Their technician, Richard, was  courteous, professional, and efficient.  He took the time to explain each step of the service call.  Also, Cheryl, who facilitated the maintenance plan for us, was a pleasure to work with.

Our water heater started leaking so we called Tom and set up a time to change it out for a new one. It was very nice to get it done same day. Our service tech., Wilson, showed up as promised and did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything and left the work area very clean.

We were out of town and our AC went out. Called Fran on a Saturday and within a couple of hours, they were there and quickly solved the issue for under $200. Amazing. I can't say enough about this company. Friendly, fast and honest. I will never use anyone else nor will I recommend anyone else!

Johnny came out to the house at 8pm late August to fix the air conditioning unit. They had it fixed in about 15 minutes. Very satisfactory service.

I thought it was pretty Sub-par customer service.

What a great experience. Darrin and his crew did a fantastic job. They could have replaced what we had, the way it already was and been done. But Instead, they reconfigured duct work and the furnaces for us to get maximum air flow.  We couldn't believe the difference.

I requested quotes from several companies. Cool zone was the first to respond and had the soonest availability. I was told a tech would be to my house between 3-5pm the same day I requested the quote. I was delighted at 1:30pm when I got a call saying the tech could make it earlier. It was nearly 90 degrees inside my house when Ryan arrived. He got right to work and had the problem solved and repair completed before 3pm! He stuck around and chatted for a little while to make sure that the temp was dropping in my house. He was very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend cool zone to anyone needing AC repairs!

The Arctic Fox team was very professional and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions, provided a very competitive bid, and did an excellent installation of two A/C and furnace units to replace old units. I highly recommend them.

So glad I found Gladiate! We were told we needed our AC coil and blower cleaned by a technician from another company after a tune-up. The price they quoted was insane and they tried very hard to scare me into having it done on the spot.

I got quotes from half a dozen other places. All of them were way less than what the initial company wanted to charge, and Gladiate's was by far the best.

I appreciated the quick response from Gabriel and the immediate availability. When he came out he was punctual, professional and personable. I instantly knew Gladiate was going to be our go-to HVAC contractor from now on.

I told him how dirty our equipment supposedly was before he started. A less honest person could have come back and said, Yeah, it's worse than I thought. I'm gonna have to charge more than I initially quoted. But Gabriel confirmed with before and after pictures that our system was nowhere near that bad.  That other technician was exaggerating to justify overcharging us. With Gladiate we paid for only what was needed to get the job done right--an hour of labor and some coil cleaner.

We'll be trusting Gladiate with all our maintenance and repair needs going forward!

Had Tec come out give me a estimate my brother had the same thing done 2 weeks before and I was quoted double what he paid then the Tec suggested to just redo the fittings and re charge so basically not run new lines just fix  the ends so scope of work chafing dramatically and materials needed and he says the price he quoted to do the full job replacing everything would cost the same at him just fixing the fitting same price double of what my brother paid I called the office and still have not gotten a return call back like they promised so there techs are just out there making up what ever amount of money he needs to make for that job not quoting the job right do basically screwing people who they think they can get away with it from I will be reporting to acc and bbb of this and hopefully stop someone from getting screw over!!!

Dave was super awesome!!! After another AC company said my heat pump wasn't working and needed to be replaced I reached out to Dave for a 2nd opinion. He came right over, inspected my unit and said it was fine and working properly.  So thankful for his honesty and integrity!  He's my new AC guy!

This company was great from the start. Very quick response, communicative, and the work was done so quickly. Not pushy/salesy in the least, and even encouraged me to get quotes from other companies, and I did - Bumblebee came back the best. After a near lightning strike, our AC was out - still running but icing over. Also electric out in 4 rooms. After doing as much as I could on my own (not much) I got a referral for Mike, here. What a great job he did - got us up and running with parts he had on the truck, showed me where the relay board was fried, installed new thermostats. Great guy, fast, knowledgeable, hard working, and (I kid you not) his eyes light up when he talks parts. You gotta love the enthusiasm. He even helped us figure out the electrical. We signed up for the maintenance/tune-up program - cheaper than the one we were using before and WAY cheaper that a new unit. Call Mike. You'll like him, and he will do a good job at a reasonable price.

After an inspection from another company told us we needed a new blower motor for our AC, we got quotes from many providers in the area. Alan's Air gave us the best quote so we knew right away they weren't up-charging. Even better, when they came out to install the new blower motor they discovered that we didn't actually need one at all, and did a simpler, much cheaper repair for us. They were friendly, honest, and did not try to up sell us- even when we were the ones requesting a new motor because of what the other company had told us. It's hard to find customer service like this nowadays. We will be sure to use them for all of our HVAC needs in the future.

I found Ideal Energy while sitting in my living room, scrolling through yelp reviews as the temperature was continuing to rise inside my house. I figured it would be at least a few days or more because it's summertime in Arizona! Functioning air conditioning is in high demand! Ideal energy surpassed my expectations! They were efficient and organized over the phone-they sent Chris out right away on the day that worked best with my work schedule, he was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem within an hour and gave me some helpful tips for keeping my AC unit in good condition. They were so quick to communicate and respond to my questions and emailed me an invoice for estimate and repair instantly. They were able to complete repairs the next day while I was at work. I really appreciated that. Everything was handled so well and so professionally. Thank you so much for repairing my AC and for making the process so easy!

I moved into a new home that had a single unit on the roof with two stories, and my main concern was air flow. I had 6 different companies give me a diagnostic and quotes (the high end being 12K to fix duct work and add insulation) and nobody had one singular way to fix the problem I had. I reached out to Desert Comfort and they sent Sean, their air-flow guru to take a look at the system. He explained the poor design, the lack of access and the air flow issues. He also was realistic about what results I could expect, and how my system was choking with only a single return. He obviously had been doing this for decades and can work by feel. He said he would write up the scope of work.

I worked with Joseph Albertson who is the Customer Relationship Manager. He was nothing short of fantastic. We traded multiple emails back and forth,t he quote was upfront and reasonable, and I ended up adding on a few services and he guided me away from options that would only cost me money.

The crew arrived at 6AM, Sean and a partner. They go in my attic, added a new return, did an air balance, added a remote thermostat. While on top of the roof checking the system they spotted an issue with a line backup and a pound of refrigerant being low. Everything was informative and no salesmanship, I opted to have them take care of the issues on the spot. Joseph's first concern was our experience with the onsite. It was fantastic. E-invoice was easy to pay, clear to read, and this company was a pleasure to deal with. They don't advertise and they work via word of mouth and by their yelp reviews. Compared to the dozens of shady outfits in PHX that crowd out the good providers, these guys are a great provider.

I had an issue with one the tech's that came out yesterday and I submitted a less than stellar review. I had used them in the past and they were very professional and got the job completed in a timely manner. Travis immediately called me personally to apologize and come up with a solution to my complaint. Two Tech's arrived today, were very helpful and resolved my issue. I was happy to get everything resolved and appreciate the response from the ownership. Very difficult to find companies now days that strive for great customer service. Proskill is a company that does.

Very happy with the service. The cost was good. And the service man Kevin was fabulous   I wanted them to come out to make sure my main ac was ready for summer. I had a mini split put in about a year ago by another company. It never worked. I really like it to be cold in my room at night. If needed Freon. Once in it works great. Thanks yoj
