Best Painters in Arizona

They did great work, friendly people, slightly slow communication but that's due to being busy and quality of work. Put great detail into it. Had a question/minor issue and the owner called me to clarify. That's the definition of professionalism. Issues arise and they nip it in the butt right away. Would I use them again yes!

We obtained 3 bids to paint the new stucco on a room addition and expanded patio and to clean, fill cracks and paint our existing house in Scottsdale, as well as to stain wood trim inside and out.  The three bids were very close in price, but Rising Phoenix was the lowest.  However, it wasn't the quoted price that impressed us the most; it was the professionalism of Juan and his crew.  During our first meeting, Juan listened closely to what we wanted, asked questions, and explained the process and materials they would use to do the job.  He and his crew arrived when they said they would, were meticulous in preparing the site, and were efficient in getting the work done.  When the stain came out much darker than expected on the test area of the outside trim wood, they immediately consulted with us and found a different stain that worked.  When the work was completed, Juan came out to do a walk-around with us to inspect the work, which was excellent.  The site was clean (no drips, spills, or splashes on hardscape or plants) and the stained and painted finishes looked beautiful.  A contractor remarked a few days later that the painting was most professional because of how well it preserved the stucco texture.  We think it looks almost like velvet!  We will certainly call on Rising Phoenix for staining and painting in the future.

Got 3 estimates to have my kitchen cabinets painted/ I chose this company.  Robo Painting did a Great job / they came & took all the doors down & took them to their business to paint/ came back 4 days later & painted the cabinets & then put the doors back on.  I only have 1 complaint but there is nothing that can be done about it / the whole house stunk from the paint & lacquer, fumes/ I highly recommend Robo paint. The job was done in a timely manner/ started at 9:30 & done by 3 pm

Alex and his team spent the last two days painting several interior rooms at our home.  The entire process was seamless and they did an amazing job!  We highly recommend hiring Alex's Painting Services!

I made a last minute appointment for Alex to swing by and give us an estimate.  He was friendly, professional and reasonably priced. A few days later I booked the job online with his wife Patricia who runs their office.  Patricia was great to work with and assisted me in getting an updated estimate when I decided to include a few doors not in the original estimate.  We choose paint colors and using his professional expertise Alex guided us in obtaining appropriate sheens.  On the day our job was scheduled Alex and his team arrived promptly at our home with high quality Dunn Edwards paint and all of the equipment needed.  (He allows the customer to choose which paint company he uses for each job.) The team worked quickly and efficiently applying at least two coats to each area.  They may have done more than two coats, but I felt completely comfortable with them in my home so I stayed out of the way as they worked in other rooms.  The team was kind and quite gracious about my somewhat barky dog.  They were clean with the paint and supplies, tidying up well at the end of the first day. On day two Alex worked alone completing most of the smaller details like baseboards and doors.  He even put fresh paint on a couple of hallway doors that were not included in the estimate.  He takes such pride in his work that he wanted the hallway to look perfect!  Alex was accurate in the time that he estimated for our job.  Upon completion he cleaned up with care, moved furniture back as we discussed, and left the remaining paint for us to use when touch ups are needed in the future.  

We plan to have Alex come back in the next year or so and paint the exterior of our home.  Actually, we are glad to have found our painter for all future projects!

They did a great job on the whole house and was completed in less then a day!! 4 guys started by 7:30 am. Completed by 3 pm   Would have these guys out again

Unlike some of the other reviews, I can only complement Bob's crew for getting the entire  interior (ceilings, walls, doors, baseboards)  of my recently purchased 2700 sq. foot house painted before the moving van arrived.  Bob had his crew completed the job in 2 days working on a Saturday and Sunday. Carlos and Andrew did the final touch up and clean up to my satisfaction. They all did excellent work .  We are very pleased.  The price was consistent with other quotes, but no one could get the job done in the time frame we needed.  When I need the exterior of my house painted, I will call Bob again.

After reading the 5-STAR reviews on Yelp, I called Alexander Juárez Painting for a quote to paint the exterior of my home. Alex gave me a bid that was reasonable and within my price range. The work included power washing, patching, filling in small cracks due to weather exposure, and painting. Alex and his crew did a great job of taping and protecting doors and windows. The painting was beautiful. My home looked better than when I first bought it. I highly recommend Alexander Juárez Painting for your painting needs. They do exceptional work.

Long overdue update:
Not too long after work completed I found some areas on my home that were missed and that I didn't see on the initial final inspection. The house needed some stucco repair and paint touch up on a few areas. When I first called it felt like they were trying to brush off my concerns about the stucco and avoid a trip out. The scheduling also required about a month to have the work completed.

The workers were amazing and were a pleasure to deal with both times they were on the property. Overall, still a great company but wish the follow up could have gone a bit smoother. Only giving four stars at this point.

Alexander and his team are real professionals! From our first interaction to the finished product, we have been impressed. This company has pride in their work and from the moment you meet Alexander, you realize you have a company that will work hard for you. Working with Alexander was a breeze. First, out of four companies, he was the only only to quote on the spot, ask a lot of questions around color combos and areas that he seen needing repairs. He also was the only one who would repair faschia and reframing, without having to subcontract multiple companies. For perspective, four companies, received three quotes back (one didn't even bother sending one) and the two others took 3-5 days to recieve back. Alexander's company was not the cheapest, but only by a little bit, however, we knew based on our interactions that we wanted his company. 

Fast forward to the job, they showed up on time, were very respectful of the noise and completed the job within three days. We did four colors and painted the interior back wall, a grill instert and a pool equipment wall and WOW it's amazing.

I highly recommend Alexander and his company. This by far was one of the best home contractors that we've worked with.

Very happy with my job...Ask for Walfred (onsite painter and supervisor of the crew)...he was amazing!!! Their tema had to work in some pretty rough conditions...had to work around the tile guys who were running 2 days over...Travis (the Salesman) did not charge me extra for anything...he completely understood and worked with me...they even worked with me when I changed the paint color literally when they were putting it on the walls!!!
I read some reviews over the last few months that were negative...sorry for them, these guys rock.

Just recently bought a new house. New construction out in Buckeye. Chris and his team did an excellent job with all the interior painting on this house. The house was empty because we hadn't moved in yet (gave him the keys the day after we closed), and they still prepped and taped off every single piece of baseboard and flooring they could, professionally and cleanly to give the best result. Chris was very helpful with the paint and helped us find the right color. One of the colors we chose for two of the bathrooms came out too light for our liking, he put the paint away, took it to the store, added some darker pigment into it, and came back to see if we liked it, and we did. The new color is very nice and compliments our interior nicely.

My wife is very happy with the work, and very happy with the communication and service. Lets face it, at the end of the day, that's what matters. Thank you Chris for a wonderful product!! We couldn't be happier, and we will be sure to pass out the cards you gave us to everyone looking for a painter!

I cannot say enough good things about Annie and Frogstar Faux Finishing!  

I have been wanting to do a faux wood finish on my garage door for an eternity!!  I had some structural water damage to a window ledge in the front of my house and needed to hire a carpenter to repair and rebuild.     Because my house had not been painted in 5+ years, I decided to paint the entire house instead of just the new ledge.

When I met with the painter, I asked him if he did faux painting and he didn't.  He quoted me less that I had budgeted for, so I asked him not to paint the garage door and started doing my research to find someone to do the paint treatment and PRAYED it was within my budget.

I came across Frogstar Faux Finishing and emailed Annie to get a quote.  She was very responsive and gave me the basic information I needed to set up an appointment time.

She arrived on time to meet with me and we talked about what I was looking for and she gave me some suggestions and the estimate which was exactly the number I had had in mind.

I emailed her some photos of what I was hoping for and answered some of the questions she had for me and we booked the date.

Prior to the date, she stopped by with some samples which both were exactly what I had asked for..  one a few shades lighter than the other.  

The first day was prepping and priming and the second day was finishing.  She was so sweet and sent me photos along the way of her progress!

The finshed result could not be more perfect!   It was EXACTLY what I asked for and has given my house so much character, charm, and curb appeal... Neighbors are stopping by to give us compliments all the time!  

Annie has the greatest personality and is incredibly talented!  I can't wait until I have money in my budget to do some distressed-look paint treatments to my kitchen cabinets... Annie will be the ONLY one I call!!!

Rob is the best painter ever!  His business name is absolutely the prefect name for him.  He is so detailed and gets the job done right.  I wouldn't use anyone else to paint my house and refer him to all my clients.

Great painting company! Definitely would recommend to anyone who likes fast, efficient, reliable and affordable painting and drywall services! The owner Justin was very polite and very professional about his work! They did an amazing job repairing our drywall and painting our new home! We will be getting our exterior painted shortly by them as we are very pleased with the interior work completed!

I called around and got several estimates for painting my 10 year old home. Got several over $3000, some under $2000, Terry at CertaPro came in the middle. He invited me to go buy a few other houses he was painting in my neighborhood. The quality looked great and the neighbors had nothing but great things to say about the work done.

When Terry came out he gave me a great price and listened to my concerns and made sure he addressed each one. His crew, Carlos and his son, not only went above and beyond, but they made great suggestions. Top quality work, would definitely recommend them.

Mike and his crew were great throughout the process. Originally they did some light work on a few rooms in our house then the knocked the exterior out of the park. Great crew, great work so happy we used State 48 Painting!

I did not have a good experience with Ralph and Red Rock Painting. I truly believe in supporting small business, however, if that business doesn't deliver or follow through then that's when feedback needs to be provided as in this case.

I submitted a request for a quote via YELP this past Sunday. I received and email from Ralph requesting more information. I contact him by phone on Monday morning and gave detail of what I needed a quote for - interior painting on a commercial office space (including a wall with stripping) and exterior paint on a larger commercial structure. Ralph said he  could come Wednesday but had a doctors appointment and would come in the afternoon.

I called this morning (Wednesday) to confirm the appointment and try to get more definitive time. I also shared with him that I couldn't be onsite but that he would meet directly with my client whom I doing the project for. He again stated he had a doctors appointment and another quote.  I told him I would text him the contact of my client and asked that he come closer to 2pm. He agreed and told me he would call me when he was on his way. I text the requested information to him.

At 1:45pm my client got a phone call stating that Ralph was onsite. He did not call either of us to say he was en route. My client headed to the location and arrived in less than 5 minutes. Only to find that Ralph expressed that he was not going to sit around and wait on someone, left his business card and left.  

Upon hearing this I called Ralph and asked what happened. He claimed he had been waiting for 15 minutes (which is untrue) nor did he ever reach out to either myself or my client to let us know he was on his way or waiting. He offered no apology, nor did he even attempt to offer to make things right.

Definitely not an example of customer service or B2B relationship building. And for him a loss of what could have been multiple projects.
