Fantastic service and quality of work. Bram Flooring helped replace several flooring panels that were damaged and warped by a water leak. They were able to get in, assess what was necessary and do the work, all in a matter of 90 minutes. Couldn't be more satisfied with their work.

We loved working with Bram to replace almost all the flooring in our home with wood-look vinyl plank. They know which brands and types of floors are reliable, and even steered us away from an option that they said does not install well so they no longer sell it. I don't think we would have gotten such specific recommendations if we purchased from a big box store.

Bram works with subcontractors, and we really liked everyone they picked. The guys who removed our old tile and the installer for the new floor were professional, great communicators, and paid attention to detail. I could tell that Bram is selective about who they contract with and makes sure that everyone is on the same page.

They made a huge project as stress-free as it could possibly be. We'll enjoy these floors for years to come!

Bram Flooring completely transformed our home. It looks like a whole new house with just the floors being replaced! We worked with Virgil and he was awesome to work with. He always answered my calls and text messages. I knew right after our in home estimate we would be going with Bram Flooring BECAUSE of Virgil and his honesty. He was upfront with us and answered any questions we asked. We had so many other companies come give us estimates and they were so pushy and were trying to sell us the highest product. Virgil was the opposite. Not at all pushy. He gave his honest recommendation when I wasn't sure on what type of flooring I wanted to go with. Our floors were finished in 4 days. We went with Luxury Vinyl flooring. It is absolutely beautiful. Exactly what I had in mind. It has been a few months and it is holding up extremely well! We are so pleased with it. It's so easy to keep clean. I 100% recommend Bram Flooring!!!

I contacted Bram Flooring for a small floor repair and they came out, looked at it, provided a written estimate and scheduled a date and time for them to come out to do the work.  They never showed up not called, texted or emailed that they would be late, not come at all or to reschedule.  Very poor customer service.

Mitch and his team did an exceptional job with our flooring project. He encouraged us to go with the longer tile and I didn't have the vision, but he was 100% right and the flooring turned out beautiful. We did the entire downstairs and now I'm itching to do the upstairs. I wouldn't use anyone else.

The team made quick work out of the project and unlike what I have seen with some of my neighbors that have used other vendors, the entire job was done in two weeks and looks fantastic.

I had been looking for someone to do my flooring for some time.  It was a complicated job in a complicated environment, so finding the right people was critical.  I live in the 4th floor of a condo, and had tile and carpet that needed to be removed.  The problem was that the tile was installed before the kitchen cabinets.  Between working with the HOA, hauling in and out the materials, removing all of the old materials, and moving appliances and furniture around, I was just overwhelmed on how we were going to pull this off.

BRAM flooring came up in a Yelp search, and honestly, it was way out of my area, so it wasn't my 1st choice.  I finally conceded and drove all the way over to their showroom, and Mitch helped answer all of my questions and defused my fears and concerns.  He expressed that he has worked in condos and with HOAs before, so I felt at ease.  Virgil showed up at my home a week later, and made some measurements, and offered up some opinions based on the floor samples I had taken home from the showroom.

After I passed on the information Virgil provided to my HOA and got approval, the install was scheduled a few weeks later.

On the install day, the crew of 3 guys showed up an hour later than I had expected, but frankly, they operated with such efficiency, I had completely forgotten they had started late.  By 11 AM, all of the old tile and carpet was gone, and to watch the 3 of them work as a tight-knit team was a treat I want to see again.  By the end of the day, they had removed all of the molding, demoed all of the old tile, removed the old carpet, glued down underlayment padding, installed all new luxury vinyl, reinstalled the toilet and all of the molding, and caulked the molding.  Their attention to detail was absolutely amazing and I am about the most critical person there is when it comes to this kind of work.  I fully thought this project was going to take all week, so when they were completed by the end of the day, it was like a Christmas present J

Not only will I choose BRAM for any future flooring needs (no matter what they are), I will recommend them to everyone I run into.  The flooring looks and feels amazing, and I am just super happy.

Great service and our floors look amazing. The lack of 5 stars lies with the contractor project manager and the amount of communication. Working on letting the customer know what to expect as well as providing a schedule would be a great addition to the process. We will definitely use Bram for future projects!

We're thrilled with our flooring from Bram! We've been working with JJ since October 2021 and just had all the work done last week. We also had cabinets done at the same time - that's the reason for the long wait. JJ was so patient, helpful and knowledgeable! He answered all of my questions and helped calm my nerves. Cornell, Marta and their team performed all the carpet demo and lvp installation - what an amazing job!! They were friendly, clean, helpful and very good at their job! Our floors look amazing!! We researched several options for flooring companies/contractors and we highly, highly recommend Bram!!

What a great experience! I contacted Bram Flooring through Yelp's Request a Quote feature based on their great Yelp reviews, and I'm so glad I did. My condo had hardwood flooring throughout the main living area, but the bedroom was carpeted and I wanted to have the hardwood extended into the bedroom. I had a few flooring companies come out for a quote, and Virgil at Bram was the most professional and knowledgeable. The pricing was also very reasonable. Since I live in a condo, I needed to have a special sound underlay installed, and Virgil knew exactly what needed to be done. The installers had the job done within a day, and they did an amazing job. They also left the place very clean. The entire experience from start to finish was exactly what I had hoped for.

We could not be more pleased with the service received from Bram Flooring!  Mitch brought samples and after more discussion he went back and found exactly the perfect product for us!  Our installation of over 1600 sq ft. Of engineered hardwood went flawless with Carlos leading the project.  I was always apprised of the schedule and the project was completed as promised.  Carlos asked approval before any decisions were made about the layout.  Our home was left clean and clear of debris each and every day as they worked.  Of special note , they were very respectful that we have a dog that's a runner and they were cautious to never let her get out.  I can't recommend this company highly enough!!
I also had gotten three quotes for the project and each was within $100, so I know they are competitively priced.

I cant say enough great things about Mitch and his company. We needed our floor fixed fast so that our renters could move in after a bad product we bought and installed ourselves  buckled/warped after 6 months. Mitch was one of the only ones who responded to my post. He was able to give me a quote that was accurate and reasonable and had the floor done just one day later! Chris our installer was on time, polite, and very skilled. The floor looks perfect! Thank you so much!

After getting my floors measured for flooring installation I had to call back three times to find out where my quote was. Was informed that it would be taken care of that day. One week after appointment, still have not seen a quote. Called Empire today and they came out this afternoon measured and presented there flooring. We signed on to have them reflow two rooms and a closet. Thanks Empire for great service.

Bram Flooring did a really great job at our condo.  They removed the carpeting from three bedrooms and installed tile.  They were able to find the same tile as is in the rest of our condo and laced it in seamlessly.  Excellent work!  Excellent price.  They were very responsive and get the work done in less than a week from the time we gave them the go-ahead.  I would recommend them highly.

Mitch was great and look forward to seeing him again when we need carpet put in. Mitch came out and looked at the office and told us the price. His crew showed up and did a fantastic job putting the stone vinyl floor down.

Bram Flooring did an EXCELLENT job!  We needed saltillo tile repair and replacement. This is a challenging tile type and it's hard to find someone with the skill to do it well.

We've been using Mitch with Bram Flooring for years and have referred him to family and friends who have all been very happy with him. We just finished another project (laminate wood floors throughout our downstairs) and this time was no different. He quickly responded to our calls/texts, was quick to start the project and was finished 3 days ahead of schedule. Carlos was the project leader for the install and he was amazing. He was very transparent with the process, took time to double check with me about prior decisions, recommended the best ways to maintain the floor and even moved our big piano back into place and put the wood protectors on its feet. The work was immaculate, high quality and quick. I can't recommend Bram flooring enough and that has been the case for many years now.

I have had Bram install flooring in two houses and am about to have them do another (when the house is ready). They are very reasonable, flexible and reliable. I literally gave them the lock box code and wasn't even there when they installed the flooring. I'm so impressed with their experience and integrity that I won't go anywhere else for my flooring needs.

I bought $9k worth of engineered flooring from Mitch in early 2016. It took me over a month to find just the right color and texture.
 My husband and i didnt live at the house at the time. I was not told to check to be sure they had ordered the correct flooring so when it arrived we had it installed.  Only to find out after the install that it was completely different.
Mitch didnt offer any explanation and told us that its not his issue once its been installed. Im so disgusted. The rest of my flooring needs will NOT be purchased through Mitch @ Bram Flooring    BEWARE!!!!!!

Your rep NEVER contacted us! The amount you charge for install was well over the going rate. If that meant getting the flooring we ordered, then thats a high price to pay. It sounds to me that if Bram flooring doesn't get the entire job then customers are SOL. When we ordered the flooring we were never told to be sure and check it against the sample we made our choice from. It was under my understanding that paying Bram flooring that follow through would be their job. They are a business and should take their own advice on quality control and verification of product. We feel we should receive some sort of refund do to Brams mistake.

Highly recommend these guys!  We have family that referred us to Bram. We even shopped around at other flooring stores  (including Lowes and Home Depot who ended up being more expensive and a much longer wait) before pulling the trigger at Bram's. Mitch is a super nice guy- very helpful and patient with us since we were in and out of his store for almost a year trying to figure out what we wanted/liked, taking home sample flooring and waiting til the perfect time to  be able to afford to re-floor our entire downstairs. Once we ordered, they were here 6 days later getting to work, and finished 1180 sqft in 3 days! The big box stores quoted us about a month before they'd even get started.
The crew (Carlos and Oscar) that came to install our flooring couldn't have been better! Very respectful of us and our home, polite and meticulous.  You can tell they take pride in their work and it shows!
When we decide to have our stairs and upstairs redone, we'll be back!

I needed to rent my home asap and it needed new carpet. My best friend recommended Bram Flooring and I am so glad I listened. From the moment I met Mitch he  was professional. He worked with my needs and helped from the beginning until the end. Need to add my downstairs was not the easiest to work with because its shaped differently. I was so happy with the flooring. Needless to say my renters were happy with it all too. I will always use this company. They were fast, efficient and good every step of the way.

I stopped by and was looking for  carpet.  They found what I was looking for and said they could get it ordered and installed within a week.   It was fast and easy and their price was good.  They seem to really know their carpet.

In April, 2018 my elderly mother experienced extensive water damage involving both of her bathrooms and toilets and much of the carpeting in her house.  The entire restoration process took several weeks.  BRAM Flooring was a great company to work with on the selection and installation of new carpeting once the structural work had been completed. Just looking at all the choices and selecting material, weave, and color can be overwhelming, but everyone in the showroom was very knowledgeable and helped my mother make an excellent choice.  Steve and Ben, who did the actual installation, were punctual, professional, and meticulous in their work.  We greatly appreciate BRAM Flooring and highly recommend them.
