Best Cleaning Services in Arizona

Jovanna and crew were great. I needed a deep clean after tenants moved out, they were quick to get me scheduled and took as long as it needed, not just a set # of hours. I highly recommend and will be sure to use them again.

Leslie was able to provide a deep cleaning service on very short notice, the team arrived early and did an amazing job!! We couldn't be happier, will use the service again and would recommend them to friends and family.  Thank you so much Leslie and team!!!

Had a great experience with Dirt busters cleaning. Juneth was the person who gave us all of the details in what to expect with our first cleaning cost with our technicians. She was very patient and explained all my questions to our satisfaction. If she did not know an answer, she got it for us and reached back out. Booking the appointment and scheduling was super easy with her helping out.
Our cleaning techs: Johnny Quandt and Maria Espinosa called us before arriving. They were super courteous and flexible for our workflow as we had kids at the house who are off school. They did an excellent cleaning job, better than our expectations.
The cost was slightly lower than the competitor.
We loved the service and will continue to get their monthly cleaning service. Hoping service will continue to be stellar like the first one!

I wanted to give one star, but they offered me a 20% refund for my experience. (Still haven't gotten it yet though, so we'll see what happens)

I chose this company based on the 5 star reviews on Yelp. It's hard picking a company you trust to clean your home during a pandemic. I am so disappointed in my choice.

Booking: I booked my move out clean online. I'll say, what's the point of booking online when I then received a LONG phone call going over every little detail of the cleaning before they could book my cleaning. That was weird to me. Why offer online booking if you require a phone consult?

Day of cleaning: I left my key hidden for the cleaner. I was never notified that they were on the way, or that the cleaning was completed. So I honestly had no clue if anyone even showed up. This was a move out clean, so I wasn't not living in the residence. I had to reach out to the company to ensure that someone showed up. This seems unacceptable for a move out clean. This was the beginning of my frustration.

Post clean response: I received an email back after 6pm confirming that my clean was completed. They attached one picture, and said there was a problem area in the shower. Why was I not contacted while the cleaner was there? Why did I have to contact them in order to hear about the problem? They offered to come back the next day to try to clean again. I asked if there was an extra charge- and never got a response. I really needed this done. Nobody came back the next day, and my email was never responded to.

My findings when I evaluated the cleaning: I ended up cleaning the shower myself the next day, because I needed to turn my keys in. The shower cleaned easily with a magic eraser. The walls of the shower were untouched- still had obvious soap scum. I then found both of my sinks with horrible spots around them. The outside of the kitchen cabinets still had obvious grease/food marks. I think the only thing that looked "good" was the vacuum lines on the carpet. *eyeroll*

I hired Maid Easy because I was moving across town, and didn't have the time to come back to do this cleaning. I'm so disappointed and frustrated that I paid someone a lot of money for this cleaning. I could and should have done this myself. Lesson learned.

The online reviews: They call you and email you after asking for your review. Which explains why they have so many.

The follow-up: I was only contacted about my disappointment after I filled out the email review. I then received 2 phone calls and an email immediately. They offered a partial refund. I wish I could get all of the money back I wasted on this place.

Look elsewhere.

I tried several cleaners and could not get any to call me back or respond. I called Valleys Best they answered right away. They had a cleaner to my house with in 2 business days. Sylvia did a great job. There was a lot of cleaning to do in this 3700 sq foot house and she got it done in a timely matter.

I am pleased to say they refunded the additional charge and wrote a me a personal e-mail of apology. I would love to update my review to 5 stars, unfortunately, there response to my my review included several misrepresentations. I am not interested in slinging mud over social media just sharing my experiences with the hopes that they are helpful to others. With that said, I will not go into further detail about the discrepancies in their post. In the end, I am happy with the discount and the job that was done. If you choose this company I am sure they will do a fantastic job just ask a ton of question on the front end so it does not get messy on the back end.

Amazing company! I called on a Monday for a Tuesday Move In/Move Out Clean since my renter was moving in on Wednesday, and they made time for me. The cleaning job was impeccable, my plumber even commented on how clean and nice the house looked. The cabinets looked new, the appliances gleamed, the floors were spotless. I've never seen a better cleaning job, and I don't write a lot of reviews but these people deserve it. You won't regret using them!

Have to update my review. I've been using Eco Mama for 2 years now and they are awesome. When I do have issues (which is rare), they do everything they can to make it right and keep you a satisfied customer! They get 5 stars in my book!!

Nikki was absolutely fantastic!

We had her come to the home I'm in the process of moving out of. It was definitely a challenge! She took that house from looking like an on fire garbage can to looking better than brand new!

I have never met someone as kind and as thorough as Nikki! She was super friendly and worked her butt off!

This company is literally a life savior! I needed to book a same day, super last minute job and they accepted it and did a brilliant service. Also, Nicole is super caring and communicative and she passed all the instructions to the cleaners.

I can't say enough great things about Opulence, the in-depth cleaning they did during our initial deep cleaning was nothing short of a miracle. With 2 small children, a dog, and a couple of cats our house had seen better days but Rebecca the owner and Claudia one of her Supervisors got our home the cleanest it's ever been - little touches like organizing our fridge art/magnets and rolling bathroom towels put their services over the top. A monthly cleaning service is a luxury item for us given our tight budget but the quality of the work they do makes their prices very reasonable- especially when considering the hours it saves my husband and I weekly. I guarantee you will not regret using Opulence!!!

Today we had a deep initial clean by team 5 and we are very pleased. To balance efficiency with quality is so appreciated. The two ladies were very focused and thorough. Reservations were easy, communication was responsive and price was wonderful. On all aspects, we are happy and will be repeat customers.

Fantastic service, I had Orozzco's clean a house we just closed on which was a mess. There were items like the tub I thought were stained beyond cleaning and figured I'd have to replace soon.  The home was so clean once they were done I was in awe.  They've definitely extended the life of the home. I absolutely recommend their service.

Jennifer did amazing job for Deep cleaning of my house. She is very dedicated, friendly and double checks once she cleans it.
