Outstanding service!  We have had Joe come over to the house several times for our air conditioner.  Each time he quickly corrected the problemS.  He is really the best!

After having my AC fixed and spending 650.00 my Ac went out again. I called around and a number of people gave me quotes but the best price I could find was with Cool touch. Kevin came out the same day to come look at AC. Very friendly and scheduled someone to come out as soon as possible. David and Austin came out to replace my Ac. All three Cool touch employees were friendly,professional and did an amazing job. They took the time to explain everything they did and showed me pictures of the work in the attic. I won't hesitate to recommend Cool touch for any Ac needs. Fair price and great customer service! Thanks again!

Super prompt and honest. Derek was a life saver after our home warranty company left us with no A/C for two weeks. He immediately reached out to schedule a time. He was actually able to arrive before his estimated window of arrival. He diagnosed what was wrong and gave us our honest options rather than the run around we kept getting from other places. Top rated equipment installed expertly.... Mike helped me out with a quote on a new system for our house. Our builder Airflow unit was functioning, but was super loud and I knew it was just a matter of time. I had a few others give me a quote and didn't like their equipment, cost or sales tactics. Like offering me a free cruise... or a Costco card as a rebate. Why not just give me the fairest price up front instead. Mike was good to talk to and made it simple. He told me about the equipment, was very knowledgeable, and it was all top of the line American Standard products that have been the top rated equipment for years by Consumer Reports. Cooler Tymes standing with ROC and BBB were great as well as the yelp reviews so it was really just about cost at that point. Mike was very straightforward with the pricing and sent me everything in writing and it was less than the others by a substantial amount. His people were top notch friendly guys and were in and out with as little fuss as you could probably have with people in your attic and outside replacing a whole system. We've noticed the temperature being more stable, the system is whisper quiet and our electric usage has gone down. I'd definitely recommend Cooler Tymes if you need service or a new system. Cheers

Great company-- Tom is wonderful! He came out of his way to check out our AC situation and give us a quote that was much better than the previous company we had come out for a new one. We got it installed the following week, which is way faster than we thought! They came early in the morning and it was done before the summer heat kicked in! Woohoo to an updated AC! Oh and they fixed a few things that weren't right from the last time someone was up there before we bought the house. They are amazing! And they come to check on the install 2 weeks later. Our central air went out when it was 113 out. JP and his team took fantastic care of us. They were reasonably priced and prompt. They made time for us in the middle of their busy schedule when other companies wouldn't. They checked on us for days after and were so personable and friendly. Best customer service experience I've ever had!!!! Highly recommend!

I was looking for a contractor to install a complete heating and a/c unit. Calling most of the directory listed companies, I could not get anyone to come out to bid. Then I ran across this new business R&R, what a find! Ray came out as scheduled and on time. He is very knowledgeable and patiently went over the details of his design. I had total confidence in his plan. We scheduled the install and Ray not once disappointed us. He made every appointment and not one late show up. Our system performs perfect! I highly recommend this business.

Kyle came out quickly to diagnose my AC problem, gave me multiple options / prices for repair thru replacement. I had already d cider to replace the units and Kyle's quote was much less than the competition and he sent a crew out the following day to do the install. Dealing with a contractor when you don't live in the state - and are trying to get a job done for an elderly parent - can be difficult. So many people in the trades seem to want to take advantage of older folks in a way that infuriates me. Having looked at a couple of the bids my mother got for a replacement HVAC system I was wondering if some of the local businesses were trying to pull a fast one on her.

In calling around, I managed to talk to Brian Sorensen. During our first conversation, we spoke on the phone for over half an hour as he went into great detail about the ins and outs of the systems my mom could put on her roof, explained the changing DoE standards and how they would impact cost, regaled me with SEER values and how they are tested. Having gotten a replacement HVAC system here in California and gone through all this with Cool Air Solutions, I had a little familiarity with the terms Brian was using, but was impressed by his willingness to explain terms in detail and to assess my options. And he did all this the day after Christmas, a time when most shops were closed or had limited personnel on hand. I was very impressed.

I was even more impressed when his bid came in. It was roughly 25% below the other estimates. Like so many others have said in this space, this is because Brian is not interested in trying to upsell his customers on needless services that would pad his bill. He seems committed to offering a great service at an unbeatable price and standing by his work. This is what you need in a contractor, Yelpers.

When the install was done yesterday, Ryan was on hand to oversee every step of the job, to help my mom understand the new system and its fancy thermostat, and answer any questions. He was courteous, professional, and efficient.
