Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in Arizona
Accurate Air really saved the day, or should I say night, by coming out late on Saturday to fix our broken AC unit! Anyone who's been a parent understands the panic after getting a toddler to bed only to realize the AC isn't working, we were really in a bind! Ethan at Accurate Air really came though for us and we greatly appreciate it!

Found a coupon for their 17.75 spring maintenance special. From start to finish, including making the appointment to Jesse coming to my house and explaining everything to me in detail was courteous and professional. Will definitely continue to use them.

We knew when we bought our house a couple of years ago that the HVAC unit (original to the house built in 1998) was on borrowed time. So, of course, the heater kicks the bucket on the one cold weekend we have here in Phoenix...and why not the same weekend as we have family in town from the polar-vortexed midwest?
Have no fear - Scottsdale Air is here! We called on Thursday afternoon and had a technician out (ON TIME) at 8:00 am the next day. Dave was professional, pleasant and HONEST about the most cost-effective way to move forward. We agreed it would be cheaper to just replace the whole thing and he had a sales rep at our house that afternoon. Russ Byrum (sales rep) is the most patient man on the planet. My husband and I are first time homebuyers and we had no idea what we were doing. Russ laid everything out for us and didn't try to oversell us beyond our budget. This dude is a ROCK STAR and will not steer you wrong.
By Tuesday, we had the AMAZING install team at our house (Please note: they were ready to come out on Saturday, but we couldn't make it work on our end before that because of work. Russ even offered to bring out space heaters to our home so we didn't freeze over the weekend).
Picture this: our HVAC system is half-outside/half-in-an-attic-crawl-space-in-a-garage that doesn't look like a human being should be able to fit in there. I don't know anything about this stuff and even I could tell you this task looked impossible. But for Jaime and Eulogio? No problem. They worked quickly, quietly and CLEANLY - wrapping the whole project in about seven hours. It was AMAZING. I cannot describe how much respect I have for these two guys. THANK YOU.
Bottom Line: while this is the first time I've had the opportunity to use this company's services, my uncle and parents have been using them for decades; now they've earned one more lifelong customer. If you're looking for reliable professionals with a great work ethic that install a great product (this Trane XR15 looks like a piece of art and performs like NASA built it), the Scottsdale Air team is who you need to call.

Love, love love this company. The entire process was easy and friendly. The system is working great and I'm confident that if and when I need them for service they will be there for me. I have already referred them to 2 other families and they have had the same positive experience. Highly recommend this company.

Buying a air-conditioner is very scary! I did my homework! I had eight air condition companies at my house. Interviewing, pricing and asking lots of questions. Preferred air , Daniel, was who I went with. Very happy with my decision! Showed up on time, took pictures of their work, list of everything they were going to do and back to check their work. They were recommended by a friend and I highly recommend them to my family and friends. Five stars from me!!

I highly recommend this company!!! John came to repair my upstairs A/C. I found John to be knowledgeable, professional and honest. I believe that he solved the problem efficiently and correctly. And he is a nice person.
I had just had a competitor out to fix my downstairs unit and they charged me way Too much for a very similar repair. I am so thankful for the YELP reviews that lead me to find this company.
Brenda was very helpful and my experience made me feel like my patronage was important and that I would be treated fairly.
Will definitely make sure to call this company for any service they provide.

BELL AIR IS BEYOND PHENOMENAL! Hands down, Mike and Asha are getting 10 STARS for there exemplary customer service!
I contacted my home warranty company by placing an online service request on a Saturday night at 8:30pm. I woke up early Sunday morning and was actually shocked to see that I already had a voicemail from Bell Air to schedule an appt. It was 113 degrees and a home warranty call. I had convinced myself that I'd be lucky if I heard from someone within 3 days, with how busy HVAC companies are during the summer months in AZ. I called back and to my surprise was told Mike would be out that afternoon between 2-5.
Mike called ahead of time to let me know that I would be his next stop and gave me an ETA according to GPS. I really appreciated that call, as I had 3 dogs to put in another room before he arrived. Mike was professional, knowledgable, personable and friendly. He diagnosed the problem, answered my questions and explained the next steps.
I've had to deal with companies that my home warranty company has sent out and they blatantly did not give 2 cares about anything except getting in and out. This was absolutely not the impression I had with Mike and I was so appreciative to be treated like a normal customer.
After getting the approval for repair the next day, Asha from Bell Air and I spoke a couple of times. She followed up to keep me informed on the status of the paperwork between the home warranty company and the company who had the part I needed. When Wednesday arrived and the company still hadn't received the order from home warranty, Asha called and apologized (not her fault at all). She suggested I call and advocate for myself, to see if I can get the order exedited so she could schedule my repair appointment and get my air working again. Done deal and taken care of! Impressed- Thank you so much Asha!
Within 24 hours, Mike was back out here installing my new compressor. Again, professional, friendly and maintaining a positive attitude while it's 110 degrees outside.
It's a very rare trait these days to find people that go the extra mile, that care about the customer and that go out of there way to help you. When you cross paths with a company with these values and these types of employees, you thank them. You tell people about them, and you do business with them again!
Thanks so much Mike, Asha & Bell Air. Look forward to sleeping comfortably tonight with my air working.
* Don't forget to tip your repair guys and offer them water or gatorade. They do not have an easy job in this weather. It's brutal out there!

Very unsatisfied with the information verbally told to me and what was documented on the receipt.
I've had Steve out , each time , about a week apart. Payments in the hundreds of dollars.
And now paying in the thousands for additional work overlooked at.

My daughter's AC started leaking and for 2 days, I was trying to find someone who is honest and knowledgeable. Finally, a family member told us about Michael, and we are so glad we called him. He was very knowledgeable, honest and kind. We can't thank him enough, and he is our guy from now on.
Thank you!
Thank you!

Ben is very responsive. My AC wasn't working and he fit me in with his other appointments. Within an hour he had the AC going.
I highly recommend.

I don't get to worked up when the A/C goes out... It's a mechanical piece of equipment that will go bad at some point. There is no use in fretting about it. But, when it does go bad you want someone who has a CLUE and is HONEST about the issue. We've only used them recently (after some dishonesty from another LARGE A/C contractor) and we are very happy with the work. I didn't get good news from Jaycox but I got an HONEST evaluation of the problem and what it would cost to fix it and when they would be back to complete the work. These folks are honest and act with integrity. Thanks Jaycox A/C!

I have to provide an update regarding Jorge's business. He continues to be extremely responsive, courteous and professional. Twice in recent months we have called him for minor issues and he treated those issues with the same priority as any other. He has refused payment when he did not feel he found or resolved a problem even though the peace of mind he provided was priceless - highly unusual for an A/C and heating contractor. If I ever think of calling another A/C company, please slap me.

GEORGE BRAZIL IN GOODYEAR (DRIVER EDDIE) DISHONEST AND UNCARING:
The driver came to do a free diagnostic on our a/c unit that stopped working the night before...it was now 102 outside. His written estimate was $376.08, he pressured me to call my husband at work and see if he could stay to do the repair. I told him I would discuss it with my husband later in the day and call the office if we decided to go with them. He proceeded to use scare tactics about the heat, saying I'd better not wait. I saw him to his wan.
The DETAILS of the VISIT:
He came in the house, checked the Honeywell programmable thermostat and I let him know that my mom who is 88 lives with us. He went out back to the a/c unit while I tended to my kids (6 and 8).
When he was leaving I asked him two questions, What caused the a/c to stop cooling? and Did you make any changes outside? Well, SPEAKING TO ME LIKE I WAS AN EIGHT YEAR OLD he used phrases like these things get tired and they just don't like the heat, then he admitted to shutting off the main, but not to disconnecting wires on the unit itself.
Our house was built May 2011, we moved in that July, so the unit is only 4 yrs. old and no one before Eddie had opened the unit this year.
It wasn't until Mike from MAH Air Conditioning (who performed the repair the next day) showed me a pair disconnected wires that I realized what Eddie did. I was so angry, I expected this guy to be professional and honest, he was neither. We'll never call George Brazil again.
Mike was only at our house maybe 10 minutes and I was able to stay outside while he did the repair of replacing the worn out compressor, no bigger than a kids cup. He was kind enough to show me the difference between a bulging worn out compressor from a flat new one.
My bill was $45.00 (deductible for our home warranty) and that's it...$45.00.
He was great... he even got a tip($) for being honest, respectful and true-blue. My recommendation for honest a/c repair is MAH Air Conditioning...ask for Mike!

Parker & Sons.... Nice looking cover on the book but the contents leave a lot to be desired. I should have checked their Yelp rating before I called them. Shame on me!
With a house full of Christmas company, my water heater took a dump. A local plumber that my neighbors have used was over committed and just could not squeeze me in. He recommended another local plumber and mentioned Parker and Sons. Left a message with the alternate local plumber who called my back at 8:30pm. He gave me a price and penciled me in if things fells through with Parker. I spoke to a person at Parker. I asked for a price but she could not give me one, only the plumber who is dispatched will be able to do that. I was scheduled for the first call and the plumber would be there at 8am. At 8:30am, I called to find out where they were. I was told they are on their way. 9:30am, I called again as to where the plumber is. I was told he would call when he is half hour out. That would mean after 10? Getting annoyed since my alternate local plumber had me for 11am if I needed him. Then out of the blue, no call, Parker plumber showed at 9:40am. He proceeded to give me a price which was $516 higher than my local guy for the same EXACT water heater, and that was with an Internet discount. Thanked him very much and called the local guy who showed at exactly 11am as promised and he was done, cleaned up and out by noon. Hot water by 1pm.
Unless you are totally up against the wall and don't mind paying through the nose, I would not recommend Parker and Sons. Also BEWARE of a contractor who won't give you a price, or even a ballpark price over the phone. I guess they figure once they have their foot in the door, they have the job.
