I was able to walk into one of the homes that the painting crew had just started to prep.  I was so excited that I took pictures to share on Yelp.  If it wasn't being painted, the tarp was taped down, even the toilets.

Once again Bob came through for me this time.  Last year, Bob painted the interior of my rental.  This year, my rental is due for exterior painting this year.  I call several company and Bob was able to work with me on the price.  He was not the most cheapest, but he is dependable.  He came through with flying color.  I was travel and end up paying with credit card.  He did even charge the additional 3%.  Good guy.  Will definitely use him again if my other rentals need painting.

After a remodel we need to have our whole place painted. Alex was quick to respond and give us a reasonable bid. His painters came in and covered everything before starting the job. It only took 2 days to complete the job!

I got two different quotes to paint my house and Crash of Rhinos was the more affordable option.  They deserve the 5-star rating as their quality and cleanliness was greater than I expected from a contractor.  

Their quoting process was very helpful and they walked through each line item.  It was clear and concise.   The painting process was even more transparent as they provided daily photos of their work.  They worked around my schedule and always asked about items in a timely manner.

They deserve their 5-star rating and I would definitely use them again.

I recently used Arizona Painting Company to paint my house and had a terrific experience. The estimater was friendly and straight-forward, and gave us some good tips for selecting paint colors. Victor and Mike then did all the repairs and the painting and did a fantastic job with great communication and attention to details along the way.

I just wanted to give a shout out to AZ West Painting.  If anyone is looking for exterior or interior painting this is the company you need.  We had him paint the exterior of our home.  I called 3 different places so I could get 3 different quotes.  Chris called and came out to give me an estimate before the other two even got back to me.  Very reasonable priced, his work crew were very professional, did an amazing job, cleaned up well after themselves, and were great to work with. We remodeled our kitchen and had two electrical outlets that spoiled the beauty of our counters. I contacted Annie  to paint them to match my very intricately patterned granite and she did a fabulous job!

We used Attention to Details Maintenance recently to paint our kitchen and master bathroom.  Robert was very helpful in selecting paint colors.  He did the job in two days and we are very happy with his work.  We plan to use his services again in other rooms in our home.

The owner Justin was very polite and very professional about his work! They did an amazing job repairing our drywall and painting our new home! I called around and got several estimates for painting my 10 year old home. Got several over $3000, some under $2000, Terry at CertaPro came in the middle. He invited me to go buy a few other houses he was painting in my neighborhood. The quality looked great and the neighbors had nothing but great things to say about the work done.

When Terry came out he gave me a great price and listened to my concerns and made sure he addressed each one. His crew, Carlos and his son, not only went above and beyond, but they made great suggestions. Top quality work, would definitely recommend them.

I did not have a good experience with Ralph and Red Rock Painting. I truly believe in supporting small business, however, if that business doesn't deliver or follow through then that's when feedback needs to be provided as in this case.

I submitted a request for a quote via YELP this past Sunday. I received and email from Ralph requesting more information. I contact him by phone on Monday morning and gave detail of what I needed a quote for - interior painting on a commercial office space (including a wall with stripping) and exterior paint on a larger commercial structure. Ralph said he  could come Wednesday but had a doctors appointment and would come in the afternoon.

I called this morning (Wednesday) to confirm the appointment and try to get more definitive time. I also shared with him that I couldn't be onsite but that he would meet directly with my client whom I doing the project for. He again stated he had a doctors appointment and another quote.  I told him I would text him the contact of my client and asked that he come closer to 2pm. He agreed and told me he would call me when he was on his way. I text the requested information to him.

At 1:45pm my client got a phone call stating that Ralph was onsite. He did not call either of us to say he was en route. My client headed to the location and arrived in less than 5 minutes. Only to find that Ralph expressed that he was not going to sit around and wait on someone, left his business card and left.  

Upon hearing this I called Ralph and asked what happened. He claimed he had been waiting for 15 minutes (which is untrue) nor did he ever reach out to either myself or my client to let us know he was on his way or waiting. He offered no apology, nor did he even attempt to offer to make things right.

Definitely not an example of customer service or B2B relationship building. And for him a loss of what could have been multiple projects.
