Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in Arizona

This company should be on your speed dial for air conditioning problems.  They are a family-run business, and treat the customer like family.  Tom's can-do attitude, and knowledge of the business are unsurpassed.  Following a really bad experience with two other companies, Tom and his crew have me up and running and better than new.  Chuck is an excellent team lead; Sean is the best installer I have ever met, and Frank is an asset to this Accurate team.  Shannon, in the office, is bubbly, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to talk with.  Honesty and integrity, combined with volumes of knowledge and professionalism are the characteristics of the members of this company.  They seem to take pride in seeing a job well done.  I can honestly say that I did not know my air conditioning system could be this great.  I highly recommend Accurate Air.

I can't say enough about this company and the professionalism shown to me.  My a/c went out on the east side of the house and I have company coming next week and I was sure it was a goner.  To my relief these guys fixed the problem and I HAVE AIR ON THE EAST SIDE.  YEA.

The girls who scheduled were very helpful in getting me a 1 hour window for the techs arrival.  They followed up the morning of to let me know the tech was on his way.  Patrick arrived and was very pleasant and easy to work with.  Diagnosed the issue very quickly, but took the time to do it right.  Also advised me on new appliances and what to look for, etc.  Overall great experience and would recommend Patrick and American Air anytime

Preferred Air installed a new HVAC system in my house, a Bosch high-efficiency heat pump. I am very happy with it, and would recommend Preferred Air without hesitation. Their service was very professional and at a competitive price.

I had several HVAC contractors give me proposals to replace my air conditioning system, a Carrier system that was almost 20 years old. Preferred Air was the one that made me most comfortable that their solution met my needs and my budget. Daniel Hernandez was an excellent project coordinator. He went through my attic in great detail and listened to what I wanted for energy efficiency and cost. He made some suggestions, like replacing some of the ductwork with larger diameter ducts, to improve the comfort and noise of my existing AC system. I did not feel like he was trying to sell me a package, but rather that he was trying to offer me solutions that worked for my needs. The attention to detail and willingness to listen to the customer (me) were aspects that set Preferred Air's service apart from others.

Daniel was able to schedule work within a few weeks, and his crew did a great job to install the Bosch system, with a minimal impact to my family. The new system is very quiet --- previously it was not easy for someone to hear what I was saying when the air conditioning was on, unless I spoke up loudly or stood nearby, because of the sound of the air flowing through the ducts. Now the AC is quiet. I am looking forward to see how much I will be saving in energy costs this summer!

Francisco was fast, courteous and VERY Knowledgeable. Francisco will not price gouge you and tells you EXACTLY want needs to be fixed. I will recommend him to anyone in my family and friends circle.

What NICE people, starting with Brenda, who scheduled my appointment.  Our AC fan stopped working and with a 15 year old AC unit, I KNEW most repair places would likely just tell me that the whole thing needed replacing.  After reading other Yelp reviews, gave Brenda a call - she scheduled Rich and Michael to come visit.  They arrived on time, and promptly set to work in the attic to determine the cause of the problem.  A burned out IC board.  Rich brought the board down and showed me, as well as the VERY dirty filter which was SUPPOSED to have been changed by the last people who serviced the unit last year.  He and Michael were very personable and very knowledgeable.  Rich said they'd have to get the part from the warehouse and they'd be back the next day to install that and a new filter.  And that they did, the board was the most expensive part of the repair - I thought their labor charge was very reasonable and I was so happy for the honesty of the transaction, not trying to sell me something I did not need.  We will most definitely call on Rich and Michael for our next furnace or AC needs!

We recently got a new AC unit, just in time for the heat to start. Our rep was Joe, who was friendly and knowledgeable about every question we had. The install was done by 2 very nice young men, Armando and Joey.  I know they had said it would take one day to do this, but I was still amazed at how quickly it was installed.  Then, Joe came back for the inspection, which got the thumbs up.  And, finally, Doug came to take care of the drywall, which was done within a few hours.  Overall, the process took a few weeks from signing the contract to the paint drying over the drywall.

Good place. My AC went out. It wasn't blowing any air but I could hear that it was still running. Called this place and they had someone out within 2 hours. The guy who came out was friendly. He went up to my unit, inspected and messed with it for about 20-30 mins and he advised us that the blower was out. It was $800 to replace (We weren't surprised as these fixes are not cheap). We paid him, and he came back in about 45 mins. Took another 30 mins to install and our unit was up and running all before dinner time. Nice, reliable, honest people.

I need to start off by saying that I called Michael at Desert Chill Air Conditioning at 6:00 pm on a Monday early evening.  My A/C unit for upstairs all of a sudden was blowing out warm air and was over 90 degrees upstairs. I couldn't be more impressed with how honest and straight forward Michael was and getting my A/C Unit up and running within 5 minutes!  He found the run capacitor to be bad, which was the best news for me as the customer. He had a new run capacitor on his truck, installed it, and what do you know, ice cold air upstairs again!  Total Cost of $65.  In the past several years, I have been given the run a round with many different A/C guys and companies.  I am so happy to finally find Michael at Desert Chill Air!  His honesty and ethics will never be forgotten in my books.  If you are looking for the run a round and many different diagnosis with these companies, call someone else.  If what you need is a quick and honest job, call Michael at Desert Chill Air Conditioning.  I am so happy I did and still can't stop smiling!

Shout out to Kate K. for finding Jorge! He had kept my sad 16 year old unit running for years. Once again it started acting up, but the Flores company had been sold to another provider. I was stood up by a local company and luckily, I dug deep enough to find that Jorge is still working! He is a seasoned professional. He broke the news to me gently, that it was finally time to replace my unit inside and out. Super competitive pricing. He explained everything to expect in advance. The day of the job, he and his crew were on time. They wore masks. They covered everything that may be damaged. Drama free, no nonsense service as always. Jorge goes above and beyond to deliver superior service and avoid future issues.

An amended review...  We purchased a new heat two weeks ago and we had to have a portion of the new heater repaired.  It was covered under warranty, but this should not have happened.

Parker and Sons doesn't keep very good records. I had a Reverse osmosis system put in last year and their technician destroyed my kitchen. The owner called me up due to the poor review that I left. He had two technicians show up and do a better job plus he also repaired all the damage that the first technician did. He also told me that I would have the first year cartridge replaced at no cost. In February Parker and Sons sent an technician out to replace the cartridge and he told me that it would be $170. I told him it was supposed to be a free instalment. He said that he didn't have any information that it was free. I then told him he could leave. I called Steve Parker and left a voice message and was waiting to hear back. I never received a call back and the technician showed up 25 minutes later and said that he could now install the cartridge. I told him that I was waiting for a call back from Steve which to this dad I never received a call back from him. I am currently looking for a new plumbing service that will treat their customers with some respect.
