Desert Sky AC

My 16 year old air handler finally had enough and I already knew I'd have to replace it and the A/C unit together due to their age. Matthew came out on Tuesday to look at everything and replaced the handler and unit Saturday. Considering it's almost impossible to find a 5 ton split with heat pump and not have to order it, I was ecstatic!  He was friendly, professional and knew his stuff.  There were some complications with the fan on the air handler scraping and he got it fixed on the spot so I could have air conditioning again. Desert Sky AC is now my go to for A/C or heating! I'd give them more stars if they were available!! Highly recommend!!

This company is horrible, and Matt is a disrespectful little turd. 100% do not recommend.

Desert Sky AC was sent to service our HVAC unit by our Home Warranty company. We learned that while we do not like our Home Warranty company, we really liked Desert Sky. Matthew was our technician. He was on time, professional, friendly, and patient... As he answered ALL of my questions without a hint of frustration. He was thorough in his work and what we thought could be a very costly visit, he actually pinpointed another culprit in the mechanics of our unit and was able to repair it on the spot. We appreciated his honesty and we will absolutely call on him again in the future. In an industry where there tend to be more scams than not, it was refreshing to have someone knowledgable and truthful taking care of us.

When I got home from work at 6 pm Ac was blowing warm on one side of the house. Found Matthew and desert sky on thumbtack. All reviews were 5 star reviews. Matthew was out at 7 am the next morning. Right on time very nice and polite. Signed up for the twice yearly maintenance plan. I like dealing with the smaller family owned individual businesses. Matthew was very informative and I'm glad I called. Desert sky and Matthew are my new ac and heat company. Thanks for the quick service and the great job!
