Best Flooring Contractors in Phoenix, AZ

Seemed very nice and responsive at first.  Came to the house to see the job and write up a quote - never heard from him again.

Edit: Response to my review is misleading.  It was a project much larger than just countertops, and I found someone that was willing to do just the countertop if that's what made the most sense.  Skyler did not respond to this inquiry/suggestion.  It wasn't as if I waited 4 days, got impatient, and wrote a review.  I waited 13 days and not a peep.  Skyler did reach out to me with apologies after seeing the review, which I appreciate.

I live in an older home so I am constantly having people in to tune up or fix something. I hired Five40 for a attic remodel to provide storage and even on the first day could tell these guys were on another level compared to the previous contractors we had hired.  The attention to detail and craftmanship was so amazing that I ended hiring them to do multiple other projects. They are meticulous about cleaning up at the end of the day and left me with absolutely no mess (or dust) to pick up at the end of the project. I felt prices were very fair and estimates were right on every time. The crew was always on time and communication with the crew and Shannon (owner) was continuous to make sure that I was always in the loop on the progress of the projects. I plan on hiring this company in the future for other projects and would absolutely recommend them without hesitation!

Shower & Bath Connection has done four major remodeling projects for us between 2011 and 2020.  That includes complete (down to the studs) remodels of the kitchen, two bathrooms, and the exterior of our house, as well as the addition of a new large en suite.  In the process we had ceilings raised, new floors put in throughout, walls removed (and added), and what could only be described as a complete overhaul and upgrade of the entire house, inside and out.  
We've heard contractor-related horror stories from friends, but we we had no such thing with S&B.  Lon and his crew, including subcontractors, were exceptional every time.  Indeed, Lon is amazing!  Quality and customer satisfaction always came first, and the end result turned our rather average 1950's house into the crown jewel showcase of our neighborhood (and beyond).  We can't say enough about how easy Lon was to work with, how professional and courteous he and his crew were, and how excellent the results were.  He even got everything done ON TIME, every time.  I've met few business people with as much honesty and integrity as Lon.  
We highly recommend Shower & Bath Connection.  We gladly give it 5 stars -- If we could give more, we would!

Garage floor looks great!!  Excellent service and product. We also had our back patio done (different product) and that turned out just as good as the garage floor.

They did such a good job, we are now using them to install ceiling racks in the garage.

Tony his team literally saved me from a nightmare.  I hired someone who was getting their company up and going to make my brick wall higher in my backyard.  It was originally only 5ft tall and everyone could see in my backyard. This new company completely botched the wall and was not unstained it correctly.  I had to fire them on the spot but they've already created such a mess.  I contacted Tony to come check out the horrible job to see if he could provide me a estimate. He came out the next day and let me know what all needed to be done to correct the issue and finish the job.  The estimate was a fairly priced for the work ahead.  I agreed and he came back the next day with his team.  They had my wall done within hours which included reinforcing and correcting the problem from the first company.  He was super professional,  cleaned up their mess ALONG with the previous company mess  and the communication was great. We have been using Cruz for everything for more than 9 years. He installed all of the new air conditioners in two houses we bought, and maintained and repaired the units in our current house. He always explains the costs, and never pushes a more expensive repair. He is prompt, courteous, and very personable. We would never consider using anyone but Cruz.

Great service. The price was unbeatable. About half the price of competitors. The installation was quick and the result is perfect. Paul went out of his way a couple times to deliver and pick up carpet samples. I would highly recommend Integrity carpet and flooring to anyone looking for a great service at a great price.

Kevin is an expert craftsman and consummate professional. He was communicative, punctual, and a pleasure to work with. Our bathroom looks AMAZING! I highly recommend Kevin for quality work at a fair price.

I reside in Phoenix and there are several different jobs that I have hired Garcia's Handyman such as changing out my security doors, placing new gutters and am very satisfied with his work.  He recently painted my house and was extremely thorough.   I love the way it turned out and will be hiring him again in the future.

Jon and his team are wonderful to work with. I needed my kitchen and bathroom remodeled and was lost on choosing a design. It was for a rental property and I had a budget but also didn't want to cut corners on the design. Very efficient, and met the budget and time line. I look forward to using him on future projects.

Keith and his crew were awesome from start to finish. I worked with Keith to complete a kitchen and master shower renovation. The tile work by Carlos is simply the BEST I've seen. The guy measures twice and cuts once and it all fits perfect. Paul the plumber knows his job inside and out!! The electricians used were great as well, despite the spray foam insulation they were able to put in new outlets and move others.

Keith is a hands on GC that goes above and beyond to make you happy as a customer. His easy professional style  is beyond his years in the industry.

If you're looking for a contractor give Keith a call!!

Very disappointed  - we had our floors stripped and sealed- now they are all peeling and look horrible -  we were very careful & only used PH cleaners the company recommended ( so this wouldn't happen) Would not recommend .

Joe was GREAT to work with and on top of it!  Frank did a beyond EXCELLENT job with my kitchen back splash!  A hard glass tile was used, making the job that much more difficult.  It turned out perfect!  We could not be more HAPPY with the outcome, the cost, and GRATEFUL for their work ethic and Franks passion for perfection.  We highly recommend Envy Flooring LLC!

The one star is solely for the installer Adrian Ruiz Flores. He did a great job and was thorough and professional. The sales person I worked with was rude and unprofessional.  The high pressure sales person refused to leave my house at consultation until I gave him the business.  I was uncomfortable and unsure and wanted to think it over but he keep on and on about what does he have to do to earn my business TODAY!  Finally agreed to get him out of my house. I was never contacted by phone or email to schedule the install, I called to schedule. No one called or emailed that the installer was going to be 5 hours late, I had to reach out.  I emailed my frustration and the response was they are busy and basically I should understand. I reached out to the President regarding all of the issues and am still waiting for her response 8 days later.  Do yourself a favor and hire someone else that will treat you with respect.

They initially installed my counter top in granite tiles. A day after the job was done I noticed the corner tile was cracked. I figured no one would see it, so left it and it eventually broke off. I tried for 2 months to get them to come out and repair it, but they put me off and told me to go to Monterrey Tile. I couldn't even get an appointment. They just don't want to mess with repairs or stand behind their work. Their phone mailbox is usually full so you can't leave a message, and they don't answer the phone. So I've ended up texting back and forth for 2 months now, and they have just given me the run around saying they are "backlogged". In the end I should have gone somewhere else right away.

We hired them to lower our two tiered countertop and install new quartz countertops. Everything was going good until out counter cracked a few months after install. They won't respond to anything even though the counter is warrantied by the manufacturer. Beware that if anything goes wrong, they won't respond.
