Servpro of Phoenix was very responsive and very helpful with cleaning up the water damage that occurred in my home. Tony Baird was very helpful with explaining the whole process and made me feel very at ease with the whole process.

I highly recommend Disaster Services and their owner Van Smith.  From our first meeting I was impressed with his prompt and professional service.  But as we delved into our Black Mold issue, my wife and I were beyond grateful that Van was there for us!  Van's knowledge is extremely evident when he talks and works.  Going the extra mile when he really didn't have to, made us feel like he was not just a contractor but a friend as well.  Our house was back to normal in a very short time frame after Van got involved.  Again, My wife and I completely recommend Van Smith and Disaster Services.  So if you want security that it will be done right in a timely and professional manner, call Disaster Services  now and Van will get a smile back in your life :).  -

Ugggh...hot water heater burst flooding several rooms.  I figured no worries, will get the water heater replaced, dry vac the water and pick up some fans at Home Depot to dry everything.  WRONG!!!!

A friend convinced me to contact this company to at least check it out so I called and am soooo grateful I did.  The nicest most helpful man named Nasur came out same day. He used equipment that could see and detect water/ mold behind the walls (would never have believed it unless I saw it myself) to make sure all was dry and prevent the dreadful MOLD from forming.

The health and safety of my pets and family are #1 and I'm thankful I realized water cleanup needs to be done professionally. THANK YOU RestoreMaster!!!

I do property management for 500+ homes across Phoenix.  I got a call one Saturday morning from the father of one of our tenants telling me that someone had committed suicide in the home on Monday.  It had been 5 days with body fluids and matter rotting in the house.  I thought I'd seen it all in Property Management--and then I was thrown this curveball.  Hazmat cleanup isn't exactly something we have on our preferred vendors list.  And after 5 days, odors become a serious problem.

I did some searching on Google and called a few companies.  Sharan picked up on the first call.  I explained to her the situation and immediately felt comfortable working with her.  I work with a variety of trades and can tell when someone knows what they're doing.  Sharan knows what she's doing.  She had a crew at the property within a few hours.   Later that night, I received confirmation that the job was completed along with before and after photos.  As a property manager that has to explain all of this to a client 2000 miles away, I couldn't ask for more.  Prompt. Professional.  Kind.  Understanding.  Really though... if you're reading this trying to decide if Crime Clean is the right company to call, you can stop reading and start dialing.

Jesse and team did a great job on adding drywall and double doors to our den.  He was timely with the quote and finished when he said he would.  We'll be hiring Turnkey again for future remodel projects!

We had some old planter bowls and columns that needed to be removed from our front yard. We got several bids from different contractors. Andy by far is the most efficient and courteous. After surveying the columns, he gave us 2 bids based on the scope of the project and possible unexpected structural issues. His pricing was competitive and transparent so we felt comfortable with proceeding. His crew arrived and got work right away. They are tidy and efficient. You can't even tell there were columns sitting there previously.

Such a nightmare.  First off he was the most irresponsible, unreliable, hot head I have ever met.  He said he would be here on the job and was never here. Made appointments he didn't keep and if he did he would show up late. He never came to check on the job and because of that his crew left our roof open when merging our addition and didn't cover it knowing we were going to have horrible rain. This is XMas Eve and my sons entire ceiling collapsed.  He is trying to bully us to continue to use him.  He has made one bad decision after another.  You should pray you never have to work with someone like Jim Rana. Call me for all the other horrible things that happened.

My attic caught on fire because of my neighbors House catching on fire and spreading to mine. I personally did not call the company the fire department did I wish I would've gotten a heads up on what I was going to get charged for there crevices. To board up my bathroom window and get what looks like a $10 dollar Padlock placed on my front door and my back gate bolted they charged me $800+ which i could have done myself. Another thing if you tell them you dont have insurance they will not respond to you or try to offer you services. I tried calling them two get an estimate on how much my home repairs would cost and they never called me back with a response.  Seems like a greedy company to me.

New to the area and didn't know who to call. At my wits end until Summit and Nahn got involved. Their estimate was spot on. They did what they said they would and was on time.
Courteous, professional, personable, responsible, intelligent, detailed, accommodating people.
Nahn took over and it was a great relief for me.

Reading some of the reviews for RF + F and then comparing them to other similar companies, I can honestly say Resolution is the correct name for this company! Between the I'm on it attitude during emergencies, to the assistance from every team member, I'm confident that this company is extremely professional and knowledgeable in the areas of water, mold, Asbestos, and demolition practices. Every job is treated as though it's happening to one of them and therefore Resolution places the level of importance as a number one priority.

If you ever suffer from a disaster to your home or place of business, I would recommend Resolution Fire + Flood for the remediation.

We had water damage in our bathroom and Enviro Clean came out and they were a God sent did a great job very professional would recommend

Did some drywall work. Used our garbage (and yard) to dispose of the trash. Left drywall in our side yard, front yard, all down our driveway and to the street-then stopped showing up for a week. I had to call THEM to ask what was going on 5 days later, they were aware no on was showing up but no one reached out to us because we were scrambling to find you a new contractor before we reached out. Communication and respect for my home would be great. A 2 day project had been 2 weeks and counting. Do your research everyone.

This company was referred by a roofing company. We had a major flood and roof leak that caused extensive damage. They came out with their fans to dry out, and later did a tear out of the damaged areas. They implied they were done- however, my entire house now smelled like mold! After complaining, they finally came back and did an air test, and there was indeed a mold issue. They came back and did another mitigation. New air tests done, and mold and smells were gone. I was happy until I realized what a mess they left our home in!  They removed all the blades from all our ceiling fans and bagged the lights. They left one of the units on and my husband came home to the smell of burning plastic! Thank goodness he had come back!
They came to get their equipment but had no plans of putting our home back together. They left all the fixtures in pieces, left everything bagged and taped, left a giant window without glass, and left a piece of plywood with a giant hole in its place, damaged our master bath shower panel with their tape, damaged several fans with the tape and bagging, broke our front gate, moved our fridge freezer and did not plug it back in and ruined everything inside, and then STOPPED RETURNING CALLS AND EMAILS!
I only heard from another representative from their company when they realized that they had not been paid yet from my insurance company, and had the nerve to ask for my help in receiving payment!
How about finishing your job and resolving damage issues first!

This company does not have a license. This company is not bonded. This company is not insured. This company is not a legal contractor. I hired him to do a job for my home he was so unreliable I wanted to scream. When they were on property to do work they were in their vehicle more than they were doing the job they were hired to do. I don't know if they were on drugs or what but I was extremely disappointed. Very unprofessional, never on time, always taking breaks, needed to go get extra supplies on the regular and so many other issues. How does anybody even hire somebody like this? I know why I did because I didn't do my research and I wanted a good price. Next time I'm definitely gonna be looking for reviews to see what other people say before I hire a company. On top of all these other things if you go to their Facebook page which I did, you can see that they actually have another company on there, per the business owner himself, that shows the same phone number for this other company. It's not even close to this type of company. It's actually a solar company. So what is he doing, jack of all trades work? Solar they specified company that you have to know a lot about to do I would imagine. Is this his specialty instead of home repair work? I'm so confused. Very dissatisfied. I want all others to know NEVER, EVER go to this person for any work and do your research before hiring a company. I got screwed. BIG TIME. Let's not let that happen to you. I have also attached three photos. One is for this company. One is for his solar company. One shows that he just started a job on the 19th and then another Solar company he started working for on the 21st!?? How is that even possible????

Absolutely wonderful company! John kept me up to date on everything. Even though my warranty didn't cover everything the company was prompt, knowledgeable and professional.
