Finding mold in your home is a gut wrenching moment. Finding out that I did not have mold coverage through my insurance was even worse! I found EHS through To Fix It. Victor was our technician and he was easily reachable and patient, especially with my wife who had many questions about the process as we have young children. EHS turned a nightmare situation for my family and I into a much more bearable one. I am so appreciative for their attention to detail and ensuring my home is safe for my family.

The crew from Integrity just left my house a little while ago, and I have to say it has been a great experience working with them. Soon after I filed our claim for water damage, the crew came from Integrity to remove our belongings from the affected rooms and store them in their warehouse. They were very careful to wrap all furniture and carefully packed the contents of dressers, bookcases, drawers and shelves, etc. They packed them all in boxes, labeled all the boxes, and accounted for everything in writing. Today they brought everything back since our restoration project is now complete. Again, they were very careful with unpacking everything. They had taken lots and lots of pictures before they packed anything, so this helped them to know where everything was supposed to be placed. My experience with Integrity has been outstanding. I can't say enough about how trustworthy, friendly, professional, and thorough all the employees have been. The Pelican team was amazing.  We had storm damage and they came out immediately to assess both the roof and interior damage.   They worked with my insurance company to take care of everything.  The house looks great, and there is no visible evidence that anything ever happened.  Patrick and his team responded to every phone call and inquiry I had during the entire process, and they are even helping me out with another issue completely unrelated to the storm damage.  I would highly recommend this company and appreciate their professionalism and high quality of work.

Although we didn't end up using this company for our recent ground water damage to our Prescott basement (decided to do it on our own), I thought the owner who responded and sat down with us was very direct and forthcoming about the project. He even hauled away our torn out carpet and pad for us for free. I think that's a class act. Highly recommend giving these guys a call for a bid for your next job.

We used Preferred Choice for clean-up and repair of damage caused by a leaking hot water heater.  Damage was isolated to the hot water heater closet and laundry room.  They perform exactly how they informed us.  The only delays were caused by our insurance company which was of no fault of the folks at Preferred Choice.  They actually went above and beyond expectation in order to get hot water flowing ASAP and the job moving along.  The various teams that preformed the work were professional, courteous and talented.  All damaged walls and cabinets were repaired to exactly the same condition as before the damage.
Based on the work performed I would recommend them for any damage repair work as well as for any remodeling activity that anyone would want, large or small jobs.

We will certainly use them again if and when the need arises.

First, let me say that he came out and did an estimate right away and seemed incredibly knowledgeable. I was so excited to hire this company to remodel the kitchen in my mother-in-law suite. Unfortunately it took two weeks to get the initial estimate rather than getting it by the end of that first week as he had stated. Then the estimate was missing some major components... The install of a gas stove and stainless hood (and that's really a BIG part of this project).
When I emailed him about this, a week later I still had not heard back with an updated estimate so I emailed him yet again and left a voicemail. His response was that he thought the vendor would install yet he and I had very clearly discussed that Dynamite would do the installation. Bottom line is that he added another $250 to the estimate and still didn't give me any info on his availability (which I asked for a few different times). As much as I would love to hire this company because I really genuinely think he knows what he's talking about and the price is reasonable, I think he is just far too busy and may not do a good job on my project because he didn't care enough to get me the estimate when he said he would, missed major components on the estimate, didn't  respond to my email for over a week, and he also didn't  answer his phone or return my call. I know my project might not be as big or important as his other projects, but it is very important to me and I would have been happy to schedule this several months out if needed. I just want a company that I can count on to pay attention to detail and communicate in a timely manner. Very disappointed this didn't work out.

These guys are really good but I agree with the other reviewer, get at least 3 quotes for the job and, in my book, for ANY job in your home really.  It is unbelievable the range of prices for the same service and almost always the best quality comes from the busiest who has best quality.

Be very careful dealing with a leak or flood as you might have mold - another company told me to make a hole in the wall and put a fan to to it which would lead to spreading the mold and transforming a messy situation into a hugely messy one. Obviously, the more messy, more fees to them.

We had a burst water pipe over this winter. We rang Sunshine Cleaning and they were on-site within an hour late on a Friday night. They very professionally dried out our home and restored it to the original condition. Absolutely fantastic service and great people. Thank you so much Sunshine team.

Nathan was responsive and answered all the questions we had. He was professional and prompt and if we have any issues with odors or water damage, we'll be sure to use them again!

We had mold in our bathroom that went all the way to the neighbors bathroom. All dry took care of it all and safely. After their work was complete we had a company test for any leftover mold and the results came back clean for both affected bathrooms! The employees were also very kind and professional. They worked directly with our insurance too. Thanks All Dry!

Manny & team did a great job on a jackhammer, re-tile, new toilet job.  Kept our house spotless for days, matched the tile perfect.  Highly recommend.

I HAD to give them a star in order to write this review.  They honestly don't even deserve one star.  I had water damage in my home.  It is an older home and it happened over time, so it was not covered by insurance.  I had someone come out and give me a quote.  He said because it was behind the wall he wouldn't know exactly what would be needed , or how much damage there was until they get in there and start ripping things out.  He said he would put absolutely everything in the quote that we may need.  If it ended up being being less of a job they would deduct from the final bill.  He said it would take 2days.  Received the quote......$2,700.  Ok.  No problem that being worst case scenario I could handle that.  I set up an appointment.  Nobody came.  This happened 3 more times.  Finally they showed up.  They finished the job in just over 2 hours.  Had to pay full price that was quoted.  And when questioned she told me I agreed to that price.  They are thieves and liars and prey on people who really don't know any better.  They told me everything was done.  What was suppose to take 2 days took only 2 hours!

Prompt service! Eric was super fast and professional! Would use again! If you want fast and food service, give them a call!

What ever you do, do not hire Larry Hampton or ALM Services.  He did restoration work on our house with out the proper license.   He did not pull permits.  He agreed to do the total job for 19,000 and filed a pre lien that would have totaled 33,000.  His workers helped themselves to my refrigerator and drank my power aid.  They banged up our furniture and possessions.  They broke stuff and hid the broken stuff.  We have things missing and had to file a police report.   I have pictures of his team using our ladder.  I have a list of 45 things wrong when Larry Hampton was finished. Workmanship was TERRIBLE across the board. The only way we were able to get him back to try to settle or get  my stuff fixed was to file a complaint with the Registrar of Contractors. He lied to me and to the investigator.
