Best Damage Restorations in Arizona

This company has an operations manager named Tony who does a great job of managing his team. Everyone in this team is professional and knowledgeable about their jobs. I had a leaking washing machine that flooded the majority of my house. Tony communicated with my insurance company and coordinated the best outcome for our family. While I was at work he and his team communicated with myself and my wife in what the next step was. This company and their team are my go to when it comes to water restoration or home disaster stuff. I highly recommend these guys.

We had a major leak in our roof and found out the extent of the damages after the copious amounts of water came flooding in! Nathan is amazing and went out of his way to come and assess the damage. This was that evening! By morning he had his team there and rolling out the drywall to protect my vulnerable husband and his fragile medical condition to not make the mold spores out! What an amazing guy and his customer service is top notch! He knows what to do and how to take care of you. Please please use this company for your home damage needs! You won't be disappointed!

With all the positive ratings and remarks, I can only describe personally what happened in my home with cleaning my tile floors.
 Make sure you hire a professional tile cleaner as R.R. continued to clean my floors without first testing a tile (or just one room) let alone the whole house leaving it with a film, their footprints, and an inadequate unfinished  job.
The upside is they did NOT charge me, but left the entire tiled home with a mess as described.  
The worker having  known the streaks it left still  continued with the whole home even after I brought the streaks to his attention in the entrance to my wash room.  After he was done with the entire home floors it was discussed that I had a wax coating that left streak marks from their machine.  And I would need a chemical peel/removal of wax buildup?  
 This business I consider as professionals?  Not after the mess that was left.   They also discussed that the condition of my tile (due to age) needed a whole home regrouting.  I asked for an estimate and I have yet to hear back after 2 weeks?  I am NOT unreasonable but hard to believe that RAINBOW RESTORATION has LEFT me with a mess!

Recommended by our AC repairman (JustAir - 5 Stars) after he fixed a clogged AC drain that leaked through our 12' family room ceiling, causing a crack in the drywall seam and sagging drywall.  I had heard Mike was a little on the pricey side but does a fantastic job, and I while I did not get any other estimates to compare that, if I overpaid a little - I'm glad I did.  

A few days after the repair, when I was sure that no more water was going to come through the ceiling, I texted Mike pictures of the ceiling and he came right out the next day to inspect in person and prepare an estimate, which he texted back to me later that same day.  We agreed on a payment schedule (50% up front, 50% upon completion), and scheduled the work.  I thought it would be the next week before he could schedule, but because the crack was getting worse, he felt they should start right away.  Amazingly, his skilled crew came out the next day and replaced the drywall sheets, and the blown insulation with rolled insulation. They took great care to move our furniture aside and protect the rest of the room from damage and dust by hanging plastic around the work area and moving the breakable decorations. The repair took longer than anticipated, so the texturing was scheduled the following day, and to get back on schedule they came out on a Saturday to paint which surprised and impressed me.  They took the entire day to meticulously blend in the texture, mask off and paint the ENTIRE family room and kitchen ceiling to get the best result and make everything match. In the end they completely cleaned up, and even moved the furniture and decorations back.

The results are amazing.  Mike cautioned me that knock-down texture may not match perfectly, but if you didn't know where the repair took place, you'd never know.  I can't tell, and I know exactly where the repair area is. Painting the entire ceiling, even if it cost a little more, was a great idea to ensure a good match.  Each day Mike would coordinate with me personally, or by phone or text, about scheduling the next day's work and the guys always showed up exactly as scheduled.  The entire team was VERY professional and friendly to my entire family.  When the results didn't meet their own high expectations, they did what needed to be done to ensure that those results were met.  I really felt they took ownership of the work as if it was their own home, and the high level of attention to detail impressed me.

I gave Daryl a call for some suspected mold in our new house and he was incredibly helpful. Some of the issues I brought up he was able to quickly give me simple solutions so I could take care of it on my own and he was quick to let me know what issues I should be concerned about. His rates were very reasonable too. My husband and I are going to wait to see if we're able to take care of it on our own or need reinforcements. If we do need assistance we'll definitely be calling Daryl back!

I really enjoy working with good times restoration team! they are professional and reacted quickly to my water damage case. the damage were so bad , nearly half of the house need to be rebuilt. Trenton and his team were able to dry out the house within a week and I can tell they are very experienced working with insurance company. They took good care of my furniture and help me boxed everything.  highly recommand ! and i will continue working with them for house reconstruction~

My water heater is in the house and it broke flooding the floor. The plumber I used to fix the water heater recommended Taylor for the restoration and boy am I glad he did! Taylor came out immediately after the incident! He walked me through the process step by step and all the issues and concerns that could arise during the restoration process. The day he came out to assess the situation he had equipment to start drying out floor. Taylor and his team were able to get to working on my house quickly. I was always in the loop about what was happening. If you need anybody to help you get through a stressful process, Taylor and his team are the company to go with. I am truly grateful for all the help and support.

I have been working with Wes at AZ Floodmasters for a couple of years and have had an extremely positive experiences on every project we've worked together. Scott, Derek, Rick, and Scotts helper (forgot his name) were incredibly helpful throughout the demolition of a shared bathroom wall and our kitchen cabinets. Rick gave us a great overview of the work that needed to be done, and gave us great advice on dealing with our insurance. Derek was always very quick to respond in our communications (and I like alot of updates) and made me feel comfortable through the whole experience. He was also very helpful answering any questions I had since this was the first time I had a major water damage repair in the house. Scott and his helper communicated frequently with us about what stage we were at in the work, gave us great advice in the early stages of the repair, and were always kind and courteous throughout the work in our home. I was even told by several contractors that they would not be able to save our granite countertops and would have to replace them, but Alldry assured me they could save them. They were successful in doing so. Would highly recommend these guys!

Alex and his crew are top notch.  Extremely knowledgeable about water damage and mold cleanup.  This was our first experience dealing with mold and they helped us through it quickly and smoothly.  We spoke to a few other companies, but it was their expertise, and professionalism that really stood out.  I would definitely use their services again in the future.  Thank you!!

Jose sandblasted off a thick layer of stucco and paint on an interior wall of my house. We love the results and they did an amazing job. Reasonable pricing, awesome service, and totally will have him back for future work.

Chris arrived within the window time he provided and updated me when he was on his way. I had several running holes in my Berber carpet as a result of pet damage and he was able to patch all of them. Initially I thought I would need to patch a giant piece however he recommended several smaller patches so it wasn't as obvious. At the rate of carpet destruction in my house, I will for sure be using him again and would 100% recommend him.

Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. Ricardo showed up early, was super nice, and did fantastic quality work. I would recomend Restoration HQ to anyone in need of drywall repair or damage restoration of any kind.

After receiving a quote from Shane to repair my broken window and aluminum frame, he came out the very next day at exactly the time I requested.  He replaced the glass and repaired the frame so that everything looked and worked great again, all for a fair price.  He was a pleasure to work with, and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing window repair.

We love Rocky Mountain Restoration, very reliable and easy to work with, Cody was great.

Absolutely the wost company ever.  Damaged our personal proprty, items stolen from our home, they try to collect from the insurance company for work not provided.  Even our Home Owners Insurance said they are suspicious.  No communication.  As far as the work, horrible.  Broken tile, grout everywhere, did not put up doors, broke door frames, charged to paint entire home, did not do that.  RUN from this company.
