Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in Arizona

Our A/C unit stopped producing cold air in July, when we needed it most. David, our technician, didn't find any electrical/mechanical problems and freon levels were good.  He determined that a safety switch cut off power to the compressor motor due to excessive condensation levels. He blew out the condenser line and performed a 20 point inspection of our system at a nominal cost.  David did an excellent job of answering my questions.

Being an Army Vet I was concerned calling out a Marine to fix my AC.  Once I hid all of the crayons I felt it was ok to have Semper Fi come on out.  Joking of course, Marines are used to this kind BS from their Army brothers.  Trust me they have many Army jokes to come back with.  Ok, enough with funny stuff.  First, I called Semper Fi because you can count on a Marine, being on time, friendly (unless poked with a stick), fast and will tell you like it is!  Froy showed up and asked me a few questions.  He checked exactly what I asked and gave me repair options.  Froy was very professional, friendly and is an asset to Semper Fi.  I will always recommend them and use them in the future.  Thanks to Semper Fi for excellent service!

Came home to a HOT house on a Friday night, called S'dale AC at 9PM, spoke to the answering service. Scottsdale AC called back at 8:30AM Sat morning to say they would be here at 9AM, which they were. Hector said it was the capacitor, which was covered under my warranty, so I only had to pay for the weekend visit.  He did the job and I am now cool.

Mr. Alejandro did a fantastic job installing our Mini split, he was very professional and communicated very well about the install and process! Would recommend him to anyone looking for professional install and great service!

Called to schedule an annual check up and got an answer right away. Turns out it was the owner who answered and immediately got me on the schedule for a 2 day turn around. Tony was professional and informative about the check up.. will definitely be using him for future needs!

During the recent hard freeze, our heating system didn't seem to be working properly. We called this company and they were slammed because of the weather.  They promised to come out - and they did.  It was in the evening and well past their normal hours, but the owner showed up and took care of the issue.  He had the house warming up in no time.  Excellent customer service.

We recently had Preferred Air replace both of our HVAC systems.  From the time Daniel came to provide the initial quote, through the installation and follow up to ensure the system was functioning as we had expected, he was professional, courteous, and thorough.  Since we've lived in our home, we've had about 6 to 7 different companies come to work on the units at various times and none of them seemed to be too concerned that they were doing the job correctly.   Daniel and the team at Preferred check their work and double-check to ensure they have done the best installation possible.  Also, they cleaned up after themselves and checked with us to ensure we were satisfied with the cleanup!  Again, in our experience, that is a rare occurrence for any contractor.  All of these things have made us dedicated Preferred Air customers.  I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a replacement unit!

I had a problem with my ac and really didn't know who to call. Thank God for Yelp and the people who write reviews. So I called Murrieta air conditioning or AKA Severns Air conditioning, so Rich Severns answered the call. He was so nice, courteous and polite. They came in on time and explained what they are gonna do and he did it very swiftly. And the price was very, very resonable. Very professional! HVAC problems? Please call this guy and you will have a very honest and reasonable repairman. Excellent job! I will use their company again any time I will have another ac problem.

Called at 6pm on a Sunday and our air was fixed by 9:30!!!! Really impressed with their prompt and professional service.

Wow, they saved my ceiling before it collapsed again. Had my ceiling collapse last year when the drain for the A/C clogged. I had another A/C maintenance company advise me to install a cutoff valve for the drain to avoid this problem. You can imagine my surprise when I found water running down my wall and ceiling. My son advised me to call Steve and I did. I called 7:30 in the morning and they were there in less than 2 hours. They found the valve improperly installed and fixed that plus repaired the drain lines to function properly. I was back up and running in no time and their fee was very reasonable! Thanks to George Brazil my house passed the buyers inspection.  I have had their twice a year maintenance contract for over 10 years.  The inspector showed the buyer pictures of the two attic units and how well maintained they are.  Clean and with obvious repairs.  The inspector said it is the consistency of maintenance that makes the difference.  Thank you to all the George Brazil technicians who have made sure my two units run well and have kept them pristine.

With Parker & Sons comes peace of mind.  I had a horrible experience with another plumbing company and have been with Parker & Sons since (probably about 4 years now).  They also service our HVAC and electrical.  I have the family plan which is $30 a month but that includes 4 total visit each year (2 for HVAC, 1 for plumbing, & 1 for electrical) and a discount on additional services that I choose to purchase.  I've felt really comfortable with their technicians overall.  Several have been really fantastic.  I'm usually presented with some options for improvements and I can say yes or no without a lot of pressure.  Some things I agree to and others aren't that important to me and I decline.  I tend to ask a lot of questions and the technicians are patient with me and help explain the options/situation is as much detail as I ask for, so I never feel like I don't know why they are doing or suggesting what they are.  We also had our attic insulation replaced by them a few months ago, so we'll see next year and after this summer how much that has helped.  All in all, it's nice to have the house inspected several times per year and to know that things are running optimally.
