Best Damage Restorations in Phoenix, AZ
We had a major water leakage in our office and it ruined an entire room. Disaster Link helped to diagnose the problem and point us in the right direction. They also were able to use vacuums to get the moister out of the air to ensure the comfort of everyone in the office. Thank you Disaster Link!

SHORTER VERSION Aqua Dry came in after another company did a subpar job. Whereas the first guys rushed through the job, Aqua Dry took 3 x the time to do it right. They brought state of the art equipment, high wattage lights, cameras, changed filters frequently (no cutting corners). Their attention to detail was incredible; they even applied painter's tape to walls before putting up their containment area (saving your paint job) and respectfully protected my personal belonging from cross-contamination. These guys understand and know mold (they have 18 plus years experience and fully accredited) and work hard for us. Their management of cross-contamination is military-like, which you want. Unlike the other company, they also did not trick mold clearance testing by leaving plastic over areas. Aqua Dry's all around honesty and integrity is very rare. Alex is also an absolute genius at inspecting for mold - and found mold colonies the other guys had totally missed, in one place by inches. You won't find much about Aqua Dry online and I know why: their business is nearly all word of mouth. But I want others to know about them because mold remediation is serious health business and you need to know your mold remediator is doing the job perfectly. Yes, perfectly. If I could give them 10 stars here and everywhere, I would.

After being stood up for two different in person quotes I reached out to Affinity Bio Solutions through messenger in Yelp. Not only did they answer me back but they kept their appointment with me and made an on site inspection. The situation was dire and time was of the essence. I was very please with the quote and there were no hidden fees. I actually paid less than the quote because they were able to fit everything into one dumpster not two. To put it mildly the place was a hoarders dream and landlords nightmare. Glen and his team did a fantastic job and I highly recommend them!! The whole team was patient, understanding, and caring. A+++ service.

First of all I would like to say that Danny and Ryan were a godsend! The company as a whole was amazing. First off, during an emergency, the last thing you need is the stress of calling a ton of people and getting your whole life back in order. Well the crew at ATI did that for me. My partner and I suffered a flood from a hot water heater line bursting, when all of our stuff was floating around the apartment, we called ATI. They were prompt, super friendly, and very accomodating to us and our needs. They made sure we were well informed on what was going on and what was going to happen. Hopefully it will never happen, but if there were ever another emergency in my life, I know who to call! It was costly, but was worth every penny! Thanks ATI for always being there!

We had a flood at our rental. The complete destruction of our dining room happened. Red Eye Construction came in and did a beautiful job with the put back and with quality materials, and in a very timely manner. They worked so well with our tenant who is having a very rough time in his personal life right now. I highly recommend this company you will not regret this choice in hiring Red Eye Construction to do any remodeling you may need.

This is the first time I have used this company and I can assure you it will not be the last. Have already recommended F & F Carpet Cleaning to 3 other people. I am moving into a home where carpets had recently been cleaned by Chem Dry.....they looked terrible, so called F & F Carpet Cleaning in to clean them. The carpets look amazing. Fred is the person I spoke with and he came out immediately to give me a free estimate. We set a time for him to come back to clean the carpets and when I arrived at the appointed time, he was there waiting on me! Not only did Fred do a wonderful job getting the carpets clean, he is professional, personable and their company is extremely accessible. I highly recommend this company!

Envy removed old asbestos popcorn ceilings for me during a remodel. After meeting with several companies I decided to us Envy. Not only were they highly professional, they did an amazing job and was spotless when work was completed.
Their prices are competitive and they do excellent work, if I had to remove popcorn ceiling in the future I would 100% use Envy.
If your looking for someone to talk to, reach out to Adam, he treated us great and was highly responsive to all our questions.

Our fish tank overfilled on a Friday morning for a little over an hour. My husband called Kingship Water Removal & Restoration Services and they were at the door in less than 20 minutes ready to help. The flood was worse than they expected but they got to work and we had all the water out in a few hours, fans going in every room and were able to begin repairs. They checked on our walls and carpets everyday for 5 days, and made sure we were able to salvage everything we could. They were amazing and I would recommend to anyone requiring services. Thanks Kingship, this nightmare has turned positive with your help!

Beware Homeowners of what you are getting yourself into with this company. I will list simple facts about how this company operates for you to hopefully see this before you make the mistake of signing anything.
1) The contract Tempel Roofing uses is no ordinary contract, it is an assignment of benefits contract that will strip you as a homeowner of all rights to your own claim and money that will come with it, leaving all rights to Tempel Roofing to supplement and take as long as they would like before putting your roof on, and you will legally have no say in the matter after signing this contract.(Tempel has customers that have been waiting over a year for their roof to be put on after insurance paid for full replacement.)
2) Tempel roofing will rush to get a front end check from you, the next tactic in the process is to collect money fast to fulfill a 30% cancellation fee should you decide you dont like Tempel Roofings handling of your business and the final step into fully trapping you behind the assignment of benefits contract you signed.
3) In the supplementing process between Tempel and your insurance company, you will see that they are billing your insurance company twice the amount of full replacement paid by your insurance, sometimes 3 times the amount, even after insurance paid for a full replacement, and this can take quite some time of which you have no say in the matter. Not to mention the fraud committed in the supplements such as charging for a safety class for his roofing crews. 1. this does not take place and 2. there are no in house crews affiliated with Tempel Roofing, they are subcontracted crews.
4) Should you have any problems during the process and would like to reach out to the office, good luck. The office is a vacant rented room for mailing purposes, there is no one in office to greet you or a receptionist to take your calls. It is almost a guarantee that if you call the office number you will go straight to voicemail.
The above is simple facts provided in hopes to inform homeowners, so that you can make an informed decision about the contractor you choose. There are plenty of roofing companies in the valley that will be truthful, helpful, and respectful throughout the process.

When my mother unexpectedly passed away in her home I was given AZ Bio Cleanup's information by a family friend. Joe came out right away and assessed what needed to be cleaned and even handled the home insurance for me as they seemed to be difficult to deal with he handled it all and given my state of grief I was more than thankful for his gentleness and professionalism. Once the initial job was done I was so happy with the results I hired them to come back to clean out the home as it was a hoarding situation. There was no way I could do it myself. Their team was fantastic to deal with and even with some set backs that neither myself or AZ Bio had control over, they got the job done to a level that I could handle while keeping me within the budget I could afford. Now the family home is completely fixed up,clean and once again livable. I have AZ Bio to thank for getting the most difficult part of this process done. I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone in need. Thank you again AZ BIO!

Robert did a fantastic job with stretching the carpet and changed our minds about ripping up 4 year old Berber to put in tile in the bedrooms. It looked brand new and the cleaning was great as well. We'd definitely use him again, Robert and the other gentleman that came out were professional and thorough with the work.

I was living in NC and trying to sell a house in Arizona that needed some work. The inspectors had found some mold inside the walls. I contacted Jesse the owner of Star 48. He is very professional and kept me updated every step of the way. He alway responded fast to calls or texts. And even helped me find other contractors to do additional work.
Hopefully I never have to deal with mold in a house again. But if I do I know who to call.

Had an emergency that needed water extraction so my insurance had me call Belfor which was highly recommended. The response time was so quick! It was like they were waiting for me to call them. Cyrus and roel extracted and set up drying equipment that same night. The guys kept me updated and walked me through the process and made me feel at ease. There was minimal repairs to be done which was done by Belfor as well. The guys were clean when they did the repairs from the walls which helped a lot. I will be using them in the future.

Careful!
The employees are nice enough... I feel sorry for them because there is a serious disconnect and issue with leadership.
The owner, Phil...be very cautious with that one.
My repairs started with an a line leak from one of the bathrooms upstairs which unfortunately soaked through carpeting and dripped down into my chandelier over my dining room table downstairs.
*When I questioned the feedback on Phil's behalf to my insurance, he implied I was asking him to lie when in fact, I was asking him to clarify the transitions that would remain on my flooring since I was removing all carpet.
*I have a challenging schedule (night shift/ 14 hr shifts) so when I had the time to get work done on my sporadic days off, I would be given information by the crew doing the repairs but Phil would state otherwise...I'm not sure if he thought I didn't speak with the workers in my home directly...so get use to getting lied to. I cannot tell you how many days I called out because of the scheduling issues (I have the text messages to prove it). It took over 6 months to complete the work that was actually done in a matter of 2 weeks.
*Do your best to keep documentation on conversations and estimates.
*Don't be surprised if the estimate changes after the work is completed and you're given a 'new estimate'.
*Apparently, unannounced visits are acceptable for the owner.
*I was told what supplies would be needed for ME to finish the job that they started...yes, you read that right.
*The amount of drywall dust left in my home has been wiped down for OVER a month, and it's still all over the place.
*A portion of the work was not going to be completed because I wanted to be done with them so Phil decided to keep the monies originally allotted for wallpaper replacement and apply that balance to what was owed for labor. I couldn't contract out with someone else because he kept that money.
I voiced my concerns to my insurance company and they stated it was made out to sound like this is a conflict of personalities.
Definitely NOT someone I would do business again with.
The crew was good
I wouldn't be tricked into thinking the response below is genuine- as we've been working with one another for 6months.
I stand by my review

Very disappointed in the way our situation was handled after a fire. Ted made promises to get the job and failed to follow through on them. There was excuse after excuse why it wasnt getting done in a timely matter. The most upsetting part of the whole experience was that he charged us for several things that he didnt even do. i was given several final bills that were all different prices. He charged different prices for the same work each time and blamed it on his program. With 115,000.00 in his pocket from our job he refused to take care of things that were not completed or not properly done by him. The ultimate slap in the face was that Ted did extras not covered by insurance without discussing it with us then sent us a large bill for unapproved items. Beware!!

Copper State Home Builders is the Best! We had a toilet overflow which flooded the bathroom and overflowing into the hallway. We had a disgusting pungent smell in our house and the nasty water soaked deep into our carpet. We decided to call Copper State Home Builders from a Google search, and 40 minutes later restoration people were already at work. They came with the right crew and equipment, and finished the job in 5 hours. I highly recommend Copper State with your emergency situations.

They were referred by the plumber. Had no chance to check them out, and I really do not have a point of reference/comparison since I have not had this experience. They seem t have done a good job on getting drying out the wall. Not so good a job in clean-up after. Felt almost harassed by their collection guy. Check was sent to me by insurance which required my endorsement; collection guy called me before I even got the check. I mailed it the day after it arrived in the mail.
