SHORTER VERSION  Aqua Dry came in after another company did a subpar job.  Whereas the first guys rushed through the job, Aqua Dry took 3 x the time to do it right.  They brought state of the art equipment, high wattage lights, cameras, changed filters frequently (no cutting corners). Their attention to detail was incredible; they even applied painter's tape to walls before putting up their containment area (saving your paint job) and respectfully protected my personal belonging from cross-contamination. These guys understand and know mold (they have 18 plus years experience and fully accredited) and work hard for us. Their management of cross-contamination is military-like, which you want.  Unlike the other company, they also did not trick mold clearance testing by leaving plastic over areas.  Aqua Dry's all around honesty and integrity is very rare.  Alex is also an absolute genius at inspecting for mold - and found mold colonies the other guys had totally missed, in one place by inches.  You won't find much about Aqua Dry online and I know why:  their business is nearly all word of mouth.  But I want others to know about them because mold remediation is serious health business and you need to know your mold remediator is doing the job perfectly.  Yes, perfectly.  If I could give them 10 stars here and everywhere, I would.

Brook and Glen were fair, reasonable and easy to work with. Most of all, they were kind and compassionate. I was dealing with a cat hoarding situation, which meant that we were working with the SPCA too. I was also out of state and having to drive back and forth during the process. These guys were great! Worked with our timeline, didn't try to penalize us when it needed to be changed, kept an eye out for items we thought were important, and were fair on the price. I highly recommend them.

We had a flood at our rental. The complete destruction of our dining room happened. Red Eye Construction came in and did a beautiful job with the put back and with quality materials, and in a very timely manner. They worked so well with our tenant who is having a very rough time in his personal life right now. I highly recommend this company you will not regret this choice in hiring Red Eye Construction to do any remodeling you may need.

I can't believe the stains they are able to remove. Floors are clean and smelling fresh when they are finished.

On 04/30/20, mildew was discovered on the bathroom cabinet shelve, even though the plumbing lines were dry. Contacted Envy Restoration and Construction and on 05/01/20, Kevin a Mitigation Specialist came out. The moisture meter detected moisture under and around the cabinets. Kevin furnished a detailed estimate for mitigation, sending a copy to my insurance company which explained in detail, the cost; item per item.  On 05/02/20 the crew arrived to remove the cabinets, baseboards, molding and countertop.  They brought in fans to dry out the affected areas and a dehumidifier  This crew was very professional, carefully sealing off the area.

On 05/07/20 my plumber discovered and determined there was a leak in the drain pipe.  It was repaired and replace with new materials.

On 05/11/20, Nick an Estimator here to tabulate and itemized a repair estimate.  I received a copy and it was submitted to my insurance company in a timely manner.

On 05/20/20 Hector a Project Manager with Envy, evaluated the repairs and on 05/22/20, his assistant installed new drywall and painted the drywall.  Cabinets in and installed on 06/09/20 and on 06/10/20, cabinet baseboards replaced and caulked and countertop installed. Hector was on top of this project, organizing the job and even helping with the repairs.  He was very knowledgeable, professional, punctual and committed to the job.

Envy sent in their plumber on 06/11/20.  He added two supply lines and re-established the connection.

I want to THANK YOU, Envy Restoration and Construction and especially Hector, for all your help.  From the very beginning to the very end, their entire staff including the office, were very accommodating, arriving as scheduled, finishing the cabinets back to their original stain and wood grain and cleaning the construction debris.  Envy worked flawlessly with my insurance company, furnishing detailed Mitigation and Repair estimates, in a timely manner.

Our fish tank overfilled on a Friday morning for a little over an hour. My husband called Kingship Water Removal & Restoration Services and they were at the door in less than 20 minutes ready to help. The flood was worse than they expected but they got to work and we had all the water out in a few hours, fans going in every room and were able to begin repairs. They checked on our walls and carpets everyday for 5 days, and made sure we were able to salvage everything we could. They were amazing and I would recommend to anyone requiring services. I can't say enough positive things about our experience working with Tempel Roofing. Not only did they seamlessly manage communications with our insurance company to process the coverage of our roof replacement, but they installed the roof promptly and quickly. This was all happening around some major life events for us, including welcoming a new baby, and they made the process totally painless which was very much needed and appreciated. I called Joe's AZ Bio for a cleanup and they came out the same day. They took care of everything discreetly, while maintaining respect and consideration for  us. We did a walkthrough with them afterwards, to confirm everything was good. I sincerely appreciate everything they did to make a trying time easier. Great company with great employees who care.

Phoenix Carpet Repair is awesome!!

I called to get a quote on Thursday for a few minor carpet repairs (damn dogs) and was told it would cost $275 for everything. The representative told me they had an open time slot the following day (Friday) from 2pm to 4:30pm. I had to talk it over with my better half and didn't end up calling back until Friday morning. They were able to have someone out to my house that afternoon.

Rob was super nice and had everything done within 1.5 hours. The carpet looks great! You can't even tell there's new carpet there! The best part is that they charged the same amount they quoted, which is rare.

The only reason I'm giving them four stars and not five is because I'd mentioned a little area off to the side that just needed to be nailed/stapled down but it was still unattached after he left. I'm sure he just forgot and you can't even really tell so I'll probably just try to do it myself.

All in all, a great experience!

I was living in NC and trying to sell a house in Arizona that needed some work. The inspectors had found some mold inside the walls. I contacted Jesse the owner of Star 48. He is very professional and kept me updated every step of the way. He alway responded fast to calls or texts. And even helped me find other contractors to do additional work.

Hopefully I never have to deal with mold in a house again. But if I do I know who to call.

Had a kitchen fire and Belfor came to do restoration. Everything was packed and transported to a warehouse. I was not told everything in my kitchen would be thrown away, otherwise I would have saved some of my more important things.
I did not get all my possessions back and got things NOT mine. I called to return not my things but never got mine. I am missing China I cannot replace. Things that were my grandmothers I cannot replace. A whole basket of Bernie babies I was saving for my great granddaughter.  Have called several times with no response. They don't care, it's not their possessions.  They are supposed to be the best ???  Hate to see the worst!

The employees are nice enough... I feel sorry for them because there is a serious disconnect and issue with leadership.

The owner, Phil...be very cautious with that one.

My repairs started with an a line leak from one of the bathrooms upstairs which unfortunately soaked through carpeting and dripped down into my chandelier over my dining room table downstairs.

*When I questioned the feedback on Phil's behalf to my insurance, he implied I was asking him to lie when in fact, I was asking him to clarify the transitions that would remain on my flooring since I was removing all carpet.
*I have a challenging schedule (night shift/ 14 hr shifts) so when I had the time to get work done on my sporadic days off, I would be given information by the crew doing the repairs but Phil would state otherwise...I'm not sure if he thought I didn't speak with the workers in my home directly...so get use to getting lied to. I cannot tell you how many days I called out because of the scheduling issues (I have the text messages to prove it). It took over 6 months to complete the work that was actually done in a matter of 2 weeks.
*Do your best to keep documentation on conversations and estimates.
*Don't be surprised if the estimate changes after the work is completed and you're given a 'new estimate'.
*Apparently, unannounced visits are acceptable for the owner.
*I was told what supplies would be needed for ME to finish the job that they started...yes, you read that right.
*The amount of drywall dust left in my home has been wiped down for OVER a month, and it's still all over the place.
*A portion of the work was not going to be completed because I wanted to be done with them so Phil decided to keep the monies originally allotted for wallpaper replacement and apply that balance to what was owed for labor. I couldn't contract out with someone else because he kept that money.

I voiced my concerns to my insurance company and they stated it was made out to sound like this is a conflict of personalities.

Definitely NOT someone I would do business again with.

Worst company ever don't ever use them !! The owner try's to use intimidation tactics!!  They are very dishonest! They cheat your insurance company!! They lie!! Absolutely the worst company I've ever used!!!

I had a major sewer backup in Master Bath,  the plumbing company, called Copper State as I didn't know who to contact.  Copper State came out and   took photo's and set up a claim for me with my Homeowners Insurance. Project was assigned to Alexa and Courtney. They assigned to Muharem a wonderful reconstruction worker who did an amazing job on the Master Bath. Muharem was wonderful to work with,  due to my husband having Alzheimer's and change gets him very upset Muharem talked with my husband and let him know what he was doing and worked with us on our schedule.  I am very satisfied with the work that was done and also with Copper State in general.

I dealt with this company after a flood at my house.  These guys were awesome!  

Nephi was awesome, gave me all the information, expand the process and put a lot of fans and dehumidifiers in my house.  Very professional and knowledgeable young man.  He walked me through the entire process, letting me know how my insurance adjuster and his company worked together.

Every single one of them were so polite, professional and clean!  The job Bill and Ivan did was meticulous.  They cut the damaged drywall out, and it was seriously so clean and liked like it was a new build.  They removed the destroyed carpet padding, and they cleaned everything up after the mess.

Bill was so meticulous and even cut pieces of the baseboard and door trim for the construction company needed to make their repairs.  He marked them and put them on the table in such a neat way.  I could see how obviously meticulous he is.  I really appreciated that he took such care with my house.

Tucker came to check the moisture in the walls and removed the fans since it was dry.  He was such a nice young man, and he was such a genuine guy, as was Nephi, Bill, and Ivan.  Awesome company!

I hope never to have to use them again, but if for some reason I do, I will only deal with Dry Force.  Great group of guys!
