I was having problems with my A/C and I called LYN to see if he can come back and fix it, Came to find out the poor guy had surgery and will be out of commission till January. I had another A/C company come out and I found out that the motor that was installed was the wrong one and that's why its was over heating and the the part that was under warranty was never picked up, instead he installed an extra part he had and it was not what the specs required on the A/C label. So the fan motor was over heating and it was shutting off and making us have to leave our home..I was very upset to hear that after I felt I trusted LYN. I dont know why he did that but he is a nice guy and for that I still give him 2 stars but he should have known better...BOOO Cool GUYS..

Come to think of it there was some problems with the fans for my York air conditioner with over heating come to find out so LYN probably didnt know and he was out with surgerey so I couldnt get him back to fix it so I called an old friend instead

We had Brandon from HammerHead Mechanical come out last week and do our summer service.  I was so impressed he was on time, polite and courteous. We felt he actually went above and beyond what others have done for us in the past. The thing we loved the most was how much he cared for our house and property. Nick and his team have been out to my office twice in the last six months for two different issues.  I originally heard of them through a friend and he told me that their prices and service were unbeatable and he was right.  It took me a minute to convince the doctors that I work for to try a company that is smaller, and not commercial, but they too were overjoyed at the price (I'm talking HUNDREDS less) and service level received.

Garret was sent through our Home Warranty Company. Of course, the oven worked when he came (we had tried several times before we requested service). He could have just left but instead shared with us that eventually it would fail and recommended we replace. He called back and told us that would be faster if we requested the part. Sure enough, we got the part and he came back to replace. Excellent customer service and punctual. Would highly recommend.

I called John around 9:30 am and he was at my house by 11. He was very polite and professional. He took pictures of the problem with my AC unit and was able to fix it in a couple of hours. He recommended another part be replaced but put no pressure on me if I wasn't able to afford it at that time. He was able to replace both parts and have my AC up and running like new. I will recommend him to everyone I know.

I had a problem with my AC, gave this business a call and Mike showed up and fixed it right away at a good price. If I have any future problems with my AC this will be the first place I call.

Repairs were done quickly and professionally. They did a very good job, our Air conditioning as been working well ever since.

These guys are awesome. I just built a brand new house that needed a few HVAC tweaks. Since Sharp Air did the original install for the builder, I asked them to come back to tidy up a few things.

Service Manager Justin came out right away, and I had them move a thermostat that was in a bad spot from the home's design. They also installed Google Nest T-stats for me. Outstanding work in a timely manner. Not cheap, but worth the cost.

I also had an issue with one of the outside condenser units making noise. Emory came out on another trip immediately, in June when they were slammed, and fixed it right up for me under warranty. Units now run and sound great. Thank you, Justin, Emory and Owner Mitch! Sharp Air rocks!

We just got a Nest thermostat and normally they're pretty simple to install(we've done them before), but we have a fresh air intake in our home. Last night, I submitted a request for a quote after hours of my husband and I trying to figure out what the problem was. Within 5 minutes of submitting the request, we got a text from Ralph and figured out what the problem was. He was willing to come out last night but it was already so late. He came out first thing this morning, fixed something in our attic on his own AND got our Nest working! Thank you guys for your quick response. Highly recommend!

Wow! I am more than satisfied with this company! Last Friday, when it was only 118 degrees outside, my central A/C stopped blowing cold air. Naturally, I panicked and thought I would end up dying in the heat over the long weekend. I searched online for an A/C service repair company in the far west valley that would service Buckeye, and AC-Men came up. Since it was so late, I wasn't really expecting much when I called, but at 8:30 p.m. on a Friday evening, David Rivera answered my call, right away. He said he was on a call in Goodyear but would come out to my house as soon as he was done. First off, I was blown away that he would come out that late, especially on a Friday night. He arrived at my house at 9:50 p.m. and spent almost 2 hours in the dark, diagnosing the problem. He had to get a part but made it to where I had temporary emergency service until the part could be purchased the next day. To make a long story short, David from AC-Men is hands down, the epitome of great customer service. He got my A/C blowing cold again and his prices were half what the other companies charge. He didn't even charge me an after-hours fee, just a regular service call! As he was leaving my house at close to midnight, he mentioned that he was on his way out to Maricopa.......AT MIDNIGHT.......because another person called and their A/C just went out and he didn't want them to suffer in the heat so he was going to fix their A/C!!!!! You will be hard pressed to find a better, more reliable, and fairer company to repair your heat/AC. I highly recommend this company! Thank you David, for such a wonderful job and for caring about people you don't even know.

If I could give zero stars I would.  I have never written a review, but am doing so now as I have never been so offended by a company.  This past Oct, I needed the handle of my toilet fixed.  Two PlumbSmart employees came to my house, worked on the toilet, told me they got in trouble with the office because they had stayed at my house too long, and then they literally took off.  Nothing was fixed; they told me I needed to buy a specialty part.  I flushed the toilet ONCE and it overflowed.  NOTE:  there was nothing wrong with my toilet before they came.  I had a problem with the handle and that's why they were checking it.  

Fortunately, I had someone working at the house and he was able to stop the flow.  Long story short, I had to get a NEW toilet and have that installed.  My friend who had referred them called the owner of the company because she was so disturbed--she had referred a number of clients to them.  He gave my friend a $100 credit and then reassured her that he would make it right.  I never got a call.  

Two months later, I got a bill.  Not only a bill, but repeated calls asking to pay for work that had not been conducted.  One day, in a span of approximately 30 minutes, they called 5 times.  They charged me for installing a chrome handle and running a performance test on my toilet.  Finally, I blocked them and had my new plumber call the owner.  They have removed the charge and we sent them the bill containing costs for a new toilet and installation.

I spent lots of money. My problem was never diognosed or resolved. When the technician explained  what they charged for, it seemed to make sense. As he was placing a new looking motor (presumably the old broken one) into the service van, I resisted asking him to leave it.
I have heard of technicians pretending to replace parts. I resisted because I believed it would cause an an argument with my husband.

Didn't show up multiple times after scheduling an appointment.   In both cases I took off work to be there. Then told us our warranty was holding it up.  We confirmed the warranty company authorized the purchase.  Then wouldn't return my husband's call or text.  This company is running on the back of a napkin.  Highly unprofessional.  My poor kids have had no AC for over 5 weeks.  RUN from this company.  

Contractor finally called back after my review and said they didn't like working with the Home warranty company and no longer wanted to do the work.  Then they shouldn't contract with the home warranty.  They know my family has had no air and kept lying to us saying that they were waiting on the warranty company.  20 days later they finally say sorry we just don't feel like doing it - all along telling us they were working on our behalf.  This company lacks complete integrity.
