I had a tenant who never emptied their cats liter box.  When he moved out, the smell was so abhorrent that it didn't even smell like a litter box anymore, it surpassed any other odor this Earth has produced. Even though the litter box was kept one room, it permeated through the entire house and there was no escaping the odor, you could even smell it when approaching the house.  I was certain that the house would have to be repainted and the room with the liter box would need new drywall and the wood flooring would need to be replaced.  

I called Smell Fresh Arizona based off their Yelp reviews and I am so happy that I started here because it was a much simpler and cheaper resolution.  They did in fact get rid of the any trace of the odor.  They also opened the refrigerator while treating the house and it also removed the normal odor fridges retain when unplugged.  I highly recommend this company for your stinky problems.

Highly recommend Tempe Only Waters! I had an emergency water leak from the upstairs restroom. He instructed how to stop the leak over the phone and came out to make the repairs and patched the drywall. Good as new! I will be recommending to family friends and clients

We had  substantial pipe damage and had to have our kitchen ripped apart and rebuilt. These guys communicated very well through the entire process and kept scheduled appointments. The work was all done very well and the attention to detail on the little things to make sure we were happy was most important to me.  While we can't expect everything to be perfect every time in life, we were really happy that Gurr Brothers went above and beyond to make sure an item was redone at their expense because it was less than perfect. That was very admirable - a trait you don't see enough in business these days.

I would gladly recommend them for your project. Honestly and integrity are hard to find.

Dave and his crew were wonderful. Such a pleasure to work with and I have not one complaint. If I don't have a complaint then you know they were outstanding because I'm very picky. I worked with EA Restoration twice this year and both experiences have been tremendously great. This past summer my hot water heater burst and flooded my home, and during the initial clean up I discovered that my house was full of asbestos. EA Restoration conducted the asbestos-related clean up issues. They were efficient and fast and their crew was meticulous when cleaning any mess that was made. The owners, Craig and Cavin, were incredibly thorough in their explanations of the work being done on my home, and they were both quick to respond to my voice messages, emails and texts. I was very impressed with their work and hired them again to perform an asbestos abatement demolition of a home renovation project. Again, EA Restoration was a super choice. I am very pleased with their work and highly recommend this company.

Travis did a great job cleaning, deodorizing and sealing my mom's furniture and rugs. There are no pet odors now, which is a big deal for a household with 4 male dogs who sometimes like to lift their legs.  Travis was able to get the rugs cleaned, deodorized and sealed at the Dr. ChemDry facility and return them in just 1 week (their usual turnaround is 2-3 weeks).  Nice, professional and diligent young man.

Service Master is the epitome of unprofessionalism.  If you want your job delayed, endlessly, for weeks on end, go ahead with this company.

They started a packing job  professionally and efficiently. They took down walls quickly and professionally. One month later and repeated requests for a timeline to finish the job (i.e., restoration) have gone unanswered.  This job should have taken at most 2 weeks - instead, my family has now been displaced for 5 weeks (and counting) because Service Master Restoration simply cannot follow through.
