This firm provided service above and beyond!!! They took on a complicated job on short notice and did an OUTSTANDING job. They were reasonably priced and very accommodating to a difficult schedule. They were friendly and sincere and more than competent... What more could you ask for?

This company is top notch!  I just bought a home which had a very strong cigarette smell.  Not being a smoker the smell was so overpowering it would give me a slight headache.  I shared this with my realtor who recommended Smell Fresh Az.  I'm so happy he did!

I spoke to both Michael and his employee Steve on seperate occasions.  Both were courteous, friendly, prompt, professional, and communicated everything to a tee.

Honestly, can't say enough about this company and the owner Mike. I had a bas water leak from my master bathroom that went into my kitchen. Mike came in and made me feel calm and confident from the beginning. Really alleviated any worries. His team got the mess cleaned up quick. Helped me coordinate with insurance company as he had more experience taking work off my hands and then got the work done quickly while making sure everything that went in was quality. The insurance adjuster was surprised how quick we were able to get the cabinets and other items in, impressed with the knowledge of Mike's work. I always felt very taken care of and could not ask for better experience! Even miss Mike's happy and joking face at the house! Can't thank you recommend Temp Only Water Restoration enough!!!

From the very beginning, as frustrating as it was to see water leaking from our ceiling. The staff, starting with Ms Serina, was extremely helpful, kind, polite and understanding. After dealing with a ceiling leak in my garage and waiting weeks for my insurance to process my claim and having to deal with unreliable and ridiculously priced contractors, I was referred to Jenkins. I had the pleasure of having Mario as my project manager and he was professional, communicative, and prompt. From getting quoted, scheduled, and having the work completed, everything went smoothly and without issues. My ceiling came out looking better than it looked before the incident.

If I could give 1 star I would. The lack of response, communication, commitment, and service is absolutely disgusting. This company is terrible... We hired them for work, which took months to complete with no follow up, I had to constantly call them. The work took 6mos. To complete, and then less than a year later my wood panels are opening on the flooring that they installed! I called 6mos ago to have them repair it since it's under warranty and they have still not repaired my flooring. I'll be contacting the better business bureau as well, this is ridiculous.

Not sure what's going on with their pricing maybe Covid 19. Had them out as I could not get a quote on the phone. They called as promised and showed up on time BUT!

I have a 9'6 x13' area rug. $367.00 to take to the shop and deep clean. $250.00 to clean the rug at my home. You have got to be kidding looks like price gouging no pets no stains just traffic from2 adults. The rug is 18 months old I'd buy a new rug before paying theses prices.

Two stars for calling and arriving on time. 0 stars for the price quote.

This is a company that lies to customers I not only would not recommend them but I'm trying to save others from this worthless company they do not follow thru with the job ,there are to many  other companies out there that do a great job and conduct them selves with professional  ways and the worst one there is Tyler a so called people person which I assure you he is not I would consider anybody but service master beware
