Best Painters in Arizona

The field staff (the painters) did an almost perfect job and were very professional.  I can think of no complaint about the quality of their work.  Though admittedly I am not a painter.  I might say something different in 5 years.
Office staff, not so much.  However I am paying for painting.

If I was just rating this organization on the quality and professionalism of the painters it would be 5 stars.

All I can say is wow.  The whole process from start to finish was made so easy. I can not reccomended this company any higher. They are friendly, efficient and the quality of thier work is really something to behold. I am so happy with the end product. The exterior of my home has never looked better. I will use no one else in the future to paint my home.

Got 3 estimates to have my kitchen cabinets painted/ I chose this company.  Robo Painting did a Great job / they came & took all the doors down & took them to their business to paint/ came back 4 days later & painted the cabinets & then put the doors back on.  I only have 1 complaint but there is nothing that can be done about it / the whole house stunk from the paint & lacquer, fumes/ I highly recommend Robo paint. The job was done in a timely manner/ started at 9:30 & done by 3 pm

Naturally, Alex has become an Expert: organization is key and so is his TALENT. His team is flawless. Prompt telephone replies.
Passionate about his projects, he instills his vision and his technique whereby in our case, Mediterranean style kitchen cabinets with bronze accentuation at the the bordering of the molding, has arrived and is a masterpiece !

Our neighbors are bragging and we can't help but smile bigger:)) Grateful we are for such professionalism , in sync communication  with options shared and discussed beforehand during and after that has made this project such a sweet and successful one!!!!

Based on the good reviews here I expected a professional company and while the work was adequate there are a few issues on the business end of things that dropped my rating to 2 stars:

1.  Changing the price after the quote was accepted.
2.  Very pushy and borderline harassing payment requests.
3.  Accounting errors.
4.  Online payment problems.

After I submitted a request for a quote Jack got back to me very quickly and provided a bid.  It was a reasonable quote so I decided to move forward.  He said they had availability for the following week (which was a big plus), and it would be 25% to lock in the day, 25% deposit, and then the final 50% upon completion.

Jack told me that they would accept Zelle (also known as QuickPay/SurePay, depending on who you bank with), or personal check, or credit (which would involve a surcharge.)  I replied that Zelle would work for me and promptly set up a payment for the first 25%.  I had to do this in two installments however, since my bank caps the amount for transactions to Zelle recipients without established payment history.  Jack gave me a bit of a hard time about this which should not have been an issue on their end - at this point no work had yet been performed.

Here is where we had the first issue.  It took a few more back and forth text messages with Jack to get payment details worked out.  Apparently the owner, Joe, did not have his phone number registered in the Zelle system (only email), so the payments were not being automatically deposited.  I remained patient as we sorted through the payment issues.

After this was all sorted out, Jack gave me a call and told me that he had made an error in calculating how much paint would be required due to the finish on my house, and would I mind very much in splitting the difference.  This kind of put me on the spot.  I didn't want them to try to stretch the paint too thin in order to keep costs down.  And based on our previous payment SNAFU above, I also worried about getting my 25% back promptly if I didn't agree to the adjustment.  In hindsight, I probably should have cancelled the job here.  No honest business should call their customer back and ask them to revise the quote based on an error on their part, especially after the customer has paid the good faith deposit.  You eat the extra cost, end of story.

After the work was done, Jack was back on the phone with me to collect the remaining 50% (plus the extra paint add-on).  He incorrectly provided me with a balance that did not include credit for all payments that had been made and accepted.  After correcting him, once again I promptly set up payment.  Once again as well I received multiple follow up texts and phone calls from both Jack and Joe asking me to check things on my end.  Again, I felt this was pretty unprofessional.  Make sure you have things set up on your end before you harass your customer.  

Joe,  your business needs to get up to speed on modern payment methods.  If online banking is too complex for you then get a bookkeeper who can handle it or insist on paper checks (and accept the loss of business that entails).  Your customers have busy lives and they are paying your company for a seamless experience.

We needed to repaint the exterior of our house for the first time and I was happy to see the positive Yelp reviews for Arizona's Best. They called me back promptly (the other companies I reached out to didn't get back to me at all), were friendly, and showed up on time.

I worked with Robert and I like that it's a family business. I immediately trusted him and could tell he knows his stuff. The job was done on time and exactly how he said it would be done. They even repaired a little piece of broken window trim which I appreciated.

I was very happy with the experience and results.

We needed interior painting for a 3500 square  ft house. Alex was very responsive and came for an estimate as agreed. Pricing was fair and Alex communicated well asking for clarity for details on what we expected. The team was extremely diligent for taping and protecting the new wood flooring. Painting itself was flawless and project was completed on time as promised. Will definitely use AJP for our exterior as well and would recommend to others.

It's been a long time since I've dealt with a company that was so professional, reliable, knowledgeable and responsive. So refreshing in this day and age. Working in the corporate world for over 40 years I'm a stickler for details. So was Crash of Rhinos. Every detail was covered and adhered to. Whether administration or people in the field all where friendly and reliable and timely. I have already recommended Crash of Rhinos to two of my siblings. I highly recommend them.

I had 6 different bids from various painters. The price range varied as well. Alian Painting was the last bid. Alex was very personable but I could tell he was eager to work..and work hard. I asked if had any jobs nearby and he did. I visited the home he was working on and I was impressed by the quality of work and attention to detail.

I found the home he was working on was also a two story and had the exact same roof. I asked when he could start and almost immediately he was able to book me a week later. He showed up promptly at 7 am as he said he would. He also was thoughtful enough to ask if my neighbors would mind the noise. They didn't.

He and Brandon worked tirelessly for 3 days straight. I saw the effort to make my home as new as possible. They pressure washed the home, taped off areas that needed to be protected and painted the last day. They even painted areas I was hoping they would cover without an extra charge. The work was phenomenal.

In the pictures are before and after photos. It really makes my home look new again. I highly recommend Alian Painting.

Came out, gave estimate, set up a start date (tomorrow) and just called to say they were going to pass on the job. Really less than 24 hours notice, wonder how they would feel
If clients did that to them?  That's a pretty awful business practice if you ask me.  They will be talked about (not in a good way) to all the friends I've made in AZ over the last 35 years that I've lived here. Looks like I'll be going with another company.

Great company and great workmanship. They did an excellent job of painting the exterior of our home. They paid attention to detail and also cleaned up when they were done. Great customer service. I will definitely be using them for all of my painting projects.

We just had Annie come out and refinish our garage door, and could not be happier. It looks AMAZING! We recently updated our house, and the garage door stood out as really orange and dated. After lots of research, we chose Annie based on great reviews and beautiful samples of her work. She and Liz did the work in 2 days, getting our input along the way, and the end result is better than we had imagined. It's a rich brown that hits all the right notes, and looks completely like real wood. She is truly an artist and also delightful to work with. We'll continue to recommend Frogstar to all our friends and neighbors!

I hired Rob to paint an accent wall and he did such an amazing job! The wall literally looks like a paint job out of a magazine! I will most definitely be inquiring about other projects in the near future!!!

Great painting company! Definitely would recommend to anyone who likes fast, efficient, reliable and affordable painting and drywall services! The owner Justin was very polite and very professional about his work! They did an amazing job repairing our drywall and painting our new home! We will be getting our exterior painted shortly by them as we are very pleased with the interior work completed!

I have used Certa Pro( Terry Doyle) for several years now and would never use anyone else.  They have painted two home inside and out, another home inside, and commercial offices inside and out X2.

First-- they are reasonable
Second--they are reliable and show up
       On time and ready to work
Third--they work quickly and efficiently
Fourth--the painters themselves are pretty
       Much family men and are members of
       A Christian musical group. They sing
       As they work and when they talk
       Among themselves there is no off
       Color jokes/stories or questionable
       Language. So you have no worries for
       You or your children to be at home.
Fifth--noise They play Spanish music that
         Is never blaring or loud.
Sixth--Terry has an account with a local
         Paint company so if you are unsure
         If the color pallet you want--he calls
         And you can go select several
         Sample cans to try out at no cost.  
Seventh--Ever day they clean up and
          Leave NO mess.
Eight--They do not unload a China cabinet,
          But they move pieces of furniture
          And set them back in proper place.
Nine--I feel comfortable enough with
          Them that I do not have to stay at
           Home/offices to monitor them.
Ten--    This company is made of

I am very happy and impressed with the work done by Trylogy! They were very responsive, very friendly, very prompt and professional and did EXCELLENT work in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend them!

Mike and his crew were outstanding! We bought a home in Scottsdale and didn't move in until a month later. My wife and I told Mike we needed it before we moved in. Him and his crew of 5 worked very hard on New Year's Eve to finish the job as we planned to move right after the first of the year. The quality was terrific and did the whole interior house, including kitchen and bathroom cabinets.

Mike's yes attitude is what made my wife and I comfortable to work with him. We needed him to work with our floor guys and was very cooperative and communicative with our other vendors and with us. Anyone else that needs a professional paint company to work very hard, call Mike immediately!

I can't say enough AMAZING things about Red Rock Painting!  I had an insanely difficult timeline  to work with and Ralph and his wonderful crew made magic happen!  I called Ralph Tuesday, met with him at my new home Wednesday, had the crew in first thing Friday AND finished Friday so that we could move in Saturday!  Oh and not to mention, I had to change all of the paint colors Thursday night AND had 7... yes 7 different colors for the house!  Ralph was available morning, noon and night by call and text, providing more than exceptional customer service!  

Antonio, our main painter, was detail oriented and positive every step of the way!  He staid the entire night promising us that our new home would be move in ready within a day.  The crew put in well over 16 hours that day and never once took a break or always had a smiles on their faces.  Antonio then came Saturday morning and did a walk through with us and everything was perfect!  I am quite OCD and he found things he wanted to fix that I didn't even see.  Ralph came over moving day as well to do a second walk through... again, unbelievable customer service!  I have been working with contractors and vendors for years and they are hands down the BEST!!!  

Thank you Ralph and your amazing crew for all of your hard work!  We truly appreciate everything and look forward to working with you in the future!
