Five40 Remodeling didn't just build for more beautiful bathrooms than we could have dreamed  of, but they were so careful to ensure that the bathroom would be more durable than the one we had to replace. They took care to replace all of the wood that had been rotted from years of moisture, they sealed the wall with an extra layer of non-permeable material, they cut and recut the tile to make sure they fit was perfect. It was incredible! All this while maintaining a pleasant and professional attitude. They were so good to my 9 month old puppies, who would have been annoying to anyone else, and were so genial that my puppies actually waited for them to arrive as though they were old friends. They took care to lay plastic on my floor and carpet and were always on time. They responded promptly to any email or text requests and outperformed our expectations. I will recommend them to anyone wanting to work on their house.

They replaced our previous shower. The new one is top notch! Including being beautiful and easy to keep clean!

I highly recommend Your Garage Cave! The owners were great to work with & are passionate about what they do. The work was done in just a couple hours and it looks absolutely incredible! It completely transformed the garage space. I had other contractors here the day that they did it, and they were very impressed, too. Especially with how quickly they were able to prep/grind the surface. It also caught my neighbor's attention as they were walking by, and they're looking forward to getting theirs done now, too.

Had a great experience working with Deb @ the Glendale Baker Bros location. Being a new home owner there are many things in the to do list. I walked in shared photos of my kitchen and we started pulling tile to fit the space. The experience from the initial walk in to day of tiles being laid was EASY. Tony his team literally saved me from a nightmare.  I hired someone who was getting their company up and going to make my brick wall higher in my backyard.  It was originally only 5ft tall and everyone could see in my backyard. This new company completely botched the wall and was not unstained it correctly.  I had to fire them on the spot but they've already created such a mess.  I contacted Tony to come check out the horrible job to see if he could provide me a estimate. He came out the next day and let me know what all needed to be done to correct the issue and finish the job.  The estimate was a fairly priced for the work ahead.  I agreed and he came back the next day with his team.  They had my wall done within hours which included reinforcing and correcting the problem from the first company.  He was super professional,  cleaned up their mess ALONG with the previous company mess  and the communication was great. My A/C stopped working last July.  Cruz at CHA was recommended by Flores at Flores Air Conditioning and Heating because Flores was backed up for a week with appointments.  Cruz came out about 90 minutes after speaking with him and he walked me through the different possibilities of what might be wrong with my A/C.  He determined the compressor was going bad and given the age of the unit (17 years), probably best was to replace the entire unit outside.  He rigged up the unit to continue working and he was out the following morning at 6:30 AM to replace the unit.  Very professional work and I highly recommend CHA.

They are locally owned and managed.   They were able to work with our schedule and on time, efficient.  Our carpets came out beautifully and we will definitely use them again!

I reside in Phoenix and there are several different jobs that I have hired Garcia's Handyman such as changing out my security doors, placing new gutters and am very satisfied with his work.  He recently painted my house and was extremely thorough.   I love the way it turned out and will be hiring him again in the future.

We hired Jonathan to remodel my mom's home around December 2022 and the project was finished early April 2023. I am super impressed with him: he's reliable, very accommodating and receptive to changes, great with communication, and he has great connections to get pretty much anything done. Labor and pricing are probably the most reasonable I've seen. Jonathan is quick to resolve issues and we had a great experience. I would definitely work with him again for another remodel in the future.

Consider yourself lucky if you get the opportunity to work with Keith and Roger! From minute one you could tell the team was honest and only concerned with helping you achieve your goals. Keith our lead was knowledgable and happy to guide us, he gave me advice along the way that saved us a ton of money!

The bid was beyond reasonable given the current market - we were blown away - hands down best contractor experience I have ever had!

This company came across as the answer to all of our problems....$2000 later..... MORE PROBLEMS.  I want to cry problems.  
Our Tile was installed beautifully with the wrong color grout.  We found Mexican Tile Restoration who said they could stain our grout to any color that we wanted.
The day the crew came my husband told Dave (owner) that the floor needed to be  vacuumed  (we have dogs) and even offered to do so himself. Dave assured him that the floor would be thoroughly vacuumed before they stained the grout. The tile would need to be sealed for a final time after they fixed the grout.  My husband has been diligently working on sealing the grout and its been taking forever.  I decide its time I try to help and get things moving a little faster which is very hard when you have a toddler and a baby.  The closer I get to it, the more I realize that this job is a total, complete scam.  There is dog hair woven all through out the "new  grout color".  They did not vacuum.  They did not prep.  I approached my husband and he said that he had gone through all of the emotions I was feeling right now and thats what has been taking him so long.  He was going through and picking out each solitary hair with a knife  before he could lay down the sealer.  Hours and hours of extended prep work to do a normal sealant job.  It would have taken less time to change the grout color ourselves.  When my husband confronted Dave, he said that they vacuumed the floor 3 times before staining the grout. He claimed every time they moved furniture there was more dog hair and they couldn't do anything about it. Keep in mind we only have 2 dogs and they stay in a back room and don't have free run of the house. Also, the pictures taken here are in the hallway and there is absolutely no furniture in the hallway. In addition to the dog hair problems, they were quite sloppy with the grout stain. See this picture where grout joints were completely missed and tiles were "painted" with grout stain (are they drunk?) Overall, Dave is a smooth talker, who talks about how sloppy every other crew is, but in reality him and his crew are just careless slobs as well. I would not recommend this company if you are somebody who cares about detail.

Joe was GREAT to work with and on top of it!  Frank did a beyond EXCELLENT job with my kitchen back splash!  A hard glass tile was used, making the job that much more difficult.  It turned out perfect!  We could not be more HAPPY with the outcome, the cost, and GRATEFUL for their work ethic and Franks passion for perfection.  We highly recommend Envy Flooring LLC!

Re-bath completely redid one bath and converted a tub/shower combo to a stand alone shower in a second bath.  The bath that was the complete remodel also had a tub/shower converted to a zero-barrier shower with grab bars.  The design consultation was quick and thorough.  Even though I already knew much of what I wanted, the designer had no problem going with the flow, but also making suggestions that would work well.  The cost was higher that doing the jobs piecemeal, but much less than other companies were charging.  The biggest plus was that we were scheduled within 8 weeks and no one else could get to our job for 6 months.  I also liked that none of the work (like electric or plumbing) was subbed out.  

On the first day we met the very awesome Alex Chavez, who was the lead on our job.  He texted daily (before arriving and end-of-day wrap-up), got to the job site early, asked exactly the right questions, and boy does he work quick (but never sloppy).  I've honestly never seen a tub come out and go out the door so quickly.  The crew also did a great job of protecting our floors, kept dust to a minimum, and cleaned up daily.  He had several assistants at various times.  The job finished right on schedule, and it's gorgeous!  I don't think I've ever had a remodel project (and there's been plenty) go so smoothly.  I would highly recommend, and will happily do business with them again.

Jason came in on a Monday the fallowing week on Wednesday had Hugo and another employee come and install just under 1,000sq ft of tile in 2 days and a couple hours. Hugo was great helpful as well as Jason. I would recommend CFS Installations to anyone. Great prices great.
