This is why I like Yelp -- I get the opportunity to assure someone that yes, the online reviews are right.  J & M Painting did some interior of my new home today, and I couldn't be happier. They followed the quote they provided, the crew was friendly and professional, and the quality was great.  The crew had to stay a bit later to finish but were cheerful about it. All this was after I had to keep moving my appointment because my escrow close date kept changing -- but J&M Painting rolled with it very graciously.  I look forward to using J&M Painting for even bigger jobs in the future!

We have recently had our home painted by Robo Painting.  It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end.  After completing three estimates we settle on Robo Painting.  
We found them to be timely, efficient, neat, considerate and a delight to work with; Jose and Martin were wonderful!  The work was completed as stated and the care to protect our pavement and other things around our home was superior!  
We have had a number of homes painted in multiple cities throughout our lives and this company is by far THE BEST!

They did exterior painting for our house getting ready to sell. They gave an estimate fast and got the work done in one day n left us the rest of the paint. They did a great job on door, shutters, and garage. Will use again if i need a paint job because they use primer first to protect paint work.

Didn't end up using them due to schedule but they were great in the quote process!!! Pretty straight up and responsive !

Super high estimate for staining my deck. Ended up doing myself to save the money. Sad :(

Alex and his team did a fantastic job painting the interior of my home! They nailed every detail I had asked for and were very efficient -- completing the home in under two days -- all for a very competitive cost. I was initially skeptical about having the walls sprayed instead of rolled, but the result speaks for itself.

I've hired 5 different painters over the years here and in California, a couple were decent, two were horrible but by far the best has been Crash of Rhinos Painting.  
Not only was the paint job itself superior, they pay attention to every detail both in the prep work and communicating with the customer.  In the past I've had a painter scribble their estimate on the back of an envelop.  But after walking the property their estimator gave me a multi page detail scope of work, which included the materials they use, exact colors for each aspect of the job and a break down of cost.   Within an hour of each end of day I'd receive an email detailing what was done that day with photos and an outline of what to expect the next day.
I can't say enough about their entire staff, best experience I've ever had with a painting company.

Alex and his team were ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! they completed a whole house paint job, including some cabinet repair and texture. Everything was so  clean and lined out perfectly . The crew works cleans and quick. I've referred him to my real estate agent as Alex painted my home to prepare for selling. As you see from the pictures, this was a MUST investment

Owner Chris and son were amazing! I called them today for a last second paint job I couldn't finish on my own (very tall stairwell) and he not only was in the area on another job, but he came over and started work immediately! He was very affordable, professional, and didn't mind taking on the smaller job by itself. Will definitely be using his company for future paint jobs. Thanks!

I cannot say enough good things about Annie and Frogstar Faux Finishing!  

I have been wanting to do a faux wood finish on my garage door for an eternity!!  I had some structural water damage to a window ledge in the front of my house and needed to hire a carpenter to repair and rebuild.     Because my house had not been painted in 5+ years, I decided to paint the entire house instead of just the new ledge.

When I met with the painter, I asked him if he did faux painting and he didn't.  He quoted me less that I had budgeted for, so I asked him not to paint the garage door and started doing my research to find someone to do the paint treatment and PRAYED it was within my budget.

I came across Frogstar Faux Finishing and emailed Annie to get a quote.  She was very responsive and gave me the basic information I needed to set up an appointment time.

She arrived on time to meet with me and we talked about what I was looking for and she gave me some suggestions and the estimate which was exactly the number I had had in mind.

I emailed her some photos of what I was hoping for and answered some of the questions she had for me and we booked the date.

Prior to the date, she stopped by with some samples which both were exactly what I had asked for..  one a few shades lighter than the other.  

The first day was prepping and priming and the second day was finishing.  She was so sweet and sent me photos along the way of her progress!

The finshed result could not be more perfect!   It was EXACTLY what I asked for and has given my house so much character, charm, and curb appeal... Neighbors are stopping by to give us compliments all the time!  

Annie has the greatest personality and is incredibly talented!  I can't wait until I have money in my budget to do some distressed-look paint treatments to my kitchen cabinets... Annie will be the ONLY one I call!!!

Rob accepted a request from us to complete a full paint job on our three bathrooms.  From the beginning, Rob was very responsive and clear in communication.  He was also flexible with our timeline, in addition to good, reasonable pricing.  

Upon arrival to our home, Rob and his son was courteous and professional.  Attention to Details Maintenance is definitely a fitting name and a class act company.  We would without a doubt recommend this company and look forward to working with them for other future projects.

Great painting company! Definitely would recommend to anyone who likes fast, efficient, reliable and affordable painting and drywall services! The owner Justin was very polite and very professional about his work! They did an amazing job repairing our drywall and painting our new home! We will be getting our exterior painted shortly by them as we are very pleased with the interior work completed!

Terry is great!  He gave me a more than competitive quote, and the work was done earlier than I expected by a wonderful team of guys.  Super clean, on-time, and the paint looks great.  I will definitely call this company for any more painting required.  Just FYI: Terry says he isn't a huge fan of tech, so there is no emailing of invoices or paying online.  I believe we had to actually mail a check.  Minor detail that didn't affect our experience at all. I am very happy and impressed with the work done by Trylogy! They were very responsive, very friendly, very prompt and professional and did EXCELLENT work in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend them!

Mike and his team were fast, efficient, reliable, and did quality work. We had a tight timeline and they did a great job being flexible and completing the job in a timely manner and with a great result. Mike also referred us to his designer to help choose colors which helped a lot. His pricing is competitive as well. They did our entire house- walls,trim, cabinets, bannister, and it breathed new life into our home. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

I did not have a good experience with Ralph and Red Rock Painting. I truly believe in supporting small business, however, if that business doesn't deliver or follow through then that's when feedback needs to be provided as in this case.

I submitted a request for a quote via YELP this past Sunday. I received and email from Ralph requesting more information. I contact him by phone on Monday morning and gave detail of what I needed a quote for - interior painting on a commercial office space (including a wall with stripping) and exterior paint on a larger commercial structure. Ralph said he  could come Wednesday but had a doctors appointment and would come in the afternoon.

I called this morning (Wednesday) to confirm the appointment and try to get more definitive time. I also shared with him that I couldn't be onsite but that he would meet directly with my client whom I doing the project for. He again stated he had a doctors appointment and another quote.  I told him I would text him the contact of my client and asked that he come closer to 2pm. He agreed and told me he would call me when he was on his way. I text the requested information to him.

At 1:45pm my client got a phone call stating that Ralph was onsite. He did not call either of us to say he was en route. My client headed to the location and arrived in less than 5 minutes. Only to find that Ralph expressed that he was not going to sit around and wait on someone, left his business card and left.  

Upon hearing this I called Ralph and asked what happened. He claimed he had been waiting for 15 minutes (which is untrue) nor did he ever reach out to either myself or my client to let us know he was on his way or waiting. He offered no apology, nor did he even attempt to offer to make things right.

Definitely not an example of customer service or B2B relationship building. And for him a loss of what could have been multiple projects.
