I was very happy with the work that Pedro and his team did to the interior of my home.  Very professional, clean and nice.  The best part is that it only took  2 days to paint my home!  The price was reasonable too! :)

I agree with the other reviews.  We have a family member that's a painter in another state who told us about what to expect on the bid.  Bob was WAY under what we expected.  He and his crew did a great job, and went back after the new carpet was installed to double check that the baseboard paint hadn't been dinged up by the carpet installers!  I would highly recommend this painter, with no reservations.

Alex and his brother did an outstanding job for a very fair price and quickly. He carefully masked and taped everything before he began. We are very pleased with the finished job.

They painted the outside of our house, an interior atrium and the inside of our wall around the yard. They rebuilt our gate and front fence. They constantly checked with us for anything we were concerned about. The onsite supervisor, Jeff, was more particular about details than I am and I lean toward perfectionism.

We are more than happy with their work and the results. I would recommend them highly.

Top notch service from start to finish! Chris is excellent at communicating with his team and they were all very polite, friendly, and respectful. We had our open kitchen/dining/sitting area ceiling and walls repainted. He kept things covered and clean which I especially appreciate since the floors and cabinet paint are new. They were on time and finished the job when they said they would. Major plus! It is clean and fresh looking and Chris went above and beyond giving a military discount, a competitive offer, and painted the window sills for free which was not in the original estimate. Highly recommend Frogstar Faux Finishing!   Annie is fabulous!  She listened very carefully to what I wanted and the look I was hoping to get on my large entryway columns.  Since I was not 100% sure she offered to do samples of a few looks so that we could discuss and I could make a decision.  I could not be happier with the finished product!   She and her assistant were excellent and made my columns look exactly like the marble ones you see in Italy.  LOVE THEM!  They are extremely talented artists.
Also, they have terrific, friendly, positive personalities so they are a joy to have around.  A plus was that each day they cleaned up the area and they love dogs so I did not have to worry about putting up my dog each day.

The owner Justin was very polite and very professional about his work! They did an amazing job repairing our drywall and painting our new home! We will be getting our exterior painted shortly by them as we are very pleased with the interior work completed!

Called to get an estimate and set up sn appointment.  Got a call from Terry 20 minutes before my scheduled time saying something came up, we need to reschedule.  Waste of my time! I will not be using them. I can imagine how the job would go. Very disappointing.  Was referred by another customer in the Cave Creek store, but obviously this one isn't ran the same.

I am very happy and impressed with the work done by Trylogy! They were very responsive, very friendly, very prompt and professional and did EXCELLENT work in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend them!

Mike and his crew did a fantastic job. My husband is one that is not easily impressed but Mike was top notch to work with from start to finish always picking up his phone when we had questions.  His crew showed up everyday on time and did a fantastic job.

I did not have a good experience with Ralph and Red Rock Painting. I truly believe in supporting small business, however, if that business doesn't deliver or follow through then that's when feedback needs to be provided as in this case.

I submitted a request for a quote via YELP this past Sunday. I received and email from Ralph requesting more information. I contact him by phone on Monday morning and gave detail of what I needed a quote for - interior painting on a commercial office space (including a wall with stripping) and exterior paint on a larger commercial structure. Ralph said he  could come Wednesday but had a doctors appointment and would come in the afternoon.

I called this morning (Wednesday) to confirm the appointment and try to get more definitive time. I also shared with him that I couldn't be onsite but that he would meet directly with my client whom I doing the project for. He again stated he had a doctors appointment and another quote.  I told him I would text him the contact of my client and asked that he come closer to 2pm. He agreed and told me he would call me when he was on his way. I text the requested information to him.

At 1:45pm my client got a phone call stating that Ralph was onsite. He did not call either of us to say he was en route. My client headed to the location and arrived in less than 5 minutes. Only to find that Ralph expressed that he was not going to sit around and wait on someone, left his business card and left.  

Upon hearing this I called Ralph and asked what happened. He claimed he had been waiting for 15 minutes (which is untrue) nor did he ever reach out to either myself or my client to let us know he was on his way or waiting. He offered no apology, nor did he even attempt to offer to make things right.

Definitely not an example of customer service or B2B relationship building. And for him a loss of what could have been multiple projects.
