Servpro Phoenix saved us a few weeks ago. We had a busted pipe in the kitchen, and it flooded all throughout the kitchen and living room. Servpro was there promptly, set up fans, tore up the carpet, and took very good care of us. I highly recommend them.

I am a store manager of Steak and Stone of gilbert and I was helping Johnny one of the guys from disaster when he pointed out a leak in my bathroom. He asked if he could check it out and before I knew it i had John in my restaurant diagnosing the problem. These 2 are an amazing asset to this company and provided stellar customer service in every way. After talking with them I definitely want to use this company for any restoration issues I may have. In the midst of this pandemic, we suffered leakage in our bathroom twice. And twice, restore master was there to do their job. I cannot tell you how much the owner has helped us. First, he went with my schedule. I am a frontliner and I sleep in the day, they accommodated that. Secondly, we the guys that work for him were so neat that they cleaned after themselves. More importantly, Nasur put up with my questioning and inquiries throughout the process. For someone who deals with patients and family members that ask a lot of question, I knew Nasur did a great job in answering mine. Their pricing is very competitive and he works around your budget. I also appreciate that he comes to your house himself to assess the issue first then let his employees do the job later. This shows his dedication and committed with his own company. Furthermore, his advice in regards to other stuff such as what other companies to use as carpenters, plumbers, and other utility guys is invaluable!

Not to mention, I searched for two days before setting with Nesur. Other guy wanted to rip off my entire wall for a small spot of leakage. Nesur thought that was obviously adding more bills for them. Another wanted to rip off my insurance. Nesur also knew that was a rip off. I tell you, this guy knows all the tricks that others bestow to consumers who are in dire stress. That is why I trust him, that is why I choose their company.

Here is my advice, is you need restoration and any kind of water damage call him! Tell him that this review has made you connect to him! I would put my google reviewer reputation in line with this review. I stand firm that they are the best on what they do.

Final thoughts, do not hesitate on calling them for any problem. Ask for Nesur, he usually answers his phone call. Leave a voicemail. Call him first before you even think about calling the other guys. I just saved you headaches and ALOT of money by recommending this guys!

P.S. I fairly make reviews now because of time constraints and ofcourse since its saturated now, but I want to make sure they get the rating they deserve. So here a review from a former four year elite.

First time we've used Dave and his team to clean our carpets.  We couldn't have been more pleased with the professionalism and results when the job was done.  They arrived on time, were both informative and friendly, and the work was top notch!!

Great service the reps explained the process in away I could understand and have kept myself and insurance up to date daily. They have always been to my house on time  when they said they would be here. I would recommend Patterson to everyone.

I do property management for 500+ homes across Phoenix.  I got a call one Saturday morning from the father of one of our tenants telling me that someone had committed suicide in the home on Monday.  It had been 5 days with body fluids and matter rotting in the house.  I thought I'd seen it all in Property Management--and then I was thrown this curveball.  Hazmat cleanup isn't exactly something we have on our preferred vendors list.  And after 5 days, odors become a serious problem.

I did some searching on Google and called a few companies.  Sharan picked up on the first call.  I explained to her the situation and immediately felt comfortable working with her.  I work with a variety of trades and can tell when someone knows what they're doing.  Sharan knows what she's doing.  She had a crew at the property within a few hours.   Later that night, I received confirmation that the job was completed along with before and after photos.  As a property manager that has to explain all of this to a client 2000 miles away, I couldn't ask for more.  Prompt. Professional.  Kind.  Understanding.  Really though... if you're reading this trying to decide if Crime Clean is the right company to call, you can stop reading and start dialing.

Jesse and team did a great job on adding drywall and double doors to our den.  He was timely with the quote and finished when he said he would.  We'll be hiring Turnkey again for future remodel projects!

I thought of my water leak as a real nightmare, until I found Andy and his crew! They repaired, and restored my home back, if not better than before my damage. His crew arrived on time, job was completed on time, and the clean up was amazing. For a honest contractor , and quality work...this is your company!

This is the best company by far!! They are super responsive and timely. I had damage to my house due to a storm that come through the valley and they were able to help me get it fixed in no time! Thanks to you guys! I highly recommend this company.

My attic caught on fire because of my neighbors House catching on fire and spreading to mine. I personally did not call the company the fire department did I wish I would've gotten a heads up on what I was going to get charged for there crevices. To board up my bathroom window and get what looks like a $10 dollar Padlock placed on my front door and my back gate bolted they charged me $800+ which i could have done myself. Another thing if you tell them you dont have insurance they will not respond to you or try to offer you services. I tried calling them two get an estimate on how much my home repairs would cost and they never called me back with a response.  Seems like a greedy company to me.

I'm a recent first-time home buyer and really appreciated our project manager (Brandon) walking us through the process from the estimate at the beginning to final walk through at the end.  He communicated back and forth with our insurance and made the process as smooth as possible.  We also appreciated the contractor who did a lot of the work, Waldo.  He treated our home with respect and seemed to be dedicated to getting the job done well.  We highly recommend Summit and will go back to them with any future restoration needs.

I had a microwave fire and was referred to this company by my insurance company. I had a great experience. Chris explained the entire process and gave me excellent advice about my claim. From start to finish, Chris was my advocate. I really appreciated that Chris answered his phone,personally, whenever I had questions. His crew quickly and thoroughly cleaned and prepared my kitchen for the work that needed to be done. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Maddison was very quick and responsive.  The job fix looked great. Definitely recommend working with her for your job needs.

Shady business practices! They take two months to get an estimate to the client and then blame everyone else. It took 30 days just to submit an original estimate which was never sent to me just the insurance. They lie and try and push you off by saying they are waiting on the insurance company to approve the claim, meanwhile they cashed the check from the insurance. Then they refuse service if you question their shady practices!
Hopefully these professionals can figure out how to send a check back to the insurance for work they failed to do!

Our lower floor flooded, and we had a huge mess on our hands. One of my contractor friends recommended Darrin to help us with the flood. I am so glad we called him.

His team came right over started working. They removed all of the wet flooring and wet walls. They have special tools to check for moisture and only take out the stuff that has to be removed.  

The process did not take long, and they put in fans and other equipment to dry out the areas. Darrin and his team kept us in the loop as to what was happening next, and when it was happening.

I highly recommend Darrin and his team!

This company does not have a license. This company is not bonded. This company is not insured. This company is not a legal contractor. I hired him to do a job for my home he was so unreliable I wanted to scream. When they were on property to do work they were in their vehicle more than they were doing the job they were hired to do. I don't know if they were on drugs or what but I was extremely disappointed. Very unprofessional, never on time, always taking breaks, needed to go get extra supplies on the regular and so many other issues. How does anybody even hire somebody like this? I know why I did because I didn't do my research and I wanted a good price. Next time I'm definitely gonna be looking for reviews to see what other people say before I hire a company. On top of all these other things if you go to their Facebook page which I did, you can see that they actually have another company on there, per the business owner himself, that shows the same phone number for this other company. It's not even close to this type of company. It's actually a solar company. So what is he doing, jack of all trades work? Solar they specified company that you have to know a lot about to do I would imagine. Is this his specialty instead of home repair work? I'm so confused. Very dissatisfied. I want all others to know NEVER, EVER go to this person for any work and do your research before hiring a company. I got screwed. BIG TIME. Let's not let that happen to you. I have also attached three photos. One is for this company. One is for his solar company. One shows that he just started a job on the 19th and then another Solar company he started working for on the 21st!?? How is that even possible????

American Home Shield dispatched A to Z Plumbing to repair a minor tub leak. The plumber was scheduled to arrive between 3pm and 5pm but showed up after 6pm. The plumber was courteous to both my husband and myself but later we found out he was deceptive. He went to look at the tub faucet and quickly determined that the cartridge was leaking. He mentioned to us that it was common because they just wear out over time (been here 14 years). He told us he was going out to his car to order the part and that someone else would be by the next day to install. He also casually mentioned the he would check our water pressure and invited to show my husband how to do it. Our reading was under 90. He mentioned that the water pressure fluctuates all day long.

The plumber disappeared for about 10 minutes and then came in holding a cell phone with AHS on the line stating they were denying the claim based on water pressure. When I spoke to AHS today, they said the plumber didn't mention anything about a worn out cartridge and diagnosed the issue of us having a water pressure of 95 (which was false data). AHS stated that the plumber was the one diagnosing the issue and did not provide any further data to get our claim approved. *How would anyone know what the water pressure was on Sunday when the leak occurred?

The plumber tried to get us to spend a ton of money for a part to control the water pressure. It seems like poor business practice to recommend denying a claim and try to extort more money out of the customer for something that isn't needed. In addition, the plumber provided false information to AHS which is unethical. This is a deceptive practice - the plumber was not truthful with AHS or us. He made it sound like it was a worn out cartridge only to provide false data to AHS. Our plumbing was not repaired because we were unwilling to fork over hundreds of dollars for something that should have been covered had the plumber been truthful.

We just had another plumber come out and showed us our water pressure was fine and fixed the tub faucet in minutes.  The cartridge was worn out from 14 years of living here - nothing to do with water pressure.  It's a shame that A to Z scams people.  I've recently read other reviews of a similar nature that show this company tries to make people pay hundreds of dollars for un-necessary repairs.  American Home Shield should not contract them out.
