We purchased a water softner and RO system a few months ago.  We were having some issues with the water softner backflushing on the timer.  We called and scheduled an warranty appointment for last Saturday.  Johnny called Saturday to let us know he would be there between 11am and 1pm.  Johnny called within that time period then to let us know he was on his way.  When Johnny arrived he was very polite and professional.  He diagnosed the problem with the water softner and fixed it within a few minutes.  He went into the kitchen next and found the issue with the RO.  He was done with all repairs within a 15 minute time window.  He also made some good suggestions about using the equipment.  I would recommend Johnny and American Home Water to everyone.

I had a great experience with Boldt HVAC.  They gave me a bunch of suggestions to troubleshoot my AC before scheduling a technician to visit.  Once I'd tried everything, I was ready to have someone come take a look.  The technician showed up on time and worked quickly.  He answered all of my questions and had everything he needed to complete the work in his truck.  I was back in cool air in about an hour.  What a relief!

Johnny is the real deal!
He saved me last week when my tenant's AC went out.  He was very upfront and honest about my situation and suggested that I get a new ac rather than use his help to repair.  He doesn't sell AC units so he was sacrificing making more money from me for the betterment of the situation.  REALLY?!  What a great guy!   He even followed up with me a couple times to be sure I was getting a good price on the new unit I found.

I have 10 properties in the valley that constantly need updating and help. I will be keeping Johnny's number on my speed dial in case another AC issue comes up again.  I HIGHLY recommend him if you're looking for honest help.  

Oh, and I should mention he came out to rescue my tenants AC on a Sunday!  This guy takes no days off.  Incredible!

Just called to schedule an appointment for service on our home air conditioning unit. The gal that answered the phone told my husband that they weren't accepting any new customers. What's with that?! Must be like a doctor's office.
Anyway, if you haven't used them in the past don't bother taking the time to call them.

Great company. I called them on a Friday at 1:30 PM and the were able to get to my house at 6:30 PM. The blower motor on my second floor AC was out. They needed to get the part and were at my house by 11:00 on Saturday. Everything working great by 12:00. Great price, response, and service. The team at Cool Zone performed an AC inspection before I bought my new home. They identified a duct issue that would have cost me $4000; I was able to recoup it from the seller. Because of the inspection they performed, I had Cool Zone redo all of my duct work in the house. Dave was great and incredibly communicative. The work took a bit longer than planned, but it turned out great, the team took time to answer my questions, and they listened to my asks to move ducts around so I could raise ceilings. I'll likely need a new AC unit soon and I plan to go back to Cool Zone because of their quality work and professionalism. I definitely recommend them to others!

I am so blown away by the service we received from Arctic Fox, Heath is amazing!  We were so impressed with how fast he was able to diagnose and fix our ac...and in July!  Only waiting a few hours was a complete blessing in the middle of summer.  We are so thankful to Heath and will be only calling Arctic Fox from now on!

Paid $27,000 to have entire HVAC system replaced a few months ago. Equipment seems good, but they damaged the ceiling in the bathroom below the ceiling units and it was a hassle to get that repaired.  Today I went to turn on the heat for the first time in our recreation room and the heat just blows ice cold.  They sent someone out to repair it, and he was upstairs for an hour.  Came down and said everything is fine, and left.  I go up to check, it is blowing 44 degrees while set on heat.  So I am disappointed in their service. I am now waiting for someone else to come fix this brand new unit. The house was dirty after the main install and the ceiling repair. I had to bring someone in to clean up after them, which is disappointing since the contract has a clean house guarantee.

David is the best and we would highly recommend him! He is reliable, extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. He doesn't try to upsell and will tell you honestly what you need or don't need. We really appreciate his expertise and will be calling him for all our future HVAC needs.

Michael D. is amazing and assisted with my wiring problem ASAP. Others were taking much longer and were quoting super high prices just to diagnose and not even fix the problem. I was trying to setup a smart thermostat in my home, and he immediately knew what the problem was and how to solve it regarding c-wire. He was very knowledgeable and professional, if I have any further future needs or issues, I would not hesitate in contacting cave creek cooling company again. HIGHLY recommend.

In a world of HVAC companies that just want to sell you a new units Alan's air is the outlier. He has fixed three of my units which other companies just wanted to sell me a new unit. One unit I was told was leaking and it would be so expensive to find the leak and then if it leaked out again... Alan came out and put a starter kit on it (it was full of freon!) and now it's working perfectly.

AMAZING COMPANY! We had them come out and do an energy audit for our house to figure out why our APS bills are SO CRAZY high. They spent almost two hours checking our house and our scorching hot attic and presented us with a detailed print out complete with pictures and commentary about the issues with our home. Needless to say, we decided to proceed with their recommendations and the crew of gentlemen that were here today were so great. Proffesional, respectful, kind (humored my 20 month old and repeatedly answered his hello's with a nice response) clean, and friendly. I HIGHLY recommend this company! We will be using them again in the future!

I highly recommend DCM. We had them replace 2 AC units and put in some new ductwork for a home we purchased end of November.  Extremely professional, responsive, knowledgable.  They take pride in the quality of their work and the services they provide, and they do not disappoint.  Their rates are competitive as well (I had gotten quotes from a few other companies).  Joseph was absolutely wonderful to work with.  He is great with communication and following up throughout the entire process with thorough/detailed emails - from initial questions/estimates all the way to after install and setting up warranties for the units.  Shaun was also extremely helpful, detailed and took the time to answer many of our other questions about the home and HVAC.  And lastly, Fidel and his crew were wonderful - very hardworking, efficient and courteous.  My husband and I really appreciated the extra time Fidel spent over going the new systems with us.  Again, I am extremely satisfied with DCM and would highly recommend them.

We've hired these guys for 3 different jobs over the last 2 years. They are always professional and have the best customer service of anyone we've encountered. They've installed a water softener, hot water heater and replaced our main water line to our house. These guys are the best... very responsive, communicative and respectful.
