the $100 that I'd paid elsewhere.  I surely didn't expect that.  It was a very generous offer.  

Although I still feel that the circumstances were odd revolving around the cost for a new drain pan being exorbitant, I feel that this company does prioritize making things right.  Just like any company you use or product/service you purchase, do your due diligence.  But all and all I am walking away feeling a lot better about Rescue One Air.

David from Rescue One Air came out to do a tune-up and look at our system before things start to get hot summer. He walked me through the house and explained what was going on inside, discussed when and how often to change out air filters, and made suggestions on how to increase air-flow in certain areas. After heading up to the roof, he came back with photos of the system and we talked about what he saw up there and what possible next steps we could do to improve performance and increase the lifespan of the unit.

Just had these folks out to service the AC on a home we just purchased. We were shocked to hear that we need a new AC (cost $12000). Our system is 16 years old, but has been working fine. We were told that it is only cooling at 50% and to expect an electric bill in excess of $400. The rep got pissed when we challenged him on his assessment as AC seemed to work fine. We asked what was he going to try to sell us. He took offense and left. We followed up with SRP and our power usage is well within the normal range. So, our unit seems to be working fine. Not impressed with this gentleman.

Rescue One called me offering a special low price for a tune up and drain line flush. I recently bought my first home and figured I would take advantage of the low price. I didn't expect much but figured I could ask some questions and gain a better understanding of my system. The tech Ryan far exceeded my expectations. He went above and beyond when checking my system and went out of his way to explain things to me. Ryan even did a few small repairs and didn't charge me. I felt he had my best interest in mind instead of trying to push sales.

I am writing five stars because rescue one did what they said they would do.

We contacted The company by way of a recommendation. We had no emergency. We wanted to get an estimate for improving airflow in one of the bedrooms. There is very limited airflow.
The second thing I wanted, was an estimate for replacement of the system, when we're ready to do that.

We contacted the company, they scheduled an appointment for Saturday.  There was a little miscommunication. They did call us to confirm the night before, but we didn't pick up the phone, so they canceled the appointment. But that's not their fault, as we didn't answer the call to confirm. I called them the day of the appointment, and they were able to schedule a technician to come out just a couple hours later.  The only minor complaint would be according to my wife, they did not say that they called to confirm and if there's no confirmation they don't come out.

Andrew came out. Very pleasant. He did what he what we wanted and recommended we get better shading on our window. The bedroom is like a separate box from the house and gets a lot of sun. So it gets hotter. Without constant airflow, that is the system running all the time, it's going to be hotter.

I asked about reducting the ductwork, and he recommended that although it could be done, it may be less efficient and harder on the system.

We probably won't be buying a new system for at least a year, unless it goes out before then. But we are planning for it. We will consider rescue as possible business to replace the system.

We did tell them that we are getting other estimates, as full disclosure.

What a frustrating experience. I moved recently, which prompted many companies to call me to try and sell me something or in this case sell me a service.  Rescue One Air called me repeatedly, props for being persistent, because it worked, they reeled me in.  I read some promising reviews and was so excited to have a reputable company maintain my air conditioning and heating units. So, I scheduled an appointment a month out... today was the day, the window was 12:00pm - 3:00pm.  We were quickly approaching 2:00pm and curiosity got the best of me.  I was hoping that I haven't put my precious Saturday (I only have 2 days a week to myself as I work M-F) on hold for nothing.  I called Rescue One to see if they were still coming.  The girl that answered the phone said that they are too busy and will  be unable to follow through with their commitment, and further stated that we need to reschedule. What??!!?? Needless to say, I will not be rescheduling.

UPDATE: The young lady who answered the phone earlier today called me back after she spoke with the manager/owner and they were able to work me in to the schedule later in the day.  I really appreciate them being able to keep me on the schedule for today.  Also, I am so appreciative of the offer Jason extended to me for the mix-up.   This is a great sign of the upstanding company I had originally chosen for my A/C & Heating maintenance.

What a fantastic company! We meet them at the Scottsdale Home Show and set up for them to come out and check our AC unit.  We were told they would call the day before to confirm the appointment and then we would get a call 30 minutes before the tech arrived.  True to their word, that is exactly what happened.  Paul came out to the house and carefully explained everything to me...even drawing pictures and taking photos of what was up in the attic.  He was so professional, so kind, so thoughtful and conscientious.  I asked for a quote from him to replace our 21 year old Carrier unit.  The quote was high, BUT, this boils down to getting what you pay for.  Rescue isn't just coming in to replace the unit.  They will be with you for life and thank God because they are just really great people. It's so nice to have service people come into my home and know I can trust them to take care of me. Have them come out and check your heating and cooling set up.  You will not be disappointed.

I had a technician come out to service my 2 year old system on a $20 offering. I was told I needed a new capacitor (last one changed in August) a kick start kit, and a chemical clean for my coils. I was told I could get their warranty for $1k and it would cover everything. I was also told I had a roof leak since the attic lid would not easily open.

I decided that I would get a second opinion. I was told by the second company never to do chemical cleaning, that the capacitor was in perfect shape and a garden hose would clean the coils.

I could have spent $1k for a maintenance plan on repairs I didn't need. I'm glad I received the second opinion and saved myself money I didn't need to spend.

Additionally, I had 2 roofing companies come out to my house and both told me there were no leaks in my roof.

Owner apologizes on several reviews and probably will on this one but yet this still continues to happen. Why is that Jason? Filing an Attorney General complaint with State of Arizona office. This company needs to be fined $150,000 so they learn their lesson.

Jason and his crew are wonderful--very honest, professional and knowledgeable. I had concerns about our upstairs HVAC unit not cooling sufficiently and Tom came over within hours of my call. He was very helpful in explaining exactly what problems we had (including pictures of leaks) and walked me through next steps in upgrading the system. I had my a/c unit tuned up and inspected by Rescue One Air heating and cooling, and the tech was absolutely professional he came and before he fixed anything he showed me what was wrong before he fixed it. The pricing was great, not to cheap not to expensive.... they where great on timing too. My appointment was between two and five and they where there in between that time frame.

I received a sales call on 9/26/2016 at 11:33am. I informed the Rescue One Air representative that I am part of the National Do Not Call Registry. The Rescue One Air representative became argumentative about the accuracy of the Registry and informed me that Rescue One Air has signed many clients who were on the registry. I asked to be removed from the list and not contacted again. The Recue One Air representative became even more rude and told me that it would not matter and hung up on me. If this is how Rescue One employees conduct themselves, I would advise others to look elsewhere.

Previously I posted a review explaining a negative experience I had with one of the employees at Rescue One Air but I'm getting on here now to praise the owner and his employee, Darren, who have more than made up for my experience. The owner, Jason is very kind and has more than compensated for his one rude employee. He sent Darren to my home for a free maintenance check on my unit and Darren did an excellent job explaining to me the condition of my unit and what would need to be fixed and how soon it needed attention. He also cleaned my outside condenser unit and gave me lots of tips on how to maintain it myself. He owner followed up with me after Darren's visit to ensure that I was satisfied with my appointment and I definitely was. I'll be sticking with Rescue One Air for all of my future needs.

When we bought our home we got a call from Rescue One about a deal they were having, so I set something up for early July. When that date came we were out of town and I couldn't talk, so they called me back 6 or 7 times over the next couple weeks. When I finally was around my phone and could answer the man on the phone told me they were having another $30 special and I said we weren't interested at the moment. I completely planned to set something up in the future, but I didn't want to do it today. The man was extremely rude and made comments like is $30 too much for you to budget in? I told him a few times money wasn't the issue it just wasn't something we wanted to do right now, and he kept pestering and making comments about how $30 is too expensive for us. I told him he was being very rude and I didn't appreciate it and he just said okay okay I'll just chalk it up to $30 being too expensive for you and you guys can have it serviced through someone else later on.    

I would have been happy to set something up through this company when we wanted too, but after this customer service I will definitely be looking elsewhere. Even if the price is higher.

I had my a/c inspected by Rescue One Air today and was amazed at the professionalism of there technician Scott Coelho. He did an extremely thorough job and took the time to show me his findings and even took pictures in my attic so he can explain to me the problems he found. They now have a lifelong customer and I highly recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs.

Over the holiday weekend, I noticed bubbling on the ceiling in one of the bathrooms. The a/c condensation pan was overflowing and the lines were clogged, resulting in water damage. Rescue One Air was responsive to my call. Within an hour Ivan, the technician, came to the rescue, identified the problem quickly and made the repair. Not only was Ivan professional and knowledgeable, he delivered excellent customer service. He went out of his way to explain the problem in detail and answered all my questions. Rescue One Air exceeded my expectations and I would definitely call them again if there is ever a need. I highly recommend Rescue One ... a 5 star experience.

My husband and I knew that we needed to have our furnace inspected this fall. When Rescue One Air called, I made an appointment to have them come to the house. Scott was our serviceman. He was quite knowledgeable about heating and air conditioning. He completed a thorough inspection of our system and took photos to show me what needed to be done to improve how the system operated. Would have got 5 stars if I got the Ralph as my technician the first time. All are very nice and professional but it was ralph who spent the extra time to get my a/c unit up and running fixing problems caused by 2 other technicians. He was courteous and had a great attitude when I know it was frustrating for him. Because of him I will continue service with them.

Rescue One seems like a reasonable company to do business with... if you're okay with them skipping appointments for no apparent reason and not bothering to give a courtesy call to inform you.
I bought a one year contract last Spring for routine check-ups on my air conditioner and heating unit.  The first appointment went okay, the tech convinced me that I needed a replacement component for my air conditioner, so I followed his advice and bought it.  
Recently I was contacted to schedule my Fall inspection of the heating unit in my home.  A date and time frame ( 3 hour window ) was confirmed.  Today was the day that was confirmed, and a phone call to Rescue One showed me on the books as having an appointment, however, no technician came in the window they said they would, and no courtesy call was made to me. A simple courtesy call would have made a big difference, but when a company does not respect my time better, they don't earn my business.
Hopefully, others have a better experience.

I have a rental in Scottsdale and had Rescue One out after my tenants called about the air conditioner not cooling the house properly. Another company had been referred to me but couldn't get a tech out for a few days which wasn't going to work for me. My parents who live in Phoenix referred me to Rescue One after they had a good experience with then earlier this year. The Rescue One team was very prompt and communicated with me through the process excellently. It turned out to be a easy fix and the process left me very satisfied. Thanks again.

Great service. Great employees all around! Denise was our contact in the scheduling department & Scott M. was our technician, both so pleasant & professional. Denise was very helpful to promptly resolve a scheduling miscommunication. Scott M. was so informative & knowledgeable. He was very thorough, took pictures to provide me with information so I did not have to go up in the attic , then he gave me a plethora of helpful tips & showed me how to better maintain my unit in between services. He explained things very simply so that it was easy to understand. He was also very respectful of our home & the areas he worked in were not left in disarray when he was finished with the service. Scott M. is a very happy employee who enjoys what he does & I believe that says a lot about a company. I would highly recommend Rescue One for ALL of your HVAC needs. Though they are based out of Tempe (I'm all the way in the North Gateway area), they service the whole valley!

I recently was serviced by Rescue One Air with a complementary A/C tune up and I don't think  I would change a thing. I received a phone call prior to his arrival which i always appreciate. The technician was very professional and explained everything in detail to myself and my husband.  Needless to say Scott did a fantastic job getting my air conditioner up and running in no time at all. He was also [polite to my toddler who had something to say as well. I am very Very picky to say the least about who i have come to our home and with no doubt will be doing business with Rescue Air one for many years too come. I still had a warranty for my air conditioner but that company was incompetent Thus is why i called a new company.

I had them out 6 months ago to service my A/C on a new house I bought. We discovered the previous owners put the condensation drain behind the stucco wall.  The service tech put together a PVC drain for me to get it to drain off my roof.

The Pipe came apart and when I called about it they came out the next day and fixed it with no fuss. Really appreciate the service.

Update to my previous review.  Immediately upon posting my review, Jason, General Manager, reached out to me to see what he could do to make me a happy customer.  Because my repair was already completed, I didn't feel there was much he could do at that point but he went above and beyond in giving me a sizable Merry Christmas rebate on my job.  He also sent Darren to review my system regarding potential upcoming needed repairs and recommendations, plus Darren performed a minor repair while on-site at no additional charge.  I was left with a reasonable written estimate for consideration.  I believe Jason is truly trying to be a trustworthy businessperson, but unfortunately was blessed with a bad employee that was originally sent to my job.

It is so nice to be able to write a positive review.  We just had service by Rescue One Air.  The technician was a young man named Tony and I must say how pleased I was.  He was prompt, polite, & really did a thorough check of our a/c & heating units.  Unlike other companies he even went into both our attics (not an easy undertaking) and checked the air handlers, drain pans, & whatever else is up there. I would like to just give out some kudos to rescue one air, my name is Clarence a.k.a. Rudy, my family and I recently moved out here to Gilbert Arizona in November 2016, I am a first time home buyer so I did not know too much about servicing a swimming pool & Air Conditions so I got some advice from some of my friends that do own a pool & Air Conditions, so I did a little soul-searching and to my surprise I was very lucky to get a reliable and honest company! Scott was one of the first person I've spoken to came out gave me a estimate compared to the other companies I talked to they were the best according to price range and warranty! I had a situation in 2017, monsoon season was in the air and I was out and about with my family came home one evening and found out that my air conditioning went out the storm had blew out my surge protector luckily for me I called right away the next morning to rescue one they promptly came out and repaired my situation quick and reliable service ( Cory) was the first tech to come out. He was very professional kind and courteous. When it was time for my service the next time, Austin came out and gave me a complete check up, he was very very professional very kind also, he gave me some advice wasn't trying to pressure me into sales of something I did not need, he took his time in explaining to me about everything about my air-conditioning and heating which I did not know, he left me a brochure and some suggestions what I need to do to maintain my heating and air-conditioning for the near future. Well, recently on 4/26/2018 I replace my whole unit because The unit I had was having a few problems and in the long run I will be wasting my money trying to take the easy way out by just doing minor repairs, as we all know you get what you pay for. So I made the decision that it would benefit me in the long run just to replace the whole unit because I know that I wasn't going to be moving anytime soon, so in my mind ( you can pay me now or you can pay me later as they say ). The technicians that came out and service me were wonderful quick and efficient their names are Dean and Michael. They came out on time called me 30 minutes before they arrived ( 8' o'clock) on Time! These two men came in and they did their job, when they finished there was no debris, clean up their mess also took the old unit away so fast I didn't even know it disappeared so quickly because they put all the old parts aside for me to view along with the new equipment to be installed. I give  ***** five stars to rescue one in their team Scott, Austin, Cory, Darin, Dean, and Michael.  Oops! I almost forgot my wife Kookie was very well please also with the type of service, we offered them lunch and cold  water and lemonade to the team because I know that their job is not easy. I am going to recommend this company to all my friends and family.

Late last night just as we were ready to turn in we discovered the AC system was not putting out cold air, the condenser fan motor had shut down. Spent the night at 85 deg. which was not to bad really since the night air cooled down to about the same temp. I called my service company, Rescue Air One at 07:30 am and was scheduled for an 8 to 11 am time frame. A technician named Hector Dominguez arrived at about 09:30, quickly checked our system and diagnosed the problem. In a very short time Hector had removed and replaced the defective parts, leaving them with me by the way. I have a background in AC systems, I'm just not certified, so I knew that Hector was right on with his diagnosis. Hector was neat, knew his business and very easy to talk to about the problem. I would recommend Hector and Rescue Air One to everyone. I honestly believe you can trust Rescue Air One and their well trained techs to provide fair, honest service.

I'm very pleased with Rescue One. They were running a promo for a free AC inspection for new homeowners which I used last week.

Their scheduling group is very professional with reminder calls the day before and a reminder call 30min-1hr before the tech arrives.

Tech Tom came out to look at our AC. He was professional and did a great job checking everything out and explaining/showing it to me. Our AC was overdue for an evap coil cleaning so I had him clean the coils and replace a capacitor that was going; their costs were reasonable compared to other places. He did a thorough job on the work and he went over and above to open our locked out circuit breaker and answering questions which I later had for him.

I would definitely recommend Rescue One to anybody and will gladly use them again for any AC needs.

While Rescue One Air may be average or better at what they do, I have received a phone call a week since April when I moved to Sun City.  I have explained each time that I have had all the annual maintenance completed.  I will never use Rescue Air One or anyone else who has called repeatedly from the records of newly sold homes.  My first week here was a nightmare of phone call solicitations and mailers.   I am reminded of it every week by just another phone solicitation from Rescue One Air.  I have added their name to my log so that when they phone in the future, I will let the phone ring.

For years, I've been saying to our friends that we need to find an honest air conditioning repair service. It's not easy to find someone - well, trustworthy. Someone that you know isn't going to rip you off because they know that they've got you where they want you.  A company that knows what integrity is all about.
Recently, I woke up to what sounded like a helicopter on my roof and the A/C unit not blowing. Then I remembered one of the gals I work with talking about this Rescue One Air.. She couldn't stop talking about it. They showed up when they said they would, quickly  fixed the problem  and the best part was - it was reasonably priced.
We didn't know what else to do so we called Rescue One ourselves.
I've have never had an A/C experience like this. The technician, Tom M., quickly assessed the problem and then he discussed a couple different ways we could fix it. He explained things in terminology that we could understand  and there was a real sense that he wanted to help. I know what you're thinking: I wouldn't have believed it either, had it not happened to us. But it can happen  to you, too.  If you need any kind of A/C   repair or service- for your home, for the office - your church, whatever, call the guys at Rescue One Air. SO glad we chose them to do our Preventative Maintenance. Scott came out for the reveiw and maint, very professional, very thorough. Took pictures, explained his findings in detail. My husband who is very cynical about businesses high pressure tactics and  how they over exaggerate the issues. Where do I begin? My experience with your business was beyond expectations. First of all, Scott came over to do a tune up and coil cleaning, which were both very long overdue. I explained to him where I was neglectful in my maintenance; however, not fully knowing if there was more that needed attention. As a single woman homeowner, I am leary of being taken advantage of. For example, I have a home warranty and, like clockwork, every year when the seasons change the heat or the a/c does not switch on or blows the opposite temp that it needs to emit. I gave Scott a history of ~3 yrs past service call invoices...all of which each different vendor recommended inconsistent maintenance and at different prices. Scott listened very well to my (poor) explanation and knowledge of what I understood may really be needed to keep my unit operating (fyi...I am fortunate to have the same unit still working from when the house was built in 1983...I have owned the house since 2001)! Somehow, he was able to quickly formulate and assess everything and summarize it. After he did his physical assessment of the unit, he sat with me, drew a diagram on paper, and explained what would be needed to keep it running even longer w/out yet investing in a new product...basically, a complimentary HVAC 101 course!
I asked for honesty in prioritizing what maintenance I needed immediately and what could wait longer (in consideration of my finances).
He was very authentic, honest, and in no way made me feel uncomfortable.  In the same visit he not only did all the maintenance needed, took before and after pics of the (literally) filthy, then cleaned unit, and w/out any persuasion necessary sold me a 5-yr maintenance plan with very manageable financing. SO thankful for his knowledge, expertise, honesty, and patience...he's a keeper and I will HIGHLY recommend Rescue One to anyone looking for a reliable and honest HVAC business to do their work

I called for a seasonal maintenance on my unit. The tech showed on time and when he spoke to me all he tried to do was sell. First it was a complete new system for $12,000.... on a 2,500 sq ft house. 12,000..... my friend in Oklahoma who has been in the business for 25 years just laughed. He said 5-6,000 tops. Then it was a host of different repairs he could do. The tech showed me pictures that he supposedly took of my unit in the attic. I'm not sure who's unit it was. Upon calling another service it was plainly evident it was not my air handler he had pictures of. Steer clear of these guys.

Had Rescue One come out as a response from an offering to do a basic tune up. Technician spent almost three hours going over the system identifying problems created from another company and alerted us to serious maintenance needs that could seriously damage our two A/C units. Even called the warranty company for us given that the previous company sold us AC's that were manufactured from 5 years ago (never used) yet we were informed they were new. Tom arrived on time, very professional, honest, showed us everything we needed to know and on top of that didnt charge us!! This is a company that does a customer right which is so refreshing...

I have had multiple issues with this company keeping their scheduled times. They never have the decency to call and inform me that they are running late due to someone's A/C was broken down. I am always the one to call and ask about why no one has come and that's when they inform me of their emergency calls they on on. I even seem to be writing down the wrong time as I schedule my appointment or they are changing it with out my knowledge because today I was expecting them to be at my house between 10-1pm and when know one showed I called and they said that I was scheduled for 12-3 on their computer. I am pretty sure that was not the case as I added my appointment to my calendar right after I got off the phone with them. Either way I learned that they wanted to move my time back anyways because once again somebodies A/C was broke down. Now I understand that they need their air more then I need my check up but my concern is that they never call to explain what is going on and leave you sitting at you home thinking earthing is going as planned/scheduled and it is certainly not. This happened to me three times last summer and this is my first attempt this summer with the same results last year. I would not recommend Rescue One Air for your service contract needs and will not be using them once my service contract ends. I would like to take a moment to say that while I was displeased with how things came about today, I was very pleased with the owner giving me a call to try to make things right. I would like to say that I never had a bad experience with their service techs, they have always been very professional and friendly. My hope is that in the future I would get the call informing me when of if there is a delay with showing up for schedule services. Thanks again to Jason for calling to understand my frustration and trying to make things right!

Persistence pays off. I was initially contacted by this company over the holidays and while my first reaction was to avoid the perceived intrusion, I finally got to chat with them when my scheduled permitted.  I listened intently while the rep explained what they were about and what they could do for me.
Response was super quick and a courtesy call was placed to me a few minutes before Chris showed up at my door. After his first inspection, Chris broke down the jargon of an efficient heat pump and explained in layman's terms to the uninitiated (me) as to what I should be striving for as a potential customer.
Dragging my proverbial heels, I was reluctant at the get-go, but Chris painstakingly drew me a pros and cons scenario and explained everything thoroughly. Options were put forward and an economical forecast was planned out. There was no pressure at any time, just some honest and down-to-earth advice.
After reaching a consensus, Chris completed his work and assured me that I was in good hands. Being new to all of this, Chris schooled me on the ins-and outs of novice maintenance and for that I am grateful. Always professional and courteous, Chris embodied all that customer service is...and should be about.

I happened to be the extremely lucky runner-up in a giveaway that Rescue One Air hosted recently, so I was gifted a year of HVAC regular maintenance. Today Ivan showed up at my house. Very timely, very professional, and very friendly. I was worried since I got the service free that maybe the technician wouldn't be very interested in doing a thorough job and would just rush through to move on. I was completely wrong and my worries were totally unfounded. Ivan was EXTREMELY thorough and found a bad capacitor and some pipes that needed redone to prevent a leak/water damage. Ivan did an AMAZING job explaining to me what each part did, how it was supposed to work, and how it was working now. (I'm a little weird, I like to know how stuff works.) He was totally patient with me and didn't seem even a little bit bothered by my million questions. He really knew his stuff. It was very clear to me that he definitely knew what he was doing. That was very reassuring. I've had bad experiences in the past with a different company I won't name here. (Hint: It's hard to spell...) Ivan was INCREDIBLE. He offered to completely waive the cost of labor for me and I am so so so appreciative of that. I wouldn't have been able to get the repairs I needed. I never once felt like I was being sold something I didn't need, I wasn't being taken advantage of or anything like that. I can only say positive things about this company. Even though I got the regular maintenance for free, it's definitely something I would pay for myself and I look forward to doing more business with Rescue One Air. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!

I had Rescue Air come out for an inspection of my working AC units. The technician that came out gave me a laundry list of repairs that were needed Totaling about $1600.00. Or he said he could sell me a maintenance plan for $1400.00. What a scam red lights and sirens were going off in my head. So i called another company for the same inspection. A company that i had used in the past for repairs. The tech informed me that there were no problems with anything related to my air conditioning system. I showed him the receipt from rescue air which had readings on it he showed me the readings on his meter as he checked my units. And surprise surprise the readings from rescue aire were all incorrect. I beleive rescue air tries to intimidate people into thinking their maintenance plans are the way to go and alot of people are paying for these plans when they are not needed. If you call this company get a second opinion it will save you thousands!
