Have used them two times now and they are great. Competitive pricing and don't try and up sell. Very honest on what they can fix and what you will need in the future.  Would highly recommend.

Got same day service when other places couldn't provide it and a discount for mentioning Yelp. The tech was friendly, on time and even offered to wash my coils out. What more can you ask for?

Great experience with Oscar from M&R! Oscar was patient going over this long-term issue I've had with my AC. I've had several AC repair companies out to fix the same issue, and it never has been resolved. Oscar went over the function that delivers the cooling and explained where things that are going wrong and needs to be addressed. They responded the same day and in the evening. The visit was more consultative, than sales. I appreciate that from Oscar and his team. I highly recommend M&R to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, consultative and professional AC company!

I got an estimate from this company. I asked Abby a few questions over the phone yesterday about some other issues with my garage concerning insulation along with the air conditioning. Abby kept putting me on hold and asking her manager answers to my questions to make sure she gave me the right answers. That is fine with me since she was making sure she gave me correct answers from the manager themselves. But: She told me that the manager said the estimate they had given me originally would include everything we had discussed over the phone yesterday. I asked them to give me an updated estimate sheet that put that verbiage in writing. They sent that over today and they added over $1000 for services on top of that estimate I had yesterday. I called and asked them why they did that and that they didn't honor what the manager said yesterday about the estimate they already gave me being all inclusive. I was told the manager would call me back. The manager never called me back. They sent me some new estimate with a little discount but it was still $1000 over what they said was the estimate that would be all inclusive yesterday. I called them back to again ask why they didn't go or what they/the manager assured me yesterday through Abby. Abby assured me that the manager would call me after they got back from lunch. The manager never called me. I do not recommend this company; they do not stick to what they say including what the manager says. They also don't have enough respect for me as a potential customer to call me back. I had an appointment set with them to have them tuneup another AC in my house and I canceled that with them since I no longer trust and respect them. My neighborhood just joined next-door and we tell each other what companies to hire and what to avoid. I will be telling my neighbors to avoid this company. Hold these people accountable to what they say they; have no problem slapping on over $1000 to anything. And that is a manager's assurance they didn't stick to. Do not trust them. And it's too bad because John, the guy who came out to check the AC situation in my garage, was really nice-- but he's working for a company that doesn't stick to what they tell you. Be careful, avoid them.

Jimmy the owner got a hold of me right away after I submitted a request for a new A/c unit. Every step of the way he was professional and super helpful. They came out and did an amazing removal of old unit and instal of new unit in a short time. I rarely review anything but these guys are the real deal! I highly recommend them!

Their team answered the phone right away and was able to schedule a tech to come out to my house, same day, without having to fill out or provide an over whelming amount of information. The visit and estimate were quoted as free as well.

Preston was out within 2 hours, was able to diagnose the issue and said he could knock it out right then and there. Within the hour he had the parts required, the old unit removed and even (as a courtesy) re-opened the wall for me where an old ventilation area had been covered up.

Overall Hansens and Preston were professional, knowledgeable and happy to help. If we need additional plumbing services in the future we will always turn to Hansen's first

I had Desert Diamond give our air conditioner a tune up for the summer months. I could not be more impressed with their service.I got a text message yesterday reminding me about today.Cody called me today telling me he would be here in thirty minutes. He arrived on time. He went over everything he was going to do,then show me the results of the tests.  He even washed the coils, which nobody has ever done before. When he finished he went over all the results.He showed me the range where my unit needed to be and where my unit was at. He didn't try to sell me anything, which the other company tried to do a few times. He took his time answering  all my questions. Desert Diamond and Cody are people that I will be definitely be doing business with in the future.

I have an interior, water sourced heat exchanger Trane unit. Very expensive to replace. North Valley tech Brett was very knowledgeable and professional. North Valley was my second opinion because I'd been told by another company
I would need to replace my HVAC unit because the heat exchanger was probably corroded and leaking. Brett performed a thorough inspection, replaced one electrical connection, flushed the under unit drain. He ensured it was operating properly.  Very pleased w their service and highly recommend this business. They waived the service charge and I only paid for the replacement part.

After dealing with some 'difficult' HVAC companies, Arizona A/C Man has been nothing but awesome to deal with. Brett is super professional and friendly. A pleasure to deal with. He checked out our (failing) AC motor and eventually replaced it under warranty in very short order for a very reasonable price on the labor. No doubt that I will call upon them again in the future.

Woke up several times last night feeling cold. I thought maybe it was just me. This morning I checked the thermostat and the indoor temp was cooler than the heater setting... The heat wasn't coming on. I did some troubleshooting after which I called a friend asking for an HVAC referral. Her brother in law highly recommended A/C Doctors, so I gave them a call. A few hours later 2 techs were at my door. They were both friendly & wearing company shirts, which is comforting when allowing strangers into your home.
Pete (I believe that was the name of the lead tech) was super professional, seemed very motivated and happy to answer all my questions, and knew exactly where the system was having problems. He climbed into my attic and replaced/rewired a fuse very quickly. He explained everything he was doing and gave me no reason to question his integrity.
I'll certainly be calling A/C Doctors for my future HVAC repairs!

Listen, this guy is your guy. Best in the area. Responsive, quick, great price, and knowledgeable! He saved us from this crazy weather when our ac broke. We wasted money on a company that promised us making us priority and discount. All BS! Freddy responded fast and gave us the best service for our money. Will be calling him in the future to continue servicing our ac.

My wife and I had been coddling our 22 yr old American Standard 5-ton for the last few years. We've had a few reasonable ($100-200) repairs over those 22 years, and a couple very recent $1000+ repairs. We knew we were living on borrowed time with this unit, so after looking, getting estimates, and saving up for the big bite...we settled on American Cooling & Heating in Gilbert AZ. Scot Morgan is the owner, and he's been in business in the Valley for about 30 years. His estimate was $3K less than the next best estimate, and the rest were higher. Even more amazing is the warranty from AH&C...so much better than all the others. Todd and his crew arrived early, started work immediately. They removed the old unit, along with a large MasterCool swamp cooler that was nonfunctional. They refabricated the plenum, installed a new electrical whip according to standard specs, installed the new Ruud 5-ton heat pump, ran a new evaporation drain, as well as new support timbers and resealing of the roof in that area. I've never seen a better, cleaner install of a new roof-top A/C unit!! They finished finished in a very reasonable time, and got my new ecobee thermostat set up real nice. Scot and Todd and their crews have it going on...I highly recommend them!

Howard Air was recommended by a neighbor. I called and they came out within minutes and provided a very comprehensive estimate. Scott Bird was our go to guy. Excellent and knowledgeable man. We are going to move forward with Scott's estimate and will update our review afterwards but I'm anticipating it'll be as 5 Star as it's been thus far. Important to point out: I also requested an estimate for my mother in laws return box to be replaced. She had a new HVAC installed a couple years ago and although it's a great unit the installer never took the time to check out the return box. It was from 1964 and was pretty weird and non conventional in its shape requiring special filters. Scott Bird came out to estimate the replacement. Again, 5 star service. They did the job which was 100% perfect and left the job clean.

Very disappointed with service! Recently bought home, previous owner had Goettl install system 9 yrs old. Came home from work Saturday and ac blowing warm air. Thermostat reads 91*. Call Goettl and earliest they could get someone would be Monday. Sunday evening I receive a call to confirm my appointment tech would arrive between 12-3. Monday Tech calls about 2:00 to inform they were running behind and would be here by 4:00.  By the time tech arrives at  5:30, we are without power due to storm so tech could do nothing but say someone will be out the next morning.  Tuesday I get a call 7:30 am to confirm appointment  between 9:00 am - noon.  Tech arrives around 3:00 says system has a leak, if we want him to check system pay $382. To fix will cost additional.  Do nothing, $79. We pay $79.  Tech leaves.  We still have no ac.  Ac still under Goettl warranty till 2019.  But they do nothing, but take my service fee of $79.  I call az's Best Heating and Cooling.  Jason checks ac.  Says leak in system.  Due to small hole in coil made by screw panel that rubbed on coil.  A screw that Goettl installed since they were the last ones to touch the ac unit last summer when previous owner says Goettl replaced a fan on unit.  My frustration is with Goettl tech not checking where leak was coming from , and Goettl not taking responsibility for cause of leak.  This all should have been covered under Goettl warranty.  NEVER recommending this Company, EVER!!!!!!!
