UPDATE: The review comment left by the owner, Marc, is a prime example of his lies; we (the plantiffs) were awarded the judgement....we won the case...see the attached copy of the judgement.  The judge ruled we had to pay a resonable amount for the services provided (which was our goal all along) and that DisasterLink had to pay $2,000.00 in damages to us.

SHORTER VERSION  Aqua Dry came in after another company did a subpar job.  Whereas the first guys rushed through the job, Aqua Dry took 3 x the time to do it right.  They brought state of the art equipment, high wattage lights, cameras, changed filters frequently (no cutting corners). Their attention to detail was incredible; they even applied painter's tape to walls before putting up their containment area (saving your paint job) and respectfully protected my personal belonging from cross-contamination. These guys understand and know mold (they have 18 plus years experience and fully accredited) and work hard for us. Their management of cross-contamination is military-like, which you want.  Unlike the other company, they also did not trick mold clearance testing by leaving plastic over areas.  Aqua Dry's all around honesty and integrity is very rare.  Alex is also an absolute genius at inspecting for mold - and found mold colonies the other guys had totally missed, in one place by inches.  You won't find much about Aqua Dry online and I know why:  their business is nearly all word of mouth.  But I want others to know about them because mold remediation is serious health business and you need to know your mold remediator is doing the job perfectly.  Yes, perfectly.  If I could give them 10 stars here and everywhere, I would.

After being stood up for two different in person quotes I reached out to Affinity Bio Solutions through messenger in Yelp. Not only did they answer me back but they kept their appointment with me and made an on site inspection. The situation was dire and time was of the essence.  I was very please with the quote and there were no hidden fees. I actually paid less than the quote because they were able to fit everything into one dumpster not two.  To put it mildly the place was a hoarders dream and landlords nightmare.  Glen and his team did a fantastic job and I highly recommend them!!  The whole team was patient, understanding, and caring. A+++ service.

In March of this year (2020) I realized I had a roof leak that had leaked down the walls in a front bedroom. A small part of the roof was repaired along with a good amount of interior drywall, insulation, trim and plus carpeting. Overall ATI was professional and on time. The workmanship was very good and the follow-up was good and the crews were on time everyday and done a good job with the daily and final clean-up. There were some hick-ups so that is why I gave only 4 stars. The primary issue was the Billing Dept for ATI which is in California  and I am in AZ which caused some confusion over billing as items were done and the person in charge at the billing department was hard to contact and or slow in responses so therefor I had to rely on my claims adjuster at the insurance company to verify what ,if anything, that I needed to pay. The bills that I received did not verify if they were copies for me  or invoices for me to pay or for the the insurance company. Overall, the repairs turned out very good and I would recommend them.

We had a flood at our rental. The complete destruction of our dining room happened. Red Eye Construction came in and did a beautiful job with the put back and with quality materials, and in a very timely manner. They worked so well with our tenant who is having a very rough time in his personal life right now. I highly recommend this company you will not regret this choice in hiring Red Eye Construction to do any remodeling you may need.

Thanks to Yelp, I found F & F Carpet Cleaning to clean my Mother's carpets and rugs.  Farhad, a co-owner, arrived promptly as scheduled and made some good suggestions and recommendations before cleaning.  He is cheerful, hard working, knowledgeable and did a thoroughly fine job.   The main carpet cleaning machine is mounted in the van and a long suction hose and solution feed line is attached to the cleaning wand that provides powerful suction for deep cleaning.

We were thoroughly satisfied with the results and fair pricing.   I have scheduled them to clean my office next week.

Envy removed old asbestos popcorn ceilings for me during a remodel. After meeting with several companies I decided to us Envy. Not only were they highly professional, they did an amazing job and was spotless when work was completed.

Their prices are competitive and they do excellent work, if I had to remove popcorn ceiling in the future I would 100% use Envy.

Our fish tank overfilled on a Friday morning for a little over an hour. My husband called Kingship Water Removal & Restoration Services and they were at the door in less than 20 minutes ready to help. The flood was worse than they expected but they got to work and we had all the water out in a few hours, fans going in every room and were able to begin repairs. They checked on our walls and carpets everyday for 5 days, and made sure we were able to salvage everything we could. They were amazing and I would recommend to anyone requiring services. I could not be happier with Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning for the carpet cleaning service provided for a home I inherited and am preparing to rent.  I initially selected this company because of the unsatisfactory reviews posted for what I consider to be the top three franchise companies.  I further researched Rosie on the House approved contractors and found this company, which, frankly, I was not familiar with.  I called for a service quote and was given a clear and concise answer - there was no upselling, if's, and's or but's about anything.  Spot stain treating was included.  I was told they had a service window that fit my schedule for Sat. service.  After mulling over the information I was given, I called back to schedule the service.  My service tech, Dan was on time and friendly, and quickly got to work, investigating what preliminary treatments would be needed.  He thoroughly vacuumed the home, and then began to treat spotted areas.  This was followed up with a thorough cleaning and raking.  He provided me with some booties to check the work as he was putting his equipment away.  There were no surprises when it came time to pay - the quote I got was the amount I paid.  I returned to the property a week later, after it had dried and was just as pleasantly surprised to see that the carpet looked great!  If you would like to do business with a local company that does what they say they will do, and does not overcharge for truly professional service, I'd highly recommend that you consider utilizing Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning.

I was living in NC and trying to sell a house in Arizona that needed some work. The inspectors had found some mold inside the walls. I contacted Jesse the owner of Star 48. He is very professional and kept me updated every step of the way. He alway responded fast to calls or texts. And even helped me find other contractors to do additional work.

Hopefully I never have to deal with mold in a house again. But if I do I know who to call.

This company was extraordinary.  They set up their dehumidifiers, came back and removed all  drywall that was water damaged and totally cleaned the space
in both closets.   Once the roof was replaced, they came back and replaced all the drywall, sealed and repainted both closets.    They were very skilled and the closets look brand new.    I want to thank them for their professionalism as well.
Sean whose kindness during this challenge diffused my frustration with the length of time it was taking to finish the restoration explaining the roof had to be completed or we would have to start all over.    He was right, it rained the following week later and the plastic covering the master closet ceiling was full of water.  This company and it's customer service are top notch.  My sincere thanks.

The employees are nice enough... I feel sorry for them because there is a serious disconnect and issue with leadership.

The owner, Phil...be very cautious with that one.

My repairs started with an a line leak from one of the bathrooms upstairs which unfortunately soaked through carpeting and dripped down into my chandelier over my dining room table downstairs.

*When I questioned the feedback on Phil's behalf to my insurance, he implied I was asking him to lie when in fact, I was asking him to clarify the transitions that would remain on my flooring since I was removing all carpet.
*I have a challenging schedule (night shift/ 14 hr shifts) so when I had the time to get work done on my sporadic days off, I would be given information by the crew doing the repairs but Phil would state otherwise...I'm not sure if he thought I didn't speak with the workers in my home directly...so get use to getting lied to. I cannot tell you how many days I called out because of the scheduling issues (I have the text messages to prove it). It took over 6 months to complete the work that was actually done in a matter of 2 weeks.
*Do your best to keep documentation on conversations and estimates.
*Don't be surprised if the estimate changes after the work is completed and you're given a 'new estimate'.
*Apparently, unannounced visits are acceptable for the owner.
*I was told what supplies would be needed for ME to finish the job that they started...yes, you read that right.
*The amount of drywall dust left in my home has been wiped down for OVER a month, and it's still all over the place.
*A portion of the work was not going to be completed because I wanted to be done with them so Phil decided to keep the monies originally allotted for wallpaper replacement and apply that balance to what was owed for labor. I couldn't contract out with someone else because he kept that money.

I voiced my concerns to my insurance company and they stated it was made out to sound like this is a conflict of personalities.

Definitely NOT someone I would do business again with.

Very disappointed in the way our situation was handled after a fire. Ted made promises to get the job and failed to follow through on them. There was excuse after excuse why it wasnt getting done in a timely matter. The most upsetting part of the whole experience was that he charged us for several things that he didnt even do. i was given several final bills that were all different prices. He charged different prices for the same work each time and blamed it on his program. With 115,000.00 in his pocket from our job he refused to take care of things that were not completed or not properly done by him. The ultimate slap in the face was that Ted did extras not covered by insurance without discussing it with us then sent us a large bill for unapproved items. Beware!!

I used this company after a burst pipe in the wall cause damage to my downstairs lounge. From the first call, the team was extremely competent, professional, and understood exactly what I need to fix my problem. They explained my situation, and gave me a deadline regarding the various task to solve my problem.

They arrived on time, and went straight towards working on my problem. They were in constant contact with us regarding everything that need to be addressed for our project. All their workers who came to home were very respectful, professional, and responsible to clean up after themselves so our place looked like before. They made the whole process seem easy, even though we tried other companies for similar task and they made it real difficult. The final results look a lot better than we could possibly imagine. If you have the need for water restoration services, I would highly recommend working with Clint, and his team at Copper State Home Builders. Their work is a home run in my book.

Using this company was a waste of time.

Property unnecessarily damaged or removed, poor communications, and nuisance calls.  Also presumed that restoration building contractors would be whom they partner with.

You can find better quality service for a better price by avoiding this incompetent company.

I would not recommend.  Instead, go with a professional company that provides this service nationally.
