We called ASAP last week after finding a rusted out pipe leaking inside of the wall in our rental home. They sent an inspector out in less than 24 hours and were super responsive the entire time.

Josh made the entire process so seamless, and with the findings on the inspection they conducted we got out of our lease without a fight from property management at all

Our faucet broke and got mold underneath our kitchen sink and dishwasher..  Daryl Did a great job!  was prompt, best quote (we tried 4 companies), looks better than even before the faucet damage.  Please note he is very busy-  so we had to wait about a week for him to be able to do the repairs (he did come day after we called for a quote and to take samples).  He tested air quality inside the house so we felt comforted knowing mold hadn't gotten into our air.  Will use him again (although fingers crossed we wont have another issue) and recommend.

This company was outstanding! They were very professional and called ahead of each visit to let us know they were on their way while the job was in process. They were fair and reliable, and their work was outstanding. We had received two other quotes that we now know were not fair, and engaged Good Times based on Yelp reviews only. I would recommend Good Times without hesitation to anyone, and go so far as to say not to even look further at other restoration companies.

Our primary shower started leaking water into our bedroom and damaged the floors. Taylor came out immediately to assess the damage and help me through the process of getting the bathrooms back to working order.
In less than a week, the necessary parts of the bathroom were removed and equipment put in place to dry out and clean the space. I am so grateful for this service.

We had a sink connection burst while we were out on a Saturday. Within an hour or so, we had a major pool of water running through half of our house. We got home to a big mess and didn't know what to do. We called All Dry and Lawrence responded to our our house about 45 minutes later. We had mopped and squeegeed most of the water, but Lawrence was able to use his electronics to determine that there was no major water seepage in the walls and that the problem was going to be resolved once the rest of the water evaporated. He helped us move some things around and also helped us place fans to speed the process. Very happy about the company response (friendly and polite on the phone), the professionalism of Lawrence, the sincere desire to help, and the ultimate resolution of a dry house. This company is amazing. They came out late one night to help us with a water leak and mold issue. They were easy to work with, communicated with us through the entire process, and left us with a great result. We would gladly use them again and have recommended their services to others

Jose and his crew did an AMAZING job. His team sandblasted my concrete pool patio area after the stain started to wear off due to the hot AZ sun. It took about a day and a half from prep to finish.  They moved my patio furniture with care, and their clean up was one of the best I've ever seen. Do not hesitate to hire these guys !!!! Two thumbs up.

Price was as he quoted online. He came even quicker than I thought he was. He fully explained the repair and backed up his work. Highly recommend.

Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. Ricardo showed up early, was super nice, and did fantastic quality work. I would recomend Restoration HQ to anyone in need of drywall repair or damage restoration of any kind.

We had a transom window with a crack and the insulation was coming out.  Shane from Valiant contacted me right away and gave me choices when he would be in the neighborhood.  He came out in 3 days.  His bid was less than the competitors.  We agreed on a date and time for changing out the window.  There was no I'll be there between 10:00 and 3:00.  He needed a week to manufacture the window.

Shane arrived exactly on time - WOW and YAY!  He was a kind young man.  He went right to work and installed the new window.  He cleaned up after the work was done, including dustbusting the floors inside and out.

Worker's were not on time and didn't even speak English! They looked at me like I was in a foreign country!

We had a pipe break in the kitchen wall....plumber stopped working as there was water on the floor under dishwasher and walls were wet. He knew we had to get a restoration company in and called Rocky Mountain. Logan was our project manager; he set up the demolition...we were very pleased with the workers that did the restoration. The cleaned up and made things livable, as much as you can do without a kitchen. We would definitely recommend Rocky Mountain Restoration for any of your needs.

We recently had water damage to our house. Adams was recommended by the plumber we contacted. Adams responded quickly. They started by drying out the house and did necessary demo. They were professional and very courteous.  
The process took a little longer than we anticipated but nothing seems to go as planned. We would highly recommend Adams D&R, and will use them again if the need arises.
