Could not be happier - friend recommended they came out the same day (its 108 degree day) found the problem fixed the problem cleaned out the units and showed me where previous company had failed.... HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Literally can not say enough good things about our tech Christian who came out to save us today! So professional, honest and kind in how he assessed and fixed our AC issue. Highly recommend this company.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Grand Canyon A/C and Martin.  They were called out by our warranty company yesterday am and came within a few hours.  They worked with Trane and Fidelity and had the repair done the same day.  Martin and his crew were professional, quick and got the job done!  I'm very impressed!

I needed some parts to rebuild a refrigerator  and they were SO helpful! They were able to get everything I needed, fast! The prices were very reasonable.  To top it off... there was one part I forgot to order and they were able to get that one to me the same day! You rarely see customer service that outstanding these days!

A man named Val came out and got our faulty A/C up and running within 10mins of arriving. We were worried we would have to sweat through the night before our problem would be fixed but this guy fixed it and had our house cooling back down in no time. We were surprised someone would come out so late too, we knew it was a stretch to get someone out so quickly and late at night on a weekend but these guys pulled through. True customer service. We had Jason come out to our condo 3 years ago to work on our rental AC.  Today he came  to our condo for AC tuneup..  Timely, efficient and super friendly.  Thanks Jason.

I have been using this family owned company for my home and business for years. I have had first class service from them. Jason who is the son has taken over for his father who is in remission from cancer. He also is a very kind and caring man who taught his son well. I have called Jason on crazy hours and yes even Saturday and Sunday and they always fit me in. I have sent him to my parents on a Sunday he came out and fixed the problem. He is  very reliable and very kind and caring. Jason I cant THANK YOU enough! If I had known about them being on Yelp I would Have shared this sooner!

Ian contacted me on a weekend when Nest thermostat wasn't working properly. I set it up and went on the roof to look everything over. Good communication. Showed up on time. Completed the job as expected. Charged a very reasonable fee. I will call them again next time I need any AC services. Will update this review if anything changes.

We love our new a/c from Wolff Mechanical.  Our sales person and installation crew were both very professional.   Can't believe we waited so long to upgrade our system. Wish we would have done so sooner.  This unit is so quiet and has a two stage cooling system.  It makes such a difference in our home!

I purchased an annual service contract with Howard Air earlier this year.  This week I had a situation where my 3 year old Trane was having a cooling issue so I called and asked to have someone look at it.  Today, Henry from Howard Air came to diagnose the system and once he isolated the issued preceeded to repair it.   He took time to explain everything to me and why he was doing it made sure I knew the best way to operate the system now that it was repaired.  I know Howard Air is a Trane Comfort Specialist, an Elite dealer and appreciate Henry's knowledge and his professionalism.  I am so pleased with Howard Air and Henry who is the face of the company with the customer.  As a business owner, I so appreciate an employee that provides that level of customer service.  Thank you Howard Air and thank you Henry.

Met with Tony Carter from Red Mountain Air Conditioning.  Company is experienced in commercial and custom residential heating and air conditioning installation as well as commercial and residential repair and maintenance.  They pride themselves in doing high quality work at a competitive price.  They also do residential replacement systems.  I met Tony through the Gilbert Chamber where I also have met some customers of Red Mountain.  I hear that they are prompt, courteous, professional and do excellent work.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.  I had them install a new HVAC system thru Costco.  Costco has since dumped them.  I bought a semi annual inspection package with the units.  I am forgetting the remaining semi annual checks because all they do is serve as a vehicle for this company to come in and make additional money.  

Every check up visit is a strong-arm sales pitch.  Once they claimed they found a defective part (still under warranty)  which they said needed to be changed.  They showed me the defective part which was appeared to have burst.  I said ok and they ended up charging me $231 for a service maintenance call for 5 minute - yes 5 minutes work - while they were already there on the semi annual check.  The service tech made a point to throw the defective piece in our trash in front of me.  I went in the house and happened to come back out and he was fishing the part out of our garbage and put it in his truck.  My guess - use the defective part on a couple more customers.  Rip off artists.
