This company has saved us twice this summer. Both our AC's had the capacitor fail about a month apart. American home water and AC were a pleasure to deal with and fit us into their busy schedule. The technician was knowledgeable , courteous and honest. Only fixing what was needed and gave a very insightful review of our AC system.

I had a great experience with Boldt HVAC.  They gave me a bunch of suggestions to troubleshoot my AC before scheduling a technician to visit.  Once I'd tried everything, I was ready to have someone come take a look.  The technician showed up on time and worked quickly.  He answered all of my questions and had everything he needed to complete the work in his truck.  I was back in cool air in about an hour.  What a relief!

There seem to be some pretty scathing reviews on this company but my experience was excellent.  Brandon explained the condition of my system and said there were a couple of parts that should be replaced in the next couple of years.  No pressure to sell me more parts or service.  He spend quite a bit of time with me on the phone.  This guy seems like someone you can really trust to give you good advice.  Not wanting a breakdown in the middle of a heat wave, I opted to replace the parts now.  Brandon was great!  I did not have any scheduling problems and will be using this company again.

Got home to find my AC wasn't working, made a quick call and just a few hours later Mr Maneth was here to get us back up and running! Probably the most friendly technician I have ever worked with. He stayed until after 9:15pm just to be sure my family and I could be comfortable tonight.

I can't speak high enough of the service we received, without hesitation I would recommend them to anyone!

We had a fantastic experience with Dave. He was friendly, informative and helpful. The technicians that did our install were also very friendly and polite. We talked to multiple other companies but decided to go with cool zone because of the amazing customer service experience and competitive prices. Dave even came out after the install to make sure everything was up and running and help us set up our new thermostat. We're glad we went with such a great company and will definitely use them in the future!

So my thoughts are when the house hits 102 degrees, call Heath at Arctic Fox Heating and Air, (623) 533-5718, because he is seriously the best - and honest - and reasonable - keeps you updated, and does what he says he's going to do. We've had experiences with less than honest technicians from other company's and it's just not worth it.  We just gave him keys to the house for three days, and we stayed in an air conditioned hotel!  We completely trust Heath and his team, and have total respect for what he does.

Responded quickly and arrived to do seasonal A/C and gas furnace checks in matter of days. Technician observed mask and social distancing in addition to shoe covers. He was friendly and polite. I will continue to contact them for any furnace and A/C needs.

Absolutely the best service experience I've ever had.  We didn't need anything done that we knew of - just wanted to get our system looked at since we hadn't in the last couple years.  I called and made an appointment with a very courteous and friendly lady for the following week for a time between 7-9am.  She let me know that it would be closer to 7.  Right at 7am James gave me a call to let me know he was 10 minutes out.

I won't detail everything, but I had some concerns about our system (the previous owners had installed a cheap contractor grade condenser unit) and he let me know that there were no issues at all with it, other than it wouldn't be as efficient.  He was knowledgeable, friendly, didn't try to sell me anything, and gave our system a clean bill of health.  He let me know that it was good for probably 3-4 more years and that by that time I would want to think of replacement since R34 is being phased out and would be more expensive.  He was patient with all my questions, and spent about an hour checking out the system.  

I would not hesitate to use them if I do need service in the future, or at the time when we plan on replacing our system.

David was great!  Our a/c went out mid-day on a weekend and we didn't know who to call!  We knew it was going to be expensive whoever we called.  David had space and spent over 2 hours on our roof in the heat to make sure we knew what the problem was.  Our worst thoughts had come true but, he priced us out on a new unit, with exactly what we needed.  He also did we he could do to keep our current one working for now, but it is 40 years old.  Highly recommend.

Our A/C unit hasn't worked so well in years. The Bumble Bee staff not only did a good job with their regular maintenance but correctly diagnosed some deficiencies, recommended corrective steps, and made the needed improvements, all at a reasonable price. We're very pleased-except my wife who thinks, It's too cold in here!

Technician skilled in their craft will always get my (repeat) business.

Finally, guys who will fix your AC without replacing the whole thing for thousands of dollars.  I called out this company after trying another company that told me I need a new AC system (and they lied about its condition).  Cave Creek Cooling came out and replaced the fan blower motor and everything works perfectly.  If I listened to the other guys, I'd be replacing my AC every 3 years.  Cave Creek Cooling sells you what you need.  Honest repair people.  Skilled at what they do.  And rates are very competitive.  And yes, they can replace everything too if you really need that.  But they are happy to work with you even if you need a relatively simple repair to get you going.  That's almost rare in Arizona these days.  Would recommend to others.

we contacted Alan's air after having another company come out who quoted us 5 times to fix our AC unit.  The other company even suggested we replace our AC unit at $8k since they mentioned the repair costs would be over third of the cost for new unit.

Alan was able to just replace the capacitor in under 30 min and costs me 5 less than what AC by J quoted in shorter amount of time.

I haven't actually gotten service done yet but plan to do so for air duct sealing and insulation. Just want to make it known that this is so far a great company to deal with. Chris Wontorski came out for our walkthrough with estimate and gave us a detailed email with different options. He is professional, courteous and explains everything well. He is good about keeping in touch with people as I have emailed back and forth with him many times now since the walk through.

Doug at Desert Comfort answered on New Year's Eve, was able to come quickly AND get our heat on within a couple hours!

We are remodeling a bathroom needed plumber to fix an issue with the shower cartridge. Not only did they make time to repair the next day, but the technician, Ryan, was very skilled and knowledgeable. I will not hesitate to use this company again.

Justin came out to give us a second opinion about our duct system having a leak.  Yesterday, a Patrick Riley tech came out to do scheduled maintenance and although our 3 units checked out fine - he wanted $1500 to replace a tear in my duct system.  We called Sure Temp for a second opinion - Justin came out and could not find any tear in any part of my duct system.  He saw there was a small leak which he was able to fix with some kind of gummy tape which took him 5 minutes.  He only charged us the $65 service fee.  It was refreshing to have an honest tech give us an accurate assessment.  Justin is the best.  We highly recommend him and this company.  We ended up buying a service contract for future scheduled maintenance which was half the price of Patrick Riley's.
