Excellent service.  Honest, knew how to quickly diagnose and repair the problem, very fair price with a nice discount if you mention Yelp when booking.  We would use them again without hesitation - highest recommendation.

I wish more companies worked like these guys!!! Tom, the owner, personally showed up to my house when a job we had quoted on the phone turned out a bit more complicated than anticipated. These guys are FAIR, honest, courteous, and great at what they do.. Hat tip to Kevin, the tech, for doing such a great job. Will be my go to electric company moving forward!

I discovered major electrical issues in my attic late last year. After consulting multiple people, it was clear my older house was in need of a complete rewire. I reached out to multiple electricians for help and estimates. I eventually chose Wiring Pros LLC because they gave me a clear quote, they were timely, and I really liked Lesly (the receptionist). My rewire project was a whole week long because of the complexity. My two electricians were Brad and Steven - both extremely kind, intelligent, and communicative. They were able to knock out the project pretty quickly and were always open to answering any questions I had for them throughout the week. My rewire is done and my family feels much safer thanks to Wiring Pros. As I told Lesly on the phone, I will be referring them to any and all of my family/friends in the Valley who have electrical concerns!

Contacted this company thru its website and spelled out in detail the kind of work I was looking for. A day later, I received an email confirming my message was received and someone would follow up immediately. I'm not sure what Immediately means. It has been over six days and not heard a peep from someone. Disappointed in its follow up.

These guys are solid. I had a light switch issue in two bedrooms and I couldn't fix them on my own. I figured it would be a long shot to get someone out in the next few days, but these guys were able to come out the next day. They came looking professional and clean with collared shirts. After they efficiently did the work (and fixed both switches) I asked if they could look at a few other electrical items which they did with no issue. I started to get nervous about the cost as their work was top notch and they fixed everything I had issues with quickly, but when I received the invoice it was for just one hour at the standard rate (they were at my house for a total of 45 minutes). I am pleased with their service and will be referring them to anyone and of course I will be using them again in the future.

We had an issue with an outlet in our laundry room, sometimes the dryer would work and sometimes it would not turn on. After a few weeks of this, we called Bolt to have a technician come out and look at the outlet. The day Sam came out, the dryer was of course working, and after twenty minutes he said everything looked okay and to call them back if it stopped working again.

A week later it went out again, and I called them back. They were able to squeeze a visit in same day, and when Daniel came out he was able to get to the root of the problem. Both technicians were extremely professional and explained everything to me in layman terms. They also both recommended replacing our panel, which we definitely need to do (it is from 1961), and when we do we will call Bolt. We are so pleased with our experience, and highly recommend this company!

Josh completed the update/installation of sockets (regular, GFCI, USB) and light switches at our property. He was quick and helped us get up to code as well. He even came back out to finish the GFCIs we needed to add on another day. His rate was the best and everything looked great. He was transparent and accommodating. Invoice and payment was a breeze as well. Highly recommend.

After having two other electricians flake on me over several weeks, I was thrilled that Alex was able to take a look at my job quickly. He set a time to come by and give me a quote. He showed up on time and suggested an option I hadn't thought of which actually saved me time and money (when's the last time you had someone do that?!?).

I received the quote and we scheduled the job. Alex was communicative throughout the process and got my list knocked out.

We hired Gary to enlarge a bathroom by moving a wall and then adding sliding barn doors, shelves, a closet and storage. He gave the lowest bid of the 4 companies we considered. He was fine with adding small jobs here and there, adding handles and locks, hanging a few items, putting together shelves and prepping a door that came with no holes so it was not ready to install which added some work he wasn't expecting. He charged less when we decided against certain doors. Everything looked professional and neatly installed. When the sliders wouldn't go smoothly, he was able to fix them. He took away not only large pieces (doors, wrap, wood...) that were part of his job but other large items that weren't part of his remodel. With other companies we have worked with, collecting money was the most important thing. Gary didn't make it the highest priority, in fact we were ready to write out the check before he had to ask. We are very pleased with our roomy bathroom now and will give good references for Gary and use him again whether we need a big or small job.

We called Dodge Electric on a weekend to schedule someone to come out to install a fan. I didn't think anyone would answer on a weekend but someone did & said they'd get back to us on Monday. First thing Monday morning I got a call to schedule.

Today Ed and Taylor came & installed a fan in our office quickly and were both very friendly! I appreciated the call to let me know they were on their way, too! This is the second time we've used Dodge Electric (& the second time Ed has been one of our technicians) and we will continue to recommend them and call them for projects in the future! We had a contractor connect two fans to a dimmer switch. Unfortunately, the fans then made a very loud humming noise so much so that our kids could not sleep, so we couldn't even use the fans! We contacted Fan Doctor who was able to diagnose the issue immediately and get out pretty quick to fix it. Reasonably priced, prompt, and very friendly! Our fans no longer hum and they even connected the fan lights to dimmer as well. Very happy!

So happy with the service from Arc Electrical! I had a minor electrical repair but Alex responded quickly and was able to fix it with ease. He had great attention to detail, was kind, courteous, personable and provided great recommendations. I had a pretty small project (just installing a 220v outlet in my garage) that was made even easier by the fact that I live close by.  Nonetheless, I had a very positive experience. They showed up on time and did a good job for a reasonable price.  Everyone dealt with was helpful and polite.

We were getting shocked from electricity when using our kitchen sink, weird problem. Coltech sent someone out the same day, it was not easy to figure out what the problem was but they did so within the hour! Very reasonable rates and pleased with their service. Brian, the service technician, took time to carefully explain what the issue was and some options we had moving forward. I'd definitely use them again.

Dave does quality work. Not only will I use him again (install a mini split A/C & a Tesla charger) I will recommend him to my friends & family. I needed my 16x20 shop wired with a sub panel. He showed up when he said he would and is very fast and efficient. This is what I had him do. Install sub-panel, 14 outlets, wiring for future equipment, and lights inside and outside. The price he quoted was the price I paid. No upcharges or surprises. He was very professional and pays attention to details.
