Jovanna and crew were great. I needed a deep clean after tenants moved out, they were quick to get me scheduled and took as long as it needed, not just a set # of hours. I highly recommend and will be sure to use them again.

Maid Easy did a great jog cleaning my home.  They were professional, on time, and thorough.  Will definitely be a return customer.

I booked a this service with the estimated being that I could get my smaller home cleaned in 3 hours.  I didn't realize they only send 1 person to do the job.  That one person (as nice as she was) was VERY slow and only had 1 bathroom and about 80% of the second bathroom done at about the 2.5 hour mark.  

As I had new tenants moving in the next day I had to clean the entire downstairs myself.   The woman cleaning was so very nice and felt bad and even stayed a bit longer to try and help me out.  

Full disclosure, the owner did offer me a $20 discount which helped soften the blow but I will not be using this service again.  

Not to others:  Always get a flat rate...don't go with the $ per hour.  :(

I have used this company in the past and each time they have come to clean they have done a great job. The crews already know what to do because of sophia the Secretary who is always there and listens to what i need done in my home. The company makes you feel that you are a priority and that your house is always left clean.

I used Tidy Casa for a deep clean and my cleaning team was punctual,  efficient and thorough. My home looked great and I plan on using them for biweekly cleanings going forward. I highly recommend them for any cleaning needs you have.

We had her come to the home I'm in the process of moving out of. It was definitely a challenge! She took that house from looking like an on fire garbage can to looking better than brand new!

I am a disabled military veteran with OCD. Needless to say, I like a very precise and clean house. Not being able to clean my home properly on my own due to my disabilities has caused me great strife. So I have been looking for a good cleaning service for years and have gone through many companies. Let me tell you, you cannot do better than Z & S cleaning service. They are incredible. From their detailed cleanings to their friendly staff, you can't get any better. Hire them and you will not regret it.

This is rating is just for their customer service as I didn't get to use their services, but was really impressed with how Nicole, the owner, tries to work with all potential customers. I needed a last minute deep cleaning done for my relative's home that had been trashed by one of their tenants. Nicole was so accommodating. I was on a very limited schedule and needed someone to come on a specific day. She offered to work in the evening outside of her normal hours so that I could ensure a timely cleaning of the home. All other companies I called couldn't do it as their schedules were already booked for the week. If I ever need cleaning service again I will definitely reach out to Proficiency Cleaning.

I'm super picky, but Rebecca did not disappoint. My house had never been cleaner after her initial deep cleaning service. She knows her stuff and has been a pleasure to work with. Thanks Rebecca and thanks Yelp/Yelpers for leading me to her!

We just had our first service and we are amazed at the results. The staff was very thorough and did an excellent job. The owner was prompt, responsive and was willing to work within my timeframe and budget. I am glad to have hired them.

Awesome job!! I am a bit picky when it comes to having folks clean and I didn't need to worry. Melvin and Gloria are responsive , flexible and I highly recommend. Gloria and her team do an A+ job. I started off with the deep clean and today started the monthly cleanings and I feel so relieved that I don't have to try to keep up on my own!!
