Jovanna and crew were great. I needed a deep clean after tenants moved out, they were quick to get me scheduled and took as long as it needed, not just a set # of hours. I highly recommend and will be sure to use them again.

I was in need of an immediate house cleaning service for a 7 bedroom vacant home. Leslie replied within an hour and was able to get Celina and Norma out the same day. These ladies spent about 6 hours deep cleaning and they did a great job getting the house market ready. The price was right and I couldn't have asked for a better team to show up! I'll definitely use this service again!

Initial communication was fantastic. It was easy to use the website and I appreciated the prompt response.  I was excited that I had found a new company for my cleaning needs.  Day of arrival.  Again, communication was greatly appreciated even though they were late. I wasn't stressed about that because of the prompt communication.  My first quote was 285. for 3 hours with 2 people!! Wow. what a great price this is great.  Then I was told to clean my house top to bottom they would need 5 hr. to 6 hr.  Not as excited but I was thinking I've had cleaners before, and they make my house shine in that amount of time.  I called your company and booked for 5hrs.  Later that day one of the cleaners called and said they were just getting downstairs at 4 hrs.  To get my house all, the way done I would need 6hrs.  Not thrilled but I said that's fine (thinking I wouldn't need to go back and clean this is worth it).  I sent a text and was told the manager would call and collect payment.  Then I got a call from one of the cleaners saying the manager had decided to give me a free hour.  I was so excited and thought what a great company.  They know how to get repeat clients.  So, I went to the house.  It's clean but nothing that was noteworthy.  The girls were fantastic, but I think this is a training problem.  You need to train your workers to be able to clean in an efficient amount of time.  Garbage didn't get taken out, cabinets were not wiped out, laundry room didn't get mopped, baseboards in my bathroom didn't get cleaned, my shower wasn't great, I haven't even looked at the rest of the house since I had a class to get to and I needed to leave. The icing on the cake is when I get a text that I'm getting charged for 6hours and the bonus hour was something I never even asked for.  So, you're telling me it takes 14 hours (since there are 2 people) to do a basic clean - (this was not even close to a deep clean) on a 3400 sq. ft home.  Again, you need to train your employees better.  I find no fault with the girls at the house. They were pleasant to talk with and communicated very well. This is a complete management/training problem and I feel should be addressed quickly.  Someone should be walking the house after your cleaners are done. The cost of 540. is the highest I've ever paid to get my house clean. This should be a clean that you don't need to go back into the house and clean.  One of the best parts of getting your house clean is coming home and having the house smell fresh and clean. This wasn't even the case with this.  At best this was a 289.00 cleaning job nowhere near a 540. price tag.

I was in from out of town for an emergency visit. My dad's dogs had been using his home as a bathroom for at least a week and the house hadn't been deep cleaned in years. Team 4 was amazing. They came in and cleaned the place from top to bottom in just 5 hours! The ladies were so professional and understanding of my situation. I wish they were in Denver! A couple friends came over for a visit afterwards and immediately wanted their number. What a stroke of luck to find such an amazing crew!!!

Wow! I am so thankful I found this service! The proprietor came and cleaned my house touching every surface and every item was cleaned under and nearly place back in order. I have used two services in the past months that were horrible. Only touched what was in their "list" everything costs extra. This is a fair fee for getting an absolutely sparkling clean domain. Best house cleaners!   My house is immaculate.  They are reliable and efficient.  My house shines like the top of the Chrysler Building. Rebecca is wonderful.  She makes sure everything is to you liking and great communication. Personal touches....chocolates on my bed.  Highly recommend them.

We have used Simply Housekeeping weekly for about a year and a half now.  I think it's hard to find someone that cleans the way you like your house to be cleaned, but we found that with Simply Housekeeping.  The ladies are very reliable and friendly.  Thursdays is one of my favorite days because I always come home to a clean house!

Awesome job!! I am a bit picky when it comes to having folks clean and I didn't need to worry. Melvin and Gloria are responsive , flexible and I highly recommend. Gloria and her team do an A+ job. I started off with the deep clean and today started the monthly cleanings and I feel so relieved that I don't have to try to keep up on my own!!

These folks are great. We rarely get our house cleaned. In fact we kind of never do but since we started working from home more, things have gotten messier and the will to clean seems to be nonexistent. So the fiance and I agreed to start hiring cleaners once or twice a year in between our own feeble cleaning attempts.

My fella contacted the company and spoke with Milka. They asked some questions about the size of the house, how many rooms we needed cleaning, and what we needed to have done. After scheduling 2 lovely ladies showed up with cleaning equipment in hand. We got out of their way and they zoomed through cleaning the house. It only took an hour but they really got every nook and cranny. We couldn't be happier. About to hit them up again.  They'll never know the impact that having a clean house has on my mental health... but it is so appreciated. Thanks for the wonderful work Quantum!
