Used Cool / Hot Guys Heating and AC three times. The owner, Joe, was amazingly quick to response and very honest about the repairs needed. Cant recommend enough

So...I took advantage of their spring special and got an Amana HVAC system installed. 16 SEER with 16 years parts and labor? Are you kidding me? 2 year test drive? I had another HVAC installer come out to give me a quote. I showed him the quote from Cool Touch. He said why didn't you jump on this deal? Anyway - system installed properly. David, Christian and Henderson did an awesome job in the very tight quarters offered. So far, I'm very pleased and hope to beat APS at their game. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 star is quote for plumbing repair unrelated to A/C. Got a quote from them (The Trusted Plumber) for $340. I asked for parts and labor breakdown but was told that they do a flat rate. Seems too high to me for the time needed for repair but I'm going for it anyway because I feel the boss, Chris Funk, stands behind his work and will do the right thing. All in all, I would highly recommend Cool Touch for A/C installation.

LIAR...that's the best way to summarize my experience. I was told I needed to replace a part under warranty (my house is only 2 years old) that would have cost me close to $500 in labor. It took about 3 weeks for the owner to call back to replace the part. He claimed the part was on back order. He never attempted to keep me informed on the status of my part. I had a bad vibe about this guy. I decided to research other AC companies. In the meantime I contacted Coolertymes to explain that maybe I didn't need a blower because my fan actually blows air. He insisted that I STILL need this part. I almost fell for this BS but after he ditched me again for a second appointment and sent rude text messages I told him not to contact me again!!! The new company I called A Quality HVAC Air Conditioning and Heating (I would rank them at a 5) came out the next day and said that THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE BLOWER. He said it was just the setting/schedule on the thermostat that was off. He reset it & told me to change my filters. He even took out my filters and washed down my units. He gave me really good tips on taking care of my AC units and was very polite and professional. I paid him $59 plus a tip and my upstairs unit works fine. I suggest to always get a second opinion especially if you call this company. I kept ALL the text messages so he can't dispute our conversation.

Great service at reasonable prices. Arthur showed up to my house early the day after Christmas and resolved the issue quickly. He cleaned my HVAC system and tested it to make sure it was working at peak performance. I would strongly recommend RMIII AC and Heating. A+

James was very responsive from the beginning and was able to schedule a duct cleaning service fairly quickly after my house was painted fairly. Did a bunch of quote requests from Yelp and James' quote was the most reasonable.
The actual job was done on time and perfectly. Dustin and Chris the two technicians took care to not leave my house dusty after the cleaning and also took care to not damage or scratch my freshly painted walls and ceiling.
Remote diagnostics that were attached to my AC units showed me all the functions were within parameters and there was never an attempt to upsell anything.
We even get pictures of all the vents in all their gory details post job.

yes, yes, yes. true example of great and fast customer service, I had contacted another local AC company from yelp last week but they never showed up, today was my first available day off, so I've been miserable for a week now, I woke up found this company and based on reviews gave it a try, I called them at 8:22am, they tech Jamie showed up at 10:30 on the dot as promised, checked my attic, told me the problem and cost to fix and now I'm sitting on my couch with that beautiful cold air blowing at 11:30, a week of suffering resolved in a hour, my only complaint is that I didn't call them last week. .i will def use them again if necessary and recommend them, being a homeowner in Maricopa I'm happy to give a local company my business. . nice job

The technician never showed up. The picture in this review clearly shows an email with an appointment at 8 AM. At 1050 AM, I got a call from this company dating that their technician was running late but he works be arriving in about 30 minutes. He still never showed up. I posted a bad review here and the owner replied adding that his morning appointments go from 9AM until noon and I canceled on him. Not true. A woman from the office even called me to apologize. Why would they apologize if they did nothing wrong? Normally I would let this go but I won't be portrayed as a liar. The guy was a no show.

I called in a haste after being overzealous and attempting to install a smart thermostat during a nice 113 degree day. Well I butchered the install and called several companies in a panic seeing who could fix it immediately. After being brushed off by several companies and pushed back to a month out, Pineapple saved the day. I wish I remember the name but whoever I called went above and beyond. He advised he was swamped with several jobs but wanted to try and help me over the phone to save a service call for a small job. He politely informed me that I had a heat pump (as I was used to a furnace) and that all I had to do was fix a single wire. Boom wire repositioned and the AC was blowing cold again. From now on, I've found my heating and cooling company based on the courteousness and helpfulness of this company.

These folks were polite and informative over the phone, on time for their appointment and thorough in explaining their findings; in my case, I needed to purchase a new A/C unit.
Gerald explained some of my options and what he would do in my situation then gave me a price. When your A/C unit goes out in the summer, all you really want is to have it fixed so you don't shop to find the best deal. However, the price quoted was about $2,000 less than I had paid 11 years earlier so I was very content to proceed.
Two days later AirZona installed my new Trane unit and I am pleased that everything is back to normal. Gerald and his team were on time, professional, polite and clean. We have already told friends of our experience and will be referring others to AirZona in the future.

They are very professional, courteous and patient when it comes to answering question us lay people ask, right.
They are very organized, clean and clean up entire area on which they were working.
I also dealt with Garret Cosgrove, there spokesperson at Trilogy at Vistancia. He is very honest, sincere and extremely helpful when looking at air conditioning needs. He is not pushy, very patient and great st follow-up and follow through.
A couple of things to keep in mind, it takes pretty much all day for the install, be patient and understand the pickup of the old unit may not happen till the next day. So be it.
Also the repair, finishing work on the entry to the attic is done by a finishing carpenter and that needs to be scheduled so there are a lot of moving parts be patient, kind and goods things will come your way from this great privately owned business.

On the scheduled day, we were told someone would call before they arrived at the scheduled time. No one called. Two attempts to reach someone in the office failed. Half an hour after the scheduled time, they called and said they would be there in 30-45 minutes. They instead arrived 90 minutes later.
Once onsite, the technician performed the work satisfactory. Only a couple hundred dollars of repairs found.
In conclusion, the work was performed well , but their customer service is severely lacking. Had it not been for the 5-star reviews, I would have given up and went with someone else.
