Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in Arizona

We had Raymond come out yesterday and I couldn't be happier. He was here for 3 hours and was extremely thorough. You could tell he wasn't rushing through the job to get it over with and wasn't trying to upsell me. He did a 34-point inspection since I was nervous about my two A/C units and didn't know much about them. After the inspection, he showed me every single photo of every single part and what they look like to prove he checked them all out. The good news was nothing was wrong with my units and he was happy to report that without trying to sell me on something else. Thank you for your help, Raymond!

Very responsive and knowledgeable.  I set up a plan with them to service my four HVAC units twice a year.  Xavier and Tobin techs came by and serviced all units.  They were very personable and walked me through the entire process.  I'm glad I found American Home Water & Air on Yelp.

we decided that with a 16 year old unit on the roof and the concern over availability during the phoenix summer if my a/c should conk out, it was time to start shopping for a replacement.  after reading the reviews and getting some quotes my first instinct was spot on.  don't bother dealing with the used car strategy that some of these other business' use.  1st choice came in with a good number without playing games and delivers an excellent customer experience as well as a quality product.  kept us in the loop and on time with a solid install job.  would highly recommend .

Words can not express the gratitude that me and my family have for this company. They were very knowledgable, professional and extremely reasonable. Our a.c had been out with numerous consultations in and out of our home. Boldt staff was respectful and forth coming in our ac needs. Their willingness to assist and do a job well done was refreshing and a blessing. I would refer this company to anyone that I know needs hvac help. They take customer service to the next level.

Had an AC issue on a Saturday and called Johnny he came out within an hour and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue for a good price.

Called these folks because other companies proposals were all over the board in price. We were in an emergency situation no ac on 100 degree day. Their response was that they would come look at it to make a proposal for a FEE of 98 dollars. Never use these thieves!!

Ok, I just purchased a home, shortly after my AC united pooped out. I had called 3 other people and then called Arizona Air Experts. I spoke to Misty in the office she was super warm and professional she scheduled my appointment for Caleb to come out. As soon as I spoke to him I knew they were the company I wanted to replace my old unit. Misty would always keep me posted on when and what was going on. She is on it and lets you know whats going on before you have time to even realize. When I met Caleb the owner, I knew he was confident and knowledgeable and just knew what was up. I hired him to replace my unit. Him and his crew were great. Even his crew was warm and professional I loved them. After they got the job done, Caleb explained things to me about my new unit and told me if I had any questions or concerns to call them. I know for a fact I picked the right people to do this job and to do business with. How often can you say that? So, if you want a company with integrity and professionalism that is unparalleled, look no further, these are the people. I am telling my neighbors about them and anyone else asking or looking for AC/Heating company. They are a phenomenal company!!!!!!!!!!!

My wife and I finally decided to kick on the heater and when we did it just kicked out cold air. I requested a few appointments first thing the following morning and cool zone responded first, the next call from another company was hours later. They had a tech here in my home within hours to see what the issue was. After the inspection was complete we were given the unfortunate news that the compressor had given out on us. Our tech verified the unit was under warranty still, gave us a quote on what we would have to pay and got us setup for the next day. To have a job be complete from diagnosis to complete in less than a day made us very happy. From quick response and job well done to having a warm house our experience couldn't have been better. A friend referred Arctic Fox to me yesterday. I called this morning and talked to Tim. He answered the phone, listened to my problem, and had Steve come out almost immediately to look/fix the issue. Steve is very knowledgeable as is Tim. I will only call Arctic Fox from now on. They are reliable, friendly, on time, responsive, informative, helpful, honest, etc. Don't think twice! Call them today! A million thanks! A+++++ service!
Update - had a freeze up the day after and had to have the unit looked at again. Heath came out this time and located the problem and fixed it. He is EXTREMELY knowledgeable. I will be calling him for any future tune up/repaires for sure! Great service. Never has our a/c worked as it does now. Thank you Heath!

I highly recommend Gladiator Air. Dave and Gabriel immediately responded to each of my requests, even though it was the weekend and Dave was out of town. They were able to schedule an immediate appointment, provide a complete analysis of my system, and and identify the issue with my heating system (another company could not). These guys are experts and their pricing cannot be beat.

During a storm, we had water coming in through an air vent. I received a response immediately and was scheduled the same day. I given a 2 hour time frame and asked for permission to call if the technician was available earlier. Anthony called and came early! Excellent service!

David showed up on time and performed the first annual inspection on my Bryant HVAC system to be sure there aren't any potential problems in the near future. I really appreciate his thoroughness because I am a firm believer in preventative maintenance. David was able to discover a low pressure switch that was inadvertently rubbing against a copper line. David added insulation to the wires to prevent it from shorting, all free of charge as part of my first annual inspection with this company. I highly recommend Biltmore Mechanical Heating & Cooling, especially if you own a Bryant HVAC system!

UNRELIABLE!
Scheduled for a two hour window and didn't call till 5 minutes before the end of that window to say they weren't coming that day after all. Rushed home from work to be there for nothing. Three girls in the office and none of them had the same story. Had the 2 hour window time wrong, too! Said they'd call back once they figured it out but 15 minutes later they still hadn't so I called back and told them not to come. Rescheduled it with someone else. Hopefully they will be more reliable.

Mike is the best A/C guy. Yes, he absolutely is a professional and knows everything there is to know about A/C. If you have any problem, he can properly diagnose & fix it. What I like about Mike the most, is that when I call, he knows who I am. He takes time to get to know his clients. It's clear his focus is to have clients for life. CCCC is my go to!

AC unit outside broke, I thought I needed an entire new system. Alan's air diagnosed it and said they just needed to replace the motor. Any other company may have taken advantage of this situation, not Alan's air! Integrity, honest, really knows their AC. These are my AC guys for life.

2014- We had the energy audit done with a different company and when they quote their price for the repairs we started shopping around. We had more than a half dozen companies come review the audit and our house and decided to go with ideal energy. They did a fantastic job with everything up front. Alex and Chris were always professional and timely and we were promised that everything would be perfect when they were done. After the ac replacement and hvac repairs were completed was when the difficulty started. They were slow to respond to balancing the air flow around the house and replacing our gable vent (that they bent when they removed it) It was all eventually fixed but it took a lot of follow up calls etc to get it right. I'll be shopping around when we buy our next house.

2016 UPDATE- Since our last review we have bought and moved into a new (to us) home that was older and in need of a lot of help. Alex and his team came in before closing and gave us a great idea as to what we were looking at and how we could phase the work, as it was a big project. We had a few others come in for estimates and decided to stay with IE because they seemed like the most knowledgeable at the the best price. We got started on the first phase and everything went very smoothly. His team is courteous and professional. When we r ready for the next phase they will be our first call.
2017- now we needed a new unit, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was right, for the actual u it to the instal and service. I recommend them every chance I get.

Wow, what a great company.  Let me save anyone looking for a new HVAC system the trouble of shopping around.  I recently purchased a new split Gas and AC system (5 Ton) 14 Seer from Desert Comfort Mechanical (DCM) and my experiences with Fadel and his entire team have been nothing short of exceptional.  Many HVAC providers promise you great customer support and service but DCM and the entire team don't just talk the talk but they walk the walk in every interaction providing exception value and service.  Even during the due diligence inspection they worked around my schedule to arrive at 6:00am so I could leave for work on time, It's refreshing to know that there are companies like DCM here in the PHX metro area that still know how to deliver exceptional service along with extraordinary value.  Well Done Fadel, please pass on my many thanks to your team and you for delivering a pain free experience.  You can be certain that you and your company (DCM) are the one and only I'll have on speed dial.

ProSkill just finished my attic insulation.  They were wonderful!  Eddy managed the project and saw to every detail from start to finish.  Greg and Nick kept gave me up to the minute info on their progress, showing me pictures as they went along.  They protected my house before they started and cleaned up every night, including vacuuming.  It only took less than an hour for my house to be toasty warm with no drafts.  They also sealed everything in the ceiling so my heat/AC won't be escaping to the attic.  I already feel like it was worth the money.  Job well done, ProSkill!

First I wish I could give this company more than 5 stars. We HIGHLY recommend Rising Sun Air! The absolute phenomenal customer service we were offered for our AC repair will be the reason we come back time and time again to them! The team was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and kind! Their pricing is fair and affordable, with payment options if necessary, taking the stress out of AC repairs and replacements. They are the Kings of customer service, and always had a smile! Steve was my tech and he made our day. Being with out AC is pretty awful. Having it go out is stressful and worrisome. You know that it's going to be expensive and you just don't know how bad it will be. I was really impressed. Steve was awesome. He explained what was going on got to the route of the cars and fixed it. I can't be happier. I will use shore temp again. Thanks Steve!
