We had water damage in our upstairs bathroom and garage. Disaster link was able to fix everything and deal with all the hassle and paperwork. They did a fantastic job. The costumer service was awesome. I never had trouble getting a response back from them. I highly recommend.

SHORTER VERSION  Aqua Dry came in after another company did a subpar job.  Whereas the first guys rushed through the job, Aqua Dry took 3 x the time to do it right.  They brought state of the art equipment, high wattage lights, cameras, changed filters frequently (no cutting corners). Their attention to detail was incredible; they even applied painter's tape to walls before putting up their containment area (saving your paint job) and respectfully protected my personal belonging from cross-contamination. These guys understand and know mold (they have 18 plus years experience and fully accredited) and work hard for us. Their management of cross-contamination is military-like, which you want.  Unlike the other company, they also did not trick mold clearance testing by leaving plastic over areas.  Aqua Dry's all around honesty and integrity is very rare.  Alex is also an absolute genius at inspecting for mold - and found mold colonies the other guys had totally missed, in one place by inches.  You won't find much about Aqua Dry online and I know why:  their business is nearly all word of mouth.  But I want others to know about them because mold remediation is serious health business and you need to know your mold remediator is doing the job perfectly.  Yes, perfectly.  If I could give them 10 stars here and everywhere, I would.

After being stood up for two different in person quotes I reached out to Affinity Bio Solutions through messenger in Yelp. Not only did they answer me back but they kept their appointment with me and made an on site inspection. The situation was dire and time was of the essence.  I was very please with the quote and there were no hidden fees. I actually paid less than the quote because they were able to fit everything into one dumpster not two.  To put it mildly the place was a hoarders dream and landlords nightmare.  Glen and his team did a fantastic job and I highly recommend them!!  The whole team was patient, understanding, and caring. A+++ service.

I would like to take this opportunity to express the outstanding service I have received from this company and their employees. In today's business world and especially in the construction industry you don't find the service to be what was expected years ago. Customer service is falling backwards and the quality of work is minimally acceptable. I had dealt with this company years ago but never used their services. I had a few properties that needed some work and their name came up again so I decided to give them a try. I never expected the work to be done so effortlessly. Clean, professional and their workmanship was of a higher standard.
    I normally don't take the time to comment on social media. I thought if this could help someone having a hard time of finding someone then it is worth it. My Project Manager was Danny Spruce and his crews were the most professional group of people I have ever met. They gave me back hope that there are still companies out there that really care and it is important to them to do a good job. I would highly recommend ATI  for ANYTHING you might need. We had a flood at our rental. The complete destruction of our dining room happened. Red Eye Construction came in and did a beautiful job with the put back and with quality materials, and in a very timely manner. They worked so well with our tenant who is having a very rough time in his personal life right now. I highly recommend this company you will not regret this choice in hiring Red Eye Construction to do any remodeling you may need.

So I'm walking through my living room and glance down the hall.  I see a huge puddle on the carpet coming from the laundry room!  I open the door and the entire room is filled with water!  

Well, long story short, I called Fred And Farhaad and they were at my house within an hour!! Are you kidding me!! Unbelievable service!  They had to suck what water they could get out, out.  Then open carpet at the seem, remove the wet padding, let the carpet dry with fans for 3 days, then come and put new padding down and repair seem.  

Now it's like nothing happened and they were reasonably price to boot!  Just call them, you will not be disappointed!

Envy is the company to call when you need anything reconstructed in your house. They were very responsive and quick to respond to repairing my roof due to time contraints in changing Insurance companies. The roof was completed within 2 days, and they did an EXCELLENT JOB!!!! We have had so many compliments on how nice it looks from the neighbors. They were very easy to work with and worked around my schedule as far as completing the job and receiving pmt. They did not pressure me in chosing them as the company to complete the job. I had 2 other companies give me quotes for the job, and they gave me the best deal. I HIGHLY recommend them!!!

Our fish tank overfilled on a Friday morning for a little over an hour. My husband called Kingship Water Removal & Restoration Services and they were at the door in less than 20 minutes ready to help. The flood was worse than they expected but they got to work and we had all the water out in a few hours, fans going in every room and were able to begin repairs. They checked on our walls and carpets everyday for 5 days, and made sure we were able to salvage everything we could. They were amazing and I would recommend to anyone requiring services. My new roof was install earlier this week and I am extremely pleased with the results. From start to finish, Ryan Temple and his team are professional and trustworthy. The roofing team arrived in time, finished the job in 1 1/2 days, and left the outside of house spotless.  Tempel Roofing is a small locally owned business that delivers personal service and a superior product.

I came from out of town when my mother passed away and I didn't know her home was filthy from hoarding and excessive dog excrement. I personally have never seen or smelled anything like it. I called Joe and the next morning he was there to assess the situation and by evening his team was there. in 1 night they removed all the food, garbage, carpeting and cleaned and sanitized surfaces. His team was so efficient, I paid less than the quoted amount. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of clean-up.

I had Phoenix Carpet Repair clean my carpets a few months ago. The technician was timely, professional, courteous, and answered all my questions. The stains that he cleaned have not reappeared and the carpets still look good. During his visit I asked him to stretch the carpets and reattach the carpet at the tacks. It was done well, although it was challenging with the dimensions of the room. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. Thank you

I was living in NC and trying to sell a house in Arizona that needed some work. The inspectors had found some mold inside the walls. I contacted Jesse the owner of Star 48. He is very professional and kept me updated every step of the way. He alway responded fast to calls or texts. And even helped me find other contractors to do additional work.

Hopefully I never have to deal with mold in a house again. But if I do I know who to call.

Had a kitchen fire and Belfor came to do restoration. Everything was packed and transported to a warehouse. I was not told everything in my kitchen would be thrown away, otherwise I would have saved some of my more important things.
I did not get all my possessions back and got things NOT mine. I called to return not my things but never got mine. I am missing China I cannot replace. Things that were my grandmothers I cannot replace. A whole basket of Bernie babies I was saving for my great granddaughter.  Have called several times with no response. They don't care, it's not their possessions.  They are supposed to be the best ???  Hate to see the worst!

The employees are nice enough... I feel sorry for them because there is a serious disconnect and issue with leadership.

The owner, Phil...be very cautious with that one.

My repairs started with an a line leak from one of the bathrooms upstairs which unfortunately soaked through carpeting and dripped down into my chandelier over my dining room table downstairs.

*When I questioned the feedback on Phil's behalf to my insurance, he implied I was asking him to lie when in fact, I was asking him to clarify the transitions that would remain on my flooring since I was removing all carpet.
*I have a challenging schedule (night shift/ 14 hr shifts) so when I had the time to get work done on my sporadic days off, I would be given information by the crew doing the repairs but Phil would state otherwise...I'm not sure if he thought I didn't speak with the workers in my home directly...so get use to getting lied to. I cannot tell you how many days I called out because of the scheduling issues (I have the text messages to prove it). It took over 6 months to complete the work that was actually done in a matter of 2 weeks.
*Do your best to keep documentation on conversations and estimates.
*Don't be surprised if the estimate changes after the work is completed and you're given a 'new estimate'.
*Apparently, unannounced visits are acceptable for the owner.
*I was told what supplies would be needed for ME to finish the job that they started...yes, you read that right.
*The amount of drywall dust left in my home has been wiped down for OVER a month, and it's still all over the place.
*A portion of the work was not going to be completed because I wanted to be done with them so Phil decided to keep the monies originally allotted for wallpaper replacement and apply that balance to what was owed for labor. I couldn't contract out with someone else because he kept that money.

I voiced my concerns to my insurance company and they stated it was made out to sound like this is a conflict of personalities.

Definitely NOT someone I would do business again with.

Worst company ever don't ever use them !! The owner try's to use intimidation tactics!!  They are very dishonest! They cheat your insurance company!! They lie!! Absolutely the worst company I've ever used!!!

They have been great!!!!  They came out the same day our water heater broke and got everything taken care.  The restoration part of it was great as well.  The staff has all been very friendly and helpful. Rob has been fantastic through this whole process!!!  He took a lot of stress off of us!!  I can not thank him enough for the incredible job he has done!!!!  He was in consist contact with us even answered my calls and texts after hours!!!  That does not happen often with most companies.  Now our house is back together again as if nothing happened!!!!  Thank you Rob for an awesome job!!!!

Do not use Dry Force

If you have an emergency flood do not use this company. They take advantage of your emergency and do not do right by you. Not only was I charged more than quoted (by $1700) I had tons of mold under my carpet. I had to remove all the carpet. They told me not to use my insurance and untrusted their knowledge in this. They told me it's cheaper you just pay us. WRON They damaged a large amount of dry wall, which created even more cost for me. They advised me to remove my vanity (they ripped it apart) which after inspection was totally fine, that I also had to pay to replace. They will not work with payment plans. Pay it all or get sued. Id avise to find another company. The workers were nice guys but they don't represent the company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
