Servpro of Phoenix was very responsive and very helpful with cleaning up the water damage that occurred in my home. Tony Baird was very helpful with explaining the whole process and made me feel very at ease with the whole process.

Arrived home to a flood and so blessed to have Van Smith with Disaster Service clean up from our flood. They removed all wet insulation, flooring, sheet rock, and wood. Cleaned the house.  Got large number of dehumidifiers and fans going and my home dried quickly. Van was professional, knowledgable, and caring. He was there every day and answered his phone 24/7. Handled all the paperwork. I highly highly recommend and wouldn't use anyone else!

I won't bore you with details of storm water than entered my bottom level condo on two sides.  I needed help, and I needed it FAST!  Nasur and his crew are amazing!!!  They explained exactly what needed to be done and exactly how much it would cost.  Restoration work is not inexpensive; it never is.  Quality work and attention to detail in the restoration process, on the other hand, are dependent upon whom you hire.  I was extremely impressed and satisfied with the work that was completed by Restore Master at my condo.  They were at the condo within an hour of my call, and they got to work within minutes of arriving.  After having removed the soaking wet insulation from the walls, they returned multiple times over the next several days to check on the progress of the commercial drying fans and dehumidifier.  They were extremely professional during the entire process, and they spent a lot of time cleaning up after they finished.  Both the tenant and I were very impressed.  It is often the small companies that have the best attention to detail and a solid work ethic.  Restore Master definitely earned this five-star review.

First time we've used Dave and his team to clean our carpets.  We couldn't have been more pleased with the professionalism and results when the job was done.  They arrived on time, were both informative and friendly, and the work was top notch!!

Patterson was amazing working with us and insurance making sure the process went as smooth as possible and remained in the parameters of the insurance estimate.  They even had even had an issue with our supervisor not responding to us mid repairs for days and they escalated the issue and immediately reassigned to another supervisor who went above and beyond to take care of us ASAP.  I was shocked with how well they handled this issue as it certainly was a nail in the coffin and I was holding the hammer ready to swing.  They gained all my future business, not only based on the amazing repair job they did, but based on how management handled the employment issue internally to not disrupt the quality of customer service they pride themselves in.

Sharon Godwin is remarkably professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. As an Indoor Air Quality duct cleaning company we have worked with her for years and had nothing but the best of experiences.

Jesse and team did a great job on adding drywall and double doors to our den.  He was timely with the quote and finished when he said he would.  We'll be hiring Turnkey again for future remodel projects!

My attic caught on fire because of my neighbors House catching on fire and spreading to mine. I personally did not call the company the fire department did I wish I would've gotten a heads up on what I was going to get charged for there crevices. To board up my bathroom window and get what looks like a $10 dollar Padlock placed on my front door and my back gate bolted they charged me $800+ which i could have done myself. Another thing if you tell them you dont have insurance they will not respond to you or try to offer you services. I tried calling them two get an estimate on how much my home repairs would cost and they never called me back with a response.  Seems like a greedy company to me.

I was in need of a restoration firm to repair damage done to the outside and inside wall of my garage.  Summit was recommended by the insurance adjuster as a firm to use.  We advised Summit that we had an event in 4 weeks and people would be coming to our house.  The administrative portion of getting the job started was exceedingly long ( 4 weeks)  but once they finally started, they worked like the dickens to meet our event date.  I worked closely with Nhan Tran in coordinating building inspections, workers coming to do their work and eventually with the final inspection by the city. Nhan was a pleasure to work with and made sure that when various parts of the job were completed that they would pass review by the city inspectors.  They did meet the event date!

Sorry for anyone with a negative experience. My neighbor's condo above toilet split when they were away. I told them many times to shut the water off when traveling but they forget. I heard dripping for 6 weeks and they found nothing. Well a few weeks ago I awoke in the middle of the night heard like pouring rain and I am not on the top floor. I listened on the walls then ceiling. I had security call a lock company to drill out the lock, had the owners call CSAA (part of AAA) horrendous company do not use. Their calls are taken by Safelite Auto Glass call center. They called Lionsgate, a clearinghouse for water damage, by the time Resolution showed it was 7 hours later. Chris the owner apoligized profusely but explained he was just called 35 minutes before. He and his team of 4 men went to work sucking up water in the condo above, after I removed 52 shop vac tanks of water from their floors. He came to me the next day said the condo above me had very minimal insurance nd it ran out so I had to call mine. My company authorized him to pull out walls and ceilings and put drying fans and dehumidifiers in my condo. He also continued to dry above me which my insurance will bill the owner. My insurance will then subrogate the owner above for all my damages since his insurance hit its very low limit. The owner above already sent me my $500 deductible. I cannot recommend Chris and his crew higher as they did a great job, kept testing for the slightest spot of water, wrapped my expensive furniture and large bed in 2 layers of heavy plastic. Now for the construction repair job, the furniture has to be moved out in storage, I have not 1 space to put it in my condo. If you have a sudden water issue insist on your insurance to call them, you will not be sorry.

Maddison was very quick and responsive.  The job fix looked great. Definitely recommend working with her for your job needs.

Did some drywall work. Used our garbage (and yard) to dispose of the trash. Left drywall in our side yard, front yard, all down our driveway and to the street-then stopped showing up for a week. I had to call THEM to ask what was going on 5 days later, they were aware no on was showing up but no one reached out to us because we were scrambling to find you a new contractor before we reached out. Communication and respect for my home would be great. A 2 day project had been 2 weeks and counting. Do your research everyone.

I just read the review from Barbara F and must say their business practices haven't changed. I recently had an underground pipe leak that caused major flooring damage. At the recommendation of my plumber, I was contacted by Restoration 1. They were quick to assure me they would take care of everything. WATCH THEM! They were about to tear out a closet door and its track. I stopped them before they could damage it, but their response was Don't worry about it, the insurance company will buy you a new one. Additionally they tested an area of the floor that was approximately 30 feet away from the damaged area and found it too was damaged by water recommending removal. There was at least 15 feet of dry floor between this new area and the damaged area and there were no water lines within 25 feet of this new area. The new area was all tile and would have meant a significant amount of money for them had I let them remove it. The water leak was from the hot water supply line to the kitchen (potable water). Their bill was littered with charges for PPE and special handling charges due to removal of potentially contaminated materials. In the state of Arizona dust control at construction sites is maintained by spraying the ground with potable water. If PPE and special handling of removed material was required, why was the area not posted with these requirements and why was I not informed of the potential risk of being in the area while they worked? Restoration1 says they bill based on guidance of the same standard my insurance company uses. However their interpretation of this standard allows them to charge more. I have no idea how much my plumber was paid for referring them to me, but I believe it was significant. Another item of note is that I thought I was dealing with a local company, however their adjusters, auditors and billing departments are all in Oregon. Having gone through this, my biggest learning was after the immediate hazard has been controlled/ contained (ie leak stopped) start with your insurance company and do not use Restoration1.

This company does not have a license. This company is not bonded. This company is not insured. This company is not a legal contractor. I hired him to do a job for my home he was so unreliable I wanted to scream. When they were on property to do work they were in their vehicle more than they were doing the job they were hired to do. I don't know if they were on drugs or what but I was extremely disappointed. Very unprofessional, never on time, always taking breaks, needed to go get extra supplies on the regular and so many other issues. How does anybody even hire somebody like this? I know why I did because I didn't do my research and I wanted a good price. Next time I'm definitely gonna be looking for reviews to see what other people say before I hire a company. On top of all these other things if you go to their Facebook page which I did, you can see that they actually have another company on there, per the business owner himself, that shows the same phone number for this other company. It's not even close to this type of company. It's actually a solar company. So what is he doing, jack of all trades work? Solar they specified company that you have to know a lot about to do I would imagine. Is this his specialty instead of home repair work? I'm so confused. Very dissatisfied. I want all others to know NEVER, EVER go to this person for any work and do your research before hiring a company. I got screwed. BIG TIME. Let's not let that happen to you. I have also attached three photos. One is for this company. One is for his solar company. One shows that he just started a job on the 19th and then another Solar company he started working for on the 21st!?? How is that even possible????

If I could give ZERO stars to this company I would. Im embarrassed to even click one star. This company was contracted through our home warranty and the technician who came out was absolutely terrible. We were WELL aware of our home warranty, what is covered, what is not, etc. So, when he told us he could not address our plumbing issue and still charged us a $75 service fee, we were beyond upset. We called another plumbing company right after he left and paid more money out of pocket and that plumber of the new company was amazing and fixed our issue same day- and laughed at the fact that the plumber from A to Z couldn't preform the simple fix we needed. I disputed our $75 service fee because of how UNHAPPY we were with this service and we got a phone call from this company threatening to place a lean on our home if we do not get rid of the dispute. This company is TERRIBLE. Keep our $75 fee. You clearly are hard up for income for your awful employees. Do NOT contact this company for services!!!!
