Beck's flooring was excellent. We were looking to extend our main tile in to the bedrooms/den and put new tile in bathrooms. The job required removal of carpet and demoing of our original tile. Misty was very responsive to my inquiry, responding within the hour. Within a few days, Dave came out to measure and we had a quote within a couple days. The pricing was competitive and they were able to order the tile and deliver it. The installers, Guy and Mike were so great! You could tell they care about their work. We have two kids, and they kept their beds assembled so they had a place to sleep. We really enjoyed having them!

We are considering redoing our showers with tile and we will absolutely go with Becks'! Highly, highly recommend if you're looking for superb quality work at a competitive price!

Reached out via Yelp and provided all details required for a quote. After a couple of phone and text exchanges the price went up two more times even though the reasons given were already provided in the initial contact. Ended up having another company do the work for better price.

In response to Becky: We did discuss the carpet removal and it was even mentioned in the Yelp quote request. Your first quote also mentions you would do baseboards and furniture removal, but when I offered to do that myself you only agreed to not raise the price again.

Beck's flooring was great to work with. Great communication upfront. Had LVP put in the entire house, I was able to save some money by tearing out the carpet, baseboards, and carpet tack-strips myself before they arrived. The installers did a great job and were punctual, genuine, and friendly. I would use Beck's Flooring again.

I got several bids for a simple flooring job -- replace laminate with vinyl in a portion of a large "great room." Beck's came in in the middle of the price range of the estimates/bids received. I decided to go with them based on the excellent Yelp reviews. Sometimes cheaper isn't always the right choice. Especially when you're dealing with something that you'll see every day for 20-30 or more years.

While there was a bit of an issue with the installation, Beck's proved their mettle by returning and dealing with it. That's where this company really shines. The installers were incredibly nice and courteous and provided real white glove service. The floor is truly gorgeous. Misty was always kind and courteous. The guys and Dave were congenial and everything we discussed was worked out in the end. I attribute this to their attitude that they want their customers happy, not just a completed job under their belts.

Proceed in confidence when engaging Beck's Floor Installations. This company will not leave until everything is looking and working good.

Solicited multiple quotes from different folks. Beck's wasn't the cheapest and wouldn't have the job done the soonest BUT after talking to them on the phone, we felt the most comfortable with Beck's. Clearly we made the right decision. Guy & Michael did great work and clearly care about their craft. They will be our go to tile guys moving forward.

We hired Becks to change out or large staircase from carpet to LVP. Dave came out for the initial estimate and it seemed very reasonable. They were able to book us very soon after our material came in. Troy and Rob were our installers and they did an excellent job. Our stairs look a thousand times better! I highly recommend Beck's :)

Our saga begins when Dave came to our park model to do an estimate for replacing our existing laminate flooring.

Dave walked in, took a look at our kitchen floor and said, "You have a water problem. You need to call your insurance company NOW. To which I said, "WE DO?!!" and "WE DO?!!" We had no idea that our seven year old Frigidaire refrigerator's, just replaced, filter was spewing water every time we got a glass of water, or when the ice maker refilled the ice tray.

Dave continued to do the estimate, and we called the insurance company who had a mitigation company out to our place in a couple of hours.

Skip ahead five weeks: the underlayment is dry, and ready for the new flooring.

We had set an install date, and Misty said that the installers, Bob and Bob, father and son, would be at our house at 8:30 am, and it should take a couple of days to install our flooring.

The guys showed up at 8:30 am, on the dot. They were punctual, polite, fun to be around, and efficient with their time, (if I left them alone). They had great attention to detail, and when they left for the day, they cleaned up after themselves, so we didn't have to worry about tripping over material, or tools, like so many craftsmen I have had, in the past.

If you are looking for a quality, professional company to install new flooring, I would highly recommend Beck's Floor Installation. And if you are lucky, as we were, maybe you'll get Bob and Bob, to do the installation.

Becks Flooring did a fantastic job installing new luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout our "new to us" home in Queen Creek. We believe these are the best floors we have ever had in a home. We were still living 750 miles away while the job was being done, and Becks delivered big time. Our friends in the area were able to check in on progress for us, but that was really unnecessary. Beck's crew was on the job, Dave did a great job laying things out, and Misty was excellent in communicating all that we needed to know. The work was completed in a timely fashion and very reasonably priced. At first, we were going to go with LVP from another flooring store, but timing was an issue, and it turns out the quality was not the best. We are very happy we opted to buy our flooring from Beck's as well as have them install it. The timing was perfect and we could not be happier with our floors. We highly recommend Beck's Flooring!

At least a gentleman showed up to quote project.He wasn't the most joyful type.He expressed I will have to remove tile and flooring myself. He brought out sample for the kitchen that I liked.He never showed me samples of tile for the bathroom.He measured rooms.He stated before he left he would Email the quote to me. In the sales businesses that means he thinks I'm not interested..a way out of the project.I worked in the garage doors and Marble business know the game.I never got the quote from the Email.I really need this done.

Misty and her talented and skillful professionals were just awesome to work with. Misty was so expeditious and helpful when it came to telling us how much material to buy for our 2 bathroom showers which we had her team completely revamp in their entirety. We had minimal leftover materials to speak of. From day one when "Guy" and "Micheal" first showed up, my wife and I could immediately tell these two guys were quite experienced. In fact, we all became good friends during the 2 weeks they had spent on our projects. One bathroom had 2' x 4" tiles and the other bathroom had 12" x 24" tiles installed. Both sizes were stylish and exotic. Both Guy and Mike couldn't wait to start the job with the anticipation of how both bathrooms would turn out. Needless to say, everyone was extremely ecstatic on how both bathroom showers looked when they were finished. Let's just say, the master bathroom looks like it could be easily seen in Caesar's Palace.

Thank you all for your hard work and dedication to our project. By the way, Guy & Mike sure know how to safely social distance and make everyone safe while they work. Wink, wink. Cheers.

Becks flooring was an easy decision. After initial conversation, I had them come out and do the measure. They were very detailed and we, equally asked a lot of questions. Very responsive and very easy to work with.
I had some questions and wanted to get some clarification on the different products that were available, and they even opened up their shop on the weekend to allow me to come in and take a look. Once all the specifics were decided on, we schedule the install appointment.
Installer showed up on time and ready to go. They did an absolute amazing job. They had everything completed, furniture put back to where it belong and finished up the floor. I love my new flooring and would highly recommend them. Once I'm ready to do any additional rooms, I'll be giving them another call.

I had called in December for a quote. Dave came out soon after to give us a quote. I called in March to book Beck's to come do our floor. I had to push it out until May and they were very flexible. "We don't need the work we're busy enough"
-Actual words from technician in my home giving me a price quote

Technician showed up early for a scheduled estimate when I was in the middle of a zoom meeting for work, I asked him to wait a few minutes until meeting was over and went out to grab him, no big deal. Once he came back and entered my home his attitude changed entirely. He was refusing to answer questions, grumbling instead of using the words 'yes' or 'no', and otherwise doing everything he could to signal he was annoyed and pissed off. I tried to be professional and deal with it because I just really wanted to get this flooring job done. I repeatedly asked for samples and he said "well I don't know what you want you need to figure it out". That's funny because when Misty and I spoke on the phone she promised there would be samples brought over for me to look at.

The best part was once he realized the size of the flooring job was only 500sqft and started mentioning mimimim charges, he left my house literally saying, and I quote, "We don't need the work we're busy enough".

For anyone reading this review considering Beck, please note from the words of the technicians you invite into your home to offer a multi thousand dollar work contract, "We don't need the work".

First the good: The installers were great. Very polite, hard working and excellent quality workmanship. Also, the job was easy to schedule and completed on time.

What could have been better: I wish Dave would have educated us on which flooring product to pick. We picked a wood laminate flooring just based on the color samples he showed us. I later learned from the installers that almost no one uses this type of flooring anymore and everyone is going with vinyl plank flooring. The laminate is loud to walk on. You hear our dogs walk across the room in the middle of the night. Also, you can feel some give in the floor, which makes the floors feel cheap (not high end).

At the end of the day, the service was good, but overall we are not the happy with our new floors. If I had gotten more than one estimate, I probably would have learned about the different types of flooring. Unfortunately, I went with the only bid I got because Becks had such good reviews on Yelp.

One more thing...Dave was not here for the install, which was fine, but I would have thought that he or Misty would call after the job to see if we were happy. We never heard from anyone after the installers left.

Dave and Misty were very helpful in arranging for our new house flooring to be changed from carpet and tile to beautiful vinyl planks throughout all rooms. When Dave brought the samples over, the selection was exactly what we had asked for - mid to dark wood grains - with a few other options that made it very hard to choose a favorite one! The estimate was very detailed and the pricing was fair for the outstanding work Santiago did installing the floor. Every plank lines up, all the corners are perfectly tight to the walls, and the job was completed ahead of schedule. Would definitely recommend their services to anyone who's looking to remodel their living space. (Just as a side note, only the carpet was removed. Wherever there was tile, the wood planks were laid over it per our request, as this was a possibility).

I highly recommend David and his team. David is the owner and personally came to our house to look at what we were needing. They were honest and didn't try to up sell me on tearing out my tile as we had laminate on top of it. They were the most affordable and had the best samples out of everyone else we met. They did an absolutely amazing job. They were quick, efficient and the quality of product is exceptional.

I'm absolutely in love with my new floors. It brightens up our home so much. They were flexible with our needs and finished on time. We also got carpet installed and they are so soft. Everyone was professional and answered our questions or concerns. The only thing I wish I would have known in advance was the gap on our door frames after the installation. Our vinyl was thinner than our laminate so we will have to get that replaced. Not their fault but would have liked to know that it was possible so we could prepare for the fix and additional cost. I highly recommend this company! They exceeded my expectations.

I had luxury vinyl tile and new baseboard installed in my entire house. Beck's provided a quote very quickly and they were very reasonable. They moved my furniture (I moved the knick-knacks, light stuff, they moved the sofas, tables, beds) A crew of two - a father & son showed up on time every day, they worked the entire time and even sat on the bare floor while they ate lunch - I offered a table & chairs, but they insisted on sitting on the floor - they didn't want to get too comfortable and have a hard time going back to work. They were polite professional and most importantly, the job they did is amazing. I am still walking around the house trying to believe the difference. The trim work is excellent and they were to handle the unexpected hiccups that every home improvement job has with ease - they have seen pretty much everything and know the best way to solve problems for a professional look that will last. My hiccup happened to be a rusted toilet flange that was destroyed and could not be re-used - not their fault, not their job to replace. I was notified immediately and called a plumber to replace the flange. They secured the area, worked around the problem and made things easy for the plumber by removing some flooring so he had more room to work. I enjoyed their company and even though I am ecstatic to have the new floor, I will honestly miss seeing the installers every day - yes, they were that good. I highly recommend.

I wanted a family owned flooring company to replace our flooring.
Dave and Misty's were wonderful to work with. Santiago replaced our flooring with a SPC vinyl plank and he left daily cleaning up, laying the planks very well, and took his time to do it right. Julian and George replaced our carpet with new carpet in bedrooms and also did a very good job. I would highly recommend Beck's Floor Installations out of Mesa to anyone. These guys knew what they were doing and we are
very thankful. We had in the past, another home flooring project done and the service wasn't as clean as these guys were. The other project alot of glue was left around and other messes and mistakes.
Not with Beck's guys, Impeccable work. Thank you so very much for such great service!! Love my new looking home!

Highly recommend this company - they were cheaper than a flooring retail store that I visited, and super reliable and communicative. I had carpets replaced in a new home and timing was tricky between the close and the furniture arrival, and they were able to install the carpets within the narrow window I had. I hope to use them again when I save enough $$ to install hardwood floors!

Last year we had our floors throughout the house done, this year we had 3 bedrooms done. This company is the BEST. The comment that was made that made me feel warm and fuzzy "we do the job like we are doing our own home!!!" The gentleman were so helpful and even offered to help my husband move furniture. We recently had our cement floors stained and wanted to install wallbase in lieu of baseboards. We contacted several places (including one that gave an outlandish estimate without even measuring or looking through our whole home) Misty was really down to earth. She was great with communication and did a quick and thorough estimate. Robert installed our wall base and worked non-stop all day, was meticulous, and professional. He was also just a really nice guy. We LOVE the results and would absolutely hire them again.

I had the Becks out for an estimate. What a big disappointment. The owner who came out seemed like we were way too much trouble and didn't offer any insight into his product lines. His prices were good but it appears they work out of their garage because he didn't want us in the showroom. (Go to thumb tack, or carpet closeouts and you will see others with actual better prices and they even act like they want your business.) I said to myself how could I possibly buy from this man who thinks we are asking too many questions and really just wants us to buy so he can move on. They could create a wonderful buying atmosphere if they had a real salesperson. I have been in sales for years and this is a pathetic way to run a business. Needless to say I went elsewhere. Mr Beck needs to go back to charm school but I will give him credit for showing up and having samples so he gets 2 stars.

If you're looking for an honest, reputable and quality tile install business look no further ... Beck's Floor Installation's is a fantastic company and they deserve every high rating and positive review posted on this site. I am a real customer and not connected with them in any way shape or form. I selected them for my home tile install based on their yelp reviews and I was not disappointed. Misty is fantastic to work with and made sure everything went smoothly for our install. Guy and Mike arrived on time to do the install and they taped off the surrounding area and furniture. They have been working together for over 20-years and are a great team. They have the project coordinated and managed so that they trade off taking the lead for each major step ... from removal of our old tile, backer-board install, tile layout and cutting, floating and tile install. All this completed in one day, with specialty cuts, grouting and cleanup on day two. Again, they worked in concert with each other and they focused on every detail to make it all look perfect when completed. So yes, I highly recommend Beck's Floor Installation's and hope this review helps you find comfort in selecting them for your tile install needs.

Wow! This company did a great job! They installed 1500SF of luxury vinyl plank (entire house) and new base boards. The crew was great to work with and very professional. They were very particular about the quality of installation! They used Paradigm flooring which is great quality compared to some other brands that we looked at. Most impressive was that the interlocking parts of Paradigm flooring are durable and won't break off. Some other brands we looked at could be broken off with a small amount of pressure. I would highly recommend this company and Paradigm luxury vinyl plank.

Becks replaced the carpet on our stairs. I explained I had cats and needed a carpet that was durable and pet resistant. Dave showed up timely and showed me samples that would be best for our needs. He quoted me a very fair price that included removing the existing gross carpet. The installer showed up the next week and did a fantastic installation. We are so happy with their work. Pleasant experience all around. Dave gave us consult on best type of flooring for our home and installation went great with Troy. Very satisfied with the results. Good communication. We had a situation in that we needed an installer quickly. The person we had originally hired did not show up. We called Misty on Friday and she gave us a detailed bid of every thing they would have to do. We had already purchased our laminate and and new baseboard. Dave and Troy showed up the next day and got our great room, kitchen, and entry done. The came back on Labor day and Tuesday to finish the floor. We still had to stain and put polyurethane on the baseboards. Dave and Troy returned on Monday as planned and finished the job. They worked quickly and were very professional and friendly. We would hire them in a flash the next time we need flooring. Since we have rentals that may be sooner rather than later. The flooring looks great. We are very pleased that we made the change in installer.

This has to be one of the best experiences!!
I was looking to have some laminate put down and I found Beck's on Yelp. They had great reviews so I gave them a call. Misty came right out with samples and gave me a very detailed quote. I was putting laminate down in my kitchen and bathrooms. I later decided to have my stairs done also. Misty came right over and we updated the quote and scheduled the date.

The original plan was to tear up the tile and put the flooring down but Dave found that it was taking up the fire wall. He called me to discuss and he was able to put down over the tile.
Dave and Troy worked very hard and the results show. My floors and stairs look amazing!!!!

Can't say enough positive things about our experience with this company. Quality work at a fair and reasonable price. We just had wood look tile installed throughout our home, and are very happy with the results. Misty was easy to work with, Luis and the demolition crew were fantastic and Guy and Michael installed the tile flawlessly throughout the house. Professional, always on time, great communication and trustworthy. We are so glad the found this company and will definitely use them again.

Highly Recommend! From start to finish we were impressed with Beck's Floor Installations! We wanted to redo our flooring for about a year, but researched to make sure we got the right people to do it! So glad we were patient, because we found Misty and David Beck and their amazing install team, Guy and Mike. We cannot say enough good things about them! Misty was great at answering all our questions and is very responsive. Mike is great and took our measurements and helped pick a tile/grout, and it looks amazing in our home. Guy and Mike showed up the first day to do the job and we knew it was going to be a great experience! Both friendly, communicative, and reliable! Personality, and his impeccable attention to detail cannot be matched! We were replacing a bathroom vanity that went to the floor with one that stands up off of the floor on legs. We had tiled the bathroom years before and they tiled around the vanity. We had enough left over tile for this small space. Contacted several other tile companies and none of them wanted to deal with a a small job. After Becks gave us a quote we set up a time for them to do the work.
They showed up on time they did a super job you can not tell that anything has been done to the floor. They were also very meticulous in cleaning up when they were done.
We have one more bathroom to do and Becks will be called to do the tile in it. Highly recommend this company.

Beck's is great - came out did all the measurements, brought samples and away we went. The carpet that was chosen was no longer available and Beck's immediately called me with options. They already had options that matched the original choice. There was no change to the installation date and they showed up on time, cleaned up nicely and hauled away the old carpet. Definitely would recommend them and I'd use them again.

We had a great experience with the Becks! We had already purchased vinyl plank flooring with the intention of installing it ourselves. Well, we decided that wasn't an option. Started searching and most companies charge way too much and you have to buy your product from them. I found Becks floor install through Yelp and contacted them. Misty came out and was so helpful and knowledgeable and so reasonably priced we hired them.

Dave was able to come out the next week and it took only 2 1/2 days to lay about 1000 sq ft. The guys were always on time, they were very thorough, and I couldn't find any fault with the final result. They did a super job and fast! I would highly recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate to call on them for any future floor needs!

Thanks guys for all your help and hard work. We LOVE our floors!!

My family had a great experience with this company. I got quotes from 5 companies for having our flooring replaced. Misty came out to our house and beat the pants off of the rest of them. $800 less than our cheapest option straight off the bat, no negotiating required, no gimmicks.

Misty and Dave were accommodating when we had to postpone the job by two weeks due to a delay in delivering the flooring we ordered/ supplied for them to install. It took two days to both demo and install. Both days the crews were on time and respectful.

Thank you Misty! And thanks to Dave and Santiago and the rest of the install crew. Our flooring looks phenomenal and we are so grateful.

This is the place for terrific flooring.
The owner came out and measured. I did not have to go into the store.
He brought LOTS of samples. Gave us GREAT advise on types to use.
The installers were right on time. did a FABULOUS job. Tidy, and so efficient.
They cleaned up every speck of dust etc. The floor was spotless when they left!
I LOVE the choice of flooring!
And the Co. is just the BEST. Look no further, use Beck's flooring.

I thoroughly vetted Beck's Floor Installation before hiring them for a tile installation job, and I wasn't disappointed in the least. They were completely professional from start to finish, from pricing to promptness to courtesy to the finished job. It was a great relief to find them after navigating a field of questionable installers, some of whom seemed downright shady. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Beck's, and will certainly use them again.

If the option was there I would be giving Beck's flooring a 6* rating. They may not be the cheapest but they have definitely proven to be the best. Misty and Dave are kind honest people with professional installers that care about your home. We are very happy with the product. Installation was done on time exactly as scheduled. Just installed around 1,800 square feet of plank tile, master bathroom shower and tub and hall bath tub surround. Could not be more pleased with every aspect of this project. Dave and Misty are great to deal with and very attentive to your needs. The installation team was absolutely top notch and did a phenomenal job. I'm so glad I went with Beck's Flooring when I decided to have plank tile installed in dining and kitchen areas. Dave came out first, and provided all the details along with samples, all in a "no pressure" way. Once I made my decision, Guy and Mike came out to install. Really, it's an understatement to say these two guys are perfectionists and artists. I just shook my head in admiration as I saw all their precision cuts that made the planks go around corners, etc. Lastly, when all was done and I had a question about cleaning the flooring, I called Mistly and she patiently gave me all the details I needed. I just can't imagine a company being any better, in any way, than Beck's Flooring.

We selected Becks Flooring and couldn't be more pleased. We had about half our home flooring replaced and continued to reside in the home during the process so timing and punctuality are of the highest importance and Becks excels at these aspects of the project. The quality of the flooring (vinyl plank) products offered all met our expectations. The vinyl and tile installation team was first class. We have the unique opportunity to compare Becks process to an vinyl plank flooring install by one of the big box stores. We had a floor installed at a rental we own about a week after Becks finished our home install. We should have used Becks on the rental. We found out that when something unexpected occurs the big box store struggled to correct the problem. While in the end it worked out the pain and suffering wasn't worth saving a couple of bucks. We recommend Becks.

A great overall experience. I first reached out to Beck's Floor to get a quote, Misty took the time to explain their pricing, was completely upfront and I was able to quote the job myself (within a couple hundred of the actual quote). Since our job required stairs and baseboards, etc... I asked if they could come out to quote the upstairs job along with downstairs, and they came out and did a very complete examination of the job and talked about the "hidden" cost that may come up once the carpet is removed and the subfloor is revealed. We appreciated their honesty and thoroughness. They arrived on Tuesday, Dave and Troy, and they literally busted their asses everyday they were here, removing the nasty and stained carpet that was original to the house we bought. The new look is amazing, we couldn't be more pleased with how everything came out, the professionalism of the crew when they were here, and the fact that they didn't have any issues with us using our own flooring we purchased separately.

We love our floors, couldn't be more pleased, wish we could attach pics to show you all, but the pictures Beck's Floor Installations posted to this site are 100% indicative of the job they did here, thanks again!

We have tried to find a local business that would fix our rug our dog ripped up, and it was a huge mess for 2 years. Dave, used extra rugs materials we had saved and quickly found a solution to repair our rug and it looks great.

Beck's Floor Installations didn't have the carpet available, and ordered it from out of state. The carpet arrived much later than promised and Becky put the blame on somebody else. If you're trying to turn around a rental property and it takes two weeks to get the carpet installed, then you're losing money because of the delay. The carpet and installation was otherwise good.

My very first Yelp review is of flooring and not a restaurant. The beck family exceeded the expectations of service and craftsmanship. We recently had the flooring done in our son's room. Misty came out with samples, I took photos of the ones I liked but of course my wife and son wanted to see ore options. The Becks were gracious to let us stop by in evening for the family to review the sample books. My son picked, the wife approved and I watched. They were able to get flooring installed in a week. They did a great job with furniture moving and carpet removal. The quality of their work was impressive - fast, extremely precise cuts and a seamless floor. The family has been raving about the flooring and just a note of thanks to Beck's flooring - absolutely highly recommended!

This review is a bit late due to us being nose deep in home renovations, but I decided to take a much needed break to comment on what I think is the best flooring company out there. David and Misty are by far the nicest people you will ever talk to. Not only are they nice, but everything about them and their business is top notch. When I told Misty what I was looking for in a tile, she seemed to know exactly what I was talking about because when David showed up at my home to show me what Misty picked out, she was spot on! From the estimate to the final product, everything came out beautiful. Our home looks so nice now. Guy and Mike were the installers and they are really great people. Guy kept in constant contact with me during the install and would even send me pictures showing me the status. We had a little problem with a few of the tiles after install and Guy was at our house the very next day to fix it. Super great customer service! The prices are very reasonable considering the exceptional quality of their work. We are starting the process of remodeling our master bathroom and you can bet we will be calling Beck's to help out with that! Highly recommend!!

Ours was a smaller project, but Beck's still gave all of the time and attention they would to a bigger job, and it shows in the finished product. Beck's Flooring did a great job with our floors. From beginning to end, Misty, Dave and their installers were very professional, efficient and pleasant to work with. Dave arrived for our appointment on time and had a nice variety of samples for us to chose from. There was some issues with the original flooring we ordered (no fault of Beck's Flooring. It was the manufacturer's problem). Misty was very patient with me as I 'hemmed and hawed' over choosing a different flooring because I couldn't decide what I wanted. She gave me her professional input but left the ultimate decision to me. She did not try to up sell me on anything.The installers arrived a little early and went right to work. They were very meticulous and took great care in installing the floor. They cleaned up after themselves. Misty called while the installers were here to check on how everything was going. She wanted to make sure we were happy with the floor and the job the installers were doing. Our new floors are beautiful. This is a very caring and professional company. Beck's Flooring is an A+ company.

Where is the 6-star option? Excellence from beginning to end. Misty provided our quote in-home for a wood-look tile install over very old linoleum. She was a great source of knowledge and suggestions for our floor reno (and a few other potential projects for the future). She provided very good honest feedback and advice, which was so helpful when it came time for us to finalize our materials and how they may tie in with future reno work. She brought a few flooring samples to give us fresh ideas, and we ended up going with one of her excellent design ideas. Beck's pricing was competitive- especially when factoring in the quality product we ended up with, and the amazing end result. Floors were installed over 2.5 days by Guy & Mike- two of the most skilled workers we've ever had in our home. Their work was meticulous- they were very friendly and worked quickly, but with much attention to detail. Guy also provided a lot of great ideas and suggestions when I asked him about our future reno ideas and floor care. The workers left the area very clean after each day of their work, and didn't leave any mess behind when the job was complete. We were so glad we chose one of Misty's material suggestions- we saw in the end how it was a better quality than our original tile, and the look is fantastic! There is not a single complaint- the whole experience with Beck's was 6-star (!) and we will use and refer them again and again!

Misty was wonderful to deal with and very professional. The one room we were having done had a substantial ridge in the concrete that we weren't exactly sure what was causing it. Instead of her "just" making the sale, she suggested that we rip up the current carpet and see if we would be in for more than we bargained for in terms of a major concrete repair. When I ripped the old carpet up the concrete was definitely raised but couldn't tell what was causing it. Misty and her husband came by after hours to look at it and we determined that we could "feather" the area out and get it to a much better state than it was and put the carpet down. Her crew arrived as scheduled and were extremely professional. They feathered the area out to where now you can hardly notice anything was there. The carpet is top-noth and the install was perfect. Can't say enough about Beck's flooring but I will certainly be recommending them and using them exclusively for all my flooring needs. Thank you very much!
