This firm provided service above and beyond!!! They took on a complicated job on short notice and did an OUTSTANDING job. They were reasonably priced and very accommodating to a difficult schedule. They were friendly and sincere and more than competent... What more could you ask for?

C&J is the best commercial cleaning company.  Our offices sparkle whenever they're in.  I would  refer them without question to anyone who's looking for a janitorial service.  You can't go wrong with their company.

I had an awful experience, one of the most frightening of my life.  I would never use them

I had a 2 year tenant who smoked...what a mess!  Before hearing about Smell Fresh, I stripped the house of blinds, fans, etc.; had the entire house painted (including ceilings), floors and all hard surface cleaned and resealed, vents cleaned.  Smoke smell still lingered.  Nothing against smokers, but WHY smoke indoors???  Especially in a home that doesn't belong to you?  Enough venting :^)  Found out about Smell Fresh (finally) through my realtor.  Mike was incredibly professional, courteous, and took the time to explain the process.  After treatment (24 hours), unfortunately the house still smelled of cigarette odor.  Steve was back out to retreat within 3 days...and VOILA!  The smell was gone!  YAY!!  For the cost, this service is worth every dollar.  My only regret was not finding them sooner :^)

Honestly, can't say enough about this company and the owner Mike. I had a bas water leak from my master bathroom that went into my kitchen. Mike came in and made me feel calm and confident from the beginning. Really alleviated any worries. His team got the mess cleaned up quick. Helped me coordinate with insurance company as he had more experience taking work off my hands and then got the work done quickly while making sure everything that went in was quality. The insurance adjuster was surprised how quick we were able to get the cabinets and other items in, impressed with the knowledge of Mike's work. I always felt very taken care of and could not ask for better experience! Even miss Mike's happy and joking face at the house! Can't thank you recommend Temp Only Water Restoration enough!!!

Just wanted to note my appreciation for the Gurr Brothers Construction employee or owner that treated me to my lunch at the drive-thro at Chick-Fil-A (Dobson Riverview) earlier today while trying to grab food before my next call & before it got too busy. After dealing with a ceiling leak in my garage and waiting weeks for my insurance to process my claim and having to deal with unreliable and ridiculously priced contractors, I was referred to Jenkins. I had the pleasure of having Mario as my project manager and he was professional, communicative, and prompt. From getting quoted, scheduled, and having the work completed, everything went smoothly and without issues. My ceiling came out looking better than it looked before the incident.

Typically the only time I write reviews is when a company has done a great job! However, the service I received from EA Restoration deserves to be noted. The workers were conscientious and got the work done in a timely manner. When the sales rep came to my home he explained the process in detail from remediation to repair and working with the insurance company. He committed to me that when the remediation was complete I would not be left without a sink.   Well, it was a Friday afternoon and  I found myself without a working sink, looking for a plumber to put my kitchen back in some working order after the company owner, Cavin told me they do not do plumbing. Try and find a plumber on a Friday afternoon. This was not the only problem with EA Restoration. Everyone in management from the top-down seems to have forgotten that without the customer they do not have a business. Needless to say, they won't be doing the repair work on my kitchen.  Check out the dates on their reviews.  The current reviews seem to show that something has changed at EA Restoration.  I suggest that you look for another company to do your work.

My carpets needed a good cleaning due to a little furry one peeing in every room. I was able to schedule someone to come look at them and to have my carpets cleaned within a reasonable time. My carpets look amazing! I was told if after the first cleaning it seemed like the smell was bad it would be redone complimentary. I notified the company a few days later that my carpet was smelling and they were cleaned again. I no longer see any stains nor does it smell!! I will be recommending this company to all of my friends. The service is great!

Service Master is the epitome of unprofessionalism.  If you want your job delayed, endlessly, for weeks on end, go ahead with this company.

They started a packing job  professionally and efficiently. They took down walls quickly and professionally. One month later and repeated requests for a timeline to finish the job (i.e., restoration) have gone unanswered.  This job should have taken at most 2 weeks - instead, my family has now been displaced for 5 weeks (and counting) because Service Master Restoration simply cannot follow through.
