We had Brandon from HammerHead Mechanical come out last week and do our summer service.  I was so impressed he was on time, polite and courteous. We felt he actually went above and beyond what others have done for us in the past. The thing we loved the most was how much he cared for our house and property. We purchased our home in Trilogy at Vistancia last year.  Our house sitter highly recommended Nick with the AC Team to do our annual maintenance.  Boy are we glad we did!  Nick is indeed honest, thorough, clean and reasonable! I have recommended Nick and will continue to do so to all my friends and neighbors.

Good experience.  I submitted a Yelp quote request late on a Thursday night, fully expecting not to hear back until the morning and not getting the problem repaired until after the weekend. Much to my surprise, I received a quote back immediately and they were also able to schedule us for a service call first thing the next morning.  Showed up exactly at 8am on Friday morning.  We had two running toilets rebuilt.  The plumber had parts for the first toilet, and had to get parts for the second toilet, came back to finish the job within about 90 minutes. Total repair was approx 3 hours including the trip to get the parts. Simple, fast, reasonable price (a little more than quoted elsewhere but we were willing to pay it for the speedy service).  We didn't get a receipt or any kind of payment confirmation immediately, but they did email it a few days later exactly as they explained they would. Toilets are working great now, thanks for your service!

After shopping around for handymen, I found John was a consistent in his prompt responses and no BS approach. He is an HVAC guy, but does some solid handyman work as well.

I have so far had him do some minor outside projects, as well as some demolitions work that he made an amazing job on. So far everything I have thrown his was has come out great, and I am very pleased with his results. I am already start to plan for more things that I need help with around the house.

At this time, he is my go-to handyman.

I called one place left a message still haven't heard back. I called Mike at 7:00pm and he was over by 8:00pm and had my A/C back on by 8:30 sweet very reasonable

Repairs were done quickly and professionally. They did a very good job, our Air conditioning as been working well ever since.

I choose this Sharp Air Conditioning because the reviews, but this was the worst mistake ever choosing them. All of this started June 2, 2022 with us calling to see if they would accept a 3rd party check, they said they do. Long story short everytime they would schedule us to get the work done I would take time off to make sure I was here but eventually got fired because Sharp Air Conditioning would never show up. So we have spent this whole summer WITHOUT AC. (Anyone in az knows how inhumane it is to not have ac). Well there excuse was they would try calling and I won't pick basically no communication but phones don't lie we have screenshots and call log recorded to prove them lying. Then turns out everyone else had priority over us and we needed up giving them a check for the full amount for the work and unit on June 27 2022 (almost a month later) then they scheduled us for July 7, 2022 at 12 (noon) I took off the whole day at my new job then everytime I would call, the time kept getting pushed back, I missed the call because it was 5pm (5 hours later than what they said) my wife had to get 3 teeth pulled and 2 root canals and needed a driver that is why I took the day off and scheduled her appointment to the latest time expecting the ac would be done around the time they said. I left a message for them but we were told this morning I was being rude with the message left so they dropped us. ***They keep deleting my review on google****

Nest Pro AZ installed my Nest Hello video door bell and did a great job! From my initial inquiry to completion of the job they made everything easy and convenient, I couldn't have asked for anything better.  Upon scheduling they had me text a few pictures of my existing doorbell/chime to see if it was compatible, (as I expected it wasn't), but from the pictures they could tell me exactly what the issue was, how they would fix it, and were able to determine the necessary parts and brought them to the install which I so appreciated! (No second appointment needed- one and done!)  Everyone I worked with (Anastasia and Ralph) were both professional and personable.  Ralph got my doorbell up and running in no time and showed me how to use the features.  Thank you Nest Pro AZ!

Excellent responsive technicians. Always happy with they come to check out my HVAC system and stick around to explain when I have questions.

Our shower leaked. The technician, Brian Garcia, gave us a free estimate. When I scheduled the appointment I was given a two hour window (which I was very happy with so I didn't have to wait around all day!) Brian called when he was on his way, and he even offered to come earlier. I also received a text message with Brian's name and photo so I felt safe. His estimate was definitely fair. He was nice and polite and professional. He told me about other services they offer but was not pushy at all.   We will most definitely call Plumb Smart again for all of our plumbing needs! Highly recommend! Thank you Brian Garcia!

This company took advantage of us on a holiday service call and charged outrageously for parts and labor that didn't fix the problem.

Didn't show up multiple times after scheduling an appointment.   In both cases I took off work to be there. Then told us our warranty was holding it up.  We confirmed the warranty company authorized the purchase.  Then wouldn't return my husband's call or text.  This company is running on the back of a napkin.  Highly unprofessional.  My poor kids have had no AC for over 5 weeks.  RUN from this company.  

Contractor finally called back after my review and said they didn't like working with the Home warranty company and no longer wanted to do the work.  Then they shouldn't contract with the home warranty.  They know my family has had no air and kept lying to us saying that they were waiting on the warranty company.  20 days later they finally say sorry we just don't feel like doing it - all along telling us they were working on our behalf.  This company lacks complete integrity.
