Thank you Vikki and Nola for your exceptional customer service!  After 28 years, it was time for new carpet in 4 BRs, LR and stairway and get it installed before xmas.  We spent about an hour at her showroom getting the choices down to a few.  A few days later, they brought samples to the house and the perfect one was chosen and deposit paid.  One week later, the carpet was completely installed - order shipped from Georgia, arrangements scheduled for the furniture movers, contact to move the pool table and of course the installers - a coordination nightmare.  Thank you, thank you, thank you!
On the day of install, the movers came at 8am and in less than an hour moved all the furniture. Couple hours later at 10am the installers came.  The entire install, ~1200 sq ft, was completed by 6pm.  As the installers were finishing, the movers came back to move the furniture back!  Vikki and Nola returned to inspect the install and instruct us in carpet care and stain removal.
The carpet looks great!  Appreciated the sparkling water and snacks too! Enjoyed the Greek food discussions and can't wait to use the vouchers.

This was one of the smoothest projects we've done in our house. Vikki and her team were so wonderful to work with! I saw her business was woman-owned and even though it was a drive for me to go see samples- it was all totally worth it! Our carpet looks amazing- we're very happy. Support this business if you can- we need more like this in the Valley.

What's not to love? I didn't even shop around because of a couple of important factors...wanted a local, and if possible, woman owned business, BBB A+ rating and because of the YELP reviews. They were all spot on!

Vicki & Nola run such a professional and honest flooring company. Went to their business, unannounced, and they welcomed me warmly, reviewed all the details and options with me. Walked out with a contract!
2 weeks later, as scheduled, a team of gentlemen came (exactly on time) and wrapped/moved all my furniture. Then the carpet installation started and as promised by Vicki, I was back in my bed that evening! And the carpet looks so beautiful...I'm delighted!

Had a wonderful experience with J&B Carpets. Originally started off looking at Home Depot and Lowes but had lots of concerns. Stumbled upon J&B Carpets when I did a google search for other options... so happy I did. The customer service was stellar - they actually care! Scheduling and installation was great. I wasn't able to be home during the install, but Vicki personally made sure everything went smooth. I made it home when things were wrapping up. The guys doing the install were very nice and professional, not to mention they did a great job. Don't think things could have gone any better. Thank you J&B!!

I cannot recommend J&B Carpets enough!  This was a great experience start to finish.  

We were walk-in customers and greeted by extremely friendly staff.  We had our rambunctious 18 month old son with who they treated so sweetly and offered snacks and drinks to.

Vikki was knowledgeable and friendly.  She provided us with the guidance we needed on options and pricing to make our final decision.  She was able to schedule installation around our needs and when the day came, they showed up on time and did a great job.  Our home has been completely transformed and we could not be more pleased with the process!

Pro tip - they only take cash or check, so be sure to bring that with you for deposits or amounts due.

We were in a frenzy to find just the right option for our new purchase and needed it installed within a week.  Vikki took the time to review all our options and in the end we selected a less expensive alternative.  Other flooring companies would force you to their highest priced option, not J & B Carpets.

In a nutshell, big job or small job J&B carpet values you and your business. Below is my longer story if you care to see more details:

I was looking for a remnant and had been to several other carpet stores. One store, after being there for 30 min and selecting the remnant, literally told me when I got to the register because it was after 3:00pm they couldn't sell it to me.  He wanted me to come back the next day.  Pretty confusing since the store closed at 5:00pm and even when I explained to him I live 40 miles from the store - have you seen the price of gas? His answer was, "I live just as far and I drive to work everyday" No thank you, I think I'll find a different carpet store to take my business.

I stumbled on J&B Carpets after a random internet search. I cannot speak highly enough about this store, even though I only needed an inexpensive remnant the service and help they gave me was above and beyond and I found the perfect remnant for my project.

I would highly recommend using J&B -- if this is how they helped me with a very small job, I think it speaks highly for how they treat all their customers. Big or small they value you and your business.

My HOA was very difficult to work with, but J & B Carpets was very helpful navigating that process and the new carpets look great! Thank you! :)

Recently bought a new home and the carpets were....undescribably nasty.  I initially did a Home Depot quote and was told it'd be at least three weeks until they could do the job.  I wasn't going to keep the old carpet in the house a minute longer than necessary.  My wife mentioned a coworker and her went to a carpet place on 7th street and we could see what their timeline was.  Well...we never found where my wife went with her coworker (I'm assuming it was 7th avenue as she has directional issues).  

Google / Yelp showed we were close to J&B Carpets so we decided to swing in and see if they could assist.  Immediately we were greeted by a crazy Greek lady who gave my daughter chocolates and static water (flavored carbonated water).  We discussed carpet, I found one in the "in stock" bowl that I liked and was told that they could come on Tuesday (it was a Friday or Saturday we stopped in).  

Tuesday, I was at work, the installer did his thing and the carpet was replaced.  It looked great, was installed quickly and professionally, and has been wonderful.  I would highly recommend J&B Carpets, if for no other reason than to meet the owners.  Honestly it felt like working with family...dysfunctional and everyone is insane, but totally worth it.  My daughter loved Vicky and her mother and out of all the things we had to do to get the house ready to move into, this was by far the easiest and most enjoyable.

We could not be happier than our experience with J & B Carpets! We met Vikki the minute we walked into the store. It was clear from the start that she LOVES what she does and she really knows carpet and people!!! She felt like a family friend almost immediately. We wanted to replace our old carpet and Vikki directed us to the perfect choice for our house and us. The spiral staircase and entire upstairs was a good size job.
She and Nola came over to our house twice with samples and were so patient and helpful! Once we chose the carpet, setting up the installation was easy. Vikki told us it would be a two day deal and it was. The movers came first thing in the morning and were very efficient. The carpet guys worked all day over the two days. Vikki had the movers back at the end of that second day to finish the job and put all the furniture back. Done--two weeks after walking into the store!
We would do it all again with Vikki and Nola, their excellent service and quality carpet at J and B Carpets!!!

We were looking to have the carpet redone in 3 rooms in our home and we're not sure where to start. We knew that we wanted to use a local small business and we found J & B Carpets on Yelp. We are SO happy that we did! Vikki and her mom were incredible to work with and made the entire process so easy. They had plenty in stock to choose from and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. They even came back out after the install to make sure the quality of the work was good and to give us instructions on how to keep them clean. The new carpets are beautiful, we couldn't be happier. Seriously, look no further if you are looking to have new carpet installed, J & B will do a great job!

Vikki & her mom are a-maaazing!  Customer service like the good old days.  My son and I came in on a Saturday afternoon with no idea what I wanted.  I knew I hated what we had (gross carpet) and what we had to work around-- saltillo everywhere else.  

Vikki listened to our needs (neutral, durable, pet/family-proof) and general budget and then showed us a handful of samples.  Maybe other people love to look through all 300 choices, and I'm sure she would have been happy to oblige, but I loved the way she was able to grab a few things that sounded right and start there.  We did some like it-don't like it and then got a written quote to take home.  It ended up being less than the local big box and there was less-than-zero pressure.  When I tried to schedule with one of the 1-800 places they wouldn't even come out to talk to me if my husband wasn't home (i.e. both "decision-makers").

She brought the sample finalists to our house for the final measurements and official choices.  Scheduling was easy, laminate was installed within a week and the carpet just after that.  In both cases, the installers were on-time, professional, wore masks while working, and finished within a day.  Vikki came out herself for the final inspection on both jobs to ensure we were satisfied.  She also threw in a custom rug that I got to choose from their big remnants stack.    

But the real reason I'll recommend them forever is when I texted Vikki on a Sunday morning ONE week after our final carpet installation.  Above-mentioned son had a bad run in with drive-in movies, Red Vines, and Strawberry Fanta.  Despite not being a business day, she called me back right away and talked me off the ledge.  And through the process of painstakingly hand-cleaning our brand new carpet.  And it worked!  Vikki will forever be our carpet doula.

We were so fortunate to locate this vendor on Yelp. It was the reviews on Yelp  that steered us to J&B Carpets.  In a week's time, we were able to order a superb product and have it installed.  The overall experience was pleasant and professional.  This business goes the extra mile to satisfy their clientele. We highly recommend J&B and will use them in the future.

J and B is amazing! Not only are their prices fair but their customer service, communication and timeliness is above and beyond. I have already recommended them to my friends and my job is only half done. Will absolutely use them again.

Vikki and her mom were great to work with.  They were super knowledgeable  about their products.  They were able to provide us with incredible value. Steering us into superior quality carpet at prices lower that what you would pay for mid-grade carpet at home depot or lowes.  As soon as the carpet we ordered arrived, it was installed next day. My home looks awesome and the carpet feels luxurious. They are super friendly and interesting to chat with.  I would recommend them to all.

Our experience with J & B carpets was fantastic! Vikki is so cheerful and helpful. She assisted us in picking out our carpet then set up the installation for the next business day. Installation crew showed up on time and had everything done (two rooms) in about 1.5 hours. They cleaned up after themselves and everything looks great. Great customer service and products! Vicki is very knowledgeable about flooring and is very interested in providing great service to her customers. We live in a condo with very strict but also difficult to understand noise ratings for flooring. Vicki dug in to get as much information on this as possible. This was after going all over town and not finding another carpet dealer that understood the sound ratings or that was willing to work with us to meet the requirements. Real pleased with J & B.

We re-carpeted our entire house this August with J&B Carpets.  We initially wanted to speak to them due to the positive reviews online and once we visited the store and talked to Vicki we were even more impressed.  She helped with our selection and told us what the installation process would be like.  She is very hands on and her and her mother visited our house several times for both the measurement and installation process.  This is a great family business and there were no hassles, no surprises and everything went perfect.  We were extremely happy and would recommend them to anyone.

We worked with Vikki after we moved into our new home and decided we wanted to replace all our carpeting with vinyl, tile or laminate.  

We didn't know the pros or cons of each option, nor did we know what color might go well with our existing walkway tile.  Vikki was genuinely interested in our best interests, asking for photos of our home, and she helped us find the right product for our needs.  She saved us from making a bad decision we almost made where we were about to mix two clashing styles of tile with one another.

In the end, we wound up going with wood laminate, and her team of installers got the job done in about 4 days for about 1500 sq. ft. of flooring.  We had one room that was particularly tricky because it has a Murphy bed/desk combo and they had to work around it and cut the laminate so it would be flush around it.

The important thing is what happens after the installation is done.   We found that Vikki stands by her work.  Some of the wood laminate had more bounce to it than we expected in the office and the living room.  Some of this is just the nature of a "floating floor" like wood laminate, some if it is due to imperfections in the foundation, but Vikki stands by her work and she had her team come back to our place very quickly to address our concerns to our satisfaction.

This is a small, family owned flooring business. I walked in at lunch with a sample of carpet I was trying to match for replacement of carpet in my home and Vikki presented the perfect option within minutes of my arrival. She measured the same afternoon and my carpet was replaced two days later - all in this very busy market. What a great experience! Bought our first home and had to replace very old and dingy carpet in the closet. I have never done this before and really had no clue what I was doing. Vikki responded to my inquiry right away and made me feel so comfortable with my cluelessness! Lol! She explained all my options and worked with my OCD over carpet color and selection. Choosing J&B Carpets for the installation of flooring for my entire house was one of the best decisions I have ever made. The owner, Vickie is extremely knowledgeable about the products she sells and she truly is a hands on manager who makes at least 2 onsite visits each day to monitor the progress of the installation. Additionally, she uses the same crew for each project and they are also knowledgeable, curtious and efficient. The project was completed on time as promised!

I wanted to replace the carpet in my master bedroom before an upcoming visit from some family members.  I contacted a couple of the big companies, and was told it would be at least two months before I could get new carpet installed.  That's when I thought I would check out Yelp, and found out about J&B Carpet--and it turned out that their store is only about a couple of miles from my house!  So I went to check it out and met Vikki the owner.  She listened to what I was looking for, showed me a few samples, then she and her mother came by my house that same afternoon to measure my room and give me a quote.  I picked out the type of carpet I wanted, and one week later I had the new carpet in my bedroom, which looks great.  I couldn't believe how quick and easy and pleasant the whole process was!  Please, support this small family-owned business the next time you want to get carpet installed!

I was calling to find out the pricing for the installation in Scottsdale for luxury carpet. The salesperson just hang up on me at the first place. And then he said that they are just selling the carpets without apologies. I do not recommend to call them and use them for anything. They rude and inexcusable!!! Do not do any business with them.

I recarpeted my house in two phases. Vicki helped me select beautiful carpet and scheduled installation around other work I had going. Installation was great. I could not be more pleased.

We had a short window of time to get some nice carpet installed. We happened to be eating dinner at El Bravo and noticed this great gem for flooring. We popped in after their operating hours and Vikki was so nice. She stopped what she was doing and helped my wife and I find a couple pieces. Scheduled the measurements for the next morning, Saturday. She came by the house right on time with a few samples. Took measurements for three bedrooms and closets in about 10 minutes and provided pricing for the different samples. We made our choice and had the carpet installed the following Tuesday. Couldn't be happier with the product and the service. We will be back to do the same for our tile in the coming months. Thanks Vikki!

Please look no further for carpet and flooring stores!! This a gem!! Their prices are better than anyone else that I checked and the service is phenomenal!! It has been several years since we had Vicki install our carpet and laminate floors.  J & B has made three after installation service calls since then... 2 on the carpet and 1 on the laminate... to make sure we continued to be happy.  My wife and I have never had better service than what we have gotten at J & B Carpets.  Vicki really knows how to treat her customers well before and after the sale.

If you like a rude salesperson this is the buying experience for you. Was not truthful in scheduling the installation either. I would not do business here again.

J&B Carpets have been in business for years. After doing business with them I now understand why. The experience could not have been any better. From the selection process to the installation, J&B Carpets delivered the friendliest and highest customer service both in-store and at the house. First of all their prices were hard to beat. Top quality carpet selection. Both Dominic and Vikki were extremely helpful in pointing us in the right direction for our carpet selection. I thought I wanted one brand and they convinced me of a better one. After it was installed I could not have been happier. They were right and glad I listened to them.  Don't want to forget their installation crew. Professional, timely, courteous and keep the place clean after they finished.
