Martin was awesome! He came out on a Saturday afternoon and after checking the outside unit and the attic unit, he determined we needed a new thermostat. After installing the new thermostat he went outside, with us, to show us how we can clean  the coils on our condensing unit to help extend the life of the coils and the fan motor. Thank you Martin we really appreciated you coming out on a Saturday afternoon and getting our A/C up and running.

I showed up to this place on a Friday afternoon at 4:45pm and they said they close at 5pm.  With one car in the parking lot, I thought for sure they closed early.  NOPE!  
I walked in and was greeted by the nicest lady. She took the part I brought in and compared it to what she had in stock.  She even took out her voltmeter and confirmed my part was dead.
She wasn't really sure if she had the correct part. So she called Kevin to confirm.  Kevin confirmed that she had the correct part.  
I'm a do it  myself kinda person.  Trying to get certain HVAC and other parts can be really difficult sometimes.  Kevin even gave me his number in case I had a question when installing the new part.

It's nice to have found an honest business with genuine people.  
I came home, put the new part on..... and I've got nothing but cool air going on now.

Just had my first experience using Valleys Best thru a home warranty referral for problems with my A/C.  In June, in AZ, A/C problems are serious matters but I've heard that contractors referred by home warranty companies can sometimes take days or weeks to respond. That was not the case with Valley's Best. They responded the very next morning after I submitted my request for service. The technician came the very same morning, parts came in the next day and were installed within 2 days. The technicians Adam and Chase were professional, responsive, arrived on time and communicated exactly what was being done and why. I am very impressed with their level of service and commitment and highly recommend Valley's Best!!

I have been using this family owned company for my home and business for years. I have had first class service from them. Jason who is the son has taken over for his father who is in remission from cancer. He also is a very kind and caring man who taught his son well. I have called Jason on crazy hours and yes even Saturday and Sunday and they always fit me in. I have sent him to my parents on a Sunday he came out and fixed the problem. He is  very reliable and very kind and caring. Jason I cant THANK YOU enough! If I had known about them being on Yelp I would Have shared this sooner!

I called because my AC went out and needed tech to come out asap as I have a 6 month old and the temp inside was rising. I spoke to this company whom advised me they were currently on a job and won't be able to come out for 3-4 hours, which I was ok with. Right on time the tech called me and said he was 30 minutes out and was on his way.

Fast forward 1.5 hours, I called back and the number went to voicemail. I sent a text asking for an updated eta...still nothing.

Completely unprofessional to ghost a customer especially when you said you were on the way. I am entirely understanding that you guys are busy and it's hot af. I would have even been cool if you called back and asked to come out tomorrow morning. But you didn't. Not cool man.

Ended up going with Dependable Air. They were out within and hour and had me running again in no time.

Working with Semper Solaris was a pleasure. Dennis walked us through all our options for the system. He made everything very understandable and let us know what to expect every step of the way. The rest of the Semper Solaris team also communicated very well and kept us updated on the project. They handled all the paperwork and made the entire process very simple.Thank you Dennis and the Semper Solaris team!

Had them install our AC system 7 years ago and the past few years have had problems. First the fan came off. They said this sometimes happens and it was not covered under warranty. Funny how they did the install and have done all of the service and maintenance, but sometimes this happens? On the latest issue we called them as the unit was not cooling. The first technician arrives and tells us he can not go on the roof and check out it out as he is recovering from surgery. We told them the unit was on a steep pitched roof and they send someone out that can't go on a roof. After calling they sent out another tech (Kenneth - great guy, professional 5 stars for him) who took care of the issue (another item that should have been covered by warranty due to improper installation. They told us the manager would call us on Monday, but we never got a call. Guess they don't want our business, bye!

I purchased an annual service contract with Howard Air earlier this year.  This week I had a situation where my 3 year old Trane was having a cooling issue so I called and asked to have someone look at it.  Today, Henry from Howard Air came to diagnose the system and once he isolated the issued preceeded to repair it.   He took time to explain everything to me and why he was doing it made sure I knew the best way to operate the system now that it was repaired.  I know Howard Air is a Trane Comfort Specialist, an Elite dealer and appreciate Henry's knowledge and his professionalism.  I am so pleased with Howard Air and Henry who is the face of the company with the customer.  As a business owner, I so appreciate an employee that provides that level of customer service.  Thank you Howard Air and thank you Henry.

Let me just say, the last time our AC went out, my husband and I nearly got divorced. I don't tolerate heat well, and trying to find lodging for two senior citizen dogs and a one eyed cat is just plain stressful. So, after spending all night on the phone after the storm with every AC company in the valley, I was relieved when Red Mountain called me the next morning to schedule same day service. Luis was my technician. Not only did he show up hours early, he fixed the problem quickly and was very reassuring. Luis was so personable and his smile was infectious. And as grumpy as I was, I couldn't help but smile back. Thanks!!

I am a retired Building Inspector and know HVAC.  The mark of a great company is how they respond to a problem because every company has problems.  The technician created a false report that I had 3 capacitors that needed replacing.  Wanted over $1,000 to replace.  I had replaced them less than 2 years ago.  Got a 2nd HVAC company to check and all 3 capacitors are GOOD.  Manager said he would talk to the tech after I wrote a letter showing what was false and including 2nd company's test results.  I got a garbage letter back.  I checked the ROC website.  Their license is already SUSPENDED.  I have written a complaint to the ROC.
