Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in Arizona

Really impressed with Cool / Hot Guys on my recent heat/AC install.  I shopped around across multiple competitors in the valley and landed on Cool/Hot Guys because they beat the best prices and guaranteed top quality work.  I replaced a 27 year old Trane unit with a new Trane unit and initially was not completely satisfied with the install.  Joe called me up immediately and scheduled a time to come out and do a full inspection of the entire install.  He corrected the few (minor) issues I was having and even went the extra mile to correct a few other minor things that he didn't like about how his guys installed it.  He then returned to install everything himself, spending a total of about 6 hours himself after the initial install, including some in depth explanations and recommendations for thermostats, filters, etc.  I hope I don't need another AC for 27 more years, but in the meantime I will be pointing anyone who asks in Joe's direction to have Cool/Hot Guys service or replace their systems.  Top notch, HONEST small business that stands behind their work.

AC went out the evening of July 3rd. I tried a couple things to no avail. I called a 3 places I found on Angie's list. Left 2 voice mails and the other took my name, said Eric would call me. Also said that it would be $142.50 an hour. After waiting 3.5 hours and no call from Eric, I searched again and came across Cool Touch on Yelp. I called and they said it would be $59 service call, but it would be waived if I had service performed. Said OK and I was told that the tech would be here between noon and 4.

The tech, Robert, showed up at 1:00, diagnosed the problem, fixed it and was gone by 1:40. Now the problem with the unit was something that I would have attempted to fix on my own, but since it was July 4th there was no appliance parts stores open.

Robert fixed the unit and didn't try to over charge me or sell me anything. I would recommend Cool Touch.

Had my hot water heater maintenance done by XCompany which caused a leak on the pressure valve. I was told it would have to be replaced at a cost of 1,800.00 - I got a few more quotes until the price went down to a couple around 1K, including Safe Dry Out.
Safe Dry Out is the only one who bothered to ask what was wrong with the water heater and suggested it could be fixed instead. I went from having to fork out 1,800.00 to only spending 150.00
Mike could have easily gone with the rest and said the only solution was to replace it. This to me shows integrity and honesty. The quality of work was excellent and, to top it off, he was extremely patient with my 80 year old father hanging around. Thank you Mike!
Will definitely call Safe Dry Out for any future plumbing needs.

Mike and his team did a great job. He diagnosed the issue and had it resolved the same day. I should mention that the fix was not easy. It required new coils and new compressor. Thank you so much for the excellent service.

Highly recommended! The owner Raul is extremely knowledgeable and honest. He showed up as scheduled and ready to get the job done. I hired him after I hired another AC person who was trying to rip me off or did not know much about AC.

Needing an Air Conditioning repairman equals the question Can I trust them?  I live miles out of town, and too often when I hire someone, they simply don't show up and won't return my calls after they learn how far I am.  Alternative Air kept me updated on their progress with their previous appointment and showed up exactly on time.  Ten minutes later, the job was done.  All I needed was a new capacitor.

My AC stopped blowing cool air and we found Ken through Google and contacted him.  He came within an hour and knew what the problem was right away and fixed it on the spot.  His service was quick and very professional.  I would have Ken do all of my heating and cooling services when needed.  Thank you Ken!

Amazing service! They do our AC maintenance and always take care of us.  I don't know anything about AC and how all of that stuff works but everytime I have a question or concern, I know I can always reach out to them and I get an answer or have them come out and check my unit! They are super friendly and very professional!

John came out on a Sunday morning because our blower had stopped working! After he greeted our dogs, even taking time to give scritches as needed, he got right to work. It was less than 45 minutes before he had our house nicely chilled. 10/10 would recommend! Thank you so much John!

Great Company!  Came out quickly and was very fair Pricing and great communication.   Did a tune up on our unit!

Kyle and Jarret showed up on time to install our American Standard 18 SER. Variable Speed Platinum Series Air Conditioner and Heating Unit.
They are very professional, courteous and patient when it comes to answering question us lay people ask, right.
They are very organized, clean and clean up entire area on which they were working.
I also dealt with Garret Cosgrove, there spokesperson at Trilogy at Vistancia. He is very honest, sincere and extremely helpful when looking at air conditioning needs. He is not pushy, very patient and great st follow-up and follow through.
A couple of things to keep in mind, it takes pretty much all day for the install, be patient and understand the pickup of the old unit may not happen till the next day. So be it.
Also the repair, finishing work on the entry to the attic is done by a finishing carpenter and that needs to be scheduled so there are a lot of moving parts be patient, kind and goods things will come your way from this great privately owned business.
Kyle needs to update his photo as he now has 4 youngsters to occupy his spare time.
