Don't let the name fool ya because the guy came over and he was an inexperienced technician and then he left and I had the same problem and they just want to upsell you all this stuff. They think you need ! It was supposed to be a inspection of my unit. I think he's probably checked three things. It was what you call a half ass inspection. Never again!!!

Our AC went out ~7 PM in the middle of the hot Phoenix Summer and it was getting hot real fast inside the house. Tony, the owner, came out in LESS THAN 24 HOURS. He diagnosed the problem within about 10 seconds of opening up the unit and had me running again in less than an hour. He is certainly a rare find as you could tell that he wasn't just trying to sell me a brand new unit- it was just an easy fix and much cheaper than a new unit. I appreciate his help and I will certainly be calling him again next time anyone I know has an AC issue.

My thermostat went out and the home warranty company sent AAA.  Wow!  Ben the service tech was informative, prompt and courteous.  I would recommend them to assist with any air con issues!  That you AAA!!!

Great Company... I have to tell you....I am a hard sell. I am usually dissatisfied with most service companies these days. They always seem that their incentive is to make as much $$ as they can on one trip. The crew at Senor Mist is fantastic.  I mean that.  The techs know what they are doing because they have been doing it for years with the same company.  Honest with no BS !!  I love that!  I called Deb ( owner) after my last visit from them to say how impressed I was with her tech. We just had another tech stop by today to help my guys with an issue with one of our systems... so impressed once again. If you are getting a high pressure mist system, or need the one you already have serviced... without a doubt call Senor Mist. You can Thank me later .

This is the third time I've used these guys for 2 years.! they are the greatest,  the most efficient, the best of all. I have Daniel come out each time. Due to Covid, I have wanted to hug this guy, but he knows how he's helped us out. Being seniors that we are, they don't gouge you like other have tried to. They work with you. I fully recommend this company.

I contacted Francisco about a project with a family I was working with to get their AC fixed.

Im not used to the extreme heat since I live in California but when I came out to visit my sister in AZ  during the summer and the A/C broke, I was dying. Since my sister was at work when I informed her how hot it was she immediately called several places but they were not able to come in a timely manner. Then she called BELL LLC and they were able to come sooner than the rest. The service was awesome as the technician was able to explain what was wrong and how soon it was going to be fixed. Thank you Bell LLC for such an amazing rest of my stay with my sister in her cooled off house.

Absolutely the most amazingly positive experience with a repairman - EVER!  Hot SUNDAY morning and whamo the A/C is acting like a heater.  With the help of YELP I called three service places and then Steve answered his phone.  Within 90 minutes he was at my house and diagnosing my problem.  All the unit needed was a quick fix (replacement of the thermostat)!  Steve never had to go to the roof.  The only hustle with Steve is in how fast he gets things done.  He was polite, personable, honest, fair and charged the EXACT PRICE for a service call that he would have charged any other day of the week AND he didn't charge for any labor to install the thermostat.  Now I know a guy when it comes to needing A/C services.

My daughter's AC started leaking and for 2 days, I was trying to find someone who is honest and knowledgeable. Finally, a family member told us about Michael, and we are so glad we called him. He was very knowledgeable, honest and kind. We can't thank him enough, and he is our guy from now on.

We had our 23 year old unit replaced in March . From the sales to install was nothing but professional.  We had multiple estiments for the replacement and weren't comfortable with the what we were seeing from the other companies.
We had the energy audit and found out we were in good shape and they didn't try to sell us more service than we needed.  The installation was fast and well done and the installers were very knowledgeable and pleasent to have in our home.
After the install they sent out a crew to balance the ducts to get the same airflow in all the rooms as we have the old metal ducts. The system worked well but did not seem to get cool on the living room with this heat. Jaycox sent the balancing team back out at, at no cost, to rebalance the ducts. The system is working perfectly . They took care of all the paperwork for warranty and power company.

I would highly recommend them,and already have, to all my friends.

I was referred to jorge Flores from my aunt, his team came out a lot faster than I expected and they were able to get my new unit in pretty seamlessly despite coming into some supply issues. Pricing was a sizable amount better than the big box guys running around town and I feel like the service was more personable as well.

We contacted  George Brazil based on their impressive advertising and reputation. We just wanted annual maintenance on our AC unit. The appointment was 3 weeks out. I took the day off work to be available. On the day of the appointment they said they had to cancel due to a large number of emergency requests. That made sense but they were unable to reschedule my appointment. They said they would put me on their call back list but over a month later I have not heard from them.

Called the schedule having my newly installed Mini Split vacuumed and charged. Was told by your phone rep that will not be a problem so we scheduled the service call. They  said between 10 and 2pm the tech would be out. I get a call around 1:30 said the tech is on the way. Then get a call 60 mins later at 2:30 that states they need to cancel the service call as they dont work on Mini Splits. When I asked about speaking to a supervisor i was blindly transferred to someone's Voicemail. I didn't leave a message but call right back to the main number. Asked to speak to a supervisor. Spoke with Lynn who had a very nonchalant attitude about the situation. Basically explained that they need to coach their team members better as they dont provide this service. I explained to Lynn that this is porr customer service and tried to work out a tech still coming out. She refused. I will being telling all my friends and family about this situation. Poor Form Parker and Sons Poor form!
