I had a water pipe break in the wall, a plumber came and tore open the wall to fix it. I was concerned about mold.  Another company told me they'd have to tear out the bathroom to check for mold.  I called Arizona's Restoration Experts for a second opinion.

Jesse & Chase came out right away to check.  They did a moisture check of the inside wall / base boards, and at my request, widened up the existing wall opening and checked for moisture / mold.  To my relief they found the panels around the drain to be dry and clear of mold, but just to be safe they sprayed a microbial agent on the walls to prevent any future mold.

Jesse and Chase refused to accept any payment for this inspection, although they saved me a huge headache of having to tear up the bathroom as suggested by the other company.

When we saw water damage behind the wall in our guest bathroom, our home warranty company sent out a random plumber. They looked at the wall and called a restoration company I knew nothing about. I did not receive a report. I was busy with work, and always had that itch in the back of my head telling me something is wrong. I felt lost in the process and dismissed like my little dainty woman brain wouldn't understand words such as drywall. If my husband was meeting with a client and I was alone, I honestly didn't feel safe because I felt degraded by them. I'm the boss in literally every aspect of my life. I wouldn't let this happen to me in my professional life and I have never allowed it in my personal life. That's when I called Keith from EHS Restoration.

When I contacted Keith on a weekend, EHS Restoration jumped into action. They took their time with me; they answered all my questions. They have been beyond communicative and respectful. They have been kind. They even referred a plumber that diagnosed the issue. Keith and Tony have been nothing but AMAZING. I can text Keith at any time. Tony always answers his phone. The estimator and other girls in the office are polite and professional.

If your home warranty company or plumber sends out a restoration company. Fire them, then hire EHS Restoration.

Avoid this company at all cost.  After a Flood at my house and acquaintance called this company to remove the contents of my kitchen and living room So my home could be dried out. I told them to put everything in my spare bedroom and anything that wouldn't fit could go to their storage Facility.  They had me fill out their review while they stood and watched over my shoulder before anything was moved. The next day I woke up and realized they have removed things like coffee, coffee machine, spices, utensils, soups, the lid that covers food in my microwave, things you need on a daily basis.. They removed these things Just to pad their invoice. When I called to have them return my stuff they advised they would need a 1 week notice So I gave them notification. 2 weeks later I called them and Ask them what the hold up was. they said they wouldn't return my goods until my insurance company paid them in full, over $5000. My insurance company advised them that's not how it works, they  return my goods and then they get paid, common practice.   Needless to say I will never use this company again, they will make your bad situation worse.

I'm very please and grateful for this crew! I had a roof emergency, where part of my roof began leaking directly into my guest bedroom while it was raining. Henry was patient and willing to work with me as I arranged options to cover costs. Henry and Patrick are prompt and kind, and call when they say they will. They finished the entire job of replacing the majority of the roof and fixing the guest bedroom in a matter of a few days. The team was also respectful while on my property.  I will definitely be calling them again if necessary!

If I had the opportunity to put in a negative rating, I would be super happy to do that. Jeremy the guy who ran the job gave me misinformation took a way lot longer than than promised as well. The arrogance of Jeremy and the non fulfillment of our contract regarding repairs is unbelievable. We have about 2K on our contract for reconstruction They couldn't even put the bathroom door back on so we are paying someone else to do it. There was no reconstruction. VERY VERY bad experience from the start. I hope everyone would avoid this company. Just a terrible experience.

This company was recommended by the company that installed our water heater, after that heater failed within the warranty period and soaked part of the garage. They quickly came out to perform the demolition, then left everything to dry out, which left a significant portion of our house exposed to the Phoenix summer. After a few days they declared everything dried enough to begin renovation.

Our insurance contacted us to let us know the restoration company had not provided them with photographs or an estimate. This led to nearly a week of trying to get someone out to document the damage. After these photos were taken, it took another three days before they submitted everything to the insurance.

Finally, insurance approved the work. It took another week before someone came out to actually do the repairs. All this time the house was exposed to the outside air, leaving the affected rooms closed off and inaccessible for three weeks, while the air conditioning struggled to keep up despite shoving towels under the doors. I ended up taking time off of work to do the job myself, but was contacted two days beforehand that someone was being sent out. After the repair specialist left, I determined they had not textured part of one wall, failed to patch one area, and neglected to paint several areas. I was also charged for several work items that were not done and not needed. I ended up having to finish this job myself to complete the repair. Ultimately the work was completed, despite the over charges, and things are roughly back to normal, so I cannot give them one star. However, I would encourage you to find another restoration company for your needs.

I contacted the company and requested an estimate. The estimate was well thought out, complete and was very competitive with other estimates we received. Although we did not ultimately have Dynamite complete the small remodeling project, we would certainly look to them in the future. Researched BBB records and reviews and found the company to have a very good record, very professional and promptly responded to our inquiries.

I would recommend GPS for all of your remediation needs!

What started as a roof leak, ended in a hole in our bedroom ceiling and a long battle with the HOA and Insurance company on who was going to fix it.  The one shining star through the whole process was working with Global Prevention Services!  Michael and his team helped to ease my anxieties, making phone calls to whomever was necessary in order to get the job done.  I fully believe they went above and beyond what any other company would've done to make sure we were taken care of!

All that being said, I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the actual work.  You would never be able to tell that there had ever been a problem.  Flawless.

As far as what other reviewers were saying, we did get multiple quotes and GPS was aligned with what other companies were quoting.

The guys at Drip Restoration do an amazing job! They were responsive and showed up on time to assess my water damage and worked to get it fixed quickly. Nathan the owner was a pleasure to work with! Anyone needing a restoration company should give these guys a call.

We had mold in our bathroom that went all the way to the neighbors bathroom. All dry took care of it all and safely. After their work was complete we had a company test for any leftover mold and the results came back clean for both affected bathrooms! The employees were also very kind and professional. They worked directly with our insurance too. Thanks All Dry!

Twin Home Experts came thru again. That's right a contractor that keeps his word and answers the phone, and shows up on time. WOW!

You see we hired Twin Home Experts about 14 months ago to design and install a beautiful Large shower. We worked closely with Manny to build the shower that they really wanted.

We discovered about 2 weeks ago that the master bedroom that the carpet was wet, behind the bedroom wall. I made 1 call and left a message, and before I could have my morning coffee, the phone rang and it was Manny. I must be honest I was shocked that Manny call and then came over the same day.  In my experience contractors put warranty work behind current jobs. Not with Twin Home Experts. Manny showed up and took the lead and made our job the very first the very next day.

I gave 5 stars not only for the fine workmanship, but for Twin Home Experts ability to cause us to be relaxed thru the repairs Manny also followed-up  after it was completed.

Literally the most horrible construction company I've seen! There are new workers every time they come to the house to work, if they even decided to show up, one smelled so badly of cigarettes it lingered in the house for a few days. They would show up for two days one week then go ghost mode for another 5 weeks, randomly show up, and do one simple task then leave again for another month! Also it's the worst remodel I've ever seen........

Roto Rooter sent help promptly - within one hour of my phone call. Emil responded to my call for help. He was on time, very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. The problem I had was taken care of quickly, with no additional expenses suggested. This is the second time I have used Roto Rooter in two different cities in Arizona. I would not hesitate to call them again. Thank you Emil and Roto Rooter.

What ever you do, do not hire Larry Hampton or ALM Services.  He did restoration work on our house with out the proper license.   He did not pull permits.  He agreed to do the total job for 19,000 and filed a pre lien that would have totaled 33,000.  His workers helped themselves to my refrigerator and drank my power aid.  They banged up our furniture and possessions.  They broke stuff and hid the broken stuff.  We have things missing and had to file a police report.   I have pictures of his team using our ladder.  I have a list of 45 things wrong when Larry Hampton was finished. Workmanship was TERRIBLE across the board. The only way we were able to get him back to try to settle or get  my stuff fixed was to file a complaint with the Registrar of Contractors. He lied to me and to the investigator.
