Kyle from Larson air installed a new air conditioner about 6 months ago and did an excellent job. He just came back today and working alone installed a dedicated duct to a small room. Again he did a fabulous job. I highly recommend Larson Air and especially Kyle.

I just had two units installed at two locations everything was installed as quoted. The workers were pretty much on time and very courteous, they explained what they were doing and timeline for the work to be done. A little messy, but insulation sticks to everything.

Honest, Fast, Professional, and Reliable. After firing a previous plumbing company for a sewer line inspection, I hired Hays. I was on a very short inspection timeline so I needed them ASAP. I called on a Sunday morning and a tech was out the next day. The previous company tried to tell me I needed a complete sewer repipe in the house and Hays showed me and explained to me everything I was seeing, with their cameras, that the lines were fine.

There was a complete difference to the pictures the previous company showed and what I was actually seeing with Hays' sewer line cameras.

It's very refreshing to met a honest AC repair company.  I have used other AC companies in the past due to free or extremely cheap AC system inspection the repairman always turn into salesman. Celeb was straightforward and found part that was starting to weaken but did not pressure to replace it.

My wife and I finally decided to kick on the heater and when we did it just kicked out cold air. I requested a few appointments first thing the following morning and cool zone responded first, the next call from another company was hours later. They had a tech here in my home within hours to see what the issue was. After the inspection was complete we were given the unfortunate news that the compressor had given out on us. Our tech verified the unit was under warranty still, gave us a quote on what we would have to pay and got us setup for the next day. To have a job be complete from diagnosis to complete in less than a day made us very happy. From quick response and job well done to having a warm house our experience couldn't have been better. We decided to install a swamp cooler on our roof before the upcoming summer months. We found Arctic Fox online, requested contact through their website and were contacted back within one hour. Heath, the owner, came over to our house to discuss what we were looking for and to look at the existing system. He tied the swamp into the existing AC duct system, created custom duct panels to fit, and installed a custom water line. They showed up early in the morning, and worked throughout the day to get the system installed. They worked late to ensure the system was installed the same day. His quote for the work was right on and the entire team was very professional. We will, and already have, recommend Arctic Fox to anyone in the West Valley needing AC, heating, evap, or water heater work done. It was the best experience we have had with any company in this industry.

Once again Gladiate has delivered. Great pricing on my mid-summer checkup, that should have been done in April, yep I procrastinated again. I truly cannot express enough how happy I am to have them as my go to AC guys! Living in Phoenix, you just need that piece of mind that your AC will work...or get fixed in a pinch. Incredible customer service!!! I have a home on the market and had several showings scheduled for the same day I discovered the AC went out over night. In a total panic I turned to Yelp for help.

That turned out cute! 'yelp for help' Ha! didn't even think about it! Anyway, back to the horror... home for sale, so hot inside the thermostat reads 'OL' which I later find out means so freaking hot it's 'out of limits'.

I always start with the companies that have the highest ratings with the most reviews and work my way down. I called Dukes of Air and left a message around 8:30 and got a call back within 15 minutes! Awesome! Unfortunately they didn't have anything available until the next day...back to freaking out.

Keep in mind that this is the middle of August after a storm and it's ridiculously busy for HVAC companies and I realize it's a lot to ask to get someone out there immediately. Not just NOW but RIGHT NOW!!!

Sooo I keep making phone calls. I left about 5 messages and started praying. I had another company call me back that could be out later in the day but didn't get any other return calls until much later in the afternoon.

About an hour later the gal at D of A (wish I could remember her name - very nice) called me back to say their tech was actually running ahead of schedule and could meet me in less than an hour.

WHAT? I had never heard of such a phenomena!?!? running 'early?' Yes, it was indeed a miracle and that's just the beginning. Dustin called to let me know he was on the way and called again when he arrived. Fantastic communication! I met him at the house and was totally prepared for the worst, hours of waiting and hundreds of dollars. He literally walked over to the ground unit, asked me a couple questions and said 'it's the (insert part here, can't remember) and I can have it fixed in a few minutes, not a big deal'.

He was seriously awesome! Didn't try to sell me a bunch of stupid crap I didn't need or talk to me like I was a 'stupid girl'. I buy and sell tons of homes and I am so excited I have found someone I can trust! I would Highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!!!

I found This company online after another HVAC company was unable to figure out why my AC unit was leaking from the return vent. David was able to figure it out and corrected the problem. After doing that I had him service the unit. He informed me at that time there were many issues with it. So I had him replace with a brand new one. Upon the first installation attempt, he was able to see a plumber was needed to cap a water line. He was able to refer a plumber who capped water lines and wound up replacing my hot heater that was in VERY bad shape. All this was especially helpful as I am an absentee landlord. Excellent service, great work and reasonable pricing. Highly recommend!

Outstanding company with wonderful service!  Our A/C broke in early August 2021 and our home warranty couldn't find a contracted tech that could come out quickly enough, so the home warranty allowed me to find a local vendor.  Bumblebee happened to be the ONLY company, of the first five that I called, willing to work with the warranty company on getting paid for the service call.  
Bumblebee's tech, Krys determined our old A/C unit needed work beyond a simple fix.  The tech contacted our home warranty company and recommended the unit be replaced.  I'll skip the back and forth between our home warranty, Bumblebee and myself, but suffice it to say, our home warranty never intended to offer to pay for replacement of the unit and replacing the compressor would have taken several weeks, due to shortages.
Keep in mind, the early August temps were around 110 degrees with high humidity and we have a 2.5 year old.
Without asking, Bumblebee stepped in to help my family, during the hellish bout of hot weather.  The owner, Lisa, offered to provide 2 portable A/C units and I set those up in our baby's bedroom and in our bedroom.  Now, we didn't have to stay at a hotel!  
Flash forward to about a week later and I was getting nowhere with the home warranty deciding on how they wanted to proceed with a solution.  I purchased a new unit from Bumblebee and they happily replaced the old unit with a new one in a matter of a day and a half.  Krys reconnected our smart thermostat and we're happily enjoying nice indoor weather again!

*Tip*
Put money aside for any home repair or maintenance issues.  I found out the hard (and very hot) way that our home warranty is only going to replace the unit if it's beyond repair i.e. the coils fail on the unit.  The warranty company will simply continue to charge you your annual fee and service call fee to put band aids on your A/C unit or other major appliance.  Add to that the shortage in A/C units and components and I think we would have waited several weeks before our warranty company would have been able to fix our aging unit.

Michael and Chase were finished within 2 hours. Right to the point and had more equipment than I have ever seen by any HVAC company I have ever seen.

Their price was very very reasonable. If you are in need of AC repair don't look any further.

Alan's Air was amazing. Alan answered my call on a Saturday. He then checked out what we needed to get done the following day Sunday. Then he got Bill to come out that next day Monday and he started working on our vents!

We needed our job done quick and with no notice. Alan's Air was there to save us. Every other company that came out to the job kept saying we needed a new A/C unit; which was SO not the case. We knew we only needed new duct work. Alan's Air was one of the only companies that actually listened to what we needed done. On top of that, they were extremely well priced!

Bill was super communicative and so nice. I really enjoyed working with them and will continue to seek out their services for our future projects; as well as, recommend them to my family, friends and clients.

While my husband and I love our new home, it is definitely not energy efficient so one of the first things we did when we moved in was research companies to conduct an energy audit through SRP's discounted audits. Ideal Energy stood out to us so we gave them a call and are so glad we did. Our attic is very poorly insulated and there are holes in the duct work so they will replace the duct work and install new insulation; their assessment was thorough and they provided us with detailed information about the work that was needed.

In addition, they promptly responded to my call regarding one of our air conditioning units, which stopped working after receiving some water damage from the excessive rains we recently had. They were very honest about what needed to be fixed instead of trying to sell additional work that did not need to be done. Very professional and courteous and I definitely recommend them!

I called late on Thursday and Fadel listen and understand exactly what I needed. Showed up the next morning even earlier than appointment time and solved all of our concerns. What a great experience and the price was even better.

I will use this company from here on out! I had Parker and Sons yank me around and lie to me for 2 days. I finally came to my senses and called ProSkill and they were able to come out within the hour. They were affordable and honest with me the entire time. They explained every step of the way to me and have gained my business for life!

I called Rising Sun Air to inquire about their seasonal tune up/winter check. I was able to schedule an appointment for the same day and the technicians that came out were great. They inspected my ac unit and made sure everything was functioning properly and running the way it is supposed to be before the colder months start rolling in. Rising Sun Air was fast, responsive, and professional. I definitely recommend using them and would give them my business in the future if I ever have any ac issues.

Steve was my tech and he made our day. Being with out AC is pretty awful. Having it go out is stressful and worrisome. You know that it's going to be expensive and you just don't know how bad it will be. I was really impressed. Steve was awesome. He explained what was going on got to the route of the cars and fixed it. I can't be happier. I will use shore temp again. Thanks Steve!
