Recently, someone we respect recommended Chris Butas and his team at Servpro of Phoenix. We're happy to say he not only understood the complicated nature of our home damage, but he was also able to help us navigate working with our insurance company. Although our home sold prior to commencing work with Chris, we are appreciative of his team's careful and professional analysis and they will be our go-to remediation company if, god forbid, we have another home disaster!

I am a store manager of Steak and Stone of gilbert and I was helping Johnny one of the guys from disaster when he pointed out a leak in my bathroom. He asked if he could check it out and before I knew it i had John in my restaurant diagnosing the problem. These 2 are an amazing asset to this company and provided stellar customer service in every way. After talking with them I definitely want to use this company for any restoration issues I may have. I won't bore you with details of storm water than entered my bottom level condo on two sides.  I needed help, and I needed it FAST!  Nasur and his crew are amazing!!!  They explained exactly what needed to be done and exactly how much it would cost.  Restoration work is not inexpensive; it never is.  Quality work and attention to detail in the restoration process, on the other hand, are dependent upon whom you hire.  I was extremely impressed and satisfied with the work that was completed by Restore Master at my condo.  They were at the condo within an hour of my call, and they got to work within minutes of arriving.  After having removed the soaking wet insulation from the walls, they returned multiple times over the next several days to check on the progress of the commercial drying fans and dehumidifier.  They were extremely professional during the entire process, and they spent a lot of time cleaning up after they finished.  Both the tenant and I were very impressed.  It is often the small companies that have the best attention to detail and a solid work ethic.  Restore Master definitely earned this five-star review.

This company has taken excellent care of my home and our rental properties. The dogs who lived with our last tenants ruined the carpet. Urine everywhere and even a few spots where they had clearly dug or chewed holes in the carpet. Dave came over with a blacklight and urine treated the entire house at night. His crew was then there for several hours the next day. The carpet looked and smelled new again. Thanks.

Great service the reps explained the process in away I could understand and have kept myself and insurance up to date daily. They have always been to my house on time  when they said they would be here. I would recommend Patterson to everyone.

I do property management for 500+ homes across Phoenix.  I got a call one Saturday morning from the father of one of our tenants telling me that someone had committed suicide in the home on Monday.  It had been 5 days with body fluids and matter rotting in the house.  I thought I'd seen it all in Property Management--and then I was thrown this curveball.  Hazmat cleanup isn't exactly something we have on our preferred vendors list.  And after 5 days, odors become a serious problem.

I did some searching on Google and called a few companies.  Sharan picked up on the first call.  I explained to her the situation and immediately felt comfortable working with her.  I work with a variety of trades and can tell when someone knows what they're doing.  Sharan knows what she's doing.  She had a crew at the property within a few hours.   Later that night, I received confirmation that the job was completed along with before and after photos.  As a property manager that has to explain all of this to a client 2000 miles away, I couldn't ask for more.  Prompt. Professional.  Kind.  Understanding.  Really though... if you're reading this trying to decide if Crime Clean is the right company to call, you can stop reading and start dialing.

I thought of my water leak as a real nightmare, until I found Andy and his crew! They repaired, and restored my home back, if not better than before my damage. My attic caught on fire because of my neighbors House catching on fire and spreading to mine. I personally did not call the company the fire department did I wish I would've gotten a heads up on what I was going to get charged for there crevices. To board up my bathroom window and get what looks like a $10 dollar Padlock placed on my front door and my back gate bolted they charged me $800+ which i could have done myself. Another thing if you tell them you dont have insurance they will not respond to you or try to offer you services. I tried calling them two get an estimate on how much my home repairs would cost and they never called me back with a response.  Seems like a greedy company to me.

I had a leak in my condo roof and our HOA selected this team to come out and do the repairs. Rob was wonderful from the initial job estimate & Glenn & Diego did an absolutely fantastic job repairing my ceiling. They were so friendly, professional and timely.  They took great precautions to drape my personal stuff so as to ensure minimal dust. This job was originally estimated to be two days but they got it done in several hours and it looks phenomenal. I could not be more pleased and highly recommend this team.

This is an amazing company. Chris came out a few hours after I called to book an appointment. He thoroughly examined my bathroom where I suspected mold. He is extremely professional, honest and knowledgeable and even though I only had a tab bit of mold in my sink which didn't warrant further testing, he spent the time explaining mold, the testing process, and when to worry to me. I really appreciate his honest approach and highly recommend resolution fire and flood.

Very poor experience working with them - their prices are sky high and always will lie to the customer on the estimated charge | they will over charge your insurance which will adversely impact you down the road - would never recommend them

They were seriously incredible! I had a massive flood on the second floor at my commercial property in Old Town Scottsdale. It was a nightmare when I walked in (water running for 7 Hours, completely ruined an entire office and the showroom below it). I called the first company I saw online and luckily it was Go To Services. They showed up within 30 minutes and reassured me that they would handle everything. Within an hour there, more than a dozen people showed up to save the day. I have a vivid memory of them all walking in with smiles on their faces and letting me know that it would be handled before I knew it. My blood pressure dropped immediately.

It wasn't long before they had cleaned all the water up, had fans blowing, dehumidifiers running, had plastic everywhere, and we were discussing how they could put it all back together. Which they did....in record time! Not only was I happy but my tenants all raves about them over the coming weeks as they put things back together. The finished product was on point.

I have been in real estate for 25 years and it was hands down the best service experience I've had to date. I have Go To Services on speed dial in my phone now!!!!

This company was referred by a roofing company. We had a major flood and roof leak that caused extensive damage. They came out with their fans to dry out, and later did a tear out of the damaged areas. They implied they were done- however, my entire house now smelled like mold! After complaining, they finally came back and did an air test, and there was indeed a mold issue. They came back and did another mitigation. New air tests done, and mold and smells were gone. I was happy until I realized what a mess they left our home in!  They removed all the blades from all our ceiling fans and bagged the lights. They left one of the units on and my husband came home to the smell of burning plastic! Thank goodness he had come back!
They came to get their equipment but had no plans of putting our home back together. They left all the fixtures in pieces, left everything bagged and taped, left a giant window without glass, and left a piece of plywood with a giant hole in its place, damaged our master bath shower panel with their tape, damaged several fans with the tape and bagging, broke our front gate, moved our fridge freezer and did not plug it back in and ruined everything inside, and then STOPPED RETURNING CALLS AND EMAILS!
I only heard from another representative from their company when they realized that they had not been paid yet from my insurance company, and had the nerve to ask for my help in receiving payment!
How about finishing your job and resolving damage issues first!

This company does not have a license. This company is not bonded. This company is not insured. This company is not a legal contractor. I hired him to do a job for my home he was so unreliable I wanted to scream. When they were on property to do work they were in their vehicle more than they were doing the job they were hired to do. I don't know if they were on drugs or what but I was extremely disappointed. Very unprofessional, never on time, always taking breaks, needed to go get extra supplies on the regular and so many other issues. How does anybody even hire somebody like this? I know why I did because I didn't do my research and I wanted a good price. Next time I'm definitely gonna be looking for reviews to see what other people say before I hire a company. On top of all these other things if you go to their Facebook page which I did, you can see that they actually have another company on there, per the business owner himself, that shows the same phone number for this other company. It's not even close to this type of company. It's actually a solar company. So what is he doing, jack of all trades work? Solar they specified company that you have to know a lot about to do I would imagine. Is this his specialty instead of home repair work? I'm so confused. Very dissatisfied. I want all others to know NEVER, EVER go to this person for any work and do your research before hiring a company. I got screwed. BIG TIME. Let's not let that happen to you. I have also attached three photos. One is for this company. One is for his solar company. One shows that he just started a job on the 19th and then another Solar company he started working for on the 21st!?? How is that even possible????

Well well well! I would stay away from this company! I could YouTube repairs and more than likely fix more than this individual. I own a property in El Mirage and there is a pretty big leak issue going on. This low rate ^*^&%^ that I would not even call a company was sent out by my home warranty as the other two reviewers stated. The technician that phoned me was John. He called me telling me that there is a leak in my master bath vanity area and the vanity needed to be pulled and the wall opened because his little moisture tool told him that is where the water is. John, now really? Be thankful I am currently out of state as I would have ripped you from one end of your smart mouth to the other end embarrassing you with the ignorant incompetence you displayed. When he told me of his mindless so called assessment I told him very clearly that I am out of state and that my ex-husband is handling the situation for me. I ask to give him Shawn's number and would he call him and explain his expert analysis since Shawn is local and has had a visual of the damage especially of my less than 6 months old wood floor that is warped and buckled. John told me to have Shawn call him. OK no problem and I called my ex-husband immediately. Shawn tried for three days to get this individual on the phone and not once was his call returned. I called on the 5th day and John answered his phone. I had to go through a few things to even get him to recall who I was. Poor guy gets 5 to 6 calls a day. Shawn went to the house and pulled the vanity and opened the wall and was ...... where is this leak? John told me on the phone that he told me I was to call his office to schedule him to come back. Ummmm no John, that did not take place at all. Why on earth would you tell me to call the office to schedule when I had asked you to speak to Shawn and explain the expert analysis to him? John, we shouldn't make up stories and I'll take a risk and walk that limb assuming that he probably still didn't recall who I was. So now I have a vanity ripped out and a wall open and this person had no idea what he was talking about. John gave me an incorrect office number, one digit off so when I called him back that the phone does not connect....he kept telling me to leave a msg. By the fourth time telling him there is no way to leave a msg I was screaming. Oh my let's not holler at poor John. He hangs up and then shortly calls me back and leaves a msg stating that he called his office and they have not received a call from me. How many times am I to repeat.....? There was no voicemail to leave a darn msg on! Then his boss.... yes good 'ol Derrick called me. I was mad! I started the conversation by saying I am mad, very MAD. Derrick apparently doesn't hear well either is the impression I got. Derrick's feelings got hurt and he hung up and guess what? Amazingly my ex-husband, Shawn receives a phone call. Well now how did they all of a sudden have his phone number? Mysterious I know. Derrick calls Shawn to tell on me as if I am in second grade. Shawn listened and agreed yes, that's her....she's mad.  Mind you when John originally went to my property with people living in the home.... not one fan, NOTHING to deal with the moisture and water therefore I guess woohoo on the wood floor being so wet, resulting in further flooring damage. Derrick might want to consider having a come to Jesus with himself and his arrogant attitude that he does not KNOW who is on the other end of the phone line because I will follow through. Call Shawn and verify that too. My homeowner's ins. adjuster arrived this morning, 12.16.2016. He called Shawn right away and said to get rid of whoever this company is and they are bringing in the professionals. Guess what???? They have actual equipment to deal with water and moisture issues. The leak was found and is being handled by real workers. They were in constant communication with me and more so with Shawn when I let them know he is handling the issue as my representative. Shawn was able to tell them how he wanted an item routed and so forth and they worked together great today. My insurance company (well-known name company) is very aware of what John did not do and the damage he let continue. Therefore, we are going to get to know each other a tad bit more.  I too have had my warranty company for right at 7 years now..... Never have I had such displeasure dealing with the likes of A to Z incompetence.
