When we decided to get our tile floors replaced with laminate, we turned to a referral from a friend and then yelp, where we found Paradise Tile & natural stone. Cosimo was really helpful during our consultations, and it's clear he takes tremendous pride in delivering an excellent product and value to his customers, which is why we chose them. Once we decided to hire paradise, we were booked really quickly. The crew was absolutely fantastic. 3.5 day job, they were on time every single morning, they took great care with our belongings, cleaned everything everyday before leaving. They were a well oiled machine. The speed and efficiency and talent is really quite something. The finished product? fantastic. The difference these new floors have made is incredible. Feels like a new house. We are so happy with this decision!

The great reviews and Cosimo's helpful son led us to hire Paradise Tile.  We had 1,500 square feet of ceramic tile and baseboards removed and replaced with luxury vinyl floors and new baseboards.  The product selection, price, professionalism and workmanship was all spot on.  They even completed the job a week earlier than expected.  I am really particular and picky.  Cosimo listened to me and promised that everything would work out, especially around challenging areas like our built-in refrigerator and cabinets.  His suggestions were great.  The crew politely accommodated some of my special requests too, which makes me happy!  The new floors really look amazing!

My house had a flood and I filed a claim with my insurance. We declined the work to be done through the insurance so they gave us a check with an option to shop for a flooring company of our choice. I did my research and came across Paradise Tile and Natural Stone on Google. I read their Google and Yelp reviews and they seemed like the perfect fit for the job. I called and spoke directly with Cosimo Militello, the owner. He was very nice and hospitable. He invited us into his show room that following week. Cosimo and his son Anthony were very nice to us on arrival. They asked what ideas and colors we had in mind for flooring and started pulling samples out along with letting us take them home. We picked what we wanted, set a date, and they started their work. The main flooring installer Benito and his assistant worked wonderfully. They were on time every morning, very respectful, and cleaned up their mess behind them. Once the project was finished, Cosimo personally came out to our house to check out all the work. This experience has been wonderful from start to end. There's two more bedrooms and a stair case in my house that still need flooring and we're definitely getting the work done with them within some time. My wife and I recently decided to renovate a property we own in Scottsdale. One of the first, and most important projects we needed to get done, was to install new flooring. The work would involve breaking up the existing tile flooring in part of the home, then bringing up the carpeting which  covered the remainder of the floor. And since we had already decided that the new flooring would be "luxury vinyl plank," the bare cement floor would require very careful "grading and grinding" to insure the new flooring would lay down consistently.

I confess, in my own naive way, I used to believe that most flooring companies were the same. Moreover, because of the Pandemic, lack of staffing, material shortages, and low inventories meant if you wanted new flooring, you were not going to get it anytime soon. That was my paradigm.
We "interviewed" a handful of local flooring companies, and they all seemed to offer approximately the same flooring products.

However, Paradise Tile & Natural Stone , Inc. was the only company represented by the owner, Cosimo Militello. Cosimo not only had a worthy selection of flooring options, they were one of the few companies that also supplied their own labor for installation. Other flooring companies either didn't offer installation, or, it was subcontracted out. And if you've ever experienced working with subcontracted work (we have) it's hit or miss. You either have a very good person who has pride in their work or you have a "mercenary type" that is strictly in it for the money and could care less if you're happy with their work.

Cosimo, with the help of his very knowledgeable son, guided us through the process of selecting the flooring, and once done, he explained the installation procedures to us in full detail. We agreed on a very reasonable price and then set a date for installation.

The work was completed on time, without a hitch. In fact, the workers did such a professional job I couldn't help but "tip" them at the end so they could enjoy a nice dinner somewhere. They didn't expect a tip. I wanted to do it.

Unlike other flooring companies, Cosimo runs a "family business." Can you say "Italian?" It's all very family friendly. Their business has grown not from clever advertising, but rather, from "word of mouth," positive referrals. And as a business person myself, happy customers who are referring a business will always take precedence over slick marketing, bonus coupons, or deceiving sales gimmicks.

And at the end of the project we were very pleased at the outcome. It could not have been done any better. So if you're looking for the " real deal" in flooring and installation, go no further than Paradise Tile & Natural Stone , Inc.

Cosimo is top notch customer service.  Came out to measure, brought samples we had looked at in the store and got the quote out to us quickly and the job scheduled within a couple of weeks! The team he sent to install were hard workers and got the job done in 2 days and even cleaned up and mopped before the left!

I  am so thrilled with my new "floating floor", built upon our old white ceramic tiles, with some old floor tiles sanded down for evenness and new molding added throughout the kitchen.  The job was done in one day, with a very short wait time, and Cosimo was hands on in helping us and insuring the work was going smoothly throughout the process.  His staff were highly skilled craftsmen who knew exactly what needed to be done and produced a floor above and beyond our greatest expectations.  I highly recommend this business

Well, our new floor has been in for almost a month now, and not a day goes by that my wife and I don't appreciate the transformation to our home. We absolutely love our new floor, and we want to ensure Cosimo and his crew at Paradise Tile get credit for doing such an amazing job. They took wonderful care of us, so it's only fair that we let you know that here online.

In our previous home we had LVT, or Luxury Vinyl Tile, installed in our hallway and were extremely pleased with the results, so we already knew that Luxury Vinyl Planking (LVP) was the way we wanted to go in our new home here in north Phoenix. Being new here, we had no idea who to go to, so I did what I usually do, I started reading online reviews. After looking at lots of companies, I kept coming back to Paradise Tile. I was amazed at the percentage of positive reviews. Virtually every review from people they had done work for was glowingly positive, and the only negative reviews were from people he never even did work for.

Quality of workmanship, and work performed as promised, for the agreed upon price, are what I deem to be important, and Cosimo delivered 100% on every promise. We ended up replacing 90% of the flooring in our home with LVP, putting new carpet only in two bedrooms. The only floor that wasn't replaced was the master bath, which had been remodeled 4 years ago, prior to us purchasing the home. We also had him replace all the baseboards, and let me tell you, the beautiful new baseboards made all the new flooring and carpet really pop. Great decision! On the day he came and did the measurements for the estimate, he also made an off-hand recommendation to us that, if we felt like it, now would be the time to remove the short pony wall between the front hallway and the living/dining room area. My wife and I both thought that was a great idea, but my biggest concern was whether the patched drywall with textured knockdown would look hideous afterwards. I called a friend of mine, the real estate agent who had helped us purchase the home, and he recommended an old friend who had been in the drywall business for 35 years and would do a perfect job for a very reasonable charge. With that set, I got out my Sawzall and demolished the pony wall with my wife's help, had the drywall patched, and were ready for Cosimo's crew to come in. The planks were delivered a day ahead of time (LVP needs a little time to temperature adjust) and the two workers arrived on time every day of scheduled work. The lead worker, a young guy named Rogelio, has been working with Cosimo for 18 years, and the quality of work reflected exactly what Cosimo had promised. They were extremely polite and cleaned up after each day's work was completed, leaving the area neat and tidy.

Having all your floors replaced is a big interruption to your life, but it is oh so worth it. Every day we get up and continue to be amazed at how beautiful our new floors are. The 1994 original drab tract home tile has been updated with beautiful long-wearing Luxury Vinyl Plank and we no longer have carpet in our dining area, living room, TV room, and office. The worn white carpet that we hated in the master and guest bedroom has been replaced with beautiful plush carpet that feels and looks wonderful. And the living and dining area are so much larger and more open without the pony wall. And with the amazing drywall work that was done based on a friend's recommendation, you would never know what was there just a short time ago.

Paradise Tile gets the highest recommendation from both my wife and me. Cosimo is a man of his word, and once he makes a commitment to you, he keeps it. He lets you know up front about all charges and potential hidden charges. By hidden charges, I mean he cannot tell what your floor looks like underneath the current floor, so he cannot know if extra work will be needed to smooth out cracks where the floor might be raised and need additional grinding to smooth out. We did need a small amount of additional work, but the charges were minimal and he let us know right up front when giving the quote that extra work may or may not be needed based on what our floor looked like prior to the old flooring being removed. The only way he can make happy customers, which he clearly has done based on the overwhelming quantity of positive reviews, is by ensuring there are not expensive surprises after the quote has been given and work has been started. We are happy customers. Or perhaps "delighted customers" is a better description.

We just loved Paradise Tile and Natural Stone!  Everything they did was done with efficiency and professionalism!   They have a great selection to choose from!  We really appreciated the customer service!  We were helped with our selection of flooring and was extremely happy with their selection!  The installers were great and super hard workers!  Always on time and courteous!  Cleaned up any mess that was left too!  We absolutely LOVE our floors and would totally use them again!  I would give them my FULL recommendation!!

Cosimo showed us exactly what we wanted when we began our search.  Needless to say; after going to Paradise we didn't need to look further. Very fast and meticulous work was provided by Cosimo and his crew. We are thrilled to be rid of carpet in our Master and love the new look of this waterproof 50 year flooring.

Can't be bothered to show on time for a consult, brags about how he's famous and people wait for his services, can't handle the concept that smart consumers get multiple quotes before contracting an expensive job. Beware!

Cosimo was extremely helpful when it came to our flooring project. When the product we originally wanted was out of stock he helped us find another option that ended up working even better than our first choice given our lighting conditions. He was also able to work with us to adjust our project date after our closing was delayed. Would use again if we ever end up redoing the flooring in our bathroom.

When we first started shopping around for flooring, we were uncertain of the size of project for the house as we didn't know if we wanted to change out all the flooring in the house. We visited Paradise Tile and met Cosimo. He and his son run the store. One thing you notice immediately is that he is very attentive with all his customers. Cosimo provided us with a lot of information about what materials were currently being used and showed us plenty of samples. We originally wanted to go with either hardwood or engineered hardwood for part of the house because we liked the look and feel. However Cosimo recommended to us that we should go with luxury vinyl plank floors due to the climate in Phoenix. He explained the LVP flooring he used was of high quality and looked like wood and not vinyl. We left the store with a lot to contemplate.

We ended up calling Cosimo a few weeks later with more questions about the flooring and also about redoing the bathrooms with tile. Cosimo was very patient and made the time to answer all our questions even though he was busy. We asked Cosimo to come out to measure for an estimate, We told him what materials we preferred and asked Cosimo to bring samples to the house so we could see what the materials looked like in the house.

After further deliberation, we ended up deciding not to change all the flooring in the house and advised Cosimo of our decision. Even though the job was smaller than we first spoke to Cosimo about, this was not a problem for him. He returned on a Sunday to remeasure and to provide us with an updated quote. We decided to go with Cosimo's recommendation of LVP. We wanted a bull nose cut tile for the bathroom and picked the tile we wanted  Cosimo checked availability and scheduled the installation.

Cosimo sent two teams to the house to install the LVP and bathroom tile. Benito led the team for the installation of LVP and Danny worked on the demolition of the bathroom and tile install. Cosimo showed up on the first day of the install to ensure Benito and Danny understood what we wanted and provided them with instructions. Unfortunately we ran into an issue with the tile we selected. The company discontinued the bull nose cut. Cosimo offered us alternatives but we were set on having bull nose tile in the bathrooms and told Cosimo this is what we wanted. Cosimo came up with a solution to satisfy our needs. The following day, Cosimo and Danny invited Danny's father, who has been in the tile install business longer than Cosimo, cut and shaped each piece of tile to make the bull nose. He spent all day under the AZ summer sun cutting the tile and produced outstanding results to satisfy our needs.

The installation of the LVP and bathroom tile were finished on time and the work was completed with detail and quality. Cosimo came back to the house during the middle of the work and also on the last day of the job to check on the quality of workmanship. Cosimo saw some things we did not and had Benito and Danny correct the issues.

Overall, Benito is an expert at LVP installation and his craftsman skills for mitering corners of the baseboard really show. Benito brought his assistant Marissa and the two worked well together. Danny was careful with the the tile install and completed the work the way we wanted even though it created more work for him. Cosimo delivered a quality product, on time, as promised and within the quote he gave us. He stands behind his word as well as his work product. He did not disappoint and we would recommend him to anyone.

They installed carpet in my Master bedroom & luxury vinyl in family room, dining room, living room & entry way. The carpet is soooo plush. The luxury vinyl looks like wood, is textured & soooo comfortable underfoot.  They were professional & did a wonderful job! Now my boyfriend is going to use them!

Just had this fantastic tile job completed by Cosimo and his wonderful team. I had originally hired another company to do this job back in 2018 (I hadn't heard of Paradise yet!!) And they left us high and dry in December after stringing us along for several months. Since then have been trying to get someone to take on this somewhat smaller tile job. It was a bit challenging as its a circular area requiring lots of cuts. Cosimo replied immediately here on Yelp and came out several days later to see the space. He offered a more than fair price and his tile guy started the job the same week! Now just a day and a half later this space is completed and I couldn't be happier! I had the flooring in my whole house replaced. Benito, Marie and Edwin removed all of the existing tile, carpet and baseboards. They installed vinyl plank and new baseboards, caulked the baseboards and cleaned up their mess. They had to repeatedly move my furniture out of the way because I have nowhere to place it temporarily and then moved everything back. They did a fantastic job! The vinyl plank looks great and I felt the price was very reasonable.

Cosimo just finished installing my new hardwood floors throughout my home. I couldn't be happier with my new floors! It feels like a brand new house! There isn't any other place to go for a comprehensive tile selection and quality installation. I've used this business for every home I have in the valley for all of my tile and flooring needs. Other craftsmen who work in my home ask me who my tile person is because of the beautiful work. Cosimo, the owner, is a delight as is his son Anthony. I love shopping local and supporting small businesses. Cosimo was an installer before he opened the store and knows the business. He oversees my projects and always makes me happy. Love the price. He's honest and gives me the straight message on installation time and he never lets me down. If I could give 10 stars I would :).

I recently installed new carpets (there were none) in the bedrooms of my house using Paradise Tile and they did such a wonderful job!!!

I was referred to them by my sister who used them to replace her carpets as well and highly recommended them. As a first time homeowner, it was very nice and much more convenient working with a family business (Cosimo the owner or his son), rather than a large company. I absolutely love my carpets! - the carpet type, color, and memory foam padding that I picked, it's so luxurious. I get compliments.

They have a wide variety of stone, tile, and carpet samples for you to look at and take home whilst shopping. Measurement, install, and service was very professional and I feel if I ever have any issues in the future (which I don't foresee), I can call the owner to come out to look at/fix, which you can't get with Home Depot or Lowe's.

In the store they helped us match colors we wanted, then they came to the house, measured and offered advice, and installers were very professional and did excellent work. We were never rushed or stalled, price was fair, and they did what they promised. Very pleased and will use them again for future projects.

From the beginning Cosimo and his team were outstanding.  

Our project involved replacing two large carpeted areas and matching new tile with the existing tile from the original construction.  Cosimo listened intently to our vision and produced brilliant results.  

He was collaborative and empathized completely with our ideas and was able to point out the pros and cons of every material, tile format and installation technique to help us make our final tile choice.

The installation team could not have been better or more experienced, they helped stage the installation to minimize disruption of our daily routine and their work was clean and highly profession.  The installation turned out to be perfect, without even the slightest imperfection

We are so thankful that we did not go with the big box tile stores and trusted our project to this gem of a local company.

Nice company - seemed like they would be a great organization to work with but wouldn't take my project after explaining that we had tile already picked out and were only looking for labor to install wall tile, floors and decorative tile in a cutout in the shower wall. I was told that they are inclined not to take small jobs like this and would only consider larger projects.

So my recommendation is that if you are not having them do a full remodel, look elsewhere since this was what they told me to do as well.

It's a shame that you either are unwilling to be truthful or were not listening to me - neither of which are acceptable for a business owner.
I specifically asked for three  things:

1.  A 4 ft.² decorative niche in the shower
2. Tile installed above the shower including tile being installed across the entire vanity wall that is 9 feet wide by 8 feet high
3. And floor tile in a 9 x 6 bathroom space

When I was speaking with you, you asked me how soon was I looking to have this done. You had indicated that it was going to take up to five weeks to get someone potentially out to the site. I said at the time that we could work with that timeline. But when you lost interest was when I had said that we were already having another company install our marble walk in shower and that my contractor had already started work on Durocking and plumbing the space.
It was then that you indicated "we can't take jobs these small - it's too much for us to take on little jobs like this. Getting a crew of guys out there just isn't worth the time for jobs this size."
I have no problem with being told no. But I do have a problem with this honesty. It's better to own things and realize when mistakes have been made rather than deny them and mislead potential customers here on Yelp.

Cosmo is really knowledgeable and helpful. He helped us find an awesome carpet for our family: super soft, good fleck and color, and a good pad for underneath. The installers were also super professional. Everything was on time as promised. Highly recommend!!

Cosimo is great to work with and Riglio is an artist with our tile flooring.  Multiple trips to the house and meetings at the show room to get everything just right.  Phased the work to accommodate a kitchen and family room remodel.  Just a great experience!  A year later,  as we are planning new flooring for the bedrooms and a bath remodel...we know exactly who our flooring guys are.  We've used flooring companies and big box stores on other homes.  Paradise was competitive on price and the team is beyond compare.

We hired Cosimo and his team when we decided to replace the carpet in our offices/bedrooms and went to his store to select it. After discussing our long term plans to replace the tile in the remainder of our house as well, Cosimo walked us over to the luxury vinyl and recommended that we install it throughout the house, which we did. That led to a full kitchen remodel, and he also did our gorgeous countertops. Everyone compliments the flooring and countertops when they come into the house for the first time. Cosmo and his team were outstanding. He and his son helped us select the perfect combination of luxury vinyl wood flooring and lush carpet. After closing on a new house, we had the flooring of our dreams installed and ready for us before we even moved in.

We are very pleased with our new floors which Paradise Tile just installed May 15 through 20, 2017.
Cosimo, the owner of Paradise Tile, was great to work with. He arrived even a few minutes early to take measurements. He thoroughly explained our best options. Because of our home's foundation settling issues, Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring was determined to be our best option. Paradise Tile had a large variety  to choose from and Cosimo was very patient as I took home more than twenty different samples over a week's time before finding the right one for us.
Cosimo does not use subcontractors. All the workers are his own direct employees, accountable to him. They are all very experienced and work very hard. They arrived early each day and worked through Saturday to finish the job. Cosimo inspected progress at the beginning of the project, was reachable on the phone at all times, and was there to inspect the job upon completion. When we noticed a couple of very small issues the next day, Cosimo quickly sent a worker who took care of them to our 100% satisfaction.
We are so please with our beautiful new floors. We also especially like the beautiful baseboards with the mitered corners. Everything is so professionally done. We can without reservation recommend Cosimo and Paradise Tile.

I received a referral from a neighbor who worked with Cosimo and his team to install their flooring. We had a small job, to pull up carpet and replace with tile in office area to match the rest of the existing flooring. Cosimo was amazing to work with and very flexible with my time constraints. Cosimo and his team of amazing guys delivered an amazing install of both limestone and travertine flooring. After a water leak destroyed my wood floors, I faced having to replace 2500 sq ft of flooring. Nightmare! After reading reviews and looking at examples of the work of Paradise Tile, I contacted Cosimo and he came all the way out to Verrado in Buckeye on a Sunday!
Cosimo is extremely accommodating and very honest about the work required, the pricing, options, potential problems that could come up, etc. He didn't push anything on me as far as products or extra services. He consistently made me feel that my satisfaction with their work and the final product were what mattered most.

I've been meaning to post for a long time. I had done a lot of research on the internet and saw all the positive reviews on Paradise tile. I called on a Saturday right before 5pm closing time, left a message, and within 5 minutes Cosimo returned my call. He came over to my house on Sunday morning to measure and give me a quote. He was awesome to work with and had great suggestions. He has a great selection of tile and carpet. They replaced all the flooring in my house and the team was on time and very professional. I've referred others to him that have been just as happy.

Cosimo and his guys are top notch!  We found him through Yelp and he had sterling reviews.  I'm happy to say that we received high quality product and installation from him and his crew.  Cosimo was available 24/7 for any questions/concerns and provided straightforward pricing.  We will be going to him again in the future for our flooring needs and would strongly recommend him to anyone.  Great company and great guy!

Exceptional service, communication, and craftsmanship from Cosimo and the team. I needed to squeeze in a smaller project on short notice and they were able to get it done within a few days when no one else was able to. And the quality of work was top notch.

I just recently moved into my first official place, a second story condo and was hoping to do wood tile as it's all the rage nowadays, I've heard. But, alas, tile was way too expensive to install and hello, I can't install that stuff myself. Ain't nobody got time fo dat. So after reading a bunch of awesome reviews here on Yelp, I decided to contact Cosimo for some help, hoping that he would have some great price on tile and the install for it. He responded super fast, which I loved, and came out to do an estimate for me! I had already kind of picked a tile out that I liked but after looking at it, he did notice that there was some bowing going on, which made sense since the tile was fairly inexpensive. He also pointed out that the install would be very expensive for tile and because I live on the second floor, the tile would most likely not be completely flat. He suggested instead high end laminate which is just as durable, looks more like natural wood, and is much cheaper to install. I went to visit his store to see the options, and he has a lot of nice options for laminate wood-style floors! My family couldn't even the difference between the laminate and the real wood floors he had. I found one I absolutely loved and met all my criteria and his crew worked super fast. After ordering the wood, he booked his crew to install the floor within a week and they got it done in 4 days! And it was amazing work! It was super beautiful and they did an exceptional job on the stairs, as well.

The only small thing I wish I had been warned about was that they wouldn't leave everything exceptionally clean, so there was a fine layer of dust on everything, which was fine, as it's not their job to be cleaners. He did offer to have them come out again and wipe everything down for me, which was nice of him, but I didn't want to impose. So just know, if you're getting your floors done, make sure you put everything in storage or cover it if you don't want it to be dusty! Luckily, I didn't have anything really in the condo, so I didn't have to do that much cleaning but I could see it being a problem for people who already have things moved in.

Overall, I was super happy with my floors and everyone who's come to see it has told me it looks great. I feel like it has the charm of wood floors without the maintenance and I'm all about things that are low maintenance. I was really happy with the great service, the price, and the speediness of the work.

After having several other flooring companies come out and measure our home, but never give us a quotation, Cosimo was a breath of fresh air.  We went to his store around noon and that same evening he stopped by to measure our home.  Not only did he measure our home, he gave us a quotation/estimate on the spot!  Who does that?!  :)  Cosimo does!!!

I'm blown away by the quality of this business. From start to finish, the process was enjoyable and stress free. Cosmo (owner) is just a stand up guy who takes a lot of pride in his work. His crew was polite, fast and delivered A++ work.

We originally went to Cosmo with a concept and he counseled us through the logistics and made recommendations where appropriate. The end result of our rustic laminate floors exceeds our expectations in every way.

Definitely recommend Paradise Tile!  Customer service is king with Cosimo!  We had over 2000 square feet of carpet and tile removed and replaced with a gorgeous laminate.  Cosimo guided my selection and educated me on materials, use, wear and longevity as well as negotiated a great price.  He was able to deliver all this on less than two week turn around time to help us move into our new place quickly.

The crew were hard working, punctual and left a tidy work site each night.

This review is long due. Finally got some time put this together.
In Jun'2016 after moving to our new house in Stetson Valley, we had to change the flooring. We wanted to change the worn out carpet full of pet hair etc. wreaking havoc on all of us in the family. We picked up Empire Today for their nation-wide presence. That was a big mistake! After wrestling with their sales and operations point of contacts for 4 days we called off the agreement with them. We compared some local flooring folks and spoke with them. I am so glad that we eventually took the effort to visit Paradise Tile & Natural Stone and spoke with Cosimo. Found him through Yelp. He was 5 stars through and through and no wonder why!
Cosimo explained the difference between types of flooring, answered all our questions patiently and helped us to finalize on what we want. We picked up higher end luxury vinyl for spaces other than bedrooms and a low-pile California carpet for the bedrooms. To our surprise, the cost was less that what Empire Today quoted even for simple laminate. We decided luxury vinyl over laminates as we wanted a no hassle, water-proof flooring for hall, loft etc. Cosimo handed out nicely broken down costing, worked with us to lower it where possible. We finalized the deal on our first visit.
He came over for the measurement during weekend, gave us a plan around procuring the material and actual work. 4 days for both luxury vinyl and carpet work of around 2000 sqft.
The work started as planned. The folks who worked with Cosimo to do the actual work came out to be extremely professional. They worked during the day when we are off-work, cleaned up after their work so that we can live in the house during night. Never faced any problem considering the fact that our daughter was only 4 yrs old at that time. Cosimo came for a final inspection and it was wonderfully done.
It has been almost 9 months since. The flooring is still awesome. We remember Cosimo for doing a great job with our flooring. Highly recommend him for any of your flooring work.

Cosimo and his guys retiled 1800 sq ft of my house.  Not only pricing was competitive but also Cosimo is very knowledgeable and personable.  He and his guys pay attention to details and provide a product with very good finish.  
I personally loved the way they cut baseboards which made it look very luxurious.

Follow up. Cosimo and team just finished a major job at our home. Once again he showed professionalism, knowledge, patience and most of all a high quality installation. It's something we've been wanting to do for years and Cosimo was once again the right choice.

We had been wanting to redo our bedroom floors for months and when we finally started looking and I'm so glad we found this business. The owner Cosimo was professional, honest and very knowledgeable. I originally wanted wood-like tile and he was happy to show me options, but from his experience he recommended vinyl options and let me take home a sample of each to try in my home. We went with LVP based on his recommendation and love the result! He scheduled us but since he got the materials in faster, we actually got to get the work done a week EARLY! We had about 500 square feet and his installers took only 2.5 days to complete it. They we so efficient with getting it done. Also once they completed a room, they cleaned it spotless and also made sure their workspace out side was cleaned each day too. The price is beyond reasonable for the work completed. We cannot be happier and would recommend him to all our friends and family in the valley!

The beige carpet in my living and dining rooms looked awful - after many years of foot traffic and elderly, shedding pets, it had to go. I was most fortunate to find Paradise Tile & Natural Stone, right here on Yelp. The owner Cosimo has a North Phoenix store filled with flooring samples, with many styles and colors to choose from. I selected luxury vinyl planking (LVP) - beautiful, low-maintenance, and very pet-friendly. Cosimo made the estimate and scheduling process quick and simple, and his hard-working crew did a great job with the installation, which included 4-inch baseboards painted to match the walls. My new floors are gorgeous, and the rooms look incredible. Highly satisfied!

At the recommendation of a friend of ours who had recently used Cosimo and his crew, we contracted with him to have flooring, carpet and baseboards installed in our new home. He was very knowledgeable about all things flooring and did an exceptional job helping my wife and I narrow our focus, which was critical due to our budgetary constraints. Now I see what the good reviews for this company are all about. This is a very good company for flooring installation. We recently got all the tiles in our house replaced and are very happy with the final product. Here are few things that led me to rate this company as 5 stars:
   1) Lots to chose from when it comes to tiles. Cosimo, the owner, also helps out. Samples are available in the store and you can also take them home for a day or two to show friends etc.
   2) The actual installation is done by a very professional crew that has been working for this company for years (they said like 15+ years). This is by far the most important part. Before the work started, the crew covered everything with plastic, like the blinds, appliances etc. The actual work is amazing with the tile alignment, baseboards, grout etc. After the work is complete the crew cleans up as well. We literally got the house ready to use, just a little dusting of the walls and that was it. The new floor was ready to use. The crew also left the house clean at the end of each day which was great since we could sleep every night in the house
   3) Cosimo was a pleasure to work with, he was always available and makes it a point to always call back. There was  a small issue with one of the appliances after the work was complete, a small thing that's not even worth getting into details of. Called Cosimo and he had his crew over that afternoon to fix it.

Everyone told us that replacing tiles is a lot of work, but it really wasn't. We just chose the tile we wanted, gave the crew access to the house and that was it. They took care of everything else. It's been 6 weeks since our new floor was installed and if I could give more stars, I would! Cosimo was extremely kind and professional from the moment we contacted him. He prides himself on great work and making customers happy and really goes the extra mile. As a small business owner myself, I appreciate that genuine touch. I left him a message with a concern on a Saturday night and he got back to me within 30 minutes, which I did not expect (he was out to dinner with his wife). Further, his workers are the best we've had yet. They were on time, left the place as clean as they could each night, and were respectful of our home. I did get bids from two other companies, but they couldn't beat the price and service I found here. We love our new floors and would use Paradise again in a heartbeat!

We were shopping for flooring over a 3 month period. Started talking with Cosimo after reading the reviews. We were not disappointed. From the get go...he guided us on the different choices...came to our home on a Sunday to measure (just met him on Friday)...His installers were courtesy, thorough...had our needs in mind as they worked thru our home...and finished on time! This company IS as good as it gets!  Cosimo was wonderful - straight forward, honest, friendly and very competent in his field.  He arrived for appointments when he said he would, stuck by the prices he quoted me and sent one of the most outstanding installation teams I have ever had the pleasure to work with.  
I purchased indoor flooring, outdoor tile and a travertine backsplash for my kitchen and all of it looks beautiful and exactly as I hoped.

Paradise Tile was the first and only place I called when I needed to get new flooring for my home. We were moving into a new house and needed new carpet. I called Cosimo and he gave me great personalized attention. We went to the store to pick out carpet we might want.
