Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in Arizona

Jerry the owner is one of the best in this market. He is fast responder, friendly, knowledgeable and fair.. I've lost my roof A/C in the middle of August heat wave of 110-115 temperature. Jerry did diagnose the problem, initiated a plan, got the parts and fixed it. All done fast and professional. High five to you Jerry, please keep up the good work. I highly 100% recommend his company to friends, families and neighbors. Call him if your AC fails, you'll be happy

Full disclosure here, I have not had any HVAC work done by this company. However, I've just completed a business transaction with Derek. This young man impressed the heck outa me. He did what he said he would do, was honest, and concerned for my welfare as well in addition to being responsible and respectful.

Honest and very professional... Found myself a permanent a/c guy to take care of all my a/c repairs. Bills a/c was more than fair and very good at there trade.  after the other company less than professional services.  Bills is a go to for a/c heating repairs.

I've used Sammy 3 times now and total care has always been very honest and fair.  The other two times were for rental properties I was helping out on but today he saved my butt at the house.  Thanks for you hard work; nice to see there are honest companies still out there!!!!  I'll be checking with you when it cools down for some options on a new unit even though I was surprised you weren't all pushy like the other guys but instead fixed like I asked.  Thanks for getting this one back up and running!

Just now Innovative Air Tech Garrett came to my home and did annual springtime maintenance on my home unit, and on the ductless splitter unit Innovative Air founder & owner Julius installed years ago on my guest house in the back yard.  

Garrett was professional and knowledgeable and completed all the work in this one call.  He made a minor correction that could have been a major problem in the weeks to come.

People like Garrett are the reason I recommend Innovative Air  Conditioning & Heating to colleagues.  Everyone at the company is great too, particularly Karen, who manages the office.  And with preventive maintenance like today I can rest easy for the coming summer

I like this company. I've been in the real estate business for more than 15 years and this is who I call to service my AC. The annual service is typically $80-$90, and that is so much more reasonable than many places charge.

I used Popeye's Air last summer to service and repair my 2 units. Our units are older builder grade that came with the home. Jorge, the owner, explained how newer units would be beneficial but fixed our old ones with no problem.  It's heating up again here In Arizona and his repairs lasted all of last summer and this one.  He is very personable and gracious. He didn't overcharge. He is honest and we'll definitely be calling him again for repair or service or if we buy new units :)

I needed to buy a fuse for a friend's AC unit, it was not your typical fuse.  I made several calls, either not able to sell or wanted to schedule a service call.  Called Scott's and he gave me advise how to fix it myself as well as texted me a picture of a solution.  Scott's A/C made a customer out of me just with that phone call, so I hope I never have issues but I know who I am calling or recommending!  Thank you very much!

I've been extremely happy, using Top Gear cooling and heating. It is so hard to find an HVAC company that is 1) honest. I've had So many bad experiences throughout the years with crooks before I found Chase (owner of Top Gear Cooling & Heating ) 2) professional, high quality workmanship  3) On time 4) all at a fair price.   When I first met Chase, it was because I hired him to fix a botched job that another HVAC contractor messed up all the duck work in the installation of my custom home. Chase came out and fix the problems right away. Been using him ever since.

After returning from Vacationing abroad. Came home to 100+ degree weather. Reached out to Alexis at Royalty Air, and to my surprise, set me up with a same day visit to check out my lower floor Ac unit. Unfortunately the compressor did not hold up. (Was an older unit) Alexis ordered me a new one. By the very next day he arrived and set it up. Top notch service all around. I will recommend Royalty Air to my friends and family.

Although I chose another company because Emery didn't meet my requirements for the type unit and price I was looking for, I found them to be honest and very responsive. Their representative was patient and knowledgeable.  The information that they provided was accurate and complete. I would trust them to do what they promise. I wish them the best!

I highly recommend this company. Thad answers the phone and responds immediately. He provides excellent customer service and a very fair price. Our home has two AC units. One broke down last summer and he handled everything within the same day. This year the second one broke down and he handled it just as quickly as last year. He tells you what to expect and sticks to his quotes. You don't get the runaround or told one price and then pay two times more. We love him!

When our A/C went out we called cool breeze.They were in the contractors book at the Sun Lakes office where we live. They said our furnace was bad, but to replace it we would have to replace heat pumps out back also. We agreed on a price for a Trane 14seer unit. We gave them $4,000.00 up front. When the Trane unit arrived  it wouldn.t fit. This meant a delay of two days as this was on a Friday. They brought out a Day & Night unit on Monday and discounted the bill by $200.00. After 6 weeks unit quit working. As we had in writting a 2yr free labor, 5yr free part, & 10yr compressor warranty. We naturally called Cool Breeze. 3hrs later they came out, after checking things out, they said it was a faulty furnace breaker. They gave us a quote of $250.00 to replace the breaker. As this was on a Saturday, and over a 110 out we said okay. Changing the breaker took 1/2 hour. So when the repairman wanted instant payment. We demanded a itemized bill. Other then replacing the breaker we felt the other hour of his labor checking what they installed should be covered under the 2yr free labor warranty They refused and even wanted to come in and remove the replacement breaker. This would have left us with no A/C on one of the hottest weekends of the year. As I am a disabled person this shows no compassion from this company. I turned them away. The bad breaker was a double amp 90, they put in a double 15amp. Way to small. On Monday another contractor came out and replaced their 15amp double breaker with a 40amp double breaker. I called Cool Breeze on Monday and told them they could pick up their 15amp double breaker. It is now Saturday and no effort on their part to pick up breaker. As one other review said run. Don't use them.  We have to agree.

Proceed with caution if you chose to use this company, they are unethical and use bad tactics to get what they want. My AC started blowing hot air and needed to be serviced. I do have a 13-year-old unit, that I know has a small leak (hence the need to have coolant added) and I do need to replace it soon. However, this is not the time I was planning on it and was hoping to get one more season out of it and I also told each company I know the unit is old.

When the tech showed up he went up to the roof for about 5-10 min. During that time my AC started blowing cold, but then warm again twice. When he came down I was expecting him to tell me the problem since I could feel the cold air while he was up there. He immediately pulled out his phone and proceeded to show me pictures of how bad my unit was (age, leak, etc.) along with how low my coolant was. To which I said, I know it has a slow leak, can you at least charge it for now so that I can get through this summer? You did something when you were up there and the cold air started blowing twice. To which he told me he has to call his supervisor on speaker.

Once the supervisor got on, the tech asked if he saw the pictures he sent him of my unit. He hadn't and started to review them with the tech on speakerphone. He repeated EVERYTHING the tech had already said, with extra emphasis on how bad my unit is. He said with leaks and the age of the unit I couldn't he also told me that the type of coolant that my AC takes isn't even available any longer so even if there weren't leaks there was nothing he could do. He then told me that he could get me into a new unit for only $120/month.

He proceeded to tell me about the unit, the benefits, and everything else he could think of. When I asked what $120/month equaled the quote was almost $9,800. I thanked him for his time and then informed him that I had two more companies coming out over the next two days and if I need him I will call again. He then jumped into comparison pricing and offered to come to sit shoulder-to-shoulder with me Thursday to compare offers because he won't be beat on price. I again said thank you, but if I determine I need you I will call. He gave one more attempt and he now remembered there was a unit in the warehouse that could be available for as low as $7K. I once again said thank you, if I need you I will call thank you for your time.

I had a different company come out the next day and told me the same thing, Your unit is old, and has leaks which is why you need coolant.  You could probably squeeze one more season out of this though. I can recharge it for you. It's expensive because you have an old unit so $60/lb. You will probably need 5 - 7 pounds. I agreed and he charged it. When he came back down to check he noticed it was still blowing warm and went back up to see if he missed something. Shortly after I felt the cold air coming out. When he came back in the house to check he said there was a piece of insulation that was blocking airflow preventing the cold air. Remember when I said the FH Technician did something and the cold air was blowing. The previous tech knew there was a piece of insulation blocking airflow and when removed cold air would blow again.

This company lied to me and it cost me $37 to hear it. I have requested a refund, and I am hoping to hear back from them soon.

I do not believe this company can be trusted. When it comes time to replace my unit the company I will be using the same company that charged me $360 to get my AC back up and running.
