ASAP Restoration was contacted for a residential home mold inspection. Immediate response (Debra pulled over while driving ASAP & gave a call back), good communication between office/owner/techs (Debra/Josh/Randy & Jonathan), owner explained process & sample pricing, gives doc referrals in case of personal health issues, closed weekends, but scheduled property visit next next biz day. Techs communicated ETA in advance, mold sample lab results were received 2 days later via email with pics & detailed analysis breakdown. Fortunately, no mold was found. ASAP also offered air duct cleaning referrals. Great service from start to finish!

Wow, what an awesome positive experience.  I would highly recommend this Zona Restoration.  They responded to my flood within 2 hours of my call.  The moment Aaron answered my call I knew this was the right company. He had a calmness in his voice when I was very much upset and he calmed me down. Fast service when we needed an inspection and drywall replacement for the sale of our home.

Mike responded quickly on a Saturday and had workers at my house on Monday morning at 7am.  I had a time sensitive situation due to water being in my wall and leaking onto my carpet and he was able to help remedy the situation ASAP.

Unfortunately for us, we have had mold twice since moving into our hone. Darryl was recommended to me by an old high school friend last year. When he came to do the work I was beyond impressed! After remediation the black mold he PERFECTLY fixed the drywall and texture. He took the paint to get matched and it was spot on. You would never know that area was not the original wall. This year we called him again after we found bugs in the bathroom. He swabbed in the walls and it came back with mold. Darn it! Just as expected his workmanship is phenomenal. He is brilliant when it comes to anything contractor related. I picked his brain about so many home projects and he was a wealth of knowledge. The drywall is all done now and just waiting on our new tub to be installed before the final air test. He was willing to pull out our old tub while the counters were out so we could update it. He is clean and tidy in everything he does. Don't hire other people who make you find your own drywall person afterwards and stop when they clean the mold. Darryl is the whole deal!

We had a sink connection burst while we were out on a Saturday. Within an hour or so, we had a major pool of water running through half of our house. We got home to a big mess and didn't know what to do. We called All Dry and Lawrence responded to our our house about 45 minutes later. We had mopped and squeegeed most of the water, but Lawrence was able to use his electronics to determine that there was no major water seepage in the walls and that the problem was going to be resolved once the rest of the water evaporated. He helped us move some things around and also helped us place fans to speed the process. Very happy about the company response (friendly and polite on the phone), the professionalism of Lawrence, the sincere desire to help, and the ultimate resolution of a dry house. Thanks All Dry for turning a potential disaster into peace.

This company is amazing. They came out late one night to help us with a water leak and mold issue. They were easy to work with, communicated with us through the entire process, and left us with a great result. We would gladly use them again and have recommended their services to others

Jose sandblasted off a thick layer of stucco and paint on an interior wall of my house. We love the results and they did an amazing job. Reasonable pricing, awesome service, and totally will have him back for future work.

I called 4 days ago about carpet installation on my stairway and he hasn't even returned my call. I realize it is not an entire house of carpet but in this economy no job is ever to small. Guess I won't be relying on his services. Very disappointing after reading all the reviews.

Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. After receiving a quote from Shane to repair my broken window and aluminum frame, he came out the very next day at exactly the time I requested.  He replaced the glass and repaired the frame so that everything looked and worked great again, all for a fair price.  He was a pleasure to work with, and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing window repair.

Very dishonest company. Per them they could not find tile and would have to charge an outrageous amount. I went to the store looking for tile. Guess What, they had the tile.

Had a leak in my upstairs bathroom and they were fast to assess the problem and fix it. Drywall and everything was replaced with quality. The cost was a great price and they were fast. i highly recommend this company.
