I got quotes from different companies before deciding on this one! Jason was very responsive and professional. His quote was very competitive and he understood the roof replacement process very well. He wasn't pushy or salesy. The crew showed up everyday and wrapped up the job right on schedule! Andrew was my project manager, he checked in daily to see if I had any concerns or questions.

Hardacker Roofing replaced the underlayment for my tile roof in 2019. The owner Clyde Hardacker came out within a day or so and gave me the estimate, which was very reasonable and less than I expected even with the double underlayment I requested. Clyde was friendly and willing to take the time to answer my questions, which I find to be the exception rather than the norm these days. They did the job in the time frame promised, Clyde stopped by periodically to check on the crew. Was very pleased with the experience. I called yesterday to request a roof inspection to verify there were no problems after the high winds we had. They sent Ken out this morning! Less than 24 hours after my call! Ken got up and walked the roof and there were no issues. Again, another friendly and courteous person to deal with. I have recommended Hardacker Roofing to anyone who mentions they might be needing roof work, and I will continue to recommend this local family-owned company.

Had them put on a new roof for us.  It has leaked now 3 times in 2.5 years, and they have been either slow to respond or unresponsive to our calls to have it repaired under their warranty.  Lack of response has created ceiling damage, to which they also have not responded in our request to fix.

Had my roof replaced in 2019, then while selling the home in 2020 we had a buyer's inspector come out. While the inspector did find a few items for repair, though none were causing any issue with the roof, I got back in touch with Arizona Roofing Systems and Christina scheduled all of our repairs, which were covered under our warranty. Jack was Awesome to work with and his workers did an awesome job painting and repairing a small section on my roof. L&R roofing appears to run like a well oiled machine, most correspondence is done online, however Luis and staff are available to speak with when necessary. They answer their phone. L&R installed a new roof on our rental home quickly and on schedule, quality of work was excellent with good clean up, highly recommend.

Ok, if you're tired of contractors not showing up, call SF Roofing. This company came out in the rain, climbed up on the roof, did some clean up and didn't try selling a thing that wasn't necessary. Fantastic pricing, prompt and professional. And, bonus, ladies, they don't talk to women like they're brainless!

Brown Roofing just completed a re-roof of our home and did an exceptional job.  I did my research, asked friends for recommendations, and eventually got three bids on the job.  Craig, of Brown Roofing, did a really nice job of explaining the process and surveying my home to understand the condition of the roof.  He also noticed that my 2nd floor patio deck floor had cracks that would have caused water to penetrate and cause damage.  None of the other companies I had come out made that observation.  So he also gave me a quote on that as well.  I like to take my time, and ask questions before I commit.  Craig was very patient and took the time to answer all of my questions over the following week.  Eventually, I chose Brown roofing because I had confidence that the job would get done right.  The price was right in the middle of the other two quotes, so very reasonable and fair.  His team was very professional and they consistently cleaned up before they left on each day, which was one of our big concerns with a toddler running around.

John was quick to respond to our call for an estimate. We had a ceiling leak. John understood the urgency of the repair. We have a flat roof and when I met him it was clear he had vast experience with our roof type.  He explained every step and then followed up with me several times after the work was done to ensure all was well. After the last rainfall, my ceiling woke me up by drooling on my face. After a few choice words and the retrieval of a very large bucket, I began my relatively short search for a roofer. Once I found the amazing reviews on here and on google for Copper West Roofing, I gave them a call. I left a message, and Jordan called me back not long after. I texted him my name and address and he came out for a quote. He texted me pictures from my roof of the culprit, and sent me a (very reasonable) estimate for the repairs. I agreed to the estimate and we set up a date for the repairs. Due to circumstances beyond his control, he wasn't able to make the first appointment, but texted me to let me know. No big deal. When he got here today, he didn't waste any time, he got straight to work and sent me more photos from atop my humble abode. I am very happy with the results and can now start loving rain storms again without having to worry that I may need an umbrella in my bed. :)

I've attached the photos Jordan sent me while he was on the roof because I don't do heights so I'm not going up there to get my own shots. Two thumbs up, 10/10, would recommend!

I'll just cut to the chase...Ryan, Steve, and the crew did a great job with my roof repair.  They took the time to explain each detail of the job and to show me pictures of everything that needed to be fixed.   When it came time for the actual repairs, they showed up on time, did the work in the time they expected, and even ended up repairing a few more things than what I was looking for - such as some woodpecker stucco damage around the chimney.  They did all of this at a very reasonable price.  I would highly recommend The Repair Guys to anyone needing a roof repair.

Great company! We had just moved into our house and our roof leaked the first time it rained. Estrella Roofing came out quickly, took pictures of the damage and gave us two options to fix the problems. We went with a full roof replacement on the lower roof that was leaking. They came the following Monday and got all the work done in one day. They were professional, well priced and cleaned up after themselves. When it's time to replace the rest of the roof, we will definitely call them!

I recently discovered I needed to have my walkable patio re-sealed as it was beginning to show age and wear. After looking around at roofing companies I noticed a neighbor of mine had used State48 for their new roof so I decided to reach out via Yelp to schedule an estimate.

After getting things scheduled Tanner came out a few days later and walked my patio/decking and gave me a run down of what he thought was needed, what could wait, and items that might change the cost depending on what's discovered during some tear ups that might be needed (fixing a badly done patch before).

Though I have chosen another company to do the work (roofers who had done previous work for me in the past) I wanted to make sure to give credit to State48 for being super kind and professional from scheduling to Tanner himself. Again Tanner was kind enough to answer all my questions in person with out any pressure or feeling like I was wasting his time.

I'll be keeping State48 Roofing in mind for any future needs as if they are this caring before a sale I can only imagine how committed they are in the quality of their work to :) Thank you Tanner and State48 Roofing team!

I called set up my appointment with advanced quality roofing they kept the appointment came out did an estimate on my roof they were able to even move the appointment up because of a cancellation and I am very very pleased I plan to use him
in the future and I would recommend them to anybody!

Offered to replace a mission tile for $250.  It was fixed by another company for $60.  Yes, they told me no job too small but minimum of $250.  Another company, who told me the job was too small but recommended someone who does small jobs.  That's called integrity.
