I truly cannot thank Denis and Adriatic Flooring enough for their hard work, expertise - as they literally transformed our home! They did a phenomenal job replacing our tile and carpeting with a beautiful luxury vinyl. They also replaced our old baseboards and they look fabulous! Denis and his father are an absolute pleasure to work with. They're very hard working- finished the project earlier than anticipated and even worked weekends! They're super clean- I have a toddler and never once had to worry about her tripping on nails or scrap pieces, because there was never a single one left on the floor. They came in under budget and sent me progress pictures daily to let me know how things were going. He even helped me find a plumber when we ran into a surprise. I can't recommend them enough. I wish they did more than flooring so I could have them do the entire house!

Denis and his crew did such an amazing job installing vinyl plank flooring in our home. Our house is a 1984 build, and no matter how many updates I tried to make, it wasn't until we had the floors done and our home truly felt modernized. It feels like a completely different house!

When supply chain issues completely out of his control potentially were going to cause delays, he truly went above and beyond what is expected to make sure they finished the job when they had originally promised. I needed to share my experience with Denis and Adriatic Flooring. I met with several flooring companies, but Denis made Adriatic the obvious choice. He tactfully guided us to the best flooring options that's suited our budget and tastes. His price was far better than other estimates because he listened to us, but what made the choice obvious was Denis' character and orientation to family.  Denis and his father were consummate professionals who executed the job quickly,  meticulously, and beautifully.  We could not have asked for a better experience from start to finish. Please do yourself the favor and stop wasting your time with other bids. The choice is easy.

This Father-Son duo is the real deal. Denis came by to give me a quote on ripping up old carpet and tile and placing new flooring in a home we purchased. Not only was his quote competitive, the flooring they use is the best product I've seen after reviewing options with 4 other companies.

We went with luxury vinyl flooring because of its durability with dogs, kids, and water. The boards were much longer and wider than other options we looked at and had a great deal of texture that made them look like real wood slabs! They also installed our baseboards.

Our 2200+ sq ft house was completed in 5 days.

We hired Adriatic to replace old tile floors in an investment property we have for sale.  Denis and his father installed vinyl flooring throughout the home and did a professional job and kept a clean jobsite for a week.  They absolutely know what they're doing and came back to help us with another room after feedback from agents showing the home.  We had some uneven floors, steps that needed concrete repair, and moldings that turned out great to cover the tile mortar stains on the baseboards.  In all, they were extremely prompt, professional, very likable and engaging and their skill sets show in the finished product.  I highly recommend Adriatic Flooring to anyone considering replacing their floors!  BTW, we received an offer and the new owners are going to hire them to replace a few additional rooms.

Can't rave enough about awesome work that Adriatic floors did in our home two months ago. First, owner took time for any question and concern we had and helped us  decide what kind of flooring we want. We went with engineered wood floors from the company he is buying from  and can guarantee for. In 7 days they  took out all the flooring we had (tiles, laminate and carpets) without too much mess and dust as I expected , leveled floors and did new flooring throughout whole house (1800 sqft). Everything in 7 days, without us having to move out. They came every morning 10 min before 7, I could really trust them and leave my home while they working, they left everything  as clean as possible each day and at the end everything looked so perfect, even and clean. They even helped us move some heavy furniture. If your re looking for professional, reliable, respectful, clean and honest family business to do your flooring, call Adriatic floors . Don't shop around comparing offers , going crazy, we put all our trust in this company and so glad we did.

I recently purchased a condo out of state, and needed the floors done before I arrived. Talk about stressful not even being in the same state! I took a huge risk giving a company that I've never met in person, keys to my condo and access to picking up my flooring. But it was the best decision I made with this new place! Denis, the owner, was so helpful. He dealt with all my text messages and phone calls and requests.

Can't forget to mention how reasonably priced Denis is. He doesn't price gouge. My floors were installed on-time as promised and he sent me text updates all along the way. And when I arrived to actually see the quality of work for myself, I was blown away! My dad was with me and he has been in construction for years and he is so picky...and he didn't say one bad thing about the install of my floors. Awesome! This father-son team is really one of the best things going in the Gilbert area as far as flooring install. They stuck with us through some major stuff and delivered an unbelievable installation of luxury vinyl planks!
They are just incredibly good at what they do. Very reasonably priced but able to deliver a fantastic floor in a short period! Everything was cut perfectly! I'm so glad we found Adriatic Flooring.  Denis and Igor were fantastic to work with.  Reliable, hardworking, great communication and honest.  We had tile removed and replaced with LVP throughout our whole brand new house and couldn't be happier. Denis and his father did an awesome job removing outdated flooring and installing LVP in our home. There was an area in my floor that wasn't level and they made sure to correct that and lay moisture barrier where necessary before laying the flooring. We opted to get baseboards at the same time and they did a great job with those too (they even caulked them)! They were extremely punctual, arriving at 7AM every morning ready to go. I'm so grateful that we found Adriatic and can't recommend them enough. Thank you guys so much for all of your hard work!

I wish Adriatic Flooring was able to do ALL of our other contracting needs because we would be set! I love this father - son team and I am going to be blasting their business info to all the neighborhood groups I am in. They removed all the carpet from our stairs and loft + a big bedroom upstairs and then replaced it with the flooring we have throughout the rest of the house. They started Tuesday and were done Thursday!! They were so fast and efficient. Always wore a mask, and the best part is the communication. I could text Denis and he would promptly respond and keep me up to date.

I contacted Adriatic Flooring for a quote to install laminate flooring throughout our house and received a reply in just minutes. They were on time for a walk though, and we were given an estimate based on a simple install and also one if we encountered potential fixes. The day of the install they again arrived on time, pulled up the old flooring, made a few fixes and installed the laminate at the price quoted. Their pride in craftsmanship and their professionalism is apparent in the end result. We love the floor and would definitely recommend Adriatic Flooring. Adriatic is by far the best flooring company that I have ever used.  I have owned many homes and have had many floors installed but no other company has ever been as detailed as Adriatic Flooring.  From the estimate to the installation they were thorough.  They took moisture readings, checked every area of the floor to make sure it was level and where it was uneven they fixed it.  Dennis and his dad only use quality products and they have great prices.  I am getting ready to do my bathroom and already have Adriatic flooring ready to go on the new bathroom floor.  If your thinking of having floors installed you owe it yourself to give Adriatic a call.

Adriatic Flooring deserves a 10 star review.  This family owned company is the real deal.  If you are looking for good old fashioned ethics, you must hire Denis and his dad.  They recently finished putting down random width hardwood floors in my entire home.  They did a beautiful job transitioning the hardwood up to the Saltillo tile as well as cutting the hardwood to match the irregular shape of the stone at the base of the fireplace in the living room.  Their workmanship, professionalism, and communication is stellar. When they say they will be at your house at a certain time, they will be there at that time.  It was a pleasure to get to know Denis and his dad.  The floors in the house look amazing.

PERFECTION is the word I can use to best describe the work and craftsmanship of Denis & Igor at Adriatic Flooring. My husband and I purchased a new build home and ripped out the entire flooring prior to moving in. Adriatic flooring completed over 2,500 square ft. of hard wood flooring throughout my home. This was the BEST experience we had throughout our new build project. Denis and Igor always answered all our questions, were great on pricing, completed the job on-time, had a great selection of wood options, and truly go over and beyond to ensure the best quality for your home.

I did a lot of online research on multiple websites before choosing Adriatic. We are SO HAPPY with their work. We had luxury vinyl plank flooring installed 2 weeks ago (I think that's what it's called, it looks like hardwood, it's not tile). They were so easy, reliable and nice to work with! Our floors look fantastic!!!!!

Denis and Adriatic Flooring are fantastic. Denis took great care to remove glued down engineered floors and then installed laminate flooring. Denis works to perfection and takes the time to explain the whole process.  Would highly recommend!!

I had my floors completed about 6 months ago.  They did an awesome job and was very accommodating.  I was out of town and they finished the floors and sent picture the entire time.   They replied quickly to any questions we had and provided great feedback.   I would use them again.

Two years ago we had Adriatic Flooring install  hardwood floors throughout most of our home.  We were absolutely thrilled with their work so needless to say, when we decided to have the kitchen floor done, we did not hesitate to call them back.
Once again, Denis and his father did an excellent job.  Everything is done to perfection.  They show up on time, they call you back, their work ethics are still fabulous and we would highly recommend them.           This is a wonderful family who cares about their workmanship and they are very fair on their pricing.

Currently on a mission to update and refresh my 1992 house without breaking the bank nor trying to shortchange my project or the selected vendor for Quality Work, Ethical Workmanship and Professional Honor is not always the cheapest. In essence you get what you pay for most times, not all the times, just most of the times.  Well I started my mission with Floor and Decor and soon realized they do solid work however the add on costs were starting to spiral upward. So I did what I always do: TRUST YELP!  So, started contacting 4-5 star installers with double digit reviews or more looking for Quality Work, Ethical Standards and Professional Honor from the floor installer. If it was that common web sites like Yelp would not exist. I contacted Denis on my project in early January and worked through the details and got a estimate of work understanding clearly that ALL QUALITY INSTALLERS are very busy working 6-7 days a week now with the housing market on fire right now. Had Denis come by the house to check out the project which resulted in a very competitive estimate for it was turn key inclusive of everything. Everyone else is nickel and dime-ing the consumer so the estimates turn out to be price plus this, plus this and plus this raising project costs upward by 25-30% . I also understood that if there under deficiencies or problems with the sub floor that the installer should not cover it up BUT FIX IT which is what the Ethical Installer and Homeowner SHOULD DO for that is what keeps the Industry HONEST. So Denis let me know that is always a possibility and I added that figure into my quote of unknown things that can happen ON ANY and ALL Home Improvement Projects for Crap Happens! We set the install date and then had to change it for Denis excels at wood floors more so than tile and I had a tile install and I wanted an angle cut install. Denis was honest and ethical about the misunderstanding and then reached out to other professionals in the Industry that he has worked with and would represent his level of quality and ethics. However there prices came in about the same as Floor and
Decor and was going to bust my budget. So I advised Denis to put me down for a late May install or #1 on his Cancellation List. Denis did not want me to wait so found another colleague he trust and I got installed in a matter of days and the work was top notch! Plus Denis kept in touch with me like he was doing the work when he was not the one installing the floor. Today, Monday, after a final Install on Friday, He called me to see how the install looked and how I felt about it giving the impression he did the installation BUT HE DID NOT DO THE INSTALLATION (I paid the other vendor; Not Denis) . Talk about Ethics, Honors. Professionalism, and Customer Service Commitment! WOW!  This professional cares about his customers, his industry and takes care of  his customers directly and indirectly and you will find very few professionals like Denis. Read his other reviews and you will know why I selected him, why I was willing to WAIT till he had an opening in this schedule!  If you are looking for a Top Notch Flooring Professional, A Pro with Ethics, Honors and Cares about the work, the industry!  So, my recommendation to you is  YOU! Fantastic flooring company. I had five companies bid on our project and not only were they very competitive, they did not "nickel and dime" you. They removed the tile with minimal dust and installed the high quality plank flooring in no time. We will go back to Adriatic flooring when we do the rest of the house.

Denis and Adriatic Flooring did an amazing job on my floors.  My house looks brand new. Very low pressure, reliable, and great value for everything they provided. They took my original tile flooring and base boards out, leveled the floor, and installed over 1600 sq ft of luxury plank vinyl and new base boards.  They're quote was accurate up front, their pricing was very fair, and they finished right on time.  I will recommend them to everyone I know.

My wife and I invited 4 contractors to measure and quote on installation of luxury vinyl flooring on our entire house.  Just when we were about to make a decision on one of the four, we decided to invite one more contractor.  We checked Yelp and found Adriatic Flooring.  Denis and Igor (father and son team) came to our house, showed us samples and gave us their opinions based on their expertise.  They were polite and carried themselves in a professional manner.  They quoted us a very good price but what was even better was the workmanship.  They are very, very good.  Other contractors hire other people to do the job so you're essentially paying the contractor AND his workers.  Denis and Igor actually do the work themselves.  My wife and I are very happy with our new flooring.  We have recommended Denis and Igor to some of our friends and will continue to do so.  They have done an excellent job.

Adriatic Flooring did the flooring in our living room and 3 bedrooms. The whole experience was amazing from the scheduling, cost, installation time, to the final product.
