Best Painters in Arizona

We desperately needed to paint the inside of our house; it had been over 10 years since the last time we did so. We decided to Shop around. We called J&M Painting and we are so happy we did.  They responded right away, in fact, they came out the same day to give us an estimate. Jeff came in, looked around and said he will have a quote in a few hours. He stood by his word and within an few hours we had a quote. The painters showed up at the exact time we were told. They were so professional. Clean, tidy and answered all our questions that we had. The work was done in the timeframe given to us. The painting turned out better than we could have hoped for. We were so impressed by J&M that we will definitely be referring them to everyone.

Juan and Angel did such an awesome job with interior painting at our new house! They were extremely easy to work with from scheduling an estimate appointment to performing the actual job. They answered all of my multiple questions and provided valuable advice from start to finish. Best of all they were quick! We thought it would take a couple days but they were done in 1 day and everything looked amazing. I appreciated the calls to check in afterwards to make sure we were completely satisfied....which we were....but I definitely know if we had any issues they would remedy anything. Refreshing to work with a genuine and honest company Overall it was great experience and we look forward to working with Rising Phoenix again for future painting jobs!

Just had my 3500 sq ft home painted (ceilings and trim etc). On top of an amazing job, the price was fair (lower than other quotes) and work was fantastic. Workers were on time daily, very kind and reliable. Would use again!!

Dang theey were good unfortunately, it took as long as it did,  to say the least they had a job on their hands, but they did a great job 8 + hours worth every penny. On time took 5 people but at least now I can really say I can move in thanks all of you I appreciate it and if I need something I'll call again

Based on the good reviews here I expected a professional company and while the work was adequate there are a few issues on the business end of things that dropped my rating to 2 stars:

1.  Changing the price after the quote was accepted.
2.  Very pushy and borderline harassing payment requests.
3.  Accounting errors.
4.  Online payment problems.

After I submitted a request for a quote Jack got back to me very quickly and provided a bid.  It was a reasonable quote so I decided to move forward.  He said they had availability for the following week (which was a big plus), and it would be 25% to lock in the day, 25% deposit, and then the final 50% upon completion.

Jack told me that they would accept Zelle (also known as QuickPay/SurePay, depending on who you bank with), or personal check, or credit (which would involve a surcharge.)  I replied that Zelle would work for me and promptly set up a payment for the first 25%.  I had to do this in two installments however, since my bank caps the amount for transactions to Zelle recipients without established payment history.  Jack gave me a bit of a hard time about this which should not have been an issue on their end - at this point no work had yet been performed.

Here is where we had the first issue.  It took a few more back and forth text messages with Jack to get payment details worked out.  Apparently the owner, Joe, did not have his phone number registered in the Zelle system (only email), so the payments were not being automatically deposited.  I remained patient as we sorted through the payment issues.

After this was all sorted out, Jack gave me a call and told me that he had made an error in calculating how much paint would be required due to the finish on my house, and would I mind very much in splitting the difference.  This kind of put me on the spot.  I didn't want them to try to stretch the paint too thin in order to keep costs down.  And based on our previous payment SNAFU above, I also worried about getting my 25% back promptly if I didn't agree to the adjustment.  In hindsight, I probably should have cancelled the job here.  No honest business should call their customer back and ask them to revise the quote based on an error on their part, especially after the customer has paid the good faith deposit.  You eat the extra cost, end of story.

After the work was done, Jack was back on the phone with me to collect the remaining 50% (plus the extra paint add-on).  He incorrectly provided me with a balance that did not include credit for all payments that had been made and accepted.  After correcting him, once again I promptly set up payment.  Once again as well I received multiple follow up texts and phone calls from both Jack and Joe asking me to check things on my end.  Again, I felt this was pretty unprofessional.  Make sure you have things set up on your end before you harass your customer.  

Joe,  your business needs to get up to speed on modern payment methods.  If online banking is too complex for you then get a bookkeeper who can handle it or insist on paper checks (and accept the loss of business that entails).  Your customers have busy lives and they are paying your company for a seamless experience.

They apparently don't need the business,  Scott initially missed appointment, then shows up late. Requested a quote, unresponsive, does not return phone calls

No quote given,  would not recommend Family best Painting. Lots of Painting companies you could do better. Dan

I messaged a couple of painters for a quote and Alex was the first responsive company that I found.
My twins happened to be sleeping when they arrived to paint my 5-year-olds room, they were very quiet and respectful.
They finished her room fast, and did a beautiful job!
My little girl was so happy when she got home from school to see her new room.

Crash Of Rhinos is by far one of the most professional companies I have had the pleasure to work with . From the first phone call , they were extremely courteous and knowledgeable . They sent a proposal  with every detail  of what the job would entail . Nothing was left out . From the four paint colors on different areas to exactly what was to be done . One amazing point that was different from any other contractor was no down payment . Not even a percentage for paint and supplies . Pay when the job is finished. When Christian and crew arrived , they were meticulous in prep work . They sent pictures and a progress report every day . They were so polite in every conversation we had. They completely covered the pool and cool deck to prevent overspray .When they finished , everything that was moved was exactly back in it's place. Best of all , the house looks amazing !!! You can not possibly go wrong with Crash Of Rhinos for your painting needs .

UPDATE: I recently had AZ west Painting paint the interior of my home in January. They where fast and did a great job! Highly recommend. Pricing is accurate too.

I had this whole Indiana Jones weathered adventure map look I wanted for the bedroom but didn't know how to execute it. Annie helped me with examples and suggestions until I found exactly what I was looking for! It's a GREAT canvas to hang adventurey artifacts on. 10/10 would have paint rooms again

I hired Rob to paint an accent wall and he did such an amazing job! The wall literally looks like a paint job out of a magazine! I will most definitely be inquiring about other projects in the near future!!!

Great painting company! Definitely would recommend to anyone who likes fast, efficient, reliable and affordable painting and drywall services! The owner Justin was very polite and very professional about his work! They did an amazing job repairing our drywall and painting our new home! We will be getting our exterior painted shortly by them as we are very pleased with the interior work completed!

I called around and got several estimates for painting my 10 year old home. Got several over $3000, some under $2000, Terry at CertaPro came in the middle. He invited me to go buy a few other houses he was painting in my neighborhood. The quality looked great and the neighbors had nothing but great things to say about the work done.

When Terry came out he gave me a great price and listened to my concerns and made sure he addressed each one. His crew, Carlos and his son, not only went above and beyond, but they made great suggestions. Top quality work, would definitely recommend them.

I am very happy and impressed with the work done by Trylogy! They were very responsive, very friendly, very prompt and professional and did EXCELLENT work in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend them!

Mike and his team were fast, efficient, reliable, and did quality work. We had a tight timeline and they did a great job being flexible and completing the job in a timely manner and with a great result. Mike also referred us to his designer to help choose colors which helped a lot. His pricing is competitive as well. They did our entire house- walls,trim, cabinets, bannister, and it breathed new life into our home. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

This is the 3rd home I have had Ralph and his team at Red Rock Painting work on. He is always reachable, very honest, on time, and provides a fantastic product. His team is amazing. On this project I was personally painting a bedroom and one of his crew told me paining the ceiling by hand would take me to much time so he stopped what he was doing and quickly sprayed the ceiling for me!  I have had Red Rock do both exterior and interior work and will use them again. Have them lined up to paint both the exterior of my mother-in-laws house and my house upon construction completion. Do not hesitate to contact this company. Great work, super prices, very professional.
