1. Forgot about the initial appointment. 2. Sent out a replacement person when I notified them of #1 about a half hour past the appointment 3.  This guy was polite but I never heard a word back and it has been two weeks.

So we needed a new roof. Never a good thing to have done, but it was time after the monsoon season and a leak was found. I got 5 bids. Then I was driving home and a Hardacker truck was stopped at the light.
Later I saw online reviews were good and gave them a call. Clyde showed up a couple days later for the bid. It was the very busy season, post monsoon like us...and everyone was a few weeks out. After comparing bids, we chose Hardacker. They were not the cheapest or most expensive. I like that they are a smaller company. They showed up on time and did the work. There was an issue when his guys drove up on our yard and ended up breaking our irrigation line. But we notified them and they came back the next day and took care of it. At the end, Clyde stopped by to get paid and there were a few little things we pointed out. He got right on it, brought his ladder out and fixed things . Hoping this roof lasts a long time...looks great and appreciate the work and communication!

I selected Mikku and Sons to reroof a concrete tile roof on my home in North Scottsdale.  Mikku and Sons came in with a bid a couple thousand less than a few higher profile groups.  Most reviews on several sites are positive, so I contracted them for the job.  The roofers seemed to do a fine job.  The roof looks sharp and withstood the recent rains without issue.  We had a good experience with Mikku and sons.  Saved quite a bit.  I would recommend.

I've never done business with such an honest person as Steve. I originally thought I needed metal roof coating to stop leaks but he took the time to investigate and said the leak was elsewhere. Suggested I call the roofing company that recently reshingled my house and have them fix the flashing... under warranty too. Wow!

We had Arizona Roofing Systems replace the underlayment on our roof. In general, they did a pretty good job. The people are super friendly and accessible. There were just a couple issues I wish had been handled better. First was the scheduling. We had certain days that were not good for us due to my daughter working the graveyard shift on Wednesday and Thursday night, they schedule us for Monday-Wednesday. Well, the job didn't complete until Friday afternoon. It would have been much better had they communicated to us what was going on the day before so we could have adjusted our schedules. Second, they couldn't find matching tiles. They assured us they would do it in such a way it wouldn't be noticeable. Well, they didn't. I have a couple very noticeable stripes. A little disappointing since every other house in our neighborhood that has had this done doesn't have this problem. Also, I asked that the mortar be tinted and it wasn't. These weren't huge issues, but certainly wish they had been handled better. Now, it just better be leak free!

ALMEIDA ROOFING has been an unmitigated disaster!

ALMEIDA ROOFING re-roofed our entire flat roof with a granulated rolled roofing that is seamed together with an acetylene torch.  They claimed is was a tried and true, tested application that would protect our property for many years. However, that has absolutely NOT been the case as we have had significant and numerous failures in roof seams almost from the start that allowed water to infiltrate and cause major interior property damage.

This month, ALMEDIA found three separate leaks in the roof at the precise location of interior property damage.  They repaired the roof membrane but refused to repair the costly interior damage.  Moreover, the owner, Kevin Almeida, was openly hostile to my wife and I when he last visited our home to inspect the damage, complaining about the high cost of call backs.

The fact remains that the original job was done improperly, and that is the proximate cause of all of the interior damage.. But the fact that ALMEIDA won't stand behind their warranty is reprehensible!  Their single argument is that tree leaves on our roof somehow caused the roof seam to separate in one location.  That is preposterous: leaves don't cause roof membrane seams to separate.  And they provide no explanation whatsoever as to why the other roof seams have separated.  Our roof is well maintained by us but we adamantly refuse to buy their expensive maintenance package, offered only after the fact so they can recover some of their callback costs.  

Our experience with ALMEIDA from the start has been like pulling teeth to get them to honor their warranty.  And even when the cause of the interior damage would be obvious to a child, they argue their point instead of honoring their warranty  Unfortunately, absent their full compliance to repair our interior damage, we shall be forced to file a cause of action against them for negligence and a warranty breach.

If you are considering doing business with ALMEIDA, I strongly suggest you consider the Latin phrase:  Caveat Emptor (Buyer Beware)!

Th is company has paid 6 house calls on me since September. They have repeatedly been told I had the roof inspected with in the last year. I do not need a new roof for another three years. I certainly will not use them A. Becuase they will not go away. B. Becuase they have said numerous time they will get my insurance to pay for a new roof. I am not scamming my homeowners insurance to get new roof. I know when I bought the house the condition  and when it would need to be replaced. I set money aside for that like a responsible adult.

We just had our exterior painted by McMillan Brothers, and if I could give more than 5 Stars, I would!

Jim showed up on-time for the free estimate, was very friendly and professional, explained the process, and educated us on the different paint options. We are limited by our HOA colors, but that was no issue for them! They ordered the exact paint colors we needed, and started the job the same week!

The entire crew was so friendly, and so diligent! The crew, led by Oscar, did a fantastic job taping and covering while being respectful and careful with our property. John came out to help during the painting and to check the progress of the crew. He did an excellent job taking us around the property to make sure we were happy with the paint, and he made it clear that they are just as interested in our paint job as we are! They repaired our patio ceiling and did an excellent job matching the texturing! They also repaired any cosmetic concrete cracks or stucco cracks, and our house looks incredible! We WILL be asking them to paint the interior next!

Bottom line: If you're looking for a great, trustworthy, friendly, professional crew for paint or roofing at a reasonable price- Look no further! Call McMillan Brothers!

Luis and his crew are great!!  My flat roof needed to be replaced and he climbed up to look at it and they repaired it a couple of days later!!  It hasn't leaked!! It's great. When I have needed help, Luis has been there for me!!

I chose Copper West to replace my underlayment after getting 4 different quotes. Their quote was competitive, and they offered a few more options than others. One option was an insulating radiant underlayment that is supposed to save on cooling costs and keep the garage cooler, which is what I went with. Job was done quickly and on-time, and they were always very responsive. Can't ask for more than that.

I highly recommend this company and was very impressed with the customer service and the professionalism shown.  I recently had a garbage disposal go out and needed a replacement.  I called The Repair Guys and was unable to reach anyone so left a message.  Kyle returned my call promptly and we discussed the problem and options available.  He was able to  get someone out to fix the problem the same day.  I was out of state so Kyle sent me a video explaining the problem and showing me the faulty unit.  I am very pleased with the results.

Geoff was the upmost professional when we requested to see if there was a leak in our roof. He throughly assessed our roof and found no leak. He could've easily taken us down a path to fix something but insisted there was nothing wrong. We were concerned because our house is nearly 20 years old and all of our neighbors are getting new roofs. He even went into detail of the type of roofing we have and let us know our roof had an additional 10 years of life on it. Geoff is honest and we appreciate that these days. He also showed up on time and called to confirm when he was coming. If your looking for a company that is reliable and honest, you've come to the right place!

I selected Estrella Roofing primarily because I felt that Bart had the experience and integrity I was looking for. His bid wasn't the lowest but price is not always everything. He and his brother are the principles and are the second generation, he says, in Estrella Roofing. Experience means a lot to me.

He did a thorough inspection, provided me with a dozen or so pictures of the problem and recommended an annual roof inspection and cleaning to head off any future problems. My roof is 20 years old. I pulled a copy of his contractors license and asked for and received copies of his liability insurance. I should add his office manager Adilene was prompt, kept me informed and had excellent follow through on any questions.

The work started on time and finished as planned. A cleanup was performed, the crew quiet and hard working. Bart came to the house after the job was complete to make sure we were satisfied.
