Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in Arizona

These guys are great!  No hassle.  Low charge for service calls - I forget if it is $40 or $60, but either way, it's a good deal for an honest diagnosis.

Nothing but quality service and advice from Chad,who along with his wife Nicole,own Paragon Service Pros. Currently have a service contact with Paragon,that is not only a good value and piece of mind but also offers some discounts as well. Recently had him and his team perform a HVAC duct cleaning,along with the clothes dryer duct cleaning,on our home. A nice difference in the air quality in our house. Contacted Aire Serv to do an evaluation of the AC unit prior to selling the house. The tech was friendly, on time, and very thorough in his work.
The reason for 3 stars is simple. The tech determined in the written report that the AC unit needed replacement but would not provide a quote. The best he could do is give me a range of 5-10k for the replacement. I was told that they don't give unit replacement quotes to consumers that shop competitors. This statement is puzzling to me since I wasn't shopping competitors at that time. Besides, we live in a democracy where markets heavily depend on competition. Simple economics! Long story short, I ended up replacing the unit with another company two weeks later.

I have known the proprietors of TemperaturePro for fifteen years, and there is nobody I would trust with my heating/airconditioning needs other than TemperaturePro North & West Valley.  They are currently servicing the system on my rental property in South Phoenix, and I am completely satisfied with their service.

I just have to say that I am happy with the service. Benny was here and got right to work.  I needed to switch out a ceiling fan.  I chose this company because it's local and open 24/7. So I thought what the heck let's give them a try. When I called he was really nice and helpful. He didn't try to nickel and dime me. He said he can make it within the hour. Now that's what I call service.  Benny also services ac so if you are looking for ac service I would highly recommend his company.  I feel he know what he is talking about he has been in business for 20 years. I definitely know who I will be calling when that time comes.

Trae and Mark did a fantastic job replacing our 4 ton unit located on our roof.  They were prompt and professional.  Mark set the expectation and both he and Trae more than delivered.  On top of that, their prices were very competetive!!  We HIGHLY recommend Top Tier to anyone in the market for a new AC/heat pump.

We had to have some lights replaced at our business. They were reasonable and quick to get our estimate. Also did a good job communicating when they were able to get the replacements and scheduling the install. We had a couple of hiccups along the way, but they were great to work with.

I am very happy with the customer service, knowledge and professionalism this company showed when they took over, fixed and finished an ac job that another company left very unprofessionally unfinished. I can finally feel safe knowing the ac will run right for many years to come. This company is very trustworthy and i highly recommend them for your AC needs!

First and foremost HVAC tech Richard was really nice and professional. He made sure I understood what was going on with my unit. He was very patience when explaining the issue and made sure the pricing was reasonable.

Mike is worse a/c guy i ever seen....he was late and drunk when show up! BAD SERVICE!   He used stolen parts on my a/c   scam!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Would never use this company again!!!

Clark is so awesome I highly recommend them!!! I had called a few places with good yelp ratings for my Air Conditioner repair.  My home warranty company had already come to asses the AC unit, but did not cover the job.  This is important information if you have that diagnostic from a warranty co then you should be able to send that to other companies for a price quote without paying their service fee. I did send to it to 4 places. It was amazing to me how some places even on Yelp tried to charge me 4x the amount that Clark quoted. I think at the end of the season they  panic to get their quota.The receptionist Michelle was so nice and helpful and very empathetic that we had zero AC for 5 days in 111 degree weather. That next day Ivan came with a fan blade that I was told needs to be shipped over night by another company or take 15 days! Obviously not true. Clark got the fan from a local provider and fixed our AC so quickly and gave me advice as well. I will definitely use them in the future!!  MAHALO!!

Can't say enough good things. So responsive, helpful, honest and really good work. We will definitely use them again in the near future. Extremely competent and very reasonable prices!

This company is the best!!! We moved into an old home that needed a complete remodel but we had to live in it during the process.  There was no heat or air conditioning in the home.  North Mechanical was the only HVAC company in Payson that would work with us through the process, installing the system so we had heat and cool, and then completing the installation in stages as we progress with the remodeling.  Great company, friendly, understanding, prompt, efficient, fair pricing.

I hired Merlin's AC & Plumbing to do my AC tune up before the summer.
The tech...Lancelot was extremely professional. He took his time & explained
everything to me & also took pictures for my reference. In my 18 years in this house I have never had a technician who was as thorough ...he even went up into my attic to check the blower...no one has ever done that.
I highly recommend Merlin's AC & Plumbing!
