Best Septic Tank Pumping in Arizona

Recently had Vince do some work for me. He was very professional and super friendly! Definitely knows his stuff and highly recommend his services if you have any septic needs! Small business owner a plus!

I was in a bad spot the other day, my septic tank was backed up and I needed to get it pumped right away. I called 6 or 7 other businesses and no one could get anyone out for 4 to 7 days, they didn't seem to care. I called East Valley Septic and asked when they could someone out, one of their first questions was is your system backed up. When I told them yes they made provisions in their schedule to get someone out that day, he was out a few hours later. On top of that they had one of the best prices.
Fast, Friendly, Efficient, and Affordable! I highly recommend this company.

We had our tank inspected and pumped 13 months ago by this company when we bought our house. Our septic was backing up last week so I tried to call them out to come pump and tell us what the problem was. We called on a Sunday because poop was backing up through our showers. I told them they had done the inspection and pumping 13 months prior. They agreed to come that day and then called back to say the pumper wanted to wait till the next day. The next day the pumper called and said you probably just need to pumped because it's full, if you call a plumber it's probably cheaper but I mean I can come if you need me to I basically felt dismissed by the whole thing like they didn't want to help or make money for the job. Obviously they didn't want to deal with it because they probably didn't do a good job the first time. I was told our tank shouldn't need to be pumped 13 months after the last pump and inspection. Don't bother with this company. Horrible customer service on top of poor quality work.

Absolutely outstanding customer service and evaluation of the situation.  Able was great at explaining the issue and describing the needed follow up.  He came late in the day although it would have been easy to say he didn't have time.  Reasonably priced. Our hero!  Jasmine from the office was also extremely helpful to get service to us.  Won't use anyone else in the future!

Our septic tank decided it was full in the middle of night. I called left a message they got back to me in the morning. Said they were on there way to a job but would be here in the afternoon. True to there word. We were back working, they are very polite and clean up afterwards. I would use them again. Never had a septic system before (city girl). Now will be on a maintenance program every three to five years. They also showed me how the system works.

Everyone knows that a septic back up is not any ones idea of a good time.  That being said, Jay from Best Way Sewer and Drain made the situation a bit more bearable.  He was here as promised, efficient and very knowledgeable.  He gave us the ability to use our facilities with a minimum of disruption.  I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I had my older septic system inspected by a different company. They messed up the inspection report, first saying I needed a complete new system, then said I needed a new rear baffle. Waited almost two weeks for an appt with them, they had to find a crew that would actually go into the tank for repairs. I called several times and they said they'd call me back that day.  After the run around and waiting for what I thought was a dangerous repair, I called Sewer Time and spoke to I believe, John. Within the first two minutes of speaking with him, he put me at ease, his knowledge of systems and explaining no one has to go into the tank and no, I do not need a new system and his crew could come out and look the next day.
I called the first company to cancel any further search for a crew, they sent a proposal and said oops, we have you scheduled for the next week. John sent a proposal which was below the first company and for better work.
Sewer Time came out the next day, prepared to work. looked at my system, found an access door where the repair needed to be done, fixed the issue and upgraded my lids/risers all the while,  explaining to me what was going on.
Excellent work and communication by the crew. The only minor issue I had is that when digging with the excavator they hit a waterline, fixed one part of it, discovered after they left that there was another part broke.  plus they did not spread out the dirt left from digging.  Those are not big issues.
I highly recommend this company for their communication, letting you know upfront every step of the way, the pricing is great and work wonderful.  Wish I found them first instead of going with a bigger, well known name company.

They are extremely thorough and take the time to answer questions, provided details, and even draw pictures to assist in understanding. These guys are awesome. This morning I discovered a leak from underneath an upstairs bathroom vanity sink. When I tried to shut off the valve under there to that supply line, that part began leaking about ten times faster than the other leak. I immediately shut off water to the whole house and went to yelp for help.

The reviews for these guys were really good and they weren't too far from my house. When I called, the receptionist was very polite and transferred me to someone else who was also very polite. I explained the problem and he said he would have a guy out within an hour. It actually only took around 40 minutes for someone to show up.

Louis (Lewis?) was the plumber that showed up and he was so friendly I'd have to say that was the best customer service I've ever received from a tradesman. He replaced the faulty parts and I am leak free again. On top of the great customer service by all three people I dealt with there was a coupon on yelp that saved me a bunch of money.

I will absolutely use these guys again for any future plumbing issues.

This is an amazing company and if you are having septic issue, this is the place to go and Jake is the guy you WANT to talk to. There is nothing they haven't seen and they will fix your issue.

My story may sound familiar. Cave Creek has had its share of construction cowboys and my house and septic were no exception. My builder put in a proper tank but took every shortcut possible and the icing on the poo cake was the inspection port into the second chamber was knocked over when it was buried and just covered up. For 27 years, this chamber was exposed to falling dirt into the chamber.

I was required to have a septic inspection and since I had no idea what was at issue but after a quick call to Black Mountain Septic, Jake arrived on short notice. The precision bucket digs to skirt around existing irrigation plumbing was a sight to see. In short order, I had a man trap installed and a compliant septic system access.

This is the company to call for all of your septic issues.

The service from this company is phenomenal. I called and they gave me the lowest  estimate over the phone out of three companies. I scheduled a time that was convenient for me within a week period. The tech that showed up was on time and ready to work. He was very quick and thorough. He did not try to sell me on repairs or up-charges. Call them first you will be happy you did.

After calling several of the big guys in town to address a Sunday afternoon plumbing emergency  and not getting a response or being told they were too busy, I am so glad I trusted fellow yelpers reviews and called Chris. He was professional and courteous from the minute he answered the phone through his handshake after the job was completed. He told us he would arrive in approximately two hours and bit only showed up on time but diagnosed the problem and expertly fixed it --all for a price that was completely fair. We will absolutely make him our first call from now on for our plumbing needs.

I needed my septic pumped they gave me the same day appt. The two guys that came out today 3/16/23 sorry did not get there names were amazing so professional very helpful even help with the clogg and gave me information about it. They both went way and beyond. I live o Joy lane so maybe give them a big thank you

I found this Plumbing Service on Yelp. I never use plumber's unless they have Registrar of contractors licenses. I called before 8 a.m. and they were here within a half hour. I had a slow draining toilet. He attempted to fix it for a minimum charge but was unsuccessful. The fix involved a more comprehensive solution. I paid more than the minimum but it still was reasonable for the amount of work done. This guy really knows what he's doing and he is fast. I highly recommend the service.

I was a little hesitant to use this company due to the low number of yelp reviews but they were great!  Their pricing was also significantly less than other quotes I received. I was worried that maybe they were lacking in technology and experience.  I was wrong.  They were knowledgeable and experienced and did an amazing job at a much lower rate.  I would definitely recommend them!

Christian from Rooter Ranger Plumbling was awesome- he called when he was headed my way, assesses the situation quickly, and was able to fix the issue quickly and correctly! Will definitely be using them again and referring them out to others.

Needed a septic tank pump and inspection for house sale.  Paradise had put in a new tank in 2008 so they already had a field sketch of its location.  However, the technician could not read a map and I had to help orient him after checking with him an hour later.  Another hour passed and he had not found the tank edges so I had to direct him where to place the water jet and also I also marked the boundaries (because he was not).  By the third hour he could not find the correct tank drawing, and then gave up trying to find the inspection manways after digging one hole and filling it in.  He was recommending a backhoe or an independent boroscope company to find tank manways.  I called Paradise Valley Septic office after 3 hours and they send another technician.  Six hours of galactically stupid labor at $150/hr to dig out the manways (he broke one of them).  Then the tech would not tell me the results of the inspection.  The next week's written report called the tank 'degraded' and should be replaced without providing any details.
