Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in Arizona

Called Cool Hot Guys for an AC inspection of a house that was for sale. Boy that was money well spent! Joe looked over each AC unit, tested the units, checked the electrical and inspected the air handlers. The units were older and had numerous issues. One unit had 410 and R22 Componets in the same system - a definite no-no. Joe was very honest and direct and shared  his findings with the homeowner, which resulted in a negotiation in price. Saved me a giant headache and $!

I heard you advertise on the radio on  Conservative talk radio.. And you look like you knew what you were doing with the BBB rating and your reviews.. But I wasn't satisfied as a customer. $900 for a small outside fan motor.. on a small older..2002 unit ridiculous!:(
Then I was told the small outside fan motor isn't available in the state of Arizona.. Have to wait 3 days..
Call Sigler Reeves at gateway they had a fan motor for $90 the post for the fan blade was a little long.. My husband went over and picked it up cut off the shaft to fit the fan blade.. Ground it to the unit. All done in one hour.   We are thinking of replacing both units but.. Cool touch won't be doing it.. we are having Collins HVAC..do it for us.

Mark did an amazing job on the installation of my garbage disposal.  Also reasonably priced.  Will definitely call him for my Plumbing needs.  Recommended.

They did a great job for me. He was so nice and walked me through everything. He even took video to show me what was happening in my attic.

We have used this company before with ok results - requested a service and cleaning of A/C unit.  Was quoted a price but when he completed the work he increased the bill (classic Bait and Switch tactic) by $20 for removal of the outside cover prior to cleaning.  Will switch to someone else in the future.

Highly recommended! The owner Raul is extremely knowledgeable and honest. He showed up as scheduled and ready to get the job done. I hired him after I hired another AC person who was trying to rip me off or did not know much about AC.

I requested service on yelp and Suttle Air Was the first to respond late one Sunday evening. I booked an air vent/ dryer vent cleaning and they came out a few days later. Chris was the service tech and was super friendly and professional. He did a thorough job and walk me through the whole process. Thanks for the wonderful customer service! My A/C stopped working, of course, on a Sunday morning.  I called Alternative Air and they picked up the phone within a few rings (I had expected to have to leave a message and wait for someone to get back to me). They dispatched a technician (Ray) within a couple hours and diagnosed the problem quickly. The parts were not on the truck at the time, so he came and fixed the A/C on Monday morning without an additional service charge.

I was extremely impressed many aspects of the service: promptness, courtesy, friendly communications, ease of scheduling, reasonable rates & no extra charge for weekend service.

I will definitely call Alternative Air for any future issues with my HVAC.

It was hot.....we were sweaty.....so we called Baker Heating and Cooling to help us out.  They replaced our 20 year old unit with a new one for a very reasonable price.  We are now cool, comfortable and happy!  Great customer service from the office staff to the technicians who came to the house. We will use Baker Heating and Cooling again and highly recommend.

Great company-- Tom is wonderful! He came out of his way to check out our AC situation and give us a quote that was much better than the previous company we had come out for a new one. We got it installed the following week, which is way faster than we thought! They came early in the morning and it was done before the summer heat kicked in! Woohoo to an updated AC! Oh and they fixed a few things that weren't right from the last time someone was up there before we bought the house. They are amazing! And they come to check on the install 2 weeks later. Good communication and professional. Wore his mask the entire time which I very much appreciated due to high risk children in the home. He was honest and straightforward with no pressure. Pricing was very reasonable. Definitely be using him for any future AC emergencies or needs.

Wow am I impressed!  Today I had the pleasure of experiencing a true professional installation of my new Ameristar Heat Pump and Reehm Hot Water Heater by a team from AirZona HVAC.  The two Gentlemen Gerald and Scott arrived on time and looking professional.  We reviewed the project and they answered the few questions I had confidently and professional.  Gerald and Scott then went about removing my 20+ year old Mobile home system and replacing it.  The work went very smoothly and  everything was cleaner then when they arrived!  
I am now relaxing in my cool living room and marveling at how quiet the new unit is.  I couldn't be happier.  Thanks to the professional team at AirZona!

Our wall unit gas heater wasn't working.  Ray responded quickly, scheduled an inspection, showed up on time, repaired the heater, and charged a reasonable price.

I highly recommend Kyle Wilson for AC service and repair. Not only were he and his tech knowledgeable about the specific problems with my system but the cost of service and repair was very fair. Kyle responded within the hour when I had and follow-up issue (which he resolved in less than 15 minutes after his arrival). As a consumer, I always prefer to make a well-informed decision which I felt I was able to do based the recommendation and details Kyle provided. I appreciate not being upsold for things that aren't needed.

Our AC wasn't working...Sorensen had a technician there next day.... The compressor was done...They gave me a few options including just doing the compressor, exchanging the AC parts only, or a whole new system.  From the first time I called to having working AC was just three days.  I contacted a few other companies in the area and the price I ended up paying was the lowest of all of them.  Professional guys! Fast work.
