AC went out in my home, of course in July!  Called Semper Fi and immediately had an appointment with a service tech (Ashton, actually a manager) the same day.  He diagnosed what what wrong and went much more in depth than ANYONE else we have used in the past.   Had to replace the one unit and decided to do both.  Ashton took great care of us!  I will also add, the front office crew was great!  Everytime I called, they sounded like they liked their work.  Then the install came, and I was amazed at how awesome that crew was!  Joe, Jeff and Mo were beyond great.

About 2 weeks ago I had a problem with my rooftop air conditioning unit. I called Scottsdale Air and they send a technician out the following day. It was in the evening when I discovered the problem so there wasn't really an issue. The technicians Scott called me and let me know that he had arrived on scene and was going to go up on the roof and check out the problem. About 10 minutes later Scott told me that it was a circuit board and not the fan motor as I had thought. He said since I had an older unit he was going to make a call or to find the part go get it come back and fix it. About an hour later he called me and said everything was up and running and all good to go. Ive used Scottsdale Air before about seven years ago when they replaced both of the units on my elderly mother's house. Their price was lower than the other 3 beds I got. When they did that work I remember that everything that they did was designed to make our air conditioning system work a lot better. As a union plumber I recognize professionalism and pride and it's very prevalent in their workmanship. When my unit went on the fritz their name was the first one I thought of and I'm really glad I did. The units at my elderly mom's house have been working perfectly since the day that they were installed and since Scott fixed our unit it's been working perfectly. As a Tradesman myself I recognize professionalism and when Scott called to let me know the status of the job and how he was going to take care of it and that it was repaired was extremely impressive. When Mike had come out years ago to bid the two units that had to be replaced at my mom's house he was extremely personable and explained anything I didn't understand. I think Scottsdale Air is extremely easy to work with and very fair and their prices and I would recommend them to anyone.

Mr. Alejandro did a fantastic job installing our Mini split, he was very professional and communicated very well about the install and process! Would recommend him to anyone looking for professional install and great service!

I can't say enough about this company and the professionalism shown to me.  My a/c went out on the east side of the house and I have company coming next week and I was sure it was a goner.  To my relief these guys fixed the problem and I HAVE AIR ON THE EAST SIDE.  YEA.  

No kidding, I highly recommend this company and I intend to have them out if I ever need any air conditioning work done.  Tony was so professional and courteous and respectful.

I've used this company for my home, our business and have passed along their number to my in-laws and a few other people. They are always out quickly and honest about what you need and don't need. They responded fast and came to my house on the same day I requested service on a Saturday. They didn't charge me a trip charge or extra for a Saturday call and they did an excellent job. They send you photos of their work and allow you to pay via an app. Great service.

I contacted Francisco about a project with a family I was working with to get their AC fixed.
Francisco was fast, courteous and VERY Knowledgeable. Francisco will not price gouge you and tells you EXACTLY want needs to be fixed. I will recommend him to anyone in my family and friends circle.

These folks are the real deal. Diagnosed our problem promptly, replaced the fried circuit board, inspected our furnace and told us our 26 year old unit was solid and had a lot of life left. He didn't try to sell my wife extras or charge us for unneeded services. Rich called me prior to arrival to make sure it was OK to, ahem, actually be EARLY to his scheduled appointment. Spoke with Dan the owner.  Told him what my issue was, meaning that my A/C isn't working.  He advised me that he will send a technician out, time frame 7-10 PM.  His technician Chris came out at 6:37 PM, ahead of scheduled time, which is a big plus in 100 degree weather, and got the unit fixed in a matter of minutes.  Great company, fast service, and very reliable.  If you need an HONEST service, this is the place to choose.  Keep up the good work.

I had our unit go out over the weekend.  I contacted Steve and they got us on their schedule.  Iwas very happy with their service.  Ryan came out and diagnosed the issue of our downstairs A/C unit.  In fact, he checked both units for us.  Ryan pressure tested both units to verify each was functioning properly.  We addressed both issues and proceeded with the necessary repairs.  He explained everything to me in a detailed, yet understandable manner.  I truly feel he had my best interest in mind.  All in all we replaced 2 capacitors, added coolant to one of the systems and tuned up both units.  The monetary charge was definitely right in line with what I was expecting.  In fact, it cost less than I originally had expected.  I will likely get on an annual agreement with these guys to have them come out biannually to verify everything is in tip top shape.  Highly recommend to anybody looking for quality work at an affordable price!  Thanks Ryan and Steve!!

We called this morning at 6:45 and Michael answered and was at our house a little over an hour later. He was professional and very kind. He fixed the problem quickly with parts on hand. We will definitely be using this company in the future.

I called Jaycox because the furnace wasn't working in our casita. They sent a technician out within the hour. Jake immediately found the problem - a switch, which I wasn't even aware of, had inadvertently been turned off. He showed me where it was and left. When my AC stopped working I contacted Jorge Flores to evaluate the problem of my 20 year old system. Fearing the worst, I knew it wasn't going to be pretty. Jorge was very honest and thorough and after going over my options I decided to get a new unit. We couldn't be happier with our decision. We got an excellent new Train unit and couldn't be happier. We were extremely pleased with the service that was provided to us by Jorge Flores and his crew. Extremely knowledgeable and professional service is what you get when you contact Jorge. Jorge and his crew were on time and followed covid guidelines. We were very impressed at how quick Jorge and his technicians came and changed our our entire system. I believed that setup that ran on tv a couple years ago about finding honest ac repair company's,silly me.
A guy shows up on time a+,takes the corner panel off of my ac unit and quickly discovers a bulging capacitor,lucky you he says.
We begin discussing prices and he quotes me $750 for a capacitor and a hard start relay capacitor that he thinks is also bad...
I said there is no way I could afford that,so he says reluctantly they hate it when we do this and lovers the price to $650 total,lucky me right?
He installs the parts and nothing,the compressor is not kicking on,probably the best thing that could have happened at that point.
Quotes me $4000 for the compressor,$10000 for a complete 3ton system...takes his $100 service fee and leaves disappointed that he didn't get to rip off another customer today.
I then found both capacitor-$15 and booster-$30 on line,GE replacement with numbers matching for the capacitor.

Stay away from these crooks.

There are still good honest smaller company's out there,just don't panic and do your research.

I've been using Parker & Sons for my 2 homes for over 2 years for minor services such as HAVC maintenance and big projects such as totally new sewer lines.
Excellent service, pricing is fair and competitive and different from most companies the service team explains the suggested work, shows the item needing repair of replacement and shows you the parts pre and post-installation.
The service Reps are professional, friendly and careful to keep your home clean.
