Servpro of Phoenix was very responsive and very helpful with cleaning up the water damage that occurred in my home. Tony Baird was very helpful with explaining the whole process and made me feel very at ease with the whole process.

I am a store manager of Steak and Stone of gilbert and I was helping Johnny one of the guys from disaster when he pointed out a leak in my bathroom. He asked if he could check it out and before I knew it i had John in my restaurant diagnosing the problem. These 2 are an amazing asset to this company and provided stellar customer service in every way. After talking with them I definitely want to use this company for any restoration issues I may have. In the midst of this pandemic, we suffered leakage in our bathroom twice. And twice, restore master was there to do their job. I cannot tell you how much the owner has helped us. First, he went with my schedule. I am a frontliner and I sleep in the day, they accommodated that. Secondly, we the guys that work for him were so neat that they cleaned after themselves. More importantly, Nasur put up with my questioning and inquiries throughout the process. For someone who deals with patients and family members that ask a lot of question, I knew Nasur did a great job in answering mine. Their pricing is very competitive and he works around your budget. I also appreciate that he comes to your house himself to assess the issue first then let his employees do the job later. This shows his dedication and committed with his own company. Furthermore, his advice in regards to other stuff such as what other companies to use as carpenters, plumbers, and other utility guys is invaluable!

Not to mention, I searched for two days before setting with Nesur. Other guy wanted to rip off my entire wall for a small spot of leakage. Nesur thought that was obviously adding more bills for them. Another wanted to rip off my insurance. Nesur also knew that was a rip off. I tell you, this guy knows all the tricks that others bestow to consumers who are in dire stress. That is why I trust him, that is why I choose their company.

Here is my advice, is you need restoration and any kind of water damage call him! Tell him that this review has made you connect to him! I would put my google reviewer reputation in line with this review. I stand firm that they are the best on what they do.

Final thoughts, do not hesitate on calling them for any problem. Ask for Nesur, he usually answers his phone call. Leave a voicemail. Call him first before you even think about calling the other guys. I just saved you headaches and ALOT of money by recommending this guys!

P.S. I fairly make reviews now because of time constraints and ofcourse since its saturated now, but I want to make sure they get the rating they deserve. So here a review from a former four year elite.

This company has taken excellent care of my home and our rental properties. The dogs who lived with our last tenants ruined the carpet. Urine everywhere and even a few spots where they had clearly dug or chewed holes in the carpet. Dave came over with a blacklight and urine treated the entire house at night. His crew was then there for several hours the next day. The carpet looked and smelled new again. Thanks.

We had water damage from our upstairs bathtub into our kitchen ceiling and walls. Patterson was amazing working with us and insurance making sure the process went as smooth as possible and remained in the parameters of the insurance estimate.  They even had even had an issue with our supervisor not responding to us mid repairs for days and they escalated the issue and immediately reassigned to another supervisor who went above and beyond to take care of us ASAP.  I was shocked with how well they handled this issue as it certainly was a nail in the coffin and I was holding the hammer ready to swing.  They gained all my future business, not only based on the amazing repair job they did, but based on how management handled the employment issue internally to not disrupt the quality of customer service they pride themselves in.

Sharon Godwin is remarkably professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. As an Indoor Air Quality duct cleaning company we have worked with her for years and had nothing but the best of experiences.

Jesse and team did a great job on adding drywall and double doors to our den.  He was timely with the quote and finished when he said he would.  We'll be hiring Turnkey again for future remodel projects!

Updated review: I had a pipe bust in my bathroom that lead to water damage on my drywall and flooring in my bedroom. The plumbing company I used to fix it right away and I was referred to the restoration company Rocky Mountain restoration. They were only able to do some drying out of the water damage. They sent the referral over to Brighthome to tear the flooring out and replace it. I had originally given a lower review because it took so long. Apparently there was just a miscommunication and after a discussion with Brendan over at Brighthome they were able to get my situation fixed and repaired right away. Would 100% use them again.

This is the best company by far!! They are super responsive and timely. I had damage to my house due to a storm that come through the valley and they were able to help me get it fixed in no time! Thanks to you guys! I highly recommend this company.

After a long day our family was relaxing, getting ready for bed and my son was about to take a shower. He let us know that the water randomly shit off after he turned it on which definitely shouldn't be happening so my husband went to check another faucet and then put to the water heater in the garage. Real quick it was evident that a pipe or something burst and water was coming out of the wall near the water heater....seconds after that more water gushing through my pantry (other side of my water heater wall) . The water quickly made it past part of my kitchen near my dining area. We were able to shut everything off very quick, but not without obvious damage already. We had to use every towel we owned, but were able to get the water we could see cleaned up. I called and started a claim with my homeowners insurance. We were recommended Pristine Restoration as well as a few others, but we were so impressed with the service and quick response by Pristine that we knew we made the right call. Every one we came in contact with from start to finish was amazing. Sometimes even staying late to make sure they found all the water damaged areas. They cleaned up every mess they made and tried to make the noise of the vans as un annoying as possible. (Still sucked, but bearable.) The communication between Pristine, insurance and I was great and I never felt out of the loop or frustrated. Our home looks like nothing ever happened and I'm grateful for that.

I'm a recent first-time home buyer and really appreciated our project manager (Brandon) walking us through the process from the estimate at the beginning to final walk through at the end.  He communicated back and forth with our insurance and made the process as smooth as possible.  We also appreciated the contractor who did a lot of the work, Waldo.  He treated our home with respect and seemed to be dedicated to getting the job done well.  We highly recommend Summit and will go back to them with any future restoration needs.

Many of the customers who chose Resolution Fire and Flood had a pleasant experience with them. That's good; it shows they have potential and can provide top notch service to people who experience a loss due to fire or flood. My personal experience did not go as well. The condition my belongings were returned to me was disheartening and made the whole experience very stressful. There was much damage done to my property and some itemswent missing.

The  Resolution Fire and Flood's  way of remedying the matter was to say to me just name your price and I'll cut you a check. How cavalier of them! From a consumer's perspective, how tasteless to suggest my personalbelongings (some of them, of sentimental value were reduced to mere dollars, problem solved ! Chris, the owner of the business,e-mailed me a personal apology including an invitation to forge on with my  smear campaign (a reference to my telling him my plans to Yelp my experience with his company. I found that highly insulting! Until his employees receive further training my review of  Resolution Fire and Flood are as follows:

I do not recommend using them!
I did not appreciate how my belongings were handled  while in their care.
Do not tell a customer I'll cut you a check for damaged belongings as if they have no value to the owner.
Belongings NOT returned to the owner are STOLEN (even if items are not expensive).

After discovering a busted pipe which caused flooding & other damage, these guys have provided outstanding customer service & work ethic. They are extremely friendly & informative. They are thorough & clean up after themselves well. In fact, they even wipe the floors before they leave so they are cleaner now than before they came to work. While the restoration & repairs have only just begun, we are thankful to have such a phenomenal company taking care of our home. Thank you for caring for your customers!

Our lower floor flooded, and we had a huge mess on our hands. One of my contractor friends recommended Darrin to help us with the flood. I am so glad we called him.

His team came right over started working. They removed all of the wet flooring and wet walls. They have special tools to check for moisture and only take out the stuff that has to be removed.  

The process did not take long, and they put in fans and other equipment to dry out the areas. Darrin and his team kept us in the loop as to what was happening next, and when it was happening.

I highly recommend Darrin and his team!

This company does not have a license. This company is not bonded. This company is not insured. This company is not a legal contractor. I hired him to do a job for my home he was so unreliable I wanted to scream. When they were on property to do work they were in their vehicle more than they were doing the job they were hired to do. I don't know if they were on drugs or what but I was extremely disappointed. Very unprofessional, never on time, always taking breaks, needed to go get extra supplies on the regular and so many other issues. How does anybody even hire somebody like this? I know why I did because I didn't do my research and I wanted a good price. Next time I'm definitely gonna be looking for reviews to see what other people say before I hire a company. On top of all these other things if you go to their Facebook page which I did, you can see that they actually have another company on there, per the business owner himself, that shows the same phone number for this other company. It's not even close to this type of company. It's actually a solar company. So what is he doing, jack of all trades work? Solar they specified company that you have to know a lot about to do I would imagine. Is this his specialty instead of home repair work? I'm so confused. Very dissatisfied. I want all others to know NEVER, EVER go to this person for any work and do your research before hiring a company. I got screwed. BIG TIME. Let's not let that happen to you. I have also attached three photos. One is for this company. One is for his solar company. One shows that he just started a job on the 19th and then another Solar company he started working for on the 21st!?? How is that even possible????

A-Z Prestigious Plumbing was sent out to replace a gas water heater in a ventilated outdoor closet. The plumber insisted that we needed to bring the area up to code - code for an indoor water heater. The additional cost would have been $1063 ($250 18 pedal stool, $195 drip pan & drain, $120 T&P Relief Valve,$125 Ball Valve, $160 Plume Mod, $90 Gas Drip Line,$68 Supply Lines, $55 Disposal). The excess charges that A-Z Prestigious Plumbing quoted were more than the total bids we received from two other licensed plumbing contractors in the area. It appears that A-Z Prestigious Plumbing uses warranty work to defraud naive customers. I have no qualms with paying to bringing something up to code when it is needed, but this had nothing to do with code; it was pure dishonesty.
