Be aware that when you sign their contract to do any work they immediately put a contractors lien on your home. I thought this was more than a bit disingenuous since my work was through my homeowners insurance. I had a bathroom leak and that created mold,
They plastic sheeted it put in the air cleaners and just disappeared for days at a time. Per the insurance company they are supposed to return periodically to take and log air samples, which never happened. Things got sketchier and sketchier the further in I was. I was glad when it was over.
I cannot recommend, caveat emptor.

Beware!  Do not use this Company!  I hired them over a year ago, and it has been a complete nightmare!  They took about nine months to finish renovating my home! It takes four months to build a house why on earth would they take nine months? I would show up to my property there would be no one there I would have to constantly call them and follow up to see why there's no one working on my property!  He's overbooked and will have his guys go to more important jobs until you call him I even gave them $15,000 of my own money out of pocket when my insurance covered it!  He put a lien on my property and when I paid him he's suing me again for more money! If you want to keep your house do not hire him I will provide all the documentation that this person has made my life a living hell for the past year and a half !  Save yourself the time and the hard ache that I've been through and I hope no one else will go through this!  If he doesn't get paid from your insurance company he will come after your primary home and try to take it from you with his big shot lawyers!  Save yourselves and choose another company!

The best and most reliable home restoration company in Phoenix. They offer extremely generous customer service and are fair on their pricing. AZ Total Home Restoration responded fast and were extremely efficient in their process. I would recommend them to anyone and am happy to give them 5 stars!

I requested to have my tile and grout cleaned on Friday and Mike was super responsive and came out the very next day. He was on time and very friendly. Honored the quote he gave me and it was super affordable. Our floors look great! We will definitely use this company again!

I needed some drywall repair done after a rain storm and had water damage.  I called them and they were there the next day and work was finish that same day.  Great price, nice people and professional.  I would call Mike's Drywall Service again.

Daryl is exceptional. He removed/treated the mold in our sunken wet bar area as well as replaced/repaired the shelves/walls   He was professional, forthright and clearly talented. We appreciated that he does it all from remediation to final restoration. No need to get others involved. Daryl said up front he would complete the work in one week and in fact he did.  Thank you for the good quality work Daryl.

Scott, Derek, Rick, and Scotts helper (forgot his name) were incredibly helpful throughout the demolition of a shared bathroom wall and our kitchen cabinets. Rick gave us a great overview of the work that needed to be done, and gave us great advice on dealing with our insurance. Derek was always very quick to respond in our communications (and I like alot of updates) and made me feel comfortable through the whole experience. He was also very helpful answering any questions I had since this was the first time I had a major water damage repair in the house. Scott and his helper communicated frequently with us about what stage we were at in the work, gave us great advice in the early stages of the repair, and were always kind and courteous throughout the work in our home. I was even told by several contractors that they would not be able to save our granite countertops and would have to replace them, but Alldry assured me they could save them. They were successful in doing so. Would highly recommend these guys!

This company is amazing. They came out late one night to help us with a water leak and mold issue. They were easy to work with, communicated with us through the entire process, and left us with a great result. We would gladly use them again and have recommended their services to others

We used Jose to sandblast the front and side of our of 1960's block home.  His quote was in right in line with another company that came out.  The whole project took less than 2 and half days, including prep and and a final cleanup.  We are very happy with results and would highly recommend using Unique Surface Prep for sandblasting.

I needed carpet repaired on three steps on my staircase, and Chris responded quickly and warmly to my quote request. He notified me when he was running just a few minutes behind and was super quick but thorough with the carpet repair. It looked seamless! If I ever need carpet work, I'll definitely come back to Chris and will recommend him to friends and family.

Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. Ricardo showed up early, was super nice, and did fantastic quality work. I would recomend Restoration HQ to anyone in need of drywall repair or damage restoration of any kind.

Hired Shane to fix a sliding window that wouldn't lock into place properly. The settling of the house made it so the existing lock wouldn't work. Shane went to town, trying several methods of repair but to no avail. He then had to special order a extra long lock to make it work AND painted it to match our color.

He went above and beyond to get the job done.

I would hire him again in an instant.

These guys are great I highly recommend! I had water damage from a leaking roof and flooding. I needed half of my living room ceiling, 1 full wall and 2 quarter walls replaced. They were able to start in a couple days and worked really hard and got the job done in 4 days. Did a great job cleaning up and were in constant communication the whole time. 5 stars

First of all, their response to COVID has been incredible, Travis was incredibly professional and very aware of the new reality we are in. Gave em a call originally because being from Colorado, I love the Rocky Mountains so I had to call the AZ company repping the Rockies in the desert. WARNING  This is not an exaggeration, I sincerely do not want anyone to go through what we did!  If it was an option to leave ZERO stars and warn all consumers about this shady company, I would! AVOID Adams restoration at all costs, they are the shadiest worst company I've ever come across and made our lives a living hell.  The unprofessionalism, lies, being screamed at in my own home by their project manager on camera, recorded drunk dials from another project manager being extremely inappropriate, you cannot make this up!  Their revolving door of unqualified idiots was infuriating especially with how much of our time they waisted and damage they did to our home .  Literally nobody on their team knew/knows what they were/are doing and after 6 months of insanity and my place laying vacant without work being done for months after paying them, we got to a point where the ROC inspector got involved and pointed out glaring issues. There would have been violations already recorded on their record, then they brought their A Team out to try and mitigate the negligence and major issues the previous clowns created at my home.  I am still dealing with all of the mistakes they made including my new flooring coming up.  We have to hire another company to fix their mistakes and it is probable that this will result in litigation!  They also turned our backyard into a job site and left screws, nails, and all kinds of other hazardous materials all over the place without cleaning up completely, and we have dogs!  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
