Our old wood gate had been neglected for 20 years.  Handy gate man restored the wood and metal to just like new, looks great!  Very happy with the results.

In response to your query... yes, your Scottsdale Office came by and offered a ballpark estimate.
I took him over to my neighbor who had the same design we wanted and realized that up close, the door had massive rust at the base of the kick-plate and the finish was chipping quite severely.
I asked your sales rep why this would happen and he stated that the people who lived there did not maintain the door the way they should. Strange, the door is in an alcove protected from the weather.
Because your sale rep demonstrated total lack of empathy and concern, we decided to go with another company to replace the entire door and frame at a somewhat less cost than yours.
Truly though... I could never get an out the door price from your sales rep.
In hindsight though, because of the negative implications demonstrated in quality and customer service, I highly doubt anyone in our neighborhood would buy a door from First Impression until you make it right by our neighbor.

The gentleman came out for measurements after giving me a quote. (I had given him a rough measurement.) He was on time and I accepted his offer. He gave me a due date and exceeded it by a week. The gate is beautiful and much better quality than the old! I'm very pleased with his work.

When reading online reviews, you never know what you're really getting. In this particular case I am so happy I chose Bob and his crew at Ace Fence, based on his online reviews.  Their workmanship is amazing, the prices were very reasonable, and the job was done on time and on budget. Our pool fence looks amazing!

Happy with our end product! Getting a quote was super easy! They came out, measured and gave us a quote on a gate we found online. Installation was done during the pandemic and they were professional and practiced social distancing. The price for the product was a lot lower than other competitors. Our gate is simple but it locks and keeps solicitors away. We love our gate and would/have recommend them in the future.

Alex was great from the start with communication through yelp and text.  The door to our courtyard was rusted and had broken a hinge.  His team fixed the door, replaced the hinge, and also gave it new life with a fresh coat.  The timing was to be expected with a fix and we are happy with the finished project.  We would recommend IMS to anyone looking for a gate or repair.

They saved us hundreds of dollars repairing our gate so we didn't have to replace it. They set up our appointment quickly. Alex was efficient and reasonably priced. If you are looking for the best, look no further. I found Geoff through a recommendation from a neighbor. Our old gate had had it. Rusted and the composite planks were eroded. I only had to send Geoff photos, and I had my estimate and was in the schedule right away. Just a heads up, Geoff does ask for cash, I assume to keep costs as low as possible. However, he also does accept Zelle, which is same as cash and was a convenient option for me.

He and his assistant showed up bright and early at 8:00am and went straight to work. Both were very pleasant and hard working. Geoff did point out that my springs were on the wrong side of the gate and offered to correct them at no charge. He said it was part of his service. I thought that was nice. In short order, the old planks were removed and the gates painted with special high quality metal paint. The new composite planks were accurately cut to length and installed using shiny new hardware. Our gate looks better than new! I am extremely pleased with Gates by Geoff and would recomend him to anyone looking to beautify their home. Thank you guys! You're the best...

We just got our new RV 10 ft wide gate installed yesterday July 14th and could not be more pleased ! From my initial contact for a quote the staff was awesome to work with,  they came out exactly  when they said. Salesman  Mike who provided the estimate  was professional  and not pushy but the quality  of  product sales itself. They provided  drawings and samples for HOA approval. They also provided  a temporary gate after removal of existing  gate.  The customer  service  throughout  the process including  accomodating us with working around pool construction was impeccable. We recently purchased a house with no pool fence.  After our son came along we were immediately concerned about his safety.  I had called countless pool fencing companies looking strictly at iron fencing.  After dealing with so many flaky companies we decided to look into mesh fencing.  I was surprised how great mesh fencing looks and was slightly skeptical that ours would look that good.  I received a few quotes in person and over the phone.  Arizona Pool Fence had quoted me over the phone.  I went ahead a scheduled the installation which was about 2 weeks out.  They were able to install my fence with a short discussion and I came home to a wonderful looking pool fence.  Even better the price they quoted me over the phone was almost spot on to what we ended up paying.  There were a couple of small concerns (a tiny tear in the the mesh and the self closing gate wasn't closing itself).  I called back Gina and they were back to replace the panel with the tiny tear and adjust the fence 2 days later.  I am very impressed by the customer service and the high quality product that was installed.
