J&M Painting runs like a well-oiled machine.  After contacting them, Jeff came out promptly and I had a quote the same day.  I needed painting/stucco repair and wood seal/stain work.  There was lots of miscellaneous work/tasks that needed doing that the two other painting companies didn't do.  David showed up on time the first day and we clarified work that needed to be done.  I asked if additional work could be done as I saw other areas that needed attention.  J&M was more than willing to make adjustments.  David is a great contact/rep for the company.  Odi and Daniel were two other employees who worked all week on my house. They were courteous and meticulous.  All looks great and I can sit back and enjoy the nice job J&M Painting did for my home.  Thank you!

We obtained 3 bids to paint the new stucco on a room addition and expanded patio and to clean, fill cracks and paint our existing house in Scottsdale, as well as to stain wood trim inside and out.  The three bids were very close in price, but Rising Phoenix was the lowest.  However, it wasn't the quoted price that impressed us the most; it was the professionalism of Juan and his crew.  During our first meeting, Juan listened closely to what we wanted, asked questions, and explained the process and materials they would use to do the job.  He and his crew arrived when they said they would, were meticulous in preparing the site, and were efficient in getting the work done.  When the stain came out much darker than expected on the test area of the outside trim wood, they immediately consulted with us and found a different stain that worked.  When the work was completed, Juan came out to do a walk-around with us to inspect the work, which was excellent.  The site was clean (no drips, spills, or splashes on hardscape or plants) and the stained and painted finishes looked beautiful.  A contractor remarked a few days later that the painting was most professional because of how well it preserved the stucco texture.  We think it looks almost like velvet!  We will certainly call on Rising Phoenix for staining and painting in the future.

Just had my 3500 sq ft home painted (ceilings and trim etc). On top of an amazing job, the price was fair (lower than other quotes) and work was fantastic. Workers were on time daily, very kind and reliable. Would use again!!

Highly recommend this small business. Painted the entire interior of our 1100 sq ft home. Walls, doors, ceilings & baseboards and did a beautiful job. They were done in 2 days. I have used Jack Alva and Extra Mile for a number of paint jobs, including my own home, and a number of rentals.  Their prices were significantly less than the other bids I received, and their service was excellent.  The work was done in a very professional manner, and they come back promptly to fix any issues that I notice after the job is finished.  Hector is great with customer service, and is very responsive to the specific things that I ask that he and the crew take care of.  I highly recommend Extra Mile Painting!!

They apparently don't want to make appointments for work.  Our initial conversation was fantastic.   I followed up via email to setup an actual appointment for them to assess everything for a true quote.  They don't seem to want any business.  I ask them what time works best for them and they reply with, What's your schedule.  I come back with I'm wide open and I get no response.  I email two more times and get no response.

I have delayed painting my entire house a full month because I was so impressed with them from the get go.  However, they apparently do NOT care about any business and now I don't know if I will get the job done prior to family visiting.

Alex did an absolutely beautiful job painting my entire place. Best painter I have ever hired. Reasonably priced too.

This painting company is like none other that I have ever done business with. I am sure there are many other good exterior house painters out there but there are none quite like Crash of Rhinos. Once you get past their unusual name which is a story unto itself, I will begin my review.
It starts with making an appointment with the estimator. Zachary came over and spent time going through the painting process and explained what we should expect. He took lots of pictures highlighting what they will and will not be doing. He was able to give me an immediate no BS price quote with details, no smoke and mirrors. The pricing was competitive. One of the things I really liked was the fact that you make no payments for the job until it is complete and you are 100% satisfied. Every other painter wanted up to 50% down to start the job.  Once we agreed on a price, I was told someone would get back to me with a start date. Long story short, communication was great. The job was scheduled.
The crew showed up when they were supposed to and completed it on time. Before they started they took pictures of everything. The crew was absolutely fantastic. Everything was properly covered, the house properly patched, primed as needed and painted with the only product they use, Dunn Edwards top of the line paint. They were able to even fix prior patchwork that they were not sure could be fixed (it was really bad). Two coats of paint were put on at 100% and not thinned to make it go further. Every day I received an email with a progress report and pictures of the work. For 5 days the crew showed up on time and got right to work. Every day before they left, the crew cleaned up. When the house was done, the crew chief and I did a detailed walk around to make sure I was 100% satisfied. Before they left they used the pictures they had previously taken to put everything back exactly where it was before they started. That was a really nice touch! And after they were gone, except for the fresh coat of paint, you never knew they were there. No mess, no garbage, no splatter, no overspray.
The next day, I received my invoice. The amount was exactly as quoted with no surprises.
This review is being written a year after the job was completed. The house still looks great. We did have some minor repair issues that had to be addressed just last week. They put us on the schedule and it was done with a smile.
Clearly, I would recommend Crash of Rhinos Painting to a friend. So far 3 of our friends have used them and all are happy and thank me for the referral.
On a side note, they only do exterior painting, and they do it like no other. You won't be sorry if they do your home.

I scheduled Alain Painting to paint my nursery. They were willing to get the paint for me but I'd already purchased it as I wanted to make sure I got Ecco (low-emissions paint). it was a small job, just 2 walls and 2 different colors. Alexander coordinated a time and date for me and he and his guys (a total of 3 men) were punctual and professional. They were in and out in a matter of 2.5 hours. And the job was spectacular. Alexander will be back on Tuesday to install the decal--it's a tree with leaves, birds, and our daughter's name. It'll sit just over her crib.

The pricing is very reasonable and the staff and Painters are very professional. I had my kitchen, living room w/ ceiling, and two hallways painted. Jose and Oscar were the technicians who did an amazing job. Very professional, on time and if they were not sure of something because I had a few accent walls, they had no problem asking and confirming. This experience has me telling friends and thinking about my next paint job. Good well done. Thank you.

I requested estimates from several companies to paint my new home on a Sunday morning. Not only did I receive a immediate response they were able to start the job Monday morning. They color matched the paint from  a sample I had collected elsewhere and it was perfect.

They were there Monday morning to begin the task. I have elderly cats and the team was so good about closing the door and being kind to they scared behaviors.

They did an exceptional job and left the house clean and tidy.  We'll be using AZ west again for future painting projects.

We just had Annie come out and refinish our garage door, and could not be happier. It looks AMAZING! We recently updated our house, and the garage door stood out as really orange and dated. After lots of research, we chose Annie based on great reviews and beautiful samples of her work. She and Liz did the work in 2 days, getting our input along the way, and the end result is better than we had imagined. It's a rich brown that hits all the right notes, and looks completely like real wood. She is truly an artist and also delightful to work with. We'll continue to recommend Frogstar to all our friends and neighbors!

We used Attention to Details Maintenance recently to paint our kitchen and master bathroom.  Robert was very helpful in selecting paint colors.  He did the job in two days and we are very happy with his work.  We plan to use his services again in other rooms in our home.

Great painting company! Definitely would recommend to anyone who likes fast, efficient, reliable and affordable painting and drywall services! The owner Justin was very polite and very professional about his work! They did an amazing job repairing our drywall and painting our new home! We will be getting our exterior painted shortly by them as we are very pleased with the interior work completed!

Terry is great!  He gave me a more than competitive quote, and the work was done earlier than I expected by a wonderful team of guys.  Super clean, on-time, and the paint looks great.  I will definitely call this company for any more painting required.  Just FYI: Terry says he isn't a huge fan of tech, so there is no emailing of invoices or paying online.  I believe we had to actually mail a check.  Minor detail that didn't affect our experience at all. Ralph and his team were fantastic to work with. They updated the stucco on the front of our house, painted the house, and the block wall in our backyard. They were punctual, asked all the important questions to make sure we got exactly what we wanted, and made recommendations so that it would look fantastic when they were done. I will definitely refer friends and family to Red Rock  & use them again in the future.
