Best Damage Restorations in Phoenix, AZ

I don't know where to start this review. Everyone, from Darren providing a fair estimate to Jason, their Office Manager,who responds very quickly to any questions  to Justis & Cole doing the initial work, to Mike following up the next day. I just can't say enough. They are all wonderful.
Once the Plumber Guy, Carlin, finished repairing the pipe Darren came out within a couple of hours and gave us a very fair price. He even left some fans to start the drying process. The next morning Justic & Cole came out around 8:30 to do the clean up process. Eventhough we don't have any asbestos, they treated it like we did. This was very comforting to know that they took precautions. When Mike came out he said everything was dry (per his meter) except for a small part of the carpet. He left one fan to help dry this out. Avery came out the next day to pick up the fan.
Would I recommend the guys at PureTec Restoration, you betcha! If I have a problem in the future, I will call them in a heartbeat!

I used AZ Carpet and Restoration Company a couple months ago after having a party a night it was raining- mud everywhere!! They were right on time, quick and efficient. Not to mention good prices!

Good communication and on time arrival. Respectful and easy to talk to when explaining how they were going to do the job. We needed dozens of tiles installed after solar panels were installed by another company. The team completed the job very quickly and even showed me what was done as I had a few concerns about how the solar company left my roof. All in all great communication from reception, Marie to Jose and Co. I will be using again in the future and I would highly recommend them to you!

I had Ecodry come out to my home after my water heater broke. I read reviews to see what I was getting myself into. I was kindof worried. But the second they stepped into my house, it was a different story. They were all so kind and helpful, they let me in on every step of the process. Their work was very clean and efficient, and the job got done fast! I used them for the reconstruction as well and the results were just as great! I would recommend them to my family and friends! Stratton Restoration started out very strong, but finished the job incredibly weak. Shane assessed the damage and started the ball rolling with excellent customer service and was highly professional. Casey, our project manager, started the job enthusiastically and professionally, but that level of customer care fell off dramatically after learning we had submitted a 5 star review. Jerome, Stratton's drywall specialist was excellent throughout his time on our job. He is an artist when it comes to mudding and finishing the job. His repair of our walls was seamless and undetectable. Stratton subs-out their tile work and the company they use is incompetent. They installed chipped tile, left gaps, and their employees were incredibly unprofessional. When the issue came about, Casey assured me he would get another company to finish the job correctly. Then, Casey said they'd be using the same company, but that he would be directly supervising the job. Casey failed to supervise and the tile guys were a no-show on Monday and when they arrived to complete the job, chipped three more tiles and left, leaving two of the tiles unchanged. They also damaged the cabinet in the bathroom, damaged our bedroom wall that will require putty and paint, and marred the bathroom walls. Casey said he'd be by at the end of the day to reinstall our toilet, after the tile job was completed. Casey was a no-show and didn't bother to call or return our calls after we left two messages. We waited for hours and finally decided to run the errands we had put off while waiting for Casey. The following day Casey showed up to install our toilet and when confronted about his not showing up, remarked, Well, I'm here now. No apology for putting us out, for no-showing, and for not calling. We will be letting The Hartford know of what transpired throughout the job and that maybe, just maybe, Stratton Restoration doesn't deserve their preferred status with them.

I have struggled with DryStar and been passed around from person to person within their company. They were on top of things in the dry out/deconstruction phase but the reconstruction has been like pulling teeth to get installers scheduled. We started this process 2 months ago and are nearly done but still not over the finish line.

We had a leak in our roof a year and 1/2 ago USAA sent out Silver city.
They repaired the roof and the ceiling in the kitchen, in a timely manner.
Fast forward to October 5th 2018 after the rain we had i noticed the same area in the kitchen ceiling started to crack. Called USAA they said it's still under warranty with SC so i called them on the 8th, 10th, 15th & 17th with no updates or contact from them. On the morning of the 18th they called and said they will be in 30 mins.  I had to leave work and the guy said it was a rookie mistake the guy didn't repair high enough.

He said they would contact me about repairing the ceiling.
So i started with the phone calls again (as no one ever called us)
Called 10/29, 11/5, 11/8, 11/9  on the 9th they gave me the project managers phone number for JIM when i called it wasn't JIM it was another project manager Robert for the east valley.
He said he would call me back (never did)  I called Robert on 11/13 at 8am
And he said he would call me back. He did 2 hours later he called and said he was going to send one of his guys from the east valley  even tho it isn't his job. The guy that repaired it was awesome. He said he would be back at 7 am to paint.  I waited until 8:30 and then called again.
Robert said remember i said it wasn't his area and that he spoke with JIM and he was sending someone. Which he obversely didn't. Robert called JIM and said you need to call us. When i didn't hear anything back i called Robert back and he said Jim was suppose to call me.  
Robert gave me JIMS number which JIM did not answer.
SO PO right NOW......

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

Don't use them (him) Craig comes off very profession at 1st but once he runs and cashes your check you will never get him to respond back or call you back. Also changed his name to CMS restoration because his rating was so bad. He's a shiester. Don't trust him. When it drys is when you can tell it's a very poor job and he's already ran to the bank.
