Best Roofing Contractors in Arizona

We needed help in preparing our roof for solar panels, and they did a great job of working with us to assess our situation (rehab of an existing tile roof with aging underlayment), recommended a course of action that worked very well, and addressed all of our concerns, while staying within our planned budget. They were great to work with and modified their plan as we progressed, in order to have the best possible outcome. The sales and management teams were very helpful, and the crews that did the work were all very responsive to our questions/suggestions. I read in one of the other reviews that they were impressed with the crew scanning for stray nails, and they did it on our job too. There were quite a few roofing nuances of which we were not aware, and they discussed them with us. Jason, Jeff, and Greg all visited the site during installation to make sure that everything was going smoothly and within our expectations. Great job overall and highly recommended.

We had a leak in our roof, we called Multi-Pro and they sent their contractor, Kris Chavez, out within a day to look at the damage and he was so wonderful and attentive! I wouldn't recommend any other roofing company! We had a new roof within a month(had to wait on insurance stuff) and it took them less than a day to put it on! They dropped off the supplies the day before and then next day started work at 8am and finished by 3. The roof looks amazing and so does my yard! There was ZERO debris left, even swept off my back patio! Can't thank or recommend Multi-Pro Roof Solutions or Kris enough!

Stay away from this business . They do not service the public. Only friends and family members only! I'm a disable vet requesting a estimate. They said they have the right to refuse my business reason being they have been scam before. That was there explanation for the reason. I have have no  idea how they have. 5 star rating. But as soon as the Better Business Bureau receives my complaint, tomorrow, perhaps that can give them a more in depth explanation on this discrimination and accusations which they have made.

I selected Mikku and Sons to reroof a concrete tile roof on my home in North Scottsdale.  Mikku and Sons came in with a bid a couple thousand less than a few higher profile groups.  Most reviews on several sites are positive, so I contracted them for the job.  The roofers seemed to do a fine job.  The roof looks sharp and withstood the recent rains without issue.  We had a good experience with Mikku and sons.  Saved quite a bit.  I would recommend.

I really love these guys they did a great job. My roof looks great! The guys were very courteous. They made sure my yard was clean every day. After the whole job I found two nails which is unbelievable. I used to be a roofer myself and we did not compare to the standard that these guys have. The superintendent Luis Hernandez called us every day to make sure we were happy. When he came in for the final inspection he fixed some of my facia that was not even their responsibility. He also noticed that they did not torch down my patio which is one of his expectations. That kind of roofing will usually seal on its own but, he came back to my house and made sure that it was up to his standards. America Roofing really has a great asset in this man. If he's ever looking for a job I'll hire him. Of course I don't think that will happen. Great job Luis!! You're a bad ass!!!

We had Arizona Roofing Systems replace the underlayment on our roof. In general, they did a pretty good job. The people are super friendly and accessible. There were just a couple issues I wish had been handled better. First was the scheduling. We had certain days that were not good for us due to my daughter working the graveyard shift on Wednesday and Thursday night, they schedule us for Monday-Wednesday. Well, the job didn't complete until Friday afternoon. It would have been much better had they communicated to us what was going on the day before so we could have adjusted our schedules. Second, they couldn't find matching tiles. They assured us they would do it in such a way it wouldn't be noticeable. Well, they didn't. I have a couple very noticeable stripes. A little disappointing since every other house in our neighborhood that has had this done doesn't have this problem. Also, I asked that the mortar be tinted and it wasn't. These weren't huge issues, but certainly wish they had been handled better. Now, it just better be leak free!

I selected Almeida because of how competitive their bid was, the positive yelp reviews, and they had a good general construction company to partner with for some extensive fascia work that we also wanted to do in combination with the tile roof replacement.  It was a big job and they did phenomenal work!  Julian, the foreman, treated and talked about our roof like it was his own.  They even cleaned up after the crew that had come in before to do the fascia and other construction.  The new roof looks great and our leaks are all gone.  I will definitely be using Almeida in the future!

Had a roof leak from a pretty intense storm. I called a lot of roof places, most of them said it would be a week to as much as a month before they could make it out. McMillan made it out with two days and had the work done in one day - right before we got more rain! Very appreciative and they did a great job. I will for sure use them again.

Ok, if you're tired of contractors not showing up, call SF Roofing. This company came out in the rain, climbed up on the roof, did some clean up and didn't try selling a thing that wasn't necessary. Fantastic pricing, prompt and professional. And, bonus, ladies, they don't talk to women like they're brainless!

I just got done doing about $60k in renovations to a house in Laveen Arizona, involving new windows, new landscaping and irrigation, new carpet, new countertops and new underlayment for my concrete tile roof. About a year ago, after a strong storm, I noticed a leak and decided I needed a roofer to take a look. After reviewing websites and reviews across the State and web, I chose 5 reputable companies to come out and give me a bid. HANDS DOWN Craig, Jesse, and Debbie at Browns Roofing, even before they came out to give me a quote, were different (and better). Jesse came out to give me a quote and was actually the last company to do so. This was more so that they just happened to be the last company i called of the group. Of the 5 companies, Brown was the only one to actually really talk to me about my issue - a leak I noticed after a strong storm. Most of the other companies showed up, threw a ladder up, and gave me a generic quote based solely on the size of my roof - none of the other 4 asked me about my issues or even talked to me above I will email you a quote in a few days. Jesse took some time with me to ask what i was experiencing, then after reviewing the roof, actually told me he might have fixed the problem for free. He had noticed a tile that had slid slightly out of place( I had thrown a tennis ball up on the roof for a puppy and didn't realize i had actually damaged the roof in doing so) and created a small pocket that was catching water behind the tile, and thus caused the leak over time. He advised that that might have fixed the issue, but to call him if i had any other issues. I didn't for about a year, until another strong storm hit and actually damaged the other part of my roof. Remembering my great experience, I called Brown Roofing again, and asked them to come out again and that I actually for sure needed repairs this time. They were happy to hear from me and set up a date to come out and give me a formal quote. As I still had the quotes from the other 4 companies, i was surprised to see that Brown was actually the best deal as well. With my great experience with them so far, and their stellar reviews online, I felt confident in moving forward. As they are really good at what they do, it was a month or so wait until they could get me on the schedule, as the same strong storm that hit my place, hit a bunch of other houses as well, so every roofing company was quite booked up. Once they came out, they made quick work of the job which took a total of 3 days. Every day, the team cleaned up before leaving for the day - very thoroughly. Other than when they were cleaning at the end of the days, they were basically in the front of the house and on the roof, and so my dogs were still able to go out in the backyard to use the bathroom, which was nice. After the job was done, Craig came out to do a thorough inspection and even found a few more nails and such that I didn't even see when I looked, that the crew had left after their last cleaning. I was amazed at how great their customer service was throughout the whole job, and even after. Of all the contractors I have ever worked with, I must say that Brown takes the cake. I only wish I had more jobs to give them, or that they did more than just roofing! Just use Brown Roofing - they are the best.

I couldn't be happier with the work John did on our roof. We just bought our house from snowbirds who looked to have deferred some maintenance on the house (hardly occupied it during the last few years of their ownership). Our flat roof needed a bit of work - there was quite a bit of blistering, one big low area, and even exposed foam where the elastomeric completely wore off.

I got about 5 quotes, and John's was the most reasonable. A few other companies bid work that was unnecessary and one company bid work that wasn't adequate repair. That company wanted to do an elastomeric patch, after cutting off the blisters/bubbles. Everyone else bid spraying extra foam after repairing blisters/bubbles. My understanding is that elastomeric is meant to protect the foam and it is mean to reflect heat from the roof. The foam is actually what acts as the seal from water.

John bid what was required and had a very reasonable price.  He is conscientious and did the work right away. And his work is one of the best I've ever seen.  We haven't had any issues, and he warranties his work and we know we can contact him.

He also replaced one of the skylights for me at also a very low cost. There was a minor crack that I figured we might as well address.  I was on the roof when he replaced it, and it's a good thing I was there. I got to see that the crack was actually much worse once the window was removed (much of the crack was concealed while installed).

He is truly one of the best contractors I have ever worked with. I am happy that the skylight and roof are one of the things I can strike off the list of home repairs.  Best part - the white elastomeric has noticeably cooled down our house.

Called for a quote, after insurance inspection. He answered right away was going to come out. Never heard back again. At least have professional courtesy to say if your to busy at that time. It's a shame, they had good reviews.

I, like too many of us, have had contractors seem so sweet before the job and become a nightmare when things go south.

Ryan is wholesome, caring, and true. A gem of a person and company. Before the job, during the job, and after the job.

I'm thinking the only downside is once they are finished, you won't ever get to see them again, because the work is solid and you won't need to.

We got three bids to have our roof repaired. First response was the only one who actually got  ON the roof, took pictures and showed us what they said we needed. They arrived on time, worked hard, cleaned everything up when,they finished. We highly recommend them.

We have a had a leak in our roof for several months and three different roofing companies claimed they could repair it, took my money, and within a couple of months the water was coming through again. One of the companies charged me $500, and the very next day water was once again pouring through my ceiling and when I called and emailed them to let them know, they ignored me.

A friend recommended Estrella. Bart came out and inspected the roof, took multiple photos, and then walked me through what the problem was and what it would take to repair (a section of my roof needed to be replaced).

They came on time, were professional, and did a fantastic job, and cleaned up afterward.. We had a massive storm here yesterday and not a drop of water came through. They did a terrific job. This is a company with integrity. As a matter of fact, I'm having them take a look at the roof on one of my rentals.

We recently moved during a heatwave and needed roofing maintenance before the monsoon season. State 48 Roofing was recommended to us by our realtor, who used them personally. State 48 was very professional and quick to answer calls and even try and schedule the work before we moved in. They took care of three types of roofing including shingles, tile, and foam and provided a very reasonable rate. The work was initially scheduled for two days but they stayed a few hours later and were able to knock it all out in one day. As we had just moved in and had a plethora of boxes and trash piled up on the side of the house, State 48 had to move it to access the roof. They didn't ask me to move it and handled politely restacking it, making it look less like a dumpster pile, and even took an extra bag of trash with them. Overall, I would highly recommend them as the communication was way better than an average contractor and the work was done efficiently and quickly.

Didn't even show up for the appointment I had to wait a week for! I took the day off and everything! I called, no answer, left a message, call not returned. Called the next morning and still no answer. I will be shopping elsewhere.

This company is very responsive and accommodating. Alex was friendly and very willing to get me a quote quickly.
