Best Damage Restorations in Phoenix, AZ
Last year a hose blew off my neighbor's toilet and sprayed water all through her house the Saturday before Labor Day. We have patio homes that share a common wall so some of the water leaked into our garage and my closet and bedroom. The water damage was sooo much worse at my neighbor's. I called PureTec and Darren was at our location in the west valley in under an hour. Fortunately the damage on my side was minimal. He pulled back the carpet and got a fan going until his team could get there and pull up the padding, etc. They had us back to normal in a few days. It was watching Darren helping my neighbor that was truly amazing. He calmed her down and sat with her at our kitchen table and patiently talked her through the entire process that was about to happen, and he helped her collect what she needed to spend the night with family. He worked diligently with her homeowner's insurance to ensure that the extraction and drying was covered, and I can't even remember how many times he came by to check on us, and our neighbor while she was working with the packing company to remove her belongings to storage while the restoration work was being performed. If any of my friends even mention a water problem, I am ready with Darren's card. PureTec is a company that operates with integrity in an industry where many do not.

I have known Ryan for years. As an insurance advisor I have sent him clients for a long time. My clients are always happy when Phoenix Flood was able to keep the claim low and off the insurance companies records. Ryan helped my clients with water damage resulting from lots of issues including dripping sinks, leaking showers, broken pipes, and so many more issues.
Ryan saved my clients thousands and thousands of dollars in premium by not turning in claims. He helped keep me profitable on those small losses.
I have sent clients all through out the valley including Mesa, Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Tempe to Ryan. His team does a great job with any kind of water loss!

In an industry where there are many fly by night companies and companies that believe anybody can do this, it is great to have an established professional company to go to. Zach and his team at ACR are experienced and knowledgeable. They are professional and compassionate. They respond quickly and work well with the insurance companies. Nobody wants to use a restoration company. When your life is turned upside down, it is great to know that there is a company that you can trust and lean on. I strongly recommend ACR to any homeowner or business owner that needs a quick professional response.

We had water damage in our home, called SERVPRO & they responded quickly, moved furniture/appliances, removed the water, set up fans to dry. They came back twice a day to check progress. Employees were efficient, very respectful & went above & beyond. We highly recommend this company!

The roofers communicated well, did a thorough and attractive job, and considered appearance and tile match on my old, outdated tiles. They did the job contracted by a solar company, so I can't comment on cost or estimates. Only reason I am not giving 5 stars.

I was contacted by ecodry shortly after posting my complaint. They acknowledged the situation for what is was and wanted to make it right. I appreciate that they reached out and were fairly easy to work with in order to correct what happened and we came to a solution that I feels works for both them and myself. I do appreciate the response. I find it rare to work with a company that actually cares about making a bad situation right.

I contacted Stratton 5 weeks ago because I had water damage to our bathroom. It took several days to come out to look at it to give me an estimate. I was told they could have the job completed in about a week and a half. After a week of waiting for the estimate I called. They sent me the estimate later that day. It did not include all of the work I wanted done. They added it and I had the proper estimate the next day. Due to how quickly they could get the job done I chose them over the other company that said it would be completed in September. I waited several days and had to call them regarding scheduling the work. The project manager finally called me back and scheduled to do the work August 31st. He came out to look at the job on the 29th. I asked since they were starting Thursday, when would it be complete. He told me then they couldn't start until Friday September 1st but it would be completed Saturday September 2nd. Great! I gave him half down and set to go. Vacation reservations cancelled and some furniture moved. Thursday at 330 he called and said we will start September 7th. REALLY? Thanks for the notice. I called and spoke to another manager Friday morning who said he would try to get a crew out to get the job done. Surprise. He called at 430 to say he didn't have a crew available. But, would call Tuesday to get it scheduled. Well, Tuesday September 5th is here and of course no call. I can't even rate this company for the work, because I can't get them to honor their agreement to even start the work.

while this company does fair work the communication is very poor. there are 2 departments that we dealt with, one for the iniital mitigation to remove water and one for the rebuild. two different contacts, two different estimates ( sent direct to insurance, not through me) and two different invoices. ( also the reluctance to give a final paid in full invoice from one of the depts) the 2nd one a month after the work was done. while technically all was done legal and above board the confusion about two dept and lack of communication left a bad taste.

If I could give zero stars I would...
Silver City (SC) was recommended by USAA and so I hired them to assess and repair damage from a possible roof leak in my guest house as the paint on my wall had started to ripple. The estimator from USAA bid the job to remove most of one wall from ceiling to floor board so that we could determine the source of the leak with the understanding that once the inner wall was opened we could determine what would need to be repaired. The gentleman from silver city was very nice but came and cut out a 6'x4' section of the wall where damage was evident and was about to start replacing it when I asked him where the leak had originated from. He said he had no idea...that he wasn't there to figure that out. I informed him that he was and called SC who said they didn't know what I was talking about so then I called USAA and the next thing I knew they called SC and the gentleman cut a huge area out as he was supposed to initially and told me that there was damage to the wood by the ceiling. I called USAA and let them know and silver city sent an estimator who didn't even get up on a ladder but just looked at the area (ceilings are 14high). The next thing they set up was that someone came to treat for mold. I asked if anyone was going to assess the wood and the mold treatment guy told me he didn't do that and wasn't there to figure that out. I called USAA again and they stopped the job and had a structural engineer come to the house and assess the situation. Needless to say, there is extensive damage that needs to be repaired and the wood in question was still wet and should never have been treated with anything but rather repaired. SC was only going to put a bandaid on the issue and cover it up rather than fix it. USAA withdrew the bid from them, they were paid for removal of sheet rock only and a different contractor was hired. In addition, they left a window open in the room and left a bunch of construction supplies in my yard.
buyer beware! If I hadn't been home and followed up on what they were doing I would never have known the amount of damage that was about to be covered up.

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

Stay away from this company. Paid $1000.00 to have my pavers sealed. 6 months later it looked terrible. Have been calling for 1 1/2 years with no response. This company is a scam.
