Best Damage Restorations in Phoenix, AZ
This summer my AC broke and flooded my house. The repairman offered to call a restoration company out to take a look. Nick with Arizona's Restoration Experts arrived and it seemed the minute he stepped foot on my property, everything got better. He identified all of the damage, helped me with filing my claim and then began the process of drying and extracting the water. I was terribly stressed and he not only did exceptional work but also calmed me down! Within a few days, they had the water dry and saved us from mold. The holes they had to cut into the wall were precise and they took extra care to clean up dust and debris in my home. They have the experience and knowledge to handle anything. These guys are my personal heroes and I would recommend this company to anyone!!

I really did like the customer service of this company. I did not have to get huffy one single time. They showed up quick, listened to my needs and took care of business. The only reason I cant go 5 stars is that it took 3 weeks to wrap things up from start to finish. Maybe that is the norm, maybe they are really popular or just super busy because they are so customer service oriented and well liked. They even did some side work for me that was not related to my insurance claim. Great job and I cannot deny these guys kudos !!!

My condo flooded with sewage about a month ago. As you can imagine, after that happens, everything in your house smells. Not to mention, when they have to cut out your dry wall, dry wall debris go everywhere. This business came out and picked up my upholstered king bed and mattress and took it away to sanitize it. Not only did they steam it but they ironed the fabric as well so it honestly now looks better than when I originally had it delivered to my house. Mariana was super nice and prompt, Blake was extremely professional and Eddie and Jason put the bed back together quickly and without any issues. Thank you team! So happy to have my bed back!

The Pelican team was amazing. We had storm damage and they came out immediately to assess both the roof and interior damage. They worked with my insurance company to take care of everything. The house looks great, and there is no visible evidence that anything ever happened. Patrick and his team responded to every phone call and inquiry I had during the entire process, and they are even helping me out with another issue completely unrelated to the storm damage. I would highly recommend this company and appreciate their professionalism and high quality of work.

I had previosuly used ServiceMaster twice dealing with water at my mother in law's condo, and once to mitigate smoke. So when I had a water issue at my home, I reached out again. I WILL NOT DO THAT AGAIN!
I called late on a Monday night, and scheduled service for the next day. I explained that my wife and I work from home, and had a commitment in the early afternoon which required quiet work from home. They came and started, but when they found mold under a basedboard everything stopped for a good 30 minutes while the office typed out a release. I get it. However, the work they did was at best partial. When I told them more than once that all work, or at least all work creating noise had to cease at 1:00, I was met with reluctance and informed that they had a 3:00 appointment (that I was aware of), and that they would have to stop and come back in the morning. I understood and that was fine, again being told specifically that they would be back at 9:00.
However, when I got out of physical therapy there was a message that they called to confirm and as I did not call back they rescheduled me for 3:00! I was furoius, especally when they did a very small amount of work, and we specifically agreed on 9:00 in the morning - nothgin said about any confimring call. A diffrerent crew came out, and they did about an hour of work and stopped. The original crew came over and set up fans and attempted to remove some wood flooring, indicating that they would have to pick up a machine and come back between 9 and 10 the next mornign. That was 5:00, so we got maybe 1 1/2 hours of work.
A word about the fans - they set up three fans in the laundry room, and three fans in the hall. They also put a dehumifdifier in the hallway along with another unit that was supposed to remove dust (SUPPOSED TO). Understand, I have a 15 foot high ceilign in that hallway, and the only water was along and in a wall, most of which contained int he laundry room. Over the course of the rest of the jub I did not see any wayter whatsoever come from the unit.
I specifically told them that the door would be left open so we would not have this issue again. When, I texted at 9 and the response was that I told you we would be there between 9 and 11. No, they told my wife and I between 9 and 10, and low and behold they showed up at 11:02 (Ring time). I watched them bring in a machine and make numerous trips in and out of the house. IN the afternoon, another worker showed up with a hammer and chisel, which indicated to me that the machine did not work.
They left at 4:30 or so, and when I went and looked at what was done they only took up 1/2 of the wood flooring thatthey told me they were, and two of the fans were off. Not being a mitigation expert and not talking to the workers, I preseumed that they intended to leave them off. Not So! The next morngin I personally turned one of them on, as it was directed at the area of greatest concern.
I had the insurance representative stop by several times, and he came on Friday with the remediator contractor. I mentioned the fan being off, which he agreed with. He stated that he had seen one of them off as well. We also discussed placement of the machines, and when he tested a wall it was apparent that they did not remove as much drywall as needed and did not place the fans where they should have been. They also did not drill any holes to allow for air movement.
I immediately called and relayed the informatiuon that the insurance agent and contractor shared, and was told they would reach out and look into it, and get back to me. Well, after an hour of no call, I called them and was told they were working on it. 45 minutes later I was called and told that they did not speak with the insuirance agent and could not do anythgin until they had. I had mention ed that if that was an issue let me know as I woudl reach out to avoid more delays! I called him, and when he called me back he relayed thatthey did not call him until 4:30, and hour and a half after I had originally called them! Shortly thereafter I got an emial telling me that they heard form the insurance man and that they wiould have to speak with the worker and the owner, both of whom were gone for the weekend!
The next morning, I reache dout and requested that they test the moisture and provide me with logs, remove thge drywall indicated and remove their equipment. IN response, I was told that they were removign their equipment and not undertaking any more work. What is funniest of all is th\at when they came, they handed me a form to sign stating that I was satisfied witht heir work and a release of liability! Fat chance I was signing that!
I still have no logs of the moisture readings, and watched him only perfomr them once (and the machine constantly break requiring him to fix it). When I had previosuly asked about it, I was told it's still wet here and here. . . I asked about percentages, and was told nothing.

If I could leave a lower rating, I would. Unethical, unprofessional and unresponsive. Sara and the whole team are not worth the empty arrangements. If you're in a bad spot, need a mediation company and have to pay an exorbitant amount, go with a company that won't lie to you.

I hired Dynamite to install a range/oven and hood in my kitchen and I couldn't be more pleased. After a bad experience with a home warranty company, I was left with an uninstalled range/oven and hood in my garage and a hole in my kitchen where the broken range used to be. I needed the kitchen space modified to fit the new range/oven, electrical installed for it and also the hood installed. Vlad and his team were quick with a very reasonable quote and the installation was completed one week later. I am incredibly happy! I highly recommend this company.

We had a burst water pipe over this winter. We rang Sunshine Cleaning and they were on-site within an hour late on a Friday night. They very professionally dried out our home and restored it to the original condition. Absolutely fantastic service and great people. Thank you so much Sunshine team.

We had water damage in our dining room and bedroom and discovered after testing that we had a mold situation. We called All Dry who quickly dispatched Rick to assess the situation and provide recommendations for remediation. Rick also was able to identify the root cause of the water damage which we quickly corrected. Alex, who did the remediation, did a great job and post remediation testing came back good. Another positive worth mentioning was this was not a big job (though it was a big deal to us) however All Dry gave us the same excellent customer service as you would expect a bigger client to receive. Highly recommended.

I am very satisfied with the work and keeping me informed of when they
were going to my dad's former condo to do repairs after a water leak.
The place looked better than it ever did when they were finished.

I have used roto rooter three times now (sink, toilet, mainline drain issue). All three times they have been quick, inexpensive (in one case did not even charge me even though two plumbers spent over an hour on my leaking sink) and professional. The prices have always been clear and up front. I have used much more expensive plumbers in the past and will not do so again. Great group. Highly recommend.

What ever you do, do not hire Larry Hampton or ALM Services. He did restoration work on our house with out the proper license. He did not pull permits. He agreed to do the total job for 19,000 and filed a pre lien that would have totaled 33,000. His workers helped themselves to my refrigerator and drank my power aid. They banged up our furniture and possessions. They broke stuff and hid the broken stuff. We have things missing and had to file a police report. I have pictures of his team using our ladder. I have a list of 45 things wrong when Larry Hampton was finished. Workmanship was TERRIBLE across the board. The only way we were able to get him back to try to settle or get my stuff fixed was to file a complaint with the Registrar of Contractors. He lied to me and to the investigator.
