These guys are great!  No hassle.  Low charge for service calls - I forget if it is $40 or $60, but either way, it's a good deal for an honest diagnosis.

Amazing company!! Keola, Brennan, Devan, and one other tech (didn't get his name, sorry!) all did phenomenal jobs when they came out to install our new unit and cleaned our ducts and vents. Everyone was thorough, highly efficient, accommodating, very professional and honest.  They had everything timed perfectly which was quite impressive lol Communication was made quick and easy thanks to Julia and Nicole.  They answered all of our questions, addressed all of our concerns and were able to schedule us quickly.  We can't say enough good things about this company.  They are our go-to AC company and would not recommend anyone else.  Thank you guys!

Unfortunately had a poor experience second time I used this company.  Wanted several hundred dollars for a 10 dollar capacitor replacement!

We had two units that were getting old, and were builder grade to begin with. Robin and Fred came out, inspected the units and gave us a more than reasonable estimate on replacing both systems.
Their crew was out here the following week, and did a fantastic job. They stayed here for 13 hours the first day, to insure that we had one of the units up and running. (very tight attic for them to work in).
They returned early the next day, finished up, and cleaned up everywhere. They even vacuumed the stairs, even though they had covered it with plastic. I will definitely continue to use their services in
the future, as well as recommend them to anyone. Kudos to Azperfect!!!

Benny and Alfred arrive on time and complete the job efficiently. They are kind, understanding, and very skilled. I've used them a couple of times. Highly recommend.

Trae and Mark did a fantastic job replacing our 4 ton unit located on our roof.  They were prompt and professional.  Mark set the expectation and both he and Trae more than delivered.  On top of that, their prices were very competetive!!  We HIGHLY recommend Top Tier to anyone in the market for a new AC/heat pump.

They were quick to respond to my request and provided a reasonable quote. Like many yelpers, I'm always apprehensive when hiring a company with not many reviews, but I took a chance and I'm glad I did. The technician arrived on time and after a quick discussion of what I needed he got right to work. It was an easy job and he finished quickly (unlike some who try to take their time and milk it). Tech was friendly throughout the process.  I definitely recommend and will be hiring them again for my next project.

Our AC unit broke in the middle of the night. I called every 24/7 AC repair place I could find, and Cactus Valley was the first to respond to me and able to come out that morning. The tech was very helpful in explaining what was going on and what needed to be done, very professional. I will be calling them for all AC needs!!

Mike is worse a/c guy i ever seen....he was late and drunk when show up! BAD SERVICE!   He used stolen parts on my a/c   scam!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Would never use this company again!!!

We thought our a/c was going out. We called Clark Heating & Cooling and they came out the same day. The guy was very friendly, professional, he wore a mask and knowledgeable. He found the problem and fixed it!! We did not need a new unit. They are very affordable! We are going to set up yearly a/c services with them! I highly recommend them!!

You wouldn't believe how difficult it was to find someone willing to install a flag bracket on a stucco garage! I put the word out on Yelp and Joe Honeycutt  came in with the most reasonable quote among six vendors. He immediately offered to do whatever else I needed within the one hour of his time I was purchasing. Not only did he come prepared with special long stucco penetrating screws and anchors. When I mentioned a ceiling fan that was wobbling at high speeds, he went to Home Depot to get a fan balancing kit to fix the problem. ALL at no extra charge. Great communications in the days leading up to my appt. Clean, friendly, punctual and effective. I recommend Joe Honeycutt very highly.

Had an appointment for tuesday @ 8 to 9 a.m.  my wife waited for hours and no show. She called this company and the female that answered told my wife that she called and cancelled. So my wife missed a day of work and rescheduled for today. She and i both work so i waited ( 8 to 9 a.m.) about 10 i called and spoke with k____y. She said we did not have an appointment and insisted that my wife called to cancel the day before (which was not true) and did not reschedule. So wether it was k___ys mistake or not she was a bit rude and insisted how wrong i was and said she would call me back. She did call back and trying to be appologetic said some one would be here shortley. They did come as promised and are gone to find a part. Finally, i called work and said i couldn't come in due to this abortion of customer service. My wife and i both missed a day of work. I hope others have had a better experience.

Took some time to get the required docs for my warranty claims but the install ran smoothly.
