We had been introduced to Ben at All Star Stair Railing through our contractor. We were in the middle of a big renovation and decided we could not live with the ugly pony walls that we had through out the house. Ben texted me right away. Came out to measure the following day. Sent his quote out hours later. Worked out our design and adjustment and we were off and running. He was able to start earlier than projected. They take real pride in craftsmanship and what a pleasure to work with.

Alex and his brother helped me with a railing for an outdoor staircase and ledge. He let me know when we started working together that he was really busy but they seemed like one of the best so I was determined to work with them. Even though it took much longer than I would have liked I was amazed with how it turned out. They achieved exactly the look I was going for and the install was a simple one day project. No fuss. Someone on Nextdoor recommend Pool Remodeling Brothers. Based on their recommendation I reached out to Jose for an estimate. They were responsive and got our pool fixed within a week of contacting them. We had some cracks in our pebble in the steps and we couldn't get anyone to call us back or do the job because it wasn't worth their time for what they would make on the job. Because they took on our little job we will be using them for our pool remodel in 2-3 years because our pebble is old and wearing out.

I recently contracted with Dave Sheehan and NLKD to repair and resurface my deteriorated, 14 year old pool Kool deck. This was a decision that I made after receiving 4 other estimates  and looking at the available reviews on the internet. Dave also had the lowest estimate of the other companies that I had contacted. After checking their calendar, the office contacted me and said they could start the job on Sept. 14 th and it would take 2-3 days to complete. Kelly, at the office advised that Brandon and Angel would do my wrk and would arrive between 8 and 9 on the 14th. Kelly called me on the 13th to let me know that they were running a little behind on the previous job and that Brandon and Angel would be at my home on the 14th but won't be there until around 11 AM. At approximately 11 AM Brandon and Angel arrived and immediately got to work. These two guys are the best workers that I have ever encountered. In a short time, they had my pool bubble wrapped and everything around the pool masked off to prevent any damage from overspray. Unlike many workers, these two guys showed up when the said and worked efficiently while they were here. On Friday they competed the job and my decking has never looked so good. The guys uncover my pool and removed the masking they had done and cleaned up the area around the pool. One note that I would like to add is that when Dave estimated the cost to repair, he included a $300 cost for some areas where he felt that the cement needed some special attention and a sealer coating. As it turned out, after those areas were sanded, Brandon decided that the cement was ok and did not need any special attention. This information was relayed to Dave, the owner, and he let me know that I had a $300.00 refund coming to me. Several days later Dave stopped by and refunded the $300.00. This company and their employees are undoubtedly the best that I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend them and their services to everyone and will definitely use them in the future should the occasion arise. Thank you guys for your integrity and craftsmanship. You did a beautiful job!!

Had my front and back porch roof redone a year ago by PCC Roofing and they did a great job they were efficient and cleaned up great after. I had a monsoon issue a year later and they were quick to come out and help me with the issue they even fixed a part of my roof that had nothing to do with the job they did. Very professional good guys I'd recommend this company to anyone.

Aztec Decks did not come back and finish the work as promised.

They do great work but do not come back to finish the forgotten odds and ends.

The walkway from my gate to the patio looks wonderful but it is crooked. Rather than make Ray and his crew take it up and redo it; we agreed that he would come back and take up my old walk (and replace with same stones) from the gate out to the driveway.  It has been almost a year and I still have a crooked walkway and no replaced walkway from the gate to the driveway.

Josh responded immediately to our request we will meet him next week to look at our project.

I just had my observation deck resealed, and it turned out great. Adam workers did a great job and barley knew they were there, no banging or dropping tools. The project took about four days with the drying of the stuff they put in the roof, but showed up and completed the job very professional. I would use him again, and Adam will Answer his phone when called.

I had a completely positive experience with Jonas cool deck.  They came out to provide an estimate the same day that I called.  I found their cost estimate to be thorough and reasonable and they were able to start the work the very next morning!  They arrived when they said they would and took great care to mask off and protect my pool and surrounding landscaping.  I was having some relatively large areas repaired and they thoroughly prepped the surface, matched the color and the texture.  The deck looks brand new again!  They did a great job of the cleanup and finished exactly when they said they would.  I have zero complaints amd I highly recommend their service.

Simply, the best I've worked with. Brings great attitude and energy, he also considers you as a client foremost.  I couldn't get anyone to work on my exterior door without having to buy a whole new door, because other guys don't have the skill or the willingness to do the actual carpentry work.  Jason is fantastic, it was energizing to me to see a master craftsman at work, I can't rate him highly enough.

My pool's Kool deck was in dire need of repair or replacement.  I decided to go with                    
Deck Services because of their various A ratings.   And, the fact that they have been                    
in business for 40+ years (but, now Angie's List it shows 60+ years).  If they've been in                    
business that long they must be doing something right.  The owner was punctual                    
& professional.  His workers were nice however, we never knew when they were going                    
to show up, how long they'd be gone for lunch or what time they left.  I asked them to tell                    
us since we had 2 dogs locked in the house while they were working.  The finished product                    
looked pretty good, from what I could see, since it was too cold to get in the pool.  I didn't like                    
it at the separation between the pool & the in-ground spa.  The owner sent them out,                    
weeks later, to fix the area.  By the end of the swim season I started seeing some hairline                    
cracks, etc.  I called the owner again but, he had just lost a loved one.  So, I gave him several                    
months before asking him to send them back out.  They did eventually come out & fixed the areas.                      
Once swimming season started again I started seeing all kinds of hair line cracks, a rather large                    
crack by the steps & some sort of gouge right by the top step.  Again, adequate seems to be the                    
new norm.

Matt and his team did a great job resurfacing our fiberglass pool in just a few days. Matt was straightforward with the price, did what he promised, was done on time, and cleaned up nicely. I would recommend Matt's Magic Pools to anyone who needs their pool resurfaced. We'll done fellas.

We used First Impression for our indoor stair railing and could not be more satisfied, with the exception of the salesman we were given. The salesman SEEMED very knowledgeable when he came out for the initial measure, but lacked communication skills and following up with us about our quote. He did not know all that was needed or required to accomplish the project (temporary railing, two days for measurements, and many standards and codes the new rail would need to follow), so better training of the sales team would be to the company's benefit. Despite all the confusion at the start of the project, the installers and builders made up for it and the quality of work deserves five stars. Chris and his install team were professional, worked quickly, and went over mistakes that the salesman made and adjusted them so that our railing came out perfect. The final install was done in one day and the guys made sure it fit exactly right. Our new rail completely changed the entire look of our living space. You can trust them to make you happy!

I contacted Geremey due to an aging roof that was in desperate need of repair. I contacted 3 different companies, all who wanted me to wait for a few weeks just for them to come out. With the rain we've had, I couldn't wait that long. Geremey was very responsive and understood my needs. He came out that afternoon and had the job done quicker than I anticipated. My neighbor is a home inspector and he even said this is one of the best roofs I've seen. My wife and I were hesitant to use First Impression's at first, but we are happy we chose them in the long run. Initially we met with a sales rep in Scottsdale and we were not impressed with the customer service he provided so we chose to go with another company. We then received a call from Paula (Customer Service) who said she would get us another sales rep. We also expressed our concern over the online reviews and she assured us they no longer used those installers. We agreed to meet Thomas (Sales rep) who was enthusiastic and easy to work with. Thomas got us a great deal and we bought the Naples door. We then received a call for the install date. Our concern grew when the install date was changed twice but we were advised it was because the door didn't pass quality inspection. The install day finally came and Thurman (Installer) installed our door. Thurman was awesome! We told him the handle he was installing was wrong and he assured that this would be corrected soon. We received a call from Jennifer (Customer Service) the next day who said there was a miscommunication about the door handle and that she would get it corrected. Two days later the correct door handle was installed. Apparently Thurman went out of his way to pick up the correct handle. Prior to all of this, Jennifer had also gone out of her way to pick up the correct handle. I would like to thank Paula, Thomas, Jennifer and Thurman for a job well done. Security can be beautiful.  Matching our HOA mandated color was difficult but the attention to our project was prompt and we love the final product.  Can't wait to feel the breeze once summer cools down.  Thank you so much!  We are satisfied and definitely recommend First Impression!
