Wise Mechanical is a family owned and operated Licensed, Bonded and Insured company with a clean history for reliable, honest service. We service residential homes, commercial buildings, dry clean machines, custom closed loop chillers and process equipment in the semiconductor industry. We have been serving the valley for over 10 years as well as 8 years throughout the world in the semiconductor industry. Offering sales, service, installation and repair of all major brands.
HISTORY
Established in 1998.
Joe Wise worked with his Father, Nels, who was in the business himself for 30+ years, and gained much valuable knowledge. Over the years, he has expanded the business to many parts of the valley to provide quality service. Joe values and encourages great pride in workmanship, he also strives for outstanding customer satisfaction. These values are shown through Wise Mechanicals perfect record with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors, customer satisfaction reviews, and letters of recommendation. Owner Joe has two children, Markie and Joey Jr., who both now attend college in the valley. Daughter Markie works alongside Joe to help continue to bring fantastic quality service to Wise Mechanical's customers every day.

As a business owner myself for over 18 years, I have come to appreciate small family owned businesses. I make a point to keep a promise of running the most loyal, honest, and customer oriented company as I possibly can! In my free time, I very much enjoy spending time with my son and daughter, hiking, traveling, and seeing new places. Being an Arizona native, I thoroughly enjoy the awesome weather year 'round in the gorgeous desert filled hills of Cave Creek.

Very professional approach to our problems..within a short period of time the issue was resolved! I asked Joe Wise (the owner) if he like do a check our HVAC units for wintertime..he suggested I wait until it got colder & he would check at that time! I appreciated his honest approach as he indicated I'd be better waiting!
No question that we will use Wise Mechanical again. Jim is very approachable,listens intensively & is only interested in doing work in a professional manner. The charge was fair & reasonable!

Wise Mechanical came through for us again with a quick response and quality service. This time to replace the motor in our condenser that provides A/C to our room addition. They are the best!!

Sorry for the delay of the rating. Somehow I got side tracked. Apparently, easy at my age. Joe was very prompt in addressing my a/c problem, and corrected and repaired the unit. I recommend Wise Mechanical for service and repair.

Joe and his Son came out today to check on our A/C system today which appeared to be slower then normal. We were very impressed with their service and knowledge. We moved into our 20 year old house 10 months ago and had the system serviced at that time by a different company . At that time we indicated that the airflow in our Master B/R was insufficient. The guy told us to change the registers which we did with little difference. Today Joe offered several reasons for this issue and checked on the ducting. He said excess ducting appeared to be the issue. He was also able to check the system and indicate the reason the a/c appeared hesitant to kick in this afternoon. He made several suggestions to improve its efficiency, keeping doors open and opening all of the vents etc. We realize that eventually the 20 year old system would need to be replaced but he didn't try to sell us anything immediately. We appreciated his thoroughness ( including climbing into that hot attic) and honesty. His price for the service call was reasonable too.
I called Wise Mechanical to service my HVAC system based on the reviews I saw. I can say that the reviews don't lie. Outstanding service and very professional. Joe serviced my system and made necessary repairs to keep me cool this spring and summer. Definitely will use again to keep my system running smooth.

I have used Wise Mechanical a few times for my air conditioning unit going out in the middle of summer. Both times, Joe was extremely prompt getting back to me and had the problem fixed within a few hours. He also seemed to be genuinely concerned about getting my system up and running as fast as possible so I could stay in my home comfortably. I would absolutely recommend Wise Mechanical and will use them in the future for any problems that may come up.
Our heating went out in the coldest part of the winter, and our house got down to just at 60 degrees. I found Wise Mechanical and sent them an email as it was late at night. Joe, the owner emailed me back first thing in the morning. Kevin came out and spent over 30 minutes just looking at the wiring, as I watched. Did all the testing and thought it was the board.
Joe and Kevin came out to install the board and found it was just a switch on the side that had been turned off from the previous AC company that came out this last summer. They charged me for their time, and I happily paid.
I am thrilled I have found my heating and A/C company, and will refer them to my neighbors and friends. Joe stands behind his work, and is a very ethical family man with a son in the same school as my son.
I highly recommend Wise Mechanical for anyone looking to get their heating or air conditioning fixed!

Great local small business. The kind your grateful for having the phone number for. Mike answered the phone, cam over same day and fixed my AC on the spot. I thought it was going to be the compressor but it was something much less expensive. Very fair price and very professional.

We have been using Wise Mechanical for our air conditioning and heating repairs and maintenance for over a year now. Joe is outstanding and provides fantastic service. We moved into a 20-year old house last year and signed up for Joe's annual maintenance program. Within the 1st 6 months we had to have 2 or 3 repairs done and Wise Mechanical always came immediately and had our a/c up and running in no time. Thanks Joe!
