We had a backup coming up in our master shower. Come to find out at least two feet of our sewer pipe was corroded and had roots in it. It only took 2 days from the time they scoped it and found the problem to the time they came out and fixed it for us. They have also been great help with our insurance and getting that sorted out. They were fast and efficient and very good at communicating.

I called Diamondback plumbing today to replace a water heater.  I called them around 9am and since this wasn't an emergency I said the next available plumber would be great.  Around noon I received a call that the plumber was on his way. By the time he showed up I had already emptied the water heater and cleared space for him to work.  I asked if I should run to home depot and purchase the replacement water heater or if he was going to sell me one.  In the end I went to home depot and picked up a water heater and the other parts he recommended.  2 x 18in copper flex lines and a water heater pan.  When I return the old water heater is removed and he has installed some steel flex lines instead of the copper ones I bought.  We roll the water heater in and he gets everything installed.

The only things that bothered me was the fact that he kept the copper flex lines in lieu of charging me for the steel ones he found in his truck and that he parked in my driveway and left an oil spot.

Other than that I'm happy with the response time and how quickly things were fixed.

I called Hansen to fix an unrelated plumber's poor toilet installation, which was leaking, wax rings not installed right, and not leveled. Despite my embarrassment of asking them to fix someone else's poor workmanship, they assured me it happens and never once made me feel bad for calling them for help.

Robert arrived on time with a smile, and given the current COVID situation and concerns, properly wore a mask through the entire visit. That really put us at ease considering we have a high-risk household. Robert was not only friendly at the end of a long day, but easy to work with and clearly skilled and knowledgeable. He explained everything he did, why he did it, and happily answered all of my questions. I was particularly impressed with the respect and attention to detail - not putting tools directly on the tile floor or countertops, making sure the work area was clean, and overall doing a high-quality, nice looking job in a short amount of time. Yes - it was a basic toilet install, but the caulking was clean and smooth, and the toilet was properly leveled with shims which are undetectable. If their attention to detail is this high on a toilet install, imagine what it's like on a larger job. The work, character, integrity, and overall demeanor gave me all the confidence that Hansen Family Plumbing will continue to be our go-to plumbing company. This is our second job with them, and the consistent high-quality results coupled with their unmatched responsiveness and respect for their customers will keep us coming back. Thank you.

We had several experts out to find the source of random, intermittent sewer odors in the house, even going so far as to do a sewer line video and smoke test.  The experts were never able to get to the bottom of it, and the smells persisted.  After tons of research, I called Lawson Family Plumbing.  They did what the other experts did, but better.  They found three or four major issues nobody else found.  The house is now free of the sewer smells.  Tim knows how to do a thorough smoke test, which others cut corners on.  I hope we never have another issue like this again, but if we do, I will not hesitate to call Lawson Family Plumbing again.

Chris was very responsive, texted when he was on his way, and came within the 3 hr timeframe that was given. After explaining about the leak from the unit above and talking with the owners, he said it wasn't a plumbing issue and it was determined it was the owner's washing machine that caused the leak.  So even though Chris didn't end up doing any plumbing work for me, I was very happy with the customer service and will call him again for future plumbing issues.

Awesome service! Jesus came out to take a look at our toilet that just needed a few minor adjustments after an attempt to repair it ourselves. He was friendly, fast, and honest! The price was extremely inexpensive. I will definitely call again if needed! Thanks guys :)

They deliver good service. I have an old toilet that was prone to having constant running water issues. Previous plumbers were not able to fix it, but this place was. Since my toilet is old and has constant issues as they are, Lawson Plumbing came out a few times and they were the ones who finally could fix it. No issues since then, and my toilet has been working well. They also came to fix my sink and clogging issues as well too. No problems ever since then either. They are on the pricier price range, but they do deliver the work!

No he did not spend 1 hr 48 mins ... it took him maybe 30 mins unless you are charging me for his time to go to Home Depot to get the part???

Mike showed up on time, after a courtesy phone call as requested. He was personable, knowledgeable, honest about my repairs, and fast-working. Hopefully it won't be needed anytime soon, but would certainly use Elite Rooter again!

Dave within a couple days and was able to rebuild our custom copper fixture that needed replaced to do a slow leak! Really nice and accommodating as well!

Mike is amazing! He helped us out of a bind big time! From the time I called to the on-time arrival was less than two hours. He had our problem fixed quickly and his rate was very fair and reasonable. Plus, he is a neighbor so this couldn't be any better for plumbing work.

I cannot say enough thing about this company!!!  I couldn't shut off the water to my house and the valve wasn't working. I found this local company and they came out very quickly, had great communication, professional work and charged me a fair price. He also answered all my questions and was very honest. I feel like he went above and beyond and walked me through the whole thing. I will be using him for all my plumbing needs.

I needed a plumber...stat. The water line to my misting system burst and the company that installed it did not put a cutoff valve on it. I had to turn the water off at the main...no water to the house. I called Near Me Plumbing and was told they could have someone here at 10 AM. The tech showed up exactly on time and assessed the problem. He spliced the line where the pipe had burst. He thought the pipe may have burst due to vibration from the misting system compressor and the fact the pipe was against a block wall so he wrapped it in a rubberized leak sealing tape to prevent it from happening again (hopefully)...BUT he also installed a cutoff valve in case it did. The repair was quick, the work area was left clean and the tech was very professional and friendly. Near Me Plumbing will be my first call for all plumbing needs in the future.

James was fantastic! Our garbage disposal wasn't working. He had it reset and unclogged in a jiffy and it was free of charge! I was so surprised. James was polite and informative. I will definitely be using this company for my future plumbing needs. Highly recommend. :)

Had a water pressure issue and thought it would be an easy fix and sent out a quote request on Yelp. Option One offered to come out to do a quote. When the tech, Devin, came out he discovered it was a bigger issue than we thought that was costing more than we planned for. After getting a few quotes, Option One was the cheapest and quickest. Devin came out twice within 24 hours to do the initial assessment to offer a quote and then later to fix the problem. Definitely great service all around.

I would definitely recommend Hays to someone with heating or cooling issues.  Mike came out right away and fixed the a/c unit and explained exactly what the problem was.  We are in a condominium unit where the units are not easy to get to.  Mike had a 32 foot ladder which he used to climb up on the roof and take care of things.  We will certainly recommend Hays Cooling & Heating to our friends!

The guys at King AC and Plumbing are the best. They saved me thousands of dollars. I first had my AC unit looked at by one of the big AC companies here in the valley because it was vibrating very badly. I wont name names, but let's just say the original owner's last name is the same as a large South American country where the World Cup is taking place right now. After the big guy's service tech failed attempts to convince me that I needed a brand new unit ($5,000), he told me that the blower motor needed to be replaced and would cost $1,300 with some sort of VIP package. A few days later I saw Brendon with King AC in my neighborhood working on my neighbors unit. It was already pretty late in the evening, but after a quick conversation with Brendon, he gladly climbed on to my roof to take a look at my unit. He came down and said there was an issue with the blower motor but it would be nowhere near the $1,300 I was originally quoted. He also informed me that the other guy that came out never even opened a single panel on my unit to come up with his expert diagnosis. The next day I received a call from the owner Terry who told me that the motor was a specialty order part and was quite expensive, but again nowhere near the original amount I was quoted. He also informed me that most likely the motor didn't need to be replaced, but the squirrel cage probably just needed to be cleaned out so it could spin properly. With Terry's advice in hand, I spent a couple of hours that weekend cleaning out the very dirty squirrel cage which was super easy to do and cost me $5 worth of cleaning solution. After I put a couple of panels back on and started up my unit again, the heavy vibration had completely disappeared. Today I had Brendon come out to take a second look over my work and make sure everything else was tip-top. He informed me that my unit needed a couple pounds of Freon and everything else with my dinosaur of a AC unit looked great. Now my unit blows colder than ever and stays on half the time that it used to, which is going to save me a small fortune on my electric bill. I have nothing but compliments for this company and their employees. All around knowledgeable and honest guys. I will never call another company for any of my AC or plumbing needs. I know with King I will receive an truthful recommendation at a good price. No scare tactics, up-selling, or commission based sales. The world needs more genuine people out there who work to help others and not take advantage of them. Thanks King AC!
