I will absolutely give these guys 5 stars! 6 if I could. We were having issues with a different roofing company who couldn't seem to get what we needed. Our neighbors were using Four Peaks and so we went over and spoke to Jason. From the get-go he was amazing! He was quick to respond and get us all set up with what we needed. Then our insurance co was dragging their feet but Jason was patient and understanding. We got our roof completed faster than expected and it's perfect! Thank you Jason and Four Peaks Roofing!

Lucas and team were incredibly helpful in educating me throughout the process. I can guarantee I'm not the easiest customer when it comes to larger purchases like my roof because I want to make sure that I'm getting the best for the proper pricing. They explained the insurance process to me, helped me pick out what was best for my home, and were incredibly quick with getting things completed. Clyde, Bonnie and their tile team were great to work with. The communication was great and easy. The guys that replaced the underlayment are very hard workers and took their time to ensure we would not have future problems with our roof. They are not like the big roofing companies that will nickel and dime you they will help you out as much as they can. Highly recommend them!

I've never done business with such an honest person as Steve. I originally thought I needed metal roof coating to stop leaks but he took the time to investigate and said the leak was elsewhere. Suggested I call the roofing company that recently reshingled my house and have them fix the flashing... under warranty too. Wow!

It was no easy feat for me to find a trustworthy, quality roofing company.  I tried to get in touch with the one I used on my old house in 2016 but I don't know if they're still in business as they didn't answer the phone nor could I leave a message with the mailbox full.  I sent out multiple Yelp inquiries to several companies and this one was the first to respond.  This company was the most appealing to me out of the other ones with it's good reviews and friendly customer service team.

Their estimator Todd was able to come out the same afternoon.  I was on edge all day with the damage stressing me out and I really appreciated how Todd was so friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough he was during the inspection.  I spent some time with him outside while he was inspecting and he took the time to explain to me what he was seeing and answered all of my questions.  What sold me before the visit was over was that he cared enough to carry his clipboard with him to take notes, took pictures, and came inside my home to see how the damage from the outside was affecting the inside.
I had different roofer come out before him and did none of this with the visit ending after 10 minutes.  Todd's visit took about 30 minutes.  He was able to confirm the same details as the other roofer and provided so much more information.

At the end of the visit, Todd wrote out an invoice with the details of the job and quoted me a price I could live with to my relief.  The different roofer wanted to replace only half of the roof and leave the other half alone as it was still in good condition.  Different roofer also said that he doesn't work with foam and there was some damage that occurred in the areas where the foam was.  Todd's proposal only needed to have my roof resealed, a couple of broken shingles replaced, and all the holes left by birds patched up.  They had no limitations on the materials to work with, including foam.  I was able to save thousands of dollars in unnecessary work and get ALL of the damaged areas repaired thanks to him and ARS.

Now that the repair is done and payment taken, I wanted to leave my thoughts.  There were some hiccups that prevented me from rating a perfect 5 stars but those hiccups were quickly rectified to my satisfaction.  You can rest easy with choosing this company.  I won't hesitate on calling them again for future projects.

This company treated us amazingly. They are obviously professional and ethical. Last week I noticed a small water stain on our kitchen ceiling in a 1 story house. I called Mcmillan's and they responded in 1 day to give an estimate and see where the leak was coming from. Upon checking the roof they found a minor issue which was easily repaired. They didn't even charge a fee. My wife was home by herself when they came and she was elated at their service and professionalism. Thank you very much. Don't hesitate to use this company. Honesty and integrity goes a long way.

Luis runs an amazing business! I had some roof damage from a recent storm. He was super helpful and quickly sent a person from his crew to help fix the issue. Ok, if you're tired of contractors not showing up, call SF Roofing. This company came out in the rain, climbed up on the roof, did some clean up and didn't try selling a thing that wasn't necessary. Fantastic pricing, prompt and professional. And, bonus, ladies, they don't talk to women like they're brainless!

Recently had Brown Roofing do a roof replacement on our 2 story house in Peoria. The project couldn't have gone smoother. They are very knowledgeable and their communication was great. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and when they said they'd do it. I would recommend them to anyone. They made the entire process very smooth and enjoyable.

They came to my home several years ago claiming to be licensed and bonded, totally messed up my back roof and put nail holes everywhere.

Five years later I need a new roof and I totally forgot the name of this company when I called him... When he got here he said oh yeah we did the back... I said OK you can leave now!

I actually called the registrar of contractors on this company. Hopefully over the last five years they've gotten better... But I wouldn't bank on it!

We had a leak in our ceiling on Christmas Eve! After getting a few quotes we confidently chose Advanced Quality Roofing. They were fantastic. Everyone was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We met with Robert and Trevor and they did a great job explaining things and even showed us pictures of what they found on our roof. We had our patio redone too - we knew that was going to need to be done soon! The crew that came to do everything was great as well. Jacob was so nice and informative. He answered every question I had (and I'm not afraid of asking dumb questions!). The group of guys he had with him were great too - always left things clean, did quality work and were also friendly! Alex and Spartan Roofing was the reason I didn't lose out on purchasing a home during this crazy market.  During the inspection period, our inspector showed us the roof had issues.  I called Spartan Roofing to provide a roof inspection.  He did so and recommended we completely redo the underlayment, add additional tiles (as the builder tried to stretch the coverage) and redo all the flashing.  I had 5 other roofers out for other estimates.  Alex was by far the best price and was very responsive to questions and making sure this was going to get done.  The plan was for the roof to be completed after the closing of the house.  Well, last minute (2 days before close) the lender required the roof to be done before.  This forced our closing date back by 4 business days.  Well, Spartan Roofing was able to start immediately and completed the roof in those 4 days.  The guys did an incredible job!  The roof looks amazing and if he wouldn't have been able to make the roof job happen before closing the sellers were going to 'cure' the deal and I would have lost the house.  Alex is a stand-up guy and will do right by you.  He doesn't beat around the bush and will tell you how it is.  Believe me when I tell you, I did my thorough research when trying to find the right roofer for this job.  Look no further, Spartan Roofing will get your roof job done right.  A huge thank you to Alex and the Spartan Roofing team!
