Best Pest Control Services in Arizona

It was more good luck than good fortune finding these guys!  We've been using their services for over two years and have had nothing but great service from every one of the techs they've sent out.  Our latest tech, Tony, is incredibly thorough and truly cares about making sure everything is done right.  Since we've started using Urban Pest Control, we've not seen one live bug in our home nor in our yard (except for those that fly!).  Highly Recommend!

The long list of positive reviews are well-deserved. I called Insectek on Monday and had someone out to treat our yard for mosquitos on Wednesday. When making the initial call, the employee I spoke with encouraged me to check with our current scorpion treatment company to see if they might do the mosquito treatment as an add-on. It was refreshing and unexpected to have someone at one company suggest that I look into other options in an effort to save me money. Our scorpion treatment company does not do mosquito treatments, so I moved forward with Insectek. The tech who came to do the treatment, Enrique, was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Given the smaller size of our property, he went above and beyond to treat the gravel and concrete around our house. We will most likely be using Insectek for mosquito treatments in the future and may consider switching over to them for our scorpion treatments once our contract with the other company is up.

Great communication and customer service. Joshua was so great and explained all the services so well. He helped me choose the best service for us. I've had two questions and he always calls me back so fast!  Chris came to do our service and he was so professional and pleasant.  Thanks, guys! We are thrilled to have regular bugs control.

They even let me know what kinds of products they use to ease my mind about the cats - we have inside and outside cats so that is always a concern for me.

I had and appointment last Saturday with trueforce pest control nobody came,call nothing.they said they got my # wrong,they have my address.

I couldn't be any happier with my experience with Nick. He was very prompt and direct, which we appreciated, as we have never encountered bedbugs before and had no idea what to do about it.

He even came out a second time to spray after we continued getting a couple bites in one of the rooms, which was also super appreciated.

I'm glad I decided to check yelp before calling a different company.

I have been getting a yearly termite inspection from Bill's which I was told would be $100 per year and if I found termites, they would come back and treat them for nothing.  Yesterday, I had a termite inspection, and the technician charged me $100 which I paid for on my debit card. I asked for a receipt, but was told I would be emailed one.  When I didn't receive a receipt by the next day, I called and asked that they email me one.  They emailed me a receipt for $150 and then took an extra $50 out of my bank account.  You don't just raise the price after a purchase is made with no explanation and take the extra money out of your customer's bank account after it has been paid for.  What if I had paid by check?  No one told me the price had gone up to $150.  This is unacceptable and very shady.  By the way, the inspection lasted a whole 10 minutes or so.  He never moved or looked behind anything.  Bill's Termite & Pest Control has just lost a customer.

This Exterminating company is the best. They are so friendly and always willing to help. I just moved in a month ago and I don't think the previous owners did any pest service because they were everywhere. I called them to come back out 3 times to get everything under control and it was no extra charge. I've called them again for a Honey Bee problem, they are always prompt and courteous. They know we have young children and a new 10 week old puppy and they always use kid/pet friendly products.
I think the guy that services my property is Quincy? And he is very nice and knows his poison.

I started to see ants. and requested quotes on yelp and Green magic was quick to respond and the replies was within minutes. When Matt (I think his name was Matt) came to my residence he was supper chill, explained what he was gonna do. He did his job and left without bugging us at all. I would HIGHLY recommend Green Magic to anyone interested in pest control.

Great service! Only had one visit thus far but managed to do in one visit what another company with cute cars was unable to do in 9 months. From what I can determine from calling around, they're the only ones that include an in-wall pesticide and it worked great for me. Also doesn't require a contract which was a big plus. When I called for an estimate, the owner answered the phone and offered me a very good deal with no cancellation penalty.

Found Termite on my house for the first time and looking for a right contractor for the job. Jon came out to the house to give an estimate but he got mad and stormed off after I told him that I have to talk to other contractor to get more bid/understanding about the termite treatment before continue with the treatment. Very unprofessional and would not recommend

This is a company you never want to need, but I'm so thankful for them when we found one of these wretched bed bugs. They came out within an hour of my call. Sean throughly inspected our home and answered our many questions. He was reassuring even though I was pretty upset. He treated our house the next day and we are bug free! I can't say enough how much I appreciate them!

The company did a good job of getting out large weeds and stray grass that the regular gardener said was too difficult.  Not for this company &   their price was reasonable.

It is not very often (for me) to be treated with world-class customer service. Yet, here you are killing it!

Alex is great! We had a really difficult time getting rid of a rat after he ate through a couple appliances. Even with the help of pest control, it was a challenge. But Alex never gave up. He made me feel hope that we would figure it out. He knows his stuff! He is very responsive, great at communication and always on time. I'd highly recommend this company!

This company does door to door sales. As a general rule of thumb, we don't hire anyone who has to knock on doors for business. Unfortunately, this company ignored posted signs in our neighborhood and chose to still solicit. The salesperson was not as aggressive as some companies, but we still do not appreciate strangers knocking on our door.

If you have a scorpion problem (or any other bug from their long list for that matter) these guys are the BEST. They quoted me their regular pricing over the phone AND showed up same day within a couple of hours. Super professional, super informative, absolutely no legwork for the customer. When they say the 100% guarantee their work they MEAN IT. If you see the problem bug after 10 days of the scheduled spray, they come back and spray again for free. I'm so glad I contacted these guys. We're sticking with them for a long time with service like that.

Technician Danny was friendly helpful and very respectful. He also did the job right. Danny came  and inspected my house first and was also really informative. I would recommend this company for the great work and price they have!!
